So in conclusion, Nikolai is definitely one of the more scary yanderes. He's extremely deceiving, but if I had to compare him to Fyodor, Dazai, or even worse, Jouno, than he's a fucking angel.

Sigma would be the sweetest fucking yandere, dear lord.

Pairing: Bucky x Plus Sized Fem Reader

Word Count: 933

Warnings: body dysmorphia, fat/stretch mark/cellulite insecurity, negative self talk, angst (but always ends with fluff!❤️) I've been feeling bad about my body lately so I wanted a lil comfort.

Notes: Hello!!!🥰 I know this has been done several times before (so I'm terrified of "so and so's done this already" comments) but I'm gonna try to do a drabble or one-shot for an insecurity anyone sends me, because I'm trying to stay on here more. But I just got my first full time job since October so updates might not come as often as I'd like. Things have been a little hectic on my end but I'm not giving up!❤️ These will be default paired with Bucky, but if you'd like another Seb character I would love to give that a try. I wrote this one during my many hours of break at work lol so I've got a liiiiittle downtime.

You were so sure it'd work this time.

Less than a month ago, the decision to change your diet weighed heavily on your mind. You knew it was going to work out, despite all the previous times you tried every other diet on earth. This time you were determined.

Three weeks in and you swore you could feel the difference in your weight, until you saw something that changed your mind.

You'd finally mustered up the courage to look at yourself in the mirror before running a well-deserved bath, but the second your eyes laid upon the fresh, bright red stretch marks on your thighs, tears tumbled down your cheeks.

You gripped the edge of the sink while a sob wracked through you. How do other people do this so easily? You've done everything you could to drop ten pounds at least and instead, you've probably gained that. You didn't hear the bathroom door open over the bath water running and the sounds of your cries.

Bucky's face was twisted in concern as he hurriedly stepped in, carefully inspecting your naked body for any wounds. He turned the water off and shut the door behind him, placing his hands on your hips and giving you a light shake to get your attention. You pitifully wiped at your face and dripping nose, but refused to look up at the mirror again. He nudged up your neck with his nose, about to kiss your sweet spot when you shouldered him off.

"Not tonight," you sniffled. His arms snaked around you again while he rested his chin on your shoulder.

"Please tell me what's wrong?" He whispered, nuzzling into you despite your protests. You sighed.

"Give me a minute." He acknowledged you with a squeeze and sat down on the toilet lid. "I really don't...like myself today." You almost felt disgusted with the confession, like you're seeking undeserved attention. "I hate looking in the mirror. I try so hard-or maybe I don't-to lose weight, to fit the clothes in my closet, but I c-can't." You hiccupped the last word and rolled your eyes at how pathetic you thought you sounded.

"What made you think that today?" He pressed gently.

Reluctantly you pushed away from the sink and placed yourself in front of him.

"Just...look."

You directed his sight to your thighs, but his soft gaze never wavered, shifting from them to you.

"What about them?"

"Ugh...I've gained weight. I can't even fit my boxers anymore."

His tongue darted out to wet his lips. "Buy bigger boxers." Your mouth dropped open, almost offended by his words.

"Buy bigger boxers? Are you serious?"

"You're not supposed to fit your clothes. They are supposed to fit you," he said softly, taking your hands in his and rubbing his thumbs across the backs of them.

"Every time I look in the mirror anymore it makes me cry. I just see all these scars, these blemishes, the mess that I am. I just see the bad."

"You know what I see?"

He anchored his arms around your waist and pulled you to him, suddenly leaning down to place a kiss at the top of each thigh-on top of the reddened marks that decorated them. You gasped, a stray tear sliding down your cheek. He rested his forehead against your soft belly and kissed there also. You bit back a sob when he lifted his head to look up at you with a gentle smile, and in his eyes was nothing but pure adoration.

"I see you."

He pulled you into his lap and you crumbled into him, arms wrapping tightly around him while he shushed your cries and soothed his hands along your back.

"I wish you wouldn't compare yourself to other people, doll. I know you won't hear me when I say how amazing you are in every way, but I'll tell you anyway. Because you are." He bent to kiss your shoulder. "Always. If you want to lose weight that's great, but don't do it because you've been on the internet for too long, or because you think that's what I want. Do it for you."

You groaned in response and he hummed back at you, because yes, he's reading your mind. You just didn't want to admit it.

"But if you're gonna do that, let's do it right. I'll help you. And another thing? No mirror or scale will ever determine your worth. Ever."

You took in a deep breath and exhaled, reeling back to look at him; a perfectly sculpted god among men. And here you were, staring down at him, lips trembling, face flushed, undoubtedly with your double chin on display, with snot pouring from your nose, and he still finds you the most beautiful creature he's ever laid eyes on. And he's lived quite the life; no telling how many women he's seen. But you? You're a different story.

"Okay," you relented, rubbing at your eyes. "But I'm mad that you're always so..." you gestured to his body. "...perfect. In shape. Fit. You don't even have to try." He chuckled.

"That's the super soldier in me. But if it'd make you feel better, there could be a little super soldier in you." You bat at him when he winked.

"Just a 'little'?" He feigned offense and you laughed. "Well, we gonna sit here all day or are you gonna make it happen, Sarge? Because I don't find it fair that only one of us is completely nude."

"I'll start the bath, but I can't guarantee you won't need another one when I'm done with you."

Please tell me why all my daydreams have been Hooten related recently??

There’s something so wonderful about the idea of Harding tenderly caring for his partner who’s fresh out of surgery.

Thinking about how the transition from doctor to family member must’ve been difficult, since he would not have been able to perform the surgery on his loved one himself. Trusting another doctor with the light of his life, with 0 control over the situation or outcome.

Going home with that partner once they’ve healed and being so grateful for the domesticity of just being at home with them, knowing full well he could have lost them so easily.

Imagining soft kisses and strokes, feather light and controlled out of fear of hurting them after such a traumatic/invasive procedure. Little acts of service and sweet words to accompany the physical touch to remind that partner that he really couldn’t live without them.

Hubris, I have been crying for so long with this in my brain and I just had to share it with someone who would understand.

Ok fr this ideas has been ok my mind so much, how would that change happen?? Like falling for a patient is a huge no no, which means Harding would have fallen so deeply in love wirh this patient he literally wouldn't be able to deny how far he's fallen.

Harding would have such a hard time allowing someone to preform a surgery, but Sung would have been the first choice, with Ty as a backup. Arvin is only allowed in observation.

But speaking of, Harding wouldn't be in Observation to watch the surgery, he'd know better than to do that. And he's got paperwork to fill out, job appointments to approve, donors to woo and convince to spend money on the hospital.

But the moment Sung paged him telling him that his partner was waking up, he would have been there just like he was with the judge. He'd hold their hand, kiss the ring he'd put on their finger so many years ago, and once they were ready and healed (almost too long of a stay) he'd make sure to keep their medications extremely clear and prepared, stored in the best ways for the specific medications, and though he wouldn't allow himself to preform surgery on them, like hell he wouldn't help with medications.

He would be all kinds of wonderful with medications, and would happily take the time to ensure their comfort, if it's as little as fluffing pillows, or even buying a new bed before they got home - if that's what was really needed. I could see him splurging on one of those beds that lift up like in hospitals after a major surgery.

But also you know for a fact that partner woke up one night to see Harding barely keeping himself together with his head against them, so very careful to not disturb any incisions. They'd have to reach out and cup his cheek and that's when he'd try to pull himself together again but he'd fail and just take the moment to accept the assurance they are OK, that his partner made it through and made it so well; that they were still alive and with him. It'd be the one time that he'd break down, and he hadn't wanted an audience anyway. But he'd fall asleep with them again, holding them tightly for both of their comfort.

Harding would make sure that nothing was wanted for during healing, I know it.

i think for a lot of us, relationships and ~weddings~ with our 2D boys and gals and nbs would be multicultural and i really really think that’s wonderful and beautiful

for eg you’re south Asian right? imagine ur wedding. bakugou insists on having as many wardrobe changes as you at your wedding so you’re always matching … his mom spends years!!!!!!!!!! before the wedding (she knows you’re the one for her son the moment she sees you two interact) with a mentor studying your cultural fashion so she can ask you (as if you wouldn’t have asked her personally!!!) for the honor of designing one of your outfits… maybe with a lil Japanese twist to show the union of two cultures… beautiful. whatever she can do to make the person who caught her son’s eye feel welcome. i hate it when his parents are written as standoffish and rude like where was that even implied... anyway his father and mother (and bkg himself ofc) wear your cultural clothes with pride at your wedding and you know what they’d design bespoke Japanese cultural outfits for every member of your family too.

i’m Chinese and i like to think of how our families would interact and bridge the cultural gap too. a union, not a division. what would your family do to make the bakugou’s feel welcome and included? mine would do the Chinese tea ceremony in English/have a translator and would include Japanese tea as well. they’d be invited every lunar new year and given red packets oranges and we’d teach them the phrases in mandarin (what i learned in school) and Cantonese (my family’s dialect) during the mooncake festival we would teach the bakugou’s how to make mooncakes. his parents would make us custom mooncake tins as a gift. for wedding’s (there would have to be two ceremonies) we’d do photoshoots in both sets of cultural outfits as well. i like to think both sets of parents would cook for each other. my traditional Chinese mother would look lovely in a kimono and i know mitsuki would kill it in a qipao. sorry for the word vomit. what about you, fang? if you’re up for it, tell about me you and/or your multicultural interactions w the bakugous 💕

favorite thing about them: GOD. THERE REALLY IS SO MUCH. Of course I love his design, it's absolutely bonkers in the best way--if you told me two years ago there was a nine foot tall monster robot yugioh character with angel symbolism out the ass i would have been like EXCUSE ME. HELLO. *RUNNING OVER* but also!! his arc is just fucking GOOD. he's just this sad and complex and angry and miserable old old old man in a robot werelion body who's actually three people who are actually just one person. peak yugioh villain nonsense i absolutely adore it. and i LOVE when villains have the face turn and fight back against the Big Bad as much as they can. it goes hard!!! (but also, specific small thing thats one of my favorite things about him--it's like, very implied despite being Gigantic he's fairly dexterous and gentle with how he handles things?? Always grabbing his tiny cards very delicately and doings little tricks with them and in tag force 6 (Citizen Kane for Insane Aporia Girlies) he actively tells you the protagonist that he doesnt make mistakes with how much force to use with things (being a machine and all.) idk it's just very cute to me. it's a sweet detail.)

least favorite thing about them: pained smile. big man proper's literally only in.....about 9-10 episodes total??? <:) crying. wailing. my kingdom for a SLIVER of more screentime. it's also a shame like. 2/3s of his episodes never got dubbed, I would have absolutely adored to see what the dubbed version would have looked like!! (especially since those eps include like. my Favorite 5ds duels. it'd be like having two whole cakes babey!!!!)

favorite line: ok im restraining myself from picking something from Tag Force because all of his dialogue in TF6 makes me sick in the head and i love it but I WILL PICK. SOMETHING FROM THE ANIME. LIKE A NORMAL PERSON. god. it's gotta be these.

ou - No. moving on sai - even after admitting, processing, and getting closure from his - less than ideal parents - sai would be too afraid to hurt his children. his work with runaways etc would make him sensitive to 'warning signs' and he'd either be very hands off or very engaged, not a lot of inbetween. he'd need a partner who could balance this out... and ou would not. gonta - Honestly. he probably has a lot of ingrained 'societal norms' from his family, that would result in a LOT of conflict with children - he would have Visions, of his kids, of 'who they are meant to be'. he is kind of unawares of body language, too, and would be... a bumbling sort, until toddler age. once gonta overcomes the, Perfectionist aspect of himself, he would be a very forgiving, understanding, if unorthodox dad. but that's gonna take a long time y'all ama - considering how important family is to him, 1. i can see ama agreeing to be, Wed, or having a 'serious relationship' to the (bio) mother of the children - but also 2. realizing he is not cut out for this. it's hard for me to see ama, wanting, to be a father? i think he values his sisters more than - you know, romantic relationships, and having a family of his own. thus he would be a very 'distant' but 'chill' dad, no conflict, arguments, and he would have - kinda the Smoothest divorce, you could have, n come out with a very healthy relationship w mom and kid. he's probably the 'summer vacation' dad. but he's kinda more of a best friend than a parent shin - Holy shit a lot of weird shit has to happen for this to be a scenario. therefore, shin would actually be a good dad. i think he would be JUST AS SURPRISED re: pregnancy - and he'd have to mull over it, for a bit, like.. do i wanna be involved in this kid's life.. but ultimately, 'humanity is beautiful,' he prolly comes into it with a bit of a ... fucked, perspective, curiosity. but genuine unconditional love, affection, and 'need' of his own child would smash down a lot of shin's - issues, in this aspect. he would grow, very much, in a very short amount of time, and he would devote his life to the kid. and due to his vast worldly (and otherworldy) experiences, he'd be open-minded and sensitive to whatever interests n issues the kid would have. Although he probably overencourages 'weird' or 'morbid' thoughts, of the kid. momo - see the thing is, momo expects himself to settle down and have a kid. or kids. y'know. his entire life he's been raised with this endgoal paradise... and he'd be in SUPER, AWFUL, DENIAL, FOR YEARS, about being in a loveless marriage. momo would think he is kind of broken. his job keeps him away from home - n he would devote himself to it, to Avoid... the messiness... - and he would have a back-n-forth relationship w both mom and kid. it'd be really messy. type of father where the relationship improves, once the kid is an adult. meanwhile if he was an uncle/godfather, less - 24/7, Direct Blood relationship - he would be awesome. the LUMINARY OF THE STARS!! NOT EVEN CRYING CHILDREN - kii - i don't have a lot of thoughts on this scenario bc kii is, sort of, ... a growing thing. he'd have to be taught thru the experiences of others, fellow parents, to be a good one - n he would be near-forced to learn in that, as that's how he is programmed. and while writing this i went, 'HE IS, A ROBOT, HE CANNOT FUCK,' so he's probably - 'the father walked out' and thru crazy hijinks kii is now the stepdad. hilarity ensues. he would be painfully average, but Fine. hos - THIS GUY WAS DESIGNED TO BE THE BEST DAD EVER. lack of piggybacks tho. no, like, he is the most, emotionally aware, of anyone in vthree. he would be so stupidly toothrottingly sweet with kids, whether or not they're his own. hosh would probably cry into his bed every night, for awhile, after the birth bc ohh my godd... oh my god... he isn't the type to get, excited, though, so there could be some - "you never Support me," miscommunication, BUT it's easy to tell w time when hos is amped abt smth. otherwise? hmmm... this one is kind of difficult to answer because, yes, but it's difficult to pick just one lol. if i had to pick one that makes me the most emotional, it'd probably be a tossup between young rick being any sort of paternal/doting to baby beth or any kind of moment where morty shows how sweet and pure his intentions are when everyone he puts himself on the line for is so undeserving.

also, rick crying or morty getting angry enough to just tear into someone. it's kind of their respective, "something is really wrong here."

x_x So many numbers to worry about. Anxious about seeing doctor again on Tuesday and also other appointments that haven't been arranged yet.

I think I'm doing okay so far. i think I'm mostly used to the needles/poking myself since it's not as bad as I thought it'd be. Fucking annoying I have to do it before every meal + before bed. At least before bed it's just for checking blood sugar but still. I miss not caring about what I had to eat. I wouldn't say my diet before was healthy but also wasn't the worst. I miss being able to eat comfortably, have sweets every now and then. I miss my microwave udon and ramen. Miss my hot cocoa. Didn't get to enjoy at least one candy cane before I got diagnosed

I did sleep okay last night, didn't wake up several times. But I still feel so tired. Feel like I have no time for anything because all this is taking up so much real estate in my head.

And I think I've been doing better to manage my feelings and stress over this. It had to have been impacting my blood sugar because I've been eating so little, doing my best to keep carbs, sugar, fats, and sodium down. Everything. Because of that it's also been a struggle to make sure I'm actually getting enough calories. It's such a headache. And all the advice I see when I google is just like "Cook a 20 ingredient dish that would take you easily an hour or more to make!"

And I know it's healithier and better that way but I just don't have the energy. I was depressed before, how do you think I feel now?

I keep telling myself to go look up recipes so we can get groceries to do so and every time I go and look I'm just feeling like "I can't do that.."

I've been having bell peppers with cream cheese and smoked salmon for the past 3 days I think it's been. I don't mind cooked bell peppers but I've been having them uncooked cause it's fast. also Idk I'm sure it would alter the nutritional values if I did. And it just sucks. Especially with such a tiny amount of cream cheese. It's the texture, a lot of foods if the texture is off I can't enjoy it. I can get it down but sometimes it's a struggle. Having shitty plain oatmeal sucked, was like eating cement. I added a bit of cinnamon but that barely helped. And I know there's more things I can add, like sweetner or fruit or whatever. but for me it's still a lot of work and thinking, and I didn't have anything like that around so that's what I had.

I've been trying to find apps and stuff to just plan meals for me but it's such a headache and a lot of them you gotta pay a subscription. I just want to be able to prepare everything without thinking so hard about it. I don't think I have dyscalculia but I'm often running numbers through my calculator over and over and over again + asking others to check my math on top of that. Re-reading over and over. I get so paranoid and its justt dfghdghhh

I just wish I could have something like dog kibble and just have that for every meal. would it still make me feel depressed just having the same shit over and over again? Maybe, but I'd KNOW for a fact I'd be getting all the nutrients I need and very easily and efficiently. So that fear is just eliminated. also sometimes watching like mukbang/food review channels while I eat helps. It makes me feel like I'm eating that instead of the fucking air I've been eating.

I'm trying so hard not to feel one way or another about this because like I said I'm worried about my stress levels affecting my blood sugar, whether or not that's something that can happen but i've been told by others it can. and ofc it was really bad those first few days and also the entire week. I feel scared to cry, to be angry, to have any kind of stressful emotions and it's making me feel so numb like I have to be a robot. having anxiety and paranoia on top of that, something I can't fully help it just makes things so hard

also i've had to take insulin every single time after I was given it. there has not been one time where it was not over 130, cause anything at that or lower I don't have to take it. But I have that and metformin and still it's been higher than that. doing my best to walk for at least an hour after every meal to help that.

i wish I could've somehow had a day to be like.. the last day I can just enjoy food and not care. I wish I could've gone to a seafood buffet one more time, had as much as I wanted. had as much sushi as I wanted, had as much dim sum as I wanted, as much soup and stew and ice cream and cake and fries and potatos.

oh well.

there's really no point in complaining about it
