"w-what do you mean, my cards been declined?" you managed to warble out, tears rapidly filling your eyes as you squeezed your hands around the counter of the little cafe

you see, you were supposed to be getting a little sweet treat because you've had a rough day, and goddamn it, you deserve it!!

you stumbled into the cafe, getting of the streets of san francisco with a beaming smile

but now, all that joy was rapidly crumbling and all the troubles of the day seemed to come back again at full force and you were sure you were about to crumple into a puddle of tears on the ground until they gave you a free coffee because you were just so pathetic-

"im sorry, miss, but there's not much more i can do for you. we've got other customers, so if you could..." the poor guy replied, subtly gesturing towards the door.

"but- but-" you tried, the words getting stuck in your throat, " i really need this...please."

"miss, don't make me ask again. please, leave-"

"i got it," a voice cut in from behind you, awkwardly clearing his throat.

you turned to him, eyes wide and teary

and frank was all that much more confident in his decision to help the pretty girl in front of him

"really?" you asked, your voice cracking just the slightest

frank offered you a soft and sweet smile, nodding his head before turning to the cashier

"just a plain black coffee for me. you want anything from here?" frank asked, tapping his finger against the glass that separated you from the baked goods of the cafe

while your eyes caught on some of the macaroons, you shook your head at the cute guy buying your drink, feeling like you were overstepping

"some of those, please," stated frank, pointing towards the macaroons and you began to wonder if he had the ability to read your mind.

the cashier slide over the pastries as frank paid and you took the plate into your hands, looking up at frank as though he just saved your life

"thank you, truly. from the bottom of my heart," you mused before clearing your throat lightly, "are- are you waiting for friends or- or could i sit with you?? i feel like i owe it to you to get to know you."

"yeah- yeah, no, i'd like that," frank beamed, taking a seat across from you

and when you weren't looking, he was typing a text under the table to percy and jason telling them NOT to come to the cafe if they loved him bc he met the love of his life and did not need those two idiots ruining it for him

and, so, naturally, those two showed up anyways but took up seats in the corner, pretending to not spy on frank even though they were totally spying on frank

you talked to frank about random stuff, what brought you to the city, family gossip, your favorite color and what not

and frank listened, basically staring at you with heart eyes.

"what about you, what brings a guy like you to a city like this?" you joked, looking up at him through your lashes with a tiny smirk

"oh! ummmmm camp- uh, military camp!" he lied, quickly swallowing down his shame at doing so.

"oh, really? didn't peg you as the military type," you frowned, quickly shaking it off as to not offend him.

"well, it's my dad's thing and im...uh, just keeping up tradition," frank added and you nodded in understanding, taking a sip from your drink

but of course, good things were never built to last for demigods

"y/n...let's go talk, yeah? i've got some explaining to do," frank whispered, gently, leading you through the mess of chairs and tables and out in the cold air of san francisco

and so the two of you walked aimlessly and now it was frank's turn to talk and your turn to listen

you asked strange questions, that always managed to catch frank off guard and lighten the whole situation

"so...half your dna is like...not real??"

"realistically, no one should be dating anyone in those camps. yall are related, that's disgusting."

Like imagine you fall asleep at his doorstep Bec he said he’d be back soon and you had to wait up for him?? And he’s so ?? context: pocket heroes are a new phenomenon to the world. the whispers that spread by ear say they are tiny humans dressed in hero-like costumes that support you when you need it most. many don’t believe in them and blame it on overactive imagination. but the very few who know the truth, say otherwise. they say you can’t find a pocket hero, but your pocket hero finds you when they’re ready. luckily for you, your tiny friend made an appearance and is stuck to you like glue!

Midoriya Izuku:

this little guy is the cutest thing you’ve ever seen

izu is on the shorter side standing only about 3 ¾ inches tall

but don’t let that height fool you bc he’s a ball of energy!

he’s a chatterbox so if that’s not your game, good luck sis

but he’s so cute and his voice is so tiny how could you not love him

your pocket hero is so encouraging of you

for every assignment, he’ll sit by your hand and cheer you on

it’s impossible to give in to temptation and skip an assignment/call off work bc he’ll puff his chubby cheeks out and pout

he knows it’s tough, but you can do it! there’s nothing you can’t do!

although, if you need to take a break for your mental health, he’ll immediately stop and climb up into your neck to comfort you

makes posters with sticky notes he finds around bc he’s your biggest fan

sits by you during class and takes his own notes so that you two can compare

he doesn’t want you to miss anything important

 you get such good grades bc of deku ong

izuku’s fav place to be is in your shirt pocket or in your cleavage, behind the collar of your shirt with his little head sticking out

it’s bc he likes to be near to your heart

it makes him feel safe and close to you

if you get really stressed out, izu will cry for you

he hates it when you’re distressed and won’t be able to think clearly until you’re okay

his whimpers are so sad it literally pains my heart

your pocket hero loves when you bring him up to your cheek so he can latch on and nuzzle you

he’s highkey attached to your hip

he’s not afraid to use puppy dog eyes if you tell him he needs to stay home when you go out

7 times out of 10, you give in

but when it’s necessary for him to stay, he’ll sadly mope around until he hears the door open and runs to you

deku’s got this huge smile on his face that could make the coldest man crack

his tiny footsteps are so cute ughhhh

uses ofa to jump to your face so you can catch him and give him cuddles until he’s satisfied

Bakugo Katsuki:

katuski stands at a whopping 4 ½ inches which is about average

but this particular pocket hero has a bad case of small dog syndrome

make fun of how small he is at your own risk

bc this little dude bites

bakugo’s a hardass about your responsibilities

like the man will not let you procrastinate!

over his dead body

if he catches you slipping, he’ll pull on your ear lobes

screams at you and threatens to blow you up with his tiny explosions too for good measure

you don’t have the heart to tell him his quirk feels like a flick from a two year old

his yelling is kinda scary tho despite sounding like a preschool kid on helium

nevertheless, pls trust that this little guy loves you and only wants the best for you

you don’t catch how he gets up extra early every morning and organizes your desk to the best of his abilities (some of your stuff is heavy)

or how he’ll spend hours going through your music and making playlists to help you study

bakugo complains about doing it, but he’s always down to go through flashcards with you

he’s a smart cookie and has got a keen memory so trust he won’t let you half-ass/forget any important assignments and exams

a mother hen

if you have at least three inches of hair, bakugo likes to stand on the top of your head and tug on your strands to “make you move” like you're under his control

yes, he has an evil laugh

you humor him every time

although, there was one time you threw your head to the side and he almost fell off bc he called you a bad word and you weren’t having it

it hasn’t happened again since

doesn’t go there often bc he wants to be all tough, but his fav place to be is in the crook of your neck where it’s warm and he can feel close to you

he’ll tell you you're being gross and make a big show of wiping your “germs” away

there was one time you didn’t peck him for a week and he actually got nervous in an angry kind of way

if izu and katsuki are the angel on your right, shouto’s the devil on your left

don’t get me wrong, the little guy will suggest you do your work

but…if you can still get the grade you want and skip out on a few things, who is he to say otherwise

a strong advocate of work smarter, not harder LMAOOO

you secretly think it’s bc he likes to take as many naps as he can with you

anyways, shouto is about 4 ¾ inches in height give or a take a couple centimeters

he’s got an unnaturally deep voice for a pocket hero

he’s very quiet, reserved most times, and will be your silent support as you go about your day

but pls don’t think he doesn’t have the slickest mouth known to man just bc he’s quiet

there was one time you asked your teacher a question and they were being difficult

you went back and forth for a few min, failing to notice the irritation growing on todoroki’s face

then he just blurted out, “and you’re supposed to have a degree in education?”

thankfully, your teacher didn’t hear him but when I tell you your heart dropped

you can’t take this man nowhere

he’s just a very sassy pocket hero

you get some lip from him too sometimes but threaten to take away his soba and he’ll shut up real quick

shouto likes to hang out on top of your head and lay there

also likes to sit on your shoulder and idly swing his legs

when you’re both bored in class, he’ll make little ice sculptures to get you more alert

you let him read articles out to you bc his voice is really soothing

todo lives for head pats or when you gently scratch his head with your finger

he’ll chase your finger if you pull away too soon

you think he purrs but shouto won’t admit to anything

when he’s feeling clingy, he’ll raise his arms up signaling for you to hold him in your hand

it’s annoying sometimes bc you need to take notes or something but does it look like this boy cares?

pick him up now!

if you get stressed, he makes you put down whatever you're doing and drink some water

forces you to take a nap if it’s really bad

all pocket heroes have a reserved “bed” so their caretaker doesn’t harm them when they sleep, but todoroki is wiling to risk death if it means curling up on your chest

your heartbeat helps him sleep easier

i see him with a friends to lovers thing where he either flirts with you from the moment he meets you or progressively begins to fall for you and is far to flustered to flirt because woah there why are you so beautiful

if its the former, then he’s probably gonna be ‘joking’ for the most part and you know this, so you two are just playfully flirting all the time until one day he realizes that he wants this to be REAL and panics 

when you flirt the first time he’s flustered, because he’s really just not used to the same level of forwardness that he has himself, but after a while Sokka is gonna get used to it and he’ll just roll with it

but when he realizes he wants more? he’s gonna be flustered all over again, and he’s probably gonna flirt with you signifigantly less, which is gonna cause you to confront him, much to his dismay, because oh no he’s alone with you-

“oh! haha.. hey y/n. yeah i need to go sharpen my boomerang-”

“sokka that’s not something you can do.”

when you confront him, he’s probably gonna be honest with you and tell you how he feels because he really cares for you and just wants you to calm down because no he does n o t hate you

he’s not gonna wanna ask you out at first, in all honesty, i see sokka’s whole confidence thing as a facade, because in actuality he has really low self esteem and genuinely sees himself as the “extra” member of team avatar because he lacks bending and everyone around him is so talented that he sometimes forgets he is literally super smart and makes all the plans that save their lives on the daily

just things you are too good for him, especially if you are a bender

if you start hinting that you like him too, he is initially gonna think it is a joke until you start getting bold and then it’s gonna hit him like everyone hits the cabbage man’s cart

i can see either of you confessing first, if Sokka does, he’s probably gonna be really bashful and flustered about it, but he’s also gonna try and act cool because thats like his trademark

if you confess first, he’s gonna be in shock temporarily, but then he’s gonna jump right into things because you like him BACK omgomgomgomg 

he’s gonna wanna kiss you right after the confession, and it’ll probably backfire because he got really excited and ended up headbutting you and now you have a bruise forming on your head and a very apologetic sokka oops

in general, quickly recognizes his feelings and confesses shortly after, because he just hates the weird tension even if he thinks he’s the only one feeling it, even though hes NOT

so

a really attentive boyfriend, you will never feel neglected, he’s a very clingy person who gets intimate with you all the time, so if you like affection you got it

kissing him is nice, he’s good at it 10/10 recommend, always wants to hold you as close as possible, prefers a hand on your hip/lowerback and another on your face or neck to pull you closer

if you don’t like affection, he’ll express his love in other ways

for example, cooking, i see sokka as someone who can either cook REALLY well, or not at all. there is no in between. 

genuinely just really wants to make you happy

the type to bully you if you’re in a relationship, pls bully him back, humble this man. he’s gonna roast you but he doesn’t really mean it okay, he’s just doesn’t want things to change between you

remind him that he matters and is important to the team, because he forget that sometimes and falls into a mood, where he’s all sad and stuff and it just makes you sad so like

tell him he matters, because he does, tell him he’s great even if he can’t bend, and tell him he is a fantastic and brilliant leader, this will serve as an ego boost though so be prepared to humble him

steal his hair ties and do all of us a favor okay, just steal them, burn them because no littering, just make sure he cannot find them! he will walk around with his hair down in confusion, searching for them before he starts the day

speaking of starting the day, you always wake up first, this man is not a morning person and needs his beauty sleep, definitely have a 17 step skin care routine, change my mind, he is big on self care and will make sure you participate with him because he cares about you

speaking of care he knows you so well since you are his s/o so if he notices something is up he will not hesitate to confront you, and will ask if you want solutions or just someone to listen to

prefers solving the problem though

back to mornings, um have fun waking up to sokka with his hair down that sounds HEAVENLY um

mild lok spoilers but sokka ends up chief, and gets involved in politics over time, so he kinda runs out of time for you a bit until he figures out how to organize his time better, then he gets kinda sad, but he still wants to take you out on dates as often as possible ok no more spoilers

so speaking of dates, sokka wants weekly dates, this is a must, does not care if it is a fancy restaurant, cooking at home, or a picnic. he loves picnics most though, and please notice how food is the common factor here

sokka would never cheat on you but if he did he would cheat with food

arguments aren’t rare, but they are mostly over dumb stuff and you both know its dumb stuff so for the most part its a joke, but sometimes someone takes things too far so then apologies are necessary

like actual argument arguments are mostly rare because sokka doesn’t wanna pick fights with you and he’s fairly passive unless he feels really strongly about something

he can be REALLY MEAN THOUGH AND PETTY like wow sokka will go days without talking to you because of a fight

he can and will apologize first when he realizes the toll its taking on your relationship, probably will apologize first

if you catch him being a misogynist put him in his place :)

 he thinks you are hot when you are angry and might pick a fight with you just for that reason, pls make out with him

now he’s back to beaming so brightly, and he’s putting the ring on your finger and oh no- he’s passed out. is it from excitement or bloodloss? idk

he also might pass out before hearing you answer and then at the hospital you’re kinda sitting there like, “ARE YOU DUMB STUPID OR DUMB. YOU COULD HAVE DIED.”

alternatively, he is one of few people i could see having a public proposal, with lots of flowers, a band, fireworks, the whole nine yards

There was a reason why blasty boy wanted to keep your relationship private. Literally everyone in Class 1-A was super nosy. Excluding a select few, and he didn’t need a bunch of extras intruding the relationship. You agreed that you wanted to keep it secret as well, enjoying the cuddles and kisses behind closed doors. Neither of you were super into PDA so it wasn’t too hard for the both of you to restrain yourselves. He was used to seeing you joke around with Denki, Mina, and Kirishima so he didn’t really pay too much mind to the innuendos and flirty jokes thrown back and forth. He knew you’d never leave him for either of those idiots and he trusted you enough to stop when things go a bit too far.

Despite him calling them idiots, he trusted his friends to not make a serious pass at you or say anything that would make you uncomfortable. He did get upset when Mina kissed your cheek once but he restrained himself enough because he knew it was just a friendly gesture.

His patience did get tested around Mineta but he always enjoyed watching you kick that idiots ass and making him fall to his knees and beg for an apology. Never fails to make him smile. But there were times where he couldn’t keep his anger at bay, like now.

You guys were out with the bakusquad at a festival, some of your guys’ other classmates followed along. It was going pretty well so far when the night was ending and you had basically had to drag Bakugo over to the game booths.

“Please Suki, it’ll be fun~ Just one game.” You pleaded, pulling out the pouty lips and puppy dog eyes.

“No, I’m not paying for a damned game that’s probably rigged or something.” He crossed his arms.

“What if I paid and you just played with me?”

He huffed in annoyance. “No, don’t wast your money on that crap.”

“Whatever, I’ll just play one myself.” You rolled your eyes and went to a booth, waiting in line to play.

“Oooh who’s that with (y/n)? They’re really cute!” Mina squealed, that caught Bakugo’s attention. A popping noise and black smoke emitted from his palms as he watched the scene in front of him. This person had the audacity to wrap their arm around your waist and try to hit on you.

“Whoah Bakugo, relax.” Kirishima placed a hand on his shoulder but it was shrugged off as Bakugo stomped over to you.

“HEY! Get your grubby hands off of my s/o!”

“Whoa, whoa hey, relax dude.” They pulled away from you and held their hands up defensively.

“Don’t tell me to relax asshole! They clearly didn’t want you so close to them, so back off!” he let poor sweat pool into his hand and the popping intensified, you could already feel the heat radiating from it.

“Alright babe, that’s enough...let’s just go.” You place a gentle hand on his shoulder. He glared at the person who was just all over you and grabbed your waist, pulling you into him and hungrily swallowing your lips in a hungry kiss. A kiss to show everyone that you were his an no one else’s.

Needless to say, the bakusquad was just waiting for the two of you to date, they just hadn’t expected the two of you to already be a couple and they definitely didn’t expect Bakugo to be the one to out the both of you.

“Wow.” You mumbled as the both of you pulled away breathlessly. “What happened to not letting the extra’s know?” You teased.

“Shut up idiot, I had to show ‘em who you belong to.” He looked away, blush on his cheeks.

You gasped. “Was somebody jealous?”

“Wow Bakubro! You’re such a tsundere!” Kirishima snickered.

“You have two seconds to run, airheads!” He growled as he unwrapped his arms from your waist and chased after them.

“Yup...that’s my boyfriend.” You sighed, flinching at the sound of an explosion not too far off.

“You sure know how to pick ‘em, (y/n)!” Mina giggled from beside you.

“Yes, yes I do.”

It’s not like the two of you were hiding your relationship on purpose but it was more like, no one had really asked or anything so you just didn’t see the need to bring attention to it. The relationship was fairly new to the both of you so it was very nice to be able to figure it all out while not having any unwanted attention. Todoroki was a sweet boyfriend, he was very hesitant about initiating any physical contact because he was terrified of being like his father. You reassurance definitely helped but you also didn’t mind taking it slow. You weren’t much of a fan of Endeavor. You never were, not before meeting Shoto and definitely not after.

Today, Class 1-A was having a competition of quirks. It would work like a bracket competition until there was one person standing. Endeavor had caught word and decided to sit in and watch. You had beat Tokoyami and moved onto the next round, Shoto had beat Uraraka and moved on as well. Your eyes widening when the next bracket was announced.

“Alright, Todoroki and (L/n)! Be on standby, the two of you are next.”

The both of you stared at each other with wide eyes. When you guys started dating, you agreed that you wouldn’t hold back during training or battle simulations. You had never been paired up though, so this was a bit of a shock.

“Come on (y/n)! You’ve got this!” Ojiro patted your shoulder as he walked past you since his was the bracket that had just ended.

“SHOTO!” The sudden shout caused you to jump and turn towards the source, not very surprised to see Endeavor sitting in the stands, All Might and Present Mic seated next to him.

“You two ready?” Aizawa asked as the two of you got prepared.

“Ready.” Shoto’s smooth voice calmed your racing heart.

“Ready.” You nodded.

“Alright! Begin!”

Shoto watched as lightning enveloped your body, hair starting to float upward (think of killua’s godspeed). He knew how dangerous your quirk was, especially with how much you’ve trained to strengthen it. You could produce at least 1billion volts without passing out. The same amount of electricity as a raw lightning bolt. The sound of a loud crackle of lightning snapped him out of his trance and he scowled, keeping his senses alert, as he looked around. You disappeared, or that’s what it seemed like. Within a blink of an eye you appeared right in front of him.

“Peek a boo~” You teased, you placed your hands on his chest and sent a mild blast of lightning into him and he flew backwards, using his ice to stop him from flying out of bounds. A small smirk spread across his lips as he skid to a stop.

“Come on (y/n), I thought we agreed to give it all we got.”

“All right then Shoto, bring it on.”

Aizawa instantly regretted not setting a time limit when your battle lasted past the 10 minute mark. Not that anyone was complaining though. Watching two people with high skill sets battle it out was intriguing. Endeavor, however, was furious. Clenching his jaw impossibly tighter every time you got the upper hand. 

Towards the 17 minute mark, you had taken a substantial amount of damage already. You were slowly growing more, and more fatigued. Shoto could tell and decided to ease up. But when he attacked, you could tell.

“No, d-don’t hold b-back! I’m not weak!” He could tell that you were frustrated with your performance and he wanted nothing more than to hold you in his arms and tell you that you were anything but weak. He noticed that you were gonna do your ‘signature move’ so before you could complete it, he encased you in ice. Aizawa was a bout to call it when the ice cracked before a loud boom was heard and ice was sent flying everywhere. He watched in horror as you collapsed to the ground.

“Todoroki wi-”

“(Y/N)!” Everyone was shocked as he ran to you, dropping to his knees to check if you were okay. “(Y/n)? Darling please...” He cupped your cheek, thumb running over your cheekbone. His fear may have seemed a tad bit irrational but he panicked. He vowed to himself to never hurt you in any way, so in his eyes he was the same as his father. Once your eyes opened he sat you up and brought your lips to his, “I’m sorry, my love. I’m sorry.”

“Wow, maybe I should get hurt more often.” You chuckled.

“No fair!!! Todoroki has more game than I do!” Denki complained. Well, that cat’s out of the bag.

“Shoto!! What do you think you’re doing?!” Oh right...Endeavor.

I think it’s a bit obvious why he wanted to keep the relationship a secret, he didn’t think he could handle it if other people knew. Mirio and Nejire definitely had their suspicions but didn’t want to overwhelm their friend with accusations.

He was looking for you during lunch, you had said that there was something you needed to take care of something before lunch but that was over half an hour ago. He was mumbling worriedly to his two friends, assuming the worst.

“Oh wait, are you talking about (y/n)?” Nejire tapped her chin. “I saw them go into the hero support classroom. They said something about a suit upgrade.”

Just then, you had entered the cafeteria, but you weren’t alone. You were with Keita...he was another third year who was in the advanced hero support class. They were also known to be a huge flirt. Tamaki couldn’t help but feel jealous as he watched how they had made you laugh, the pink tinge covering your cheeks was worrying as well. The two of you split and went your separate ways.

“Hey (y/n)! How’s it goin’?” Mirio asked as you sat down.

“I’m so excited, my upgrade request finally went through! I’m finally getting a new suit!” He thought you looked cute as you expressed your excitement before guilt filled his entire being as he realized that he was jealous over nothing.

Over the next couple of weeks, you had spent an awful lot of time smiling at your phone, not to mention spending a lot of time with Keita. He knew that creating a whole new suit was a long process. It took a long time to test out prototypes and whatnot but he couldn’t help but think that you were losing interest in him. That you were spending more time with Keita because he was doing a horrible job as your boyfriend. Because he wasn’t there when you needed him or because you just got fed up with his timid nature.

Somewhere inside of him, he knew none of it was true but he couldn’t help but think that he wasn’t good enough anymore. You had noticed that he was acting strange so you decided to ask him about him.

“Tama? Is everything okay? You’ve been acting a little strange recently...” He gulped nervously.

“Well I uh, I-” He sighed heavily. “Do you still want to be with me, (y/n)?” The question completely threw you off guard.

“Of course I still want to be with you Tamaki? Why would you think that?” He scratched the back of his neck sheepishly.

“Well y-youv’e been h-hanging out w-with Keita a lot, s-so I just thought...well I don’t know.” 

You frowned and cupped his cheeks to tilt his face back up so you could look into his eyes. “Baby, why didn’t you tell me earlier?”

“I was n-nervous...I d-didn’t want you to think I w-was being clingy.” He stuttered, the tips of his ears turning red.

“Aww Tama but I love it when you’re clingy~” you leaned forward and pressed a kiss in the tip of his nose which made his cheeks erupt in heat. “Would it make you feel better if I stopped hanging out with Keita so much?”

“B-but what about your suit?”

“Well it’s pretty much done by now, all the prototype testing was done today.”

He was happy that you were spending more time with him lately but one day when you were walking down the hall together, Keita had approached both of you.

“Hey (y/n), so I know your suit is done and everything but I was wondering if you wanted to go on a date with me?”

“Oh Keita, I’m sorry.” You slipped your hand into Tamaki’s and pressed a kiss to his cheek. “I’m already dating someone.”

Tamaki turned and leaned his head against your shoulder in embarrassment. Keita apologized and left you two there. You turned and held Tamaki in your arms, lettin him keep his face buried in your shoulder.

“I’m sorry I embarrassed you Tama, but now everyone knows.”

Legend has it that Nejire and Mirio are teasing the both of you about it to this day.

The reason why Aizawa wanted to keep the relationship secret was because you were a petty well know pro hero and with the onslaught of villain attacks against his students and the school, he couldn’t endanger you by putting a target on your back. You were also a young pro, you were only 4 years younger than him, and he didn’t wan to “ruin” your image.

One night, you had gone out for some drinks with Miruko. The two of you had been good friends since your UA days and that bond hadn’t broken. She said she’d be bringing a friend along, you just shrugged it off and told her it was fine. What you hadn’t expected was to see her and a certain maroon winged hero strut into the bar. You were mortified. The memory of telling her you thought he was hot coming back to you and slamming you like a 50 ton truck. That was before you started your relationship with Shota but Rumi hadn’t known about that.

“Hey (y/n) this is Takami.” You smiled politely at the blonde. “Takami this is (y/n).”

“Very nice to meet you.” He grinned flirtatiously.

“Likewise.” You shook his hand, internally groaning. This was gonna be a long night.

A couple of drinks in, you switched to water and club soda so you could sober up. You had an early patrol the next morning and you did not want to risk being hungover on the job. The entire night you had to fend off a flirty Takami. However, what you weren’t aware of was the person a few feet away from you snapping pictures of you and the blonde hero.

The next morning, you woke up to multiple tabloid articles about the two of you in the bar. The dating scandal was trending all over social media. You hadn’t really thought much about it and just went to work like usual.

When Aizawa saw the tabloid he frowned. He was a little conflicted because he obviously knew it wasn’t true and he had complete trust in you but he couldn’t help but feel insecure and a little jealous. There was no denying that people loved the idea of you and Hawks together, even he couldn’t deny that the two of you looked good together.

Later on in the day, you decided to make your way to the school to see Shota because the guilt in your stomach just wouldn’t go away. Even if you hadn’t really done anything, you still felt horrible. You had told Aizawa you would be showing up during your lunch break, he said he’d be waiting for you at the school gate. A few journalists had seen you make your way towards UA and decided to bombard you with tons of questions about Hawks.

“When did you two start dating?!”

“Where did you guys meet?!”

“Do you two usually meet up at bars?!” etc, etc...You had your bottom lip tucked painfully between your teeth.

“Actually, they’re already in a relationship.” The sudden deep voice behind you made you grin. His arm wrapped around you and pulled you into his side, pressing a kiss right under your ear. “Now if you’ll excuse us...” And with that, the two of you made your way onto campus.

“That was very out of character for you, Aizawa-sensei~” You purred teasingly. He grinned and pulled you flush against him, chest to chest, leaning down to kiss you deeply.

“Well I couldn’t help myself from getting jealous, people were thinking you were with that blonde asshole. You’re mine baby.“

“Carry on then.” he didn’t need to be told twice as he dove in for another kiss. His students may or may not have seen that go down and they may or may not have teased him about it the next morning.

First angst ask, I’m ready. 

Danny, Jake, Max, and Dwight with an s/o suspected of cheating

Danny

It took a long time for Danny to even consider dating his s/o. Not only would that leave him vulnerable, it could very well make him make mistakes, especially if we assume his s/o is a survivor.

So when he did decide to let himself admit his feelings, regardless of how much he may have joked about them, that meant a lot.

Of course in saying that, with someone like him there would be a bit of an… obsession. He would have some extreme trust issues, though in a somewhat more possessive way than a simple ‘worry’. If he overhears a conversation and misinterprets it… there will be trouble.

He wouldn’t harm his s/o by any means - at least not outside trials. He knows the rules. He will definitely be colder though, occasionally cracking jokes insinuating what he thinks he knows.

In trials he might be a little less merciless as a tactic to blow off steam.

It would have to be you to confront him about why he’s acting so much colder than usual. He has way too much of an ego to do more than insinuate and wait for you to come to your own conclusions.

When you do confront him, don’t be surprised if you get some ominous replies at first. “You know what’s wrong.” “Don’t play stupid with me.” etc

When you finally get it or blow up at him and make him explain, it would take a lot of convincing to get him to believe you. It can be done, however, and once he does believe you… it’ll take him even longer to apologize.

He probably hates admitting how wrong he was, so his apologies are… subtle. For someone like him though, even subtle apologies mean something, at least.

Expect him to be a lot clingier after you’ve made up with him, at least for a little while. He has plenty of lost time to make up for and he’ll be damned if he doesn’t take that chance. (Not to mention, he needs to make it known you belong to him.)

Jake

Jake isn’t quite as impulsive, so it’d be a bit harder for him to misinterpret something.

Then again, he isn’t quite used to being social, so it wouldn’t be extremely hard to do, either. 

So, when he does misunderstand a situation, it probably… breaks his heart, a bit. It’s difficult for him to open up, though for different reasons than Danny obviously. He’d feel a bit betrayed, but he’d still hope he was wrong.

Even so, jealousy and fear can be cruel. He’d inadvertently start distancing himself as he tries to cope, tries to understand what’s happening. It would be painfully obvious, even if it isn’t to him. 

You could try to coax him to talk to you, but he’d just quietly insist that he was fine, he just had a lot to think about. The more you push, the more he’d close up.

Eventually, he’d approach you and ask to talk alone. His tone would be worrying so you’d of course take him up on it.

When he explains his fears and suspicions, you’d feel your heart drop. You’d have to explain, in detail, what was actually going on to help soothe his mind. He’d be willing to trust you, as long as you didn’t beat around the bush while explaining. 

Once his mind was calmer about the situation, he’d still be a bit distant for a bit, though less out of fear and more out of realizing his error. He’d know it was him in the wrong, and he definitely wouldn’t want to just pretend he didn’t just accuse you of something like that.

When he comes back to you, he’ll apologize, quietly. He’s not subtle with the apology, but he is a bit awkward due to some lack of experience in the situation. He’d do his best though. Expect him to take extra good care of you for a little while after to make up for it.

Max

Oof, Max. He’s smarter than he lets off, but at the same time he never really experienced a healthy love. This relationship was the first, for him.

Needless to say, if he suspects his s/o of cheating, he will be… very upset.

He’s also a lot harder to approach about it because of his anger issues.

He won’t take it out on you, though. No, he’d take it out on whoever he thought was trying to take you away from him. If that’s a survivor, then during trials he will be absolutely brutal.

Once you are able to approach him (after a few trials of him taking it out on the other person, perhaps), it’d be harder to understand why he was so upset. Judging by his breathing, it’d probably be a bit different for him to speak properly if at all.

Once you understand and can explain the situation to him, his mood takes a quick 180, surprisingly. 

Like, he will go from moping and angry to following you around again like a lost puppy in no time.

He’ll still probably dislike the person he suspected for a while, though. You’d have to convince him to go easier on them. 

Expect him to be a bit protective for a little while after, and lots of PDA even if it’s only hand holding or something like that. He’d need the affection.

Dwight

This boy would be absolutely heartbroken.

He’d want to believe you would never do something like this, but he’s been left in the dust so often that his confidence would just plummet if he thought you were cheating on him.

He wouldn’t seem like himself, completely downcast even despite the little smile he’d try to show off when others were looking. When he thought he was alone though, he’d be downright miserable.

If you confronted him, he’d admit right away what was wrong. Sure, he might beat around the bush a little to try and sugarcoat it, but… he wouldn’t push you away, despite whatever guilt he felt.

Please, try not to yell at him for his mistake. His self esteem is frail, and he’ll be the first to apologize when he knows how wrong he is. Sometimes, his fears just get the best (or rather, worst) of him.

When he knows the truth, he will apologize, a lot. In as many ways as he possibly can. He wants to make it up to you for suspecting you of something so terrible, even despite knowing you’re better than that deep down.

He will take more hits for you, he will find the best items he can for you, all in the hopes of beginning to make it up to you.

Please, tell him to calm down and have him just cuddle with you and hold you. He needs that physical intimacy to try and feel better. He missed you, and he wants to prove how much he cherishes you.

And nope Kiri didn’t know jsl from before, but mers do have something similar to a sign language (there’s deaf and mute merpeople too, after all) so he recognized it as Bakugou going “I want to talk to you and this is the best way to” - also, he’d never seen a tablet before and Bakugou was showing him an explosion on it to make him understand and instead he went “what is this SORCERY” and got excited about a gif. So pretty much at some point in the middle of a meeting Present Mic mentioned how there probably was a traitor between them that kept on feeding the villains infos about UA, and the fandom of course got interested in that!! Who could it be? They started thinking it through and for some reason the theories that ended up being more popular are about it being either Kaminari, Kirishima or Hagakure - I don’t think any of these are true, but if you google search “kaminari traitor theory” or the same with the other two names you should easily find the posts explaining the theories and where they come from, if you’re interested!

(so i was looking for inspiration to write this and i heard it was issac’s { @miserysucculent } birthday??? so since this is his hc i thought hey why not. pls enjoy issac, happy birthday bud. also this turned out a hell of a lot longer than i meant it to be)

It was one of those summer days that made everything seem insignificant. It was hot, hot enough to make Davey flee the constraints of his room. Since he shared with Les, it felt too constricting to sit and listen to another story about cowboys and the wild west. Sarah was already starting her homework for next year, and kept spouting facts about the moon. Davey wrinkled his nose thinking about the pile of homework that sat on his desk, waiting to be started. Choosing to neglect his duties, Davey chose to take a walk down to the farmer’s market for his mother. It was just as stifling outside, but a thin breeze blew between all the people that crowded the sidewalk. He pushed his way through the crowd, realizing that this was not the greatest choice he could’ve made, relieved to see the big signs advertising fresh fruit and baked goods.

He grabbed a basket and checked his phone for the list again. Apples, broccoli, chicken stock, and the daily paper. As much as Sarah and Davey had tried to convince their father that all of the news was online, and buying a newspaper was unnecessarily killing trees, Mayer insisted on having the real thing, right there. Davey grabbed everything and headed over to the small newspaper stand, carrying all the big names. A boy was leaning against the post, reading the New York Times, with a bloody and fascinating title. Davey went to pick one up, and the boy lowered the paper as he watched Davey grab it. He felt the the boy’s eyes rake across his body, and ignored him as he opened to the Arts & Leisure section. “Well extra, extra.” He heard, the boy’s Manhattan accent thick. “I’m gay and you’re cute.” Davey smiled slightly, folding the paper.

“Extra, extra. Yeah I’m cute, duh.” Davey walked on past the boy to pay for his items. Maybe the trip wasn’t useless after all.

“I was in the middle of the Battle of Hogwarts!! Molly Weasley was about to say bitch! You can’t just take me away from that!” Sarah rolled her eyes as she tugged on his arm, sending his whole body out of the door frame. Davey huffed, picking himself up off the floor. Sarah had demanded that he come out of his room and ‘socialize,’ even though there was no one to talk to in the middle of July. Her girlfriend Kath was out of town, Davey’s friends Mush and Skittery would rather suck face then talk face-to-face, and everyone else made Davey feel like he was losing braincells the more they opened their mouths. But Davey knew that Sarah couldn’t stay in the house for too long, or else she would go crazy. So he reluctantly followed her out the door, complaining the whole way.

“Where are we even going?” He asked, still annoyed.

“Anywhere the winds blows us!” She sighed, twirling in the wind. Sarah’s soft pink skirt puffed in the wind, her hair streaking around her. Davey gritted his teeth, plodding along behind her. They kept walking until they ended up at the farmer’s market, in front of the lemonade stand. Sarah pulled a five out of her pocket and paid the man for two drinks that looked pink and fizzy, but tasted surprisingly good. They walked around for a while when Sarah saw the newspaper stand.

Pulling Davey’s arm in a direction he did not want to go for the second time that day, Sarah led him over and picked up a Tribune. Davey read the title until a voice jarred him into looking up. “Extra, extra. Does cute boy have a band-aid?” Sarah opened her mouth, confused, but Davey raised his hand to silence her.

“Why?” He said, smiling.

“‘Cause I think I scraped my knee falling for you.” The boy winked at him, and Sarah’s mouth fell open.

Davey grabbed Sarah’s arm and dragged her away from the stand. “Well, good luck with that!” He called over his shoulder.

“Care to explain what the hell just happened?” Sarah asked, disbelief etched in her words. Davey smiled, a dreamy look in his eye.

“It was the wind.”

Mayer had forgotten to get his paper coming home from work. “Damn!” He said, sitting on the couch, good-naturedly. Esther swat at him with the packet of papers she was filling out.

“Not in front of Les, Mayer.” Les grinned at him from the other couch, a ring of blue encircling his mouth from the popsicle he had earlier. Davey giggled, and returned to the english homework that was sitting on his lap.

“Any of my lovely children want to go and get one?” Mayer jokingly asked.

“Me!” Davey said, shooting up, dropping all of his books and papers and sending them to the floor. There was an embarrassing silence as everyone’s eyes watched a slow piece of notebook paper drift to the floor. Esther raised an eyebrow, clearly confused.

“I- I’m just passionate about world politics!” He said, nodding his head. Sarah laughed, getting up from the kitchen table.

“And that newsboy’s ass.” She said, leaving the room before her mother could lecture her. Esther sighed and shook her head, returning to the paperwork she was doing. Davey picked up his papers, putting them on the couch.

He walked quickly out the door before anyone could question him. “I’ll get it!” He called, shutting the door. Davey looked at the sidewalk, and walked down the stairs in the direction of the farmer’s market. He got there in record time, slightly out of breath. He saw the boy and smiled to himself. Sarah wasn’t wrong. He has a fantastic ass. As he picked up a Post, the boy laughed.

“Extra, extra. You can stare at this ass all day long.” Davey’s eyes widened in horror as realized what he’d said out loud. He stuttered for a second before dropping the paper and walking away as fast as he could.

Mayer was confused and slightly angry when Davey returned with nothing but red cheeks and a story to tell Sarah.

“Please take Les out of my hands. This report is due tomorrow, and I’ve barely started. Please oh please?” Davey stared at his mom, not wanting to get up from the spot on his couch. He had finally found a comfortable position to read in, and he knew how rare it was to find one. Esther sighed, running her fingers through her hair. “I’ll give you twenty bucks to go get ice cream. Please?”

Davey reluctantly peeled himself off the couch and set his book down. She smiled tiredly, and he smiled back. He walked down the hallway and reached his mom’s office, where Les was creating necklaces out of paper clips and singing musical theatre songs at the top of his lungs. “AIN’T IT A FINE LIFE, CARRYIN’ T-”

“Les!” The younger brother stopped, looking at Davey like he had ruined a Moment. “Let’s go get ice cream, yeah?” Les’s eyes lit up as he shot to his feet, and Davey doubted the idea of giving him sugar for a second. “Get some shoes on and we’ll go.” As Les left the room, Davey grabbed his arm. “And no Newsies on the way there, please. It’s so overrated.”

Les’s face look offended, and he pushed Davey out of the way. “You’re overrated!” He yelled, leaving Davey to roll his eyes.

The summer heat was too much for Davey, not to mention the fact that it did nothing to subdude Les’s energy. By the time they both had ice cream, Les was practically bouncing off the walls. He had learned to tune Les out, so he was walking along and being pulled of his sugar haze every once and while to stop Les from breaking something or talking to a stranger. Because of this, he didn’t notice where they were going until they were there, in front of the newsstand.

“Oh- Les- Let’s go… look… at that thing over there!” Les pulled his arm out of Davey’s grasp, picking up a random paper.

“Let’s get dad his paper now!” Davey sighed and picked up a paper, trying to cover his face with it. The boy cocked an eyebrow, amused at Davey’s lame attempt at hiding. He was a six foot tall beanpole. There was no hiding Davey Jacobs.

“Extra, extra. Cute boy owes me his number.” Before Davey could say anything, Les answered curiously.

“Why?” He asked, and Davey almost died of embarrassment. Jack laughed and leaned over to match Les’s height.

“Because I dropped mine when I first saw him.” Davey brows furrowed for a second. That one didn’t even make sense? At least he’s trying.

This moment of confusion, unfortunately, gave Les the opportunity to talk. “You lost yours? Oh no! I can give you Davey’s, don’t worry. It’s (212) 34-” Davey clapped his hand over Les’s mouth and began to drag him away. Les fought for a moment before shrugging and giving up, shimmying out of his embrace and skipping ahead. Davey turned around and shot a sheepish smile at Jack, who grinned right back.

It had been a bad day. Everyone was fed up with each other, Sarah had yelled at him twice, Les broke one of his favorite pens, and Esther had gotten so mad at him that she just pointed at the door and yelled ‘Go!’

So Davey went. He walked in no particular direction, just angry and trying to blow off some steam. As he walked down the pavement, he carefully avoided any cracks and counted his steps. 1, 2, 3, 4…

497. Four hundred and ninety-seven steps until he was in front of the farmer’s market, where his subconscious had led him, and he knew the exact reason why. He hadn’t been back since the phone number incident with Les, and he was dying to see the boy again. He had made small appearances in Davey’s dreams often, and Davey couldn’t seem to get his face out of his head. So Davey ever-so-casually walked up to the newspaper stand and grabbed a Times. He saw the boy look at him for a long moment. Davey was itching to know what line the boy would drop today when the boy cleared his throat. He walked next to Davey and bumped shoulders with him, pointed at the headline on the Times. “Extra, extra. Cute guy agrees to dinner with charming man.” Davey laughed for the first time, a full, broad sound that made the boy’s face light up.

“Extra, extra. They’ll kiss after persistent guy walks cute one to his door.” Davey leaned over and pecked his cheek, leaving the boy grinning as big as could be. As he walked away, the boy called after him.

“I’m Jack!” He said.

“Davey!” He called over his shoulder.

when or if I started shipping it. my thoughts: okay so i think i’ve known them since 2013, i was a lurker and had seen stuff of them. i even had a bad impression of them bc said materials let me saw the “fanon komahina” with crazy stalker ko x tsun maso hinata so i stayed away as much as possible from that order (till now tbh it scarred me). then dr3 happened ! i invested a lot of time while dr3 was airing to get to know them and spoiled myself to the majority of sdr2, i was in denial in that period tbh bc i was dissatisfied with their rship in sdr2 bc of the lack of closure and how i believed hinata won’t ever return komaeda’s feelings (as how i put it before when i still didnt know better) it’s almost hilarious i was in denial i ship them while i read their top fics in ao3, 100k word fics included, every night then wake up and tell the world nope! i dont ship them! then it just happened, the denial decreased, i started to read more abt sdr2, followed ppl and read their thoughts about komahina, kibou hen already ended, occasional rts (spams) their art in twitter then before i knew it, i never expected myself to like komahina but im in here deep

What makes me happy about them: how do i even start… i had to sort through my memory bc almost all of their canon interactions make me sad. ok first thing i love how one’s smile has impact to the other, of how hinata thinks ko’s smile is calming and drives his worries away and how painful it was for komaeda to remember hinata’s that implies to weigh equally as his death in sdr2.5 ( this is sad and not happy wtf ) hinata wanting to understand komaeda, komaeda feeling serenity when he’s with hinata, the dangan island scenes!! the ridiculous ones with “i don’t mind if you want to see me naked”, hinata taking komaeda to a carousel, komaeda being nervous around hinata when he noticed they’re alone, hinata never expressed disgust or called ko “creepy” in canon unlike the others where he thinks komaeda being confusing. and hinata reaching out to take komaeda’s hand twice in sdr2.5 

What makes me sad about them: everything in sdr2 wtf? one, there’s so many unsaid things between them in canon, like komaeda saying less about his feelings when there’s more to it, him lying about lying about his condition in his last fte and hinata’s confused and frustrated over that? he didn’t know which are true or not and he simply can’t figure it out alone. komaeda and their hostile situation are definitely not helping. also where he shrugs off thoughts that could lead him understanding komaeda’s true feelings as “overthinking” especially in chapter 5. but in the end of his fte, hinata acknowledges he feels a mysterious bond with him which is true, of how they look after each other in a way after everything and other else.

Things done in fanfic that annoys me: i back off before i start to read those i think are gonna annoy me but i hate myself and i still checked so here are some,

-the fanon komahina mentioned above goes here without a doubt-the crack fics that spam and flood their tag… like really? shrekmaeda? trumpmaeda? s*mmer l*ve???-the “uwu so pure cant hurt everyone! pls protect me hinatakun” komaeda and “hide in my arms babe im here for u” hinata-just. very aggressive and clingy komaeda.-violent dom/sub, noncon, hate sex-shsl slut hinata-kun-fucking komaeda who’s stuttering every single time

Things I look for in fanfic: i’m up to anything! tbh i’ll accept any post dr3 where they’re happy or alternative post sdr2 where it’s angsty with pent up emotions and both of them have to deal with a lot of things left from the simulation (im disappointed sdr2.5 didnt give us drama :0 ) or just simple fluff aus good for the soul. angsty aus bc sadness is never enough to me. canon divergence!! im happy to see some twists made within sdr2… and dr3 please. 

My kinks:  komahina being passionate with each other : ‘  D

Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: non Non No. this ask got very long do you think i even have the time to imagine either of them without the other… well there’s kamukoma, technically it doesn’t count, and that’s it

My happily ever after for them: komahina moving on from ordeals together finally reached a complete understanding, they might still hit a rocky road along the way but they have each other to rely on. that s cheesy, most probably, but please

Her father is a very powerful mob boss around the west coast and her mother is a bio chemist. Parents are divorced due to her father's line of work becoming too dangerous for the family. Kind of the black sheep of the family since she's very shy and isolated due to certain events in her childhood. Jennifer lives with her father and has recently began to partake in his line of work, much to her mother's and siblings knowledge; but then decides to leave that life. She later becomes a vigilante in her area, basically doing what the batfam does. Has light brown eyes, light olive skin, is 5'6 and shoulder-length raven black hair. They were really agressive towards her but would never miss a chance of showing her off to look powerful. She spent years secretly training to scape and studying with the help of one of her father's partners that managed to survive but got locked up by the same family, he was her only friend. Years later her friend died and she escaped. She trained for months with no pauses while living in the streets and became a warrior so she tracked down her "family" and killed them, that day she became shadow, a antihero. She took over her "family's"  business and is the leader of their "mafia" but she always make sure that they're not hurting the wrong people.”

I also saw that you were doing OC ships and was wondering if you could do my OC? Her name is Makayla Fray and her alias is Red Comet. She has wavey dirty blonde hair that is always in her face and Red eyes. Powers- she can fly, and when she does there is a red haze around her ( i always picture the tail of a Comet or the light that radiates from it) her body tempurature is normally 115-120. She has something sort of like a plasma blast and has super strength.  Although her powers mainly relate to heat/fire, she can't really use them to their full potential; because,  like a comet (which is basically like a dirty snowball), whenever she gets to hot or uses her powers to much she starts to deteriorate. So she has to drink a crap ton of water. Personality- she is fiercly loyal to her friends, she is clumsy as hell and in no way near graceful or sneaky. She blushes quite easily and gets flustered/embarrassed  whenever someone compliments her. She not really one for people and tends not to make friends easily, but the friends she does make, she loves them wholly. She is sassy and sarcastic when first met, but can be a real sweet heart when she needs to be. Her mother gave her to the Amazons because she couldn't take care of her. There at the age of four she killed an Amazons with her powers. The other Amazons expected Hippolyta to kill her or give her back to her mother but Hippolyta choose to help her gain discipline and with the right amount of practice she became a manhunter, working especially for the Amazons. Later on she came to men's world to go after Diana. But things were difficult because she didn't know the language. Being in the men's world though made her want to know about her biological parents.  After long fights with Diana she decided to stay in the streets. I won't brag about it much, but it was Dick who helped her learn English and helped her settle, and overtime she fell for him. Once she was rejected she was reminded that she was a monster, who only killed people and maybe that's why she wasn't able to be loved. But overall, she never does anything without being ordered too. She might appear as extremely pretty or fierce, as a woman so badass you have to fear, but she's so weak inside. But being an Amazon means she has no single insecurity. She always tells forward for those who indeed have and tried her best to protect the weak and clear her killer name”
