also i was so happy when i got that request because i’ve been wanting to write for them since forever but i never actually did

also this wasn’t requested but I made the reader a werewolf because i thought it would be a fun dynamic having all of them together

this is a bit chaotic, i’m sorry for that lol

the three of you together, is probably the french quarters greatest fear

whenever there’s a battle going on, you fight it together

davina is definitely the most reasonable, while kol is the troublemaker, you’re something weird in between since you got a lot of common sense but sometimes you choose to ignore it

since you’re a wolf, you’ve got some trouble controlling your anger but davina has mastered the ability of calming you down

you and kol are definitely the jokesters in the relationship

davina and you are more cuddly since kol had to grew used to it first (from being left in a box and dead for centuries) but he’s getting there slowly

davina and you definitely do share clothes a lot and kol has trouble with keeping up what belongs to whom but he’s also getting there

sometimes kol wakes up at night, scared he’s gonna die again and then he needs the both of you to feel safe again and to sleep

davina doesn’t really like vampires very much but she has considered turning multiple times so she can be with Kol forever and so have you

kol often has to mediate between his family and you guys

davina had trouble getting accepted as a regent while dating an original vampire and a werewolf at the same time

the werewolves don’t really like you because you’ve never played along with them but Aidan was your childhood best friend

You’re also friends with jackson and hayley - she is like a sister to you

marcel and you get along but you aren’t best friends (because of what he did to the wolves)

when kol was still a witch (you weren’t dating yet) you often felt outnumbered by him and davina because they were witches and you were “just” a wolf

you helped them forge the dagger for klaus which was why you grew so close with them

when he died, you realized your feelings towards him and her

you spent every second you had, helping her bring him back

whenever they were fighting (usually over his family) you were the one to solve

when you realized he was cursed you tried to fight him off her but he was so strong and almost killed you

when he killed her you found her dead in his arms

you were so heartbroken and didn’t knew what to do so you screamed at him and fought him but he didn’t fight back, he just let you basically tear him apart

it took long for you to forgive him, even though you knew it wasn’t his fault

davina watched you from the other side, her heart broken at the sight of the two of you

you did everything you could to get her back while kol was in his slumber

you were heart broken as you lost them both but you never gave up hope

you hated marcel for what he did to kol but you also couldn’t really blame him because- it was hard for you because you loved them both so much

you got them both back in the end but it was a hard ride

kol and you worked together to get her back and you never cared about the mikaelsons

when you got her back, the three of you decided to leave town, to finally live your own life (somewhere nice, far away from all the supernatural drama)

definitely makes you breakfast but does not eat where he sleeps so he carries you to the kitchen

Hi, I am so, so sorry this took forever, I hope you like the characters I picked other than Mal and Epel okay dhjdididk also werewolf x vampire stuff is top tier so feel free to send more asks about it if you’d like :)

Malleus has encountered many werewolves before in his life, so he isn’t too concerned about you because of that fact. However, he hasn’t really been in close contact with any werewolves so he is interested in you both in a personal way and because of your species. In vampire society, werewolves are typically viewed as feral and beneath them, but because Malleus has been raised by Lilia, he knows better than to believe the stereotypes and prejudice. If you’re open too it, he’d love to ask you questions about both werewolves and your life. In exchange, he’ll allow you to ask questions about him. It doesn’t bother him at all that you’re a werewolf, and he would never let that stop him from starting a relationship with you, even if others (namely other snobby, ‘pureblood’ vampires) may believe a vampire x werewolf couple to be bizzare.

Epel would be the most outright scared at first. You’re the first werewolf he’s ever met, and he doesn’t know much about them other than what’s been portrayed in movies. He does understand the irony in believing such stereotypes considering he is a vampire, but he doesn’t have much else to go off of. The longer you spend around him, the more comfortable he’d get. Once he asks you a few questions, he’ll come to realize how all the things he thought were mostly incorrect, and he’ll feel a bit stupid. Eventually, he doesn’t even think about you as a werewolf, just seeing his good friend. One thing about werewolves that Epel really loves is the whole ‘mate for life’ (similar to what Jack said about wolf beastmen in Ace’s vignette) thing that you told him about. The concept is very romantic to him, and he’d be determined to become your one and only lover.

Leona is pretty unbothered when you first show up. He isn’t scared of you, and he doesn’t care enough to be curious about a stranger, even if they are a werewolf. If you stick around long enough that he’s forced to know you, he’d actually take quite a liking to a werewolf!MC. I think beastmen and werewolves aren’t too dissimilar, and they could find common ground like their more ‘animalistic’ attributes.

Riddle is on edge with your presence when you first meet, but once he’s come to learn more about werewolves he relaxes around you more. He still never fully calms down (does he ever), but he’ll be more cordial and less avoidant. Secretly uses the library to do research on werewolves but will never tell you this.

Floyd would just use you being a werewolf as another way to tease you. At the same time, he’d be interested in you once he sees your capabilities. The question of whether vampires or werewolves are stronger remains without an answer, but Floyd would love to fight you (affectionately). He’d like having someone strong around who can and will fight back against his teasing, and challenge him too.

Rook would be very curious about you, he too, has never met a werewolf before. He’d take time to observe you from afar, trying to find out all about you and werewolves before approaching you. It’d definitely be unsettling when he first talks to you considering he brings up small features you’d think no one would notice. Rook would definitely romanticize the relationship; a vampire and werewolf, falling in love? He thinks star-crossed lovers is quite a beautiful trope, one he wouldn’t mind being part of at all. You’d quickly realize his romanticization isn’t as innocent as it seems, considering his want to ‘hunt and catch’ you like his prey (which he especially loves considering werewolves like yourself are often the ‘predators’).

I don’t think anyone understands just how much I want origin stories of everyone else in Mystreet like they all have really interesting backgrounds that are just tossed to the side of the main plot points (lol abt to be a really long threat again sorry)

Aaron- Didn’t actually get character lore OR a personality until S3 but like I want MORE because tbh I feel like his parents gave him a lot more trauma than what’s shown in the series, and even the stuff IN the actual seasons (the emotional neglect, his military schooling, the tense relationship w/Melissa etc;) are fixed and shoved off like no he might ACTUALLY need therapy bruh PLEASE

Katelyn- I think she was (?) in therapy in the beginning for her anger issues and the loss of her mother but like it was kind of forgotten about tbh. I think she needs more positive moments in the series honestly bc in the later seasons we’re shown she’s partially abusive towards Travis the first time they went out, and ends up being written off as prejudice towards werewolves bc of past experiences??? Naw the Katelyn I know would never do that. AND HER DREAMS OF WORKING IN THEATRE TOO HELLO??? Also, her mom quite literally used her in the Forever Potion experiments as a child?? I feel like that’s important to her character too :/

The Ro’meave Brothers- I don’t actually know where to start tbh because I feel like ALL THREE of them could use some kind of character depth aside from Dumb Blonde, Emo One, and the Forgotten One. Especially Vylad, probably having to witness this entire Lycan situation grow from an outsiders perspective with no contact from his family in forever. It’s shown that Zane is immensely interested in the family business too like hello??? Garroth himself is kind of just written off as a comedic effect most of the time, but he quite literally has no other goals (possibly because he KNOWS he’s going to inherit the business one day whether he cares to or not).

Laurance- He’s not really a character anymore, but from what we’ve actually SEEN in Mystreet he had enough development to become something outside of a potential love interest for Aphmau. He has a fondness for cooking and was seen to be EXCEPTIONAL at it, and I think he still carried an interest in baseball (or idk it was SOME sport asdfghjk the point is he was good). And he was also shown to still help out his family here and there (babysitting Caleb, his baby brother, in numerous episodes). Idk, I feel like there were so many pieces of Laurance that could’ve been explored and touched upon and we hardly got anything. Also… Garrance. Quite literally hate to be that person but it was literally the biggest piece of queerbaiting I’ve ever seen fr I wish it was explored as much as Aarmau was :( (willing to bet the popularity had something to do with what I call the ‘Heartstopper’ treatment but that’s just me tho)

Nana (KC)- The most under appreciated character in-universe I actually had to go and make a separate post about this LOLOL expect it in like five minutes from now bc I just save everything in my drafts.

Travis- Lol no surprise here but him too dude honestly I have no idea where to start with him atm, his entire family’s lore needs a full in depth analysis on themselves because Aphmau’s series just BARELY touches the surface of Travis’s character

Dante/Gene- Honestly BOTH of them were done so dirty I find it funny how no one ever talks abt it because they’re so beautiful to me. Gene already had his redemption arc so I can kind of see why they just tossed him aside but Dante literally had nothing tbh. He had a messy relationship with KC in PDH and then made that same mistake in LLP. Okay, cool, give us more of that. Let him learn from his mistakes and be self aware now. Or better yet let him grow without tossing love interests into the formula in order for it to happen!! Seems like his family life is pretty good though, worst thing abt him was the peanut allergy.

Lucinda- Queen actually has very little to no background that actually centers around her. We know she had a really bad relationship with Ivan but like I’m pretty sure that’s it.

More world building questions lol cause they're fun to ask (and in my experience, also fun to answer)

-What other magical creatures are in this world other than vampires, witches, and fae? Are they gonna show up later in the story? How do they interact with each other and with the human world? Is this a "magical creatures secretly run the world and don't tell humans because that would be inconvenient" type of story, or a "magical creatures have to hide in the shadows to avoid being wiped out" kind of story?

-How many vampires are there? How widespread are they? Are there vampire communities or do they all live among humans like Alexander?

-What other vampire powers do they have? Can they turn into bats, fly, etc?

-Is there vampire religion? Is it structured or informal? Is it common?

-How much of vampires are science and how much is magic?

-Assuming no shortage of blood, are vampires immortal? If a child was turned, would they be a child vampire forever?

-Can/do vampires have biological families (with children from after they're turned)?

As before, no pressure to answer these lmao

Yay more questions! I hope my worldbuilding isn't too half-baked. Obviously this story is mostly focused on a narrow slice of the supernatural world.

Apart from vampires, witches (and wizards), and faefolk, there are definitely also merfolk, werewolves, and various types of ghosts and spirits. I reserve the right to include whatever supernatural creatures float my boat at the moment. None of these apart from the vampires are going to play a huge role in this story, but I might keep it in mind for spinoffs / AUs.

I think I'd classify this as more of a "secret parallel society" situation. Certainly in the past the supernatural creatures have been in danger of being wiped out, and there have also been times when supernatural creatures have hidden among humans and risen to positions of power, but for the most part, vampires and the like concern themselves with their own business.

I'm not going to put an exact number on how many vampires there are because that's how writers get into trouble. It's not like anyone's conducting a vampire census, anyway, so the number in-universe is not known. The vampire population is very small compared to the human population -- perhaps around 0.3% or so.

Vampires exist all over the world. They nearly all live in cities, because the thick population makes it easier to feed and take thralls. While vampire communities may have existed at some point, it is very much not the norm. Vampires tend to be paranoid and suspicious of other vampires, especially if there's competition for blood involved, so they do much better spread out in areas that have an ample human population. Vampires also rely on human production for most kinds of luxury and leisure goods, which is another reason why they stay near population centers.

Vampire powers -- I'll make a separate post on this.

There is no vampire religion. Vampires generally renounce all religion, although some still practice the trappings of whatever religion they had while alive, such as holiday festivities. (For example, Alexander, who was Catholic when he was human, still has a bit of affection for Christmas festivities).

Science vs. magic - let's just go with magic. There are rules behind it, but the only way vampires could work as they're laid out in this series is by magic.

Vampires are effectively immortal, and remain at the age at which they're turned forever. They are largely immune to disease and heal all wounds quickly, except for those caused by silver weapons which take much longer.

A child who is turned would be a child vampire forever. Drinking from and especially siring children is extremely taboo.

Vampires cannot have children after they've been turned, on account of being technically dead.

(also fwiw there is incest in riverdale lmao, which leads me to believe that the cw is down to clown with it as long as it's m/f lol but i digress)

ok so. one thing about me and teen wolf is i ship everything. i've only seen 1-3b (i dipped when allison died moved away) and i rewatched 1-2 at the beginning of the pandemic. i forgot how fucking wild that show was?? ANYWAY!! here's a couple character interactions i'd love to see:

sam, meet lydia: lydia would initially be interested in dean, the charming, good-looking older brother, but quickly realize that sam is the one with the brains that line up more with hers. dean is smart, absolutely, but sam is more interested in typical academics, and lydia is a genius. they'd chat. they'd get into the lore (once sam does lydia a couple favors, of course). i fucking love lydia martin, she is a forever girl to me, and despite TW being an MTV show, lydia has deep flavors of sam. s2 lydia, hearing voices and visions, not knowing what's wrong with her, learning a dark family past, a harbinger of death...yeah, they'd have plenty to talk about and i'd LOVE to see these two as fast friends that nobody quite understands. sam hiding that lydia is a banshee from dean so that he & john don't hunt her...ugh <3

dean, meet peter hale: we know that dean loves a good looking father figure ;) and peter is so manipulative and creepy – he'd absolutely sniff out the J/D going on (incestuous family meet incestuous family) and use it to piss dean off during fights. i imagine this as an endless chase; peter is so good at getting away and dean is so upset with himself that he keeps losing him and getting toyed with in the process. can you imagine peter's flirting? also, with all the peter + lydia stuff happening, this would add another layer on top of it, when you have sam's friendship with lydia.

john, meet chris & kate argent: ok. incest recognize incest. what the hell was going on in the argent family lmfao bUT ANYWAY i would LOVE to see john talk with these other hunters who all three have such different interpretations of their "codes." i would love to see who john sides with – is it chris, who only hurts those who hurt others, or kate, the vicious fighter who doesn't think twice about hurting any werewolf? i would love to see the fallout of john siding with kate first only to see how that drive has corrupted her into the evil that she is.

dean should hook up with...marin: this would be so fun i think. she's smart and beautiful, which is enough to draw dean in, and she can keep up with him. he can talk to her about the supernatural world, but oh man imagine the fallout of finding out marin is working with deucalion, dean turning on her, and then finding out that she was actually double-crossing him! the self-hatred that would ensue. would they get back together after? who knows...

sam should hook up with...stiles: i almost said allison but scallison is my otp so i can't break them up lmao. i want sam & stiles to have their bi-curious phase with each other. a messy baby dom 4 baby dom virgin 4 virgin moment at one of those raves. they're both secretly constantly competing to be the smartest person in the room and stiles is sooo jealous of sam's friendship with lydia yet fascinated by him. tension off the CHARTS.

john should hook up with...melissa: hELLO? this would be so hot. while i do ship melissa/sherriff stilinski, i love the idea of this ill-advised hookup lmao. both single parents looking for a good time, john unaware that her son is one of the werewolves he's hunting, maybe rafael (her ex-husband) has it out for john bc the winchesters have gotten themselves on the FBI's radar?

oh there is SO MUCH fun stuff you can do with this crossover, also sam would love dr. deaton i think, and dean and jackson do get in a physical fight at some point and dean kicks his fucking ass lol

WEREWOLF MARRIAGE CEREMONIES LETS GOOOOOOO

thank you so much for sending this in lovey, I am simply bursting at the seams to talk about this after some discussion with @blue-aconite (Fe my werewolf love)

so, um, not exactly a traditional marriage ceremony if the gif gives anything away

I based this off of this^ ceremony from House of the Dragon cause uh....Big Sexy and also fit well with my vibes (but I changed a few things)

I like giving stuff in this universe latin names

so the wedding ceremony is called Foedus Aeternum, or covenant eternal promise

Foedus Aeternum needs to take place on the night of the crescent moon (something something symbol of fertility something something)

At the location of the Pack House/Den (so for Red Sky, in the middle of the woods, at the cave where Jake first turned!)

There are torches and the wolves from the pack are present, and if the Luna is from a different pack, that pack is also present

The Luna, if she's not a wolf, is brought to the ceremony on the back of her mate's second (but since Ronnie is technically from a different pack, Bradley brings her to the ceremony)

Traditionally the bride wears white, but the fabric can be decorated with her future pack's colors (for Ronnie, a bit of red)

The bride walks down the aisle alone, however, a symbol of that separation from her family/the pack that raised her.

And joins her mate who waits by a great bonfire (love a good bonfire)

They cut each other's palms and their hands are tied together, a symbol of their union and the joining of their bloodlines and the sheer weight of their covenant and promise to one another

the alpha and the luna memorize the traditional vows (which I haven't come up with yet don't come at me) before the ceremony, no one presides over this. it's just the two of them making this covenant with one another. The Moon Goddess is presiding technically I guess lol

they say those vows to each other, then they cut each other's bottom lip

this is more of a symbol of their unending love for one another and their connection through the mate bond

they kiss and taste each other's blood (and that is just cause it's hot as fuck)

so now TRADITIONALLY right after the ceremony, the alpha is supposed to take the luna into their Pack House/Den and consummate the marriage

with all the other wolves present

listening to everything and smelling everything

it is just important to werewolves that a bond is properly settled and that their alpha is full of virility and that their luna is satisfied. it's just important.

This consummation is supposed to be the first time the mated pair have sex, but that rarely ever happens these days

but anyway, there we go! the echo or the answer universe werewolf marriage ceremony! she do be dark, she do be slightly violent, she do be sexy.

comparing how independent human children are verses wolf children (or any other animal really, but wolves are the context here) has interesting implications for how raising a child would work in the Direwolf universe.

Like human toddlers can barely walk, can't really talk, still need constant supervision, but a 2 year old wolf is pretty much an adult. I imagine werewolf children would develop at a normal human rate, meaning their wolf develops a lot slower to stay along side that, but still, wolves a few months old are still way more independent than the average toddler.

Would werewolf parents just let their kids chill in wolf form most of the time cuz they're easier to deal with? That would still come with complications of course, but the odds of a wolf pup choking on a random thing they put in their mouth feels way lower than a human toddler tbh.

But then that would also probably hinder the child's development from a human standpoint since their brains are canonically slightly different in wolf form. They're still the same person obvi but the animal side takes over. The baby would still need to learn all the basic human stuff, so you can't just let them chill as a wolf forever cuz it's easier. but that also begs the question, how do you stop your child from just shifting whenever they want? God, parenting as a werewolf must be like doubly as stressful as human parenting.

i think i have opened up a dangerous can of worms by letting the werewolves shift from a very young age in direwolf. It's too late to retcon cuz Sam was canonically shifting by at least age 3, if not earlier (and i'm only one chapter away from finishing so obviously i can't change shit now lol)

omfg i am a wholehearted believer in "kaitlyn should have gone with laura to the hackett house" we deserved that duo. kaitlyn would have been eyes emoji at laura as she got increasingly wolfy i just know it (me too kaitlyn). kaitlaura killing chris together dlc when??

i didn't dislike ryan but he frustrated me at times and was one of the least distinct characters for me. i feel like i would have liked him more if we saw less of him, yknow? whereas i feel the opposite about like. nick and abi, for example. i think we should redistribute a third of ryan's screentime to nick, abi, emma and kaitlyn.

and YEAH abi needed to like. do something. i feel like things just happened to her. and the other characters who things "kind of happen to" can all turn into werewolves, so at least there's that. abigail girl. what is up with that. you are so right she needed a Moment. i've seen some people compare her to ashley and like. i would say they are pretty different, but abigail needed either a werewolf moment or an "ashley not opening the door for chris" moment. let the relatively nice, shy girl lose it somehow. cmon. that's like, the whole point of making a relatively nice, shy girl in this kinda story, hello?? idk abi can get killed by werewolf nick and emma (very bisexual of her btw) but i also think that for equality's sake, werewolf abi should be able to kill nick and emma. i am going to be mourning the lack of werewolf abi in this game forever. we need werewolf abi dlc or something.

man i totally respect your preferences but like damn, werewolves arent real, you can kinda do what you want with them, you can follow myth closely or make up your own shit if thats what you like more... your blog is rly helpful and i rly appreciate what youre doing but the like "theyre NOT werewolves if" like... lol

If you "respect my preferences" and enjoy my blog, why send a shitty little message and even hide behind being anonymous while doing so?

Laugh at me and move on. But you should consider growing up beyond sending condescending anonymous messages about what I dedicate so much of my time to doing and working on completely for free just because it's my deepest passion.

And if you really do enjoy my blog, you should grasp by now the importance of maintaining any integrity to something based in legend, so the real-world folklore and mythology do not get corrupted by bad pop culture and then misinterpreted and ultimately forgotten just because some insecure modern writers want to be "different."

Werewolves have haunted the human psyche for time immemorial, all across the entire world. You can’t do better than something that, at a base level, has never left the minds and souls of people who are terrified and fascinated by it.

Let me lay it out for you again anyway: if you want to be "different," you don't need to use werewolves.

There are many, many things one can do with werewolves. But turning them into zombies or into dogs or into some other total nonsense that has nothing to do with even half a werewolf legend won't make them anything other than zombies or dogs or some silly nonsense creature.

Let werewolves be werewolves. If you want zombies, make up your own zombies and call them something original. If you want weredogs, do that, call them something else. If you want something entirely different, make something up yourself.

In this world that claims to uphold "originality" so much and picks on people who base things in history and legend, what's so wrong with that?

Some people, like me, love werewolves, and we love to recognize them as some form of being a werewolf, even if it's a person who turns into a wolf or a person who dons a skin and becomes a man-wolf or someone who turns into a wolf-man when they get angry or the Hollywood classic werewolf under the moonlight or some other variety. Again, there are a million things you can do with werewolves and still have them be recognizable werewolves that werewolf fans will love and that will pay homage to the terrifying mythological creature that has lurked in the nightmares of humanity for as long as humanity itself has existed.

But braindead pop culture doesn't need to utterly destroy what I and so many others have deeply enjoyed all our lives and what humanity has told tales about forever just for the sake of wanting to be different. The fact that they aren’t real is so far removed from the point that said point clearly flew into the stratosphere over your head.

Go be different with something else.

sure hope they plan on flying because that's a long ass drive, even by their standards. and utqiagvik (formerly barrow) is literally the northern most city in alaska/the us. at one point there was a chance my dad could take a job in deadhorse alaska when i was a kid (but we ended up in phoenix instead) which is also extremely far north

that sure was an episode. not my kind of episode, but it didn't make me extremely irritated like the previous ep so i guess i'll take the win

The Ivy Grove Bed and Breakfast

Phoebe "Pepper" Doyle staying in the Glacier Room

Overview:

The Ivy Grove is a bed and breakfast in Swynlake that is four bedrooms and features two and a half baths, with ample gardens, a conservatory, a snug room, and more. It is recently renovated (January 2024), after a fire.

If you Google places to stay in Swynlake, it will come up as an option--with different pricing for the different rooms (bigger rooms cost slightly more.) It also has an "about the owner" page that talks about Toulouse and says that he is an out werewolf. (Signaling to other werewolves that this is a place they can stay.)

Regular people as well as werewolves can and do stay here, but the people who are not werewolves will 90% of the time be NPCs and I will let you know if/when they're coming and who they are, etc. (If you have NPC family coming to town and want them to stay at the Ivy Grove, hmu.) So, if there are other people staying, you can't really be out as a wolf unless you're okay with that, but it's still a safe place and Lou will kick anyone causing a fuss out.

OOC: This is a functioning Swynlake business, but for the most part it is only going to be used for any werewolves in play that might want to stay there. Obviously, there only a certain amount of rooms. Additionally, I don't expect the werewolves who live here to stay forever, but you will be able to crash for a few months, at least. And you won't have to pay if you can't, at least at first. If you stay like 6+ months, Lou will expect you to start paying lol.

Guest Agreement:

I will pay for my room on a nightly or weekly basis (depending on length of stay), up front. (*Werewolves can work something out with Toulouse.)

I will leave everything as I left it and report any damages to the property manager. I may be expected to pay for any damages caused, depending on how they occurred, within reason.

I will keep common areas tidy and rooms relatively clean. Housekeeping comes once a week on Monday mornings, so please have your personal items picked up so she can do a thorough cleaning.

Breakfast is provided every morning at 9am with leftovers kept in the refrigerator. Other meals are provided on special occasions and can be requested.

Feel free to stock cabinets and refrigerator with your own food, do not eat other guests' food without asking, and do not let food rot. Guests are welcome to use kitchen utensils and products to cook.

Guests of guests are allowed, but may only stay for one night at a time, unless alternatives are agreed upon by management. Only two guests per room. All rooms have a double or King sized bed.

Children are welcome and cots/cribs can be provided.

Do not touch the houseplants. Management and housekeeping will tend to them.

No pets allowed, except for certified service animals, unless agreed upon by management.

Be kind and courteous to other guests, especially in common spaces and bathrooms.

Please report any issues with other guests to management.

Management has the right to remove any guest at any time for violating these policies or other infractions.

Living Room

The living room is the biggest room in the house and is also central. The front door opens into it. It has a lot of space, a fireplace, and several different options for seating. There is also a bookshelf that is filled with some overflow of books from the Nook, lol. It has double French doors that lead out into the private, fenced in garden.

It is painted a nice soft green with several paintings, the four most prominent are all the same size and framed in golden frames. They are of the same scene: Atlantis Lake, at spring, summer, fall, winter. They were painted by Toulouse. There are also several house plants.

Laundry Room

Off the living room is a little utility/laundry room with a washer and dryer that guests are welcome to use. It is pretty big so has a little counter and some cabinets for storage. *Not labeled on map, but it's the little room to the left on top of the living room. There is a still life of a messy wicker basket of clothes hanging in here. It was painted by Toulouse.

Kitchen

The kitchen is stocked with some basics: flour, spices, sugar, some teas, etc. It's fully stocked with bowls, plates, utensils. There is a tea pot, coffee maker, blender, food processor, mixer, stove, oven, etc. etc. Basically anything you'd need to cook you can assume it is already there. Guests are allowed to stock it themselves and use any of the equipment. There are some more still lifes in here that were painted by Toulouse, these ones of foods (breads, fruits, veggies, eggs) and rustic counters, glass bottles, etc.

In the window, there is a little herb garden that you can take herbs from. Like some rosemary, thyme, that sort of thing.

Snug Room

The snug room is a small room off the kitchen that has a fireplace and lots of cozy seating and blankets. A nice, snug little place to get away from the bustle of the house in. There is a painting of a warm hearth done by Toulouse in this room. There are a few houseplants in here too. It also has a door that leads out into the garden.

Dining Room

Off the other side of the living room is the dining room, which obviously can be used by anyone. There is a set of stairs in here that leads up to the second floor, specifically the Ivalace and Needlepoint rooms. It also has a door that leads to the conservatory. So, when it's not being used for a dinner party, it's kind of an intermediary room. There is one of the biggest paintings in this room, it is longer than it is tall and spans a good portion of the wall. It is a large landscape scene of Enchantra. There are deer, fairies, owls, squirrels, etc. etc., all hidden within the foliage and it's kind of dark and moody, with light only barely peaking through the canopy.

Study

The study is furnished with a desk and a desktop computer for guests to use if they do not have their own computer. There are more books in this room on the bookshelves. It is painted a nice, calming blue. There is a series of three paintings of a messy pile of books, in each one, a few more of the books have disappeared, but otherwise they are identical. Done by Toulouse, of course. And more houseplants, there are a lot of houseplants.

Conservatory

You can access the conservatory from the garden or the dining room. It is a glass room with a little fireplace, so it can stay quite warm in the winter. There is a table out there where you can have your tea or eat. There are some comfy chairs too for reading and such.

Yard and Gardens

The gardens are fenced in with a private fence which has ivy growing all over it. It is about an acre and has a large, beautiful oak as its centerpiece. There is a lattice of Ivy to one side with a bench under it. There is a little pond with running water. (No fish.) There are some hedges and roses and other flowers. It is tended to by Lou and is very impressive because he has a green thumb af.

Downstairs Bathroom

A small bathroom with a standing shower in it. This bathroom is used by guests while downstairs, but is also the bathroom that serves the Ivalace and Needlepoint rooms.

Stairs, Landing, and Hallway

There are two sets of stairs in the Ivy Grove. The first set is in the living room and goes up to the Heart and Glacier rooms, as well as the bathroom and washroom. The hallway is large and the draftiest place in the house, but there are a few bookshelves and probably like a chair or smth just because there is a lot of space. There are also a few paintings: one of starlings in the sky, a tree, a river. All done by Toulouse, of course. The walls are painted a soft yellow.

Bedroom One -- the Heart Room

Current Guest: Raksha and Dhaumya Bhediya

The largest room and the one that is kind of sectioned off from everything, it is also the most expensive room. Weekly prices are about 500 pounds, nightly is about 150 pounds. (Monthly can be negotiated on a case-by-case.) The room is decorated with a large bed, painted a soft creme, and has white and green sheets with green accents.

There is a painting above the bed of a vase of flowers, lots of red flowers (poppies, roses, etc.).

Bedroom Two -- the Glacier Room

Current Guest: Phoebe "Pepper" Doyle

The second largest room, so it's the second most expensive. Weekly prices are about 400 pounds, nightly is about 90 pounds. (Monthly can be negotiated on a case-by-case.) The room is decorated with a large bed, painted a soft creme, and has white and burgundy sheets with burgundy accents.

There is a painting above the bed of a vase of flowers, lots of yellow flowers (daisies, lilies, etc.).

Bedroom Three -- the Needlepoint Room

Current Guest: N/A

The Needlepoint and Ivalace are the same size, with the same pricing. They're a little cheaper because you have to go downstairs to use the bathroom and they're a little more inconvenient to get to, but nice because they're away from everything. Weekly prices are about 300 pounds, nightly is about 70 pounds. (Monthly can be negotiated on a case-by-case.) The room is decorated with a large bed, painted a soft creme, and has white and green sheets with green accents.

There is a painting above the bed of a vase of flowers, lots of purple flowers (lavender, aster, etc.).

Bedroom Four -- the Ivalace Room

Current Guest: Scott Richards

There is a painting above the bed of a vase of flowers, lots of blue flowers (irises, hydrangeas, etc.).

Upstairs Bathroom

The upstairs bathroom is large and grand, with both a shower and a claw foot tub for relaxation. There are two sinks in this bathroom. The paintings in this room are all of water scenes: Atlantis lake, a little waterfall in Enchantra, and the Kohaku.

Upstairs Washroom

This bathroom does not have a shower or tub, it is simply an extra bathroom. There is a storage closet and water boiler room across the hall from it. (Also where the breaker is.)

Hi it's soulmate anon! Yeah in the fic, all 13 members were there! Ot13 forever hehe. They are they pack actually! Except some who are also vampires. And maybe some animagus??? That would be fun.

My friend and I talked about it kinda being poly ! But we didn't get to discuss it much. I've been into poly this last year so for me, poly au for this fic suits nicely. I don't know how soonyoung and mingyu would ever work together though lol. In my o i thought mingyu would be a little more open , he's still possessive but he has never got to be with mc and if we do something like .... They are both MC's soulmates so she needs them, mingyu would accept that for her at some point. But with soonyoung i feel like he'll be against it because of the wolf traits. Soonyoung's pack is also kind of old fashioned like i said, so mc doesn't feel very comfortable. But with mingyu there's no such thing, so it's easier for her. That's another point of angst in the fic 😭 this is all I've thought in the story! I'm so upset we didn't get to discuss and talk about it more before we stopped talking. I feel like it could've been a fun fic haha .

Soonyoung has definitely said "i love you" to mc in a joking way (probably a little too much!!). You know how it's a common debate where some people believe that saying the L word too often will eventually lead to a loss of meaning?? But others will proudly say they love someone because they will take every opportunity to remind them??? This is HIGHKEY soonyoung and mc !!!!

I can imagine that Soonyoung does say "i love you" and seriously means it once or twice before the real confession. Notably, the first time he realized it !!!! Mc must have been chatting about something she loves, something she's passionate about. Maybe they're in the green house, and she's giving an update on all her plants. She's totally in her element, and she is radiating with joy.

Soonyoung will let the words slip out of his mouth because he can't help himself. She just looks so beautiful and so happy when she couldn't care less about what is happening outside of their little bubble. She speaks with a heart of gold, and she's just the sweetest thing Soonyoung has ever seen.

When he says he loves her and he really means it, she'll know that his tone is a little different than it usually is. He isn't saying it in hopes that she'll reciprocate like he usually does - just so that he could simply see her resolve crumble. Instead, he says it gently but resolutely. In a way, he says it so effortlessly without any thought (but not recklessly whatsoever because he has given it months and months to fall this hard and this deeply in love). He's not his hyperactive self. He's given her his undivided attention, and there's a serious side to Soonyoung that she doesn't see often. So yeah, she probably does have an idea that he really does love her, but she still continues to deny it :-(

If darling is just a regular human who's into the occult, then Jotaro will be summoned via some ritual darling read about

Jotaro would trick you into selling your soul. He'll make false promises of giving you everything you could ever wish for and eternal happiness. All you have to do is offer a drop of your blood and sign a contract

For plot reasons, darling quite literally sells their soul to the demon and belongs to Jotaro

Jotaro makes you his favourite slave whom he spoils a lot. And by spoil, I mean he pretty much lets you do what you want as long as it's with him and not with others. You live in a cage in Hell with him, so he wants you all to himself

He'll threaten to drag your family and friends to Hell if you disobey him

He still has a lot of his morals from the original universe. He doesn't want to hurt innocent people. So he only sucks the blood of criminals and those he deems deserve death

Thanks to Giorno, the crime rate has decreased significantly. Although that is good news for the rest of the human population, it isn't good news for Giorno. Where will he get his food now? Sure, animals are an option but they barely suffice as a meal. That means he'll have to kill triple the number of animals just to be fed moderately. Will he have to resort to killing just any human now?

That's when he encounters darling. Darling is his first innocent victim. But not by choice. Giorno was starving for almost a week because he tried to combat his desire for human blood. But when he set his sights on darling, his vampire instincts went haywire

He suddenly realizes what he's doing and stops. You survive with just barely enough blood in your body.

He apologizes and was going to run away, ashamed of what he's done, but when you plead him not to hurt others. It caught him by surprise.

You make a deal with him. You'll be his "food" for however long under the condition, he won't hurt others. Giorno accepts and brings you back to his mansion.

It doesn't take long for Giorno to fall in love with you. The deal was you'd be his food supply until he finds another way to obtain blood, but you don't need to know that Giorno is planning on keeping you forever...

He starts to envision his life with you under the sea. He thinks how wonderful it'd be that you two can be together. Swimming around all day, not giving a care about the world. You'd finally be in his arms. Oh, how he longed for that.

Gathering all the pieces to make the potion work, he crafted the elixir. It's transparent and looks like water. When you're not looking and you leave your water bottle near the docks, Johnny replaces your water with his potion.

When you transform, he immediately brings you down to the ocean with him and couldn't be happier

You were terrified of the sudden change and who this crazy man (?) was. Why was he so excited to see you? Who is he? WHAT is he? You swim away as best as you could, but like a newborn deer who hasn't learned how to walk yet, you fumbled.

"I've been researching a lot about you, y/n. I can't wait to bring you home and show you around."
