Lyme disease Has a Diverse set of symptom? - Lifestyle Physicians
Tumblr media
Test for Lyme Disease: To contract the disease, the infected tick needs to attach to you for 36 to 48 hours – that’s about two straight days. If you find a tick on you, pull it firmly and upward off your skin with a clean pair of tweezers. Always check exposed skin after a hike or working outdoors for ticks that may have taken hold.

Hello gremlins! I’m just going to talk about myself for awhile (mainly my mental state and Tourette’s/ PANS/ Lyme Disease.) if you don’t want to hear it, move along.
I’ve been very sad lately and it’s really taking a toll on my tics. I’ve been getting compulsive episodes where it’s mainly hitting and biting myself. It hurts. A lot.
Ways I cope:
Writing, I write my stories.
Drawing/ art, I draw and usually post it on my Instagram (_nolan_art.)
Reading, I’m currently reading the Percy Jackson series.
And that’s pretty much all I wanted to say on here.

Today, my workplace decided that they would help move me down to part time WITHOUT having to get ADA paperwork signed by a doctor.
This is HUGE.
I worked so hard to get this job, I am good at it and I love it. But who was I kidding trying to kill myself working 40 hours a week with two chronic conditions. I have been flaring up major lately with #endometriosis & #lymedisease and it’s been causing me to need to take more time off. I went to them (sad + upset) last week because I decided that I would need to give my notice because I was being taken out quickly by my chronic illnesses that we all know just get way worse when under stress and wouldn’t have the weeks needed to get the paperwork signed.
They said it was okay.
They want me there.
They like me.
They saw me.
They believed me. :-,)

An Apology
I wanted to start a blog about Lyme, but I get so lost in it and the possible “cures” and the everyday messiness of it and I hate thinking about the pain. I know a lot of people with chronic illness(es) suffer from mental illness(es) as well, so you will find my blog on-the-borderline-of-abandoned more active.

Do You Want To Know About Red Light Therapy Treatment? Lyme Warriors
Red Light Therapy Treatment was first used in the early 1990s by scientists in space to help grow plants. Since then, there have been hundreds of labs and clinical studies that have shown promising results for the effectiveness of RLT. Still, it's still hotly queried. RLT is most generally used to treat skin issues, similar as wrinkles, scars, slow mending injuries, chemotherapy side goods, etc. all without causing further damage to the skin face. RLT goes by numerous other names and is used in confluence with numerous other curatives, similar as phot biomodulation, low- position (or low power) light remedy, soft or cold ray remedy, biostimulator, photonics stimulation, and numerous further. Ticks only serve to carry and spread diseases - such as Lyme disease. In the last few years with the decrease in climate extremes, we're seeing ticks year-round in Ontario, and therefore need to be diligently defending ourselves and our furry companions against these little blood suckers consistently and not just in the warmer months.
Know which species of ticks are prominent in your area, how to effectively remove them, and the proper testing/reporting procedures for your local health unit, so they can adequately track and communicate to others what's going on within our ecosystem.
Remember, you too are relying on accurate and up-to-date data when you check out these resources, so make sure you're contributing and not just taking - it's a community effort to keep us all safe!
