The Black Jackalope of Inlé!

This guy started out as a resin piece of faux taxidermy wall art sold at Tractor Supply back around Christmas. Really cool sculpt but it was begging to be Watership Down-ified! I gave him a new paint job and added some bone armor/ornamentation which consists of a real rabbit skull and lots of real rabbit bones, all painted black and dry-brushed with metallic gold. All of the largest bones are secured with metal posts drilled into the resin in addition to adhesive to give them extra stability.

This fellow is currently available in my Etsy shop!

I need more dca fics to read, not just because they're all so cool and special and unique-

I want to collect their y/n's in my pocket, and bring back the y/nverse. All of them in a lil pocket dimension (the dca stay in their respective stories, this place is reserved for the self inserts and side characters/family to interact. The boys can have their own pocket dimension)

The y/ns live on the same street or apartment complex, being bunched into groups that are roomies

For example. Bamsara's Solar Lunacy y/n, Paper-Lilypie's CCRT y/n, and bones-of-a-rabbit's staffbot y/n. SB is there so CCRT can perform routine maintenance, plus CCRT can be a but messy, plus they could help clean up after ccrt's kids. SL is where, you may ask? Their room has been vacant for some time, but CCRT and SB keep it clean and regularly dusted, out of respect. They don't know if or when their friend will return, but they'll be welcome at any time.

Naffeclipse's y/ns share a suite, probably.

spadillelicious's LDR y/n could stay with saltciphblr's lovebug au y/n

Again, I need to read more to get a better feel of the different wonderful y/n's

Finally almost done with these guys! The Black Jackalopes of Inlé!

These resin wall mounts started out as more cool knick-knacks I bought at Tractor Supply back around Christmas with plans to customize. Here’s the ornaments I already did—sasquatch and a chicken. And here’s what the jackalopes looked like before.

I knew I wanted to repaint these to make them more Jackalope of Death-like but as I worked on them I decided they needed a little more than paint to make them stand out—like some bone armor/ornamentation. So I raided all of my stashes of spare bones, picked out all the rabbit bones I could find, and got to it. Painted them, drilled holes and attached wire posts in the skulls and all of the larger bones, and then drilled holes in the jackolopes to attach them for some extra stability along with the adhesive. 

Still need to do some paint touch-ups, gloss the eyes, and seal them then one of these will be up for grabs in my Etsy shop!

...and then I'll start on more dental plaques <3
