Omg i just realised there is a big incoherence in the movie due to the rearranging of the story.

As they chose to have Alex do his speech about privacy/confirming the relationship with Henry before going to London. When the king suggest the idea of pretending that everything is fake and to deny all the allegations, it makes no sense as Alex already confirmed that it is all true!

On the first watch I didn’t realised because the king speech is similar in the book (so i didn’t really paid attention) but by changing the timeline, they should have changed the interaction with the king too !

Learning that Shanks is known as the Killer of Observation Haki (being able to stop others from using their Observation Haki) only aids my headcanon of him being a massive snoop as a kid.

Shanks managing to, not just eavesdrop on Roger, Rayleigh, and other highly skilled Haki users, but to sneak up on them as a child because he was (unknowingly) keeping his presence hidden by shutting off / “killing” their Observation Haki, even in such a slight way.

He is constantly showing up (seemingly) out of nowhere and without detection, like when Luffy was being attacked on Foosha (all civilians, I know, but bear with me), during Marineford, and during Film Red when the Marines are attacking.

This has different ranges--from canceling a person’s ability to use it in order to hide himself and his crew’s presence (explaining why his entire ship was able to take everyone off guard at Marineford and how he suddenly appeared in the middle of the battlefield) to stopping their use of Future Sight and can use his ability to interrupt their breathing.
