Nickname: I honestly don’t really have any that aren’t inside jokes with friends

Height: 5’5”

Languages Spoken: English but I’m also working on French still after taking it through all of high school (and not learning much)

Nationality: American

Favorite Season: Tie between summer and autumn. I love the memories I have of hanging out with my friends during the summer (even though we don’t anymore) and I love getting to be all cozy during autumn.

Favorite Flower: Cactus flowers. I have a couple of cacti that actually flowered last spring and they were beautiful!

Favorite Scent: Vanilla all the way. Sometimes peppermint if I need a bit more of a boost.

Favorite Color: Green

Favorite Animal: Otter, they’re just so cute.

Favorite Fictional Character: Oh boy, this one’s tough. If I’m allowed to pick from TV shows, then it’s currently a tie between Dana Scully and Fox Mulder ‘cause I just started watching The X-Files for the first time on Tuesday.

Coffee, Tea, or Hot Chocolate: Hot chocolate when I want to still feel human, coffee when I want to feel like I’m dying but with a bit more energy.

Average Sleep Duration: About 9 hours, thanks to the pandemic. 

Dog or Cat Person: I have both but I’m definitely more of a cat person. 

Number of Blankets You Sleep With: 3 with an extra within reach

Dream Trip: I’d love to go on a bit of a writing retreat to Alaska someday.

Blog Established: Sometime in October or November of 2019 for motivation back when I was taking classes last fall. Now it’s a bit odd to keep since I’m not in school at all (thanks, health) but I hope people stick around for when I’m fully a student again.

Followers: 3,779 apparently. I have no clue where y’all came from but hi, I hope y’all like my stuff.

Random Fact: I’m currently recovering from an eye injury and I can confirm that y’all definitely wanna just keep your eyes protected.

1. Are you staying home from work/school? yeah, my university closed mid-to-late March which is also when I was given the okay to work from home also

2. If you’re staying home, who’s there with you? it’s just me and my dad lol

3. Do you have pets to keep you company? yep! my cat and dog are wonderful company right now

4. Who do you miss the most? my mom, sister, stepdad, friends, and a lot of other people

5. When was the last time you left your home? March 24th

6. What was the last thing you bought? some spray bottles for essential oils

7. Is quarantine driving you insane or are you finally relaxed? I’ve had a bit of a mental crisis with everything piling up but just numb to everything overall

8. Are you a homebody? sorta. I can stay home and be happy, but I do miss going out

10. An event that you were looking forward to that got cancelled? an anime convention me and my friends were gonna go to

Zodiac sign: Sagittarius Sun, Virgo Moon, Libra Venus, Aquarius Mars, Scorpio Mercury and Rising (astrology is my guilty indulgence)

Height: 159 cm

Languages spoken: native English and Cantonese speaker, fluent in Mandarin and somewhere along the varying levels of intermediacy in French, Japanese, and Korean. I harbour a deep love for languages so I’m also learning a bunch of other ones with a focus on Southeast Asian languages.

Favourite season: Winter, mainly for festivities and fashion

Favourite flower: Lotus, for its elegance and significance in Asian culture

Favourite scent: The smell of shampoo and body wash when hugging or cuddling someone who just showered.

(What’s the most interesting school-related thing that’s ever happened to you on a school campus?)

Literally nothing interesting really ever happens tbh. One time my friends built a fortress of stools around me and i thought i was going to be decapitated. Oh and one time my friend wore a Prince William mask all day!

OOH! this didn’t happen to me, but my psychology teacher told us one time that she was on the school field teaching a biology class for cover work or something, and then she suddenly spots this man who has broken into the school field and is fully naked and openly masturbating in the direction of the class and the rest of the school. Of course my teacher gets everyone back inside and the got some of the male teachers to chase and tackle down this pedophile. I think he got sent to prison in the end :’)
