They were kinda meant to have a spark in every way-Tons of similarities but a few significant contrasts that don't lead to toxicity but instead them being complimentary and good for eachother,the beef between Zeus and Poseidon and how much Percy fucking despises her dad and Jason wanting to be completely free of Jupiter,Percy's severe older men trauma and Jason's defiement of what men are 'supposed' to be that's influenced by his transmasculinity but also a genuine effort on his part and connection with Percy that women are inherently better caused by the misogyny he also faced pre-egg cracking and even some afterwards from particularly big jerks and Jason being Hazel's pseudo-dad pre-Hoo and Percy being Nico's pseudo-mom before All That Fuckshit.Obviously they're not perfect together based off that last part alone and Jason's mostly a hc but it's certainly better than adultifiying Hazel!!

one of two (currently, anyway) god of war ocs i'm making! this is equinox. he's a follower of freyr who is cited as (in the god of war universe) being the vanir god of rain and fertility. traditionally, though, he is associated with sacral kingship, virility and prosperity, with sunshine and fair weather. so, a lot of equinox's design (down to his name) is inspired by prosperity and sunshine.
another source of inspiration for equinox is the game sky: children of light, where you play as a humanoid individual who are tasked with spreading light through a desolate kingdom and returning the fallen stars (souls) to their constellations. the game has these characters fly using wings/capes, hence the inspiration for the bird-like second form.
equinox is a witch, hence the abilities to conjure light, light things at will, fly, etc etc. he cannot fully transform into another creature like, say, freya can, but he can conjure wings and semi-transform. when he does, the underside of his wings glows (like sunlight, mimicking the wings/capes in sky), his skin gets a vibrant warmth to it, and his ears elongate and grow feathers.
other notes about equinox:
he's transmasculine, and is one of my few fantasy characters who did use magic to alter his form to better reflect his true nature
despite not exactly being an avian-like species (he is, by all accounts, technically human), he does maintain a lot of mannerisms. he often whistles to himself as he goes about his business. he chirps and squeaks when expressing himself. he will often do grandiose gestures (like these emotes from sky: children of the light), and especially so if he has his feathers out
he doesn't define his sexuality, and if he did pick a label, it would simply be queer. he is content finding love with whoever brings him joy

Hello! I am here for a Overwatch matchup, romantic preferred. I identify as transmasculine and I am quite interested in men. I have high-functioning autism and have a wide variety of earrings. I prefer to dress either cottagecore or scene, but I don’t mind dressing in feminine versions of these aesthetics. My biggest hyperfixation is botany.
I am very quiet, but it isn’t usually because I’m shy. I do have a lot of anxiety speaking to strangers, but I mainly stay quiet because I don’t have much to say. Sorry for disappearing 😅, school has been a lot. And I’m on summer break recovering. And how I’ve been, I’m on the equal ground of it couldn’t be better and it could be better. And I’m unfortunately have to state that the end of the school year was a declining rollercoaster for me. I won’t tell you specifics unless you want to hear it. But I, however, managed to discover my gender identity, seen by the Transmasculine flag behind me in the Pride art. So it’s been okay :)

was very bored last night. don’t really like the any of the transmasc flags floating around so i made myself a little transmasc flag with a sun representing masculinity the way the sun is masculine. note that this flag is for anyone who relates their gender to the term “transmasculine”, including but not limited to binary or nonbinary trans guys, transmasc butch lesbians, transmasc nonbinary/genderqueer/agender ppl, etc. if you like/use this pls lmk bc i just made this for myself but i would love for others to find meaning in it!!
here are the stripe meanings!!!
burnt orange/red: the multifaceted nature of transmasculine identity, such as an individual’s relationship (or lackthereof) to femininity and womanhood, their lack of gender, nonbinary gender, and/or multitudes of gender, and the intersection of gender and sexuality (such as nonbinary lesbianism). represents each individual’s own definition of their trans identity and the beauty in its potential complexity, multiplicity, and wholeness.
light orange: represents transmascs finding happiness and fulfillment in all areas of our lives. also represents gender euphoria and the happiness trans identity brings
yellow: represents the transmasc community in general, and emphasizes our connections, love, and mutual aid. this stripe also represents t4t relationships and uplifting fellow transmasc voices, especially those of us who are the most marginalized (including but not limited to transmascs who are poc, disabled, poor, fat, etc).
light green: represents transition in all aspects of the word. does not necessarily represent medical transition (medical transition is not necessary to be transmasculine), but does represent transition in whatever way the individual thinks of their own transition. highlights positive change within our lives.
