“Fiat lux! If you want to talk improbable, let’s talk about this”—a scrape of stone on stone—“being three thousand and some years older than this.” A heavy clunk.
“Inexplicable, Warden.”
“Certainly not. Like everything else in this ridiculous conglomeration of cooling gas, it’s perfectly explicable, I just need to explic-it.”
“Indubitable, Warden.”
“Stop that. I need you listening, not racking your brain for rare negatives. Either this entire building was scavenged from a garbage hopper, or I am being systematically lied to on a molecular level.”
“Maybe the building’s shy.”
“That is just tough shit for the building.”

eleven is fascinating to me because he came right off the back of tens horrible traumatic breakdown after he lost everything and he immediately tried to establish himself as the opposite of that. he is funny and goofy and almost childlike, and he bulldozes on in his adventures with amy like nothing happened at all. but then something happens and his masks slips and it's like oh! the core of this man is still anger. he is so so angry all of the time and this façade is the only thing stopping him from being consumed by it. he isn't over any of it and he hasn't moved on. he is wearing a fez and laughing but under that all that exists is age old anger and grief and it is going to consume him

You know, everyone (rightfully) assumes Crowley is thinking of Eden when he talks about falling in love under shelter together, but I think we're all overlooking another equally important moment, and even in the very same episode where they're having this conversation:
"You mean like a sudden rainstorm
forces them together beneath a canopy,
they look into
each other's eyes,
and realise they were made for each other?"

GUYS THE CANDY CADET STORY???///
It’s gotta be about Vanessa right? Like she’s the only adult female character in the games. She escaped from Glitchtrap just barely through Princess Quest 1-3 but was left with a scar (Vanny? her trauma?). After escaping with Gregory, she builds up the courage to come back to the Pizzeria with Gregory (the young boy guiding her) to take down Glitchtrap forever. They go to the “small house” aka the FNAF 6 Pizzeria and kill the witch aka Glitchtrap. And the oven metaphor referencing how Springtrap/Scraptrap was burned with fire?
though it does say “when she was little” so maybe there’s more to Vanessa’s past than we know? Was the past she told to the therapists in SB true?

So, it looks like the SAG-AFTRA strike is finally over which means Michael and David can re-enact this moment and actually just snog for several very long minutes on camera before pulling back and straightening* themselves out and nonchalantly continuing to talk about the kiss in GO 2...
*As much as it is possible for either one of them to be straight, at least...

Any other gw2 vets remember back in the day when HoT just came out and gliding was restricted to only the new HoT maps and you’d end up spending so much time there that when you’d return to the base game maps you jump off a cliff thinking you could glide but instead just died?
Those were the days.
