• 💜 I think Its pretty fucking obvious that this boy is autistic, pretty much everything in the show supports this.

• ❤ Donny's headgear also works as noise cancelling headphones! He's often overwhelmed by background sounds and his gear makes it easier for him to live his life (either on missions or just spending time with his brothers and/or April). He still loves blasting his music on the highest volume tho. It's different when you consent to hearing your jams then when several people are talking at once and youre going crazy.

Tagging as kind of canon because he might have audio sensory issues because of his autism and you can reraly see him without the damn googles.

• 💜 He knows ASL! Though It's never said in the show why he learned it, I believe that because he goes nonverbal often. Everyone in the lair can sign a bit because of that, but not everybody is too good at it. Donatello can communicate in ASL fluently.

Gender

• 🧡 Donatello never really felt connected to being "a men" and categorising things as "for boys" and "for girls" always seemed dumb to him. Shortly after Leo's coming out as a trans men (SURPRISE LEO HEADCANON) he went to talk to him about his gender experience. After some thinking and digging, Don came to the conclusion that he is in fact nonbinary. He still uses mostly male pronounces but always appreciates gender neutral pronounces coming his way.

Sexuality

• 🧡 While realising his own gender he also figured out that he doesn't really sees gender that seriously in others either. Men or women, its pretty much whatever to him. He doesn't like to label himself much when it comes to his sexuality, he accepts reffering to him as a pansexual or bisexual.

• 🧡 When it comes to dating Donatello doesn't imagine himself with anyone, really. He finds himself attractive, but doesn't think anyone would fancy him in a romantic way. He's not interessted much in dating either way. But he doesn't exclude dating someone in the future. It's just he won't go out of his way to look for love.

• ❤/🧡 Its obvious Don is a men of science, he's a genius when it comes to coding, math, engineering, I would say chemistry as well. Thats the field he feels the most comfortable in, but he loves learning new things in general. As long as there is interesting knowledge he can obtain, he will be there, soaking it like a sponge. He likes listening to info dumps, and probably listens to long ass video essays and/or podcasts.

• 🧡 Don likes to learn about others people hobbys and takes interest in learning about it. He likes showing others that he cares about something, even though Its something totally indifferent to him. For example, he knows lot about art making process from Mikey (Angelo even made him paint with him a couple of times!) even tho he doesn't really likes drawing and/or famous artists. No many people appreciate his work so he wants to show his appreciation to others.

• 💜 He is pretty low empathy most of the time. It's hard for him to relate to others, and can often feel like someone is overreacting. It's also challenging for him to put his feelings "out there". Which often makes him look unloving or unfriendly. And it couldn't be farther from the truth. He loves his brothers even though they bother him most of the time. And he loves April as well (though she never really troubled him much). He never really thinks that his low empathy is a flaw (more often he thinks about it as a blessing) but there rare are moment when he feels helpless because of it. He is glad that his family knows that he truly cares about them (and accepts any effort he puts in to express his feelings, even if it seems small).

• 🧡⭐ I've seen people headcanoning Donny as a baker and honestly I like it a lot. Cooking is Mikeys domain, and it suits him well, as it allows a lot of freestyling and just overall feeling. Baking and pastry making is very calculated and one miatake can ruin the whole thing. It reminds Don of engineering in a sense. Also baking is an easy way to get love and appreciation from his family because, cmon, he just made the most angelic fruit tarts in the whole universe, of course they're going to praise him. It also works as a stress relief. When feeling stumped and/or overwhelmed over a project or a situation he'll make something easy like brownies to get his mind of it.

• 🧡 He's very sentimental. He loves receiving gifts and will cherish and use them (even if he doesn't like it). He still has every "gamers dont die they respawn" Tshirt and every "dont fuck with my brother he was born in october and has autism" mug. Sometimes he REALLY wants to throw something away but god damn it this is painting Mikey did when he was ten and is just five splats of paint and thinking about him somehow finding out and crying about it might destroy him forever.

• 🧡⭐ This bitch reads fanfics, thats it. It started when he was around 13 or smth with Atomic Lass x Reader and now he knows all the fanfic lingo. He still might read something from time to time and writes very long and well written comments (with constructive criticism).

• 🧡 Speaking of which, Don writes perfect sentences while texting. All the correct spelling and punctuation. He also communicates with emojis and gifs like a millenial.

Food, TW: drinking!

• 🧡 He has a rather strong head, you cant make him drunk that easily. But when it finally happens, youre in for a ride. Shutting him up is near impossible, he will talk non-stop but with much less eloquence then while sober. Its extremely easy to make him laugh, so Leo absolutely loves it. He often looses track of what hes saying and starts completely different rant. Overall a chaotic mess. Really fun to witness it at least once. His beverage of choice is either fun cocktails or beer (tho rarely and/or only with some kind of juice because he doesn't like the fizziness on his tongue).

• 🧡 And that takes us to Donatello that hates fizzy drinks. He hates carbonated beverages, no matter if its cola or champagne. The feeling on his tongue and in his mouth makes him really uncomfortable. When there is no other choice but to drink up some bubbless, he leaves it open for as long as he can to get rid of them. His brothers despise him for that.

• 🧡 He doesn't like weird food combos either and is rather picky. When ordering food Don sticks to what he knows not to risk an uncomfortable texture touching his mouth. Texture is the most often reason for him not liking a specific food. Donnys pretty strict to preparing food as well (the way he does a thing is The Correct Way and no other exception is acceptable). Also he puts milk first so his cereal doesn't get soggy.

• 🧡 I feel like he likes fruit juices in boxes and fruit mousses but this is pretty random 🤷

• ❤/🧡 He wears contacts! We've seen little Donny with glassess, so I assumed he wears contacts now. When he knows he will be spending all day in the lair (for example because of an injury) he still has a pair of glassess he uses. And yes, he tapes them to the head. Because he rarely ever wears them, he never came up with a solution for not having ears and needing glassess.

• 🧡 ABSOLUTELY hates smoking. Will go on a rant if he sees someone he knows smoking. He absolutely despises the smell and WILL take it out of someones mouth/hand and throw it away. Appreciates the fun smells of vapes but still hates them. Will call vapers losers (maybe not exacly in these words but he will for sure).

• 🧡 Really good at makeup, but not as good as Leo is (ANOTHER SURPRISE LEO HEADCANON). He spend years perfecting his eyebrows of course. He also wears eyeliner because serving cunt is important even on the battlefield. From time to time you can see his nails painted as well.

• 🧡⭐ While being flustered or simply distracted he stutters a lot, mostly in a way of repeating whole words or parts of a sentence ("Its good because- Its good- Its good because I um- Its good-")

• 🧡 Enjoys taking very long baths, and actually prefers them much more then showers. Can stay underwater for a rather long time as well!! Being fully submerged calms him down a lot and its overall very relaxing for him.

• 🧡⭐ Ive seen a lot of takes that without his battle shell, he is really flexible (due to having a soft shell). And I like the idea. I think, that before sitting infront of a screen (or a desk in general) to do his work for several hours he stretches deeply so his back won't be so sore later. Also a reason to draw Donny in yoga poses and thats always cool.

• ❤ Makes up shit to fuck with his brothers. Like just spreading misinformation and gaslighting them for shit and giggles. Or to get them to leave him alone for a while. Also will gaslight them if they somehow find out that he was lying ("what? you must have heard me wrong then 🙄💅")

• 💜/❤ Loves singing and dancing!!! Aint the best singer (tho I love his songs in the show Im kissing him as we speak) but is a gorgeous dancer! He finds it incredibly fun and feels fabulous while doing it. Also Im pretty sure dancing counts as stimming so add it to the list. Dances solo like 90% of the time but really enjoys dancing in pairs (dances with April a whole lot when they get the chance!).

• ❤ He rarely laughs out loud, but when he does it is loud and messy. A good joke can make him think about it all day and continue laughing for a long time. Not my og take, Ive seen this headcanon before and I love it so so much :3

• 🧡 From all his brothers, he kind of wishes to be human the most of them all. Its not a big big wish, he does think of himself as very unique individual and takes pride of being a mutant. But sometimes while hanging out with April he can get lost in his thoughts of "what ifs". Maybe in the process of making a cloaking accessory.

• 🧡 His handwriting is god-awful. All scribly and fucked up like Doctors writing. Unfamiliar eye would not decipher a word out of it, but Don knows exactly what everything means. But he mostly writes digitally.

• ❤ Dons dislike of hugging is canon, but I do believe he likes being touched on his head and face (head pats, cheek rubs, scratches). He enjoys hand holding when it's appropriate as well.

• 💋 Im headcanoning the boys to go through mating season once a year (except mikey cuz he small) everyone at a different time. It would be similiar to an ovulation but much more horny (with also fever symptoms). Don would be the second after Raph to get it. While in heat he doesn't go feral or anything, but after a few days stops working because he cant focus on his craft. Waves of sudden temperature changes (mostly high heat) with really horny thoughts and hypersensitivity to pretty much everything...yeah not the best work environment. He spends his  most intensive days closed off in his lab or room because he really doesn't want his family to see him like this (the rest of the turtles are in thier rooms during thier mating time as well for the same reason). Also add being possessive while having a SO, and also veeery easy to irritate.

• 💋 Donny takes on a more submissive role while being intimate, even though he loves to be in charge all the time. But he isn't a bottom either, I would put him perfectly in the middle as a switch (more leaning on that sub part tho).

• 💋 His biggest turn on is smell. Like someones natural smell, no perfumes and all. He likes to snuggle in the crook of the neck and take it all in. This becomes cranked up to eleven during mating season, as he absolutely cannot stop sniffing. Would love his significant other to leave him clothes with thier smell on it and sleep and/or snuggle with it.

About Spectra🕷

The "good" doctor has always been trapping people in her webs. As a well skilled psychologist she used her know how of people to get what she wanted, especially through her clients. Wether it's persuading extra pay offers, sharing confidential info, she'd do anything for the right price. Eventually though the consequences of her less ethical practices catched up to her and bit her hard, literally! Now she continues to haunt the world, trying to trap people in her webs, this time they’re even harder to get out of!”.

Character:

For her I'm getting rid of the search for beauty and focusing on her being a person who takes advantage of others for her self gain. I'm thinking of making her dark neutral. She mostly does what she does for her self gain and won't go to more trouble than she has to, for what she wants and willing to work with anyone, for the right price. On the other hand her utter lack of care for the people around her as well as her willingness to abuse her power usually makes her an enemy. She also takes joy in causing the misfortune and doesn’t show much concern or remorse for it, especially if its someone she hates.

I also want to push the parallel between her and Jazz more,both being people I with skills and interest in psychology. She could be what Jazz became if she jsut stopped caring about helping people with their issues and used them to only benefit herself. I’m thinking form a young age, Spectra was aware of humanity not being naturally good and saw that more and more as she grew. Eventually she adapted a ““let them be evil” mindset and worked to be just as, if not more cunning and underhanded than the people around her.

Spectra-You can etheir be their prey or they can be yours.

Im thinking for her ep, Jazz at first likes and really looks up to her especially for her profession(fun fact, OG Jazz in one of her futures goes to Yale, which I’m headcanon Spectra graduated from) Perhaps feels like she’s able to confide to her, always trying to look out for everyone else especially her brother, it’s nice to have someone care about her business, perhaps even encouraged Jazz to care for herself more. She’s definetley much more hurt to say the least when she realizes Spectra’s true colors. I can honestly see Spectra see a bit of herself in Jazz, even has some respect for Jazz’s ability to connect with others, with that said she wouldn’t hesitate to use Jazz as Phantom bait if it benefits her or she proved to be too much of an inconvenience. Which….

She and Jazz, have a sort of similar parallel to Vlad and Danny, if perhaps not as intense.

Abilities- Can make webs that can drain someone's energy as well as trap and grab things and people, even make things out of said webbing and people, can crawl and climb all over walls and ceilings, can shoot out her webbing Spider-Man style, can remove her body parts and attach them back on(like sewing a doll), can fit herself into small spaces, high jumper, very flexible, sharp claws, legs and teeth, venomous bite, experience and skill in Psychology, dark empath, master manipulator, great vision(especially since she can move her eyes around), a sense of danger(like a spidey sense Spectra-NOT LIKE SPIDER-MAN!), good with the piano, experienced in forgery, knows ASL(picked it up for clients with hearing disabilities), great charisma, greater lying and great with textile.

@tachvintlogic​ helped gave me a lot of good ideas on how her web powers can work! 

Weaknesses- Webs can only last so long before she needs to remake them, weak ghost so she cant use too much and will etheir need new people to drain energy from or wait and conserve herself, she or her webs aren’t great getting wet, not strong in cold temperatures, strength if webs depend on her own state, hence why she drains people so much, not the greatest with modern tech, hard to trust even when she’s telling the truth, has little to no compassion, huge ego and too selfish for her own good.

If a person is physically or mentally down already, her webs can drain more out.

Likes- Psychology(more so using it on people), draining people, negative emotions and energy, DRAMA, textile, weaving, sewing, knitting, macrame, textile especially weave art, textile puns, dark comedy, fine arts, acting fine and cultured, getting spa treatments, vintage things, silk, red wine, insects and spiders(to eat), brunch, French cuisine, devilled eggs, coffee, dark chocolate, bitter tastes, cappuccino, brunch, fashion, gossip, piano music, the night, the color red, reading, philosophy, psychological horror/thrillers, dark spaces, interior design shows, reality tv shows(especially for the drama), and getting what she wants.

Fav food- Misery ofcourse😭

Second fav- Spiders. They help her gain energy is spiders and the webbing in them🕷She'll go for insects as well🦋🐞🪲(Likes dipping such as dark chocolate or cheese covered ones like cocoa beetles).

Loves to target teens for all their hormones as well as middle-age adults. Mid-Life crisis’ are gold mines for her.

Will now and then team up with Vlad🧛‍♂️ Especially if it involves revenge on the Fenton Family. He’s one of the few ghosts she actually gets along with. With that said, they wouldn’t hesitate to turn on each other when push comes to shove. I can totally see them brunch while badmouthing people(especially the Fentons). 

Can make silk from her webbing. It’s very soft and smooth…perfect to get it on people😈

Enjoys making dolls of people she hates so she can destroy them for stress relief.

Usually smells like vintage perfume. It’s not bad but she tends to wear a lot on her, usually trying to cover up anything like say…ecto.

Though she hates the cold, has her office still cold as it makes clients accept her gifts more or warm up with stuff she made. As well as to cover up Phantom’s Ghost senses. She uses her own webbing to keep herself warm enough.

When under Walker's control, kept far away from the other prisoners so she can't feed too much on their misery. He has her do psycho-analysis of the inmates, to figure out what makes them tick. One of her biggest cases is Sidney Pointdexter. Her cell tends to have a bunch of cobwebs in it, her bed having layers and crafted pillows from her own webbing for comfort.

Made Bertrand with her powers. Reference to Other Father. The main reason he does her bidding’s because he needs her webbing to keep him together. She made him basically to do all the grunt work, she doesn’t want to waste energy on(cleaning her office, organizing her files, coffee runs, scaring the students so they’ll need to get counselled and can drain them, etc).

Also tends to have Bertrand prepare snacks and drinks for the students, to make them feel more comfortable( and TOTALLY not to make sure one doesnt end up passing out if too much energy was drained). A bit of a reference to how Other Mother lured Coraline with delicious food.

Died in 1990. Gaiman started writing the story, Coraline(Spectras inspired by Other Mother) in 1990. Died via, Black widow spider bite🕷

Got her degrees from Yale👩‍🎓 She brags about that ALOT to people. Blackmailed her psych professor.

When she isn’t draining people of their misery, will now and then swindle  people for quick crash. Her fav tactic is selling people knockoff fashion products, which after the purchase don’t even last(as she made them with her webbing). 

Prefers cash over credit💵.

Sometimes makes fake products or steals things like Chanel and Gucci for herself, to make people think she’s rich and classy👜

She and Klemper knew each other as kids🕷☃️.

Her footsteps and fingers hitting the surface sounds like needles🪡

How she died. Still working out the details but it was partly because of a black widow spider bite, was an act of revenge(client or someone close to the client she’d been screwing over) and  it wasn’t a peaceful death to say the least.

Portgas D. Ace

- sadly, y’all do live on a ship that travels literally everywhere around the world, and especially on the Grand Line, the weather changes more than you want it to. So there a lot of times where you find yourself sick for weeks

- at least your boyfriend’s a personal heating pad!! Well for only when it gets cold, when it hot it’s almost like torture but when it comes to the cold weather you hardly leave his side

- with that being said, Ace does not get sick a lot, he just has the immune system of a god so personally Ace has no idea what it's like to be sick all the time but he def tries his best to make you feel better 

- he’ll of course try to use his power as much as he can, he’s basically made out of fire so there that, but everything else, well his just follows what Marco tells him.

- Bc you did end up getting sick a lot, Marco tries not to give you medicine or else you’d practically be high all the time so he tries to give you ways to get better without having to take too many pills or whatnots

- and bc of that Marco also relies on Ace a lot more than you. He wants Ace to make sure to keep your body temp. at a regular temp., to make sure your soup doesn’t go cold when you sleep, stuff like that

- at least it’s a good thing Ace doesn’t get sick bc he ends up spending most of his time with you. And don’t feel bad either, Ace is willing to spend time with you, he’s not being told to stay by your side at all

- but of course, the weather doesn’t change every day so there are times where you feel better so when you do Ace makes up for all that lost time you spent in bed.

- dragging you to an island is y’all are at one, dragging you to a drinking competition, playing with you around the ship, getting in trouble by Marco, stuff like that

- and of course, once you get sick again, Ace would not hesitate to stay by your side the entire time. Ace is happy wherever you are and if you are sick in bed then Ace would not hesitate to sit right by you the whole time.

Sabo

- now I know I say this in like every sabo request I have, but Sabo is a busy man. He didn’t become the 2nd in command of the Revo army for nothing.

- so when you get sick, Sabo, sadly, can’t stay by your side just like Ace and Luffy can and he does hate that. Sabo wasn’t to be there for when you’re not feeling well but sometimes he just can’t

- but that doesn’t mean that he never sits stays with you. Of course, there are some things that he can do that don’t involve much. Like paperwork, reports, money stuff, and other things that I have no idea about

- luckily the Revo army headquarters mostly stays in one spot so there’s not a lot of moving around, so you don’t get sick often.

- although you don’t really get sent on missions much, you want to but with the weather, the Revo army doesn’t want to take the chance. Well it’s more like Sabo

- sabo does trust you a lot and all but he still worries about you and he doesn’t want to make to be sick often so he tries to get you to do things around headquarters.

- and unlike Ace and Luffy, Sabo does know what it likes to be sick so he always knows just what to do when you end up sick. He prepared you soup and easy food for your stomach, he’ll check your temp and give you all the medicine you need

- and even Sabo does end up getting Ace’s devil fruit, just like Ace, Sabo becomes your personal heating pad.

- Sabo tries hard not to get you sick bc he wants to go on missions with you. So he’s very picky on what type of missions you can go on. He knows sometimes you don’t like it, but he just wants you to be happy and healthy.

Monkey D. Luffy

- now Luffy even said it himself, he’s never been sick himself so he doesn’t have a single idea of what it’s like or what you need to do

- and of course, the first time you got sick, Luffy was freaking out. He’s already thinking of the worst and shouting. The rest of the crew followed him but not as bad. Only then you told them that you are sensitive to weather change

- and as soon as you told him and the crew that, they looked at you like you were crazy. The sickness isn’t long itself but it does but a bit of a hitch in your plans. But luckily with Chopper’s medicine, you can heal even quicker

- it does take Luffy a while to get used to the fact that you always get sick. All he wants to do is play with you when y’all first get to a new island but chopper always has you around the shop for a day or 2.

- it, of course, makes Luffy upset, but as soon as you feel better he’s quick to snatch you up and drag you along with everything just like Ace

- but those days at sea when y’all can’t really play and the weather suddenly changes. Luffy loves to stay by your side.

one thing he does like though, that not many people would think about, is purely having someone waiting for him, staying at his side and embracing him anytime. •I like gaming, drawing, singing (not good at it but it's a huge vocal stim thing for me) and makeup

•Speaking of stims! I go nonverbal a lot so I vocal stim a lot. Especially singing songs. I whistle or sing random notes to try and convey my emotions when words are too hard. I almost always have my headphones on so I can listen to music and to block out noise to a certain degree. I mimick a lot as well. I have certain sounds I like to listen to as well. I have a half life soundboard on my phone because some of the noises are fun and help me calm down, especially the barney voice lines, he has been a huge comfort character for me since I was in middle school.

Rating my paracosms

The One With Eqx - 90/10 Probably my most fleshed out paracosm. Exqs are deconstructed demons basically separated into three subspecies (Whims have horns, Mysts have wings, and Magis have tails.) They’re like anthropomorphic snake wolf horses. Also they don’t wear shirts, don’t need them unless it’s cold. Generally teeth and eating are taboo and rude, there’s a cultural paranoia of cannibalism based mildly on biology. Also magic. Usually I wax philosophical and explore how manners melt to moral and how in a fantasy world culture vs biology as there are LITERALLY different species. I’ve built up this culture so much kdfahsldkjfha I love it when I come here there’s so much more I can’t even fit here. I have paras specific to this place. 

RWBY Based - 7/10 I mostly come here for fight scene DDs. Rwby universe is so cool. I get hurt a lot when i’m here cause I stim so wildly and end up tripping or scraping often. Scaring the hell out of Salem my beloved. Main paras used. 

Brawl Stars Based - 6/10 This one’s kind of personal to explain. I have the character paras here. The world building is fun though, lot of character headcanons that are just plain canon now. Sorry I don’t make the rules. Penny is dyslexic, Spike is deaf, Shelly is a lesbian and Cold is gay. Colt is jesse’s cousin who moved in with her after his parents died. Tick got his tongue cut out as a child, he’s barleys adopted nephew and Penny and Daryl’s brother. Piper is Barley’s sister. Edgar and Collet are twins. Nani and Pam are married. Jesse’s special interest is languages she knows 4 fluently (english, ASL, spanish, and BSL). It’s fun but I’m not here a lot. 

Hybird - 15/10 Okayy buckle up this one’s got like a PLOT. Basically, set in a future where most (as far as they know, all) of humanity lives in space. It takes place generations after DBH style revolution. There are these hybrids that are a blend of human and technology, genetically engineered. An entirely artificial subspecies of human. I’ve got alot to say about this one might make it’s own post. I use it as a metaphor for being nd or cultural differences as a lot of it comes down to “but it’s cruel for humans too--” “but I’m NOT you!” or “i would hate to ive a life like that” “well, luck for you’re not a hybird. I happen to like existing.” Also the different versions are suited to different jobs and they’re all named after spacecrafts which were named after birds. Nightingale (fixing), *Robin (parental), Crow (information), Raven (communications) Canary (protection), Bluejay (medical), etc.  This is where the name hybird came from. 

TMA based - 10/10 Main paras used. It’s just the universe and not any tma plot. I love screwing around with mixing entities. A lot of beyond the beyond going on. Like, one of them is a Corruption but with plants and poison. One is a Hunt than only goes after other avatars (not as like a robinhood way, they just think it’s pathetic for someone to chase the equivalent of a sickly little rabbit) the fear that comes from breaking supposed safety. She’s based on a relentless ghost rather than a animalistic predator. One is a Stranger that’s based on the fact you never really know someone because people are constantly changing, so rather than being someone they don’t know but recognize he’ll be someone they don’t recognize but make it very clear he’s still him. Paranoia that anyone could be him or just lying.   

Input - 8/10 Oof this one is hard to explain. It’s a world that shifts every so often to something entirely new. One day it might be a blank void, the next it might a forrest with a garage in it, or a busy city. Home to one of my two main groups of paras.

The Sparrow Academy AU

So how do our superpowered children fall into the hands of vegetable harjeebs? Well imagine this as post season 2, except Ben is still with us as a ghost because fuck you I have a soul despite the amount of angst in this cannon. Our OCs are replacement Sparrows. This AU is a bit self indulgent, but it is very very angsty. There is a bit of hurt and comfort, but mostly just hurt lol Let’s give a summary of the characters :D

Number One - Casper: The ghost Casper’s power is to phase through anything. He can control how phased in or out he is making him either practically non existent, or like a thick fog. At 15 years old Vegetable forced him to phase out as much as he could. Even when he hit his limit Veggie forced him to go further, spread himself thinner. And when Casper stopped, too strained from the effort, he couldn’t phase back. He was completely out of energy and now roams around as a ghost. Still visible, but silent to those of the living, having to communicate with ASL [American Sign Language]. Though Casper does have some company. He’s on the same pseudo-plane of existence as ghosts. He can see, hear, and touch them. Ghosts can also hear him when he speaks.

Number Two - Zelda: The Static Sadly Zelda is one of the least developed characters. Her ability is technopathy. She can psychically control and manipulate electronics and their signals. Due to self esteem issues power related stuff she constantly wears a large TV-like helmet. It has a screen as a face which frequently displays emoticons, but can be connected to television networks.

Number Three - Daniel: The mutant Daniel’s power was once the ability to breathe underwater. When he was 7 years old Reginald sent him down to explore a wreck at the bottom of a lake. He found the mangled corpse of an old man, and parasite. Parasite latched onto Daniel, taking him as its host, but in the process stripped Danny of his power. Ever since the incident Daniel has lived with parasite in his body. Parasite can extend from Daniel’s body to create limbs, pseudo-pods, protective shields, the possibilities are endless. But parasite requires animal meat to sustain itself. Human is the most nourishing for it.

Number Four - Autumn: The Nova Autumn’s power is to harness any and all friction to form electricity. It’s stored in her body like a battery and is always constantly building up. Reggie frequently uses her like a battery for his experiments and machines. She’s had a history of anxiety and self-harm from an early age. When the energy inside her builds up it can be extremely painful causing a restless buzzing feeling.

Number Five - Jack: The Voice Jack’s power is telepathy. He has the ability to read and enter the minds of those within a 500-600 meter radius. Sometimes he just ‘hears’ people’s thoughts as if they were spoken aloud. This leads to many an awkward sputtering of, “I never said anything about that.” It’s easier for him to communicate with someone if they make skin to skin contact, but he can still create a mental link between himself and a few others without issue. Jack’s training and punishments often involve being in crowded places, hospitals, schools, or places of large distress. Regilald forces him to both try and block out every single voice, and then try and hear all of them at once, and understand what is being ‘said’. For a time Veggie also used Jack as a living baby monitor. He’d make Jack snitch on his siblings with threats of being locked in the mental hospital for hours or days. For a while Jack complied, but when after Six disappeared Reginald stopped making him do it. Also Jack is trans. poor child is afab :’)

Number Six - Six: The boy Y’all know who it is. BUT a bunch of angst writers are making this AU so the poor boy goes through even more :D Six’s power is space-time manipulation. Six is this universe’s Five Hargreeves. Six’s training is pretty much the same as his doppelganger. When Six is 13 he runs away. In about the same manner as his counterpart, but the apocalypse he arrives in is very, very different. In this universe Jack causes the apocalypse. All his pent up frustrations, anxieties, and guilt come to a head when he finds out how much his siblings truly lied to him. He has a complete meltdown and in the process scrambles the brains of humanity. Some died due to the damage, but most were left as soulless husks. Barely human lying in a vegetative state on the ground. Six arrives in the disastrous nightmare to find his siblings, alive and yet already gone. The only one that is somewhat normal is Daniel, but it’s not actually Daniel anymore. Daniel’s brain was rendered thoughtless and parasite took over the vessel. They just lost their best friend and now have to live in his husk. A couple days after Six arrived, Casper wandered back to the academy. He saw Six, but couldn’t talk to him so he followed him around. Six assumed Casper to be a hallucination, but went along with it, chatting to his not-dead brother. Six does everything he can to take care of his dying siblings, but slowly each of them starve to death within the first year. Parasite survives with Six for a while longer, but even they can’t hold on forever. Parasite dies when Six is 22. A few days after parasite’s death a commission agent offers Six a deal. Work for the commission and escape this hell. Six takes the deal and works for the commission for 14 years. All throughout his time there he worked tirelessly on his math. And then he did it! He time traveled back to March 22 2019, but landed in the courtyard in his 13 year old body. His siblings all ran to give him a hug and suffice it to say, the boy cried. A lot.

Number Seven - Sage: The prophet Sage’s power is to see into the future. She’s able to see the outcomes of situations, but only if the outcome is bad. Her training had a lot to do with premeditated events that Sage had to describe. Regineld pushed her to look farther, to see more than just a few seconds. This did work, but not without consequence. Sage has seen many gruesome events that never transpired. Many deaths narrowly avoided.  Sorry for how sloppily written this is, it’s 1am lol

alllllright, so nate was born with some hearing loss & just when the doctors thought he was going to live a life of rapid hearing loss, his adopted parents swooped in & turned all that shit around for him. in those early days especially, he was so obsessed with being all of what they could hope for and more, that he undoubtedly absorbed so much of their love & support in comparison to his brother.

but anywho, he had surgery for two cochlear implants before age 6, and it’s worked out for him, especially because he was (and still is) a quick study. kid’s got a knack for learning/adapting like nobody’s business. but hey, he’s a human - he’s bound to make mistakes and the expectations got so high that he got frustrated with himself and decided enough was ENOUGH. the golden shine he had was starting to wear off.

so, then’s there the Age of Ethan Crabgrass  - which yes, is someone from nate’s past that caused a lot of trouble for him - but honestly, the name is more of a representation for all the discrimination and bullshit nate had to fight against. and fight, he did. in a small literal way, but mostly in a social way. humor is his best and sharpest weapon, and he’s had lots of practice wielding it.

found theatre in one of those moments ya see on the movies where the character is walking by the auditorium and the magic of the stage just pulls them in (like glee omg). it’s also where he started drinking alcohol, smoking mary & juan, and exploring his gender/how he wants to present himself to the world. the love he felt there led him straight to alderidge.

so yes, he kinda blackmailed orson after he found out - through his connects in the art department - about the extent of orson’s drug habits & took this spicy info. straight to the source. i imagine their conversation left nate feeling like he was going to Soar in this dept. troil & cress gave him a little more to work with, but he was still hungry to do something different. but then orson dies, and nate has...lots of feelings.

speaking of which, he has a therapist he’s seen since first year, dr. june, but for the last month or two, he hasn’t spoken to her. he’s too busy doing more drugs, having lots of sex, and being a Shit. to sit down and unpack that entire night and what it means is something he is putting off until...? he’s not sure, tbh. orson’s death has him Shook.

aldy (as he fondly calls alderidge) has been some of the best years of nate’s life. which is probably why he’s trying his hardest to soak up every single moment while he still can. he knows he and the rest of his classmates might not be bffs after this is all said and done, but he wants to create some lasting memories (read: be more Annoying than usual this semester).

gives “cute” nicknames to lots of things, because hey, words are hard and sometimes his mind runs faster than his mouth. there’s probably a dictionary of these words collected over the past few years. (e.g., supe effin awk, ors ho, cae sal, mary & juan)

wants the chance to be a Serious Actor, for once in his academic career. with orson dead, maybe that has a better chance to happen. and...if nate’s honest, he’s not as sad as he should be.

especially since he still has jason’s watch, nate’s spidey senses have been tinglin’. like, i imagine he’s gonna be nosy and want to figure out what the hell went down that night. not to snitch, but to protect whoever he can. if he can.

Decided to continue the bios for the rest of the fam squad, the full extended family!! Might change things around a bit, we’ll see!!! Here’s part one in case you missed it :3

Emile Sanders (formerly Picani):

Age: 46

Pronouns: he/him/they/them

Height: 6’1”

Curly medium golden mahogany brown hair and sky blue eyes, subtly tanned skin covered in freckles, red framed rounded glasses, likes dressing like a cartoon character or just wearing cartoon merch (his prized possession is his Mabel pines jumper) but wears a brown cardigan over a white button down shirt with a pink necktie when he goes to work

A big goofball that has a lot of love to give, but he still knows when to be more subdued and calm and when to activate “serious picani”. He’s always loved helping people work through their issues which is why he’s a therapist

Like patton, he’s excellent at reading emotions, though he’s a bit better at it since he’s a professional

Has ADHD, but has developed the necessary coping skills to help keep his symptoms under control

Has two siblings; Catarina (Patton’s mother) and Leonard (Patton’s other uncle). Emile is the baby of the family while Leonard is the oldest

Emile met Thomas when they were both in college. They shared an ASL class and quickly began getting along, and frequently practiced sign language together and feelings developed from there

Can and will kill you with a single look. Especially if you mess with his family. He’ll never admit it but he loves them with everything he’s got, even if he never acts like it for even a moment

Especially adores Remy and respects that they’re discovering themself and exploring new possibilities. He knows from experience how tough that is and how much of a challenge it can be

Was adopted at age three after his parents were busted for child abuse and heavy drug addiction. It took quite some time for him to come out of his shell but Emile and Thomas were nothing but patient and loving and kind. He still has a lot of trust issues but he knows he can trust his family

Will never admit it now but became insanely jealous when remy was adopted into the family. He did not want a brother because he knew that meant he was being replaced and he wasn’t loved anymore

Eventually Thomas and Emile sat him down and they all talked through it and assured Anton that he was still loved and he was not being replaced

It still took a very long time for Anton to trust Remy, even if he was only a baby

His heart was won over when Remy said his first word to him

Height: damnit how tall are 12 year olds

Shoulder length hair dyed dark purple at the roots that fades into magenta at the ends (hair colour changes periodically depending on what it feels like having), chocolate brown eyes, fairly dark skinned but not heavily so, gender expression changes at the drop of a hat but it often wears leather, skirts, beanies, and a heck ton of earrings (when it turns eighteen it starts getting a lot of different piercings like angel bites, nostril, and industrial piercings, etc) (that’s worth noting)

Almost always sarcastic but that’s its way of showing love really. It’s a helluva punk that can and will fight anyone to the death if they deserve it (or if they hurt someone Remy likes). It’s actually a huge nerd but doesnt usually show that side of itself. It loves reading, watching shows like doctor who, and doing puzzles with Logan

Was diagnosed with adhd after Emile noticed it experienced similar symptoms for quite a while

Was adopted by Thomas and Emile when it was a baby (and Anton was four), having been found by Emile when it was left in a box in an alleyway, which was a long and complicated process but one hundred percent worth it

It has a trio of male rats named Holmes, Watson, and Splinter. Thomas was a bit reluctant to let it adopt rats but they all went to a rat breeder and when Thomas saw them all and even held one he realised it wasn’t so bad and they were actually kinda cute

When it was nine years old, it nearly died in a nasty hit and run. A truck had swerved into it when it was by the side of the road. It was fine after a lengthy recovery except it had to use a wheelchair after some spinal cord damage left it immobilised from the waist down. The driver was never identified

It probably wasn’t a coincidence that this event occurred not long after remy started talking about how much it loved boys just as much as it loved girls, but that teas a bit too hot for this post

She’s a determined, steadfast kinda gal who fights for whats right and gives everything she has for her loved ones, especially her immediate family. Although she can be pretty blunt with her words she’s also kindhearted and wants whats best for everyone

She’s an avid writer, and has actually published a novel. She also dabbles in fanfiction and is unashamed about it

She’s married to a wonderful wife named Elizabeth and they have a daughter named Kaylee (15)

She’s also been trying to quit smoking but so far that has yielded no results

Ashley Fletcher (formerly Adams):

Long light ash brown hair that reaches her tailbone that she keeps parted to the right, electric blue eyes, fair skinned and a face full of freckles, black rectangular glasses, tries to be fashion forward but mostly just wears T-shirts and denim jackets

She’s a trans woman and has been transitioning for a few years now with lots of support from her family. She’s a nice person but let’s people walk all over her a bit. She doesn’t like confrontation much because of her anxiety disorder, but she’s trying to get better with that

Loves acting and wants to pursue it as a career, but her anxiety makes it difficult to put herself out there

Married to a trans man named warren and they have a son named jack (11) and a daughter named Emma (6)

She met warren at a pride event with Logan and Patton, and it was actually Patton who met him first (although at the time he went by a different name and didnt know he was trans yet) and then introduced him to the others

They actually talked about adopting a child long before even considering marriage. Although they realised it would look better to adoption agencies if they were married, and that was the main reason they even went through all of that

Renae Adams:

Age: 21

Pronouns: she/her/he/him

Height: 6’8”

Short wavy hair dyed bright pink, amber eyes, fair skinned, a black *dabs* styling pair of Warby Parker’s, often wears high neck shirts and suit jackets, basically always business casual because she can, and loves wearing hoop earrings

There are two sides to Renae; either stone cold businessperson or happy go lucky memelord with a heart of gold. She’s a lot like Logan in that regard, although it’s harder to predict what side of her you’ll see at any given moment. She can either be a super soft bean or the scariest person on the planet

Has been dealing with OCD her whole life, and sometimes it gets particularly bad (especially the intrusive thoughts) but she has a therapist and psychiatrist she sees somewhat regularly

She runs her own coffee shop called Real Bean Café and it does fairly well. She’s always thinking about how she can improve her business

She’s aroace so she isn’t in a romantic relationship but she is in a queerplatonic relationship with a beautiful enby named Pigeon

They actually met in her coffeeshop. Renae saw Pigeon’s Attack on Titan T-shirt and was immediately compelled to talk to them

Jason stumbles out of his room, idly scratching at his temple as he yawns. He’s barely awake, having only slept two hours, and he’s so hungry he wouldn’t be surprised if his stomach started to actually eat itself. This is why Alfred always harps on me about three meals a day, he thinks, only a little self reproach in his inner voice.

Three meals a day is way harder to maintain than people might think. Facts are, he usually only eats one meal and a few snacks a day. But this morning, he’s going to eat, dammit.

He doesn’t realize Cass is sitting on his couch until he accidentally stubs his toe. At his loud and abrupt cursing, she snickers, though he notices immediately it’s not quite as lively as it usually is.

Shaking his head at himself, he rubs his toes, trying to soothe the pain. As he does, he thinks about how really, it’s not surprising she’s here. Here being his actual place instead of one of his many safehouses, only a few of which are known to Bruce. The other kids and Alfred know more locations than dear old dad does, but of them, Cass and Alfred are the only ones who knows where he actually lives.

After a nasty accident a few years ago in which case Jason needed a blood transfusion, they’ve known about how Shiva actually was Jason’s mom, not Sheila. And yeah, okay, it took months for Jason to come to terms with that, but ever since? He and Cass have been cool. He’s softened quite a bit to the idea of having a sister, and hell, a family. Well, mostly the sister part. The family part is a work in progress.

His relationship with Cass is totally different, though—she’s the only one he can really, truly relax with. Plus, when they train together, she always kicks his ass seven ways to Sunday. It’s fun, and more than that, there’s way less pressure to be better than there is when he trains with his brothers. It’s only partly because he knows he’ll never win against her.

All of this is just to say: duh. Of course she knows where he lives.

She doesn’t know everything, though. Case in point: the surprise on her face when Lizzy trots out from behind him, only briefly interested in the new person as opposed to breakfast.

“Sup,” says Jason, not waiting for a response to walk into the kitchen. He can still see her over the counter, though, and makes sure to wait to get Lizzy’s food until he sees Cass sign a greeting back.

They’re quiet while he gets her bowl filled up, and then he offers, “You want some cereal?”

Her response is a signed “yes”.

Yeah, definitely not having a good day. That’s okay, he can deal. The more time they spend with each other, the more they’re both getting used to how to act when one is going through a rough time.

Silently, he makes them both bowls, cereal first and then the milk. He brings them out to the living room carefully, and after handing her bowl over, he joins her on the couch. Mirroring her, he ends up with his legs curled criss-cross, his back to the corner where the arm meets the back.

For a while, the only sounds are the munching of their Frosted Flakes and Lizzy moving her bowl around on the floor as she noses around for more.

Lizzy ambles over to the couch just as Jason is finishing his last bite. Instead of putting her head in Jason’s lap like he expects her to, she goes over to Cass.

As far as Jason knows, Cass doesn’t like dogs—he’s certainly heard Damian happily regale Duke about how she never wants to steal Titus away like some people do.

“Liz,” he says, about to lean forward to pull her off by the collar. A big dog like her is probably the last thing Cass wants bothering her right now.

Cass surprises him, though. She welcomes Lizzy into her lap with a little coo, barely vocalized, and Jason watches with some awe as Lizzy starts to whine and nudge at Cass’s neck and shoulders, the exact same way she does to him when he needs help calming down.

See, the thing about Lizzy—something Cass most assuredly doesn’t know, something nobody knows—is that she’s a service dog. A PTSD-trained service dog. She’s not really supposed to go to other people, seeing as she’s Jason’s.

Cass doesn’t seek him out much during the day, especially not at his place. Her presence here alone is a sign that she isn’t feeling well. Another thing is that she isn’t talking—she still prefers to sign most days, but she can speak and often does. Her sentences are on the shorter side, yeah, but she also jokes and every once in a while, insults. When she gets like this, nonverbal, it usually means she’s needing a break and isn’t up to expending all the mental energy it takes to talk.

Which is fine with Jason. It’s nice to have someone he can be quiet with. Most of the time when they hang out, he reads while she practices ASL or ballet. Neither of them can really have that with the other kids—the ones who come closest are Tim and Damian, when Tim is working and Damian drawing, but together, they bicker a lot. And even alone, Dick is always coming to find one of them, Duke wanting to show a video he just saw, Bruce needing one or the other for this or that reason.

So, yeah. He understands.

But it’s still kind of surprising to see how Cass reacts to Lizzy. She welcomes the dog into her lap and immediately starts to pet her, gently scratching behind her ears. Lizzy, for her part, whines and sniffles and is generally just there for Cass in a way he is intimately familiar with. Being on the receiving end of a dog’s care and attention is great anyway, but Lizzy, having been trained since she was a pup, is amazing at it.

Jason relaxes back into the cushions, making sure not to stare too much as the tension in Cass’ shoulders loosens and her lips curl up.

He finishes his bowl before she does, trying not to slurp the milk. He stands with a groan and heads to the sink. From the different vantage point, he has to say Lizzy looks adorable in his sister’s lap.

He spends some time cleaning up the kitchen, letting Cass and Lizzy be as alone as they can be. But eventually, he starts feeling twitchy, bored by the tedious work. He isn’t here often enough that it’s all that dirty, anyway.

When he steps back into the living room, he goes right to his bookshelves and finds one of his old favorites, Pride and Prejudice . It’s where he got Lizzy’s name from—Elizabeth Bennett, one of his favorite characters, sometimes goes by Lizzy in the book. Jane Austen has been a comfort to him for so long, it honestly felt wrong to name his dog after anything or anyone else.

He finds his place back on the couch, and asks, “Want me to read out loud?”

She scrunches up her nose like she always does before giving a negative answer—like, the answer is obviously no and he’s silly for not realizing that. Amused but also understanding, he nods and settles in, opening up to where he left his bookmark yesterday morning.

For over an hour, they sit together, the only sounds coming from outside—ah, good ole Gotham and her non-stop police sirens—and Lizzy’s gentle snores and sighs and content little grumbles, the brush of Cass’ fingers over her fur.

It’s peaceful and grounding, and maybe there’s a jealous worry in the back of his head that Cass is totally stealing his dog right now, but whatever. It’s a perfect morning.

the world:

located in a fictional city in Maryland (city name is Barsboro but it’s locally known as Hound Isle [it’s a peninsula] though no one’s sure anymore where the nickname comes from)

some people have powers (it’s genetic but it’s recessive) and since those people are typically ridiculed and pushed to be outcasts they usually turn to lives of crime

the Hound Isle Mafia is the main group the story follows

they’re a large org. that more or less owns Barsboro, and they’re infamous along the east coast, so they get a lot of attention from the feds but also get a lot of powered people flocking to them to join their ranks

the characters:

Andrew (protagonist) - son of the mafia’s main hitman, he has an ability (emotion manipulation) but he’s intentionally never been taught how to use it (because he would be far too powerful if he had perfect control and his parents were afraid of that power). he’s grown up beaten for having the simple audacity of breathing, and that’s made him extremely closed off and violent towards strangers. he’s very quiet but incredibly intelligent with a near-perfect recall and an analytic mind. as much as his baseline instinct is to stab first and ask questions later, he’s fiercely protective of who he considers family and he will absolutely make himself a rock they can cling to no matter what. he has very strong personal boundaries but absolutely no sense of self worth, so he will kill you if you touch him but he’ll also die for his family without question. wants nothing more than to make out with Kasen and kill his father, not necessarily in that order. will at some point lose control of his ability and it Will Be Devastating

Kasen (deuteragonist) - kicked onto the street when he was still a pre-teen after his abilities (teleportation and shadow stealing) manifested, resulting in him killing some people. he was recruited into the mafia about a year later, where he met Andrew and immediately saw and recognized his bruises and decided to be friends. he quickly started making a name for himself within the mafia and outside of it, earning harsh nicknames like “demon” and “rabid dog.” the self he projects to the world is callus and cruel, a toothy smile bathed in blood. but to Andrew he’s always been a support pillar. for Andrew, he learned how to stitch and dress wounds correctly. for Andrew, he’ll drop whatever he’s doing, even if it’s a job. he’s an absolute bastard, and he has no care for any life that isn’t Andrew’s or his own. he’s a fierce killer and he’s proud of it, but he’s willing to tear down the the entire structure of the mafia if it means helping Andrew

Kara (secondary) - started her life as a runner for a tiny street gang in a town north of Barsboro, but after she was nearly killed, her gang members told her to go do something better with her life. at the time she was 16, and instead of, maybe, going to school, she decided to try to join the mafia. she doesn’t have an ability, and she’s not always the most tactful, but she’ll go toe to toe with someone as frightening as Kasen, and the Boss liked her gall so she was brought in. she’s under Andrew’s protection for reasons she’s unaware of (her old gang begged him to keep her safe, and Andrew promised them he would), and at this point she’s basically his annoying little sister. she has ADHD and severe anxiety, and while she’s learning to manage on her own, Andrew is a huge help in letting her get a grasp on her mental health. she’s addicted to caffeine and is a huge conspiracy theorist and cryptid lover

John (supporting) - ex-army doctor who was recruited to the mafia by his best friend (lover) who died like... two weeks after John got the job. he’s mostly the medic, but he’s also the Mafia Dad™ to a lot of the younger members. he’s one of the few people that Andrew considers family. no ability. he’s got a bad case of PTSD from his army days and he isn’t exactly dealing with that in a healthy way, but he’s a super big hypocrite about self care when it comes to the kids. the biggest martyr you’ll ever meet, to the point where you might start wondering if he’s really just trying to be killed but is too afraid die in a way that isn’t meaningful. trying his best but is falling apart. the only good adult™ but the bar is super low

Zoe (supporting) - recruited by the mafia at a young age because of her ability (can see 5 seconds into her own future at any time), but turned them away initially to continue helping her family (she’s the oldest of five siblings with both parents working their asses off to support them financially). when she graduated high school, she left home and joined the mafia, though she still visits her family on holidays. total mom friend. takes absolutely no shit and has kicked Kasen’s ass multiple times. very well-respected within the mafia and doesn’t really like Andrew or Kasen, though she does respect them

Poppy (supporting) - was a super normal person without an ability, but after her life was saved by Zoe and a couple other members, she ended up joining the mafia. has a brother outside of the mafia whom she hangs out with a lot when she’s not working. became mute as a result of what she needed saving from (spoilers lmao). has an ability but doesn’t realize it (technically never confirmed in canon either just something that I Know). acts as the devils advocate for major plans within the mafia, because she’s smart and level-headed and isn’t afraid to speak her mind. she LOVES Andrew, because he insisted on learning ASL alongside her so that she would have someone to talk to right away, and he continues to be someone she can vent to and go to when she needs support. her favorite hobby is styling hair, and she’s always working braids into Kara’s curls or touching up Andrew’s pastel dye jobs

i have issues with letting go so i almost never kill off characters. if i do its #emotional ok.

i like the walking dead game so now my older brother thinks i like all zombie games, send prayers

but because i have trouble letting go, its a theme in both the stories im currently working on, one is a sequel to the other. and the sequel, coincidentally, is something like a zombie thing…. because i need to learn to let go aand know not everyone can live.

im hard of hearing (30%bilateral loss) so sometimes i forget certain quieter things have sounds until i put my hearing aids in and get a headache from existing

im autistic and coincidentally sensetive to sounds, so i often times dont wear them bc i do have 70% hearing so… generally pretty easy for me to get around without em. that doesnt mean i dont get excited as fuck seeing other people wearing them, though! (or other characters;)) )

i only get like halfway through most books

i like exploring the dynamics of abusive types of relationships, both platonic and romantic and such, and this doesnt mean i support them, but it does mean that i find relationships like that interesting and exploring them helps me process my own experiences with them and hopefully point out to people in them that they are abusive relationships in the first place.

I also like exploring unhealthy relationships, where there isnt a power imbalance, but its not good for either character anyways.

but if you’re someone thats gonna get on my ass about that, go away. i dont mind if you bring to light that maybe my tone comes off wrong (autistic, that can happen a lot) in the piece, or if im doing something wrong with it or something like that, but if you think writing abusive relationships means the person writing supports them, then frankly you’re just not someone im gonna wanna interact with.

with that out of the way, i generally like fantasy, closer and maybe darker looks at fantasy, emotional and character driven plots, sci-fantasy, magic stuffs, ghosty stuffs, and found family. think adventure time and A:TLA as far as themes i enjoy and write. but i also like to mix genres a lot, so theres that, too. I like casual writing styles, whimsical writing styles, and academic writing styles, and the style i write in will depend on the piece, or, depending on if it works for the story, may even vary from scene to scene.

I also like doing that thing where you do like. third person pov but with the voice and opinions ofthe character you’re focusing on so look out for that tomfoolery

Tell us about them!!! We wanna hear about Marie/Olivia and Jayleen please!!!

I absolutely love my daughters, like I said. I’m also terrible at talking about them on the fly. Olivia in particular is kinda like a huge work in progress too, so my thoughts about her are all over the place too. Oops.

Her name is Olivia Reid (and her last name has changed about 5 times because I can never remember the names I give my own damn OCs, and might change again rip). Stage name Marie Annette, something she chose herself as a kind of fun pun, since she works with marionettes and Marie was probably her favorite character of the aristocats or something (and the less in-character answer is that it’s both a pun on marionette and lowkey ref to Marie Antoinette).

Olivia’s parents are divorced, but are on good enough terms. Sometimes she wonders if her existence may have caused strain on their relationship, but regardless they’ve shown her a lot of affection and support, and they’re friendly enough to each other, so it helps any doubts she has. Her father had given her ‘Baby’s First Marionette’ when she was young and having a puppetry phase. She made paper bag puppets, sock puppets, even little cloth finger puppets. The marionette was special though. It was much more quality than what she’d made before, it was complex, it was interesting, and most of all, it was a gift from her father. She fell in love with it, and even slept with it sat up on her night table, always close by, and always practicing with it.

And then the best thing about having divorced parents was that she could put on her own made-up marionette shows for them twice, and it would be new to one of them each time.

She was really a natural performer, enthusiastic and a little bit of a clown around people.

She’s also diabetic, which is a very worrying thing for her when she’s kidnapped and ends up in the killing game. Even if it is VR. Olivia sure doesn’t know that.

Olivia typically just goes by her stage name among her peers, Marie. Considering that it was through her talent with marionettes that she got her title, using her actual first name just feels… weirdly intimate in a way.

And wow I talked so much about Olivia, now the post is gonna be so long before I even get to Jayleen here.

Jayleen Holland, oldest child and the responsible big sister, thought she definitely squabbles a ton with Glenn and favors Jaden with her affection (she can’t help it, he’s her baby brother). No ultimate talent, nothing in particular that she feels makes her stand out, the biggest part of her identity is being the elder sibling.

Growing up with a single mother, Jayleen actually remembers the pride she felt each time her mom entrusted her with a little more responsibility. She earnestly wants to help her, and admires her hardworking mom more than anyone, and she tries to make it so Agatha never has to ask her to do anything and just get it done first.

She’s also highly competitive, and will absolutely shove Glenn when he pulls a cheap move in a video game (she’ll shove Jaden too, but Glenn gets under her skin way quicker than he would). She loves horror movies, horror games, haunted houses… yeah, her favorite holiday is definitely Halloween. She’ll wear spooky pumpkin-themed clothing year round too.

Even though she has no particular talent (nothing like her baby brother’s ultimate artist talent), she has plenty that she gets intensely passionate about. Her love of horror is one of course, and she impulsively get into makeup and tries out all kinds of looks that she sees on the internet. She’s passionate about ASL and advocating for other people to learn it as well. Sure, she’s definitely got a bias since her brother is (mostly) mute and can communicate with them easiest through signing, but she can pull up a few genuine good reasons to try and convince somebody with.

She might become a veterinary technician. She’s not sure yet and she definitely hasn’t started school for it. Maybe some day, with all three of them (her and her two brothers) being now grown and more independent. It’s probably a good time for that.

Oh I forgot. She enjoys doing DIY stuff, especially fun crafts that she could do with her baby brother while watching him.

i write! 

i have issues with letting go so i almost never kill off characters. if i do its #emotional ok. 

i like the walking dead game so now my older brother thinks i like all zombie games, send prayers

but because i have trouble letting go, its a theme in both the stories im currently working on, one is a sequel to the other. and the sequel, coincidentally, is something like a zombie thing.... because i need to learn to let go aand know not everyone can live.

im hard of hearing (30%bilateral loss) so sometimes i forget certain quieter things have sounds until i put my hearing aids in and get a headache from existing

im autistic and coincidentally sensetive to sounds, so i often times dont wear them bc i do have 70% hearing so... generally pretty easy for me to get around without em. that doesnt mean i dont get excited as fuck seeing other people wearing them, though! (or other characters;)) )

i only get like halfway through most books

HAIR COLOR.  Blond EYE COLOR.   Blue SKIN TONE.   Fair BODY TYPE.  He’s tall, a little broad, squishy and thick in some nice places. He’s just healthy for now. VOICE.  Think Mark P’s voice. That’s about right. DOMINANT HAND.  He’s naturally ambidextrous, so he doesn’t have an actual dominant hand, but he does use his right hand for things because it’s more convenient most of the time. But like if he hurt the wrist of his right hand he could quite easily use his left. Might be a bit rusty but it would take very little time to pick it up because of being naturally able to do so anyway. POSTURE.  So standing he usually has a posture that is, for lack of better terms, a little confident and flirtatious because that’s what vibe he wants to put out there. So usually his hip is cocked a little, or he’s leaning against something. But if he sits he tends to slide into a bad posture if he sits for too long. Mostly because he has some back pain from leaning over an art desk a lot so it’s hard to keep a good posture constantly. If he’s in front of people he does try his best to take his bad posture and make it useful toward looking more interested. If only because leaning toward people a little bit does indicate interest and he knows that. SCARS. Most notable are the Lucifer corruption burn scars on his face, he has more of those burn scars in various patches over his body. There are also: two parallel lines between his shoulder blades where wings could be. Very faded top surgery scars on his chest. Faded self-harm scars on his thighs. Some are covered by tattoos, little scars on his knuckles from punching things til they bled, a jagged stab and drag scar on his lower right side, small bullet scar under his hair where Dean shot Lucifer with the colt, and faded stretch marks on his hips and such from having a baby once.
