my biggest childhood dream used to be to be an orphan actually i wanted to be a street rat (?). i would lay in the gutters and on my front lawn and one time an old lady pulled up and was like are you okay because i was just laying on the road which i imagine would be concerning and i was like yeah i'm just playing and she was like oh okay... when i wasn't pretending to be some sort of street orphan (???) i was pretending to be a lion which was really fun my dad had a big garden with lots of ornamental stones like in the lion king... and sometimes i'd be a street rat lion just no avoiding that obviously. there's no psychoanalysis to be done here i was just a weird child and every movie i watched there was some sort of orphan who went on an adventure i was like wow that's really the dream

#🐾#i pretended to be a lot of things i was just one of those kids that got let outside every day #lion. tiger. warrior cat when i was a bit older #we would play survivor ?? like ship wreck but also the tv show #tarzan (just climbing trees)#LOVED being zorro. which involved towel capes and was the most involved a prop ever became #and one time my mom mad the mask out of like a dishcloth then we just hit each other with sticks obviously #zorro ruled....#i would also play swamp monster (i imagined my best friend was a swamp monster and i had to hide him from the cruel world)

are you looking forward to the live action Last of Us show with Pedro Pascal? :D

Personally no. The game is cinematic enough that there's not really anything more a TV show can offer me, besides maybe extending a few scenes and backstories (which could've been done easier with a comic/book). Anna Torv as Tess is about the only aspect of it that I find interesting, so I'll definitely watch clips of her performance when they're available. But otherwise I have no plans to watch it in full.

#I also find movies and tv involving zombies quite boring to watch #tlou being a interactive video game was a huge appeal but if you take that away I lose quite a lot of interest #it's seems like there's a lot of love and care going into the project though so I'm sure it'll be great #just not my thing!#also a completely petty reason I don't like the la series is simply because #Joel's tag (which was already swamped with irrelevant posts) is now entirely filled with Pedro lol #no hate to him but if I go into the Joel tag I want to see JOEL
