People keep posting in the tag like WHERE ARE THE LEAKS bc we keep talking about it.

To be clear, there are no leaks. And I feel like it’s disingenuous to keep humoring stuff that we know for a fact is false. Like it’s 100% false and there is no room for speculation.

And then on top of that not giving the full context of the situation that led us here, because a lot of fans just popping in obviously don’t have that context. They hear the word leak and they get excited and then it just spirals to something that complicates things even more.

To be clear, there was one account on Twitter that is known for having sources and getting leaks. This one account said they got a spoiler in their inbox. They did not share that source nor the spoiler. That’s where the supposed leak ends. That’s it.

Since that happened, fans have been unhinged making claims they have a source too.

I understand being misinformed because you don’t have all the information. And that’s why it’s harmful to humor stuff as if it has an ounce of validity when we know it doesn’t, creating confusion.

If there was ever a leak, it’ll come from a source directly, and it’ll likely end up on the Hawkins AV Club on Reddit. IF you want leaks, join that sub and wait it out. THEN if and when something happens, there will likely be a list of leaks based on what comes from that. THIS is when there will be fans saying they have a leak, when really all they have is the leak the sub has. If fans said they had leaks in the past and they ended up being accurate, it came from that sub, not from their personal source. And so that’s my issue with taking claims fans have sources seriously rn, bc there are no leaks for them to even claim they have. They’re just trolling and using the past of having leaks that weren’t even theirs in the first place, as an excuse for why they magically have some now. But they don’t.

And seeing fans take these claims seriously, when its coming from people very intentionally mocking bylers, like it’s hard to watch.

It’s not a matter of maybe it’s true maybe it’s not. It’s not true. And spending time confusing people over it as if there’s a chance it could be true, is going to make this hiatus miserable bc we are clearly struggling to think critically about what’s worth our time, as if it’s worth confusing other fans over, based simply on just wanting stuff to talk about.

Of course we’re bored and lacking content. There is still plenty of stuff we can do that doesn’t involve falling for stuff specifically made to mock us by antis.

And now people elsewhere are saying the leaks came from byler tumblr, which isn’t even true, and we’re getting shit on for something that wasn’t our doing in the first place. We get enough hate as it is for simply shipping byler, and now we have to deal with claims that we are making up stuff. People are going to think and say what they want about us, but I dread that we’re giving them ammo to criticize us even more for stuff that we never started in the first place.

Thank you for reblogging and sharing that ask regarding being blocked by a blogger who didn't like the serial likes of their stories. That was me btw. Thank you for making me feel validated. I've been such a long time silent reader just bc I'm not a marvel account and I genuinely don't know what to comment on stories. I got excited at the thought of reading all the posts I liked and even tried following them thats when I realised I got blocked, it honestly made me so sad and feel bad, and tbh made me insecure. I didn't know it was such a bad thing? I've been on here reading a lot of stories for years now and never came across someone who would actively block someone liking their stories. Now I'm scared everyone who's friends with that person who writes fics also that I read also will block me too. Idk now I'm a little discouraged to read stories in that fandom that I have found such comfort and excitement over.

I'm SO sorry this took me so long to respond to. I have no excuses. Lol! I saw it when you sent it - meant to respond and then completely forgot till I came to my inbox today. 🤦‍♀️ As my mom used to say, "I'd forget my head if it wasn't screwed on tight."

But I'm glad I could make you feel less guilty (you should feel NO guilt, imo) about "serial liking" someone's fics. It's one of my favourite things when readers do that. I especially love it when I can see them making it through a series, chapter by chapter. Just makes me smile!

I don't really understand why that would bother someone. As I mentioned in my reblog of your original ask, interaction - with comments/reblogs - are always VERY appreciated. But I also get that not everyone has time for that, or feels comfortable commenting. Some people are shy, some people are nervous about reaching out to someone when they don't know what their response might be.

And I don't blame them. I have unfortunately seen a couple of asks answered by a fairly popular blog (who shall remain nameless) that I found to be quite rude. Of course, I may be wrong about the intention behind those seemingly rude answers. You never can tell, because getting emotions and sarcasm across in text only, can be tough. (I'm still lobbying for a universal "sarcasm font". 😁)

Anyway, I hope you will be able to still enjoy fics within that fandom, and that it can continue to give you the comfort it has in the past. We all deserve that.

I’ve been pretty good, doing well in my classes and such. I am on the last week of my internship, which saddens me — I’ll miss the kids dearly — but I’ve loved the experience overall. You smiled as you closed Twitter, preparing to head for the night. As you were doing your routine, you saw a notification on your phone. It was a message from Kodzuken, or Kenma as he preferred you to call him off camera.

@ kodzuken : yea im free so 10am - 1pm on sat?

To think about it, this is just like a dream come true. Kenma inspired you to start streaming, and you quickly learned some tips on streaming and creating, making you become one of the most popular streamers just within a year. Yet on Saturday, you’re gonna film a video with the man that inspired you to do all this. You soon went to bed, excited for Saturday to arrive.

Saturday, 1 pm

“…and that’s it for today, thank you for watching, go subscribe to N/n and like the video. See you next time.”

Kenma said, pressing the finish recording button after.

“That was fun! And we have videos for both of our videos too!”

“Yea we should play together more often, shouldn’t we?”

“Next Saturday same time?”

“No problem.”

The both of you said tour farewells and left the call. You quickly pushed your hands ip in the air, cheering that you didn’t embarrass yourself in front of Kenma. Next Saturday came pretty soon, and so did the next one, with Kuroo joining too. The two of you became closer as the time you guys spend together began to grew. Neither of you realized, but both of you also has a feeling for each other growing slowly as well.

You didn’t think much about it until one day you read Twitter, you saw all sorts of shipping tweets about you and Kenma. There were ship names, video compilations, and even fanfics about the both of you. The more you look at them, the more you hope they were true. You’ve always admired Kenma, only as a streamer at first, however. You began to look at his webcam, admiring his charming features as well. You looked at his brown and golden hair, wondering how will they feel in your hands. You observed his handsome smile, wondering how many were for you. Soon, you noticed that you fell for your idol and bestfriend. Hard.

It’s another Saturday, meaning another filming day with Kenma. It was awkward, now that you have a crush on him. It still went well, but after the filming Kenma asked if you were ok (setter reading instincts am i right), to which you said you were fine. You weren’t. You knew that there is no way he likes you back, as you were just another friend after all. The thought hurt deeply, causing you to cry after you left the call. You began to avoid Kenma after that video. You kept having excuses to not film with him, always find a way to end a conversation with him, as you figured it’s best if you find a way to get rid of your petty feelings for the Kodzuken. He would never feel the same way. Or so you thought.

Kenma sighed as he got another “gotta go bye” from you within this hour. He has no idea what he did wrong. You haven’t had a proper conversation with him for 2 weeks, and it’s concerning him. He wants to ask you what’s wrong, but you always have an excuse to leave. He was tired of this. He wants to talk to you, no matter on call or text. He misses you, yet you left him alone with his crush on you.

You almost cried again when you realized Kenma hasn’t sent you something in a week. Maybe that’s the best way to end things. You thought, as you scrolled through Twitter and came across a tweet. It was the last time you and Kenma were in the same video, which is a month ago. Everyone thought the both of you had been dating, but broke up at some point, causing the both of you to not film together again.

As you were about to go shower to forget about your sorrow, your door bell rang. Who could it be at this time? You thought while you walked towards the front door. You opened the door, revealing Kenma with a box in hand.

“Hey…”

“K-Kenma? What are you here for?”

“You see, I’m scared that something happened to you or that I did something. You weren’t replying normally and we haven’t filmed together in a month. What happened?”

“Nothing, there’s just a big test coming up-“

“No there isn’t .”

You were surprised at how he knew you were lying.

“I do?”

“I clearly remember you said you had a big test a month ago and you would have none until two months later. No matter how big of a test it is, you definitely don’t need to start studying every minute of the day two months before the actual test. Now, would you please explain what I did to upset you so much that you’re lying to avoid me.”

His cat-like golden eyes were staring into yours, and you couldn’t help but sigh and reply.

“This is embarrassing but I, uh, i like you and i know you don’t feel the same way i’m sorry if i made you uncomfortable…”

“What?”

You looked up, meeting his pupils again. You could feel tiny droplets of salty tears gradually forming at the corner of your eye, daring to fall out.

“Y/n, who told you I don’t feel the same way?”

“I- I just thought-“

He chuckled lightly, cupping your cheeks with one hand.

“Why wouldn’t I feel the same way? You’re perfect.”

Your cheeks were slowly burning up, and Kenma definitely can feel it in his palm too.

“I like you, Y/n, so much. You have no idea how much I think about you after you start ignoring me. I missed you for every hour of the day, hoping we could go back to how we were.”

“I’m sorry I hurt you, I just-“

You started crying softly, upset that you hurt both him and you at the same time for so long. He swiftly engulfed you in a hug, soothing you.

“It’s fine, I’m here. I always will be.”

Your hands were in his locks, and he was smiling at you and for you only. They’re all real now. They’re no longer in your dreams or in fanfics, he is holding you as you kept your fingers running through his hair.

“I got something for you.”

You pulled back a bit, looking at Kenma picking up the box he left on the floor.

“Kenma, you didn’t…”.

“I did :)”.

“It’s the limited edition too…”.

“You think I’m gonna miss the chance of buying it when you want it? No way.”

You pulled him in a hug again, snuggling deep in his neck. He did the same as he lovingly ran his hands up and down your back.

Next day

His touch was light as feather, but grip strong and protective. Not sure how he did both at the same time, but you loved it. The world is silent, just soft breathing from the both of you. It was as if time stopped, or this moment is an eternity.

Wow. In my four years of publishing fanfic, this is my first ever deaf request. I'm so, so, so honored and floored. So, as a POC who as of recently used to follow your blog, it really bothers me noticing how you show favoritism and give more attention towards your white LIs (Sol and Cian) and cast aside your POC LIs (Khiita and Flor) It's really disheartening to see, bc it's already common in the IF community, but also because I love Khiita and Flor, but sometimes I feel like Sol and Cian are the only two LIs...I hope you take notice of this because right now the situation is definitely not looking good.

Under the cut as it got a little long, but I am taking this seriously and am trying to address it as best as I can !

The predominant content on this blog is comprised of asks that've been answered; I've been aware of the unfair skew towards Sol (and to a lesser extent, Cían) for a while now, and have been trying to lessen that gap by prioritizing asks on Khiita or Flor (or ones that include all ROs) and not answering a majority of the asks I get that are only directed at Sol and/or Cían

The biggest exception to this has been for their birthday weeks (Cían's was the most recent from the last week of November/first week of December, and Sol's directly before that in October), where most of the posted content will have revolved around them; however this celebration week has been done for all four of them at this point

I adore Khiita and Flor as characters and would love to see more content/questions sent in surrounding them, and I wouldn't have made them ROs if I didn't think they had the same worth or appeal as the other two. The content skew does bother me, but overall I'm at a loss for how to fix it that's not closing my inbox to Sol/Cían entirely

As for the game itself, the current distribution of scenes isn't an accurate depiction of how it will always be; I've said before that Khiita (and am saying now, Flor) is central to the plot—arguably more so than Sol or Cían. Cían is not yet in the game and won't play any major role until the second act, and Sol's scenes are weighted towards the beginning of the game for plot-specific reasons; Khiita and Flor and their scenes alone make up a massive portion of both chapters Three and Four, and it's my hope that this shift of focus in the game will help balance the content on the blog as well

I guess as a closing note, the update that'll include Cían is going to be set aside until I can make the time to go back to Chapter One and finally add in Khiita's midday scene / make the changes to the beginning of the chapter that have been keeping me from adding it in to begin with. It's a cute scene that showcases her personality a little better, and while there's no excuse for it taking me so long to do so, I am excited for it to be in the game

Since practice finishes pretty late he usually goes to see you at your house at night, but tonight things wrapped up earlier - he’s excited to spend more time with you

You’ve finished up most of your homework so you’ve just been rewatching Attack on Titan since you’re super excited for the new season

You’re kinda distracted/have headphones on so you don’t hear your boyfriend knock on the front door. Your mom answers it and lets him in and he climbs the stairs

He can hear your fangirling (freaking out) over something as he walks towards your room

You jump in surprise when he opens the door, because you thought he would be a bit later but immediately release your pent up excitement

“Tooru just LOOK at him he’s such a bad ass like oh my gosh he literally has swords and he’s still running around slaying the MPs who have guns. God whenever he gets angry he looks so hot,” etc. etc.

You’re shoving your laptop in his face, showing him gifs and video of attack on titan, specifically the captain of the survey corps that you are obsessed with

Tooru gets it - for him its space, shitty alien films and astronomy. For you it’s video games and anime - or more specifically, handsome characters from said franchises

Even though he understand that it’s something you’re passionate about he still makes a whole show about whining how you’re in love with Levi Ackerman (lmao i still thirst over our favorite captain) instead of him

“y/n i’m taller than him! And more handsome! He has blood on him all the time! And he’s super annoying because he’s obsessed with cleaning.” *cue pouty Tooru*

You probably shouldn’t tell him that you are an avid follower of the levi x reader tag on tumblr

Tooru still somehow finds out you’re also reading reader insert fanfic and goes BERSERK with his pouting and whining - literally everyone and their mothers have heard his sob story about how “his darling y/n is leaving me for a short germaphobic asshole”

The rest of the team finds it hilarious - the end up pranking him by posting pictures of Levi in his school locker or texting them in the volleyball groupchat (Oikawa is Suffering™)

Makki and Mattsun get him a Levi keychain for his birthday and cackle when he chucks it violently into the nearest trash can

Miya Atsumu

Doesn’t really know you’re into anime/gaming at first

I don’t think that’s on purpose - Atsumu just has such a one track mind when it comes to volleyball and he’s always busy with practice

so he just kinda doesn’t really give all the anime merch in your room a second glance even though it’s a dead giveaway

I bet Atsumu secretly watches some superhero anime - probably shounen stuff like My Hero Academia, one punch man etc.

He probably starts to notice you’re into anime/games because you’ll play games on your phone/gaming device all the time

One day he notices you’re giggling + blushing while looking at your screen. He’s curious to he heads over to you when coach says they can have a break

Peeks over your shoulder because he wants to know what you’re playing - but instead he’s greeted by some 2D samurai guy called Harada Sanosuke asking you to marry him

“Huh, I didn’t know you were into this kinda stuff y/n” tries to sound playful but internally he is screaming / ?????? WOT I DIDN’T KNOW MY S/O WAS INTO OTOME GAMES

Atsumus pretty chill about it at first, he probably teases you a lot about playing the game but isn’t really bugged about it

“Maybe you should thirst over your boyfriend instead of a fictional character babe~”

I mean - he knows he’s attractive and why be jealous? You only really play the game when he’s busy and you don’t really let the game play seep into your dates/hangouts

But one time he walks in on you reading some ~spicy~ hakuouki x reader fanfic and he’s like are u serious

Like you were lowkey quiet screaming to yourself and muttering “omg omg omg” when he walked in and you definitely tried to close your laptop so he couldn’t see what was open in your browser

Too bad Atsumu has mad reflexes and manages to prevent you from making your computer go to sleep

Briefly skims whatever it was that you were reading and smirks at you

“Hey, if you really want something like this, why don’t you let your real boyfriend deliver” before kissing you

Matsukawa Issei

Look, Issei just wants a chill movie/tv show night where the two of you can bundle up on the couch and binge whatever anime you feel like

Has everything set up - this man is ready to go: snacks? he has all of your favorites, couch? filled with soft pillows + multiple pillows. Attire? Comfy sweatpants shirtless 🥵

Last time he chose the series for your binge sleepover so he let you choose what the two of you were gonna watch this time

Turns out you decided to watch Psycho-Pass - it seemed like a pretty cool show, he was down with the whole dystopia/psychological concept

Starts out pretty normal, is appreciating the action + mystery elements and is glad that you chose that show

About halfway through the anime you two decide to take a break - he goes to the kitchen to refill your snacks, leaving to stretch you back.

When he comes back with more food, he notices that you’re hunched over your phone, typing something

He sneaks up behind you after he puts the food down, “Whatcha reading there babe?” You squeak and try to hide your phone, but not before he sees the words kougami x reader typed into your tumblr search bar

Lit-rally exCuSE me what - he’s not mad (more amused than anything else) but he also kind wants to tease you (bc Mattsun is a little shit)

“Is that the reason you wanted to watch this show?” he asks playfully. “He’s pretty hot tho, I kinda agree with you there babe.”

Now that he’s released the floodgate, he can’t stop your occasional comments like “omg how does he look so GOOD when he’s punching someone” or “he could shoot me with his dominator and i’d still say thank you”

The thirst comments are kinda getting to him, so he decides to take things in a different direction

“Let me what I can show you with my dominator~” L M A O I’M SORRY THIS EXISTS

Suddenly you’re being pulled onto his lap, and pressed against his bare chest, Issei barely gives you time to adjust before he’s kissing you roughly, tongue plunging into your mouth

His hands wrap around your hips pressing your core closer to his own, and you can feel his hard-on pressing into your stomach

He’ll be sure to suck a dark hickey onto the side of your neck and his hands travel under your shirt, just to remind you who your real boyfriend is

Trying to figure out Author’s notes is hard.... Sometimes I just don’t have anything pithy to say, or have too much to say and don’t know where to put it all.

Obviously I am an overthinker.

So, for the sake of everyone reading: Let’s cut to the Shoutouts!

And alllllll the binge readers who blow up my inbox every day, Iloveyousomuchyoudon’tunderstand. Very much adore all of you, you have no idea how serious I am being right now. I need to go through and make one post just screaming all your names to the universe.

Tyche brought drinks and snacks from my kitchen before flopping on the couch in my quarters. The guys were at work, along with Antoine, but my office was closed down for the day. “How are you feeling about tomorrow?” she asked.

“Vati and Hannah have everything planned to the smallest detail,” I shrugged. “They’ve already coordinated with Xio and Evan for all the crowd control and monitoring shifts, and the murals are going up today.”

She rolled her eyes. “I’m well aware of the logistics stuff. I literally handle all the staffing for the humans on the Ark, and Antoine was also part of the crowd control conversations.”

“Then why did you ask?” I laughed, grabbing a cracker and carefully stacking cheese and other toppings on it.

Before I could get it to my mouth, she snatched it and held it out of my reach. “Because I’m asking how you feel. You’re only attending as… well, an attendee. No monitoring, no calling the shots, no working from the floor.”

She surrendered my cracker, but I found myself setting it down, appetite gone. “I’m okay - “

“Lie.” There was suddenly a finger levelled between my eyes like a gun. Just as quickly, it was lowered, and my sister was tilting her head at me. “Come on. You know you can’t lie to me - I’ve known you longer than literally anyone on this ship except yourself.”

“Fine! It’s weird!” I admitted in frustration, standing to pace and shoving my hands through my hair. “My skin is crawling with anxiety, my hands are twitching to snatch up the files and nitpick everything to the smallest detail….”

“Except they locked you out.”

“Except they locked me out, yeah. But I’m pretty sure I could get Derek to let me in, which is why I’ve made a point to tell him not to, no matter how much I ask.” Dropping my hands, I sighed. “But if I ever want to leave this position, I have to let them do this.”

She shrugged and stole my cracker, this time chewing and swallowing before she responded. “You could have kept some involvement in it, you know.”

“Pfft, yeah right. I would have taken it over, and you know that.”

“Yep.”

“Then why even ask.” I dropped back down on the couch.

“‘Cause you needed to hear yourself say it,” she explained, nonchalant as ever, snagging an olive and watching me calmly.

I sat in silence, processing it. I hated when she outsmarted me like that, especially when she was right. “Can I at least eat first?”

She laughed and let it go, telling me how well the murals for the Festival were coming. I hadn’t even gotten to - allowed myself - to see the designs, and the more Tyche talked about them, the more I wanted to see them. By the time I finished my share of our snack, I decided to check out the progress.

We finally made our way to the decks where the Festival would take place, and I thought Tyche was going to die laughing at the way I gaped. The alcoves where the vendors would stage looked the same on first glance, but a closer look revealed very subtle shapes added that would give them a more savage, wild look in the right lighting. Metal sconces had been added to hold what looked like torches, but with special light emitters to simulate open flame. As we walked further, swirls of color revealed themselves slowly, first in light, curling tendrils, but slowly sharpening and taking on a more angular shape, twisting together into phantasmal images that vanished as soon as you tried to focus on them.

“It’s like walking through a garden, or a rainforest, but when I turn my head, I’m in a city.”

“Right?” she laughed as we came around the final corner.

At this point, we were surrounded by this mural. Just up ahead, there was a messy head of black hair tied back with a green piece of cloth. Bare feet and arms show smears of paint, and overalls covered a tank top - that, or the cloth for the hair had formerly been sleeves, I couldn’t tell. One hand propped up on hips while the other hung down, holding a very familiar paint pen.

“Christ on a triscuit, Vati, this is incredible,” I gasped softly.

She turned and smirked at me over her shoulder. “Not yet, but it will be when I finish.”

“I mean, all of it. The sconces…”

“Those were Hannah and Ivan.” Parvati walked over and touched one with her finger tip, stroking it gently.

Tyche made an impressed noise. “I’m only a little shocked that he had enough time.”

“The materials are on loan from the engineering departments, and we wanted them to be rather rough in the finishing. It helped. Sophia, no matter how curious you are, please do not lick the walls.”

A giggle bubbled up through my chest. “The thought never crossed my mind. I was trying to put together all the flavor profiles here. It’s… a lot.”

“Forgive me if I focused more on color than how the walls would taste. I don’t generally cook, remember.”

I stared down a swirl of pomegranate, popcorn, and gochujang. The colors - blue, pink, and yellow, respectively - worked well together, but the thought of the flavors made my stomach churn. “I solemnly swear not to lick the walls,” I promised. “How much of this are you expecting to still be up by the third night?”

“We have a team that will specifically come touch up the mural in specific places the morning before the second day.”

Tyche turned toward me and away from her study of the art. “Also, you would be surprised how much paint is on the walls. It will take a lot for Else to eat it all, once they are allowed in the area.”

“Before you ask,” Parvati cut me off. “We just asked them nicely. Well, Sam and Derek did. They’ve become quite the ersatz diplomats to Else.”

“Anything left?”

“Hannah is putting the final touches on the curtains for the alcoves and the seating areas. She’ll have a team installing them tonight once I finish.”

It was clever, and explained why she was only touching up part of the mural halfway between now and the closing of the event. “You two have really put your stamp on it.”

“Feel better?” She held one hand up gesturing at the entire entire project, eyebrow arched to show me that she hadn’t been fooled for a moment.

I rubbed my neck, and glanced at her from underneath my eyelashes. “Busted, I guess.”

“That would imply that anyone had believed your charade,” she smirked.

Taking a deep breath, I looked around us again. “I honestly do. I could never have done all this. Holding on would have…”

“Kept you in a position you frankly hate,” Parvati interrupted gracefully. “It’s the same reason Sebastian went back to the Undine. He’s passionate about it, and it shows in the quality of his work.” When I gaped in insult, she held up a hand. “Not everyone can succeed through fear of failing and a determination that things be done right if they must be done at all.”

“Everyone talking about me needing to retire, like I’m old or something,” I joked, throwing my hands into the air. “Physically, I’m only thirty-five.”

Tyche nodded to concede my point. “What about the food? I haven’t seen a menu come out yet.”

The change in topic made Parvati’s face collapse. “What? It should have gone out yesterday…” She flicked open her datapad, which flickered from the overspray that covered it. Frantically scrolling, she groaned. “This was scheduled, why didn’t it send?”

“Did you check the date?” I asked calmly. “Specifically the year.”

“Three times, it’s scheduled for tomorrow,” she insisted. “Right here: May seventeenth, twenty-forty aw fuck….”

“At least you got the decade right,” I pointed out. “You wouldn’t believe how many scheduled emails I’ve tried to automatically send out for ten or fifteen years ago.”

She nodded and seemed to get her bearings back. “So, protocol for this is… just send it right now and apologize for the late notification, don’t try to make excuses or explain?”

“Exactly. They won’t care why, they’ll just be excited the list is out.”

With a couple quick gestures, she sent the email and dismissed her datapad. “Okay, that was the last thing, then.” Turning back toward the wall she was working on before, she waved to us over her shoulder. “I’m not trying to be rude, but I really do need to finish this up. Thank you for coming to see everything… it was oddly reassuring to have both of you give us your stamp of approval before the Festival instead of making us wait until after.”

“For the record, you two have always had my stamp of approval, or I wouldn’t have tried so hard to keep my nose out of it.” I knew she couldn’t see me, but I still smiled. “We’ll catch up with you after the Food Festival. Remember: both of you need to plan on taking the day off afterwards. I’m serious. Have your unofficial advisors drop in and chat about everything, that’s fine. But no actual work, and I won’t let either of you see the survey results until the second day after. So rest.”

“Got it, boss lady. Have a good night!”

Tyche and I turned and headed back to my quarters. We remained silent as we took in all the preparations that had been done, waving to the handful of vendors who were bringing their supplies in already. Once we were back in normal corridors, the silence broke almost immediately.

“I think they’ve got this,” Tyche suggested nonchalantly.

“Oh, I know they do.”

ok so I think I'm gonna end up liveblogging my thoughts into your inbox tonight when we watch fringe (if you're cool with that) but for now I wanna give a couple thoughts from the two eps we watched last night-

oki so I found it much funnier than I probably should have that Peter comes at just the wrong time and there's this body just bleeding out from the bathroom. Idk if it's the timing or whatever, but I found it hilarious.

Now that I see she's getting debriefed on Olivia's life and the culture of this world I can kinda excuse her doing such a good job and no one noticing yet, but yeah like you said, it probably shouldn't have carried her as long as it does, but hey this plot lines interesting soooo

super intrigued by this supposed weapon that only responds to Peter. Staring at those drawings of the fire/glow coming from his eyes and him strapped to that machine is very disconcerting and most definitely means it's going to happen, more than likely in the season finale, and I for one am very excited and scared to see how that goes, what it does, and why Peter is needed specifically.

Loving lincoln so far. Not sure if your found family post is referring to alt lincoln (this one that i've been introduced to thus far) or the reg lincoln, but either way, he is indeed just Some Guy and I love him <3

Love how reg Olivia's memories were repressed but not gone, and she's kinda reminded of her other life with hallucinations of walter and peter, and how her instinct kept her from dying bc she's not used to grabbing the oxygen yes yes keep that good stuff going

also love how charlie's getting a little suspicious and is trying to call her out. normally that'd work, but she got memories implanted in her, but try something else buddy you'll get it

speaking of charlie, i'm very intrigued by these supposed worms that he has, I want details pls and ty

uhh I think that's all for now, sorry this got long, guess I had more thoughts than I guessed, this is just really interesting, and if you're cool with it I'll liveblog my thoughts tonight when we watch more fringe

The machine storyline is soooo,,,, I get incoherent about peter sometimes and I've now read the comic that josh jackson wrote going deeper into pieces of that storyline that is canon and aaaa. aaa (can't say too much cuz spoilers)

LINCOLN!!!! both lincolns are dear to me but prime universe lincoln who you haven't met yet is my very special boy I also just realized that I literally refer to them both as just Lincoln which can be. Confusing.

Anyhow yeah good stuff all around I'm so glad you're enjoying it and I can't wait to hear more of your thoughts!!

Your boyfriend sat behind the piano, twiddling the ivory keys and mumblings random strings of melodies in front of his phone. You could not help the smile that graced your lips to see him purely in his element, the sight of him candidly humming and chuckling to himself as filled your insides with euphoria like no other thing. It did not come across your mind that your figure had wandered into the frame. Niall’s eyes failed to peek up from his hands idly pressing keys to the comments acknowledging your presence in capital letters and exclamation points. A sudden urge to just be near him surged through your being and before he could catch your figure running up behind him on his phone screen, you were sat down in his lap with your arms wrapped loosely around his neck. A startles gasp left his lips, and the breeze your body sent with your surprising him make goosebumps raise up on his arms.

But after realizing what just occurred, a small laugh left his lips and his eyes saw even more comments flooding in. “Can I help you with something, princess?” Niall asks, letting one of his warm, gently roughed up hands leave the keys to come to rub up and down on your back. “Just bored, want to cuddle you.” After mumbling out your lame excuse for Niall’s affection, a small laugh left his lips and he turned his attention back to the tens of thousands who were watching your snuggle fest live.

“You guys should know who this is, my lovely.” Niall introduced you, though it was not needed. Four years’ worth of photos featuring the two of you as strangers, to friends, to the couple, was already online for any eyes to pry. But he accentuates the nickname with a hearty kiss on your cheek, just in case. More hearts come in, heart eyes and the occasional “aww” joining them.

Your eyes widened and you turned to face the phone, cheeks flushing a scarlet so deep the phone could not help but focus on your shocked face. “I didn’t know you were live…I’m sorry.” Your voice quiets to a whisper, and you felt so flustered that at that moment, all you could do was hide your face in the crook between his shoulder and neck.

“You’re okay, love. Look, think they missed you more than me.” Reluctantly turning towards his phone, once again, you see just how many people got excited from your appearance. Deep down, it made your stomach flutter at how proud he was to show you off to the world, even if you were still scared to reveal who you were with to friends outside of social media and celebrity news. The number of viewers at the top of the screen grew as well, and a few verified accounts joined the absolute party going down with fans in the comments.

“Damn we should go live together more often,” Niall comments, as he rests his chin on your shoulder. “They love you more than me!” He laughs to himself, seeing how much love and support you were being given. He brings his hand down from your upper back and lets it pause on your hip to give it a gentle squeeze. Your eyes glint at the silver ring that was on his left hand and your smile only grows as you reach your own hand down to rest on his. You connect eyes with him and mouth a small “I love you”. And despite the audience not being able to see or hear it, they know you said it when Niall mouthed back without hesitation “I love you too” before bringing your hand up and planting a kiss on it.
