For what it's worth, I think you're worthy of love, support, help, and affection.

I gotta be honest though, some of you need to learn to accept it. Some of you have got to let people be kind to you. Some of you need to let people be hospitable. Some of you need to learn to let people help you.

Start by just saying, "Yes," when someone asks if you need any help. Simple as that. And then let them help you. Let them invite you to dinner. Let them love you.

When you deny help, deny love, deny hospitality, you're denying a chance to feel included, loved, and accepted for two people. You, personally, and the person who made the offer.

So let people assist you, help you, love you, be with you.

Let both you and their burdens be eased.
