My ma has the most beautiful warm brown eyes

And infectious smile I've ever seen

She's beautiful and kind

Loving and caring, a good mother

My mother's hug is a healing that soothes my core

Calming me like the waves of the sea

You are the epitome of grace and strength

You've weathered through painful times

And yet you still overcome it like a queen

Your wise advise and thoughtfulness never

Ceases to make me happy how amazing

Attentive and watchful you are

Your words I eagerly take to my heart

Preparing me for my future

You are so brave never afraid to speak your

Mind or say the truth

I look up to you praying to be a good

Woman like you while growing up

When I was in despair, you cocooned me in your arms

When I was in tears you comforted me

When I was happy you were happy too

And you kept me in your loving embrace

What will my life be without you?

To face my trials head-on with bravery, and overcome them.

Hello, everyone! It's nice to see different writers here >> As you all, can see my name I won't start with that lol. Anyway, I would like to share something about myself, I love reading books and I'm currently writing a book titled "The Forbidden Fruit." I'm passionate about books. Reading has helped me discover myself in so many ways... it is no wonder I fell in love with books and reading at a young age. I often imagine myself living in historical times, Books have shown me a way to escape reality and enjoy the comfort of bliss. I also love gazing at the stars and watching sunsets it's so serene.

Reading for me is like a rainbow showing you different colorful qualities about yourself.

It has taken me on a journey through time and space reflected in different worlds. I have lived in those times because of them. And through books, I learned my passion for poetry. I love writing poems that come from my heart and also random thoughts that I love posting here with the community. I also love writing encouraging quotes for y'all it makes my heart glad to see you like my quotes.

If you like my random thoughts here, do let me know through whatever means you see fit! it makes me happy to know my poems quotes, and thoughts have some worth.

One thing I'm grateful for is that books have helped me discover my thirst for words. And it has helped me wield them into powerful meanings.
