Wilted Rose Bouquet

This unnamed botbots OC belongs to my brother!!!

Here's her lore from what I can remember from my brother: The rose can sense some stuff before gaining sentience.

She thinks that she's made for love. After being bought by a human, she was excited. But suddenly, she was thrown away after several minutes. She was decaying and decaying until the energon storm brought her to life. Till then she was wistful and wandering about love

OCKiss Day 2: Rain

Juniper and Aurelius.

Junie and Ellie have been friends since they were children. Now they live together and are attending the same university.

Another rumble of thunder shook the window panes of Ellie's room. He smoothed his hand over Juniper's amethyst hair as she buried her face further against his chest.

As soon as he had heard the first crack of thunder he knew it was going to be a long night. Juniper was at his bedroom door in seconds and Ellie told her to come in at the first tentative knock. They cuddled close together, just like during their sleepovers when they were little, when they would whisper about anything and everything.

"It's almost over Junebug. Just a little longer." He murmured, placing a gentle kiss against her forehead. A small sob ripped from her throat as she twisted his shirt in her hands. His heart squeezed with sympathy to hear his usually fearless friend so scared.

C-CRACK BOOM.

The room flashed as thunder rolled, making both of them jump.

"Gods.." Ellie breathed. "I think we've had enough rain, Great Ameer. Could you calm down with the thunder?" He joked, just managing to catch Juniper's weak laugh. He gave her forehead another kiss, settling back to wait out the storm with his best friend.

Hello, my name is Bird (she/her) and I'm writing under the pen name Sophie Baird. As a way of coping with my lackluster life I took up expanding this fantasy world I created when I was 16. I write primarily Fantasy/Romance. I'm also an artist so expect character art/ setting art. My main blog is @silverbird.

Lady of Birchgrove

~8k words - 1st draft -

Summary:

Welcome to the world of Thraeia. Silvia wakes with no memories of herself, no recollection of how she came to be lying on a bed in an unfamiliar room. She certainly does not know the girl beside her, unconscious and wounded, who risked her life to save Silvia. The difficult task of remembering herself falls onto her shoulders. Though it physically pains her at times it is a job she must complete, not just for the people who claim to love her, but also the entire town depending on her. For she is a Lady, charged with the well being of the town, Birchgrove. With the help of her family and old dairy entries from her past self, it almost seems doable. But the the magic that has been inflicted upon her is mysterious and unknown, and the caster is still out there somewhere, waiting for an opportunity to finish what they started.

Summary:

It had to be fate. As a cub Quirina was taken from the mountains of Brariheba and was sold to Xiren Sharpe, leader of an assassin's guild. The once spirited child became the guild's best against her will, her agile Feli body aiding her. After one mission she meets Romone, a stupidly confident Feli in the service of Morys Elethron, who promises her a safe place at Elethron House. The chance meeting has her realizing she's tired of belonging to someone else, that maybe she can make a difference. A frantic escape later and she's greeted warmly by Romone, finally a safe place for her. Though the horrible things she had done under Xiren do not vanish, they dominate her time at Elethron House. When her shadow threatens to drag her back to her cold cell, Quirina fights harder for the opportunity to lead a normal life and the possibility of falling in love than she's ever had before.

At least until they meet Soulaetia, a high-born magic prodigy with some very poor study habits. When they happen to cross paths, they change each others' lives in ways neither expected.

OCKiss Day 1: Almost

Soulaetia and Zephyrine.

Soul is a magic prodigy who met Zeph on a university tour, through some mutual friends they were able to meet again and get to know each other.

I tried to keep these little story blurbs under 200 words, but I couldn't for most of them. 😅

Soul gently cupped her hands around Zeph's, careful not to smudge the powder coating their palms.

"Alright, now hold your fingers like this." She instructed quietly as she leaned her chin against the top of their head, moving their fingers into the proper somatic for the spell. "And say-" the Magic Language rolled off her tongue easily from years of practice and use. But Zeph stumbled over the words, still new to this particular spell.

The magic still flared between their palms, a deep navy shade, and Soul held her breath as it slowly swirled together. A small orb floated in space, she eased her hands away in order to give them room to experiment. As she did so, Soul heard Zeph's breath stutter and the orb wobbled before flickering out completely. 

"You almost had it." She huffed in amusement as they laced their fingers with hers, clean now that the spell had consumed the component. 

"I caaan't-'' they whined against her knuckles, "your hands are too pretty." They kissed her fingertips and Soul chuckled quietly.

There would be plenty more time to teach them her magic later.

Silvia is the Lady of Birchgrove, which is similar to a mayor. She's Nyx's sister. (I'm hesitant to reveal more because it would spoil a lot of things.)

Nyx Desyra

She/her Romantic/ Sexual Orientation: Bi

Nyx is a guard-in-training for Birchgrove and is getting to be pretty good at swordplay. She is Silvia's adopted sister and Chrysta's girlfriend.

Chrysta Fernsley

She/her Romantic/ Sexual Orientation: Lesbian

Chrys was born just outside of Birchgrove into a farming family. Now, she is training to be an archer for Birchgrove. She and Nyx have been together for two years.

Oliver Gwinen

He/him Romantic/ Sexual Orientation: Demiromantic/demisexual

Guard Captain for Birchgrove, also Silvia's right hand. He has been around for almost the entire time Silvia has been Lady. He can be quite intimidating at times.
