---> Body parts ruled by Gemini is... *drum roll please 🥁🥁🥁* --- Throat, Lungs, Breath, Hands And Nervous System!🎶🎶🎶 I, for one, share Gemini/3rd house/Mercury placements in my chart and I can say this with guarantee, these natives love singing, music, might be into Yoga/Meditation/Breathwork, have problems around lungs and breath, are into writing/journaling, intelligent, sharp, multitask, flaky with plans, have a hard time being consistent, are the definition of "too much on my plate*, love learning, into literature, into learning different languages just for fun, have a good sense of humor, might be too faced, have good communication skills, etc.

She also likes expressing her vulnerability in an artistic format.

One more example with Gemini placements is the one of Chris Evans with his Gemini Sun in 7th house conjunct his mars in 7th house - No wonder there is always a connection with someone through which he finds his fame at, and vice versa. I definitely can see why pulls off so many roles, and also why he played Captain America in the Avengers Film so well - his character famously known with his love interest Peggy Carter, as well as known with Robert Dowry Jr.'s character Iron Man aka Tony Stark. CRYSTAL READING: The universe is giving you signs that you are on the right path

Today, I visited a café to pick a target and have a cuppa.

First, I'm going to mention what I observed, afterwards, I'm going to mention my deductions.

Ordered a bitter coffee (it was probably espresso or Turkish coffee) and a piece of cake

Rhythmic and slow foot tapping (right foot)

Tried to call someone two times, but they didn't pick up

Was not wearing nail polish, but she had medium to long nails

No sign of a recent Botox injection. She raised her eyebrows and frowned very well, multiple times.

Her body language obviously showed anxiety and negative thoughts. It was like this (alongside with her legs, hands, etc.):

Now, for the shaky hands part, let's do a little elimination process: To do this process (to deduce), I reduce and eliminate the impossible options from all.

Essential tremor (in this disease, tremors start from the hands and then reach other parts of the body.)

Parkinson's disease and hand tremors (there's a small chance that the target has Parkinson's)

Depression

All the remaining items are possible, but I couldn't observe more due to the lightening and table's position. But the PTSD, depression and smoking are most likely. Her hands were shaking more after smoking.

THE LEAP INTO LEGEND

He was the man with a thousand voices — or so it appeared. I experienced Jeff Buckley live a few times — and that first night, in 1993, a Monday at tiny Café Sin-é across from my East Village apartment in New York, is forever seared in my brain. Not knowing anything about him beforehand, I sized him up as just another cute guy with a guitar. Nearly three decades later, it has become increasingly apparent that I have never seen — nor do I expect to see again — a vocalist so spookily gifted.

Jeff Buckley leaves behind a story that seems scripted from myth. He is the SoCal boy descended from an angel-throated folksinger (Tim Buckley) who had died of a drug overdose at 28, when Jeff was only 8. He comes of age poor, toils in obscurity as a metal-band guitarist, seemingly unaware of — or resistant to — that which percolates within him. Landing in New York in his early 20s, he uncorks a five-octave voice to rival his father’s, and writes bold, baroque rock songs — multi-tiered, Zeppelin-esque anthems and keening, sex-drenched romantic balladry. He delivers them, alongside a crazy quilt of diverse covers, with operatic skill placing him among (some would say above) Freddie Mercury and Robert Plant. The latter would become a fan, as would Bono, Bowie, Lou Reed, Chrissie Hynde and Elvis Costello. At the height of his quick fame, natural forces — i.e. the Mississippi River — take him from this world, in an incomprehensible, freak 1997 drowning in Memphis. He would leave behind one studio album, “Grace,” and join the galaxy of brilliant comets who died too young, like Nick Drake and Gram Parsons.

Back to that Monday night in ’93. My singer-songwriter husband shared the bill with a sweaty 26-year-old Jeff Buckley at our St. Mark’s “local” — an Irish tea-and-coffee place by day that served beer and wine at night to about 30 people who’d pass the hat for neighborhood troubadours. No stage, just a spot where a table was shoved aside from the brick wall. My spouse lent him his capo so Buckley could play John Cale’s version of Leonard Cohen’s not-yet-ubiquitous “Hallelujah.” In my memory, the songs preceding this ranged from Porter Wagoner’s “A Satisfied Mind” to a Duane Eddy riff to an Edith Piaf chanson (in French), delivered with both offhand skill and devil-may-care goofiness, as around a boozy campfire or in someone’s smoky living room. Then came “Hallelujah.”

The disarmingly supple voice kicked into gear, encompassing all the sexual yearning and spiritual quest of that tune. Owning it. Murmuring, crooning, unabashedly howling — sometimes all within one line. The room collectively swooned. Rather than milk the moment, as the last echoes of “Hallelujah” faded, Buckley jokily — albeit expertly — picked out the intro to “Stairway to Heaven,” stopping to chat with the audience mid-song.

This was his routine, apparently. Slay, then lower expectations. I wonder now if the intentionally amateurish aspects weren’t so much impish boy stuff, but rather Buckley discovering his superpowers in the moment, onstage. Freaked out, he’d step back from that ledge, not yet ready to fly. Maybe he knew his low-stakes obscurity — what he later called his “café days” — would be short-lived, something to be savored.

Sure enough, within months, limos lined St. Mark’s Place on Monday nights, crowds spilled out onto the sidewalk and we watched from our fire escape as Jeff Buckley was spirited away to the big leagues. It all seemed foretold.

The footage of Buckley performing two years later with bassist Mick Groøndahl, guitarist Michael Tighe and drummer Matt Johnson at Chicago’s Metro on May 13, 1995, is peak Buckley. “Grace” has been out nine months, with Buckley touring nonstop ever since. It shows in the band’s effortless mastery of its boss’ often challenging material — the whisper-to-a-scream “Mojo Pin,” the spellbinding drama of “So Real,” the delicate, pandemonium-inducing “Lilac Wine,” all tracks from his debut.

By now, Buckley is in full possession of his preternatural voice, or rather, it is in full possession of him. Falsetto here, purr there, and a wail sourced from the Sufi Qawwali devotional music he loves and champions. Buckley rarely moves far from his mic, concentrating his energy on singing and executing impressive guitar work. But by the last third of the set, fully on, he steps into abandon: an instrumental of his work-in-progress “Vancouver,” segueing into the Alex Chilton/Big Star cover, “Kanga Roo,” which finds him excitedly pogoing (like a kangaroo?); a full-throttle version of the MC5 gangbuster “Kick Out the Jams,” on which he’s joined at the mic by a stage-diving guitar tech. Unlike most rock artists, he ends the show not with the typical rave-up, but rather sends his band away and leaves the crowd agog with a solo “Hallelujah.”

Between songs throughout the set, he resembles that guy I first saw in ’93, joking, listening to requests, vulnerable, smiling at the ardor beyond the stage lights. He gracefully handles the enthusiastic yelling and passionate outcry from the packed house, only once telling an obnoxious guy to fuck off (which gets a big laugh). But whereas at Sin-é, Buckley made holding back a riveting thing to watch, at Metro, he fulfills the promise he’d shown. He steps to the edge, and he flies.

La palabra delfín nunca me ha gustado. Ese predominio de las primeras letras del alfabeto—de, e, efe, i— ese acento que le quita el punto atodas las íes, esa verticalidad forzada por las puntas de la de, la ele y elgarfio apenas disfrazado de la efe, el mal gusto de terminar en ene. Bi-silábica. Aguda. Una palabra con todas las agravantes de la gramática y de la evocación. Aún peor, de poderse, en plural. Ur-Kitsch. Una verdadera aberración. Entonces, ¿cómo describir la manera lenta, distraída,en que Tres Personajes Femeninos salieron del Paralelo 32 después de tomar enormes tazas de café y de fumar innumerables cigarrillos encerradas, de forma por demás ficticia, dentro de una duermevela olorosaa sal, y cómo ese momento en que, ya casi escaleras arriba, se detuvieron porque habían alcanzado a observar una sombra, para entonces inexplicable, en la marea mercurial de un océano gris y relativamente pacífico,cuya similitud —me atrevería a decir, su interpenetración— con el cielo—porque el cielo también era mercurial y gris y relativamente pacífico— hacía que la pregunta “¿existió, alguna vez, el horizonte?” pareciera no sólo natural sino, además, necesaria, o de cualquier manera inevitable, mientras ellas, los Tres Personajes Femeninos, seguían ahí, al pie del malecón, pronunciando la bi-silábica y aguda palabra con un gusto retrógrado, es decir infantil, o cuando menos pasado de moda, uniéndola, de manera por demás reverencial a los vocablos “signo”, “divinidad”, “ destino”, como si formaran parte del mismo universo semántico, como si la bi-silábica, que ya para entonces pronunciaban, para colmo, en plural, y con irrebatibles sonrisas en rostros, manos, piernas, pudiera compararse de alguna manera, aunque fuera mínima, con esas otras, firmes y volátiles, enteras y heridas, con las que se hace la pregunta “¿existió, alguna vez, el horizonte”?

As Daisy sat by the modest balcony of her shared flat with Paul, she found solace in the symbiotic dance between her emotions and the weather. The chilly air embraced her, mirroring the heaviness in her heart as she sighed deeply. Despite donning layers upon layers of sweaters, the cold still managed to seep through. Paul would undoubtedly chide her for subjecting herself to the draft, yet Daisy recognized the necessity of the crisp air to stave off the encroaching sensations of nausea and faintness. As she sat, the tumult within her seemed to crescendo, threatening to overwhelm her composure. The gentle caress of the breeze against her skin offered a fleeting reprieve, a fleeting respite amidst the internal tempest. Desperately, searching for any type of distractions, any attempt to divert her mind from the rising tide of anxiety. But even as her fingers grew numb from the cold, the unease persisted, a relentless force threatening to consume her. Yet, amid the chaos, there was a semblance of calm within the wind. As she sat, enveloped by the chill of the evening air, she solely focused on her breathing. In.. and out.. 

Merely a week prior, London had basked in the euphoria of what seemed to be the first embrace of sunshine for the year. It was as if the entire city had been awoken from its wintry slumber, greeted by the gentle arrival of spring. Cafés spilled onto the sidewalks, patrons reveling in the luxury of sipping their morning coffees al fresco, basking in the newfound warmth. The streets buzzed with a palpable energy, a collective exhalation of relief as Londoners shed their layers and embraced the promised spring being ahead. Yet, true to its mercurial nature, London weather proved as unpredictable as ever. Despite the brief flirtation with spring, the city swiftly reverted to its familiar cloak of cold and darkness, shrouded beneath the grey skies. While the abrupt return to colder temperatures and overcast conditions might have dampened spirits momentarily, it was a familiar refrain in the symphony of London's climate—a reminder of how unpredictability constantly engulfed us. Nevertheless, amidst the ebb and flow of the weather, there remained an undeniable resilience ingrained in the spirit of Londoners. For beneath the gloomy facade of dark clouds and biting winds, there simmered a quiet determination to weather whatever storms may come their way. And so, even as the sun retreated behind a veil of clouds once more, the essence of spring lingered in the collective consciousness, a beacon of hope for brighter days ahead. Much like Daisy hoped for after today.

As the metallic click of the key turning in the lock reverberated through the apartment, her breath caught in her throat. With trembling hands, she rose from her seat on the balcony, the heavy wooden doors closing behind her with a soft thud. Time seemed to slow to a crawl as she stood frozen in place, her heart pounding in her chest like a drumbeat echoing in the silence of the room. The test lay untouched, a silent sentinel on the bathroom counter. She had only just seen the plus sign swiftly before she had retreated to the balcony. Silently praying he wasn’t desperate to use the bathroom as he stepped through the door. The mere thought of him discovering the test before she had the chance to speak filled her with a sense of dread so intense it felt like a physical weight upon her chest. | @mcscal

I wish this photo had turned out, but between it being extremely hot and humid in the cockpit and the Minolta lens I was testing out being of generally poor quality, it was just too out of focus for me to put in my main series.

For those unaware, this is a C-97G “Stratofreighter” cargo aircraft (converted from a KC-97G aerial refueling aircraft) on display outside of a hotel in rural Wisconsin.  The hotel is situated next to what was once an airport, and appears to have been a place for pilots to congregate in the 1960s and ‘70s.  Documentation online is sparse, but based on photos on display at the hotel, pilots would often meet at the hotel and park their aircraft on the front lawn in this era.

This C-97′s claim to fame is that it was used in a Mercury Cougar advertisement with Farrah Fawcett in the mid-1970s, hence the nose art.  In the late 1970s, it was bought by the hotel owner to be used as a café and flown into the small airport, where it was just barely able to manage the landing.

The café plan was never carried out, and instead it sits on the front lawn as a display piece that visitors (and birds) can go into.  It has degraded somewhat over the years due to neglect and visitor abuse, with many controls in the cockpit no longer functional (though I recall the ailerons still worked as of these photos).  The airport has long since closed (presumably sometime in the 1980s), and is now used to store construction equipment.

probablemente pasar la noche entera juntas no debería ser algo que hagan, siendo que siempre se abandonan a media madrugada tan pronto como el sexo se acaba. no le gusta cruzar límites ( lo ha hecho un montón de veces, siempre sale mal ), y un poco le ha asustado despertar y darse cuenta que brazos rodeaban cintura ajena. por eso se coloca la pijama y baja las escaleras hacia el living. pone la cafetera y está más inquieta que de costumbre, el perro la sigue a donde sea que camina, hasta que se termina sentando frente al piano. su eterno cómplice. ya se ha percatado de que bowie tiene el sueño pesado, a diferencia de ella, y por eso se pone a jugar con melodía que le vino en sueños, al parecer. dedos se mueven sobre las teclas un rato, intentando encontrar algo que le gusta y en eso se le va el rato. busca colocarlo en aquellos extractos que ha escrito los últimos días, pedazos de pensamientos que flotan por ahí y nada más. nada importante. "i'm always bracing for the impact..." canta suavecito, intentando que encaje con el sonido que está probando. está tan concentrada, que solamente se da cuenta de presencia cuando mercury se levanta rápidamente para ir a brincarle encima. por eso, gale da un respingo y voltea en dirección a recién llegada, sintiéndose completamente expuesta y avergonzada. "mierda-- me asustaste, estúpida," por supuesto. pensó que demoraría más en aparecer, o quizás solo se le fue el tiempo tocando. pestañea un par de veces, y busca desviar atención a cualquier cosa que no sea lo que estaba haciendo. "¿quieres café?" enseguida se levanta para encaminarse a la cocina, y es poco lo que la mira. entre momento vulnerable en curso y además verla a la cara después de despertar tan cerca de ella, siente que es demasiado. @bowwies

By the way, I know poison pokemon seem to be your specialty, but do you have any tips for keeping an older Persian? My boy is gettin' on in years and I wanna be sure he's comfortable in the cat-fé~

Hello there, Quill!

You're in luck because, even though poison is my speciality, my family has an elderly Persian so I can try to give some tips based on what I experienced with ours.

In general, Persians are known for their fickle and temperamental personality and their Alolan counterpart tends to be a bit more haughty. Of course, not all Persians have the same personality but to a certain degree, they tend to act similarly. And when old, the "bad sides" of their personality could become more evident.

My mother's Persian is a Kantonian-Alolan mix that always had a nasty personality, being both haughty but also very temperamental. With age, Freddie's personality became even more mercurial and easy to resort to scratching others if he felt annoyed for whatever reason.

This is to give you an example, I have the thought that probably your Persian won't have such a moody personality like Freddie that grew up butting heads with the neighbour's Perrserker on top of being already naturally capricious…

Anyway, since your Persian will be staying in your cat-fé I'd say that the first thing to make sure of is that he's fine with people and crowds. Sometimes, when getting older some Pokémons might start to dislike crowds even if they used to always be fine with them. I'd suggest making a little space for him, maybe in the back, where to rest without the risk of being bothered by customers or the noise in general inside the café.

Speaking of resting, I suggest keeping their bedding quite soft to avoid any joint pain: being a quite big feline, there's a possibility that they might start to develop some form of arthritis and/or start having aching limbs. Also, soft bedding helps avoid the cold of the floor. Persians tend to like staying in high places, so I'd suggest checking your cat-fé furniture to make sure it's sturdy enough for him to climb: another option for the Persian to "avoid" people without bothering to change room.

Their thick whiskers are sensitive and ageing they probably become even more sensitive, so beware of children that might pull them! If a young Persian could get angry, but only growl at the "offender", an old one might resort to their claws without warning first!

Other things… hm… I'd say that's all for keeping your Persian comfortable in the cat-fé. Check on him from time to time, to see if he's comfortable with people and other mons that could enter the café.

For general care, periodic check-ups at the Pokémon Center are advised but if the Persian is healthy it's okay doing that sparingly to make sure everything is fine. Some PokéFood mixes are formulated for "senior" Pokémons, so maybe you could mix some of that with his usual food if you see he might need some extra energy… ah! Yes! Old Persians - and other felines - tend to spend more time sleeping, but it's nothing to worry about.
