📝: I’m starting a lil series I’m calling Soft Life Sundays, where I give y’all some sweet, tooth rotting fluff because I love it. These are all my personal ideas, but you may disagree and that’s okay. I don’t need to hear about it. This is all in good fun 🥰

ღ eren loves fun, non conventional dates. He doesn’t mind the dressing up and fancy dinners from time to time but he much rather scoop you up with a bouquet of flowers, a little gift bag filled with snacks and something he picked out because he heard you talking about it on a random Tuesday one time. Your fits, I could see him in some Dunks, a hoodie and sweats (or shorts and a baseball jersey) and you in a sundress..looking all cute. He’d want to do something like a little carnival where they serve all these fair foods that are incredibly unhealthy but soooo good and he’d be eating it all and he can show off by winning you a giant stuffed animal he totally doesn’t brag about the whole night. “I’m the best, baby. I told you.” 🙄 he’d love to do go kart racing, mini golf or even an arcade or roller skating. He’s competitive so he might get a lil carried away but it’s all love! Y’all would have the best time and he’d constantly check to make sure you’re having a good time because he can’t stop smiling. Of course, spending the day with you is enough to keep him happy for weeks. Might end the night with a little smoke session + a movie (and maybe a lil sum else if you’re up for it. (mainly him eating you out until you fall asleep 😩)

ღ armin is obviously the inquisitive and intelligent type so he’d want your date to be as educational as it is fun. Of course, you love it all the same because you guys pick each other’s brains on things all the time. He’d take you to a museum, where they have all of these cool exhibits, explaining everything to you like a little personal tour guide. and a gift shop full of trinkets that he wants to buy for you. He sees you ogling the crystal and rock display while asking him all of these questions so now you’ve got two hundred dollars worth of malachite and amethyst keychains, displays and whatever else you wanted! “These are so beautiful! Thank you, Armie!” “It nearly as gorgeous as you but I’m happy you like them.” (bonus: I could see him taking you to a play/amphitheater as well) you guys would visit your favorite ramen + boba shop, just laughing and talking..enjoying each other’s company. You’d probably where coordinating outfits..something with an earthy green tone and super cute! You’d end the night back at his place where you guys would probably listen to music and just chill (maybe a little making out + spooning depending on the mood) and you’d fall asleep in each other’s arms.

ღ jean is all about the flare and spoiling his lady. He’s a gentleman, a romantic through and through. He doesn’t do anything halfway and spares no expense for his lady for a special night out. I think he’s the type of man to take the reigns and plan everything (not in a controlling way but you like when he shows that dominance) including your outfit, surprising you with a dress and heels you couldn’t stop eyeing at the mall so he had it delivered to your house, along with a box of eternal roses with a sweet little card and some adorable note that’s like “just like these flowers, may our love last forever.” And you’re about to sob! But you have to finish getting ready because he’ll be there at eight on the dot so you guys can make those reservations at that new five star French restaurant that just opened. Of course, he pulls up in some expensive two seater and the outfit to match. A really nice suit and my God, does he look good. But his eyes are all on you. “You look stunning, my love.” Opening your door and everything. He loves holding your hand while driving, stealing glances of you the whole night. When you guys get to dinner, he’s helping you order things, speaking French to the waiter (so attractive 😩) and EVERYTHING is delicious. Including the escargot, which you had reservations on. “Not bad, right?” “It’s so good!” He would also rent you guys a fancy hotel room across town, where he’d have rose petals scattered about the room, strawberries, chocolate and champagne waiting for you guys and he’d spend the night sweet talking you whilst you guys drank and ate. You’d end the night in the warm bubble bath, cuddled up and touching all over each other. (And getting a lil freaky after that liquor gets in your system) Just a nice, romantic evening.

ღ connie is gonna bring the party wherever he is! Mans just loves a good time. I feel like he too won’t be much into the whole fancy dinners and flare but he would plan something super unique and fun. You’ll be chilling and he’ll be like ‘hey, there’s a Paint and Sip not too far from here. You wanna go?!” All excited and of course, you’d be more than happy to.” He’d be the main one in there dancing and singing, just bringing allll the energy! Like it’s never a dull moment with Constance! Afterwards, he’d take you to a food truck or a really niche spot in the heart of downtown that he grew up on (I see him as Dominican/Afro Latina obvs). And he just wants to share it with you! “Here, mama. Try this..I think you’ll like it.” And don’t let them be playing some Latin music, he’d have you in the middle of the restaurant or the sidewalk, doing Bachata. He would be the best! I could also see you guys having a fun night in, consisting of you guys cooking your favorite dishes, getting a bunch of nail polishes and painting each others nails or him letting you dye his hair.

Reunited - Jack Champion x Fem!Reader

Summary: You surprise your boyfriend at his movie's afterparty.

Y/N: I have a few Jack requests, which I WILL get to, but I'd like to keep my Tumblr as Scream-related as possible, so I'll sprinkle them in every now and then:)

Jack had been gone for a month promoting Freaky Tales. It’s the longest you’d gone without seeing each other, and it wasn’t easy. You tried to make plans to fly out to see him, but your school schedule was just too crazy. You had to settle for the late-night phone calls, but you didn’t care, as long as you got to talk to him.

When you found out at the last minute that your exam date had been moved, you wanted to call Jack and make plans to come see him. It would only be a couple days, but you wanted to spend that time with him. After thinking about it, you decided to surprise him instead.

You reached out to his manager and started to set up the plans. He sent you the itinerary for the day of the premiere, and after checking flights, you realized that you’d never make it in time for the movie, but you could surprise him at the after party.

Once you landed in LA, you quickly ran to the airport bathroom to change from comfy clothes to a dress and fix your makeup. Fortunately, your hair held up during the flight, so that was one less thing to worry about.

You felt like your body was tingling as you made your way to your Uber, knowing that you were in the same city as him giving you butterflies. You checked your phone to see a text from Jack, saying that he’d already walked the red carpet and that the movie was about to start, and how much he loved you. You smiled at the text as the driver was making small talk.

You also had a text from his manager, telling you to go in through the side door of the venue down the street from the theater once you arrived. Some of the press had moved to the venue for post-movie interviews, and you knew he was going to get held up in that.

A little over an hour later, your phone started to ring in your purse. You pulled it out to see Jack’s goofy picture on the screen.

“Hey, babe. How was it?” you asked, the excitement in your voice making him smile.

“It was amazing. I’m heading to the afterparty now, but I just wanted to tell you that I love you,” he said, as Pedro was in the background roasting him for the sappiness.

“Hey, I haven’t seen her in so long,” you heard Jack say to him, but you started giggling when Pedro responded to him with kissing noises.

“This guy’s giving me shit. I’ll call you later tonight, okay baby?” he said, laughing as he spoke.

“Okay, be safe,” you said, as it took everything in you to not tell him you were there.

You started to look around the reception area and saw the place card on the table with Jack’s name on it, and noticed your name was on the seat beside his. You smiled when you saw it, so thankful that his manager was able to pull this off in such short notice. You soon saw someone from his team walk in, she was smiling as she made her way towards you.

“Hey! He’s outside, but he’ll be in soon!” she said, looking you over. “You look great!”

“Thank you,” you said, looking towards the front entrance. You were starting to get nervous, and she picked up on it.

“I’m going to take you over to this private room, and I’ll bring him to you after he’s done with his interview,” she said, smiling as she led you there. “I think it’s sweet that you came here for him. He’s really been missing you.”

“I’ve been missing him, too,” you said, “I don’t want him to rush, but he needs to hurry up.”

She laughed at your joke before walking out of the room, leaving you on the sofa as you waited. You kept checking your phone, and after fifteen minutes, Pedro walked into the room. He put his finger up to his mouth, signaling for you to be quiet.

“Hey, Jack!” he yelled; you heard your boyfriend’s footsteps as he got closer to the room.

“What’s up-“ Jack said, before noticing you sitting there. “Babe! I’m so happy to see you!”

You stood up as he walked over to you, your arms instinctively going around his neck as his lips connected with yours. His hands went around your waist as he lifted you off the floor.

“I thought you had your exam today?” he asked as he held you.

“It’s on Monday, so you get me for two whole days.”

He kissed you again before gently placing you back on your feet.

“You look so beautiful,” he said, taking in the appearance that you pulled together in the airport bathroom. “Why didn’t you tell me you were coming?”

“I thought the surprise would be more fun,” you laughed a little, as his eyes looked into yours.

“It’s the best surprise ever,” he said, grabbing your hand in his.

“If you guys want to make out, get it out of your system before we’re sitting at the dinner table,” Pedro said, making you blush as Jack rolled his eyes.

He placed a few more pecks to your lips, before he led you out to join the rest of the party.

Hey Shaz, i was watching this video and i noticed that Jk didn’t really say much about Jimin. There were two times when all the other members said stuff about the person whose pic they picked but Jk was silent and then when he finally answered that last question about Jimin, he answered in a very generic way and even Jimin had to ask him to be specific. I dunno but i kinda felt a lil weird about it. Is it that Jk really doesn’t know Jimin that well or did he just intentionally not want to say much about Jimin? Or do u think they might have been going through a rough patch here? Cuz whether u think they are dating or not, those are very basic things that anyone would know about their bandmates atleast so him being quiet while all the other members said stuff about each other was kinda weird to me a lil bit. The only way he really wouldn’t know those stuff is if he really doesn’t give a shit about Jimin cuz after having stayed with someone for that long you will atleast know those basic things about them. I really don’t know what to think about this clip. What do u think?

JK answers:

Even i know that answer. Any Jikooker or Jimin stan knows all about Jimin's love for the stage. Huge thing he has in common with JK btw so of course JK knew the answer.

There was some other questions but we don't get to see JK's answers. They edited off a few member's answers to multiple questions. So we only see JK answer twice and already you concluded he doesn't know Jimin?

According to my English comprehension JK wasn't wrong. He said that moment was a vacation because Jimin doesn't usually have a preference. Guess he has no issue with organising or going with the flow. And since we have it on record Jikook taking vacations together, its safe to say JK knows what Jimin likes for/during vacation.

In conclusion; this obsession with Jikook fighting every other Tuesday or breaking up has got to end.

despite being a mere baker smack in the middle of town with your parents, you just happened to be best friends with the two young princes of your home

it all started when your family were assigned baking a 5 layer cake for jungwon’s 18th birthday

and as a thank you, your family was invited to join the party despite being lower class

giving you the chance to hang out with the two princes, who ended up getting along with you more than well :D

neither jungwon or niki had plans to share their crown or find any friends beside each other but !!

you guys truly became peas in a pod

your days usually went like this:

wake up, have breakfast and head downstairs to start rolling dough n’ make pastries with your parents

then at 9 on the dot, the shop opens and customers start flooding in :’)

if you were lucky, niki or jungwon would sneak out and come visit you even though it was deFinitelY forbidden for princes to be wandering around the town without at least a bodyguard 🧌

but once you were finally off your shift, you often went to spend the day with the boys anyway

the guards at the palaces entrance definitely know and love you by now

“hi y/n!” the guard you’ve come to know as taehyung waves cheerfully

“hi tae! have you seen won or niki?”

however you weren’t really phased since a lot of the maids around the castle also frowned upon seeing you with their princes

you’d be absolutely rACING around the castle on niki’s back, won running next to you guys while a poor woman that you’d pranked chased the three of you down 😞

another thing

as the three of you got closer, the boys became extremely protective over you

there was a pretty town boy that had recently moved nearby, and he started visiting the bakery more and more after he was introduced to you by your mother

your poor parents just wanted you to have a friend that wasn’t literal royalty 💀

but this did NOT please either of your best friends

it made you wonder if they saw you as more than friends, considering the way they’d handled the situation:

you were a little oblivious

literally the day after that it just so happENEd that jungwon and niki strolled into your bakery just as jake had a few minutes ago

for some reason the two idiots are wearing their CROWNS ???

“we’re asserting dominance y/n,” niki explains

Mutuals Mutuals Come one COME ALL!!!

Put your various sona's and appendages together for the unveiling of a lil' something I've been working on while being distracted from animating Dame Aylin's wings (Its long, hard, fun as all hell but the concentration required to do so seems physically impossible for a beast of my genus)

I drew all my moots tavs/pseudo-companions!!! It took a bit, but it was well worth it! Everyone's design is so unique and fun to figure out. (10 is a big number of moots)((which I am very grateful to have :3)) So without Further Ado!!! (there will be so much more Ado):

(page break cuz the images are 400x400 each but 10 times, I also go on for a bit about how much I like each Tav/pseudo-companion character) ((if anyone can give me tips on how to size pieces in a normal style digitally i'd be very grateful))

First of all is Sivvus the Fey Prince (he/him)! This elusive Eladrin Tav belongs to @thedomesticanthropologist! A gorgeous yet seemingly cold-hearted druid who tends to keep his cards close to his chest. Though if you want the challenge you can see for yourself if you can try and get close to him to see if Sivvus is as closed off as he seems to be. To be quite honest, Sivvus really grew on me. A very fancy Eladrin with a high society (fey society) upbringing ( with very good looking mood boards to match) and the like only for him to be thrust into the bg3 world with a worm to boot. He is charming! Also his backstory? <3 Defienetly go read it! 10/10 would draw the snob again :)

Second off we have Gum (He/They)! A Githyanki Cleric of Mystra. Being @piipaw's Tav you'd find this charming fruit lover trying to live a peaceful life after escaping from the creche that raised them. I like Gum a lot as the concept of a githyanki trying to find their own way in Faerun while also having no idea about any of the social customs is very gripping to me. I recommend greatly to check out the blog for Gum fics, fanart and a very cool moot . :)

Next is H'rayn of Verkos (she/her)! Now different from all the character's I drew, H'rayn is not a Tav! She's actually a pseudo-companion character with a lotta lore and history! She even has her own quest, party banter, approval and disapproval things. It's the whole deal!! @githkisser made an amazing post all about H'rayn . If you want a ton of indepth and fun info that's really really well documented, I cannot overstate how much you should it check out! I find myself going back to learn more about H'rayn as she really is as well thought out as in game companions! It's quite fun thinking up of ways tavs can interact with her and the art is mwah!!! very good indeed :3

4th! Tavern (Tav) the Bard! (they/them) This darling bard ran away from the circus.....from birth! Created by @avocado-writing, Tavern plays their way into your heart with their silly antics, warm heart and eldritch pocket dimension in their chest!

Tavern is a doll to doodle and I am amped to draw them even more in the future. The heterochromia and the inclusion of instruments does make them a fun challenge (i will draw instruments accuratley with these paws eventually). Go check them out!! :D

5th! Hvinidyr the Barbarian (he/him)! @star-bear-art (I just realised after all this we aren't actually mutuals. Which is funny since we kinda have the same name and theme with the bear thing XD) If you wanna see wonderous art of Hvinidyr as well as the other companions, go look right over here!

Winnie (Hvinidyr) has a lot of forms depending on the time period you wanna look at. The one I chose was the most recent with the large scar tissue all over the left (right? I'm horrible at directions, my paws don't make an L shape for me to tell). He was really fun to sketch out (and probably later colour in) and has a really unique design that I appreciate :)

6th Vierlin the Enchantment Wizard (and a lil' bit rouge)!!!(she/her) @sybaritick's Tav!!! Now!! This classic drow has a keen intrest in enchantment magic, teaching her crafts to nobles in Amn. After the whole tadpole fiasco, she also finds another use for her multitude of arcane skills. Most notabley depicted with a local wizard.

Now I won't get ahead of myself here but the fics that Sybaritick wrote about Vierlin are like....licking a warm pan of thickened maple syrup or a fancy meat meal with so much demi-glaze you're left smacking your lips for at least 20 mins after eating. Its indulgent. And I couldn't recommend it enough!! Read it!! (it took me a good 8 times to get the 'ie' part of Vierlin's name right, the letters look the same to me)

7th Fink the Spores Druid (they/them) belonging to @causticcontemplation! They're a pretty short Tav a 2.5ft and have a whole modern AU fic about them!!! You can read all about it here! (the pun name is amazing!)

I found it cool to use the fic to figure out how to colour them in, I ended up sending an anon ask instead and it helped great! Lovely Tav 10/10!

8th Korydass the Druid!! (She/her)!!! Conjured by @cfcreative, this seemingly non-emotive bronze dragonborn lights a spark in viewers as her tail and love for nature portrays otherwise. Art of Kory is many and also very good. Reading through her lore is fun watching her dynamics with the different origin characters change as she opens up to the party.

Now I do have slight bias, I like drawing Kory the most since her head shape is less humanoid. It's just so satifying, also her design is crazy awesome to work with so all around its great recommend I like her a lot :3

9th Asheera the Paladin (she/her) produced by @optiwashere.

To be quite honest I wouldn't even have a blog if it wasn't for Asheera's fics. They are EXCELLENT. If you want to go through a journey of a half orcs struggles, successes and gripping romance with Shadowheart, VAULT YOURSELF into Opti's A03 page and devour. You will have negative regrets about it just like I! Asheera is great I love her a lot I am the most normal about her.

10th Quin the Bard (he/him) composed by @quinthebard (who'd have known?)

This darling plucky bard is the star of an ongoing comic that is very dynamic and very gripping. (My fave panel is this one). Despite being 100, Quin still maintains his joyful and kind nature when traveling with the tadpole gang.

Definetly one of the most friendlies Tavs out of all the ones i've drawn. (he was also the first i drew out of all of these!) He's a delight!! Go check him out! Thanks to all my moots for giving permission, having such great characters and being such lovely moots! <3 <3 <3

How to Make a Printing Screen from Home

I wanted to share a quick cute little tutorial for how I made my own screen for making patches (and other things that don't require exact measurements). Cute lil how-to under the cut >:)

Disclaimer: I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing at any given moment. There could be a better tutorial out there for you. I'm just guessing for a lot of the things I do and this is no exception. With that out of the way:

THE SUPPLIES YOU DEFINITELY ABSOLUTELY NEED:

a small/medium canvas (depending on what you have and how big your design will be)

paintbrushes

a tight-woven sheer fabric (preferably not stretchy and STRONG)

a fine-tip pen

water-resistant gloss of some kind (mod podge works, but make sure it's a waterproof kind if you want to make more than one print)

paint that won't come off in the wash (acrylic/spray paint work)

good strong tape

a good sturdy card-like thingy

an easy/cool design for your print :)

THE SUPPLIES THAT ARE RECCOMENDED BUT NOT NECESSARY (aka things I like to use):

a good canvas fabric/thick cotton for printing on

fabric paint (will stay on the fabric best duh)

a 1/2in, 1/3in, and fine tip paintbrush for details (depending on your design)

some company for fun :)

Alright, so first you'll want to figure out the design you want to print out and get a good sketch over it. I'm a detail freak so I like sketching out my design then going over it in a black pen. The ideal is hard contrast and clear and discernable lines/fill-in spots, like pictured below:

(Note how I emphasized which spots were to have thicker lines, which parts of the stripes were to be printed, etc. I tried to think a lot about which portions I wanted to show up on the finished design and how they would look on the fabric as a whole.)

So you've got your design. Great! Next step is a fun one: Grab a canvas you are willing to part with (this one was a painting I made when I was 16. I hate it), and rip all the fabric off of that fucker!! If you pull off some staples in the process, don't worry. Just make sure you can retain the shape of the frame, since that's the part you'll need to keep. You don't need to take off every single bit of the fabric, but as previously stated, I'm a freak, so I did. You'll come out with something like this:

For the next steps you'll need a good pair of scissors as well as your pen and your sheer fabric. You're going to want to set the frame on your fabric and cut about an inch and a half around it so there's extra to wrap around the frame and tape down. You can draw a guideline for where to cut if you want, but once again, I'm a freak:

Now lay the front of the canvas frame (the part without staples on it) face down on the fabric and grab your tape! Now we're going to tape down each end of the frame so the sheer lays taut on the frame. I like to put one or two strips of tape on the ends parallel to each other and pull them tight, then do the same with the other side, then continue adding tape until the whole outside of the frame is covered. See below:

(Note: your goal in this step is to stretch the sheer as tight as it can comfortably go so there are no wrinkles or depressions in the fabric.)

So now you have you're frame. Fuck yes!!! Go ahead and grab the design you came up with as well as your pen (you can use a pencil too, but the pen shows up much better through the fabric so I definitely prefer it), and put the frame front side down onto the sketch.

If you're worried about keeping the frame steady, feel free to tape the frame down and go ahead and trace over the design with your pen. Make sure to fill in all the dark parts enough that you can differentiate them from the light parts.

Once you have your sketch copied to the frame, now you can grab your gloss!!! Hurry!!! You're almost done!!!!

With this step I like to start big and go into the details once all the larger portions of the sheer are covered. Pretty much you're going to paint over every part that isn't the black of the pen with your waterproof gloss. This ensures that once you start printing, the only parts that are going to bleed through the fabric will be the black parts that weren't painted over with gloss/varnish/mod podge/whatever you used as long as it's waterproof!!! Take all the time you need, it's not a race. Once you're done and the gloss has dried, your screen is going to look something like this when put up to a light:

Now that this step is over with, congratulations - you have just made a mesh screen!!! Keep reading to learn how to use it lol

So for the patches that I make I just went with black and white paint, and black and white fabric to keep it traditional, but you can use any colors of paint and fabric you want, truly! The world is your oyster! I do not care! That being said, we're keeping it simple today.

Grab your screen, a piece of fabric that can cover the design and leave at least an inch of space around it, and a surface you won't mid getting paint on on accident. You'll also want to grab that card-like thingy for this as well. It can really be anything that can provide a sturdy, even pressure across the screen consistently. Go ahead and pick up that fabric paint too, I guess. We'll probably need that.

At this point, this is what your workspace might look like:

Next up you are going to center your design onto your piece of fabric-

-and grab your fabric paint. put a thin little stripe over the top (start slow and add more - as you can see I added a little too much and kinda fucked up my design) then grab your card thingy. Make sure you have even pressure on it and swipe it down at a medium speed so you're dragging the paint down the screen:

Once you've got everything covered I like to go over it a few more times for even coverage. Then you pull it up from the screen (which you might want to rinse off so no paint sticks to it!!!), wait for that bitch to dry, and you're done!! Congratulations, you have your very own fun silly patch! Go sew it on something! Or not! I do really do not care!!!!!!

Devlog #12: Localization Milestone and Key Art

Hello everyone! Welcome to this month’s devlog!

If you just stumbled upon this, I am Adrienne, also known as insertdisc5! I’m the developer, writer, artist, main programmer, etc of the game. The game being In Stars and Time, a timeloop RPG, which is also the next and final game in the START AGAIN series, following START AGAIN: a prologue (available here!). You can find out more about In Stars and Time here!!!

LET’S GET TO IT. This month has some localization news, as well as a breakdown on key art! What’s key art? Where do you use it? Can you eat it? Read and find out.

The first pass of the Japanese localization is done and implemented!!! You can play the whole game in Japanese from beginning to end now!!!

The next step now is the localization QA, where the localization team plays the game and makes sure the Japanese script works in context. The team got the script in an excel sheet and I tried my best to give context for scenes where I could, but playing through the game themselves allows them to get The Most Context. All Of The Context. So they can make changes to their localization so it can be the best!!!

That’s it for news. Other things are chugga-chugga-chuggin’ behind the scenes as well, and I can’t wait to share it all with you all!!!

Today’s topic-since-I-don’t-have-much-to-talk-about is: key art!

“Adrienne what on Earth is a ‘key art’” This above is the key art.

More generally (and keep in mind this is my layman self talking, I’m sure you could get a better answer elsewhere, but also you’re here, so you might as well learn something huh???), key art is The Big Art that games (and, I assume, other mediums???) use to show off their style and visuals in things such as store fronts, articles, and other such things. It’s Mario jumping in a cool way with his lil star buddy while the planets are behind him. It’s Kratos and Atreus on a boat. It’s sad Siffrin in the foreground, surrounded by stars, while his friends are having fun in the background. It’s The Art!!! It’s the first thing people see about your game!!! It needs to be cool and represent your game!!!

Here’s some examples of the key art being used for Steam store assets. Itch.io is very kind and asks for like 2 assets, but Steam asks for a whoopin’ 30 assets, all with different sizes and orientations, so it means one of the biggest things your key art should be is MODULAR AS HELL. From a massive 1440x3160 vertical banner to an itty-bitty 231x87 horizontal button (called a capsule, it’s the small banner above, and since it’s usually the first thing you see about a game it is THE MOST IMPORTANT ASSET), your key art needs to be ready for anything!!!

For the prologue, I did not plan for this very well. I learned pretty late in development that store assets for itch.io (and later, Steam) were gonna be a thing I should worry about, so I ended up deciding to use the title card art. Which, like, it worked out.

BUT! I had to redraw Siffrin to make sure their hat and body weren’t weirdly cut out, and had to remake the pixelly gradient like a thousand times for each asset to make sure it wouldn’t hide Siffrin’s face. And that’s without mentioning the hell I went through to make sure the massive title logo would fit. Why did I think “START AGAIN START AGAIN START AGAIN: a prologue” was a good title. It was so hard to make it fit in its entirety every time (because, of course, Steam asks you to show the logo in its entirety in every single asset). Why did I choose this title (I’m a Kingdom Hearts fan and my heart is rotten and thinks long titles are funny)

So since I went through hell with START AGAIN’s store assets, for ISAT I made sure to think about the key art way ahead of time teehee.

Every so often I become an absolute genius so I only had to sketch the key art once, as you can see above. You don’t need to understand it because I do and it’s all that matters. Teehee!

Here's the rough illustration! I made it to block out the shapes, and figure out where that dang logo would go. Once again, reminder: if you have text of any kind, figure out where it goes in the rough stage. Future you will thank you. I also had Siffrin look directly at the camera in this rough stage, and then figured. That it would look sadder. If Siffrin looked emo-ly to the side. I do like the look at the camera though. He Is Looking

To talk about The Meaning very quickly, I wanted to show Siffrin front and center, since the whole story is about them. And I wanted to show the whole party, but clearly separated from Siffrin- Siffrin is stuck in a time loop, feels completely apart from them, and I wanted to show that in the key art! With the expressions too- everyone else is happy or engaged in something, interacting with each other, while Siffrin is in his emo phase. And also stars everywhere. Because of course.

Here are all the layers I used- I made sure to draw them on a vector layer in Clip Studio Paint, which means the lines never become pixelated even if you zoom in a lot! As a side note, the full file for this is 4000x3000, which I thought would be too big, but is actually just the right size for all those dang assets.

I also made sure that Siffrin would look the most detailed, since I knew that while everyone could fit for the bigger pictures, for the itty-bitty small ones (or the extremely horizontal ones), I would only show off Siffrin’s face. MODULAR!!!!!

In the end this key art worked pretty well to make the store assets, but if I could talk to past me I would tell them. Make the circle bg taller so it’d fit the more vertical assets. And find a way to leave more space for the characters in the background. I had to remove them/rotate them/zoom them out very often because Siffrin hides them too much because Siffrin is just too dang big. But that’s still manageable, past me. You did a good job past me

So, TLDR, from my experience, what you need to keep in mind when making your key art is:

-make sure it has enough layers to be able to move things around as needed, but not so many layers that you become lost

-fun art that represents your game and its vibe well

-cool everywhere, but able to get by if you zoom in on one thing (which usually for ISAT’s assets is Siffrin’s face)

-able to work in a vertical and horizontal format and at many different sizes

I hope my key art made people interested enough in the game to try to find out more!!

I'm glad you asked.

I don't see them getting together until post-GRev, BUT if they did. Holy shit would I rewrite GREV to be the most angst broken up TyKa fic ever where they eventually get back together.

So that being said. Post-GRev.

I think post GRev, Kai would be able to open more to Takao. But that’s not to say that Takao accepts that initially. He has trust issues and Kai constantly leaves. He’d have to prove to Takao that he’s here for the long haul. Also its always a looming thought in the back of Takao's head that Kai is going to leave. He always leaves.

And maybe Takao needs a lil bit to figure out his sexuality. He’s always had some type of feelings towards the phoenix, but now it’s putting more clarity on them. It’s definitely more than just a rivalry for each other. They’re so… they’re each other’s opposites.

Communication is their big issue. They both have trouble expressing themselves. Takao explodes, while Kai disappears. The world could burn down from their arguments. they’re both so headstrong and neither want to admit to being wrong, even when the blame is equally shared.

When they’re alone, Kai is so soft for Takao. His guard is down and its so easy being open and exposed. Vulnerable. Kai resting his head in Takao’s lap, reading a book, while Takao is playing some video game, cARDING HIS HANDS THROUGH KAI’S HAIR WHEN HE DIES AND IS IN A LOADING SCREEN. Kai giving these special expressions and smiles that are for Takao’s eyes only.

They can be each other’s rock when they’re feeling low. Some days are more of a struggle than others. Takao struggles with his insecurities and Kai struggles with his anxieties. Wiping tears in dark on hoodie sleeves. Or kissing away salty tears. Reassuring kisses all over. Also. Takao kissing Kai’s post Brooklyn scar over his eye.

Them playing out their rivalry for the cameras, then going home together with trophies and checks, wrapped up around one another. one. Laughing about their battles. Them working on their blades together and getting secretive about their upgrades when it comes time for tournaments, because they will always be each other's greatest rival. Them doing a doubles tournament and running away with the whole thing because they play off of each other so well. ALSO just think about Dragoons winds feeding Dranzer’s flames. (They might get a little carried away and again they need to break out the fire extinguishers, and Hiwatari Enterprises is writing another check to fix the damage that Kai has caused)

Them going through photo albums and Takao making fun of Kai’s clothes and Kai smuggling going, but you were still in love with me back then, so it couldn’t have been that off putting. And Takao flushing HARD.

Also I hc their love languages as:

Takao- Physical Touch and Quality Time

Kai - Physical touch

So they're always touching in some way. Takao holding onto the tail of Kai’s scarf. Kai standing next to Takao with his arm pressed up against Takao’s. Sitting practically on top of each other. When they go out to eat, their feet are always touching. Kai rubbing his foot up Takao’s leg, looking nonchalant as ever, while Takao is fumbling and red. Takao kissing all over Kai's exposed shoulders. Also Takao marking Kai as his, because hickies look so pretty on Kai's fair skin, and Takao just DOES not bruise, much to Kai's displeasure.

Kai doesn't understand Takao’s need, at first, for him to go with him for errands. Doesn’t understand why Takao wants him to sit next to him when he’s playing video games. But slowly he gets it. And then he’s the one offering Takao the opportunity to do mundane things with him. Going to a konbini together to get drinks and snacks. The parts store. Walks. Kai’s new go to reading place is Takao’s bed, with Takao playing video games or watching anime. And Takao convinces Kai to watch anime with him, and just sit still.

(Also hear me out. Hiromi AND Max plotting together to get these two together. But it backfires.

HEAR ME OUT.

Hiromi is always hyping Kai up to Takao, so Takao is like okay>????? And? Want me to put a good word in for you?

Max does the same to Kai. He hypes up Takao to Kai. And Kai is all raised eyebrows, and is like if you like Takao you should ask him out, but I thought you were with XYZ.

And eventually Hiromi and Max are fed up and are like you two need to get together and stop this nonsense, but TyKa is like oh were already dating”

And Rei being like you two didn’t know? Is that why you two were being so weird?)

(Another idea I like is, Hiromi recognizing that the two of them have feelings, but Kai is too shy? To do anything about it, and Takao is too dense, and is fighting some internal demons [his bisexuality] so when Takao asks her out, out of obligation, idk he feels like he should be with her. Everyone is saying so. Trying to push them together. And it's tiring, so he does.

And HIROMI. AN ALLY. Just like metaphorically holding his hand through his revelation that it’s okay to like guys and want to kiss his teammate. There’s a TyKa fic I would love to read. Also her just like gently nudging Kai to do SOMETHING. And hes so confused bc Hiromi and Takao are dating? And How does she know?????)

Now that we know exactly when episode 3 is coming, I think it's time to reveal this goofy little thing I've been working on for... a while. 😅 (with tons of feedback and suggestions from the wonderful, incomparable @man-down-in-hatchet-town, of course!)

I think I've seen people make bingo boards like this for other fandoms, and I've been so psyched for TGOA and having an absolute blast tossing theories back and forth in me & Brooke's dms—and sharing some with the rest of you in unreasonably long posts—that I thought it would be a lot of fun to make a little Bingo card with my own predictions for episode 3! some of these I'm really rooting for, but I'm just so excited for a new episode in general.

obviously space is limited, so i had a tough time choosing what to put on here. (special shout-out to "oops... somebody falls off the boat!" which I swapped out after we got the cover art. thanks, Jackie 😂💙) I also feel like some of my selections here might be a little too obvious/guaranteed, but look, guys... I wanted to make sure I had a decent chance of getting at least some of these right, okay???

Happy Salmon

A short lil LMK fic of just the gang having fun, because man, they deserve a break.

Summary: MK brings a new card game to game night.

MK slapped the new game he had purchased earlier that day onto the table in the Noodle Shop. Everyone was sitting together, the Noodle Shop closed for this night's round of Family Game Night. Through a lot of bribing and convincing, Macaque, Wukong, and Red Son were joining them for the first time. They’d already played through some of their usual games, and aside from a couple small moments of laughter and over dramatics (when Macaque found out one game hinged on being able to tell who was lying and who was telling the truth, oh, he put his theatre voice on up to the NINES, speaking in the exact same overdramatic fashion at all times, making it impossible to tell if he was outright lying or simply overdramatizing the truth), but thus far, things hadn’t descended into true unrestrained chaos. Yet.

That was soon going to change.

As the others discussed how the past games had gone, MK sat in his chair and took out the game’s rule book to silently read through, knowing that so long as he read it at least once before reading it outloud to the others, he’d be able to articulate it in a way the others would better understand before they played their first practice round.

He didn’t even make it through reading the first sentence before he choked on his own spit, drawing everyone’s attention to him.

“Ya alright, kid?” Pigsy asked, and MK held one hand over his mouth for a moment, in shock, processing, before holding back laughter as he set the rule book down on the table so that the others would be able to look and read it over his shoulder.

“Oh, I think we’re in for it.” MK snickered, pointing at the very first paragraph. “The very first line says ‘this game is best played when standing’.”

A near simultaneous “Oh- no.” went around the table, and MK laughed even harder when he read the next line.

“This game requires you to shout at all times-”

Another, more serious “Oh no.”, mostly said with humor, albeit there were a few looks at Macaque, to see what he thought about it. Noticing the looks, he simply shrugged, waving them away. He could deal with it, it would be fine.

MK, laughing the entire time, ran over the rest of the rules. Apparently, you needed to find someone who was shouting the same action card name as you, perform the action with them, and then discard the card from your personal deck as fast as possible by any means necessary, even if it meant throwing the card over your shoulder or to the floor. There were a total of four actions, high fives, fist bumps, a kinda secret handshake-esque thing where you each lightly slapped the other’s forearm, and- MK nearly wheezed before he read the next bit- swapping places with the other person.

The air was tinged with the anticipation of chaos as they all stood up, moving the chairs they had been sitting on out of the way as MK set out the proper amount of card decks on the table.

“Ok.” MK said, as everyone picked up their own deck. In all honesty, the game sounded simple enough, just find someone who matched what you were shouting and miming the action of, discard your card, and be the first person to get rid of all your cards. It probably wouldn’t take too long, nor be that hard. “Everybody ready?”

There was a series of nods around the table.

“Then three… two…. one…. go!!”

Almost instantly, it was like pure chaos had manifested itself into the room. It was nigh impossible to tell who was yelling what, and MK could barely breathe from the energy as everyone frantically exchanged high fives and fistbumps- MK caught Tang also shouting ‘Switch it up!’, and upon making sure they had locked eyes, both of them took off running to get to the other’s spot on the other side of the table. At the same time, Pigsy and Wukong did the same thing, MK and his mentor almost bumping into each other as they skidded into place, tossing their cards down at the same time. Macaque’s ears were pinned against the side of his head in response to the loud noise, but still even he was smiling and laughing like a maniac as he fist bumped with Mei.

They almost missed it when Red Son shouted that he had won, all his cards gone, it taking him repeating it a solid 3 times, as well as slamming his hands down on the table, before any of the others noticed.

Almost instantly, it was like a pressure had abated, as MK practically collapsed to the ground, holding onto the table with one hand as he struggled to regain his breath, feeling like he had just run an entire race, struggling to take deep breaths in and out around remnant laughter. Holy shit, that had been far more intense than he had thought it would be, and it wasn’t even like he’d done anything difficult!! A couple of the others were in the same state, Mei and Red Son shrugging off their jackets, knowing full well that, with this practice round as an example, they were likely going to end up working up a sweat as everyone decided that they simply had to do multiple more rounds. Macaque rubbed at his ears a little.

“Do you need some headphones, Macaque?” Mei asked, as she went through the process of picking up the cards that had been scattered haphazardly around the table, sorting them back into their own colour coded decks.

“Nah, I’m fine.” Macaque picked up the purple deck as soon as it was finished, absentmindedly shuffling it. “I know what I’m in for this time, chaos isn’t nearly as annoying or painful as the background noise of electric lights.”

“Cheers to that.” MK said, picking up the yellow deck as soon as it was ready. “Alright, everyone ready for round two?”

There was multiple sounds of agreement, and things readily fell into chaos once again.

Round’s 2 and 3 were much like the first, filled with chaos, and a cacophony of noise. The only real difference was that, when MK won in round 3, overwhelmed by the sheer energy the game had put into him, instead of yelling that he had won, he simply shrieked, which ended up being a lot louder and higher pitched than he had been expecting. He covered his mouth apologetically as the others winced, and Macaque covered his ears.

“...Sorry.” Macaque waved him off.

“‘S fine bud, just don’t do it again.”

It was round 6 when things started to go a little downhill.

“Switch it up!!” MK had yelled- looking around the table and straining to tell if anyone had the same action card as him- only to yelp as it suddenly felt like the floor gave out from under him as he plummeted down-

There was a flash of violet, and suddenly he was standing on the opposite side of the table from where he had been before, Macaque standing where MK had previously been.

Oh.

Oh, so that’s how he wanted to play this, then.

Okay.

As soon as Macaque’s shadow-portalling had registered, it was instantly like all bets were off. Obviously, there wasn’t much that could be done in terms of the fist bumps and high fives… but the switch-it-ups were now a competition.

Red Son started using his fire teleportation- very nearly singeing Tang’s arm as he appeared right beside him, Tang only just barely managing to lean away in time. Both Mei and MK started using their enhanced speed to get around the table faster, very nearly hitting each other multiple times.

Wukong, unwilling to waste time with a backflip to summon his cloud, simply decided to outright vault over the table, sending cards flying everywhere with his action, and almost slamming into Macaque as he landed on the other side.

This went on for nearly 2 minutes- fire, green and yellow sparks, as well as purple shadows flickering around the room as the chaos unfolded.

It only stopped when both Wukong and Macaque threw their final cards down on the table and shouted “I win!!” at the exact same time.

Both monkeys immediately paused, before glaring at each other, fur standing on end in a way that MK mentally compared to two cats about to start a fight. Thankfully, they were spared from witnessing another monkey argument as Sandy spoke up.

“Uh, actually, I won about a minute or so ago- but you were all too distracted to notice.”

Everyone glanced over and, sure enough, there were no cards remaining in Sandy’s hands.

“I also think that, maybe, we should switch to a different game.” Sandy held up a nearly burnt card, using it as an example that had everyone visibly wincing. “Y’know, before we accidentally destroy Pigsy’s shop.”

…Okay, so maybe things had gotten a little out of hand.

…Happy Salmon quickly became regulated as a game to only be played outside, or in Wukong’s house.

You had imagined what it would be like to kiss your best friend. In fact, you imagined it pretty often. But nothing could have prepared you for how magical it really was.

Austin and you had returned to your hotel room after attending the Oscar’s after party. It was the most fun you had in a while, but you were ready to change into your pajamas and sleep until noon. You and Austin retreated to your respective bedrooms after exchanging goodnights. While you were undressing, your zipper got stuck and you struggled to get out of your dress. After accepting defeat, you debated whether you should fall asleep with your dress on or ask your friend to undo your crooked zipper. Sighing, you headed towards his room, knocking on the door.

“Just a sec,” Austin called from inside the room. You heard his feet shuffling against the wooden floor as if he was coming out of the walk-in closet. A few seconds later, the door flung open and you had to hold back from swooning. Austin was shirtless but still wore his slacks with his belt unbuckled and dangling in the middle. You caught a glimpse of his chain that rested against the thin layer of hair on his chest. Considering how long you and Austin had been friends, you had seen him in less clothing, but something about the way he looked under the aureate light made him much more mesmerizing.

“Everything all right, bub?” Austin asked, hints of his Elvis accent still prevalent. Heat transferred to your cheeks at the nickname he gave you when you first became friends. You could never get tired of hearing him call you ‘bub’.

“Can’t get my zipper undone.” You and Austin shared a laugh to ease your embarrassment towards your wardrobe mishap.

“Yeah, that happens. Even with famous designers.” He paused to crack the door wider. “Come in and I’ll help you out.” You followed your long time companion into his room, unbothered by his clothes scattered across the floor. Austin stood behind you, calculating how to place his hands on you without causing discomfort.

A beat later, one hand pinched the top of the zipper while the other held the pull. He yanked the pull down with more force than you had attempted, causing the teeth of the zipper to repel. As your dress began opening up in the back, you held the top close to your chest to prevent it from falling to your feet. Part of you wanted to drop your dress down to reveal your skin to him to show him that you were comfortable enough to be naked around him. There were other reasons that made you want to do this, yet you would never say them out loud. Nevertheless, you clung the dress to your frame.

Austin unintentionally held his breath as more of your bare back was exposed to him. He’d never admit to you, but he was always curious about how you looked naked. This curiousity didn’t stem from sexuality or lust, but rather from a deep love for you. You were always beautiful to him and he wanted to love you in your rawest form. He kept this feeling a secret from you out of fear that your friendship would diminish, even if it ate away at him in the dark of the night.

The zipper stopped at your mid back. Austin’s hands quivered realizing how low they were on you. He slowly exhaled after holding his breath, still clinging to your dress.

“Well, problem solved.” Austin chuckled nervously. “Just needed a harder tug, that’s all.”

You happily suspired. “You are a lifesaver! I don’t know what I’d do without you.”

Without a single thought, Austin blurted out, “Me neither.”

Caught off guard by his words, you lightly laughed, a small gesture that your friend secretly loved hearing. Realizing what he had said, he tried to apologize.

“No need to apologize. It was sweet.” Silence filled the air, only the sound of your breaths in sync to be heard. Then, Austin realized he was still holding onto your dress.

“Sorry, didn’t realize I was still holding on.” He released the zipper and almost simultaneously, you let go of your dress, flooding at your feet. Austin made no attempt to turn away. He knew he should have. But he didn’t. He couldn’t.

You slowly turned around to meet his blue eyes. Austin gulped loudly, his Adam’s apple bobbing and his jaw clenching. Now that he finally saw you naked, he was more in awe with you than he had ever been. Your chest rose and fell as you stood before him.

“You’re the most beautiful girl in the world.”

Austin’s hand cupped your face, admiring all your features that he fell in love with. His lips slowly brushed against yours, causing you to meet his the rest of the way. Of course, the kiss was amazing. It was better than how you had always pictured it to be. In the back of your mind, you knew there would be consequences to kissing him. You knew you would be putting your friendship in jeopardy, along with his rising stardom. Yet, right now, all you cared about was living in that kiss forever.

When you finally parted for air, you already yearned to touch and taste his lips again. Austin felt the same way as he stroked your cheek.

“I’ve always wanted to do that.”

“Me too.” In an instant, your lips smashed together with more passion. Austin leaned further into you to intensify the kiss, causing you to crash on top of his bed. You bursted into a fit of giggles as Austin hovered over you.

“Sorry, bub,” Austin timidly murmured, bumping his nose against his.

“Shut up and kiss me,” you commanded, yanking him by his chain to continue the kiss. Your best friend smiled against your lips, relishing your sweetness on his own mouth. He managed to part his lips amongst smiling and you grazed the tip of your tongue against his bottom lip. Austin opened his mouth slightly as an invitation to slide your tongue against his. Warmth flooded your body and your head spun as your tongues slowly flicked together.

“I love you, bub.” Austin pecked your lips once more before stooping down to your neck. “I’ve always loved you.” As he planted his lips against where your jaw and neck meet, you choked up a broken moan, tangling your fingers in his hair.

“I love you, too, Austin.” His teeth nipped your flesh and he gently nursed the skin until a mark of his love rose to the surface. Your vision grew blurry and your senses became fuzzy. He moved slightly down your neck, sinking into a new patch of skin. As much as you craved him to touch you more and give you the pleasure you only dreamed of in the dead of night, you needed a moment to take it all in before your head spun off its axis.

“Wait!” You abruptly exclaimed. Austin immediately stopped, leveling his face with yours. His face was full of concern and fear that he upset you.

“You okay, bub? Did I do something wrong?”

“No, you did nothing wrong.” Your hand shot up to caress his warm cheek. “It’s just a lot for me to process, you know.” Austin nodded in agreement. “Can we slow down a bit?”

“Yeah, absolutely!” Your best friend responded, plopping onto the bed next to you. “I’m sorry if I overstepped or anything.”

“You didn’t.” You flipped onto your side, gazing into Austin’s shimmering eyes. “New rule: no more apologizing for things you don’t need to apologize for.”

The blonde man laughed. “Deal.”

You were met with silence again. It wasn’t an excruciating silence. If anything, it was a peaceful silence, where you could enjoy the present with the one you loved. Your curiosity about you and Austin took over that peaceful silence. Now that you kissed him and confessed your feelings, there were endless possibilities to what could happen next.

“So, what does this make us?”

Austin flashed you a reassuring grin, tenderly cradling your hand in his. “We can worry about that later. How about we just stay here and cuddle?”

You smiled back. “I’d love to.”

You curled up to Austin’s warm body, resting your head on top of his chest and wrapping your arms around his torso. Once you were perfectly snuggled against him, he snaked his arm around your shoulder and relinked his hand with yours. Being in his embrace felt like home and you could stay there forever.

“Austin.”

“Yeah, bub?”

“Can you kiss me again, please? I really love kissing you.”

There was no need for a final exchange of words. He tilted your head up towards him and dipped down to catch your lips with his. Now there was no place else you could be but here in his arms.

Well leshy and P03 oppose each other the most and it felt natural, Still at odds and also keep their personalities. I feel like grimmora and mags would switch though is because death is a very real thing, but magic is fantastical and actively tries to stop death. Grimmora would also be able to keep her more happy attitude with realism with magic as its more of system/skill. Mags would take death and the undead pretty good as well because. bro is just a lil insane all around. Also consider a skull army that he wont stop lying to and say they'll come back to life eventually. OK PAST THIS POINT IM GOING TO GO MORE IN DETAIL BUT THATS THE BASIC IDEA GO AHEAD AND USE/CHANGE TO YOUR LIKING IF YOU WANT, JUST GIVE ME CREDS IF ITS LIKE EXACTLY THE SAME. if you make it your own then you don't need to cred, idc this idea is like really basic imo.

L3sh, Scybe of Technology.

He's still stoic and very immersed in his world, However now with a new technological theming. He makes sure to have the player learn about the intricate details of the tech they use. He's kinda like a happy old I.T. guy, Using all of his tech to its max potential. Its very early and traditional 60's and 70's era stuff, Whereas P03's was futuristic 80's. He tries to make sure that it can be easily grasped for most however most 60-70's tech is just a mess no matter what. He made all his limbs wires that can extend and compress, Expand and slim. So yes he is tall and muscly but also no bro is bobot he aint got shit. This also applies to his hair that flows all the way down his back but he usually doesn't mess with it, In fact the wires there probably aren't even connected to anything he just thinks they look neat. apart from occasionally oh you know. Tearing people apart to try and 'give them a fair playing ground.' he's normal i swear you guys.

ON P0LRIOD/L3SH X phoe

Yes they are still divorced. The same reasons, L3sh is neglectful at times and Phoe can be an asshole. L3sh can be too logical as well and has a rule of 'If you can, So can I. If I can't, then you'll never.' Which can be really degrading sometimes. He would even consider himself better than Peo at times, If not barely an equal. Leshys capability mixed with P03's cockiness makes an occasional asshole. They probably got divorced bc of L3sh's murder experimentation problems and also going weeks on end ignoring Phoe. Bro just check on your husband please.

Unsure of how he makes cards yet, So heres a few options!

-He makes his cards by taking parts of you and tech-ifying you. Your mind isn't necessarily required, As long as he's got like an eyeball and a leg you're fucked. You get transferred once he's finished by 'rewiring and applyinh new hardware upgrades.'

-He still takes a picture, however. its a literal copier. like a fucking business copier but bigger. You know the ones, that are all chunky and shit and have like only 3 buttons and are barely hanging onto life. then you get sucked into the card. This one might be my favorite out of pure hilarity.

-He consumes you with those wires that act as his hair, And then meticulously rips out the most important/cherished parts of yourself out before turning into a card that exits out of his chest plate. This is the most personal out of the options here. and possibly sexual now that i think about it? Have fun dying i guess

BL/QL ASK GAME : THE UGLY, THE BAD AND THE WORST

I saw that @bengiyo did this and I would like to participate!

The categories are :

Worst soundtrack / weirdest song choice in a BL

I think some of the background music choices in Love in the Air/Wedding Plan were odd, mostly during SkyPrapai scenes. I think in one scene Itsy Bitsy Spider was playing and in their wedding scene some random ass old song was playing too. And I can't remember which BL it was where a Christmas Song kept playing in the background during random scenes.

Most cringe-inducing line (cute)

Pleum to Kevin: "You're lovely, trust me on that. If you weren't lovely I wouldn't fall for you from the first time we met." The cringe the cheese and he was always saying cheesy stuff like that to Kevin but I ate it up because he was sincere and so up front. We stan.

Most cringe-inducing line (actually bad)

Rain to Payu: "If you don't stop being angry you're going to scare your wifey." I hate how attached MAME is to the "wifey" title for her characters. That scene was cute but that line is just ugh. And the subbers like to translate it as "Darling" but we all know the truth.

Most stupid decision made by a character

Yu Xi Gu leaving to go buy salt for that stupid soup. (History 3: Make Our Days Count)

Worst plot line

Whatever the fuck the step brothers in History 4 had going on. I could honestly move past them being step brothers if every single thing else about their storyline was not so messed up. (History 4: Close to You)

The most problematic show you’ve watched

1000% TharnType and I completely own that shit. TT was a hot ass toxic mess and I ate up every single bit of it.

A show people love but you find bad

Dark Blue and Moonlight. I just hated every single thing about that series. I hated the stupid cheating plot. I hated both of the main guys. Hated the acting. But when that shit came out I remember that people just LOVED it.

A show people find bad but you will defend

En of Love: Tossara. People found Tossara boring and I just loved their lil series. I love Gun and Bar and sure the acting was a little stiff but they gave me such a warm and cozy vibe. They were honest with each other and had relevant conversations and were mostly unproblematic.

A show that is just objectively bad but you enjoyed it

The Best Twins. Like the plot made no sense and depending on which couple was on screen it felt like 3 series in one and some of the acting was not good but it was a funny lil series that featured a ton of our faves before they were our faves. Also fucking THOR??? He's a gem.

A bad show that you kept watching because you were intrigued/fascinated

History: Obsessed, because what the fuck even was that? I had to see how they made it out to the end.

A bad show that you kept watching because you were horny

Waterboyy...Earth looked really, really hot in that one, but my gawd I would never, ever watch that series again. Between them revoking that one girl's lesbian card, the cheating, the sexual assault, and Waii's daddy getting together with Waii's best friend I couldn't stomach it. Highkey glad EarthNew didn't last.

A bad show that you kept watching because of that one character

My Gear and Your Gown. That character actually being the ship PureFolk, because otherwise that series was a total snooze fest.

A bad show that you would still recommend

My Engineer. The series was quite literally a mess and almost felt like a fever dream with it's wacky characters and random happenings with the plot (also some people didn't like the main couple) but the series is so much fun and we were given a gem of a ship with RamKing/PerthLay. It's just a fun series.

The character that ruined a show the most

Fucking Wai in Bad Buddy. I just couldn't stand him outing his own best friend to the whole school. That was so fucking dirty and Pran was still trying to apologize??????? I almost dropped the series after that because I knew he would never apologize and still everything would be forgiven.

Most awful character that you hated

Tita Susan from Gameboys the Movie/Gameboy S2. Plern Pleng from Together with Me. San from TharnType. Lee So Hee from Light on Me. Fighter's daddy.

Most awful character that you loved

Type from TharnType. Ritsu from The End of the World With You.

a little self indulge sorry hehe but i don’t like cake (sensory thing) so all week you get a different treat with a candle in it!

• since he celebrates all month week he does at least one “big” surprise and one “little”

not like, in size. buy like you get a present big you would like; concert tickets, jewelry, recreational things 🧍🏻‍♀️etc. but he makes sure to get presents little you would like more; stuffies, blankeys, cartoons, little space gear. he loves to give you gifts in general, but you light up the most when small

• it’s basically a rule free week

no bed time, allowed sugary drinks and candy whenever, no limit on screen time, stuff like that. you still have to be his good babysitter. he’s already pretty lax anyway, but he still has things set for your own good. one week won’t hurt

• biggest celebration is on your actual birthday

it’s all day. you wake up to a huge breakfast in bed, alll your favorite foods are made. this is when the tiny stuffies surprise party is btw!! he has your daily card set out with two gifts on the night stand. he lets you pick out your lil birthday outfit, crown included and he takes you to do whatever you want that day!!! then that night he takes you to dinner, nothing super fancy, but it’s perfect. when it’s time for bed he puts an extra scoop of sugar into you angles milk <3

• you watch tangled a million times that week

• he just loves his little peanut so much, thinks they deserve the best

(which you do!!) literally plans it a year in advanced, as soon as the day ends and your in bed. he’s reading you your new story and planning next years 🥹🥹

he never got the normal birthday experience when he was young, so you try to give that to him, it makes him 🫠 so now, birthdays are a thing in the munson trailer
