So hello hello good evening Budapest. I'm finally home, it's midnight and and and I had the best time of my life!

Many many highlights of the soundcheck and the show:

My question for soundcheck was picked fiiiirst? Hello??? It was absolutely crazy!

The VIP rep, Athena was an absolut angel, big shout out to her! I had a good talk with her after soundcheck and she was he sweetest.

The guys played Long Way Home and Out Of My Limit.

Before questions the VIP rep asked our names and I told her she can say Angie insted of my Hungarian name.

So she did introduce me "someone who her friends know as Angie", and Michael was like: "and what do people call you who you do not consider as friends?" So I had to tell him that basically anyone before age 15 knows me as my real name, and after that, when I started using the internet and didn't like my name I picked up Angie. So he said, okay, Angie.

My question was: what arw you bringing home from tour (souvenir, memory, feeling).

Ash said his mom always asks for fridge magnets and was like "fuck, Mom, no, it would need its own suitcase" and he said he likes travelling light

Luke said a qeak immune system and he stoles keycards from the hotels he sþays in and has tons

Michael said he gets lot of baby clothes and didn't know how much stuff a baby needs

Calum said he has really good memories of this tour

At thw beginning they also was talking about Buda and Pest, as mentioned by Ash in the IG story.

Other questions were about:

How they choose what they wear. Ash and Luke said they try bot to clash with the others and look ridiculous. They basically go by what Cal chooses, becauee Michael goes by him, and then the rest tries not to clash with them. Look also mentioned whatever he can paid up that he didn't do previously, and how he feels that day.

They asked about the Flatline chorus and Luke did listen to the song on his phone to figure it out... but I'm still not sure as they were also unsure lol.

They asked about the RAH orchestra and how it was a bit hard working with them because they only stayed until their time was up, and they are speaking different musical languages.

And lastly they asked about how they feel when they release a really emotional, personal song and if it's hard to do. They said of course, and how everyone has their own interpretation on songs, and sometimes it's best not to know the original thought and have your own on them.

There was also a fly trying to get into Luke's tea and Ashton kinda looked scared of it because he stood up.and took two steps backwards.

Both Charlotte Sands and AR/CO were amazing.

I was on Michael's side, 2nd row.

Ashton was wearing those silly ass chekered sunglasses for like half the show lol. But he has the biggest biceps in the world oh god.

They were cuteeeee. Michael was so precious. So happy.

We got Wrapped Around Your Finger.

They guys enjoyed Budapest, and said it was a special show because it'a in the last 3 for a long time now.

Also, there was a point where Ash said something about Calum abd I was like... boyfriends.

Michael couldn't sing Best Friends because Luke was being silly and they just started histerically laughing.

Michael remembered and made a joke about last year's KFC thing and someone had a fake/plush KFC bucket hat on and they were making fun of that.

He ended up wearing it for the beginning of Outer Space.

There's a difference between wanting Gwyn to be a more multi-layered character (which doesn't necessarily mean she has to be evil or deeply flawed e.g., Yrene, Elide, etc) whose journey is to overcome her obstacles and show what a resilient character she is like all SJM heroines.

Vs.

Villainize her in the name of "adding complexity and different layers to a character" but her main role would be a plot device used to keep apart two lovebirds, rather than it be a journey of her overcoming her "so-called flaws and darker side" becauee she's just that—a plot device. It doesn't benefit her character at all no matter how you look at it.

So tell me which one genuinely benefits her own arc if people are so eager for her to face challenges and master whatever power she has and to make her as flawed as possible?

Doesn't this whole "luring argument" stem from the fact that she was in Azriel's bonus chapter? Azriel having a positive interactions with her? The slight romantic coding at the end of the chapter?

Although I'm not a fan of the Lightsinger theory because where the canon stands they're nothing but monsters (who knows if she'll elaborate more on those creatures or not)—but the arguments I read from the few Gwynriels who support this theory (a different version from the villain one), they provide much more compelling arguments and theories because the outcome is how to overcome that power, how to be in control, how to not let it define you, and all of that benefits Gwyn's journey alone, no one else.

This series is a romance and I read it for the romance but I also love those healing journeys Sarah writes for these characters regardless of their background and history. I'm by no means an expert in Sarah's writing style or storytelling, but as an avid reader of her books I have faith that she will do all these characters justice, including Gwyn. I always depend on Sarah on writing the most beautiful healing journeys for them alongside a sizzling romance.

And people don't get this... readers can still love Gwyn even if she had a monstrous or darker side. Lidia "The Hind" has so much blood in her hands. Manon has so much blood in her hands. Aelin has so much blood in her hands. Nesta was literally Death. Yet all these characters we managed to love because the author made us love them regardless of their bloody and dark past. They still have love interests who loved them and accepted their past.

Azriel did fucked up shit, would you really think he of all people would judge and resent Gwyn if she had a darker or monstrous side? Would it deter him? He did worse than what we already know.

Sometimes the discussions around Gwyn just strip her of everything we know about her from the canon text because it becomes easier to taint her intentions and actions.

What do you think of the timothee chalamet SNL joke? Do you think it was in poor taste and just really bad timing or do you think it speaks to something deeper. I honestly no longer know what to think of him anymore. Dating Kylie Jenner and now being a part of a terrible SNL skit. Sure he didn't write it but he did agree to say it. I don't know part of me wants to believe the better in him but another part of me doesn't want to feel like an idiot if I am wrong.

Okay so I originally wasn’t gonna talk about this just because people are so reactionary with it and I’ve seen friends of mine get like death threats and shit, so I will preface this by saying the following:

1) I am not a Zionist, more on my beliefs in second. 2) I am a smut writer with various mental illnesses, please do not rely upon me as any sort of authority because I am a certifiable mess. 3) If anyone sends me hate, I will report you immediately. I’m not going to engage with it or respond to it; the only thing you will get from sending me hate is reported and blocked.

So I do think the joke was mostly a situation of bad timing. Something I’ve learned recently is that in other cultures, joking about this kind of thing is very much not done. That’s not the case here. In the US, we make those kinds of jokes all the time. This is the kind of joke you might see on, say, South Park. There is something to be said about the fact that the death is still happening, but, well… that hasn’t really stopped shows like South Park and Family Guy from making those kinds of jokes before, has it? But yeah, either way, it was bad timing.

Do I think Tim is a Zionist? No, I don’t. The beliefs of most Jews I’ve spoken to about this is basically, “yeah, Jews should be allowed in Israel if they want… and so should anybody else.” I think he likely has a similar viewpoint. I think he was given a line and he said it. The joke, I’d like to point out, was just, “Hamas is not an organization you’d want to associate yourself with publicly.” That’s it, that’s the whole joke. It wasn’t suggesting or implying that they (SNL) were pro-Israel, nothing like that. Just “Hamas is not an organization you’d want to associate yourself with publicly.” It didn’t mock anyone who had died or was suffering, it was just saying that you don’t wanna publicly associate yourself with Hamas. That’s it.

I was not remotely bothered by the joke when I saw it, honestly. It didn’t occur to me that people might be this upset by it until the next day. If anyone is so bothered by it they think Tim deserves hate, I think you should really dig deep and figure out where you being upset is rooted. Is you being upset about it just a reaction to what other people said? Did you feel that way upon first viewing? If so, I think you should ask yourself why. If you’re angry about what’s happening over there (and I think we all should be, because it’s horrifying), don’t misdirect that anger at some actor who only has a platform becauee we gave him one and whose opinion would otherwise be irrelevant. Direct it where it belongs: with the Israeli government.

I’m gonna say something super controversial. Stay with me though….

Judith’s reunion with Rick was very underwhelming. STAY WITH ME! That’s to be expected though.

I think people need to remember that Michonne adopted Judith which is why she is so close to her and priorities her. I think a lot of folks expected a Rick and Judith reunion to be u underwhelming becauee Rick and Judith never bonded. I’m not one of those trolls who are always reminding people that Judith is Shane’s child, but after Andy confirmed Lori and Shane moved on in literally three weeks… Rick didn’t adopt Judith in the sense that Gracie is adopted… Aaron sees her, and see his child. Rick sees Judith and sees two people who betrayed him in 3 weeks. Of course he learned to love her, but he said it himself he HAD to. And let’s be honest, that is a vey human thing to do as an average person would not bond with the child their partner had with their bff… I think it speak to the level of the kind of man Rick is. I expected an underwhelming reunion between those two because

- the second Judith was born Rick couldn’t even look at her. He checked on Carl but not her. Daryl took care of her. Yes Rick was grieving, but does grief only make you check on one child?

- he saw a bloody car seat shed a tear and started making sure Carl was safe

- when he told Michonne judith wasn’t his, he goes, “ I had to accept that… so I could keep her alive.” His only priority was keeping her alive, an obligation as Rick is very loyal and dutiful. He didn’t say he had to do that to bond or love her, it was simply to keep her alive.

- Rick had dreams about Carl and Michonne at the CRM. He didn’t know about RJ, but he knew about Judith and never once… the whole time his driving factor was Carl.

- whenever he spoke of his children in episode four, he very much personalized RJ’s presence… “ for our children… our son.” You don’t need to say son if you said children. “ for Judith, and our son.”

- both Judith and RJ are half siblings to Carl yet Judith only ever talks about Carl and rj doesn’t. In the few scenes RJ was able to speak, he only spoke of his dad, and he had t even met him yet. It makes sense that Judith would speak of Carl as Carl was obsessed with his little sister. Shouldn’t she speak of Rick though, more than RJ atleast because she met him? No she shouldn’t, because his focus was always Carl. Rj spoi of him because that’s his namesake and their are prepping him to be really close to his dad

Please don’t think I’m being a troll I just think it’s very complex. The reunion of the century will be Judith and Daryl because he prioritized her and loved her and didn’t need to learn to do that. Even Judith called him dad once… RJ would never call Daryl that as Daryl didn’t prioritize Rj, much in the way Rick interacted with Judith. I am in no way saying Rick is a bad person… I will always love him as he is my favorite character, but I think he is a human and what makes TWD so fascinating is people having real issues and real problems. This is a show where people watch throats being bit out, so I 100% think it’s okay that Rick isn’t close to a child who will always carry a piece of her bio parents. It makes sense that Michonne is obsessed with Judith because michonne one didn’t know Lori and Shane… they didn’t betray her. Judith is Michonnes little girl and I think it’s beautiful that she’s got Michonnes katana and RJ’s got Rick’s hat and his own little hatchet like his dad

I hadn't actually looked into the meaning of Marisol as a name, but you are absolutely right about how its meaning likely connects into Eddies story arc for this season. I am also fascinated by the fact that the day of solitude is holy Saturday in western culture - as in the day after the crucifixion of Jesus. In Mexico I believe (not being from Mexico I can only go off of google so if I'm wrong then feel free to correct me) it is celebrated the Sunday before Christmas day which is interesting in connection with Natalia just like you said.

The holy Saturday connection though is truly making me cackle though - becauee of the whole resurrection of Buck thing that the show has been playing with and this would tie in so well to that arc as well - especially after that graveside conversation and the clear indications of Eddies solitude and loneliness. Buck hasn't returned to us fully yet - he's still figuring things out and Eddie is recognising his loneliness in part because of Bucks death and his being different in the aftermath - the implication being that Buck isn't yet fully resurrected.

so i've seen a couple people when on the topic of reboots and revivals point out shows like mlpfim or the looney tunes show ... yeah that's not right. mlp and looney tunes are franchises i get so livid everytime i have to explain to someoje that LOONEY TUNES IS NOT A SHOW!!!!! looney tunes is multiple different shows and movies and comics based on old cartoons from the 30s-60s. a reboot or a revival is a renewal of an older show. A SHOW. a show with a premise and plot. a franchise is like, tmnt, i wouldn't call anything from there a "reboot" because like... it'll ALWAYS be different everytime someone makes a new show or movie about it. a reboot doesn't necessarily do that and a revival (which i'm using as "continuation" here) CERTAINLY shouldn't do that. the... animaniacs reboot is a strange case because... while it is a revival, it still? like? doesn't really understand the MAIN CHARACTERS? sorry to everyone who likes the animaniacs reboot i'm like super respectful if that's just something u enjoy but like. man, the animaniacs reboot is a different post entirely and it's not going to be entertaining becauee it will be complaints the whole time besides for the parts of the show i actually liked. anyway that's it, i just saw someone call mlpfim a reboot and was like nuh uh no way bibbity bop kazam.

Appearance: Kunizite is a gem with a lavender coloration and lavender eyes with a solemn expression. They wear the standard uniform consisting of a black top, shorts, tie, and shoes with a white undershirt and belt with a yellow buckle. They have dark gray kneesocks. They have very long lavender colored hair that touches the ground and pretty thick looking eyelashes.

When its summer, they switch to a summer variant of their uniform.

Personality: Kunizite was formerly a very considrate and responsible gem who loved to be relied upon by their friends, especially Burma Ruby who was their former partner.

After Burma Ruby was shattered and taken to the moon, Kunizite is solemn, depressed, and grieves for their lost partner despite the fact they were assigned a new partner; Lemon Quartz. When out on patrol, Lemon mentions that Kunizite is reckless when fighting, believing that Kunizite probably wishes to be taken to the Moon to be with Burma Ruby.

Kunizite seems rather distant from all their fellow gems, but does show a bit of care and worry towards their fellow companions. Kunizite also feels pity for Lemon Quartz, as Kunizite is aware they have been a terrible partner to Lemon.

History: Kunzite was created before Rubellite's creation and remained active after Rubellite's own formation. Kunzite was partnered with Burma Ruby who was around a similar age to them. Kunzite exclusively kept to Burma Ruby, and always was seen as a cheerful and happy gem alongside their partner.

However, one fated day Burma Ruby and Kunzite would encounter Lunarians in a suprise attack, shattering Burma Ruby almost instantly while Kunzite tried fending them off. Kunzite would try in vain to fend them off only to watch as Burma Ruby was taken away once the other gems arrived to aid them. Becauee of Burma Ruby's capture, Kunzite would shut down towards all gems, staying up at night to gaze at the moon and wonder what the Lunarians would be doing with Burma, and also desiring to apologize to their former partner.

Kunzite would be given Lemon Quartz to them by Sensei, who believed that a new partner would fill the void in Kunzite's heart, but Lemon was unable to keep Kunzite out of their depressive state. Kunzite is aware they are probably a bad partner for Lemon Quartz, but has done nothing to improve themselves as their depressive state still keeps them from forming the bonds that Burma Ruby once gave them.

In Houseki no Kuni / Land of the Lustrous Canon: Kunzite would eventually be shattered before Phos's time. Afterwards they would become Lunarian and be prayed away.

The way everything moved in slow motion when Mothra showed up to yell at me for fighting Kong in Cairo. The energy wave that knocked me over also knocked me out of titan form.

She stood there and scolded me and I was just melting. Like 😶🥹🥰. I cut her off by hugging her and kissing her head. I cried a little.

I always got super depressed whenever she died, even though I knew she would come back. The last time was just. Really traumatic to me because I'd already thought something happened to her before(i nearly killed Jonah becauee i thought he'd done something to her), I almost lost the fight against Ghidorah and I had to lose her for real (albeit temporarily.) With her death I had offically lost everyone I cared about because our children weren't yet born and Serizawa blew himself up to recharge me. The whole mecha godzilla thing only made my feelings about her not being there worse because I'm only so strong on my own. Also all I've ever done is protect you people! *why the fuck are you trying to kill me?!* my depression is the reason I'm so skinny in GxK.
