To be honest, Price really finds all your movements and techniques incredible. He loves seeing you play, especially in those tight shorts; though, he also hates how short they are. They’re hot, don’t get him wrong, but he doesn’t want people ogling his love inappropriately and disrespectfully.

He’s a bit iffy when watching you. He hates seeing you be close to many people, especially when your teammates either hug or pat you on the back for yet another win. But, seeing you happy is what matters. However, expect more of his specialty of permanent marks on your neck the next time you come in.

Always carries water and any extra supplies in case they break. Your team knows him pretty well, and I mean they can’t. Not with the way after you’re done, he’s attached to you like glue.

His way of saying ‘good luck’ before you enter the court is a tight hug, a kiss on your cheek and forehead before holding your face, kissing you more as tells you to ‘knock some ass out there’.

Unlike most of your teammates, Price isn’t loud and brash during your games. But rather, silently cheering you on as he watches you move; throwing a cheeky smile and a thumbs up when you catch his eyes before going out for a hopeful cigar.

As a captain, he has a bunch of energy — he uses this to help you train, especially throwing the ball toward you to receive. Not only is it a great thing to train with each other, but he gets to watch your muscles move; his eyes drail down to your exposed thighs and become memorized by the bounce of skin in each movement you make.

Definitely takes you out for your favorite fast food after a particular hard session, his hands promising to give you a good foot rub when you two make it home.

Price, after winning a session, always gives you the best hugs. He smells really good, his hugs deepening as people walk by. But, seeing that you won makes him really happy, especially since its a goal of yours.

He praises you a lot, regardless of whether you won or lost. Price will always demonstrate that he is proud of you – and if you say you made mistakes or that you’re not? He’s grabbing your chin, making you look at him as he forces you to copy the words that come out of his.

The game ended when Mick and Ryujin pulled a last minute Hail Mary and managed to kill San and Yeji. ‘Defeat’, the title said as it ended, the bean-shaped spacemen appearing on screen.

“Wow….” Yeji said. “We’ve known each other how long Mick? And you just kill me like that.?”

Mick laughed. “Hey, I don’t know why you thought I was so trustworthy when Cat correctly sussed me out for faking Keys.”

“It was literally Keys!” You shouted. “How did none of you believe me?”

“Um, I think I know.” San said.

“Don’t you dare.”

Bracken laughed loudly into his mic. “Please, Morn, tell us.”

“In the game before this, you:” San addressed you pointedly, “Voted the other imposter out, threw me under the bus, got Bracken voted out for faking something he didn’t fake--”

“Don’t forget that she reported my kill and then voted me out,” Ryujin added.

You laughed.

“Yeah, you reported your teammate’s kill and and then voted her out.” San amended his previous statement.

“And we won! So I don’t think I really did all that bad of a job. And also, that’s no reason not to believe me this time!” You laughed.

“Better than when Morn and Bracken won earlier because Yeji was third impostering so hard,” Ryujin added.

“Hey! I thought it was Mick!” Yeji shouted.

You all laughed.

“Cat, are you going to clip the part from earlier when we were in Decon and you divided Morn and Mick from the group?”

“Yes, oh my god that was so good.”

For some reason that caught your eye, and your attention snapped to your chat. You saw it for a second before it disappeared and you would have thought you were seeing things if you didn’t already know that Quack was fast on the draw when it came to hate comments.

“Cat?” San asked.

“Yeah, sorry. What’d you say?”

“I asked what that looked like from your perspective.”

“Oh, it was like… you guys were almost done with tasks and I don’t know about Yeji, but I was panicking--”

“Oh, no, I was also panicking.”

The two of you laughed.

“So when me and her happened to walk over to Decon at the same time and I realized that there was a slim chance we could win, I spammed the button closed as fast as I could and managed to separate you and Mick from the group and we were able to kill you.”

“When I saw the doors start to close, I was like, ‘This is our chance!’” Yeji laughed.

“Wowwww…” San trailed off. “I’m going to watch that clip when you post it, it sounds good, actually.”

“Yeah, I was about to be mad, but it sounds like a great bit of tension.” Mick admitted.

“It was very cinematic,” Ryujin added.

“Okay, do we want to take a break? We just played four games in a row and I don’t know about you but I need more water.”

A chorus of ‘Yeah’s and ‘Yes’s answered Mick’s question.

“Okay, so… ten minutes?”

“Sounds good,” you answered.

Everyone muted as they took off their headphones and stretched or went to the bathroom or got snacks. You went to the bathroom and refilled your water and sat back down to the sound of crunching.

You heard a sigh as Mick and Bracken sat back down at their desks, shortly joined by Yeji forgetting her mic was muted and Ryujin reminding her.

“Hmm…” Mick’s icon lit up as he thought out loud.

“Got something for us chief?” Ryujin asked.

He chuckled. “No, someone in my chat just asked why we don’t bet on the games we play.”

“Ew.” You said. “Life is enough of a gamble, I don’t also need to bet money on it.”

“I don’t have enough money to bet,” Yeji laughed.

“And like, what would happen if one of us is really good at a game and keeps winning and winning all the money? Then we’d end up never being able to play that game again.”

“Mhm.” Ryujin agreed.

“Also,” you added, “Keeho can’t bet. He’d be canceled right out of kpop.”

“They’d cancel him out for that?” San asked.

“Yeah, it’s like an image thing. Gambling is right up there with drugs and bullying on the list of Things That Will Destroy a Career."

“Strangely enough,” you said, “plagiarism is not on that list.”

“Are we talking about the incident where that well-known-producer-I-won’t-name stole a nightcore song and didn’t even get in trouble when everyone found out?” Ryujin asked.

“You know the one.”

“Shots.” She said with a laugh.

You chuckled. It happened a few years ago, but it still made you mad.

“Well, chat, you heard the team!” Mick said to his own chat.

Bracken laughed. “What if we just did a prize at the end?”

“We’re not actually considering this, are we?” Ryujin asked.

“I don’t know, it could be fun. What do you think, Morn, you haven’t said anything.”

“Oh… I wasn’t sure if I was allowed, since I’m just a replacement for Keeho.” “You’re a part of the group, Morn.” You reassured him.

“Oh… really?”

“Yeah, we all like having you around.”

“Mhm!” Yeji agreed through whatever food was in her mouth.

“Which is weird, because he’s probably sitting down.” Bracken added.

You all laughed.

“Oh, um, thanks guys,” San said.

When you have no time play this – EveryFarm

The fifth game in our series: EveryFarm.

(This is just a recommendation from us, we do play the games ourselves we are neither sponsored nor paid or benefit from anything)

Time flies by and in a blink of an eye you suddenly see that when exams are around the door, there is no time to play anything at all, this also applies after coming home from work, university or other duties.

In the middle of little lunch breaks or our hustle life we cannot afford to play time-consuming games, but does that mean we really have to give up games all in all?

No worries, even with the little amount of time, the game we will present you today might be your next companion for a little while since it’s playable despite having no time.

EveryFarm or also formerly known as EveryTown, with its previous game not being available in English anymore recently launched and won back a lot of returning as well as new players.

The game is available on IOS and Android, and was published by the company WeMadeConnect.

But what is EveryFarm about?

What is EveryFarm?

Is it yet another farming game typically close to all the others out there in the market?

With the story beginning as an old childhood friend of Lena and Tom returning to the town you grew up in, you realize that things haven’t been so good neither in infrastructure nor in crops. Like in every story it’s up to you, to get the old farm back in shape, increase profits, eco and the infrastructure, while also encountering several people on your journey for a farm you inherited from your grandfather.

A little bit of a side-story next to what you have to do, which also serves as a Tutorial and guideline for whenever you feel lost

The good thing is, the more you progress in the game the longer the waiting times of crops, animal produce, shops and mills take which makes it a good game to play while doing work or studying, or just throughout the day since you don’t need to be online all the time.

How to play EveryFarm

EveryFarm is not much of a chore, yet it feels very satisfying and kind of releases a bit of stress the way you play it.

For example, you pick the crops you want to sow, hold and press over the fields of your choice. Afterwards to water them (which is not an extra but also a process to make the crops grow) you can tap each and every of them separately or also hold and hover over the feels. The movement seems like you are actually watering as a watercan can also be swung from one field to another.

Next to crops you have the animals, mills and shops, which you need to tap in order to get your produce and when the three dots appear you can fill them with the needed ingredients to make them work (in case of animals you feed them and get the produce).

If you turn off the music you can also clearly hear the different crops, animals and the sounds of each action which puts a little ASMR effect into the game.

What you can do in EveryFarm

We already mentioned the farming aspect and also a bit of shops and mills.

But the thing that makes EveryFarm a bit more distinctive is that you have the Town Building and Farming aspect in one, and not only that but it’s connected to several characters and their stories which can be revealed step by step.

The more you progress in the story the more characters will unlock and you can also choose who can roam in your little town and who can’t. The more you interact and built a good relationship with them, the more rewards you get and later on you can also give them other outfits. The starters of the game are Lena, Tom and Doris who will keep you busy for a while.

There are also several types of quests, one being the main story and the other which is labeled as Crops to make you sow every crop there is and get a great bonus reward from it, later on there will be even more next to those two relating to characters and their requests.

As mentioned before, the decorating part.

Town Building may seem rather appealing for decoration purposes, but in EveryFarm there is a value called Eco which indicates how well the Ecosystem of your farm is doing. The higher the Eco the longer your produce and harvest stay fresh on the opposite the lower it is, well let’s say you won’t feel as happy staying offline for a while. Eco is also needed as a requirement for shops and mills, which next to coins limits you to build as many of them as you please, and makes your ‘flourishing Town’ not only filled with… profit layout. Eco can be gained through various buildings, trees, flowers etc. which come in a variety of themes that also expand and get updated. Many items can be collected and decorating the town for higher Eco is not only for the mills anymore, but you built your town in your own style.

Despite that also many things cost SEED, which you either have to work long for and get them rarely, there are also many options for the free to play people out there that can be bought by the usual coins.

You can also make many friends, since EveryFarm provides usually a limited 10 helping actions per day, they encourage the player to connect and help each other, since helping someone out gives the person the rewards of one produce of the chosen mill/shop and the person who the mill/shop belongs gets the double reward. A smart feature to connect people and by the message functions you can even post on their profile, which also gave us the opportunity to make some friends with wonderful people there.

Currently there is even an event going to 16th June, which allows 20 helps a day so be sure to use them for the bonus!

Aesthetics of EveryFarm

EveryFarm looks adorable from the starting screen to the little chibis and decorations you can use.

It is pleasant to look at and the green image of a farm and many flowers being available also makes it a lot easier to feel relaxed.

They use soft colors. They vary how vibrant they are but they are never too much or bothering.

Even when the main story switches to a dialog where you can see the full body picture of the characters they are in motion, which is interesting to look at when they usually show only their heads and shoulders in the quest area.

The sound of picking up the villagers are also cute, not only the girls but even Doris who is an old man laughs heartily which doesn’t break the concept of a relaxing and cute farming game.

All in all, it reminds you of the old nostalgic rpg games that one used to play.

wilbur (Wilbur Soot): his channel started when he was like 10, and they were just home videos of him making lego contraptions before completely wrecking them in various 10 year old ways. phil and The Fridge were very much present. the videos slowly transitioned through periods of silence and random variety to a phase of exclusively music for several years

when he joined the dsmp he began making vlogs in l'manburg with the occasional "JOIN OUR COUNTRY" added in. he used the community tab way too much. he used it even more during election era, which was 90% politics/debate videos/hypotheticals if pog2020 won. the videos thinned out in pogtopia and completely disappeared post-october 16, but reappeared briefly for a livestream of the rebellion and ended with him tossing the camera to the ground right before he ran into the button room. the stream crashed after tnt (or a wither blast) exploded the camera and it fell in the water.

ghostbur forgot his youtube password.

revivedbur, upon finally fucking remembering his youtube password, immediately started doing asmr which i feel like is lowkey plausible in canon. he also made those batshit rp pov ones but they're all just him recalling actual events that happened to him and they're all painstakingly accurate (the acting in some of them make certain viewers who were present at its actual occurence very uncomfortable). after his like 6-month long absence his return video was like 30 minutes long detailing the reasons why he was absent. everyone he knew was in the comments being like "why did you have time to make and edit a half-hour long youtube video but not ring me up after you apparently got resurrected."

expectedly, his videos have a lot of dislikes. there's always gonna be that top comment that's like "for those who don't know why his videos get so much hate:" and then there's an essay the length of a geronimo stilton book

almost all of his videos have philosophical elements and he's made several video essays on life that are usually just him talking while looking at the sun rise over different settings. he has also made videos advertising wilburger that are passive-aggressively shading las nevadas while simultaneously wanting to join and also insulting quackity and simping for him at the same time and it's the most confusing thing you'll ever see (unless you are quackity, in which case you completely keep up)

quackity (bigQ/LasNevadasOfficial): he has two channels, one for personal stuff and one for las nevadas. bigQ is the older one and started off with meme edits that are the video equivalent of standing inside a radioactive microwave while the loudest sound in the world plays. when he canonically went into juvie he kept making videos somehow with the fucking cctv but they were all "1 MINUTE LIFE HACK HOW TO ESCAPE JUVIE!!!" videos and all of them ended in failure.

he immediately went back to the meme edits that would give you 420 psychic damage once he left, but imagine all of the mass whiplash his followers got when he went from posting big chungus with rave effects and distorted caramelldansen to well-produced persuasive video essays on why you should vote for swag2020 (do not worry the meme edits have not stopped. they just got banished to youtube shorts)

this eventually turned into him just making full on manberg propaganda and the people who hadn't fucking disintegrated from the extreme tonal change were mostly on board but also concerned at how he didn't seem to be fully comfortable with schlatt around. he stopped posting after october 16, but exactly a month after he came out with a 60-minute exposè on his dead ex-husband. in new l'manberg he began making video essays about politics and, just like tubbo, had a 3-hour long video on why the butcher army failed except he was much angrier than tubbo was. videos at this time were also a lot less frequent. after doomsday, he made a remembrance video about l'manberg that the rest of the l'manbrrgians worked on (even tommy). it's the video with the most views and there are three dislikes on it (i'm sure you can guess by who).

during and after this there was also a brief period of daily vlogs he'd upload of him with karl and sapnap running around and doing shit that proved he had incredibly shaky hands and also owned an iphone 6s. after the falling out, they all ended up being privated and never spoken of again

in las nevadas, he made "LasNevadasOfficial," which is basically like every other corporate youtube channel but with a lot more projection and passive aggression. he uploads most of his videos on las nevadas there but he posts some short unedited clips of him and the las nevadas boys hanging out on his personal channel that are promoted a lot less than everything else he makes. he also does a lot of card trick tutorials and has nade a 2 hour long video called "WHY CAPITALISM GOOD ACTUALLY: REPLYING TO IDIOT ME FROM 6 MONTHS AGO." also all the top comments on all his recent videos have him and wilbur arguing until the reply limit (at which point it's usually "HA LAST REPLY DUMBASS I WON") and they have made like 5 debates together that tommy and tubbo commented "deffo flerting" on

also the meme edits have still not stopped.

i should be doing math hw but i’m bored so here’s descriptions of a few random dreams i’ve had that featured kpop idols 🙈😋

i was lost in a parking garage (they genuinely terrify me for some reason) & mark, haechan, yuta and taeyong were just sitting at a table that looked like a lemonade stand. i remember that they were dressed head to toe in pink and the table was hot pink too… but anyways like they were recruiting people for something, i have no clue what for but the people lined up were really intimidating and scary looking. i assumed that they were part of like a gang or smtg but i remember when i came, they all turned to look at me & were confused 😐 conclusion: made no sense!!

it took place in like what looked like my house but had a slightly different layout & anyways mark, winwin and taeyong were sitting in my dad’s office wearing tracksuits and playing some sort of racing game?? the other members of 127 were crowded behind them, cheering them on for wtv reason & i think i was their manager (maybe for a gaming team) or smtg bc i handed taeyong a water bottle and towel 🤕 in concision, this dream kind of made sense but was weird… help wait i just saw i have 127 followers rn while writing this & realized most of my dreams were abt 127 or just nct in general lol

i was at like a park & all of a sudden, the dreamies ambushed me with water balloons and i broke down crying (not sure why dream me cried but wtv) so jaemin bought me ice cream but he made me get vanilla,, ice cream is ice cream though so i didn’t mind much 😋

oh this one’s kind of recent but only haechan was in it. haechan and seungkwan were my student teachers i think for english and basically the whole dream was abt how wonyoung transferred to my school & was like the pretty new girl that i immediately fell in love with but then she became friends with the girl that despised me 🥲

i had a crush on niki & he knew, so he would basically use me for candy (idk why candy lol) and help with his hw (not a good decision on his part bc i got a 55 on my most recent math test 🤕) 💔 but then jungwon felt bad ig and he met me in the library. he handed me back hershey kisses (that i’d given to riki who gave it to him) and he basically told me to ignore the enha boys altogether bc they’d only hurt me ☹️ (very ominous help) but then liz walked in to the library and started singing eleven while walking towards me & won somehow disappeared :( the dream ended there lol 🥲

so like ig niki and heeseung were in my history class and we were waiting for our projects to get graded, so in the time that we were waiting they decided to do one of those ear cleanings (like the asmr videos) on me & then afterwards we ate frozen grapes (i was craving them earlier so ig that’s why 😓) … it was so random 😭 but then at the end, my teacher gave me a 199 on my project 😳

During the Mini House special events, I obtained all the furnishing items and had already unlocked all the furniture in the home so I thought for Gavin’s Birthday Week, I would share all of the little secrets it contains!

Gavin has four sections of the house including-

Living Room

Loft

Courtyard

Basement

This post also includes MC’s commentary and quotes from special happenings associated with Gavin. Special furnishes will have the coziness points indicated next to its name.

Living Room

Soft Stool

The white soft stool next to the tea table.

This stool is a must when Gavin watches soccer games.

The leather surface is very soft, and its height is just right for watching TV on.

Want to know the trend of the soccer lottery recently? How about asking about it?

It seemed to have won all the recent games, and is both happy and lonely.

If his favourite team loses, Gavin will sit here alone. (#sad)

White Sofa

With so many pillows, you don’t have to worry about having no support behind you.

Is the white sofa difficult to clean?

The bolsters are very comfortable.

Curled up on the sofa with soft ginkgo aroma.

“Gavin, do you remember what you told me?”

“I just want to be with you, just like this...”

“You still remembered!”

“I won’t forget what I’ve told you.”

“Then... Do you have anything you want to tell me this time?”

Gavin kissed MC’s forehead gently.

Zoombot

The black Zoombot.

Today I’m again busy all over the place saving Zoombot.

It’s a bit stupid and often gets stuck after hitting the furniture.

Makes a buzzing sound when working.

You threaten it: If you hang again, I’ll replace you!

Music Stand

The music stand bought by Gavin.

On it are sheets of music scores printed by Gavin.

It will sometimes think that the small black table next to it is a bit short.

Sometimes Gavin uses in in the hanging chair to record melodies.

Gavin will print the music scores and put them on it to practice.

Flowers on the Wall

Each flower is carefully selected by Gavin.

The front wall stores a variety of flowers.

The flowers on the entire flower wall are all preserved fresh flowers.

Black Table and Seat

Looking at it closely, it is the song that Gavin played last time. (Music score sheet on table.)

It is also very comfortable with the little black seat cushion next to it.

The soft black cushion stuffed with cotton.

My exclusive seat for Gavin’s recital.

I bought it with Gavin when we were shopping at the furniture market.

Hanging Chair/Rose Hanging Chair (Coziness 88)

A great napping spot.

Here in the Leisure Time special happening, MC and Gavin talk about the swing they had in high school. MC is surprised that Gavin knew about the view of the sunset when being on it. He says he “passed by” sometimes. MC notes how the ginkgo leaves danced in the wind. He says, “they were gifts from another person”.

Heart-Shaped Chair (Coziness 28)

A cute small stool and a convenient storage box.

Gavin’s expression was a bit subtle while he sat on it first.

Alternating blue and pink hearts, as it’s a Valentine’s Day limited edition.

Surfboard Cabinet (Coziness 42)

It’s a new surfboard. Bring it next time we travel.

There are also other surfboards. Guess where they are?

It says fly on the surfboard, like I can leap through waves with it.

Blue Lamp

A lamp that always blows bubbles from the bottom to top.

It’s beautiful and dreamlike when switched on at night.

Black Table on the Left

“This looks like the score that Gavin played on the beach last time. I suddenly feel a bit nostalgic.” - This refers to the Slightly Drunken Date!

“I found a picture of an asleep Gavin. He was sleeping soundly.”

Claw Machine and Carpet

A dream-like claw machine. Gavin will add new dolls in it.

The inserted game coins can be taken out from the back of the machine and then reused.

A small black carpet in front of the claw machine.

I bought it together with the large carpet.

Red Bunny, White Bunny, Pink Bunny, Red Bunny, Grey Bunny.

Motorcycles

The blue motorcycle sometimes want to compete with the opposite motorcycle.

The colour of the motorcycle displayed is sky blue.

Maybe its name will be “Azure”? (because Gavin uses colours to individually name items.)

Spring Landscape Display

The landscape has been embedded into the window, like beautiful paintings.

Maybe there is a new world inside.

I can't help stopping to enjoy the view each time I pass.

Is designed for a wider view, improving your mood even when you're tired.

Winter Landscape Display (Coziness 61)

A corresponding landscape should be changed into winter.

Such heavy snow! Frozen river! Unfortunately, they are all fake.

You can enjoy the red maple leaves and snow even at home, isn’t it wonderful?

Loft

Painting

This is a word map that covers the entire wall.

Looking at it, Gavin and I have already been to so many places.

If you want to travel, you can find the destination on it in advance.

I'm willing to create memories with him in many more places.

Chandelier

The current iron style design is really cool.

Shines warm yellow when turned on, warming our hearts.

Display Cabinet

It should have been a wine cabinet, but Gavin doesn’t drink, so it became a display cabinet.

The ‘little things’ between me and Gavin are displayed inside.

It looks empty now, but it will slowly be filled up in the future.

Black Tea Table

A black low table in front of the sofa.

I occasionally work here.

The star and moon deco piece is very beautiful, I picked it with Gavin.

You can put fruits and snacks on it while reading.

The wood texture had a matted quality with the black coat of paint.

Art

Looks cold but is artistic.

Seems useless, but also seems cool.

Greenery

A corner with blooming flowers all seasons, is warm and restful to the eye.

Outside the window is a huge ginkgo tree, and the fallen leaves are like brocade.

I feel like it’s always spring with all these flowers around.

It compliments the scenery outside the window. (They have a ginkgo tree right outside their home!)

Cabinet

Photo framed have karmas from the Starry Date and the Romantic Date!

Decorative Cabinet/Snowman Closet (Coziness 49)

The two little snowmen stared at each other throughout the winter. (Cute little reference to the CN Recovery ASMR.)

It looks like a window at first glance, but it’s actually a cabinet if you look carefully.

And you could open it. Didn’t see that coming right?

Starry Sky Wall (Coziness 52)

Today’s wish… I hope that Gavin…

I will accompany you to see the meteor rain which falls on this Earth.

Every moment a wish is realised, there will be a meteor streaking across the sky.

Dandelion Lamp (Coziness 43)

The lamp looks exactly like the grapefruit during Mid-Autumn Festival.

Like a burning sparkler, shining brightly.

Six light sources, not too dazzling nor too dark.

Festive Decoration Table (Coziness 57)

Although there are two cups of drinks, we can still drink from the same cup.

The sofa in the corner always makes people feel safe.

Although we are only two people, I still chose two long couches.

The letter under the ginkgo biloba leaf, writes a love poem.

All the shopping bags represent his most flawless love.

The wide view allows you to see the scenery in the yard.

The soft white mat was added afterwards.

But it’s always hot under the sunlight, so the curtain is often pulled down.

These action figures are actually pretty fun!

The puzzle is all grown up. It should be able to piece itself back together. (LOL)

(Puzzle) Maybe finish it while Gavin’s gone?

(Table) It sometimes thinks the table is a bit short.

(Chair) It looks hard but it’s actually comfortable to sit on.

Very spacious, but looks a bit empty.

Some decorations should be displayed here.

Sitting on a blanket is also very comfortable. You can also lean on the small pillow.

(Carpet) This is a carpet. You can’t tell, right?

The advanced smart carpet that is warm in winter and cool in summer is awesome.

But star-watching is clearer mid-air.

Seems to be the same binoculars as those in the scenic area.

The binoculars in the scenic area require coins, but this one doesn't.

Outdoor Lounge Chairs

The new furniture I asked Gavin to buy.

Can enjoy the sunlight spa comfortably when relaxing.

Closing my eyes, I feel like I’m lying on a beach.

The soft breeze and warm sunshine. This is life.

under the hat there is a rat pulling akaashi’s hair

the other team, watching the entire thing go down: 👁👄👁

the producers have to tell gordon the entire story through the freezer and he eventually leaves

team setter is automatically disqualified and gordon is happy thinking he doesn’t have to taste whatever it is team captain made but boy was he wrong

gordon: *looks at the dish which has ushijima’s three (3) pieces of raw broccoli, bokuto’s mashed potatoes, an egg that daichi boiled, and an artful smear of ketchup courtesy of kuroo*

gordon: do i really have to eat this?

producer: you’re under contract

none of the things on that plate were good

Maven used to scream and cry a lot in his sleep. Before Elara took that away from him, though, the sound would cause Cal to wake up and wake up his brother. This would result in the two staying up until sun rise, much to the annoyance of Tibe and Elara.

When Cal was brought back from the front, Tibe was both impressed and a little nervous that Cal was so calm the first few months. He did not know Cal had lined his room to be mostly sound proof, or that Cal would scream into his pillow after training because of the memories; Red or Silver, people still died and Cal saw it happen.

Elara tried to "fix" Cal like she tried "fixing" Maven once,but had Samson do the deed because like hell she was going downfor that. IT DID NOT GO WELL. She took one memory of him and he almost had a mental breakdown from trying to remember. Naturally, Tibe was absolutely pissed when he realized what happened. Samson gave the memory right back, not just out of respect for his cousin, but also because Tibe is scary when he needs to be.

Before the events of Red Queen, Cal actually had a snack drawer in his desk. It had some small sweets, and Cal only took a snack out maybe once or twice a month at most.

If YouTube were to exist during the time Red Queen takes place, Cal would most likely watch How Ridiculous, GrayStillPlays, Markiplier, and some Bobby Duke Arts. Maven would mostly watch ASMR channels, Buzzfeed Unsolved, and kiwami japan. Cal watches that last one, too because Maven got him into it. A guilty pleasure channel, or two, for them both is Jenna Marbles and Julien Solomita.

On his first day of training, Maven thoroughly got his ass handed to him. Multiple times. Once by Cal, but by a cocky strongarm the rest of the times. Cal dealt with him whenever Maven wasn't looking; you can have the strength of a hundred men, but have fun trying to maneuver yourself away from your slimmer opponent that can get you at a short and long range.

Cal hates swimming with a burning passion. If you go swimming at a pool, and you two are alone, he will only sit on the edge and let his legs soak, or only sun bathe. If you two are not alone, he will fake a smile and guve you the biggest, 'SAVE ME,' 'I HATE THIS,' and 'I'M GOING TO KILL YOU' eyes as he walks in the mostly shallow ends.

Maven can tolerate water and swimming SLIGHTLY better than Cal.

Cal wanted to.learn how to play the violin and piano, but a soldier's work on the front is never done.

Maven DESPISED being on the front. Mainly because it was impossible to sleep with the notion that he could die at any given second, regardless of the orders given to the other soldiers.

While Cal holds onto ALL of his scars, Maven only has one big scar on the side of his body. He only noticed when Cal pointed it out to him. Maven admitted he didn't know where it came from, but he did know that he only remembered being knocked down and something hit his ribs and he passed out. Only Elara knows the full story of that scar.

It took a while for Bree and Tramy to warm up to Cal. The time was absolutely worth it because the remaining two Barrow boys were the best friends Cal ever had, and that's including Kilorn.

Kilorn found a copy of The Outsiders. Cal and Mare found him crying the next week, and the answer he gave when they asked was, "Stay gold! How can anyone stay gold when someone so young died saving a bunch of children!? He just wanted to live a little!"

Cal, Kilorn, Bree, and Tramy made a bet once that whichever one of the electricons won in training, the loser who bet on his electricon had to get his chest, stomach, arms, and legs waxed. Unfortunately, the electricons had decided to tag team: Mare and Rafe vs. Tyton and Ella. The latter team won. Bree and Tramy had to carry Kilorn and Cal as the two were hiding and were terrified to get waxed. Kilorn shrieked like a little girl and Cal screamed after a few times. It was very funny for Gisa and Mare, but Cal almost kicked them both.

Cal and Maven have been there for each other emotionally in their darkest times. Cal grew to treasure those moments, after the events in the series.

Cal is an early bird and Mare is a night owl.

Cal tried to test the flashlights in the Scarlet Guard to see which was the most powerful. He didn't get far, as Mare had found him in the dark. This is the conversation they had when she "found" him:

"Cal?"

"... Yeah?"

"Where ARE you right now? I mean, in this room?"

"The corner a head of you."

"What are you doing?"

"Testing the flashlights, just in case something happens."

"(Laughs) You've got to be kidding."

"(Turns on a flash light, but has the light shining up at him with the flashlight under him, if that makes sense, so she can see him) I've never been more serious."

"Come out. You're going to ruin your eyes."

"(Turns the flashlight off) Just a few more, I'm almost done."

"Cal, let's go."

"... Fine."

Mare and Cal are both fans of The Office. The two constantly quote it and make each other laugh.

Whenever Mare is playfully mad, Cal just stands back and holds her forehead so she can't get any hits on him.

Mare and Can have a system: if he will carry her on his back, then she will rub his shoulders and back when he's sore. He rubs her back and shoulders as well, though he does have an easy time giving her piggyback rides.

Cal doesn't need glasses to see all the time just for when it's late and he's up reading something.

Do you remember Red School!Maven's hair? Red Quenn!Maven once grew his hair out that long. He only got the incentive to cut it shoter when Cal kept grabbing him by this long hair and kicking the crap out of him. Elara gave him shit for it, but it was a lesson well taught and learned.

Contrary to whatever Elara says, Tibe DID discipline Cal. She just never saw it happen, and whatever Cal did, he was sure he would never do it again, or get caught doing it. Th former worked better for him.

If you het Cal at the just right moment, he will become the giggliest bitch ever. His officers found this out during a formation drill, where there soldiers all had to stay in form until time was up or everyone dropped out. The officers told dirty jokes and brought in one of those screaming rubber chickens to help. Although Cal did not drop out, when time was up his soldier mask completely shattered when his officer said in the most serious tone in the world, "So these boys don't have lint for balls and balls for brains after all." Mixed with the rest of the jokes and the screaming chicken, Cal fell down and started crying from laughing so hard. He tried numerous times to calm down and it did not work. He eventually calmed down, but he still had some giggles through the rest of the day.

People don't like to be around Cal when he's in hunter mode. It's not that he gets arrogant, he gets really, REALLY SCARY. Like, if you try to tell him something, he will give you murder eyes. Whether or not he means it is up for debate, but, needless to say, he does not like distractions from his hunt.

Cal had a nickname when looking for/hunting and taking down spies: The Hellhound.

Being a good killer, Ptolemus also has a nickname: The Berserker Prince.

Have you ever been brave enough to cut your hair in a very different way and if you have, did you regret your decision after? Well, I chopped it off several months ago to like a pixie cut, which is the shortest I’ve ever had it. I was sad to cut my hair because it was so long and it took so long to get it that length, but it just required more maintenance and energy than I was able to give it and it often got really knotted because of that, so I was just fed up and cut it super short. It doesn’t require much of me now, which has been nice and convenient. I don’t particularly like how it looks, though. It’s choppy and in awkward stage at the moment. Good thing for hats and wigs when I go out.

What was the last book you had to read for school and did you enjoy it or were you just trying to get through? I don’t remember.

Gwevin headcanons(reboot edition pt 2)

So I have mixed in so far little tidbits that I like to think about along with the bits of content that the show has provided along with unofficial teen & older domestic life drabbles to add here - Gwen had known how precious finding that asmr CD was to Kevin (because of his plaguing troubles in his home life previously and most failed father figures to fill that gap and treat him properly) so she stocked up and bought a bunch of blank discs to burn for that specific one properly while he had temporarily taken refuge while sleeping in the rustbucket (just winging it on this), just in case the main one gets scratches & stopped playing so Kevin can have backups to ensure he gets proper sleep and doesn't end up going almost a week without rest again - He was anxious about the main secret poem that he had made about gwen bringing him some light in the darker moments that he had to grow up with (having a drunkard neglectful father/guardian etc. and a mother that worked long hours to support the family which left him lonesome for a long while) being spoken before he could properly finish it along with the previous poem reflecting that excruciating inner pain he's dealt with so far to that point so he wanted to channel other forms of his poetry until the other is completed, he usually recites mini haiku's and other drabble related things to express himself around her which gives him some stress relief for the most part (but he tries to make sure Ben is distracted with some activity when he's in the mood to pull out his book and have some fun) - Sometimes Ben has joined in to watch some lucky girl with the two but most of the time they caught up watching most of the airing shows with some more privacy and admire what the episodes will entail, Kevin's most favorite parts during the event is the pure joy on Gwen's face and the mini conversations that reflect the subject at hand (in the future they meet the actor herself and he makes sure the complete box sets and merchandise will be well kept in fine condition into their upcoming adulthood and beyond) - When Gwen had shown off her transformation to the lucky girl attire that appeared in "Cyber Slammers" to Kev he was speechless for at least a few minutes in complete awe before saying that it brought out the cuteness in her (despite that she was still adorkably cute to him for a long while), he did try to hide his apparent blush though when she thanked him for his compliment - Although her robo cat suit was short lived and he had been dealing with getting revenge on FK's lies & constant belittlement towards him at the time he did think later on that she looked cute in it, once in their teen years and Phil recreated the suit again to accommodate for her current age & physical build he was stunned & was a blushing mess (he blames his hormones for making him more awkward around her than he already was to begin with) and says she looks beautiful (even if she's beautiful to him with being herself regardless) - A few years later both make sure they have their privacy set for a special moment they've wanted to experience together - Kevin was upset that he was turned into a baby when he was trying to confess his feelings to Gwen (though aside from his antics he enjoyed the brief moments of her holding him despite than after the events & before changing back that the cramped feeling of sharing room with little Ben & Max had gotten on his nerves which resulted in the shoving shown later), later on he was able to tell her how he feels about her - They were going to have a little leisure drive courtesy of glitch though Gwen had a moment of uneasiness (due to the events of Buggy Out) even if she honestly didn't want to have it brought up when things are much different now & what he was getting through during then, which results for them walking for a while and her telling him why she felt uneasy at first and felt guilty about such but he told her that it was alright for him to be aware of it so it helps him know what bugs her so she can feel comforted. After hugging one another Glitch catches up to both of them and escorts them back to the RV, during the ride he non verbally consoles her which prompted a soft smile which he also did the same. - During their early adulthood and her being pregnant with Devlin at the time they both watched some reruns of older Lucky Girl episodes and enjoyed their quality time together, while Kevin was getting some groceries due to her craving she had slept and had a nightmare that she had lost him to an accident. She was uneasy for a while until he had returned home and reassured her that he'll make sure nothing bad would happen to him for both their sakes. - When it comes to which aliens that Gwen is fond of she would say she likes them all since they come from someone that she's grown to adore whom adores her back, she enjoys how sweet and cuddly Kev's Bashmouth is and loves to give him hugs since it is a good stress reliever for the both of them - Once he finishes his special poem he thinks up of going to a nice restaurant that she's been mentioning for a while, while they were ordering her food he goes and recites the entire thing to her, once he reaches near the end he proceeds to bend on one knee & finish off with a proposal as the ring she's liked when she skimmed a ring store in the past (which he earned a lot of money over time for this to be possible) popped from the end of the poem page & into his hand. She looked into his eyes overjoyed with the marriage proposal that she accepted, for once the two didn't mind an applause from the other patrons surrounding them at the restaurant - The couple had spent some time with her family (mostly a lot after their twins Krystal & Kaleb were born) & spent time having play dates with Ben's kids so they can have some interaction outside of home for a while - On a date to a theme park based on Adrenaland the two see a place that has plushes based on Kevin's aliens (since people recognized what the group had done of their heroic efforts) and Kevin decided to win a plush for her (which he won & received Bashmouth and gave it to her as a gift), she enjoyed the gift he gave as they kissed and shared an embrace. - Gwen & Kevin took time to enjoy a snow day and decided to do some activities while having the time of their lives, they grinned at one another while making snow angels - While her hair was starting to grow out she wanted to keep them from getting tangles & knots so after dong her hair she asked Kevin to give her some braids (he's been learning about doing it for a while), he obliges her and makes a few braids with his own flair - Being fans of Lucky Girl they like to think they are the characters in the story (their children in the future follow suit on the role play), since Gwen would be lucky girl Kevin would be whomever would be the mamoru/darien of that show and be proud to be by his sweetheart's side - Both are proud & doting parents to their children, Gwen shows her abilities & powers to them along with their lucky girl stuff while Kevin tells his kids how proud he is of them & lets them play with the array of alien plushes he owned (Devlin chose Quadsmack, Kaleb chose Bashmouth & because Krystal kind of wanted to choose him before her baby twin did she compromised and chose both Dark Matter and Bootleg) he doesn't mind in the slightest if his little girl wants to have both plushes - While putting on some music they decided to enjoy slow dancing together, while they both gazed lovingly at one another (even if they've done it before they definitely enjoy doing it again) - The picture that was taken during his time with the Tennyson's at Adrenaland Jr. before they were banned from the park was one of his most cherished pictures that he laminated in a frame that was a part of the decor of his and Gwen's home - Since it would be a while before someone would take the time and give Kevin some swimming lessons in safer waters the he and Gwen spent some time together wading through the water with his giraffe floatie - Although Kevin had thought he got the highest score in the newest Sumo Slammers phone game, Gwen had schooled him at the game sometime later in her free time. He was flabbergasted at first but he was impressed that she took the crown in such a short time. - At a point of time he playfully teased Gwen once calling her 'Carrot top' he did it to be endearing (aside from his usual princess nickname he gives her) he tries to not tease her as much as he teases her cousin, she knows and appreciates it but tells him to tone it down to a few times when the mood strikes - Before Gwen was his girlfriend,fiance and wife along with Ben being his brother in law they were his first and most treasured best friends that he ever had, even if he had a tsundere like attitude towards it and that his relationship with the two was a bit rocky at first and he loves every moment that he doesn't feel alone in the world - If he went back to human form when he was still a baby he would've clung to Gwen because he trusts her, though he would probably grumble and growl at Ben sometimes much to Gwen's displeasure - A few years later the Tennysons & co would pay a visit to Simon and the others and would note about if Kevin was Gwen's boyfriend considering how he acts around her, both their faces had never been more red that day though he sees her as his girlfriend until they made it official later - Based on a twitter post during Digital Quality in a AU sense Kevin & the Tennysons had combined their efforts through a song to fight against Lord Decibel - They both care for another if ones gets ill (but take proper precautions as well before and during it) and appreciate each other for doing that as they grow closer - When either is down they are there to cheer each other up and comfort one another (if Gwen was feeling down and he was Bashmouth he would be right by her side and just be his cute doggo self which brings a smile to her face, even if she would be crying/having a sad expression on her face) - If Gwen wanted to be able to see things and some people were too tall for her to get a good glimpse at something Kevin would change into Dark matter and place her on his shoulders for her and him to get a better look (or another alien if she needed higher elevation) - While watching a load of monster/horror movies they decided to binge, Gwen notices some similarities Kevin's aliens had in correlation to those movies which to her teetered it being between either coincidence or being intentional in some sense - Since she liked his free styled rap in what rhymes with omnitrix they went ahead and did a duet for the fun of it and had a great time - Kevin enjoyed their campfire stories and could imagine to interact with Gwen during those segments of the stories, his favorite would be when she gives him her galaxy brownies to eat -Gwen may make quips about Kevin’s mullet but she does like the way he wings with it compared to others that make it look like really messy bad hair

Reacting to last few episodes of Nippu Sentai Hurricanger.

4:07 PM 8/1/2020 Nippu Sentai Hurricanger ep49; last scenes.

Why is this tragic music playing during Shurikenger's battle scene?

Oh no...I just remembered that Super Sentai Hurricanger is a "ninja story". We know what's the most common trope in a story about ninja... Ninja sacrificing themselves. ;~~; . . . 4:13 PM 8/1/2020 ep50

Wait. Is Gozen dead too? Why did she appear in that flash of remembering Shurikenger being dead? Is that why Shurikenger sacrificed himself? Gozen was already dead?

I think I remember these antagonist ninja girls from Gokaiger. Ever since I started catching Hurricanger on Tokushoutsu, I've been wondering how these 2 kunoichi end up either surviving or defecting away from the villains' side.

And of course the villain in a ninja story is the one who betrays their master. Sandaaru.

Wait. Why did Ikkou and Isshu's mecha blow up? Did they do that cliche where you stab through yourself to get the enemy? Haven't seen that since Jin. I guess we gotta have more ninja sacrificing themselves before the series ends. ~.~; I want to go on about how "cliche" it is, but only to blunt the blow of the tragedy. Because honestly, these tropes really do hit me in the feels! ;o;!!!

Oboro and the Headmaster god killed to?!???? Jeeze, how much tragedy does this story need?!? ;O;!!! ...Oh, yeah, I forgot: This is a "ninja story". Tragedy and everyone dying is kind of the prerogative.

Wait. Why aren't they getting into their mecha to fight? Oh yeah. First gotta have the unmasked character introduction kata/mie pose sequence at the start of the series' last battle. I loved that in Gokaiger! (I'm going to refer to Gokaiger a lot. It's the only Super Sentai series I've finished. I barely started with Shinkenger before my source for episodes dried up.) . . . 4:30 PM 8/1/2020 ep51 "Final Scroll: Wind, Water, Earth".

Oh, yeah. Even though the lead Sentai is red like fire, there is no Fire in the Asian fundamental elements set---noWaitaminute! Yes thre is! Wind is the one that's missing! If anything, Wind is considered Ki. If Fire is there then why isn't the red Sentai representative of Fire? Is this a ninja thing? Ninja and the wind? Probably. lol

Tau Zant is back?! O.o?! Well, I guess building him up as the final boss, all season, and not giving him the final battle would've been disappointing.

Oh, wait. He's a conglomeration of all the villain's evil wills? I thought that trope was only for yokai stories... But I guess ninja stories do use a lot of magic and blur the line with the yokai genre.

I like that they won the mecha battle by pretending to be beaten. They used both the tropes of "an enemy is the most dangerous when about to be killed with a final blow" and "a ninja's primary weapon is deception", to get to Tau Zant's forehead weak spot. And I also like the trope of "the villain makes an obvious fatal flaw" during battle tactics, rather than just the plot. I know all these tropes are cliche in Japan, but I re~ally like them~! ;u;! It's so weird that at the hint of a cliche trope from American/Hollywood media, I get kind of bored, but I love all these Japanese pop culture tropes from anime, manga, and tokusatsu. ^.^; But I guess some things just speak to you, and some things don't. lol

The villains have a combined attack "canon" now? lol "Falling back from the exploooooooooooooosions!" LOL

WAit. Ikkou and Isshu are still alive? Well, it is nice to soften the blow of death for a kid's show. ^.^ And more importantly, they get to fight in the final final battle. If a series finale battle lacked in fanservice, like the fanserive of seeing all the main characters fighting together, then I'd be disappointed.

Now that they're doing their poses with minimal costuming, I can see more clearing that they're doing actual kabuki mie poses. ^o^ I love it! ^o^

Of course, Oboro and her dad turn out to still be alive. LOL I'm sorry, but I feel RELIEVED! ;u;!!!!!! All those tragic deaths, from the previous episodes, all at once, was too much. ;o;! I mean, it was really effective for The Feels at the time, but damnit, I watch fun kid shows to get away from my anxiety/depression! Later, some jerk always comes out of the fandom woodwork to complain about "undoing character deaths is cheap" or "it cheapens the story". Blahblahblah. I'm sorry, but if you can't retain the lessons/emotions/revealations you learned when you *thought* tragedy happened, unless the tragedy stays, then I've got to question your ability to learn from events and not take stuff for granted! All these crybaby fanboys complaining about the effects of a death not staying unless the death stays...I don't think they even got the important effects of a death. I don't think they really learned what's important. When a character dies, it's supposed to bring to mind all regrets left unresolved. And then, more importantly, the surviving character(s) is supposed to resolve to change themselves to not make those same mistakes. Not the mistake that specifically got the other character killed in their death scene, but the mistakes of all those everyday things that were left unresolved, out of an assumption that there would always be more time with that killed character. I personally think that striving everyday to guard against making those same mistakes is a whole other, brand new battle, that needs to be taken on everyday. To me, that's a whole new world of tension and drama that doesn't get erased when the "killed" character returns from the dead. When the "killed" character gets resurrected, that's the START of a brand new battle, a battle that the surviving character has already proven to have LOST BEFORE. That's why it became a regret---Though a regret unnoticed until the "killed" character died. The "killed" character's resurrection inherently has drama because the surviving character might fail again, might prove that they either learned nothing or more tragically, are unable to overcome their everyday flaws, to avoid repeating that same regret. That's a whole lot more tragic to me than a character staying dead. (When [spoiler] returned from the dead at the end of Kamen Rider W, I ranted so much against those fanboys complaining that his resurrection "ruined" everything. But yeah, Gozen and Shurikenger remaining dead works. I didn't watch many episodes of this season, but there was a lot less connection between the audience and those 2, compared to with the other Hurricanger.

[INTERVIEW] LOONA for the 10Star Magazine cover story (May issue) by 10Asia

The concept of the photoshoot is ‘girls in a fairy tale’. We often dream of being the protagonist as we read fairy tales as kids. Is there a particular character you wanted to be, or liked? HeeJin: “I wanted to be Jasmine from Aladdin. Maybe it’s because I learned belly dance as a kid, but Jasmine was so pretty to me. I wanted to try her clothes and her hairstyle.” HyunJin: “Snow White. I could have fun playing with the dwarves and meet a handsome prince too. And experience coming back from death. (Laughs) I like challenging myself on new things, and I wanted to become Snow White and experience lots of extraordinary things.” HaSeul: “Beauty and the Beast for me. But not Belle, I empathize more with the Beast. Watching it as a kid, of course the beautiful Belle was the protagonist, but rewatching it after growing up a little, I could see the Beast’s perspective. I felt sorry for him, and could empathize with the Beast being tender on the inside but pretending to be tough on the outside.” ViVi: “Not a fairy tale, but the Little Mermaid from the Disney film. Ariel is admirable for setting out for love and her dream. I like that feeling of freedom.” Yves: “Little Mermaid for me too. My aunt owned a video rental store and she would show me The Little Mermaid every day. It was so pretty seeing her swim with her fins, red hair waving in the water, and I would copy it all the time. I remember pretending I had fins.” Olivia Hye: “Mulan for me. She’s so awesome. She has a different feel from the other princesses and I like her because she’s brave and gallant and strong.” Yeojin: “Thumbelina. I’m small and so is she so I think it’s a good fit. And the Frog Prince too, even though that wasn’t exactly what I wanted to be. I just have a soft spot because my symbolic animal is the frog. LOONA has three units and one solo unit. […] Could you boast about the concept of each unit? Yves: “LOONA yyxy feels like a bouncy girl. Fresh and unique. Each member has a symbolic emotion. I’m faith, Chuu is love, Go Won is hope and Olivia Hye is anger. Those emotions come together to form youth. So I want to call LOONA yyxy a shining youth.” HaSeul: “Loona 1/3 is a unit of innocence. HeeJin, HyunJin, HaSeul, and ViVi express the freshness of first love. Our unit song is ‘Love&Live’, and it’s a song that confesses wanting to meet someone after hiding our feelings for a while. I’m sure that whenever you listen to this song, you’ll feel nostalgic and soft.” Kim Lip: “LOONA ODD EYE CIRCLE is a sexy and powerful unit. We had a girl crush concept unlike the innocence of the full group, so we left an intense impression when ODD EYE CIRCLE first appeared. We’re different right from the gaze and atmosphere. (Laughs)” YeoJin: “I’m in a solo unit. Our label actually told me that ‘Yeojin, you are the hidden card of LOONA!’ I’m not sure, but I think they trusted that I will be able to do well on my own. I’m a little insecure because I didn’t train for very long, so I do extra practice on my own without the unnies. But I think I’ve grown for sure compared to when I started, because HeeJin unnie and Choerry unnie helped me a lot.” There are many members, so there must be someone with a unique nickname. Could anyone say that my nickname is the most unique? HeeJin: “Me. The fans call me Dangun because I was the first member to be revealed. With this name they’re saying that I was the one who made LOONA. It’s a really meaningful nickname and I love it, so I always say Dangun Heejin when introducing myself.” Yves: “My nickname is the Soft Jaguar. My solo song had an elegant and chic concept so our label gave me the swan, but fans said I have charisma like a jaguar on the stage but have a soft side off of it, so they gave me this nickname.” Chuu: “I’m a gang-ur-jwee. Not a gang-ah-ji (‘puppy’), you have to roll your tongue like this. Isn’t it cute and unique?” Go Won: “I have one that’s more of a good fit than unique. I’m the ASMR of LOONA. People say my voice has a bright feel, and fans say it’s like a fairy voice, so I think ASMR is a good fit. Like a comfy voice you could fall asleep to. I think it’s addictive.” You recently finished promos for your second promoted track, “Butterfly”. You had good results, getting to first place candidates on music shows, and the music video breaking 20 million views. It must be a special feeling. HyunJin: “It was short so I feel unsatisfied, but also content that we had awesome promotions. The ‘Butterfly’ choreo doesn’t have spots for resting. I’d never practiced so much in my life. I think the good results might have been due to the hard preparations. We’ll show you more growth next time, prepping even harder. And I’ll hope expectantly for first place too.” Chuu: “For this album we practiced all night and into the morning. It would have been easy for members to get on edge, but we understood and cared for each other so it made our teamwork even more solid. There were lots of funny moments too, taking care of each other’s meals and waking each other up. Even apart from the results, I think this promo built a lot of good memories.” JinSoul: “Not only did we get better results than ‘Hi High’, but I’m proud that we were able to really feel our growth. The members practiced so much leading up to the comeback. We grew closer and also our skills grew a lot. There’s also this confidence that we’ll be able to show even more based on the experience from this time.” “Butterfly” got attention for beautiful formations and a dynamic yet gentle performance. Especially the jumping move. Go Won: “I was the one in the jump part. I get scared easily, so when I first climbed on the members I couldn’t even stand and would just tremble. But Olivia Hye and Yves [unnie] told me ‘Don’t worry, we will never drop you’. So we trusted in each other and I got up there to do the choreo.” Olivia Hye: “I could feel Go Won unnie shaking up there. On some days she would go up comfortably, but shake on other days. So I did the performances nervous every day. I got nerves no matter how much I practiced, but now that it’s over it’s all good. (Laughs) I also have good memories from her trying out lots of shoes to find one that doesn’t hurt when stepped on, since we wear boots.” Even in this short interview we can feel LOONA’s charms. What’s the team’s charm, according to the members? HeeJin: “I can confidently say that we have charms in twelve colours for twelve people. Every member has a different charm. Some of us feel next-door, others are sharp. We’re also down-to-earth unlike what you might expect out of the girls. We each debuted with solo songs through the LOONA project, and they all have different concepts and charms. Oh, and LOONA is also tops in terms of handling different concepts. (Laughs)” ViVi: “I think LOONA is most beautiful when all twelve are in the same picture. Each member is different, but in the full group we become pretty and innocent.” Yves: “Mystery. LOONA’s music videos contain our narrative/universe. So that leads fans to predict different theories through them. Even for us, it’s fun to piece things together like, ‘Was this the meaning of what we filmed?’ If the videos were just pretty to look at it might be a little boring, but I think this makes them interesting.” HaSeul: “The pretty and lovely LOONA members are themselves the charm. I’m proud that I’m part of LOONA, and I’m proud of our members. I look at the photos and videos of the members often, and every time they’re so pretty and bright. They tell me I have Dal-bushim (‘LOONA pride’), but even beyond that I think LOONA has a wholesomeness that makes you feel good.” Could you name a reason to fall for you? Chuu: “I have the charm of making you happy. Your happiness index will go up when you look at me. Fans also tell me that looking at my videos or photos makes them feel warm, like in sunlight.” Yves: “You’ll fall for my chameleon-like charms. A lot of people see my calm side, but I can dance hip-hop intensely, or mesmerize you to a sexy song. I’m adorable when doing aegyo and can immerse you in emotions with a ballad. It’s the charm of making you curious and expectant.” Choerry: “I’m probably the only member of LOONA who can handle every single concept. I can span all of innocent and sexy. Fresh like a vitamin, but girl crush charms popping out too. That odd charm is the reason to fall for me.” HeeJin: “I’m sharp on the stage, but like a cute and lovely little sister off the stage. I think that gap is why you might fall for me. I showed off both my vocals and belly dance on MBC’s Masked Singer recently, and many people told me that that’s HeeJin’s reverse charm.” Kim Lip: “You’ll fall for my many talents. I’m good at everything. I have passion and ambition too. So I tried lots of different things. For music I learned piano, violin, guitar and gayageum, and in sports too I tried everything I wanted to. I’m a fast learner too but I think I’m just really curious. And yet I’m shy, so I can’t show it all and get embarrassed instead. Many fans think that’s adorable so that must be a reason to fall for, right?” Olivia Hye: “I’m part of the maknae line, but I’m tall and charismatic. My looks might make me seem chic, but my voice is cute. I’m cool on stage, but have a lot of everyday aegyo. I think that clear difference might be what fans like in me.” ViVi is LOONA’s only foreign member. Because of your cute looks and imperfect Korean, we felt like the members adore you despite you being the oldest. ViVi: “The members help me a lot. HaSeul especially. I don’t know a lot of things when we promote because of my Korean, but each time the members explain in many ways so it’s been fun. They all say that I’m like the maknae. It might be because my personality is to lean on friends and family a lot, but also because my Korean is kind of like a child so that feels like a maknae.” YeoJin is the team’s youngest. Living with eleven unnies might be reassuring but perhaps it’s also hard sometimes? YeoJin: “Having lots of unnies is always good, but especially when we go to the broadcast studios. I don’t feel intimidated because I have so many unnies. (Laughs) But sometimes it is difficult. Everyone has such clear unique traits. I’m the maknae, but some unnies have personalities where you want to care for them. In times like that it’s really ambiguous. They always try to care for me because I’m the youngest, so I feel like that might be hard on them. Maybe that’s a dilemma that every group’s maknae has.” HeeJin’s the only member who’s a solo CF model. There must be both pressure and responsibility. HeeJin: “Definitely a lot of pressure and responsibility in doing individual work. But I’ve been able to do it confidently because the members root for me a lot. I want to be able to do a lot of things along with the members.” Chuu’s biting heart became a big topic online. Lots of celebrities applying it made it an even bigger deal. Chuu: “I did it because I felt so happy while drawing hearts for fans at a fansign. I found out that it was floating around as a GIF later. I’m thankful that they call it the “Chuu heart” and that many celebrity seniors are using it.” Who is LOONA’s role model? Or a direction you want to pursue? HeeJin: “I have artists that I like and look up to, but not a role model. I want to gradually put together a singer named HeeJin rather than follow someone else.” Kim Lip: “I’m similar to Heejin. I don’t have a set role model. There are seniors whose performances I think are cool, and others whose vocals I think are beautiful. There’s lots to learn from each person so I want to pick up their good traits. And I want to collect those traits and convert them into my unique charm.” YeoJin “My role models are Girls’ Generation and BTS. Girls’ Generation sunbaes are probably every girl group’s goal. I always feel a warm and healthy energy from them. BTS sunbaes are just amazing. I want Loona to be an amazing group that can give off healthy energy too.” HyunJin: “I’m interested in acting, so Gong Hyo-jin sunbaenim is my role model. I like her particular aura. I learned acting too when I was a trainee, but right now I’m focusing on LOONA. If I get an opportunity, I want to act in a fresh youthful role, or someone impactful.” What kind of girl group would you like the public to think of Loona as? Olivia Hye: “I hope we can establish a colour to the point that when you hear a song, you recognize it like ‘Oh, this is a LOONA song.” I hope we’ll be a group that you watch and listen to with confidence. We’re working hard to get there.” Chuu: “I hope LOONA will be a group that’s good with performances and good with our faces. I want to be called a group that has both visuals and skills. Because we’ve got such good teamwork. It’s my dream to be called a group that you want to see whenever and every day, a group that you want to be with for a long time.” Go Won: “A team that can attempt diverse concepts. I want to hear that LOONA feels different every time you see us.”
