Quick art dump! Some OC designs for @apendixisapain work in progress AU!
In a nutshell, the idea is Cuphead and Mugman had several reincarnations throughout time! These are reincarnations numbers 1-5 with Cuphead as the 7th
I quickly fell in love with her Reincarnation AU and HAD to draw out the characters so YE!
It was a funny AU that spiraled out of control. I’m not sorry and my friends aren’t either! XD

Small headcanons/lore dump due to having a lack of motivation for drawing 👍
Tugs stuff, specifically
--------------
- Hercules has actually worked on his own in the Port for many years, before joining the Star Fleet, which is why he is #6, but he has actually been apart of Bigg City Port for many years
- Hercules has a brother-like bond to Ten-Cents and Sunshine, though none of them are actually related
- Captain Zero actually frequently tries to hire other tugs, with the help of the Z-Stacks, their main target is Hercules, but now have been trying to convince Sea Rogue as well
- Old Man often helps Sea Rogue with communication, even when they first reunited with the Star Fleet Old Man had stated "Are your true colors showing, Rogue?" when Sea Rogue had trouble speaking to the others
- The Z-Stacks frequently bully Zip, but at the same time can be very protective of him if anyone else does so
- The rivalry between Captain Zero and Captain Star is very one sided, Zero being extremely jealous of Star's success, while Star actually considers Zero a friend and their rivalry just a healthy competition
- The Star Tugs, especially Ten-Cents, often refer to Zug and Zip as "the short stack and the lapdog"
- The Star Tugs often also antagonize the Z-Stacks, as insults and slurs are thrown from both sides, especially by ones like Ten-Cents or Big Mac
- Hercules' glasses have great sentimental value to him
- Captain Zero can be very affectionate towards his tugs, but doesn't want anyone to know
- Captain Zero and Captain Star have actually known each other since childhood, and in their first days actually ran a port business together
- Hercules has had many partners in his day, including Zorran, Top Hat, and Izzy, but Bluenose is his one and only
- During the Munitions madness, Bluenose had no real malicious intent, and while his punishment by the Navy was minimal, he never forgive himself for what happened, but hides his feelings so he "doesn't appear weak", only Hercules could see past his walls
- O.J. is actually much like a father figure to all of the Star Fleet, even Hercules
- The Z-Stacks will often harass Sea Rogue knowing that he is easily uncomfortable, but the smarter ones like Zorran know it's not the best idea if they want to try to recruit him, but he's still not smart enough to understand that Rogue's boundaries are very important, though none of them seem to understand that there is no chance in hell Sea Rogue would ever join the Z-Stacks
