TCOPTP has one the BEST representation of the girls I have ever seen. They are not just turnong points for Wolfstar, each if them is their own singular character with flaws and praises, and they are represented as deep, complex and round characters.

For example: Marlene. Marlene here is totally different from her common fanon personality: she is shy, she studies a lot, she’s kind, sweet, but witty, smart and has a very complex relatioship with her femininity, and she is just SO relatable. SPOILER her relatiosnhip with Remus for me just made sense, there is so much lovw between them, it was easy for me to actually enjoy their relationship as it was, not only a way to develop their characters.

Lily is always the most explored girl, simply because we actually have something about her in canon, and in COPTP she is so much more.

And all the other girls and OCs, like Tonya, Lottie, Mary ecc, they all have their very distinct personality, and they are all so relatable and complex.

None of them are just good girl, they each have lots on their plate, and represent a different problem that any girl can relate to.

Man I just love that fic so much. If you have time, just go read it.
