Profection years

Profection Years represent the themes in the house you will be facing as well as the planets associated with the signs in the houses. REMEMBER planets within these houses also represent whether the manifestations will be positive or negative (also aspects). I will be speaking mostly positive manifestations to avoid freaking anyone out:)

Ascendent: ages 0, 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, 72...

The transformation in these years are closely tied to your identity. These years may also feel like you are starting over in some way, perhaps you are being too clingy with things that are not meant to be and will be forced to let go (you were supposed to do this in the 12th house but whatever you'll learn). A new you is reborn and you will be reintroducing yourself to those around you!

The rising sign is an indicator of what your year may hold for you (planet associated too!)

ex. Virgo rising may really lean into a more polished looking appearance. attention to detail and being a bit of a perfectionist in the work you do. You may be highly critical of yourself and others. Planet- Mercury will be activated this year. Perhaps you will incorporate more professional language depending on the profession you are in.

2nd House: ages 1, 13, 25, 37, 49, 61, 73...

These years are focused on your assets and values related to the self. (ascendent profection years is more superficial and based on others opinion/the mask you show others ex. work persona). Your material possessions and your ability to provide for yourself.

ex. Scorpio in the 2nd house. Can be going through a more secretive transition related to how you make your money. May be doing a more taboo profession or conflict may arise due to scorpio being associated with pluto and mars (also darker/obsessive tendencies with your things/self....like astrology/the occult)

3rd House: ages 2, 14, 26, 38, 50, 62, 74...

More active years; heavier emphasis on your siblings and neighborhood. Changes to your thought patterns and communication. More activity in your day to day life such as traveling or commuting somewhere.

ex. Libra in the 3rd house would be feeling more codependent on their siblings/neighbors and vice versa. Can have run ins with the law (parking/speeding tickets... also being able to get out of them bc of your charm:). More activity in your romantic and business partnerships! (Flirting with everyone bc why not??). Venus will be on your side during this year.

4th House: ages 3, 15, 27, 39, 51, 63, 75...

Family and the foundation you stand on will be heavy on your mind. What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind? How can I be more involved in my family? How is my relationship with my mom affecting me? Childhood themes may also come up. Revisiting certain memories or places associated with childhood.

ex. Leo in the 4th house would hold more emphasis on adding flair to their home; More self expression towards their family and with their mom. The sun would be activated and a perpetual spotlight would follow you making you stand out ESPECIALLY with your family (being the talk of their family bc their mom can't help but brag about an accomplishment you made this year).

5th House: ages 4, 16, 28, 40, 52, 64, 76...

This profection year can really help tap into a more creative side of yourself. Perhaps you become more into a hobby you've been wanting to do. More excitement in your dating life relationships/ going out more with friends. pets are also a theme.

ex. Gemini in the 5th house would have soooo much to talk about with people (beware of gossiping). More fun with your siblings or you could be involved in communicating with kids in some capacity (You are a part of an after school program for elementary aged kids). Mercury would be activated.

6th House: ages 5, 17, 29, 41, 53, 65, 77...

These years pertain to your health/daily routine/every day work habits. Perhaps you want to incorporate a new diet or get more into a fitness routine.

Ex. Pisces in the 6th house may incorporate a ritual of some sort. Manifestation practices/protection spell work/reading scriptures from a religious text. Neptune will be activated this year so movies can be an inspiration for change to your life (beware of being mislead, neptune=planet of illusions ; you join a pyramid scheme lol). Jupiter is the traditional ruler. May bring random good luck within your daily life.

7th House: ages 6, 18, 30, 42, 54, 66, 78..

Relationships of all kinds will be emphasized. You may feel a bit codependent during these years; influenced by your relationships. What type of relationships do I want? type of thoughts. You could also be more of a social butterfly or heavily locked into your one on one relationships.

ex. Aquarius in the 7th house will be more involved in online relationships (like gamer friends). May be more active in building an online business and harvesting a following. Become more concerned with humanitarian causes and collaborating with others to make a difference. Uranus will be activated this year and may bring random acquaintances/ friendships. Saturn is also the traditional ruler....long term relationship through a dating site

8th House: ages 7, 19, 31, 43, 55, 67, 79...

More focused on transformation in a soul searching kind of way. What are your thoughts/feelings towards Money/intimacy/shared resources? Speaking of shared resources, if you are in a serious business or romantic partnership, this year will cause you to review what exactly is being harvested between you two. Taxes may be a focus on these years.

ex. Aries in the 8th house may feel the need to take action and charge these topics head on. Due to its independent nature they will have to learn to walk the fine line with what is theirs and what is a shared resource with their partners. Can also have to fight for inheritances. Mars will be activated this year giving more fuel/power to the individual.

9th House: ages 8, 20, 32, 44, 56, 68, 80...

Changes to your spirituality/religious thoughts. College or higher education of some kind will be a focus. perhaps you adopt a new dogma from reading a higher-level text. Travel and foreign places will be themes.

ex. Capricorn in the 9th house likes structure. They may be into focusing on what the meaning of life is or planning trips in search of answers to such existential questions. May also take work trips during this year or building rapport with foreign associates. Saturn would also be activated which can manifest in implementing more disciplinary rituals based on your spiritual belief (buddhism=incorporating asceticism practices).

10th House: ages 9, 21, 33, 45, 57, 69, 81..

The public and how you are perceived. focus on career and what you want to achieve. The 10th house can also be associated with authority figures/ father. Perhaps you end up being mentored by your boss or a fatherly figure of some kind when it comes to your career. There can be changes in the type of relationship you have with your father.

ex. Cancer in the 10th house could have a career related to caregiving or nurturing role of some kind. A protective career like the military could also manifest. Others may come to you and seek out advice of some kind due to the public seeing you as a caretaker/ motherly figure. Cancer being ruled by the moon may also cause ppl to see you as a moody/emotional person. Your mom and the relationship you have with her could be a theme (moon=mother)

11th House: ages 10, 22, 34, 46, 58, 70, 82...

The community is of importance and the ties you have. Your friends could be a big part of this year. The natural ruler of the 11th house is Aquarius which rules the media/ your presence within social media could be a theme such as being recognized or discovered in some way.

ex. Saggitarius in the 11th house would have an expansive list of friends from all types of communities, ages, and cultures (diversity, diversity, and more diversity). Could take trips to meet said friends in foreign countries. Lots of fun in the community (reputation of the life of the party??). Jupiter would be activated bringing good luck and expansion in this area:)

12th House: ages 11, 23, 35, 47, 59, 71, 83..

The 12th house is kind of the final chapter to karmic cycles. You go through a sort of ego death in this house. Depending on your attachment to things in your life will really let you know whether this year will be easy for you or not. Also have you been ignoring something or pushing a serious topic off in hopes it will dissipate into fine dust? Well, this year will bring your subconscious thoughts to life as well as influence your sleep and dreams. Isolation can manifest in different ways (working nights, hospital, prison, sleep disorders). Think of this year as the final test/ palette cleanser to all of the years prior.

ex. Taurus in the 12th (hehe how interesting:) the fixed sign will have no choice but to face the changes that have been inevitable. Perhaps you have considered yourself to be someone who is flexible (Gemini Rising) but ask anyone around you and they would say otherwise. Lessons of beauty/ugly will come about as well as lessons dealing with your foundation. Material possession will have to be approached in a detached manner due to the possibility of having to let go of systems that can not be taken with you in the upcoming profection year. Venus will be activated during this year and may include lessons related to love.

Beel, Are You Srs Brah? WHB Event React Part 2 *Spoiler Warning*

Stop right there you! Dre requires that you check out part 1 first ->

If you've already seen it, then let's proceed!

We left off where our three Avisos bois had to show their proof of having piercings done by Beel! Poor Stolas is all like-

Well bby, no one really thinks they're gonna be flashing folks their nipples lmao it's okay

Oh???? Okay Amon.... But no seriously....his skills? That must mean Beel is really good at painless piercings. And if that's the case, I want him to pierce some parts of me too. And a secret piercing that only he and I will enjoy *wink*

ANYWAYS

Amon...honey. You are preaching to the choir because Beel's hands anywhere on me is possibly a experience.

Nabe always has to be the logical one lol. Such a sweetie though.

(btw someone pointed out that his chest is really generous...and I looked at his sprite again and I'm like you whore...no wonder you cover up your tits.)

He explains once more that Beel gives these piercings to citizens that are of age and that have been accepted into the community of Avisos. It makes me wonder if that's a thing that not all devils know about because... *SPOILER ALERT FOR MAIN*

Leamas told everyone in Gehenna he was from Avisos. But as far as we know...when Gabriel turned him into a demon as a disguise he didn't add any piercings, just horns. So if anyone knew this info about Avisos, they could have caught Leamas in his lie ahead of time. But you know there wouldn't be a story without that.

As we continue, Nabe points out that it's best to sit near the bartender so they can get the info they need right? Well our happy go lucky fanboy found an area where it was marked "Beel sat here" basically so that is where he chose to sit-

Lol Amon is so goofy. If Beel had 0 fans, Amon would be his number one stan still til the very end.

But Stolas is annoyed with him because he wasn't being so secretive. They're mostly afraid of Beel catching wind of them trying to track him down.

While Amon is over here fanboying about Beel sitting in the same seat he's sitting on, Nabe and Stolas are trying to figure out how they can look inconspicuous while asking for info. So they decide to call the waiter over and they order food and drinks.

Here they're called 'sets' so I'm guessing some kind of drink/food combo and there's even one named after Beel visiting there!

Also, Amon straight up just asks the waiter if Beel said where he was gonna go, and while Stolas and Nabe are clearly thrown back by his straightforward way of getting this info. It works.

So, the Gambling House and the Cosplay Cafe??? Hm. That's way more info that they had in the beginning so score 1 for Amon!

I can't help but feel there was more that Beel said, but yeah maybe the waiter was like tldl (too long didn't listen)

Now that they got their info, Nabe suggested that they pay and leave. But Amon wanted to finish his set, and the waiter came back outta nowhere and told him the rules of the pub was you couldn't leave until you finished all of your food. That even Beel followed that same rule.

Now, I get that it's a rule. But both of them grabbed Nabe's hands to keep him from leaving and I was like damn it's like that T^T

But this would be an issue for me though. I have tummy problems so overeating usually means I'm gonna have a bad time. I love having leftovers so I can portion it out so maybe I'd have one of the three eat it for me ;_; lol

Awh look at Stolas, defending his comrade.

Also, he calls out Amon about how he said earlier that he couldn't eat without Beel and Amon is just over on his side still fanboying about being in the same seat as his Majesty xD

The waiter that got all ballsy comes back with the food and holy fuck is it a lot.

5 plates for the normal set, and 10 plates for the special set that Amon ordered.

Yeap I'm never ordering food from that place only drinks because bitch I cannot eat 5 plates of food even when I haven't eaten all day.

Like I don't care they're technically snacks, imagine eating 5 plates of mozzarella sticks (about 50 sticks per plate) Back to our bois and their big ass snack plates, Amon is happy to get his stuff, and asks the waiter if anything fun happened. The waiter recollects that Beel brought in a huge sack

No really knew what was inside the sack, moreso that Beel asked them to make a meal with it (intensely stares at Beel's chest again in the screencap....)

He's covered in fucking blood and the sack was dripping. I could only guess it was an angel in that sack or something.

But when Stolas asked, now all of these different ideas start poppin' off from the pub workers lmao

Bartender: angel with it's wings ripped off Waiter: the chopped body of his dead comrade Customer sitting next to them: a pile of devil worshipper hearts that he smuggled from the human world (okay this is believable) So Stolas is trying to figure out which statement is right, Nabe is wondering why ppl jumped in the convo to begin with and the waiter swears he's right, but the bartender says his source is the chef who cooked the meal for Beel and the random customer heard it from a friend

Nabe had it with their shit so he tells them to go fight away from them and they do. Amon brings up that the rumors are so wild because Beel is simply just an overwhelming experience to behold.

I mean he wouldn't be wrong about that...I'd probably make up random rumors if I experienced a fucking hot sexy demon in my room.

Also poor Amon, bby is eating over 10 plates of snacks and he's still hungry. Nabe brings up the fact it makes no sense to stay alive after starving for months. (don't be mean)

So while all this mess is going on, Stolas and Nabe both take a bite and realize that the food tastes amazing.

Now everyone is happy and full and ready to go on to the next place. The Gambling House!

But, not before we see our babes getting the 'itis' from eating a bunch of food. (i get this way too sometimes) Basically they just feel really sleepy after having a large meal.

Amon's wide awake now though. And still hungry.

And....here we go. The motherfucking bill

Turns out...Beel left open a tab and since our bois are under him they have to pay the tab off.

Ain't that a bitch lmao

Bael didn't warn them about this, and the waiter was not letting them leave without paying. So poor Nabe had to foot the bill.

I just like how the doorman was like "bye" when they left lmao that's my energy when at work -_-

I feel bad for our Avisos bois because they basically felt like someone pulled one over on them and I don't blame them for feeling some kind of way about this.

Anywhoozle the mission continues and Stolas turns back into a crow and they said he 'walked' ahead hehee

Aye, Las Vegas vibes okay I see the vision...

Here they describe that the devils in this area resembled the maffia like in the human world. Having serious expressions, some carrying guns, some looking like they were on the run, all that good stuff. This also appears to be the main streets instead of the back alleys which is where we were before with our bois.

Damn we out here sellin' drugs just like that? I mean I understand we're in Hell and in Avisos but geez man

He even said it's not his fault if you get fucked up by taking the red stuff xD alright uh should of took the blue stuff

Our drug dealer devil out here just making bank, and then he sees a pair of feet of a potential customer...but it was our lovely angel hunter boi instead.

Again, another damn angel in disguise. I wonder how many there are in Hell right now?

But clearly, they know of Dre, because he was shaking in fear.

Dre essentially asks the angel to come see him in the back alleys away from the main streets and whelp this angel is getting f u c k e d up.

I mean like Dre ripped off three of four limbs (only one arm left), and his wings were a tattered mess. The angel was barely breathing too. What's even crazy is that Dre was like 'this is my fourth question'

Meaning his body was already mangled by the 2nd question. The angel is crying and asking what he even did when he answered truthfully and Dre bends down to stare at him with all that hatred in his cloudy eyes.

We don't know it yet, but someone Dre loved deeply perished by angels, so he doesn't give a fuck about the fake drug dealer.

At first I was wondering who he was talking about. But it seems...we all find out soon who he was referring to.

Dre decides to tell this barely alive angel that he's following our Avisos bois. And it's no surprise that the angels are tailing them too.

Dre says here that Beel is the only one who can end the war and I've had a couple of discussions about this already with a couple oomfs and it's interesting that a devil from Niflheim is loyal to Beel. Even says that he's the one who can truly stop the war.

And here is when we get our answer to who made Dre blind. Raphael...our little psycho angel did this, and Dre is on a mission to make sure he gets revenge. Only he can do this and he would not want anyone else to.

While he explains his reasons though that creepy grin of his shows up hahaha each time it comes up on the screen it's like an amusing nightmare fuel. Possibly fuel for a classic creepypasta story like 'Smile Dog'

But we're done seeing Dre fucking around with the angel that's pretty much gonna die for being in the way so we're back at the Gambling House with the bois! Only to be met with-

Stolas threatening Amon once again (˃̣̣̥▽˂̣̣̥)

I swear Amon just doesn't leave him alone...Stolas only said it's been a while since he'd been there, and Amon is like "this isn't a place for children"

But yeah after their little banter Nabe starts feeling a bit bad for Bael having to deal with all this mess in the first place and Stolas has like 0 empathy being like "it's his fault for doing all the work and not using his capable subjects" Sigh. Bael proably only wants to bother them when it's needed and feels like as the regent majesty he should be doing most of the foot work.

But, regardless it's brought up again that this Gambling House is a place where many can enter for free, but no one ever leaves this place on their own. Beel was able to leave, so our bois figure they can do the same.

So much, that Amon fucking went in without Stolas or Nabe lol

So it looks like a casino on the inside. Pretty fancy and standard if I say so myself even though I've never been in one. I don't think I ever will because I give up way too easily on things like this win or loose haha.

But the way this place is described, it's huge...big as a mini city almost. It makes me think that maybe people just get lost in here and that's why you never leave. They have everything you could ask for in there. Pubs, souvenir shops, it was quiet, clean, no cigarette butts or empty bottles.

Stolas and Nabe even witnessed a devil drop a piece of paper and a small fist sized devil picked it up for him and whispered to him

Don't worry sir. There's no need to be concerned about trivial things like this. There's no need to care about them.

Focus on paying off your debts, win more money. Focus The devil was basically in a zombie like state too.

Right Nabe, it honestly reminds me of fucking Maromi from Paranoia Agent...

It isn't your fault.

Anyways

So Stolas and Nabe are going over how they think the building is a trick of a devil that can make a small area expand. Nabe looks over the area and the devils seem to be...in a hive mind?

That's how I took it anyway, all going in the same direction, all going to the same goal...

Then Amon shows up and calls them hobos lmao

Nabe isn't happy that Amon wandered off again, but he went to the souvenier shop and it turns out he won himself a Beel keychain (how cute) It's even one of those plush keychain things too.

Amon was calling the devils hobos because someone apparently hit the jack pot and they were all clamoring to see if they could borrow money from that said devil.

Nabe gets on to Amon for spending all his money on the keychain when he could have helped at the pub paying the bill. But Amon says it's worth it, I believe him. But the scummy thing about it is to even get the souvenier you have to gamble for it. That's how he lost all his money.

Nabe wanted to know the amount of money wasted and our fanboy ignores him like he didn't hear xD

So he blows it off and leaves him alone about it and Stolas admires that. Nabe simply states it's in the past and he can't do anything about it so why stress over it? (wish I had his mentality for most things like I'm tryingggg)

So Nabe and our other two bois decided to follow the crowd after feeling a bit uneasy about being at the Casino. Truly, it was only because Nabe felt like he had a bunch riding on the fact that he has 0 money...and this place was definitely made to exploit the common consumer.

But I believe in our bois.

So when they reached the front doors, that same little Maromi vibes devil is like :D ah you look so lucky and so are your companions, please good luck to you.

And the three are nervous as fuck lol

So, while they're trying to scope out the place, Amon keeps trying wander off and it's because he's trying to find the highest ranking dealer. Nabe says they'd be in the VIP room and Amon flashes out a golden ticket.

Stolas thought he stole it but he met the requirements after getting the Beel keychain. Nabe asks him once more how much he spent and Amon ignores that question again lmao

The small devils notice that he has the VIP ticket though and now they're riding on 3 red chairs being treated like royalty and now Nabe really wants to know how much he spent. I'm curious too lol

Oh see... Nabe is just jelly that he has the keychain xD I don't blame him it sounds like it's a really cute item.

He even curses himself for wanting it so badly because he's broke, poor thing.

SO here's the fucking VIP room and wow....like Amon you big spenda take me here on a date <3 (i'm joking because honestly it sounds like one could easily lose their money here) It even has like a mini bar, snacks, the works. A fucking chocolate fountain??? Yesss

So how it works in the VIP room for customers is they pick the games, it gets set up there.

Now....we introduce our lovely dealer that Beel handpicked himself.

They even mentioned when he came to visit the VIP room he played a game with her.

Uh huh....a 'game' alright.

So here's a decription of our miss dealer: alluring smile, a small mole next to her lips, clothes so tight they hug her figure

Yes Stolas, thanks for pointing out the obvious that your king is a pervert lmao

But hey he knows what he wants and Miss Dealer is it. She explains that she's going to play a simple game with them, right and then-

Her titties are tittying and it makes me think of how Beel likes it when ppl wear clothes that are too small/tight for them and I'm thinking it's for that effect.

But Miss Dealer does this so you're distracted by the titties. Classic.

But Amon is straight up like "Hey when do you get off work?"

For me I was like AYO WHAT

Nabe apparently was not amused by this, but hey it looks like she's contemplating the idea....

Conscript - CR 1/4 Commoner

Armor is too expensive for these troops. If you want them to last longer, just conscript more of them.

In much of the middle ages, an army's composition heavily relied on untrained soldiers, recruited from the normal commoners in nearby towns. These men were often armed with only the weapons and armor they brought from home, or possibly with a simple helmet or wooden shield. The weapon of choice for such conscripts across most of history and most of the world was polearms, due to their ease of use, superior reach, and cheap manufacturing compared to a mostly-metal weapon like a sword.

I was pretty surprised that I couldn't find a stat block for a level 1 commoner in the NPC Codex or any other official Pazio book that fit this kind of idea. The basic CR 1/3 foot soldier from the Gamemastery Guide is a warrior, not a commoner, and has chainmail, three backup weapons, and a healing potion. There are some other level 1 commoners, but they have improvised weapons, aren't human, or are otherwise not really appropriate for a conscript. This stat block should better represent a soldier that was literally just grabbed off the farm and handed a spear and told to fight.

The longspear in its stat block has the broken condition, but it's not literally broken; it's just such bad quality that it functions as a broken weapon.

These might be appropriate enemies for a level 1 party to fight, but mostly I personally use them as friendly NPC soldiers when the players are elite special forces working with the military. You can have a unit of thirty conscripts like this, and a group of level 3 or 4 PCs will still be the heroes who have to actually do everything, without it feeling like they're literally fighting a whole war by themselves.

This man holds a spear and shield, and fights for his homeland wearing the dirty clothes of a peasant.

Ranking the Miracucast by how much Adrien: The Fragrance they own

Marinette: Do you even have to ask? She has gallons. 10/10

Alya: She has more than the average girl her age, but that's mostly because it was on sale and she felt like supporting Adrien in a way that was pretty easy. 5/10

Adrien: Yes. 10/10

Nino: Has gotten at least 1 bottle as a joke. Adrien was not amused. 1/10

Chloe: She has a significantly large amount of Adrien, and she says that she wears it all the time, but her collection isn't decreasing as much as she says it is. Sus. 8/10

Sabrina: Unlike Chloe, Sabrina actually likes this perfume. Main reason Chloe's collection is decreasing is because Sabrina uses it. 8/10 by proxy

Mylene: Had some, but then she learned about some of the stuff that Gabriel puts in his perfumes. Then she set all her bottles on fire. At once. In the classroom. They had to have a fire drill. Maybe it wasn't her smartest idea. But she was tired. 3/10

Ivan: Everyone assumed he was the one who set the fire, and he is doing nothing to dissuade them of that notion. 2/10

Rose: This girl knows her perfume. She sorts it alphabetically. She may or may not make her own, by performing unethical experiments on the perfumes she already owns. The Adrien is no exception, she has more types of it than legally exist on the market. 6/10

Juleka: Actually wears it quite a bit, since A) She kinda likes the smell, B) It's cheap, and C) Adrien uses it as proof that he is in fact endorsing her as a model. The only thing holding her career back is her self-confidence. You can do it Juleka! We believe in you! 7/10

Kim: hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. 9/10

Max: Absolutely not. 0/10

Alix: She actually has a pretty sizable collection of the stuff in the Burrow. But none of it seems to be stuff that's currently on the market, it's all weird future versions of the stuff with odd scents, unreleased prototypes that put you at risk of setting it on fire if you use it, or bottles from alternate timelines that somehow survived whatever apocalypse was going on there. It's complicated. But since they're all weird versions of it, she has a nice excuse to not use it. Ever. Alix/10

Nathaniel: Bought a whole bunch and used it to create an art piece for Adrien's birthday. Adrien was extremely amused and gave the artwork a special spot in the corner of his room. It still smells like the fragrance (and bottles) used to make it, which is very good for disguising the scent of Plagg's camembert. 4/10

Lila: Is contractually forced to wear the stuff due to legal shenanigans. She hates it. She hates it so much. But if any of the Agreste Household realize that she isn't wearing it then things will get more ComplicatedTM for her so she just has to deal. 9/10

Luka: Borrows Juleka's sometimes. If it works, it works! The twins already share a lot of stuff anyway, she doesn't mind. Sometimes it leads to Luka getting weird looks from other people, but Luka has never really been one to care about that. 5/10

Kagami: Like Lila, she's basically contractually obligated to wear it. unlike Lila, she doesn't own a single bottle of the stuff. Neither Gabriel nor Tomoe care about it enough to force her, so she will take what she can get. 0/10

Marc: He adamantly refuses to disclose how much of the stuff he has, if any. It's probably one of the best-kept secrets in the entire school. I have no clue either, so I'm just going to give him the average score and you all can try and come up with your own guess. 5/10

Ondine: Kim once bought her some perfume in bulk as a gift (oh, THAT's why his own score was so high, I get it now) but unfortunately perfume is not really practical for a girl who spends a significant amount of her time swimming and showering. She appreciated the gift, though, and wears it when she feels like being fancy! 3/10

Aurore: She's an Adrien fangirl. 'Nuff said. 8/10

Felix: He hates this stuff with a burning passion. Everyone sees him and goes "hey aren't you that guy on the perfume ads?" and he despises it. He actively goes out of his way to tear down posters and deface advertisements, even going to such great lengths as to create sentimonsters with the explicit purpose of reducing sales of Adrien. Felix will do everything in his power to decrease the amount of this stuff in the world. -5/10

Zoe: She arrived after the craze was over and has no context for anything. So she also borrows from Chloe's stash on occasion, but she doesn't really much care for the smell. 4/10

Based on the fact that Skwisgaar didn't visibly age from the earlyklok days until now, I figure he would age really gracefully. Like, he'd be well on his 50's and seem a decade younger at least. A total silver fox. Luscious silver hair, perfectly maintained 5 o'clock shadow, eye wrinkles...he drives girls crazy still! But he's taken, sorry, ladies.

Toki isn't as lucky, but he's still hanging. His hair has thinned out and his hairline has receeded some, but he wears it in a ponytail now so it's all good. At some point he let the kitty whiskers grow and now he displays a fluffy little beard. His muscles aren't as prominent anymore but they're still pretty noticeable, so he's up there on the dream sugar daddies list.

When it comes to their personalities, they've definitely mellowed out. Skwisgaar had a middle aged crisis when he stopped being the fastest guitar player in the world. It wasn't easy whatsoever, but it made him change his approach on life. He doesn't need to be the very best to love himself. Shocking exactly 0 people, Toki didn't love him any less for it, so Skwisgaar actually lives calmer knowing their relationship wasn't defined by his success.

They've been together for decades now, and they're not as obnoxiously all over each other as they were when younger, but there's a certain 'one whole entity' vibe that people get when they're around them. Like two magnets and a force field that puts space between the rest of the world and them. Oh, yeah, they mostly speak to each other in norwegian/swedish now, only saving for english for when they have to talk to others.

Dethklok is far from being the most popular band in the world these days, which gives them more free time to spend with each other. When they're not working on their side project, they go on trips all over the world. They're particularly biased about landscapes, though. Toki opened a chain of cat shelters in many different countries and he likes to visit them from time to time. Of course, he takes Skwisgaar with him.

There's rumors about them having a secret wedding at some mysterious spot in Scandinavia many years ago but they always avoid the question when it comes up on interviews. Despite having matching rings. Legal registers say they bought a cabin there, also.

Behind the Scenes of ATOH

Part 1: Time and Dates

These are just a few examples of how time plays a crucial part in my story. I refer to dates, ages and the passing of time in pretty much every update. So I figured it might be interesting to know how I approach this.

For starters, time is a weird concept in The Sims. I've always hated the way "aging" works in game. Even when gameplay was still my main objective, the EA aging annoyed me. I mean, I always liked that aging was possible and don't get me wrong, I loved the way TS3 incorporated more life stages compared to TS2. But the thing I loved the most about aging in TS3 was the fact that you could turn it off. 😉

However, I am a little date-obsessed... And I like that life flows in the game as well. So from the get-go I wanted some sort of time and aging system.

I decided on starting in the year 01 instead of 2009 (which it was when TS3 came out and I started my town) because I knew better than to hold myself to the impossible task of keeping Sim time and Real-time synchronised. So, 01 it was. 01 quickly became 2001 on paper and mostly because of my hiatus, we're now "only" in 08. However, my 08 is not a direct replica of the way the world looked in actual 2008. My 08 just reflects modern time. My Sims all have smartphones, for instance, which were only just becoming a common thing in 2008.

Originally, when gameplay was still my starting point, I had actual months in place: 4 Simdays per month, equalling 12 per season, and I created a "story" post for each month. Since everything is now story-based, the months have become less apparent, but they still exist in my mind, in the timeline I have for the story and in references I sometimes make. I still hold on to years and seasons.

All my characters have birthdays with the months based on their star sign and the years based on how old I figured they were upon creation (counting back from that year). Within my timeline document, I also indicate who I have to age up at what point. I still hold on to my original aging system:

Baby: 0-1 years old

Toddler: 2-4 years old

Child: 5-11 years old

Teen: 12-19 years old

Young Adult: 20-39 years old

Adult: 40-59 years old

Elder: 60+ years old

The ages and time of aging up are closely related to the way I still loosely approach education in the world where my story is based. Coming some other time!

NB: just to be clear; I don't consider 60 year olds to be "elderly" in the real world. Not even close. Just like I don't think of (most) 19 year olds as teens or 4 year olds as toddlers. But in "Sim time" this makes the most sense, I feel.

You were twins, both highly competitive in nature and it drove your dad up the wall. The team however, found it absolutely hilarious. Here are just a few examples of the mischief you and Jack have gotten up to over the years:

"Race you down the stairs!" You exclaim, bolting off down the BAU stairs. You laugh, hearing Jack protest and your dad sighing deeply trying to call after you to stop.

Care flying out the window, you sprint down the stairs. Thankfully, you appeared to have good spatial awareness. Jack was only a few stairs behind you, so you let gravity do its work. Soon enough, you're on the last set of stairs. Your ankle gives way and you tumble down the remaining stairs.

Morgan, who just walked into the hall, approaches you in concern. "You okay, kid?" You grin up at him.

"Yeah! I won!"

"That's no fair!" Jack exclaims, making it down the stairs, "I didn't know falling counted! I could have fallen a few floors ago!"

"Whatever, you're just jealous, loser!"

"Oh thank God you're both okay," Aaron mumbles, finally catching up to the pair of you.

"I won."

"You also fell down the stairs,"

"I call it tactical thinking,"

Wrestling. An amazing sport that both you and Jack were obsessed with at the age of twelve. Something had possessed the pair of you to wrestle in the halls - both claiming you'd be the one who would win.

It ended up being a tie, two teachers separating you and walking you to the principal's office with a phone call to your dad. None of the teachers seemed to care that you weren't fighting per se, but competing for your homemade championship belt.

"I bet I'll get a higher score on the maths test than you."

"What?" You scoffed, looking at Jack. "We both know I'm better at maths than you!"

"Yeah, then prove it!"

Whilst Aaron didn't usually approve of your competitive nature towards each other, if it got you both a good math grade (and you were still sleeping, eating, etc), he wasn't going to complain. Jack had won in the end.

"I would totally run a marathon faster than you."

"Bull. Shit." You responded.

"Language," Your dad called, looking over his shoulder.

"Prove it." Jack said. "Come on. Let's join dad in his next marathon. Whoever wins has to buy the other a comic."

"Deal." You both shake hands, Aaron hangs his head in defeat in the background.

You both train effortlessly. When marathon day rolls around, the entire team show up to support you both (and Aaron, but mostly you two). You're both shooting cheap insults at each other up until the start of the race. After the race, however, you're not as energetic - you do both manage the occasion 'idiot' to each other, but that's about it.

When the results are in, however, you're immediately full of energy - you had beaten him by a whole thirty seconds.

"I bet I could take you in a fight," You said, turning to Jack. You were watching the BAU have a rare brush-up on their self-defence and since your dad was taking part, you had to come along and watch. Your dad didn't exactly feel like he could trust you home alone at the minute as the last time you and Jack were left alone, the house ended up in complete chaos from your baking competition (who could bake the most cookies before dad got back - that one was a tie as the kitchen caught on fire).

"Oh god..." Aaron mumbles to himself before he looks on the bright side, at least here he could make sure neither of you died - and it wasn't at school (again).

"Dad's sad," You look up from your text book.

"What?"

"Dad's sad," Jack said, "He phoned me to let me know the team had just finished the case and were just boarding the jet and he sounded defeated. I don't think it went well."

You close the text book, biology could wait. "Okay, Operation 'Work together to make dad less stressed and also think of a shorter name' is a go!" You exclaimed. "Up first on the agenda: tidying. Quickly clean rooms and then living room? We can clean the kitchen last and then make dinner."

"My room's already clean," Jack said, rolling his eyes. "I'll start the living room while you deal with this," He motioned vaguely at the growing pile of clothes on your floor. You scoop them up, placing them in the laundry basket - they would go into the wash as soon as you finished cleaning your room.

It took about twenty minutes and then you're joining Jack in the living room, washing on. When that was done, you both made your way out, Jack into the kitchen and you to put the laundry into the dryer. The kitchen is cleaned in thirty minutes and you both begin to cook.

Admittedly, being only fifteen, you weren't the best chefs, but you tried your best. Besides, you may or may not have phoned Rossi for pasta advice (you both hoped he kept it a secret from your dad).

And so, by the time Aaron got home, dinner was nearly ready. You both greet him at the door and Aaron is immediately suspicious.

"What have you done?"

"Cooked dinner," Jack answered with a shrug.

"We phoned Uncle Dave for some pasta advice, don't worry," You added, "Jack said it sounded like the case was a bad one, so we pulled together to make things a bit easier for you tonight,"

"So you've not been suspended for wrestling in the halls again?"

"What? No," Jack laughed.

"Wrestling is so last year anyway, dad. It's all MMA fighting now,"

"Please don't joke about that," Aaron chuckled, "I don't think I could deal with that phone call."

Jotaro Kujo - 10/10* - does not trust strangers in general, let alone ones who are gonna fuck around in his mouth by choice?? like. who chooses that as a profession. *the caveat is joot has never actually been seen by a dentist in his life, bc eye contact begins well before the exam even starts and the doctor just nopes tf out of the entire city

Josuke Higashikata - 6/10 (mostly nervous glances) - precious son is terrified of the dentist, tf is all that drilling noise you can hear from the waiting room anyway, why would they need nitrous oxide, why would anyone need to be sedated just to get their damn teeth brushed...😬(except with a pompadour)... so his hot mom has to bribe him with a video game literally every checkup. his teeth are always rife with cavities, but grandpa would take him to those appointments and josuke would actually be super brave on those ones. in theory Tonio could fix any new dental issues, but Tonio refuses to ever use his stand on Josuke out of sheer pettiness

Giorno Giovanna - 10/10 - he's a weird kid

Jolyne Cujoh - 7/10 - child support did not cover dental benefits so JoJoh has a whole backlog of government-funded visits ahead of her at Green Dauphin State Penn. when you don't go to the dentist for a while your cleanings consist of a process called scaling, which is just...multiple sessions of scraping and it sucks. she is highly likely to keep an eye on the almost certainly volunteer hygienist doing all this work on her.

Johnny Joestar - 3/10 - he goes to Gyro's grill man who ordinarily he'd want to watch bc would you trust or feel comfortable closing your eyes for an extended period of time around a dude who created All That? but cowboy dentist uses cowboy methods which in this case involve getting shit ass drunk with everybody beforehand so Johnny is passed out cold during the cleaning and wakes up with clean teeth actually but also a tattoo on his ass that says AQUA FRESH on either cheek

Gappy Higashikata - 5/10 - correct me if I'm wrong but I believe this young man is a sailor so he practices the seafaring dental hygiene traditions of consuming lemon rinds to ward off scurvy. is therefore suspicious of anyone who comes near his mouth with sharp instruments, but when they explain they're there to fix the acid erosion that's caused his teeth to wear down to mere nubs, he acquiesces

What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? It’s a toss up between Care and Feeding and Bodyguard. I love happy ever afters!

Do you get hate on fics? Not on my fics per se, but I called out some people who were bullying a friend of mine in another fandom—and they decided to repost all my fics on other sites to punish me for speaking up. So, now all my fic is on Dreamwidth and friend-locked. I am slowly cross-post H50 fic to A03, but I doubt I will ever cross-post fic from that other fandom.

Do you write smut? If so, what kind? I will write sex if its necessary for the story, but porn is definitely one of my weak spots as a writer.

Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written? Occaisonally. I wrote an Addams FamilyxAvengers that was very short and very silly😂

Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

In general, I think writers are still working out how to write fanfic that is easy to read on mobile screens. For example, long paragraphs and conversations between more than three people are sooo much harder to read on a mobile phone.

Heck, I’ve even stopped using italics for dream sequences/flashbacks because it’s just not readable on a small screen. And then there’s coding. **Sigh** Dreamwidth has updated their coding and now I really need to reformat my entire journal because the changed have made my older fanfic much harder to read.

So when it comes to different languages or dialects, I try to come up with something that will make it easier for my readers, instead of relying on the ‘proper’ way to do things. I don’t know if I’m always successful, but I at least make a stab at it. And since I have a fic I’m currently rewriting that has 13 different languages in it, I definitely spend more time than I want to admit thinking about this problem! 🥵🤪

First fandom you wrote for? Duran Duran bandom. Yes, I just dated myself😂😂😂

Favorite fic you've ever written? My fic with the most kudos is Care and Feeding of a Super SEAL. The fic that people are still dming me about is So Let Me Set Your Battlements On Fire over on dreamwidth.

Rating popular Sonic ships!

Rating system:

0/10 - I can’t stand it

4/10 - I’m mostly neutral to it

10/10 or higher - I love this ship and it’s one of my favorites

Sonamy - 4.5/10

What I like: They look really good together. It’s confirmed that Sonic reciprocates but doesn’t date her because he doesn’t want to be in a relationship, so it could really easily become canon.

What I dislike: The age gap is a bit weird. They would also be fairly unhealthy in canon. If you want me to go into detail, I will.

Sonadow - 5.5/10

What I like: I’m a sucker for an rivals to lovers. Also they look pretty decent together, but not as good as Sonic and Amy. We also know that without Sonic Shadow’s character development from SA2 is reversed. Also it’s nice it has so much content.

What I dislike: Oh god the people who ship this are actual garbage at times. The shippers are some of the horniest bastards I’ve ever seen if I’m being honest. Also there are so many debates about Shadow’s age. Also with the Colors era characterization (which i despise), he seems to not like Sonic that much and seems to act like he’s always right. An example would be during the Zombot arc where he tries to run into a horde of zombots.

Sonknux - 7/10

What I like: Sonic and Knuckles are very close and worked together on several occasions. Also we see Sonic help Knuckles realize Robotnik has duped him. Also it has a good amount of angst potential. Also another rivals to lovers.

What I dislike: Oh god this would not work out in canon due to Knuckles protecting the M.E and Sonic having to fight Robotnik. Also some people see them having a fraternal bond.

Sonally - 8.5/10

What I like: We see them literally be a happy couple at points. And I don’t just like them because they’re canon, but we see them have good chemistry.

What I dislike: OH GOOD LORD THE ARCHIE COMICS GET WEIRD AND FUCK WITH THEIR RELATIONSHIP.

What I like: I forgot Sonic has 50,000,000,000 rivals and I will ship him with almost every single one. Also they just seem like good friends.

What I dislike: Mighty is fairly underused and they just don’t interact enough in my opinion. Also I could see them also having a brotherly bond.

What I like: I like the idea of either Sonic making Scourge a better person or Scourge making Sonic a worse person. Also I love a good enemies to lovers. As well as the fact that Sonic is a bit narcissistic at times I feel this is kind of funny.

What I dislike: This would almost definitely not work out due to them being from other universes. Also from what I know about the Archie comics Scourge is a rapist so that’s not great.

What I like: It could be funny when done ironically. Also the whole thing about Sonic’s narcissism.

What I dislike: Oh god where do I begin. From what I know exe is a demon possessing to kill his friends in an infinite loop, why would Sonic want to date that!?

What I dislike: I headcanon Tangle as a lesbian so yeah.

What I like: I mean, they’re friends and fought for a long time together against Robotnik’s empire.

What I dislike: I just really like Bunnie and Antoine plus I just don’t see it.

What I like: I love an enemies to lovers and I like Infinite a lot.

What I dislike: I just personally don’t see it.

Shadamy - 3.5/10

What I like: Amy helps Shadow remember his promise to Maria and has always been kind to him.

What I dislike: Due to the whole Amy reminding Shadow of his promise to Maria thing, it makes me feel like they’re siblings for some reason and I can’t explain why. I think it’s because of Shadow and Maria basically being siblings. Also this also has a bit of a large age gap.

Silvamy - 6.5/10

What I like: I can see potential for both fluff and angst with this ship. With the right AU, they could honestly be adorable. Also Amy was able to convince Silver not to kill Sonic.

What I dislike: Silver tried to kill Sonic as previously stated. And like most ships with Silver, him being from the future could become a problem without an AU or something.

Metamy - 6.5/10

What I like: The Sonic Mania Adventures Christmas special, that’s all I have to say. Also I guess this could technically count as an enemies to lovers. Also the idea of Amy settling for somebody who looks almost identically to Sonic is kinda funny to me.

What I dislike: This would probably not work out due to Robotnik.

Blazamy - 9/10

What I like: The fan content is adorable. They also just seem to be good friends.

What I dislike: They barely interact in canon.

Teknamy - 9.5/10

What I like: I think I just like most of the canon ships. Also they are extremely close from what I know and went on many adventures together.

What I dislike: WHY WON’T SEGA ACKNOWLEDGE THEM!?

What I like: I like the idea of them training together or something.

What I dislike: I see them as siblings and that age gap is a bit too big.

What I dislike: Pretty much any ship with Mephiles would be REALLY unhealthy if not abusive. This includes Mephamy.

What I like: Amy looks up to Honey and they seem to get a long rather well.

What I dislike: Again with a bit of a large age gap.

What I like: They are incredibly close and their dynamic is fun.

What I dislike: Sonic Boom as a whole wasn’t great and Sticks is fairly similar to Marine.

Surgeamy - 6/10

What I like: IDK why I like this ship. I think the idea of Surge “stealing Sonic’s girl” is funny. I also like the idea of Surge envying Amy’s ability to fight.

What I dislike: They have literally never interacted in canon. Plus from what I know Surge isn’t really ready for a relationship at this point.

Tikamy - 6.5

What I like: I feel they would get along really well and agree on a lot of things.

What I dislike: They literally cannot meet for several reasons.

Silvaze - 6.5/10

What I like: They have known each other for who knows how long and this is the only ship with Silver that could feasibly work out.

What I dislike: A lot of people see them as siblings and/or headcanon them both as gay. Also Blaze dies in 06.

Silvikal - 6.5/10

What I like: It’s technically possible for them to meet due to Silver time traveling. Plus they would probably agree on a lot of things.

What I dislike: They have never met.

What I dislike: Shadow literally killed Infinite’s whole team. This wouldn’t be healthy in the slightest.

Great Star Trek Rewatch - TNG Season 1

Star Trek: The Next Generation Season 1 is up next in my Great Star Trek Rewatch. As with ENT, DSC, STX, TOS, TAS, and TOS FF, mini-reviews will document my progress.

Encounter at Farpoint: TNG's pilot is the weakest of the various series premieres. Saving graces are John DeLancie's fully-formed Q, the McCoy cameo, the visual effects, Patrick Stewart's commanding performance, and the greatest tag line: Let's see what's out there, indeed. 5/10

The Naked Now: This episode would have worked better once we knew our heroes a little better (perhaps after "The Arsenal of Freedom"). Since we're still getting to know them, this rehash of a superior TOS episode is flat on arrival. Fully functional, it ain't. 4/10

Code of Honor: It's a racist piece of dogshit. Next. 0/10

The Last Outpost: Man, these Ferengi that allegedly eat their enemies must be as bad the Klingons or the Romulans! Uh, no. They're bad, but not in the way we've been expecting. The T'Kon Empire is worthy of follow-up. 5/10

Where No One Has Gone Before: TNG’s first great episode. Reality powered by thought is a classic Trek idea. Kosinski and the Traveler are excellent guest characters. I’m not the biggest Wesley fan but I cheer every time he calls out Riker. 8/10

Lonely Among Us: There’s just not enough story here to sustain an entire episode. Also, justice for Engineer Singh, reduced to a wig on a chair in one scene. The Antican and Selay makeup, however, are very well done. 5/10

Justice: 90% of this episode is hot garbage. The remaining 10% goes to Picard’s speech about absolute justice (something governments still struggle with), and Crusher’s grief over losing her son. If the Edo really were this primitive, would Picard have stopped there at all? 3/10

The Battle: Wesley’s smugness (and the weak writing for Crusher and Troi) drags the score down a bit, but this is a fairly good first season effort. Learning more about the otherwise enigmatic Picard through a Ferengi’s quest for revenge works. 8/10

Hide and Q: Q’s return so soon after the pilot tries to do something interesting, but it’s not an engaging story. 6/10

Haven: Lwaxana Troi is a love her or hate her character, and I adore her. Wyatt’s chemistry with Troi makes him a believable rival with Riker for Troi’s affections. The Tarellian ship is a striking design. 7/10

The Big Goodbye: While this episode is responsible (for better or worse) for holodeck malfunction stories, this one has a reasonable amount of tension. The reaction to Whalen’s shooting is an excellent in-universe touch. Redblock is effortlessly malevolent. 8/10

Datalore: I would imagine this was the first time people really took notice of just how damn good Brent Spiner is. Evil twin plots aren’t new to Trek, but this is a good one. Glad to see both villains again at later dates. 7/10

Angel One: It’s a sexist piece of shit. Next. 0/10

11001001: The visuals are striking, as are the Bynars. The holodeck scenes with Picard, Riker, and Minuet are worth the price of admission. A solid mid-season installment. 7/10

Too Short a Season: Fountain of Youth episodes are corny at best. A combination of makeup and casting dooms this one from the start. The Iran-Contra parallels come through loud and clear. 4/10

When the Bough Breaks: The Aldeans' plight is sympathetic. I just get the feeling that there's not enough plot to sustain an entire episode each time I watch this one. It's not objectionable but it's not oustanding, either. It just is. 5/10

Home Soil: Some very subtle commentary on the ravages of colonization gets lost in the "ugly bags of mostly water" scene at the very end. Malencon's death is somewhat gruesome for Trek (at least until the airing of the season finale). 6/10

Coming of Age: An excellent first season effort, with Wesley's exam and Remmick's investigation serving as the impetus for the title. Will we see Quinn and Remmick again? Time will tell. 8/10

Heart of Glory: A strong Klingon episode that sows the seeds for RDM’s sublime “Sins of the Father”. All killer no filler. 8/10

The Arsenal of Freedom: Confining this episode to a soundstage limits the scope and stakes of this one, but I do enjoy Crusher and Picard’s scenes. I especially love the Lower Deckers on the bridge. Some good commentary on the military-industrial complex here. 7/10

Symbiosis: Did Nancy Reagan write this stinker? A bummer that this was one of Merritt Butrick’s final roles before his too-early death from AIDS. It could’ve been a great one, but it’s just mediocre. 5/10

Skin of Evil: The first time a series regular dies…for good. The behind-the-scenes tales are legendary, but aside from the goofy oil slick monster, Yar’s senseless death (randomly, in the line of duty) and touching funeral elevates this episode. 7/10

We’ll Always Have Paris: I don’t know why, but this one works for me. I like the sense of isolation as our heroes track down Manheim; and the time distortions are fun, even if the science doesn’t make sense. 7/10

Conspiracy: This episode's shocking climax still hits hard over thirty years later. The unnerving feel of the episode kicks in from the jump and is sustained through to the chilling tag. A shame that this wasn't followed up in live-action. 8/10

The Neutral Zone: The return of the Romulans is dramatic, but the best scenes for me are in the 5th act and the tag. Picard's speech to the refugees is an inspiring summation of Star Trek, and even after an uneven season, it's hard not to be energized for what's to come. 8/10

And with that, TNG Season 1 comes to an end in my Great Star Trek Rewatch. Final score: 5.84/10. Highest score(s): “WNOHGB,” “The Battle,” “The Big Goodbye,” “Coming of Age,” “Heart of Glory,” “Conspiracy,” “The Neutral Zone.” Lowest score(s): “Code of Honor,” “Angel One.”

ྀ࿔ I am an AVID Clip Studio Paint user. Almost all my digital work is made on CSP. Otherwise, I use Illustrator or Photoshop (for my older works done in high school). I have a Wacom One that I got for christmas that I use as well.

ྀ࿔ My typical process for more complex pieces is sketch, color, shading, blur, render, highlight. For a piece more simple like the one above, it would be sketch, lineart, color, shade, highlight.
