The mental image of 'big dick Doflamingo's everything but mostly expensive implants mill'-dental office is sending me. Baby 5 not-so-subtly chewing gum behind her mask while she makes you wait in the chair. Him coming in half an hour late (you've been nervous and sweating the whole damn time and the radio is blasting nothing but shitty early 2010s pop which doesn't help), clearly fresh from some break and not a difficult procedure, showing you just how much he doesn't care about you. He fucking reeks of cologne. Light pink scrubs that fit him so well it's not even funny. Has a weirdly delicate gold chain around his neck that really emphasizes the way his pecs puff up before connecting with his collarbone. It kind of makes you want to fall into his... well, his cleavage. (Because of course he chooses scrubs with a rather unorthodox neckline - who's going to tell him off? He's the boss. Sometimes he comes in wearing polo shirts in that same pink tone and they're always, always a little too tight.)

He throws himself into his little chair so hard it skids right up to you and he just smiles as a greeting, porcelain-white veneers blinding you for a moment, before he puts his mask up (also pink, it's a whole fucking theme here). It's all pretty standard, Baby 5's clearly fake nails clicker-clacker away at the keyboard while he lists off your dental status - until he gets to the soft tissue, especially your palate.

Well, that's certainly an eyebrow raiser. Looks like little old unassuming you has a bit of a wild side. He can tell you know your stuff by how big and angry-red the bruise on your mucosa is. You've been a patient of his for a long time now - and other that the fact that you pretty much look like you're about to faint every time your ass touches the chair, you've been rather forgettable (but cute, he has to admit). He can tell you don't like the way he fingers around your mouth one bit - and that you're waiting for his final evaluation, taut like a bowstring. You're probably pissing your pants at the thought of getting some major work done. He knows your type and nudges his fingers just a little farther down your throat, to your uvula, just to see how trained your gag reflex is (and to keep you anxious for just a few seconds longer, it's just too precious).

You don't even blink. Others would have coughed up their breakfast by now but you're sitting there, eyes teary and face worried. Would you look at that. It's good he's wearing his mask or else you'd be able to see that he's poking out his tongue because he's smiling so hard - you're suddenly in his top ten patients, right next to all the big bucks and two or three genuinely interesting cases. And oh, he's getting ideas with the way you fidget under his gaze. You wouldn't tattle. You wouldn't even fight back. My, you're perfect for a little lunch time fun.

Baby 5 is out of the room with a single gesture, closes the door behind her with a distinctive click. She won't bother him either, she'll just go hide in the break room and text her newest boyfriend until someone scrapes her out of there again. And you? You're already anxiously waiting for his diagnosis, fearing the worst. Oh, he'll give you the worst. It's delicious to see your face go from nervous to absolutely crestfallen as he spins some tall tale about how need to get big work done on two molars, how bad it already is and how you probably should opt for implants (his specialty, after all. And so expensive he just knows you'll do just about anything to save a little money.) Of course, you trust him. And of course, you agree for him to go with the 'best' (and coincidentally most expensive) option, even when you're clearly fighting back tears at the price. He tells you to lay back, brings the chair to the highest, horizontal position and overstretches the neck so that your mouth is in a perfect line with your throat. It's unpleasant how the blood from the rest of your body is cut off from your head in this position, how the whole room is suddenly overhead and that damn light is shining straight into your eyes. It's supposed to give him a better look at your upper teeth - but when you open your eyes to his fucking dick of all things and him telling you that you want that treatment cheap, don't you?, you learn that not everyone has your best interest in mind. (Sadly, you don't even get to answer because he just shoves himself into you and fucks the protest right out of your oesophagus.) When he's done with you, your whole face is full of spit and mucus and you probably lost consciousness at least once - turns out not enough perfusion for your brain coupled with extreme anxiety and someone gripping your throat to fuck it better isn't exactly the healthiest thing in the world.

Honestly, you'll try so hard not to go back after that experience, you really do. Problem is, you gave them your mobile number when you first signed over your data - and just two days later you'll get a barrage of texts in finest text speak anno 2004, with a million of 😜🤞😂🦩 emojis asking you about the state of your throat and if you still want that follow-up. Cheapest set of dental implants you'll ever get, honestly. You only have to sell him your dignity.

Law on the other hand... All prim and proper in starched white, medical professional through and through, yet so gentle - has a whole concept around dental phobic patients, with warm and welcoming treatment rooms, gentle music, offers laughing gas, hypnosis and even general anesthesia if the fear is especially bad. Always professional and never condescending or infanitilizing (like some can be when it comes to phobic patients). He's a dentist, a doctor, the authority in this place but he guides with a gentle hand - and people adore him.

You've been his patient for a while now - and he can't lie, he really likes you. You've been a dream to work with despite your anxiety; have endured every session bravely, you hang onto every word he says with big, wet eyes. He makes a suggestion - you take it. No matter the cost, the time, how outlandish the approach might be, you're always willing, nod your head yes and try to tough it out. You're somewhat soggy, almost whiny but that's okay. It's kind of cute, really. So when he sees those telltale red spots on your palate, he's a little surprised... You come across as so meek while on the chair, it's hard to picture you as anything else outside of it. But clearly, you're either an extremely attentive lover or you're wilder than he thought. Honestly, he's almost pouting over this revelation. Who are you fucking? Even if the sentiment is inappropriate, it should be him - at least that's what his little crush on you whispers to him deep, deep down. He mills over it a little too long, long enough for you to try to speak around his fingers in your mouth - there you go again, asking him (and so politely, too) if there is something, anything? And to his shame, all he can think about is if this is how your tongue feels like when you're using it. The way you slur against his hand, that warm and entirely too inviting mouth so close yet so far - it's giving him some shameful, shameful ideas. What harm is in a little test drive - especially when you've been proven to respond well to hypnosis. He has just enough time to rope you into a little session, as well. So he pulls a face behind the mask and explains that yes, actually, you have a little cavity - a teeny tiny thing that could be filled so easily right now, if you have the time for it. The way you immediately tense up underneath him isn't lost to him. God, you hate surprises, he knows that, and he's being so, so selfish - but it's too late to take back his words now.

He can practically watch the thoughts form in your brain, can see how you valiantly try to fight down the panic over a surprise dental procedure. But, as always, you swallow the lie hook, line and sinker. And when you ask him if he can use hypnosis on you again, he knows he's won this round. It's not ideal - you're already upset over this whole situation and to get you into that relaxed state is going to be a lot of work, but he knows you well enough by now. A sentence here, a soothing word there, gentle encouragement wrapped around it all like a bow - the moment you've let go, he can simply pull his pants down and force himself into your mouth, that's how far away you'll be. Of course, you aren't as active as he wants you to be, but the thrill and novelty of the situation is more than enough for him. The thought of marking you like this, to cum right down you throat without you or the ominous other person fucking you knowing, is more arousing than he'd like to admit. Maybe he has to stroke himself to completion (because your slack lips around him are far from enough) but his orgasm builds up quickly and hits him hard. He can already feel that pesky sense of guilt nagging away at him the moment he collects his breath - but he cleans you up and fixes your rumpled clothes and shoves all those bad feelings into some far away corner of his mind.

Your numb jaw is easily explained away, as is that horrible taste in your mouth - and he did give you a filling, after all, so hey, the lie isn't that bad, right?

omg, because this would actually be so cute! Like imagine (y/n) being a rapper/singer instead and you’re always the hot topic, constantly having your sound bytes trending on tiktok because not only are you a talented artist but you come up with the catchiest one liners. So one day, one of your songs is circulating the app and there’s a video with this boy using it to make a dance or pose off of..and it’s gotten millions of views and likes in the process. In the caption he says, ‘y’all don’t understand how much I love this woman and her music.’ Low and behold, he wasn’t joking. There were a handful of videos scattered across his feed talking about his celebrity crush, (Y/N) (L/N). (i.e. the ‘i’d never let someone tell me what to do’ until my crush pops up or the ‘I’ll never get in the car with a stranger’ trend. Y’all know what I’m talking about) falling out and reacting to your twerk videos. So you decide to duet and stitch his video. Granted, he’s got over two millions followers and a majority female fanbase so there’s no question that he’s pretty popular himself but that doesn’t stop him from having a total fanboy moment. Out of complete curiosity, you decide to scroll his other socials because you guys are close in age but you got your come up in a different way..one that was a little more difficult so you had to see what he done to gain his notoriety. That’s when you learned that he was a digital creator named Eren Jaeger. He done everything from photography, fashion design, making skits with his friends, art and even dabbled in cars. He was on YouTube, Insta, Twitter…all of them having nearly a million followers. But honestly, his star ascended mainly because of his good looks and amazing humor. He was so fine, that even you had to admit it. After that little interaction, this of course sparks the shipping rumors and content..people started saying that y’all would actually look cute together and that it’d be fun to see you two link. He even jokes and says “that’s my wife already, y’all need to catch up.” So he’s hosting an Instagram live where you decide to pop in and join with him. The two of you are a whole vibe. This man is FUNNY, he’s sweet and obviously tryna run game. So different from the other men in your industry and a breath of fresh air. Like you were literally smiling the entire time. The video makes its round on Twitter after being screen recorded by his followers. But what really gets people talking is when you drop a surprise music video for one of your hit singles and he’s in it..as your love interest! Rubbing all over him, the two of you kissing and him even picking you up. It’s the collab of the century and everybody loses their minds. Eventually, the two of you begin dating and he loves making content of and with you. Doing dances and those corny couple trends but they’re so cute. (and he knows when and when not to post certain things because some moments are better left private.) When you perform, he’s taking pictures and everything. Truly is your biggest fan and will STEP if anyone comes at you sideways..people joke and says he manifested or ‘he trapped you to secure his own career’ with you but he really is the best thing to ever happen in your life.

Hello! Jim again after some time without appear!

I just want to say about a AU where Sanji meets the ASL sooner. He is 9 during the time and the Baratie is still pretty new, but is turning famuos pretty quickly (Luffy is 7 and Ace/Sabo 10). They stop at Dawn to buy supplies to the restaurant and Zeff just- say to Sanji explore the beach a little 'cause the eggplant needs some sun and fresh air from the island.

By pure accident he found Makino's bar where the trio is having lunch. Luffy finds him interesting and start to talk with him, scaring Sanji a little by the out of nowhere boy in front of him. But he is fun and soon, the blonde is talking with him to no end, the two older boys observing.

Sabo start to talk too, finding the other boy interesting too. The only one who just observed was Ace, being forced to talk too be his brothers after they notice this.

The four kids play around the bar, until Zeff appear to Sanji go to the Baratie again. The ASL are excited when they discover this, he lives in a ship who's also a restaurant?! The next day the trio go at the Baratie to know the place and call Sanji to play again, but he can't since he also helps (Zeff lets during the afternoon, since the eggplant deserve some friends).

And the four play every day until the Baratie have to set sail again. The ASL are sad, and Sanji is too. (Sabo is still with his brother after everything with his 'family', and after 1 or 2 years Sanji is back)

And after 7 years since they meet Luffy and Sanji meet again at the Baratie and, well, Ace and Sabo are surprised that Sanji is in Luffy's crew.

(Zosan bonus: Zoro is jealous by Sanji's closeness with Luffy, and eventually by Ace's playful flirting and Sabo's kinda touch way with the cook)

The ASL brothers would be in heaven when they found out their new friend is not only learning to be a cook but also lives in a restaurant. They are so so happy but then Zeff gives them a whooping for eating like it's an all-you-can-eat-for-free buffet. So next time they catch things on their own and ask the cooks to cook them for them. Zeff would still probably make them clean the floors for the labour but still it'd be a bit better

Sanji isn't the most physical person with his affections so Zoro would absolutely be in shock at how okay he is with it when it comes to the brothers. With Luffy - okay, it's Luffy so it can't be avoided. But then Ace? and then Sabo??? It's just so funny to me imagining his bewilderment lmao

Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire

Alright y'all! I'm back baby, getting into the groove!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of seeing the new movie and I kind of actually loved it more than I was expecting. I'll start off being super honest in saying that I haven't watched any of the past two movies. The all lady cast and the Afterlife one. But I think that if you have any knowledge of any of the movies, you'll be alright watching it.

I also want to say that Paul Rudd is an icon no matter what he does.

The story is a pretty good one, and the way it was written and put together really felt like a classic buster movie. It was witty and pretty funny, but also heartfelt and family friendly.

I really liked the ghost god that appears and how he appears. The backstory is a pretty typical villain one, where humans tried to use a power they couldn't control and now the spirit wants revenge. I mean, I totally get why this guy wanted to kill all of humanity. We were so unfair! But the busters wouldn't let it happen.

I did like how they have modernized some of the equipment too. It was kind of refreshing but it wasn't unnecessary like it was some kind of product placement. Everything was useful and had meaning. Like all of the fun little guests that appear. It was so much fun!

The beginning started pretty intense with a lot of action, and then of course the mayor had to get involved and was trying to shut them down. The man is always trying to shut the good people down, am I right? Anyway, I wouldn't say it's a coming of age story, but it definitely was a 'listen to the little guy' type story, and it ended in a pretty cute way that makes me hope that we have another one.

I plan on rewatching all of the movies and seeing if I missed any Easter eggs in the new one, and really catch up with the times. I have asked around, though, and had been told that the movie right before this one was better, not in a super obvious way, or a way that said that Frozen Empire was bad, but just that it was a little better. I'll have to watch it and really let everyone know my opinion myself.

I give it 8/10 stars

It was entertaining, it was fun, it felt like a fresh way to get a new generation in on the Ghostbusters action. I want this franchise to survive, and with movies like this one, it will. There was a lot of room for future movies in the way that it had ended. My biggest complaint is that some of the ghosts seemed almost shoe-horned in. Like the company was putting people in that they thought would draw a crowd. It didn't upset me and it wasn't terrible, but felt a tiny bit forced at times.

Sooooooo I'm going to end this little rant this way:

Would I watch it again? I probably will. It was pretty great, and I'm trying to get into the whole Ghostbusters lore.

Would I recommend it? Hell yeah! You should all go and see it. See it with the whole family! There's fun for everyone!

Does it need a sequel? I think it is kind of like a sequel? but I am so down for having another one, in fact, I hope that there is another one.

Once you see it, cuz I think you just gotta, let me know what you thought! I'm especially interested to hear if you think that Afterlife was better in any way.

1. How many works do you have on AO3?

2. What is your AO3 wordcount?

146,365, for an average of ~4,182 words per work. but really, it's just like four of my long multichapter works skewing the average that high.

3. What fandoms do you write for?

in a strict present-tense sense, it's just pokemon. i've written for a slightly odd variety of fandoms in the past; anyone curious enough to check will readily observe that i go through fandoms in neatly stratified phases lol. i don't tend to be actively involved in more than one at a time.

4. What are your top 5 fics by kudos?

i try to but sometimes it slips my mind and then it's too late to reply without it being weird :( whether i got around to replying or not, i'm grateful to everyone who said sth nice on my stuff 🙏

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

uhhhh honestly i don't get super angsty with my fics, especially not the endings lol. simpley not my style... i guess transfer point ended on a rather bittersweet note. born with a weak heart would have been even more so, if i'd ever finished it.

7. What is the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

on the other hand i also don't write fics with particularly saccharine endings either. it's kinda just, oh this is pleasant/cute/hopeful :) i wouldn't say there's a clear winner.

8. Do you get hate on fics?

so far, any haters have kept their thoughts to themselves, which is good. i suppose my writing is usually quite benign anyway lol

9. Do you write smut? If so, which kind?

i have a few unfinished drafts lying around but i've never published anything. (unless you count that one with piers/emmet? it's nsfw for sure but i think you'd be setting the wrong expectations if u called it smut lol.) anyway i'm not terribly interested in going into detail here.

10. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest crossover you’ve ever written?

again, i've attempted to draft some in the past but never got close to finishing any of them. i think i'm more likely to draw a weird crossover than write one :p

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

not to my knowledge.

12. Have you ever had a fic translated?

i've uhhhh translated my own fic once??? i guess that counts but i wouldn't say i did a good job LOL -- i'd written a supershort 200-word thing in both english and scots, and i haven't studied scots all that extensively. but it was fun to try, and somehow the scots version got more attention than the english one lol

anyway, if anyone's ever interested in translating my works, feel free to reach out! i'd be happy to help out by answering questions/clarifying meaning/etc :)

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?

nop! it's not really something i've ever considered, but i suppose in theory i'd be open to trying it.

14. What’s your all-time favorite ship?

god i can't give just one answer to an all-time favorite anything LOL. uhhh deduswayne still has a special place in my heart; the autistic jock/autistic nerd dynamic i gave them was so fresh and fun to me... i love raileon despite not ever really writing it ooooops... and then griebold is my newest interest, which is quite funny since raileon is one of the most popular pokemon ships on ao3 but griebold is so unheard of that i'm literally the only person to have posted an english-language work for it there lmfao

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

probably... the bede&hop post-canon qpr fic... i really would love to write a qpr (as well as non-romantic relationship drama in general) but it's another sprawling multichapter thing and idk if i have it in me :^(

16. What are your writing strengths?

dialogue and character dynamics hehe... that's what's most fun for me to write too. i also like to believe i'm good at writing a ship without losing sight of the individual chars involved. and i'm pretty good with spelling and grammar, contrary to what my casual fucking around on tumblr posts may imply LOL. i may not always write in the clearest or most beautiful way, but by god that syntax is solid

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

description lol. i am not a poet by any means; i think it will not surprise anyone to know i did better in linguistics classes than in english.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

do it if 1) you're able to put in the effort and 2) it makes sense to do it. on point 1, i don't think there's anything wrong with saying that chars are speaking in another language but rendering the actual written dialogue in english (or whatever ur mother tongue may be), especially if it's not a language ur fluent in. of course it's good to do research for ur writing but language learning is hard, doubly so if ur trying to write those chars speaking casually. cuz you can't really pick that up from reference texts, or maybe you can but it comes out sounding odd and unnatural. (think of how easy it is to mess up english slang/colloquialisms.) BUT you know, perfect is the enemy of good, and if ur willing to give it the ol college try then i really think it'll help ur foreign-lang-speaking chars feel more alive.

on point 2, i'm mostly thinking of the context of multilingual chars, which adds another layer of complexity. this old post will give u an idea of what i mean. if you're monolingual and mostly only interact with other monolinguals, you may find it difficult to write bilinguals believably. i suggest looking up info on code-switching and, more generally, language learning and bilingualism. (and also heritage languages, which fall under bilingualism but have their own specific features.) again, this is pretty demanding stuff and i wouldn't blame you for just sticking to english dialogue, but i do think it's worth a shot.

have i tried this myself? yes, most prominently in the day to end all days, and also a bit in my other swsh fics... oh yeah, i guess i also made siebold use quebec french swears lol. mind you, i'm under no illusion that i write it well. no one has told me yet that i'm fucking it up, but also no one's told me i'm doing a good job either lol. so idkkkkk

19. First fandom you wrote for?

st*rdew valley... i loved that game so much that it motivated me to start making fanfics and fanart haha. i started posting black box open about eight years ago, which if you'll recall is the fic i have the most kudos on. it was all downhill from there buddy!!!!!!!!!!! lol i'm just kidding, i really just tend not to write for popular fandoms is the thing (or when a fandom is at its most popular)

20. Favorite fic you’ve written?

honestly it's usually just Whichever Fic I Posted Most Recently lmao. i guess that's not bad, that means i feel like i improve with every story or w/e. i'm still really attached to the day to end all days, though. it's not finished yet (and won't be for quite some time) but it has the most involved plot yet out of all my fics, and it explores some really interesting character spaces too.

Friend Corp Session 1 went... interesting.

So to just quickly clear up any confusion as to how I'm documenting everything. I'm going to be recording every session I play of this and piecing together a whole documentary style playthrough video at the end, but each session I'm coming back to you guys with screenshots, updates, general questions as to which abnos we should be looking for, and overall just letting you know how things are going along the way. Come the final push to day 50 I might end up streaming it because as a vtuber I do occasionally stream (I've been garbage about my schedule lately lol) and I think it would be fun to actually let people come out and be there for the finale. I also quickly want to say that the name "Friend Corp" comes from Firebuug who left this comment on the post which was what prompted me to start calling it Friend Corp, so full credit for the name goes to our fellow friend Firebuug:

In other news, I just wrapped a 2 hour session that takes us through to the start of Security/Safety team and I thought I'd let you all in on the details.

So as you likely know, there is a list for Friend Corp that has all the currently enlisted nuggets along with their creators/owners. In a way the nuggets are there to represent the people who submitted them, and I totally understand if you don't have a nugget but don't want to be left out, so hey good news Dia is here as EVERYONE'S nugget. Dia represents the entire Friend Corp community. No single one of us own Dia, but rather we all collectively own Dia as a community so by all means feel free to project any sorta headcanons or whatever you want for them. Dia is our nugget comrade!

The first abnormality we pick up (after One Sin of course) is Old Lady, not my favorite day 2 pick but she'll be useful to us both for ranged white damage and as a good early game Temperance trainer.

Thankfully Marx seems just fine handling the Old Lady

Despite being fresh off recruitment, Marx absolutely crushes it on day 2 gaining enough Temperance to be promoted to level 2 by the end of the day. Meanwhile Dia has picked up some new fashion having earned the EGO gift Penitence:

Day 3 is right around the corner, and while we pick up 1.76 MHz we also pick up a new friend in hiring Rain [@ordei]

Nothing too noteworthy happens this day outside of Dia being promoted to level 2.

Day 4 we pick up the Heart of Aspiration and it's business as usual!

Between Dia, Marx, and Rain the Control Department runs like a well oiled machine each swapping off with a different abnormality every so often to train each of the necessary early game stats. We want at least level 2 for Justice, Prudence and Fortitude and level 3 for Temperance but I was blown away by just how much these nuggets improved!

With Marx already moving up to Level 3 and Rain following close behind at Level 2 it was becoming clear to me that these nuggets were clearly tapping into the forbidden power, the power of Friend Corp.

Day 5 is an absolute breeze, no new recruits as at the time of this session these 3 were the only members of the Control Department but after the impressive display on Day 4 I was confident they had it in them to absolutely crush the new quota.

and just look at em go! These lads are professionals, we're producing energy outputs in the high 80 - 90% success rates consistently and due to how many Teths and how few Zayins we're working with stat progression is through the roof for early game.

The Old Lady decided to give her new friends Marx and Rain some glasses, which are very cute;

Though I did find it funny how despite having the Penitence EGO gift, Dia refused to wear it.

Dia really said "the giant floating skull gave me a crown of thorns, but I stay silly"

and after about exactly 15 minutes of grinding we end Day 5 with Marx hitting LEVEL 4?! Dia already reaching Level 3 and Rain bumping Justice from 2 > 3

Things really are looking up for Friend Corp!

Day 6 and we get to pick a new abno!

I was faced with a moral decision, remembering the ProjectMoon Abnormality Sexymonster Polls outcome I felt like I had to give this one to the Cherry Blossom squad since Fairy Festival beat em by a mere 3%!

But who will be in charge of the Cherry Blossom? Well none other than our resident Info team specialists: Yuri [@polyydeucess] (who's eyes might be wrong but don't worry we can go back and fix em if needed since I have no idea what they look like under the Judgement Bird bandages)

AND Julian [@firebuug]

I decided to hire 2 Agents on Day 6 since this is the first day we'll be dealing with Ordeals and I needed all the help I could get.

In retrospect I played this WAY too safe, the Friend Corp squad are no pushovers and backed by not only the Heart of Aspiration but two gunslingers with very high attack speed and the absolute mad lad Dia who will throw themself into danger without a second thought, the squad was more than capable of handling Doubt.

Day 6 wasn't quite as eventful as some of the others, and took nearly twice as long; but it was a fruitful day never the less.

Day 7 starts with us taking The Lady Facing The Wall because yes we DO need more White Damage Ranged Weapons we didn't have enough between Old Lady, AND Grave of Cherry Blossoms!

our first Panic goes to Julian! I couldn't stop laughing because everyone enters the hallway and calms Julian almost instantly, but the damn clerk who DARED to shoot at Julian must face consequences for their careless actions!

Despite being stabilized Julian delivers the final blow. That'll surely send a message to the rest of the clerks, this is Friend Corp if you partake in unfriendly behavior you will be put down. Shooting people isn't very friendly!

The rest of Day 7 goes smoothly with Rain being promoted to level 3, unfortunately both Julian and Yuri are really taking their time with the stat gains, which is fair given they have a single abno between them and are mostly assisting with security measures and responding to meltdowns.

On Day 8 we pick up Fragment of the Universe... and Julian panics again but thankfully Julian's good friend Rain is right there to lend a hand!

However this isn't before Julian makes a point to add 1 more to the kill count of Clerks who behaved in an unfriendly manner!

This frame right here kills me, JULIAN PUT THE GUN DOWN JULIAN NO RAIN IS A FRIEND!

By now the team has become strong, they've learned to fight together, to work as a team, to play to each others strengths and cover each others weaknesses.

Challenges and Ordeals that once seemed like a threat were now nothing to them. We may be understaffed, but the staff we do have sure knows how to pull out all the stops!

We did run into one small problem... but thankfully as a Veteran Manager I knew how to handle it.

By the end of Day 8 Dia and Rain both reached Level 4, and Yuri had made the advancement to Level 2!

Things were getting difficult, with so many Abnormalities that needed tending to and with so few employees to handle the meltdowns I was having to pick and choose which abnormalities to let meltdown (typically the non escape ones) and recovering the energy cost wherever I could.

But this is Lobotomy Corporation, where we face the fear and build the future; so rather than stop we press on to Day 9 picking up Skin Prophecy.

WE ALMOST LOSE MARX ON DAY 9

MARX WAS SO READY TO GO IN THERE THE DOOR WAS OPEN AND EVERYTHING. The dangers of playing on 3x speed constantly.

Thankfully no one was lost and we didn't have to restart the day, actually so far; we haven't had to reset at all which is amazing considering how stupid risky I'm playing.

Other than Marx almost getting eaten by a tree Day 9 goes fairly well, both Yuri and Julian get promotions to levels 2 and 3 respectively, couldn't be more proud of those lads.

Day 10 was no different than the last, just less near death encounters with trees. Rain began working more and more with Old Lady, Marx became our 1.76 MHz specialist, meanwhile Julian befriended the Fragment of the Universe while Yuri attempted to make sense of the Lady Facing The Wall. Everyone had a job and was getting better and better at it, obtaining new EGO gear, gifts, and weapons; becoming more and more honed to their craft; and at the end of the shift on Day 10 we achieved our first Level 5 agent with Marx hitting rank 5 Temperance and being Promoted to essentially being the emergency "please go work with [thing melting down] because I trust you won't immediately die" nugget. Congratulations Marx!

At the Dawn of Day 11 we pick up Fairy Festival as the other options were both HE level abnos we're in no way prepared for yet. However with the opening of the Security team and no one to tend to it's abnos we were back to the hiring process to pick up Reinhardt! [@branch-wdk53]

Day 11 was going so well, everyone was doing their silly little tasks and then I forgot that this was the first day we could encounter Noon Ordeals and well...

SO WE ENDED THE DAY THERE BECAUSE I WASN'T GONNA LET THE LAD DIE LIKE THAT.

The last Abno we pick up for the current session is Funeral, I figured since I know the reference image of Reinhardt I have shows them using the EGO I should probably pick it up at some point and we're going to need some manageable escape type abnos for the suppression missions.

My rankings/reviews of all the k dramas I have seen so far (up to 21 now). I bolded the 3 new dramas I’ve added (Goblin is no longer in last place). I would highly recommend any show I gave a C grade or higher.

1) Hometown Cha Cha Cha: It’s an absolute masterpiece and delight. I want to live in that fictional community forever. Grade: A+(Netflix)

2) Her Private Life: Super funny and charming. The romantic leads have incredible chemistry. The premise is so good! Might be the most rewatchable of all the k dramas I’ve seen so far. Grade: A (Netflix)

3) Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung: Great strong female lead. Very good messages. Couldn’t stop watching. The most adorable prince I’ve ever seen 💜Cha Eunwoo💜 Grade: A (Netflix)

4)Business Proposal: It’s got every trope you can think of and it does them all to perfection. It’s so good and will make you feel all the good feels. Plus it’s hilarious. Grade: A (Netflix)

5)Sh**ting Stars: Probably the biggest turnaround of any show I’ve seen (The “Africa” part was so bad). However it turned out to be one of the funniest and swooniest KDramas out there. There are 5 couples and you will cheer for all of them. Grade: A- (Viki)

6)Strong Woman Do Bong Soon: The main couple is absolutely everything! Just fast forward through pretty much every side plot (they are not important) and you’ll love it. Grade: A- (Viki)

7)So I Married the Anti-Fan: It’s campy, fluffy, goodness, with a fierce female lead and a K-pop star enemy/love interest. Fastest binge of my life. Grade: A- (Viki)

8)Start-Up: Exceptional acting, compelling storylines, intriguing plot twists, great cinematography, intense love triangle. It’s just all around high quality. Grade: B+ (Netflix)

9)Run On: Cute, fun, silly and pretty light. I especially loved the supporting cast. Strange storyline but it was a fun easy ride. Grade: B+ (Netflix)

10)Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo: A bad-ass yet vulnerable female lead. The main couple just had a lot of fun together. Refreshing. Grade: B+ (Viki)

11)Shopping King Louie: Adorable! Luis is too cute. I love it how he bops along like a penguin and his cute little screams at bugs. And Bok Sil is the warmest character, you just have to root for her. So many light fluffy feels for this show but it does drag a bit in the second half. Grade B (Viki)

12)Fight For My Way: Such lovable leads. Love the fierce female lead and adorable himbo male lead. It’s like a coming of age story but for 30 year olds. Storyline was ok. Second couple was skippable. Grade: B (Viki)

13)What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim: More PSJ is always a good thing. This drama did all the tropes in ways that didn’t always feel fresh, but it was so romantic and hilarious. A true classic. Grade: B (Viki)

14)Touch Your Heart: If you can just stick it out through the first few very shaky episodes, you will enjoy this adorable, fluffy, series. Grade: B- (Netflix)

15)Doom at Your Service: It was sometimes real sad yet ultimately a heart warming mystical story. Grade: B- (Viki)

16)True Beauty: Fun teen drama however, it’s a little too “antsy teen” for me. Cha Eunwoo though💜 Grade: C+ (Viki)

17)Crash Landing On You: The first half is GREAT but the second half is way too melodramatic for my taste. It’s a very interesting storyline, the main couple has insane chemistry, and there are very lovable side characters. Grade: C+ (Netflix)

18)My Secret Romance: The story of a total screw up female lead falling for a manipulative, gaslighting, hottie. It was problematic yet fun? So 🤷‍♀️ Grade: D+ (Netflix)

19)Our Beloved Summer: I LOVED V’s “Christmas Tree” OST however I struggled to keep watching. Boring storyline but great acting. Grade: D+ (Netflix)

20)Goblin: The age gap is too disturbing for me, like call the police disturbing. However, the Grim Reaper who is one of the most adorable characters I’ve ever seen. Grade: D- (Viki)

21)Extra-Ordinary You: So here’s the thing, I was obsessing over this drama for the first few episodes because the premise was brilliant. It was a funny parody of a teen romance where the female protagonist became self aware and empowered. However it changed around episode 10 and became the exact antsy teen romance it started out critiquing. The codependency and melodrama ultimately made this series pretty hard to watch. I honestly feel the writers betrayed their characters. Grade: D- (Viki).

Currently Watching: Alchemy of Souls (and LOVING it), Extraordinary Attorney Woo (will be ranked so high/Kang Tae Oh😍), My Love From the Star (I’m uneasy about the Goblin vibes), Suspicious Partner (so many episodes), I Am Not a Robot (seems fun), Today’s Webtoon (not sure if I’ll finish).

Favorite movies and shows i’ve watched in 2021

I've only watched a few because of my weak attention span that year. In no particular order.

Soul (2020)

I rarely watch animated films, but the premise is very interesting. I don’t think i have seen a before-life concept. Plus, music? Especially jazz. Light and heartwarming at the same time. Will make you reflect about your life, self, identity and purpose.

Rafiki (2018)

SAPPHICS! You all need to watch this. Tired of white lesbians dominating film when this gem is right here. It is also banned in Kenya soooo let’s all support it! One of the best chemistries i’ve seen, vibrant cinematography, simple and well-executed, the best soundtack (made me cry) and the acting is natural, but deep. Just a content warning for blatant homophobia and violence near the end. And when i recommend a wlw media, there’s an assurance that it’s a happy ending so don’t worry my loves.

Three Identical strangers (2018)

Oh this one was a big Mind F! I thought it was just a usual netflix documentary, but i was wrong. With my short attention span, i was focused from the start to end. And it started fun and chill, but has amazing lessons. Not a waste of time.

Dickinson (2019 - 2021)

I have to admit that i haven’t finish this, but it’s not the show’s fault. Despite that, i still put it in my recommendation list because it is unique and entertaining. Modern dialogues that other shows can’t pull off. Also, it’s vert funny.

Jiva (2021 -)

This show is fire! Female-centered and i think this is the only street dance show/movie where all leads are women?? Not sure, but please recommend if you know some. No white-washing too. It always boggles me everything white people are the center of dance media because uhm hello? It’s black people’s culture and creation. Also it’s time for people outside Africa to see the beauty of their dance (South Africa in particular).

Mine (2021)

You know it’s a good drama when Kim Seo Hyung is in it coz she is very picky on which project to choose. Not a typical infidelity story, it’s very feminist. I also think this is one of the best lesbian representations i’ve seen in media. Her character is very smart, calm, strong and didn’t make her sexuality or romantic life her whole personality. And i love the female-friendship and solidarity in this show.

How to become a tyrant (2021 -)

The plot is on the title itself. If you think your leader is a tyrant, this is how you confirm it. Recommend it to everyone. Also, it’s not boring and dragging so you know, it’s digestible to people who are new or really not into politics.

The sex lives of college girls (2021 -)

Ok this is one of the best teen shows i’ve watched and it’s college! We rarely get that. First of all, the leads are women! And there’s no unnecessary cat fights. I hate teen shows where women ang being pitted against each other and mostly because of a man. This is so fresh and authentic. It broke a lot of stereotypes too.

Couple of Mirrors (2021 - ?)

Another WLW! This one is so cute and i also find it campy and dramatic (in a good way). And i’m a sucker for period pieces (except when they are white because i’m tired). I think there should be more chinese WLWs.

Hello

I just thought I'd take a moment to list the various things I've though about doing/talking about on this account.

My personal life

My life is a mess of a thousand problems. Everything makes me miserable anymore. You've been warned.

I kinda don't want to talk about certain subjects both directly and publicly, but it seems there's nothing like "followers-only posts". That would be a good feature.

My current programming project(codenamed Escape)

Sort of a game to provide a happy place for me to mess around in, although it's yet to reach a playable state. I'll detail work that's previously gone into it, the current state of it, and future plans for it. It's sadly also the only thing in this list that could make for decent picture material.

Reviewing various shows and movies I've watched over the last 5 years

I'll have to do a separate post listing all the things I've watched, assuming I manage to remember them all. Things will likely be grouped with other similar stuff or things in the same series if I don't have enough to say about a single item. I figure I'll try to review stuff immediately after watching them going forward to properly establish my sentiments while they're fresh in my mind.

Pokemon stuff

Mainly Go as that's the one I play the most currently. I also do a bit of Unite playing but my interest has really waned in it. Violet I only really touch for a day every time they do a new promotion.

Computer stuff

Largely programming or software stuff, but also occasionally hardware related things. I guess game systems could be thrown in this category too.

3D modelling software and model/texture hosting sites?

This was an idea I had sort of born out of my inability to find an instance either of these things that I liked. Everything seems to have some major issue. I have a soft spot for sort of medium-poly models; particularly landscapes, home furnishings, and simplistic architecture. While I haven't messed around much in this department, it seems like something fun to review. The modelling software might be better fit for a youtube series though to really convey the thought process using a program and any interface issues.

Reviewing games I play?

Honestly I don't do that much playing of games outside a few comfort games and games I've worked into my daily routine. I have played slightly more games in the last half a year, although nothing that's left a lasting impression.

"Art"/Artists I like?

I mean, yes, it is art even if it's NSFW. Stuff that's just cute/funny images I come across or stuff that's not even remotely sexual I'll just reblog regardless, but I don't know if I wan't to incorporate other stuff into this blog.

CHARACTERS BELONG TO PIXELBERRY STUDIOS

He only recently uttered those three words, but it had been years since he felt them. So now that he had taken that leap, he was ready to soar. That's how they ended up in Casey’s bedroom packing up her things in a fevered rush. There is no point in pretending they’re not already living together anymore.

Casey was folding the last of her winter clothes into a box on her bed when Ethan came barrelling back into her room, fresh from a trip to the U-Haul parked on the street. Sneaking up behind her, he wrapped his arms around her waist, snuggling close as she giggled.

“Much more to pack?” He whispered, kissing her ear. “Because I’m anxious to get you out of here. Once we get home, we can do whatever we want, wherever we want.”

“Mmmm. Home,” Casey sighed. “I love that when we say that word now, it means the same place for both of us.”

“Me too,” he smiled. “So, what else needs to be packed so I can get you out of here.”

“Just my two night stands. Everything else is packed up! There’s a box over there if you’d like to….”

“Say no more,” he said, already assembling the box before he completed his sentence.

The two love birds worked quickly, exchanging sly glances and smiles as they did. When, all of a sudden, Ethan stopped.

“Uh, Casey?” He asked, looking into the back of a drawer with abject horror.

With her back to him, she replied sweetly. “Yes, baby.”

“What… is this?”

Noting the strained tone of his voice, she quickly turned, then broke into a fit of laughter.

“That?” she laughed, pointing to the cylindrical object in his hand. “You know what that is, Ethan. Do I have to spell it out for you? It’s my vibra….”

“I know what it is, Casey!!” he sputtered.

“OK, then why did you ask?”

“Where do you use this?”

“Whereas in what room… or where on my body do I….”

“I know what part of your body, Casey!” He shot back. “At least I think I do.”

Amused by Ethan’s stupefaction, she bit her cheek to prevent herself from laughing.

“Well… how often do you use this?”

“During the past few weeks,” she winked. “Not at all.”

“And prior?”

“I don’t know,” she smirked, dragging her hands across the stack of clothing on her bed. “Quite frequently, if we’re being honest.”

“Why?” he gasped.

“Well,” she said, taking the toy from his hand and chucking it into an open box. “If you remember correctly, you were a little slow to come around. And you know, I needed to come... while you were coming around."

Ethan sat on the bed, embarrassed by how flustered he had become.

Casey sat next to him and wrapped her arm around his shoulders. “Hey, it’s no big deal. I mean, you should be happy.”

“Happy?”

“Yeah, I mean, I was using this, and not another hot doc…”

“OK! OK! OK!” He blurted as tears rolled down Casey’s cheeks. “I’m glad you think this is so funny.”

“I think it's cute.”

“So, now that you have… me… why are you packing it?”

“Well,” she shrugged. “There may be nights you’re not in the mood.”

“Doubtful, but go on..."

“Or when you’re at work,” she laughed, “… or…..?”

“Or?”

“Or we could use it together? I’m sure we could have a lot of fun.”

Ethan hunched over and snickered. “I think we could.”

“In fact, why don’t we make a stop on the way to the condo?”

“A stop?”

“Yeah! We could hop over to Hubba-Hubba in Cambridge, maybe pick out some new things for a toy chest,” she winked. “What do you say?”

“Hubba-Hubba?” he blurted. “What the hell is a Hubba-Hubba?”

Dragging her fingers across his cheek, Casey looked up and smiled.

“It’s a… toy store, honey. I think you’d like it.”

“No.”

“No?”

“Absolutely not.”

“And why not? Don’t you want to have a little…fun?”

“Sure. I’m fine with that. But there are perfectly respectable websites that we can peruse in the comfort of our own living room. I’m not about to walk into a store where we might be… seen!”

“You know, there is nothing wrong with it, Ethan.”

Pinching the bridge of his nose, he was reminded of why he used to think she was a colossal pain in the ass.

“I know there’s not. But let’s just say….”

“You’re embarrassed to be caught in the store.”

“Yes,” he sighed, turning to her. “Is that so wrong?”

“No,” she said with a kiss on his cheek. “I think you’re modesty is… cute.”

“Modest?” He growled, gently shoving her back onto her bed. “Cute? I’ll show you modest and cute.”

“Oh? Please do,” she laughed. “I mean, we should give this room a proper goodbye anyway. Don’t you think?”

“Yes, I do. But just with me. Jack can stay in the box.”

“Jack?” she asked with a wrinkled brow.

Ethan shook the box housing the… toy.

“Yes,” he said, kissing her fiercely before coming back for air. “Jack’s seen the last of his action in this room. But me, I get one more shot.”

Casey giggled underneath him. “Should I go lock the door?”

“Nah, your roommates already know we’re together. Screw them if they don’t knock.”

A/N 2: I totally HC that they went home, spent hours perusing sights, got all worked up, and did it again... and again... and anxiously awaited their purchases. Upon arrival, Ethan decided they needed to take a day or two off of work together to uhm, celebrate! 😏

Okay so the brainrot I was having earlier. It’s embarrassing because it’s so damned specific but

I was reading a fic where you get to see Bakugou’s penthouse for the first time. And he’s just kinda watching you for a minute, and is suddenly bristling out of nowhere.

Simply because of your lackluster reaction. Like, I’m sure with his kind of salary, he’s got a real nice place. Clean and tidy. But definitely a bachelor pad. Part of me wonders if he wouldn’t put too much thought into things with how busy he is. Hell, maybe he’s had an interior designer set it all up for him. Maybe he doesn’t care too much, so long as it looks nice? (And I could be 110% incorrect on that, but let’s just pretend for the ask that it is lmao.)

And it is nice. Very nice! Just not your style at all. But he’s acting all pissy at you, asking if you’ve got a problem. And you tell him the above. And what would it matter anyway? It’s his place, not yours!

But this mfer is acting all offended about it. But then he’s huffing and asking you what you like (and calling it stupid of course). Or he’s paying closer attention when he visits your place. This weirdo may even do some digging on your socials and find like a Pinterest board you’ve made of your dream home. Just oddly obsessed.

And you notice over time when you’re over there (started dating and all) that you’re really liking what he’s doing with the place. You’re just really liking the aesthetic so much better! It may be subtle changes: Different color scheme, new portraits on the wall, etc. You tell him how great it looks and he’s smug as shit, like ofc it is.

But why is this such a big deal to him? Because he wants to impress you? Because his penthouse feels more like you? More like home? (And it could be your home too ya know, dumbass. 🥺) It’s Bakugou fuckin’ Katsuki, are we ever going to fully know?

Like I said, super SUPER specific. I’m probably the only one who thinks it’s cute/funny. 😅

KORE, YOU LITERALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND! one of my BIGGEST brainrots for Bakugo is choosing new furniture + decor with him!!! And I was actually just writing about it the other day until I ended up scrapping what I had because I felt like it didn't match the prompt... BUT! ...literally, it makes me wanna tear out my hair.

You're definitely right about the details of his place (it being more of a modern, bachelor pad)... and while I think he doesn't mind the way it looks, it's probably not very interesting because he really believes so long as it functions exactly as it should (that being, as a place to live), there’s no real need to make it homier than necessary.

(I feel like he probably recruits his parents to make it look nice and then never adds anything to it himself. Maybe a couple bookshelves, an All Might shrine... but other than that, very... plain. He just thinks there's no point because he's the only one living there.)

But when he meets you, suddenly he is kinda embarrassed that he never put any thought into is, especially because he wants you to feel like it’s your home (or could be, one day) just as much as it is his…

And I don’t want to repeat everything you said because it was perfect already, but just to continue on… in my head, I feel like the first thing that changes are his towels. They go from all black, white and brown to a kind of… post-modern feel with fun shapes and colors and designs. You try to ask him about them and he’s just spitting out some bullshit about how “he needed new ones anyway,” which… is strange, but seems fine enough.

Then his boring ass mugs (aside from the one that his name on it and the other one that’s shaped like a grenade) get replaced. From plain and typically shaped to ones that are in your favorite colors and in more unique designs that better fit in your hands. You ask him about those, too, and it’s the same excuse or maybe even that they were a gift.

And it goes on, you know. Sheet by pillow by wall art by fresh flowers in the vase and new pepper shakers, praise by praise (which makes the whole thing worth it to him)… until he ends up having to confess that he did it all for you and will you please just move in with him?

UGH, just… *shakes you by the shoulders* WHY IS IT SUCH A THOUGHT, I DON’T EVEN KNOW…………….

And I think, continuing my earlier thought… even before you meet them, his parents absolutely LOVE you because you’re the reason their son’s apartment has suddenly started feeling like a real home. The first night you meet them after you move in, they’re complimenting you on all your little additions.

I’m ill over this, seriously. Ill.

(And I was gonna put this in the tags, but another part of my daydream regarding this is like... him doing an interview where he ends up talking about how you're the reason he got more into house decor + furniture. Who knows how + why this occurs, but he's really just out there telling people about how stylish you are... or even the new salt and pepper grinders you bought that he actually really likes LOL <333)

Ayyyy new HB episode just dropped, and its the Fizzarolli one!~ Been SUPER curious about it since the initial trailers/sneak peek previews, soooo... lets talk about it~

*SPOILER WARNING AHEAD FOR THOSE WHO DIDN'T SEE IT YET-*

First things first, the Positives:

-Loved loved LOVED Fizzarolli and Asmodeus since their initial debuts in "Ozzie's", and... yeah, I very much enjoyed them here too!~ 👏From Fizz's maniacally-pampered goofiness to Ozz's "lovingly suave & powerful" demeanor, it blends into some super enjoyable chemistry when we see them both onscreen~ ❤️Not that they have a flawless relationship ofc, given Ozzie's overprotective coddling at times & Fizz being too careless about his own safety (+his inner worry of what the public would think of Ozz dating an Imp)... but at the end of the day, whether it's fluffy cuddles, kinky fun, or pummeling the hell out of some boring lawyer dude... it seems like nothing will ever tear these two apart, aww~ :3

-Blitz and Fizz's dynamic was SO fun to watch from start to finish, everything including their snarky banter at the start, their gradual teamwork when kidnapped, and their heart-to-heart by the end was quite touching to see play out (like man you can just FEEL the pain in Blitz's voice as he recounted all that tragedy/genuinely felt remorse for what happened... poor guy ;-; )🥺 I know some could argue that Fizz forgiving Blitz at the end was a little... "rushed", but personally I like to see it more as them agreeing start over "fresh" to give time in rebuilding things, with plenty to catch up on now that they're free from danger 👍 Here's to some more great Blitz/Fizz content in future HB eps!

-As... "lukewarm" as I've grown towards Stolas lately, I honestly found him pretty fine here in terms of character portrayal/writing (surprising too that he didn't take up much screentime since he stayed more to the sidelines during the B-plot... huh .3.). The lil bit of him excited to read the contract was pretty funny too lol ("Ohoho, I love words!~")

-Didn't expect to see Striker so soon, but he proved a fun threat to watch along with the bigger arsenal in Crimson's gang! 👌 Curious to see what he'll be up to next, with that slick escape of his by the end~ 👀

-I liked the lil fly-Chihuahua things Fizz had as pets during the intro, they were cute :3

-Much better writing in the humor-department here, as even some of the "raunchier" jokes (like from Fizz and/or Ozzie) didn't really phase me here since most of them do come from two prominent Lust Ring performers. Ironically enough though, it was actually Crimson who surprisingly gave me the most laughs ngl (like the screen recording threat to Ozzie, his confused face at Fizz singing in Italian, etc. lmao).

-Beautiful shots of animation & color work as usual, and even Fizz's song (-cluttered as it was lol) proved an amusing one to see given the circumstances of him improvising the whole time XD. Hope we'll see more of Alex Brightman's singing talents in HB's future, given his past Broadway work! 👏

-So it looks like we were right to assume Stolas is planning to give Blitz an Asmodean Crystal after all (possibly meaning the end of their Full Moon deal, too? :o), so that'll be interesting to see how that'd play out later (esp. now that Fizz gave the okay to let Blitz have it by the end, thanks to their renewed bond ^^)

Now, as for any potential Negatives...:

-As much as I enjoyed Striker's antagonist role here, along with the looming forces he gained from Crimson's alliance... like, why is Crimson of all people here for the villain-count, again? .-. Sure, it is refreshing that Striker's learning to let go of "sucking up" to Goetia's (aka: Stella & her brother) to get by... buuuut idk, I would've thought Crimson's next big appearance would've been suited more to a Moxxie and/or Millie-centered plot, I guess? 🤷 Idk...

-For someone who went through such an intense kidnapping/beat-up during his last starring role... I'm surprised Stolas is apparently walking around fine now, with no other visible injury? I mean sure, he is a Goetia so I guess it makes sense he'd heal up fast... yet since its only been canonically a week since "Western Energy" happened, I feel like he should've at least had a couple bandages/scars on him, to at least leave some more of a narrative impact of what he went through imo.

-Funny as the B-plot was with the boring lawyer guy... yeaaaaah I'll admit after awhile, I couldn't help wondering why Ozzie didn't just say "f*** it" and killed the dude already lol. Like, big threats from Crimson aside... Asmodeus IS an Embodiment of Sin nonetheless, arguably more powerful than any Goetia if we consider the Hell hierarchy system. Couldn't he have just... idk, raised up hell like Stolas did in "Truth Seekers" to go save his man? 🤷 Not that it took me out of the ep too much given all the great Blitz & Fizz content we got instead... buuuut yeah lol.

-With that one flashback sequence of Blitz and Fizz's childhood... I'm surprised Barbie Wire didn't show up much in it (save for the burned photo with their mom)? .-. I mean I'll admit I even saw some leaked storyboard-screencaps showing that Barbie was meant to be seen running out during the tent fire scene, but in the actual-finished ep she's just... not there somehow? Weird .x.;

-I'm... not really sure how to feel about Blitz straight up calling Striker a "supremacist"? Like yeah Striker's clearly within the "Eat The Rich" mentality since his debut in S1... buuuut with how its been subtly stated of how oppressed the Imp race is compared to most other Hell classes, I don't really get how Striker is "wrong" to outright detest royalty/rich folk? .-. Idk, hopefully they'll clear this up more with a later episode/backstory moment for Striker down the line... 'cause otherwise, the implications of it all just feels very... ehhhhh .x.;;

-...okay, I'm just gonna cut to the chase here (*and no offense meant-in advance to any shippers out there, btw*), but I'm... reeeeally not a fan of how much this show's been trying to "water down" Blitz and Stolas' current dynamic here 😑 Like, its one thing to show Stolas catching honest, genuine feelings but recognizing his mistakes enough to try & make things "right" (hence again, the Asmodeon Crystal thing)... but to straight up paint Blitz as being some "uwu stubborn meanie who doesn't know true love when he sees iiiiit~" is just... really? 🤦

Mind you, Stolas is the same guy who coerced Blitz into their Grimoire deal all so Blitz can keep up his I.M.P. business (& for Stolas to... well, "get some" >>;), kept stepping over boundaries throughout S1 (aka: calling him "Blitzy" over & over, hitting on him when he's not interested, etc.), and then didn't even try to defend Blitz when they both got publicly mocked in "Ozzie's" (only way later when they were in the privacy of his manor did he offer to talk/have some "cuddly couple time" together... 😒). Again, I don't mean to dunk on Stolas too much 'cause I know he IS trying to be better now (+Blitz wasn’t exactly a saint either, given that he only ever asked out Stolas back then just so he could spy on M&M >>)... but really, all that in mind I can't say I blame Blitz for not being exactly "receptive" to Stolas' affections 🤷 Personally, I think its best that these two just give eachother some space (once the Grimoire/Crystal thing is sorted out), imho...

Aaaaand yeah, all-in-all I'd say this ep was... probably the best of S2, so far??😳Not "perfect" by any means, and def could've used a bit more polish in a few scenes/plot holes/script-writing... all-in-all, the strong chemistry of Blitz, Fizzarolli, Asmodeus amongst the drama made it a truly worthwhile episode~! 👏👏As for my current S2 ranking atm:

5. Top 3 boss fights

3. Big Fucking Monkey. Or whatever that boss from W1D2 is called. It's not a particularly interesting or memorable boss, but I have a soft spot for it. I love W1 very very much and it holds a special place in my heart, and because I started with neo, BFM was one of my first twewy boss fights ever and I just found everything about it so charming, from the goofiness of getting to it via Rindo pounding his chest and screaming to the cute battle dialogue (Sho: My advice? Don't get caught -> said as Fret is is being shaken like a baby rattle). Gives me the warm and fuzzies yknow.

2. Leo Cantus. Ngl the first time I ever fought him I was wincing so hard. I was SO SAD that my beloved cat bastard had finally shown up after I'd pined after him for two weeks just so that I could beat him into the pavement. But since then I have grown as a person and as a Sho fan. Now I think beating him up is extremely funny.

1. Motoi. I love everything about this fight. The silly little pose he does with his laptop and his salute. The fact that he has the gall to start a GoFundMe when he can't even wreck a hoard of children on his own. The awkward little scattering of the two pathetic Purehearts he managed to call in before I shut him down. Beautiful. Also I'm not good at games and it's easy.

10. Who has the biggest glow-up with their Neo design? + Who wore it worst?

Uzuki. Uzuki beyond even a shred of doubt. Although it feels a little like cheating because anything would've topped that first design. But I also think that her redesign, out of everyone's, best reflects the growth she underwent in the three year period between og twewy and neo. She's the character who most visibly "grew up" and I think that means a lot for how immature she acted when she was younger. She's finally come into herself as an adult and a leader, and her suit reflects that.

Also, I like to think that her suit is a bit tight and stiff in early neo, but becomes more disheveled as the weeks wear on until she finally loosens her collar and rolls up her sleeves when it's time to put aside her pride and save Shibuya. Symbolism.

As for the worst...I'd say Shiki. I like her colours and I don't actually mind that she's not decked out in Gatto Nero because I think it's funnier that way, but there's something just slightly off about it. A smidge too plain. I think it's the shirt dress.

20. Did you have any theories that turned out to be true? Which do you wish came true?

LONG SUFFERING SIGH. I dont normally theorize. I'm usually just along for the ride. But when it came to neo I really thought I had it figured out. I've talked about this before in a post that's...somewhere now, but my main theory was that the big climax of the game would be a final Scramble Slam between the Shibuya and Shinjuku Reapers for the fate of the city. AND IM STILL MAD THAT DIDNT HAPPEN!! You introduce a TURF WAR sidemission in a story about OUTSIDERS TAKING OVER CONTROL OF THE PROTAGONIST'S TOWN and you NEVER make that relevant to the actual plotline??? Hello????

I also thought that Sho would be involved in it somehow. I was fresh out of the anime with Hanekoma saying that he'd banked on Sho's affection for Shibuya as a backup in case Neku failed, so I'd assumed he would pissed about the Shinjuku Reapers encroaching on his territory. But that never gets brought up. Ever. That could have been a fun NEW thing for him to do instead of the Same Old Shit As Always but I guess that's fine too. It's fine.

I can say 10 nice things about you and you will not take it but god forbid I say 1 bad thing and all of a sudden you hate me.

I dare you to say 10 nice things about me.

You are smart and although you deny it to yourself- you are smart maybe even as smart as the greatest

I don’t care if you cheat your way out of things at least you are smart about it

Or how little money you have

you somehow budget everything

You don’t care that you only have 24 hours in a day

You somehow manage everything

Because you are smart about it.

You are nice and you try to act tough around me for god knows what reason

You are nice because you asked me if I wanted something from the store and I said

Something small and cute

and when you came back from the store

You did in fact get me something small and something cute

A small cute orange chapstick that probably cost you less that a dollar

And you bought it for me again in strawberry when I didn’t ask

And you put it in my locker because

You thought of me

and that was fucking nice.

You are kind

Because you were kind to my friends at the time

No matter what because you were trying.

You are thoughtful because you would get me my favorite drink that you remembered

It still doesn’t take away the fact that you would talk about your exs to the world
