I got one, Markus doesn't know Connor can transfer his memories and Connor like, takes a bullet in the head for him? So Markus is super sad until Connor just comes home like nothing happened

This is so fucked but also would make things make a lot of sense for Markus for the way Connor behaves!

Depending on the stage of their relationship, Connor's little resurrection trick could really screw up a person, look at how haunted my man Hank was every time Connor would just show back up like he didn't just commit not alive in from of him the previous day.

My point is if Hank was traumatized, how will Markus not self destruct from high-stress levels with his deep feelings and protective nature for his friends, for Connor? Markus would be ready to burn Cyberlife down because he knows how broken of an individual Connor really is because of that 'awesome skill' of dying and re-uploading into another... You can do. I mean, one does not just walk away from their own death and not feel nothing at all.

That being said, after Markus compartmentalized his own thoughts and feelings on the matter, he would be able to help Connor fully with the signs of feeling replaceable, unimportant due to the fact that he was given a plethora of like models in the instance he was destroyed, or simply the fallout of living after remembering each and every one of those deaths in explicit gory, high definition 4k, real-time, real feal, and perfect clarity.

Initially, it would be horrible, terrible, but also pleasant knowing that Markus is able to understand where Connor is coming from when relieving nightmares of dying and having someone to talk to about it.
