Guys Guys Guys!! It finally happened i managed to get my first ever pokemon! I'd like you all to meet Chilli! He is currently pretty shy and I'm letting him explore the house so he can get used to it all, i got him from a rescue so unfortunately he had a bit of a tough start so i am hoping i can give my sweet Chilli a good life now!

Heres a picture of him, i don't wanna startle him so there probably won't be alot of pictures until he is fully settled in but I'll make sure to update whenever i can!

we just had a pair of wild Feebas brought in as one is missing it's Dorsal fin witch has a pretty bad infection, and the other Feebas is refusing to leave it's friend/sibling/mate (not sure witch atm).

The Injured Feebass is currently undergoing surgery and has been nicknamed Flo while it's partner has been called Buddy and is in quarantine atm.

Unfortunately Flo will not be able to be returned to the wild will have to be re-homed along with Buddy, but they won't be adopted about for a few months as they recover.

If you are interested in adopting these two any way please contact us.

I will be also be proving update on these two as they recover and find a home.

Hello! So I run a Pokemon rehabilitation and rescue farm, and we were recently given two eevee kits from a safe Pokemon breeder we sometimes work with, the two kits were both deformed at birth, and he actually ended up retiring his breeding Eevee’s so that they can live out the rest of their lives as companion Pokemon, and caring for the other kits as they seem to still want to help with the babies. He retired and fixed them so they won't have more Eevees with a chance of medical issues. However that's not the reason for contact.

See, I'm quite good at care for Eevee’s and evolutions (it's the entire reason I started, I had an Eevee as my parter and I saw horrible people abandoning their evolutions for not being “right”) but however, I am not confident on how grass types recover, one of the little eevee kits, I named her blossom as her neck fluff was like flower petals, has started to show signs of evolving into a Leafeon, which I am proud of, but the concern is how she was born without a tail, and sometimes I see our grass types and leafeons using their tails to absorb the sunlight, or even use iron tail. This is a new type of deal for me, I've had leafeons without a leg, blind, missing their head leaf blade, but I'm not sure if there's anything to do to help one without a tail, and I've seen some grass types grow back limbs, but I don't think that will work for one born without a tail.

I guess what I'm trying to say is I'm trying to give her the best quality of life but also still let her evolve into her own choice, do you have any tips for grass Pokemon missing their tails? I've seen many Pokemon without tails but never a grass type. (and no worries about the other eevee, Orbit is living his best three legged life, currently climbing all over my service sylveon and trying to get her to play)

Well first off, thank you for taking care of pokemon in any way, it's always great to know there are people trying to help however they can.

As for your little Leafeon situation, honestly there's very little to worry about.

Tails aren't essential to Leafeon's survival, they absorb sunlight through their whole body, not just a tail or head leaf, those are just ways for them to absorb it faster or easier.

Even if Leafeon is missing one or the other, it will still absorb sunlight.

This is different in the case of say a Water Type like Gyarados which needs its tail to swim and move, without it, it's pretty much dead.

Leafeon is also in the breed of pokemon I call: "Grass-like" pokemon, where they have grassy attributes on or about them.

Opposed to pokemon that are made of plant matter, who can regrow limbs much easier, Leafeon can reattach small bits like their leaf with time.

But overall your Leafeon should be just fine so long as you're taking good care of them.

I went out for a stroll today, i saw some really cool pokemon! Unfortunately it started to rain so i had to cut my walk short but while i was heading back home i noticed a Typhlosion helping a Pidgey back into a tree, it's wings got so wet it was too heavy to fly so the Typhlosion helped it out... It was honestly so sweet, people always say how Typhlosion is such an aggressive and violent pokemon but... What i saw was not a beast but a caring pokemon helping out another, it really made my view change on them, as a child i used to be so frightened by Typhlosion but now after seeing that, my view has completely changed and i think the pokemon i want as my starter is Cyndaquil!! So i called up a professor and asked if they had any, unfortunately they did not but!! Theres a pokemon rescue adoption centre that has a whole bunch of them! And i think it would be better for me to get one from there anyway... All the pokemon there were either treated horribly or only brought into the world from breeding... So later today if the rain clears I'm going to go over there!!

Ok hear is todays reminder that:

Don't cut the foliage of Grass type Pokemon and other Pokemon with Plant or Fungi aspects without looking up and researching to see if said particulate Pokemon is fine having it done.

We just had a Meractus rushed in because someone tried to remove it's head spike, witch is not something you should do as it causes pain to Maractus.

Lucky it will grow back in some time but please do you research or leave it to a professional before cutting any foliage of a Grass type or any Pokemon with Plant or Fungi aspects.

Bonjour Ranger Rai. I’ve been working on an experiment to test just how flexible Jellicent and Frillish are. I’ve come to the conclusion that thanks to their bodies being made of mostly water they’re both able to squeeze through any hole so long as it’s bigger than their eyeball. This could be quite advantageous for fire departments looking to rescue people in small spaces. Anything exciting happening in sinnoh?

Very useful experiment, but keep in mind that they are most efficient in water and with too much heat they could dry up faster.

You should look into some kind of compressed water pack that can explode and coat them in a decent amount of water in a pinch.

As for Sinnoh, things have been pretty quiet, aside from the adoption event we are going to be having soon and it seems like there is some kind of sporting event being prepared near the coast around Pastoria City and Route 213.

Not quite sure what it is, but I keep hearing that it's huge.

I also got some new "responsibilities" that I'll be discussing at some point soon once all of matters are sorted out.

Rescue in the Sky

A long time ago, since the rivers were young and the lands unnamed, when the races were still few and the world untouched by evil, the race of the Lati carried song and message between the great temples of the gods and their servants. For many ages, their deeds were worthy of many tellings and songs, for their minds were sharp, and their wings were swift. In the air, no being could outpace them. And wherever they flew, they wore armour made in the forges of Heatran, and soaring over the clouds of the heavens, they shone in the light of the sun like a day star.

But like most things from the time of old, they have now mostly passed into legend. Their ruin was one of the first tragedies of the Oath Breaking, and few remain after the world was cast into ruin and remade. No longer do the Lati travel the skies and bring tidings from the far corners of the world, and only once in many years are mortals of great fate blessed with their presence, and their songs only bring grief and the sense of memories lost.

Grim seems the fate of the Lati. Yet it was said in the last revelation of the Xatu Seers, which was told before the arrival of the Exiles of Man, that the race of the sky has been healing and waiting for the turning of the world, and that a day will come when the Great Sages return and call upon them, and the holy messengers will once more decent to the Earth, and with their aid the great pillars of evil shall be broken, and the race of Man will renew their oaths, and the world will be mended.
