Hi I really love your PriceGraves stories and I don know if you still do story requests so can I ask for one with the idea of Price and Graves caring and loving a fluffy white teacup Pomeranian puppy? It is a gift from one of the Shadow recruit to try and cheer Graves up after losing Dumpling, and Graves couldn't say no to the tiny angel baby floofer? I like the idea of two grown men adoring such a very tiny puppy, you can also involve the rest of the 141 too!

Absolutely! Also, little fun fact, Dumpling was based on my Grandma's shih tzu. She was 18 when she died and did so the day after my grandmother died. Though personally I don't think my grandma deserved the loyalty, the little dog met her breed's standards with every day she told the grim reaper to wait.

Price had spent the entire week with Graves after Dumpling died. After day three, he just got up and started working again. From the outside, someone could assume he shook off the loss, but Price saw that he still didn't eat much and mostly drank coffee now a days. He tried to coax him into eating by having Oz cook, but Graves usually only choked down a few bites and thanked him.

All of the Shadows took notice and they talked. Price wondered what they were planning, but he spent most of his time with Graves, almost all of his time in fact. Graves eventually insisted he was fine, but Price saw him touching her favorite blanket or lightly pushing her bowl with his foot.

Price sat with him in the living room and Graves leaned against him. He was napping silently as they sat together and Price was thankful. Graves hadn't been sleeping well.

One of the shadows peaked in before quickly closing the door. He watched the door as multiple looked into the room and went back out. There was a short period of time before the door opened again but no one peeked in.

A tiny, fluffy white dog walked in and Price froze. He must've tensed too fast cause Graves woke up immediately.

The dog's tail wagged a little before they did a little spin. Their tail wagged so hard it made their whole body move.

"What is this?" Graves mumbled.

"I think she's a gift." Price answered, looking closer at her.

Graves sat up and reached for her. He scooped her up and she barked. "Tiny thing. I hope she's old enough to be away from her mom like this."

Price pet her and she licked his hand. "Pomeranian right?"

"Yeah. She is." Graves smiled at her. "Beignet."

"What?"

"I'm going to name her Beignet." Graves said softly. He held her for a moment before handing her to Price. He grabbed Dumpling's bowls and put them away before getting out a regular plate. Price pet Beignet as Graves set up a bowl of food for her. "Old superstition. If you let a dog eat from a bowl of a dead dog... It's bad luck."

Price smiled at him and then set down Beignet. She rushed over to start to gobble down food. Her little tail just kept going.

Graves knelt down and watched her. He stayed there until she was done and she licked at his fingers. For the first time all week, he smiled.

Beignet barked.

While the previous exorcism was fairly sucessful, new brain gremlins appear with repeated rewatches. So, here's another incomplete list of my rambling thoughts and favourite moments from the Red White and Royal Blue movie:

1. Breaking doors down to get a wedding cake through - actually a thing that happened. Well, almost. Prince William and Kate Middleton's gigantic 8-tier wedding cake was so large a palace door had to be removed to allow it through. Apparently the Queen was "unimpressed".

2. Henry snubbing Alex in the reception line at the wedding is hilarious. Way to ensure Alex doesn't fixate on you for the whole party, Henry. A+ job.

3. Alex drunkly navigating the wedding reception, swiping drinks, petting rich people and hiding foul smelling canapés behind furniture. Adorably comedic.

4. HeNnrrYyy!

5. Aww. I wanna see pictures of Jonathan the Shih Tzu too.

6. Shaan's scathingly dry wit is everything - I can see why he's such a great match for Zahra.

7. "No-one is more mystified than I" is another phrase I am stealing for people who exist purely to vex me.

8. Shaan shoving Alex bodily through the low hanging branches of a chestnut tree to stand beside Henry for a photo op. That had to be at least partially improvised on location.

9. Dogs in jumpers. This must be some British thing that I have simply failed to notice. Is this a thing Americans associate with the UK?

10. The ridiculously small child's costume that Alex is wearing for the puppet show in the hospital.

11. Alex saying "WRONG!"

12. Henry, on the phone, opening with "Good God, man, what have you done?" Honestly, is there any other response when your crush sends you a picture of a caged turkey, in their bedroom, in the small hours of the morning?

13. Nora strutting into the NYE party in that head turning, jaw dropping, red outfit. Stunning.

14. Henry's face after Alex tells him he's going to do "very bad things to him". Every single fantasy he's ever had about him and Alex is flashing rapid-fire through his brain and he just... overloads a lil' bit. Error code 54 [NETWORK_BUSY].

15. The emotional connection between Alex and Henry when they are making love in Paris. The eye contact, the unspoken communication. Ugh. Hats off to all involved - especially Robbie Taylor, the movie's intimacy coordinator - for creating this scene.

16. Alex, talking about being someone his father never had: "You can't know what that means." Henry responding with a heartfelt "I'm learning". Just... yes. All the yes.

17. In the mood for love might be one of the swooniest movies of all time, but it's heartbreakingly sad. It's a doomed romance - two people who are irrevocably in love but can't be together, trapped as they are by the pressures of societal expectations and their own psychological barriers. That this is a version of romance that Henry holds dear is telling and painful to think about.

18. Alex's bloodshot eyes when he's laying on his bed with Nora, hugging that cushion for dear life, pining hard for Henry. Did they do that scene after another intense emotional one? Were there lots of other teary takes of that same scene? Did they rub onions in Taylor's eyes? I need to know.

19. I often think that the core of who we are as teenagers - our hopes, our desires, the things we cherish - are the beings we settle back into as older adults after we're done trying to fit in or live up to other people's expectations. One of Alex's greatest gifts is helping Henry to reach out and reclaim those seemingly distant hopes and dreams. To dance with the person he loves, in a place of beauty that brings him peace.

20. I love the Perfume Genius cover of "Can't help falling in love". It hits you squarely in the feels.

21. God, the casting of this movie was a stroke of genius. Taylor and Nicholas truly become Alex and Henry on screen.

22. On the private air-field: Henry's little overwhelmed smile when Alex squeezes him in the tightest hug and tells him, "I love you, I'll be as patient as you need."

23. Immediately after 22, Alex leaning in for a kiss goodbye but pulling back quickly as he reads Henry's discomfort. Alex might not always understand Henry's reasons but (if he's paying attention), he's so very good at reading Henry's needs and responding to them.

24. In the aftermath of the email leak, Alex has been "hanging in there" - he's had people supporting him, with agency over how to respond. But Henry is understandably not OK - he's been put back in his box, and the Firm has taken over in all matters. There's one scene where you can see Henry shrinking, literally making himself take up less space at the table.  Poor baby.

25. Zahra to the rescue. Truly the MVP.

(Still got bees?) You live a canine appreciation life. Tell me what kind of dog Jiang Cheng most deserves to love and protect him? Which breed best matches his Sandu Shengshou aesthetic? Any particular thoughts on Jiang Cheng's feelings about Fairy, either canon or post-canon??

I do live a canine appreciation life and, living in an apartment with a cat who most likely would not want to share, truly I can appreciate Jiang Cheng's burden of never getting to have a dog of his very own. Nobody understands him like I do about this very specific thing.

(I am not serious.)

So first I was thinking about dogs that Jiang Cheng might plausibly own (i.e. dogs that would be around in nebulous-timeline pre-globalization China). Then I had to think about whether he should have a big dog or a small dog, trying to rule out my own preference for bigger, working dogs. Some possibilities I came up with:

Pekingese: The small dog I feel like felt best for Jiang Cheng, mostly because of the descriptions of their temperament as "loyal, affectionate, and regal in manner" and the fact that, while they're small, they're also apparently protective and fairly high energy.

Chonqing Dog: I didn't know about these fellas but I'm glad I do now! Historically used for hunting and guarding, so they're a working dog (as opposed to the Pekingese). The website chonqingdog.org describes them thus: "Calm, confident, dignified, direct, courageous, alert, intelligent. The Chinese Chongqing dog is somewhat aloof with strangers, but is affectionate with his family, trustworthy with children."

Tibetan Mastiff: Big, and like other mastiffs bred to protect. Also the fact that they are apparently very independent minded and the fact that they Need a Job, are wary of strangers but highly affectionate toward their people, feels suited to Jiang Cheng. I feel like Jiang Cheng could use being compressed by 150 pounds of dog but maybe that's just me.

anyway I think I'm personally partial to one of the second two but, again, I have a bigger and working dog bias, so. I am not averse to Jiang Cheng having a breed like a Pekingese or Shih Tzu, because that would also be adorable.

but I feel like the part of this that I really have strong feelings about is about Fairy, because I have a lot of feelings about Fairy in general (of course I do. they're a dog). I'm going to go with she pronouns for the sake of this post because (a) fictional dog doesn't care (real dog also wouldn't care) and (b) I feel like it, though I feel like I still have not heard any definite canonical ruling on whether Fairy is (badum tsh) a bitch or not.

So I wrote at some point a whiiiile back (the only reason I found this post without taking 84 years is because it's been going around a little again) about Jiang Cheng's complicated dog feelings and how they're all tied up in his even more complicated Wei Wuxian feelings, and how he I think likes the idea of having a dog, and certainly likes dogs, but actually getting himself one (or accepting one from anybody else) feels...he just can't do it. A lot of times I think he justifies this to himself by telling himself he just hasn't found the right dog (just like he hasn't found the right wife, asexual Jiang Cheng headcanon my beloved).

So then Jin Guangyao gets Jin Ling Fairy, which is an amazing gift to a lonely boy and I love so much that it is Jin Guangyao who gives her to him, and I think Jiang Cheng is torn between:

gratitude for the thoughtful gesture and what it indicates about how Jin Ling's other surviving (legitimate) uncle cares about him, because it is very important to Jiang Cheng that people are good to Jin Ling

resentment that Jin Guangyao thought of it and did it first, and not him.

But he definitely doesn't hold that against Fairy. Fairy herself I think he's just very glad she's there to look after and help Jin Ling, and keep him company. A good spiritual dog and it's reassuring to know that his most beloved nephew has her with him. And I would bet that he likes having her around, too; when she's in Lotus Pier I bet she gets very spoiled and a lot of attention. Even if simultaneously Jiang Cheng feels weird about it because no dogs at Lotus Pier but why not dogs at Lotus Pier, ridiculous, all to the good anyway for keeping Wei Wuxian out when he INEVITABLY shows up again. >:(

My ideas for Tomodachi Life 2

So here are some ideas i have if they ever make a sequel to tomodachi life as it's one of my favorite 3DS game and i do also like miitopia but tomodachi life need to be remade for the switch as it's a good nintendo version of the sims franchise (i do also like the sims mainly sims 3 and 4)

Make people chose their own islands and let them place where the buildings go like animal crossing new horizons - i think this was great in animal crossing so why not put it in tomodachi life? the island in tomodachi life confuses me as it's one big island then another island with the fair, park, cafe and photo area on it and it looks like the mini can't reach that island due to it not showing a train station or anything so choosing your own island and then placing where the building go will make it a little more tidy.

Same sex marriage and raising babies - this was kinda fixed in miitopia but in that game, you couldn't get married and have children so in the sequel, have same sex couples, let them get married and let them have babies by making them say they adopted a child but you can edit the baby so it looks like the couple, this would probably fill out of lot of same sex fictional ship and i'm here for it.

change some items - when you reward you mini for a level up, you'll see in the gifts that there's a wii u and a 3DS in there, they need to be changed into a Switch and maybe a retro console as people like the older consoles like a GBA, a nintendo 64 or a SNES, also another idea i have is have more hobbie items as gifts like a drawing pad with a pencil and colouring tools to make your mii a artist , a sewing needle with thread to make your mii a sewer, knitting needles to make your mii a knitter, a crochet hook to make your mii do chochet and etc.

makes cats and dogs perminate to the miis and have breeds to the pets - i don't like that the cats and dogs are part of a pass and then when you give either a shiba inu or a different colour of the same cat, instead when you give your mii a pass, you then help your mii choose a dog breed like a labrador, a yorkshire terrier, a shiba inu, a chihuahua, a shih tzu, a collie, a golden retriever or a cat colour like black, white, orange, gray tabby, double colours, calico, tortoiseshell and etc with different shapes like a chunky cat or a skinny cat, the pet then be chilling in the apartment with the mii and then move to the house when the mii gets married, it will have its own bed, a box of toys, a litter box for the cat, a leash and collar hanging near the door for the mii to take the dog out and when your mii is at location like the beach or park, you'll see them walking their dog on their own or with a friend or a partner.

get rid of the marriage mini game - i hate it, it stresses me out everytime it happens and i just don't like it so instead, when the mii is telling you that they want to get married to another mii, give them a wedding ring from the treasures part and you can watch as the mii proposes to the other mii while you get to either control the fireworks or prepare the food.

decorate the house like what you can do in animal crossing - the apartments look so bare without furniture so why have a furniture shop added to the apartment design shop and use it to design the mii's apartment or house.

Add the editing feature from miitopia - this was a great feature in miitopia so i would love to see it in in this sequel.

Masterlist

Though the villains Viola tenanted with hadn’t brought up the mysterious fifth tenant again all week, Viola couldn’t help but imagine what she might be like. If criminals were scared of her, what chance did Viola stand against her? Did she have to find a new place to rent? But where else was she going to find a house with dirt-cheap rent and the safety bonus of having villains as roommates, even if they did keep leaving those damned counterfeits around the house?

Finally, Viola decided that if the rent went up, she would leave, but as it was, the rent was too cheap for her to have moral qualms. 

After a full week of fretting over the fifth tenant, Viola was shocked to find that the individual who wandered through the door one quiet Sunday evening was rather normal. In fact, Viola hadn’t been certain the petite, red-haired girl in the blue dress by the door was Ada or simply an unexpected visitor until, after thirty seconds of staring, she asked, “May I come in?”

“Oh, sorry.” Viola stepped aside from the doorway as the girl carried in a single brown leather suitcase, shrugging off the coat over her blue dress.

With a nod at Viola, she asked, “I suppose you’re the new tenant, then?”

Viola scarcely had time to respond in the affirmative before her hand was clasped between the girl’s own gloved fingers, and she was offered a small, warm smile. “It’s a pleasure to meet you.”

Art had already stood up, coming up to reciprocate an embrace from the girl. “Ada,” he grinned, ruffling her hair, “Nice to have you back.”

“You won’t be saying that when I find out what you’ve been up to,” she said, turning to embrace Tessa and Damien in the same fashion. “For what it’s worth, I missed you delinquents, too.”

And with that, the girl turned toward the staircase, shoes clicking softly on the steps. All was silent until the slight click of the door, and then Viola turned on the others.

“You’re scared of that? I thought she was going to be a serial killer or a puppy kicker or perhaps two demons in a trench coat-at least some variety of criminal.” 

“Oh, no,” Art shuddered, “it’s worse. She’s a Christian.”

Viola arched a brow. “Excuse me?”

“She’s very firm on her morals,” Damien said, leafing through his pockets to find a light. “Actually, you could say she makes a bit of a hobby out of thwarting some of our more questionable plans.”

“She filled my weapons chest with bugs,” Art sighed.

“She replaces all of my boxes of cigarettes with carrot sticks,” Tessa chimed in.

“She keeps ruining our blackmail material."

"We can't even keep bodies in this house anymore."

“And she’ll keep trying to give you a bible.”

“She’s always taking the money we embezzled fair and square and giving it back.”

“It’s pretty annoying, really.”

“Sharing an apartment with a wannabe hero is the worst.”

Viola rolled her eyes. “Well, you can’t be that irked by it or you wouldn’t be sharing a house with her at all. You all clearly like her more than you’re saying.” A smile tugged at the edges of her lips. “Maybe it’s even a sign that you’re not that bad of people?”

“I-We absolutely are,” Tessa protested as the other two sputtered indignantly. “We’re keeping her around solely so we can have the joy of slowly corrupting her morals and turning her to the dark side. That’s all.” They nodded in unison.

If Viola’s brows kept rising like this, she was going to have wrinkles before she had her bachelor’s degree. “You all spent hours cleaning the house before she arrived. The table is covered with welcoming gifts for her to open at dinner tonight. Damien, you know I saw you and Art baking cupcakes for her welcoming dinner yesterday afternoon.” Viola sighed at the startled looks on their faces. “Look, just admit that you like her.”

At that moment, the clack of Ada’s Mary Janes came down the stairs, and she resurfaced with a small, wriggling bundle smiling widely. Upon closer examination, the bundle was an animal, or more specifically, a tiny shih tzu puppy. “Thanks for taking care of Leslie while I was gone and watering my plants, guys. You’re the best.”

The criminals all suddenly found themselves fixated on the floor, wallpaper, and their own hands. Only Tessa remained composed enough to nod and utter a stiff, “No problem.”

“Let us know if you need help unpacking,” Damien piped up.

As Ada disappeared upstairs, Viola side-eyed the others, smirking over at them. “Ah, I see. Such hatred. Such vitriol.”

“Oh, shut up," Art muttered, ears turned pink, as the three tried in vain to go back to their other duties normally. “She pays rent. That's all. There is no personal attachment involved whatsoever.”

“Oh, really? In that case, I suppose you won’t mind if I tell her that.” Viola feinted toward the stairs, grinning as the other three moved to stop her. “Yeah, I thought so. None of you have a future in acting, by the way.”

𝙞.  I have a tattoo of Freddie Mercury on my right wrist. so far my only tattoo, but god do I want more 𝙞𝙞.  I’m actually allergic to cats (and dogs lol), but have never not owned a cat in my life and this also does not stop me from straight up smooshing my face against a cat for smooches and loving on it.  𝙞𝙞𝙞.  I have a designer breed dog (a mix between a Shih Tzu and a Bichon) that I never intended on getting named Ziggy, but one look at him when he was a puppy and it was all over. I love him more than anything basically and can’t imagine my life without this idiot. He’s the best gift my wife has ever given me.

I have been on tumblr in some way, shape, or form since 2012. I’ve done it all from group rp, running groups, building my own groups, indie, canon, multi and OC. I’ve been in all kinds of different fandoms and wound up here in this one last year. This is where I live now. Before RP I wrote a lot of fanfic. For yeeeeaaarrrs lol. I also live on discord now too and I do a shit ton of rp there too for mutuals.

FLUFF: I love fluff! Sometimes you just need to see your muse(s) just having a genuine good time. Sometimes you just need it because maybe you yourself are having a bad day or something irl. It’s good to have, but... In reality it typically won’t last that long in a thread with me or interaction. I need to have some kind of drama or something furthering the plot. Fluff is something, more often then not for me, that just gets nicely sprinkled in between everything else.  SMUT: I will be the first to admit I love it lol. All rules apply, of course. Also? It has to be a ship I have already written or am writing currently. I also have to be pretty fucking comfortable with the mun to even consider it usually. It definitely has its place in writing and furthering plots/things. Plus, it can be pretty beautifully written sometimes. It’s an art just like any other writing.  ANGST: I like to think I am practically the king of angst. I live it. Breathe it. Welcome it. Worship it. It is my absolute FAVORITE to write. I feel I am at my best, writing wise, when I can write angst. The emotions, the drama of it all is just *chef’s kiss*. If you write with me at all, ever, expect there to be angst. That’s just how it’s gonna be.

I think that it’s definitely easier to just jump right into memes. Sometimes some of my best ever threads and interactions have come from memes. However, that doesn’t discount the whole awesomeness that is actually sitting down to plot something out and seeing that unravel. They both have their pros and cons and I love them for both. I just tend to default to memes when a plot is hard to come up with.

Both. Both are very valid. The length isn’t necessarily indicative of the quality of the reply. As long as there is something there to go off of? That’s all there needs to be. You write what you feel is the best length for any of your replies and I do the same. Just.... Most of the time mine wind up being very long and I just hope people know they don’t HAVE to match that haha.

It’s honestly a crapshoot for me lol. In the past I have done the majority of my writing late at night or at least at night. I find the night hours to be pleasing to my creative soul. However, I do sometimes go to bed like a normal human and wake up at normal hours so writing happens sporadically then. It just really depends on the day for me.
