All of your senses returned to you very slowly. You didn’t know where you were, or why someone had taken you in the middle of the night, but for some reason you felt safe. After all, aren't you two essentially the same?

That was the first night, and the begging of a long mutual relationship between the two of you. A whirlwind of passion, anger, misery, and lust was the only way you could describe these past decades you have spent with her. Everytime you left her embrace, you couldn’t help but long to be in it again no matter how angry you were. This on again off again relationship had persisted through generations, and you would be damned if you would give up now. She had introduced you to your friends who had shared the same beliefs, and made you feel welcomed. She had been there during the downfall of your family's power, and she was there for every milestone. You had to admit, your life was tied to this woman if you had liked it or not. Every night you spent apart was agony, and every moment you spent together was bliss. You have eternity, so what's the use in spending anymore time apart?

This night felt different. It wasn't normal for her to seek out your company, so why has she all of a sudden? And since when has she been this gentle? If it was like any other night she would have already had her way with you and thrown you to the side. Tonight was definitely different.

“My dear turn towards me.” She demanded, and you obeyed, crawling your way to the direction you think she might be in. You found her in the corner of what you think is a cell. You could tell she was sitting in a chair so you sat on your knees in front of her.

“Ah, isn’t this better darling? Everything is as it should be.” You could hear the sound of her claws extending -- and then you felt as she dragged the nail across your cheek, across your lips, and down to your chin.

As long as you could remain at her side for the rest of eternity you would be happy.

She sighed, “No matter, tonight is somewhat of a celebration, and as I am in a good mood I have sought you out. this took me forever im so sorry!!!!!! i just super love natsujuu sfm and i have no idea how to incorporate mdzs in it and didn’t want to just slam anything kfjnajksfnasjf so now i just had family feels

- anyhow, we can make JL the orphan (what’s new whelp) who gets passed around from one distant relative to another bc no one really wants to take him in and well he says weird stuff about seeing creatures that aren’t even there and instead of natsume’s melancholic acceptance, JL’s more on the prissy aggressive acceptance of these events- AND THEN one day, he gets taken in by JC who is apparently his mother’s brother (JL knows nothing about his parents - not what they look like, not his mother’s maiden name, etc) who lives in the outskirts where it’s a quiet town that is overrun by nature (JC picking him up only now would have a backstory haha)- so he goes to school and tries to adjust with his new life with this person he really wants to know as JC is his closest relation to his mother but they go into disagreements most often than not bc of their own issues and when this happens, JL usually runs to the forest near the house (while there were loads of those strange creatures there, he can easily circumnavigate them bc he can see them)- one time that he left the house with stomping feet, he hears a dizi playing and the music soothes his anger; he follows the sound and saw a wide field of just spider lilies (im sorry i gotta insert my aesthetic) and in the middle of it is a man dressed in predominantly black with a red ribbon; he slips or smth and alerts the man of his presence and their eyes meet- as ethereal as the man was originally in his eyes, the moment the older one started talking to him, all that initial impression cracked bc DANG HE’S ANNOYING AF AND HE LAUGHS AT EVERYTHING (“hey hey my name’s wei wuxian, what’s yours little boy?” “oohhh i’ve always wanted those dumplings from down street! buy me oooone!!! please please please”)- but JL returns to that place almost everyday as the man drags him off to the woods and enlists his help in his “adventures” (“so the spirit of that tree lost their favorite leaf so you have to help me find it and bring it back to the tree” “these birds wants to build the best nest so now we’re gonna bring them the best materials”) and he doesn’t admit it but he does have fun- JL also ends up being friends with 2 students aka LJY and LSZ due to maybe one adventure of WWX - okay now time for some plot >> LJY and LSZ are part of the Lan clan and JC is the head of the Jiang clan and these are just 2/5 biggest exorcist clans and yooo it’d be cute when JL finds out they can see what he can see as well and not be considered a freak like all his life all the while trying to hide this fact before bc he’s worried they’re not gonna like him- LJY and LSZ had always vaguely told JL about the most infamous story of their clan, about one of their best exorcists being half human and half spirit due to some event thirteen years prior (the first time JL meets LWJ is when the latter saves all three of them from a particularly nasty creature and when he sees his golden eyes, he just knows that this was the half human, half spirit bc of the otherworldly look on them and oh, his eyes remind him of the grey ones of WWX and could it be that WWX is also -)- WWX was assisting JL after one of their adventures back to his house bc JL needed the aid but when they got to the entrance of the house, WWX falters and had a horrified look on his face (“this is where you live?” “uh yeah? jiujiu just found me a month ago” “you’re...you’re uncle’s name...what is it?” “jiang wanyin - hey, are you okay?” “you said your name was jin ling” “yeah i did? what’s wrong?”) aaaaand we get a bit of the backstory of what happened 13 years ago and how WWX is connected with the deaths of JL’s parents

anyhow, i def can see JL+WWX bonding galore (god im weak for that), yunmengjiang duo feels, wangxian connection, junior trio content!!!

i know that everyone says that iron man 1 / 3 was the best im movie, and that those were movies where tony has the most character development (which is true because those two were serious breakthroughs in terms of his character and it was phenomenal), i somehow like iron man 2 the most. don’t get me wrong bc i would die for the entire trilogy but theres something so special about im2 for me

firstly, although this movie didn’t have a huge revelation moment like the other two did, it was still so honest to tony’s character and it was shown very delicately. and since the plot wasn’t that intense (+ uh the villain was lowkey lame in comparison), the entire flow was more relaxed and i think in result the focus was more on tony, his health, his feelings, emotions and a little on his past. it didn’t focus on how his character found a new purpose or discovered something about himself, it was more on him in that point of time and i think theres a charm in that

secondly, there was something so heartbreaking about the way tony was literally dying, and he so desperately wanted to tell the people he loved and get some form of comfort/help, yet every time he tries he either stops / does something to get said people to stop him. and i think that’s because he’s afraid of doing that, he doesn’t want to drag them down, and at this point i don’t think he was that in touch with his emotions or comfortable with sharing them yet. but because we know what’s going on with him but pepper doesn’t, the entire silent struggle between wanting those people to know yet refusing to tell them (and as a result the way they treat tony) is something us as audience was able to feel and go through with him.

i also loved how in this movie he got back a little self worth from that tape he saw of his father. it def didn’t immediately cure his issues with his dad but i think the act of howard leaving behind something so amazing for him and trusting him with it, the words “you can change the world” “what is and always will be my greatest creation...is you” definitely filled a little bit of the hole howard left in him and it was amazing to see his reaction and his joy

now moving on to specifics, that scene where tony discovers a new element is hands down one of my favourite scenes ever, because that brought us back to the part where tony is fundamentally a scientist, a creator, and the pure excitement and joy of discovery and learning was heartwarming. there was that bit of hope where his eyes lit up under the light, the way the blue light washed over him and we saw it unearthed the happy, weightless part of him when he worked. plus the efficiency and the deftness of the way he works will nEvER get old, also that smile and how proud he was of himself!! he looked so damn good in that scene i can’t even—

and also rhodey!! i fucking loved the part where tony just sits there and he’s so damn tired and rhodey just comes in and at first theres that tough love part where he scolds tony for acting irresponsibly, then he realises that something’s wrong and it turns soft immediate-fucking-ly and there was that moment where i let out a breath because finally someone knows about his palladium thing. rhodey handled the arc reactor (tony’s freaking heart) so deftly and he knows exactly what’s going on and there’s that warmth and comfort in that scene between the two of them that’s so pure and soft uh

then there’s that absolutely heartbreaking part where tony starts preparing for his death: giving away things, planning his last birthday, doing stupid and irresponsible things, “i don’t want to go home” and face the reality of everything, wanting to go to venice on a holiday with pepper (where he probably prepared to die). that plane scene really hit hard because “i don’t want to go home” is a crazy relatable feeling, and all that was tony literally screaming for help, hoping pepper would realise (although there really wasn’t a way). then the entire birthday party was really uncomfortable for me tbh but it was so desperate, hoping to find fun in the crazy things when what he really wanted was for it not to be his last birthday, and to spend time with the people who actually mattered

but also, natasha!! a badass queen!! fury!! coulson!! happy being super pure!! pepper being absolutely strong + knowing what she wants, female competency and in places of power!! tony looking stunning!! blue science scene!! tony and rhodey!! pepper and tony!!

THUNDERCLAN

ivypool reason for training: n/a - very tall and lean. she has a couple scars and dulled blue eyes, which were brighter when she was younger - she would’ve liked to be friends with sunstrike and icewing esp sun - when dovewing left, part of ivypool’s anger came from the fact she’s mad at herself for not having a better relationship w her sister - the dark forest training has probably affected her the most out of all the df trainees - she avoided birchfall in the df bc seeing her own dad there rlly hurt - when stressed in battle, she instinctively uses dark forest moves but stops the moment she realises it - she loves fernsong so much they have a very healthy n loving relationship

blossomfall reason for training: there is a canon reason but i also hc that she used the dark forest as a way to let out emotion - so she was actually very emotional and keeping it all pent up wasn’t good for her - she trusted bumblestripe but talking it out didn’t always work so she started going to the df - but then bumblestripe started getting distant bc of that so she started using the df training as her main way to let out stress & emotion - this means she actually has more scars than ivypool bc she pushed herself so much and just kept going - she has a big claw-mark across her face - def started crushing on ivypool real hard as training progressed - took thornclaw as a mate to try n get over ivy but that didn’t rlly work. she still cares for thornclaw & her kits tho

thornclaw reason for training: literally just wanted to be a better, stronger warrior - always has tired eyes - always cared for ashfur and tried to help him through his issues with squirrelflight. however, he always knew that ash was capable of something (not necessarily attempted murder, but something) so after ashfur’s death there was always this thought at the back of his mind that it was more than just a cold-blooded killer - he’s not an idiot he knew there was something off about the df to begin with just not that - tried to avoid the other trainees in the df - constantly feels guilty that he didnt catch on earlier (for both ash’s death n the df thing)

birchfall reason for training: to become a better warrior & make his family proud - he is. small. like dovewing. just so small,,, - always kept some of his kithood naivety which is a trait whitewing both loves and hates in him & also why he was so oblivious to the df’s true intentions - wanted to spend time w ivypool in the df so when she started avoiding him it rlly hurt :( - he loves whitewing a lot he gets all soft and mushy around her and he just,,,, loves her,,,,, so much,,,,

mousewhisker reason for training: particularly bc he wanted to be as cool as berrynose but also bc he wanted to see minnowtail more - he was soft,,, sweet,,, just so pure before the training - after it he was more hot-headed and frustrating - loved minnowtail so much - love love loved his twin sister hazeltail as well - looked up to berrynose a lot

RIVERCLAN

minnowtail reason for training: blamed herself for tumblekit’s death & wanted to prove that she could still be a good warrior (also mousewhisker) - so fluffy - very firm, strict and cold, she doesn’t show her emotions much - but mousewhisker was so sweet how could she not fall for him - her dad is webfoot of windclan but she doesnt rlly know about him since it was a short-lived relationship between dawnflower and him - she misses her mum & brother so much - willowshine always help n supports her tho,,

icewing reason for training: to protect her family - beetlewhisker’s death hit her REALLY hard and the only reason she didn’t stop training is because she wanted to avenge him - she became overly sensitive and “loyal” to the dark forest to keep up an act, but never felt any loyalty to them at all - even after she was honest with mintfur, he still loved & understood her - she still misses beetlewhisker and almost wanted to call one of the kits in her second litter beetlekit

beetlewhisker reason for training: his mom was doing it, why couldnt he? - had a v good relationship with his family - doesnt regret speaking up. he believes it had to be said - often bonds with hollyleaf in stc over their loyalty to the warrior code (nerds) - he uh,,, he dies in the last hope. following the norwegian version of river of fire, sneezecloud is harepaw’s mentor instead & that one brief appearance in that one avos book is just,,,,,, gone ok

hollowflight reason for training: he just wanted to impress his mentor and stand up to some bullies man :( - he had a close relationship w his mentor, reedwhisker. he was almost like a father-figure - was interested in becoming leader one day - he was always quite innocent and nervous but once he started training in the df he became a lot more reckless and argumentative

SHADOWCLAN

applefur reason for training: wanted to be stronger (like her brother) & also had a tiny crush on birchfall - after marshkit’s death, she got a lot closer to toadfoot - had some serious self-doubt issues esp in the dark forest & realising she had betrayed her clan didnt help - misses birchfall a lot - she kinda just wishes the clans could be at peace

redwillow reason for training: he thought the clans were weak + some personal issues with blackstar - he felt genuine loyalty to the other cats in the dark forest, even the trainees. they were like family to him since he didn’t really have any - he and blackstar never really got along. redwillow looked down on him and saw him as weak. he challenged his orders a lot and felt as though blackstar was restricting him, esp when blackstar gave him a half-blind mentor - blackstar originally disliked how much redwillow argued with him & also before of how rude he was to whitewater constantly, and then also came to dislike him more because he looks a little like sol

ratscar reason for training: he wanted to face his fears of getting hurt - he prefers dodging attacks. this is partially bc getting such a big scar on his side at a young age made him not want to get any more injuries - after/during his training in the df he did get braver - he’s always been fierce, stubborn and bold but he got more arrogant with training - he loves his SISTER & they would prob die for each other

tigerheart reason for training: he was cocky and ambitious. training in the df intrigued him as well - there was a brief moment he thought of fighting for the df - he held a grudge against ivypool for a long time but loved dovewing enough not to act on it - even after he got over his grudge he wasnt ivypool’s biggest fan. the feeling was mutual.

WINDCLAN

sunstrike reason for training: she wanted to be a better warrior sure but it was mostly to see cute girls - im not a huge fan of her canon design so she’s probably a calico with more yellowy patches rather than orange. still got that forehead spot tho - a Big Lesbian - was definitely crushing hard on furzepelt - always impressed by ivypool and likely had a small crush on her as well but she was too caught up on furzepelt to rlly think abt it - ok let’s be honest here she probably crushed on every girl who was training in the df just furzepelt was the one that really made her floaty

furzepelt reason for training: just some grudges - def had some feelings for sunstrike - was p good friends with antpelt - was never a huge thunderclan fan and antpelt’s death only set that dislike more in place - thought onestar was dumb for multiple reasons

breezepelt reason for training: n/a - had the tiniest crush on antpelt but pushed it away bc “love is weak” - cared about his nightcloud so much but only ever showed affection away from his clan for the same reason - softened up once his relationship with crowfeather was fixed - always loved heathertail, even when they were apprentices

antpelt reason for training: dislike for windclan & clanlife. he wanted to be stronger - he and breezepelt got along for several reasons - never enjoyed clanlife. he didn’t think it was right for him and being in the df really showed him that - his friendship with furzepelt was one of the only reasons he stayed

apparently larkwing was also a trainee but there were literally no mentions of her in the df so ??

uh... well... i am SCREWED. me and ginny were the only ones separated from the Jenkins tribe... RIP. 4 pendragons, 2 hatters, and 2 jenkins... the main things i see here are pendragon yoinking one of the hatters / jenkins and voting the other off... OR a 4-4 tie... OR they're gonna target one of me or ginny cuz none of us have gone to tribal council yet. this is really dicey, and I need to tread very, very carefully from hereon. (ALSO GINNY BARELY TALKS PLS I NEED YOUR HELP GIRL)

This swap actually turned out pretty amazing for me. I still have Keith and Moth who I worked semi-close with in the pre-swap. Additionally, I've met up with Colin and Babs. A little Raffy magic could keep me very safe on this tribe. I think Kenneth is super fun as he is a newbie AND active. He will definitely make it far in this game. I hope, at the very least, that I can be by his side to make that happen. However, I am wary he might just be making these strong social connections with everyone. As a final note, OG Pendragons have this tribe 4 to 8. That's both good and bad. Good because we have numbers. Bad because that may make people target me very early on just for being a part of it. So, I have decided that if I were to throw any of my OG Pendragons to the wolves it would be Jonathan as I haven't been able to connect with them as well as Keith and Moth. Other than that, I hope this tribe doesn't have to go to tribal all that often between now and the next swap/merge. These people are lovely.

I'm getting a bad feeling about this... Since most of my Jenkins tribemates are on the other tribe, I KNOW they're good cuz we just keep getting W's... so I think there is a good chance we might lose the challenge. I contributed a good amount, so I hope that the target won't be on me if ever we lose the challenge :( I really don't wanna go, and I wanna reunite with Dennis/Ellie and maybe Anastasia and get further in the game.

Our tribe did our absolute best in this challenge. I have no idea who is getting targeted if we go to tribal as everyone is so quiet. All I know is that I want to keep Colin, Kenneth, and Keith close to me for this stage of the game. They are the only ones who consistently talk to me. Challenge results: Pendragon wins due to a 10% advantage, Hatter Tribe must go to tribal council the following day.

Look, before you go to tribal with a group of people it feels like there’s a barrier of game socialization because you haven’t been able to go to tribal with them. But leading up to tribal and after it, a whole new can of worms is available for game talk. Unfortunately it’s an extremely simple vote because Nya has ghosted all of us, but at least we still get to go to tribal so I can talk game with more people even if it’s only a small amount with this easy vote. But who knows, someone might decide to switch shit up!

And also I absolutely love this tribe (Minus Nya cause I haven’t met them) so I’m glad that I get to go forward with this group although I won’t be nearly as happy if we go to tribal again because as I said, I do enjoy this group of people a lot

Opal- Hades named him after dead mother, her name means “precious stone. Bellamy- named after Belle, name means “fair friend.” Aiden- named after Hades, name means “little fire” or “ardent.”

💤- Was it difficult to get them to fall asleep at night?Opal- She’d fall asleep, but she’d wake up a lot. Bell and Aiden- both were basically nocturnal as children because they couldn’t control ghost stuff and the ghosts would bother them at night. snoozed a lot during the day. 🌀- Were they a social, giggly baby? Or were they a shy baby who did not like forced socialization?Opal- curious child. She didn’t mind getting held by others, but she like kind of looked offended if it happened like “omg mom dad wtf is this?” She also touched things a lot. Aiden- stuck to Bell’s side like glue. If he made other friends-- he probably made one or two-- he told them they had to be Bell’s friend too. Talked during class and got in trouble for it. 👧🏻- What was elementary/middle school like?Sort of in the saaaame vein, Opal still loved school and loved her homework. Aiden was warming up to it more and he was probably separated from Bell at this point so he had to make other friends which u know, he did more or less-- made one or two. He started to like getting #praised for assignments and shit so he took school more seriously.

Bell meanwhile was still a daydreamer though he excelled at literature and probably history. He was def the faves of some teachers . 👱🏻‍♀️- What was high school/college like?

At this point, Aiden became VERY competitive of Opal and hated coming up behind her since she was a fave of her teachers and /everyone/ knew Aiden as “Opal’s Little Sister.” He took school very very seriously and started getting involved. He was pretty popular though he wanted popularity for the status, not because he cared so much about what people thought of him honestly. Opal-- was a goodie two shoes ahah though by this point she probably was getting into magical hijinks that made her late or made her have to ask for an extension on her paper. Still cared about school but cared more about what she was investigating out/side/ of it. Very Hermione Granger esque as you can imagine.

Bell kept to himself, didn’t really havea lot of friends, but was involved in those pockets of passion-- probably in a book club, probably worked in the school’s library, probably ate lunch with the librarians ahahah. He is the least interested in magical hijinks. Whereas Aiden probably uses his powers to get ahead and is interested in mediumship (it’s something that distinguishes him form Opal), Bell sees them as just another part of his... being like-- he has blue eyes, he can talk 2 ghosts so what.🌋- How often did they get caught doing something bad?

Opal- tbh-- enough. By the time she’s a teen, she’s up to her neck in magic(k) drama. Uses what I honestly think is a -puff secondary to skate by tho bc she’s a genuine hard worker. Also, people don’t expect it from Opal haha

Aiden- he’s a slippery guy so not that much. Can talk his way out of it normally.

Bell- is dragged into drama bc of his siblings ahaha but he’s no snitch. /has/ taken the fall once or twice but makes sure Aiden and Opal pay him back for it haha. 🌡- Did they get sick a lot as a child? Did they ever have to go to the hospital for any reason?

Opal- i gave her a heart tumor

Aiden- his sensitivity to ghosts means that he is cold and when he was younger, he would get headaches and got sleep deprived a lot. He feels the pain of ghosts more potently than his brother because he has worked harder to be in touch with his powers (this can mean that he can spontaneously develop an allergy if he’s channeling a ghost ahha)

Bell- same vein as Aiden but not as sensitive. deprived HIMSELF of sleep bc he reads too much. 🎀- What kinds of games/activities did they like to play?

Opal- she liked to read, write, doodle, play pretend!! probably loved charades and also she liked acting, mostly for the community more than like a, desire to be on stage or anything. Though she also always wanted to be a lil ‘special’ soooo maybe u like the stage more than u think.

Aiden- reading, writing, likes chess and puzzles like his dad. cheats at battleship. he got into student council and the like at school and was also interested in magic and the occult bc of his powers so u know demonology, ghost hunting etc

Bell- reading, reading, reading. History buff (likes talking to ghosts mostly for the /history/ he can learn). Also likes science fiction more than fantasy tbh because magic is just an ingrained part of his life so science fiction seems /more/ fantastic to him so I think he would have an interest in astronomy too. Has a telescope and like star charts on his wall. 🎏- Did they have a lot of friends? Can you describe a few?

Opal- definitely had friends, i feel like she had like 2-3 that followed her up through all those years of schooling. Made some theater buddies also

Aiden- made most of his friends in high school but they were ‘school friends’ to him and so he didn’t hang out with them that much outside of Swynlake (besides to work on school projects). I can see him having some girl best friend who he ended up dating tbh i could see him having a high school relationship the most.

Bell- friends with librarians, teachers, and his mother lmao. kidding. He definitely had one or two friends in book club or astronomy club ahah. If you asked him, he’d say Aiden and Opal are his best friends. 💢- Did they ever have a rebellious phase?

Opal- sort of? I dunno, Belle and Hades would be trusting parents who gave their kids freedom and independence. Once she was diagnosed with a HEART TUMOR maybe then she’d go wacko for a bit ahaha try to like have sex and go to parties and have a teen life crisis. She def sometimes skipped classes or didn’t tell her parents where she was going but... its fine.

Aiden- honestly, no. He /seems/ like he’d be a rebel but he’s sort of all hot air and performance. He’d get into some of those darned magical hijinks ! but Opal is usually the ring leader, not him. Ironically enough, his rebellious phase was like-- becoming a hardworking popular student in order to compete with Opal lmao. he rebelled the opposite direction.

Bell- uhhh no, not really ahah. he can have attitude problems though for sure. Probably smart-mouthed to teachers he doesnt respect or wasn’t sensitive to kids in his class and would ignore Belle and Hades about chores and stuff. Also lies for his siblings all the time. He’s not an instigator but he is an enabler.

YES. in their unique ways, they do! :D

🗯- How well did they get along with their siblings?

Pretty well overall! They feel like a “team” and they are like a little over a year (18 months? sure) apart. Aiden clashes with Opal the most. Bell doesnt like when Opal tries to “mother” him and Opal can feel alone sometimes when its the Aiden-and-Bellamy show which it is a lot bc ghost powers and communicating thru ghost-speak but-- overall, they always have each other’s backs and they love each other WAY more than they like other people.
