Sooo, I was talking to my friend during the break and we were thinking about...

What happens, if we switch the order of the names in a ship name?

For example: Steve-Tony= Stony | Tony-Steve=Teve or Tove

Thruce -> Bror

Sambucky -> Bam / Sucky (and why is nobody using those ship names, 'cause they definitely describe it well)

But then: Stucky -> Beve

if yall dont think Darryl Son of Jacob was invited to thor and bruce’s wedding only for the Grandmaster to find out and show up as his plus one (which Darryl didnt know about until he got to the wedding and the grandmaster was just... there... as his plus one... somehow?) - which causes Loki to go into Full Drama Mode at the reception because he is Definitely Not Jealous of Darryl and Darryl sitting there in a room full of superheroes and world renowned scientists and also thor’s emo brother (or was it half brother? maybe step brother? he cant recall) who is sending him the most terrifying look he has ever received in his life while playing with a very sharp dagger but he still has to give thor and bruce the toaster oven he got for their wedding gift and ask thor if he is ever going to get that last rent payment that he never got before he can leave so how the hell is he going to get past the wicked witch of asgard to do that?? - then your third eye just isnt open wide enough

Thorbruce highschool au pt2

The first one was really fun to write, and I need some fluff in mah life. Legit no mention of highschool here, this is a continuation from my last post

Thor wakes up early the next morning and thanks the gods that it’s a weekend. He knows Bruce needs the time off

Instead of going back to sleep, he shuffles more into the embrace he and Bruce managed to keep up while they slept. It was really comfortable, and he didn’t want Bruce to wake up alone, or while Thor was still asleep. That would probably make him freak out

Thor estimated it was about half an hour before Bruce woke up, but he hadn’t really been paying attention to the time passing. He was focused more on how calm Bruce seemed to be while asleep, how even his breathing was and how steady his heart beat

Bruce woke up surprisingly content. He didn’t wake up feeling refreshed often, and it took him a few seconds to realise why. Thor was in his bed. Snuggling him.

He felt his cheeks color, but he couldn’t bring himself to pull away. Thor had willingly offered him comfort last night, and was still here after learning about his father. That had to mean something, right?

Thor felt Bruce move slightly, and whispers his name softly. “Hey, do you wanna get up yet?”

Bruce knows he’s probably pushing it, but he rolls over and burys his face in Thor’s chest with a grumpy “no”

Thor chuckles and wraps his arms around Bruce even tighter and they lie there for a couple more minutes

Bruce whispers a small “thank you” into Thor’s chest, and Thor pulls away slightly to look into his eyes and says “it is no problem. If you ever need help with anything like this again, do not hesitate to call me.”

Bruce can feel the sincerity radiating off him, and shoots Thor a confused look. “Why? It’s a family issue, and it’s my fault anyway. Why do you want to help?”

And Thor’s heart just breaks because Bruce thinks his fathers actions are his fault and he can’t comprehend someone wanting to help him to make him happy with no self fulfilment

And Thor looks at him and says “Bruce, listen. You are one of the best people I know and you deserve to be happy. From what I understand, this is in no way your fault and that man is to blame foreverything including your lack of self worth, and it devastates me that you would think for a second that you are not perfect.” And he takes a breath and holds his gaze because he has pretty much confessed his feelings to Bruce

Bruce looks at Thor, speechless. He can see it all now, Thor’s heart bared, his feelings filling the space between them, and he doesn’t know how to respond. What he really wants to do is lean over and kiss Thor, but he can’t because even in his certainty of knowing Thor likes him back, the risk is still too great. If he’s got this wrong, he looses the only person who cares about him, the only person he’s let into his heart, and the loss would destroy him. So he sits there, breaking down all his defences and praying that Thor can see the love in his own eyes, and is brave enough to make the first move.

Thor sees a mixture of emotions flash across Bruce’s face before it settles, and Thor can’t believe his eyes. Bruce, behind the layers of fear, has pure adoration in his eyes. Thor feels his heart swell

He decides to take the plunge, as Bruce doesn’t show any signs of initiating anything, and he leans forward and gently kisses Bruce. As Bruce starts to kiss back, he can’t stop the giant smile forming on his face, and when he feels one equally as big form on Bruce’s face he pulls back laughing.

They sit there for a while, just holding on to each other and laughing as pure joy takes over

After a while, Thor calms down and looks at Bruce “Am I one of those boyfriends now?”

And Bruce snorts and says “yeah, I guess you are, if that’s what you want”

And Thor smiles wider than ever and just tackles Bruce onto the bed “well good luck trying to get rid of me, because if that’s the only thing I need to do then you’re stuck with me forever”

Some random soft Thruce things

-Thor laying with his head in Bruce's lap while Bruce reads and plays with Thor's hair.

-Bruce climbing onto Thor's lap when he's upset because the contact helps and Thor can make him feel safe.

-Thor pulling Bruce away from his work because it's been too long since he saw Bruce eat or sleep, literally feeding him when he refuses and tries to get back to work, and then forcing him to go to bed.

-Also snuggles. So many snuggles.

-Bruce loves being the small spoon, but sometimes the Hulk decides Thor needs to be curled around and kept safe, so he'll show up to be the big spoon. Thor wakes up with Bruce snuggled against him.

-Their inside jokes aren't things that would make them laugh randomly, but they catch each other's eye and smile, they don't even need to talk to know what it's about.

-They switch sides of the bed constantly, because whenever Bruce gets to bed first he always snuggles into whichever pillow smells most like Thor.

-If they can't be there when the other gets home they leave things waiting, a snack they love, or an article they would find interesting. Little things that say 'I saw this and thought of you'.

-Everything else about Thruce.

Sam Wilson and Rhodey have a friendship that y’all choose to ignore. Just rewatch IW and the battle in wakanda. Their banter, Rhodey calling Sam, Sammy, the way Sam looks at Rhodey when they bring Vision to the compound. It’s everything and I gives me life.

Tbh I don’t ship it romantically (sambucky and thruce are rlly all I need) their friendship is undeniable. And I call that black man solidarity. 😌 /hj
