So, I've been wondering what kind of gesture Gilgamesh makes here and what it means and apparently it is called Aakash Mudra.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Aakash mudra is a symbolic, ritualistic gesture of the hands often used in Ayurveda and spiritual yoga practice to increase the element of space, or the cosmos, within the body. The name comes from the Sanskrit words aakash (or akash), meaning “view” or “recognize,” and mudra, which means “gesture,” “mark” or “seal.”
Increasing the element of space, or cosmos, within the body helps the practitioner to unite with a specific deity or a broader cosmic power. It is also believed to make an individual’s way of thinking more honorable, as it assists in removing negative emotions like anger, sorrow or fear. Additionally, this mudra detoxifies the body, eases discomfort due to overeating, and offers relief from arrhythmia, chest pain and high blood pressure.
Aakash mudra activates the visuddha (throat) chakra, which governs communication, self-expression, truth and purification.
And I find it pretty interesting that they decided to depict Gilgamesh with such gesture.

It is believed by many Eastern Cultures that we have life force energy, or “chi” (also known as prana, qi, ki) that runs through us and everything in our world. This idea is not so far fetched when we can see the amazing vibratory nature of our cells through a microscope (which vibrate at an even deeper level when we get down to our molecules and atoms). It is from this perspective that we are able to see the #energetic force that creates our bodies, and ultimately our physical world.
The word Chakra is #Sanskrit and means “wheel” or “turning”. It is thought by the #Buddhists and in the Hindi tradition (in Yoga) that the human body has upwards of 72,000 (or more) #nadis or lines of energy that flow through us and exit at certain points through-out our body. It is believed that the flow of this energy keeps #balance within us, and that each meridian is resposible for a specific function of the body. In this belief, there are seven major energy centers, that govern the well-being our major glands, and are responsible for our emotional, physical, #mental spiritual well-being.
If one of these Chakras are out of balance, either by too much, or too little, it will manifest in our #physical world as dis-ease.
There are many ways to heal the Chakras, including Reiki Chakra Balancing, but here we will focus on what crystals, colours, and sounds are known to help balance each individual chakra. Please click on a specific Chakra for detailed information on each and how you can begin to bring balance to each, healing your life.

Hinduism & Buddhism In Naruto
There are many references to different cultures in Naruto. I'm mostly familiar with Hinduism & Buddhism. So I'll take about some of the connections here.
Chakra
The term "Chakra" is particularly well-known in the Narutoverse. Chakra is something that is required to perform various jutsus in Naruto(except taijutsu). It is created by fusing spiritual and physical energy.
The concept of Chakra arose in Hinduism's early traditions. Human life, according to the concept, exists in two parallel dimensions, one being the physical body(sthula sarira) and the other being the psychic body(sukshma sarira).
The seven-point chakra system is prevalent in Hinduism(six chakra points along with a seventh centre).Muladhara, Svadhishthana, Manipura, Anahata, Visuddha, Ajna are the chakra points along with Sahansara.
Tumblr media
In Buddhism, the five-point chakra system is prevalent. The five chakra points are the Basal chakra, Abdominal chakra, Heart chakra, Throat chakra, and Crown chakra.
Raigō:Senjusatsu/Welcoming Approach:Thousand-Armed Murder
Tumblr media
The Welcoming Approach:Thousand-Armed Murder is the supreme jutsu of the fire temple. Asuma and Chiriku were seen using this jutsu.
Though the spirit of the thousand-armed Kannon is summoned to protect the user or attack the enemies, the Raigō/Welcoming Approach refers to Amitābha Buddha(the principle Buddha in Pure Land Buddhism)making an appearance on a purple cloud at the time of death to lift the deceased's spirit up and ascend back to the Pure Land.
Tumblr media
Heian Period Senju Kannon
Tumblr media
Descend of Buddha Amitabha (17th– 18th century painting)
Garuda
Both Sasuke's personal summon, a large hawk named Garuda, and Deidara's C4 Karura technique refer to Garuda from Hinduism & Buddhism. Garuda is a divine creature who is the king of all birds who resembles an eagle and is the enemy of all serpents/nāgas.
Tumblr media
The Rinnegan
The Rinnegan is also known as the Samsara Eye. According to the manga, anyone who possesses the Rinnegan has six abilities known collectively as the six path technique, which are the Deva path, Asura path, Human path, Animal path, Preta path and Naraka path.
Samsara is the belief in death and rebirth that is central to many Indian religions. The concept was first mentioned in the Rigveda, but it was not developed entirely until the early Upanishads.
In Buddhism, Samsara also known as the wheel of existence or Bhavacakra, and it is a distress cycle of birth, rebirth, and redeath with no start or end.
The Samsara or cycle of life, death and rebirth is made up of six interconnected realms:Niraya, Pretas, Tiryak, Manusya, Devas, and Asuras. The liberty from this cycle is known as Nirvana, and it is said to be reached only after attaining enlightenment.
Tumblr media
Bhavachakra wheel
Now coming to the six paths technique-
The Deva Path(Tendō)
The Deva path reflects the heavenly realm where devas/gods reside, the deva realm of the samsara realms. In this path, the user can be seen manipulating attractive and repulsive forces. This path as well grants the ability Chibaku Tensei, which can create a huge terrestrial body from nearby substances.
Tumblr media
(Pain was able to destroy a whole village Isn't that some god-like power?)
The Human Path(Ningendō)
The Human path reflects the human realm, which is manusya's realm. It is said that if someone is rebirthed in this realm, they can attain Nirvana and break the cycle by achieving enlightenment. The human path allows the user to read people's minds and suck out their souls.
The Asura Path(Shuradō)
The Asura path reflects the Asura realm, Asuras fight with gods/devas and distress the Manusya/humans.The Asura path allows the user to augment their body with extra limbs and weapons. Similarly, Asuras are many times depicted with multiple heads, extra limbs and weapons.
Tumblr media
The Animal Path(Chikushōdō)
The Animal path grants the user the ability to summon supernatural and otherworldly creatures similarly animals reside in the Animal realm.
Tumblr media
The Preta Path(Gakidō)
The Preta realm is inhabited by thirsty ghosts and restless spirits. These spirits and ghosts have only a spiritual presence and no physical presence. The preta path was shown in the manga to be capable of absorbing chakra and most Ninshu.
The Naraka Path(Jigokudō)
The Naraka realm is divided into torturous regions with varying degrees of extreme suffering. Likewise, The Naraka path summons the King of Hell to render judgement. If the target answers honestly, their soul is spared; however, if the target answers dishonestly, the deity tears and devours the target's soul.
Tumblr media
The Outer Path(Gedō)
The outer path, which grants the user control over death and life is used to bring back the dead via the reincarnation jutsu Samsara of Heavenly Life(Gedō- Rinne Tensei no Jutsu). The outer path which contradicts Buddhist teaching, allows to cross the flow of Samsara. Buddhists believe you either go round the misery-laden wheel of existence/samsara wheel or you achieve enlightenment and attain Nirvana thus one can't be reincarnated.
(Except a part 2 soon cause there are so many other references I wanna talk about also sorry could not add more pictures due to Tumblr's 10 picture limit)

No Time To Wallow || Accepting
She sits cross-legged on the floor of his room, Chris' head nestled in her lap. All around them are a few candles scenting the air softly, the music just as romantic and low as the light. Her breath is even, steady…meditative. She calls it prana. Says that in Sanskrit it means breath and shares some similarities with her native word/concept of Ha because it also means a person's own mana and the vital energy that permeates reality on every level, including the inanimate. She says that it exists even unseen in the blood, and is most concentrated in…and that is where she giggles to herself before she looks away. Whispers the words "tantric fluids." Beth says a lot of things, but certain ones always are framed in simile or metaphor, as if it's a crime to talk about sensuality, desire, and physical intimacy ~along with the trappings of those things~ in any other way. On one hand, it must make her job hard, on the other it's a sweetly innocent thing. She isn't saying much of anything at the moment though, calming herself through the silence of a small ritual. For that moment, her fingertips rest just on the flat chest side of his shoulders. In the next, she dips one hand up to the first knuckle into a tiny bowl of sweet-herbaceous oil. With the tip of her index, she draws an unwavering long line from his hairline ~Sahasrara~ to his brow's 'third eye' ~Ajna~ down along the centre of his nose, the dip and rise of his lips without lingering, to his throat ~Visuddha~ and again down, leaving the wet trail over his Adam's apple and between his collarbones to ~Anahata~ his heart. Once the trail is blazed, she returns to his face and begins to brush the oil across the widest point of his cheeks, feather light touches that massage the flesh beneath her touch. Not a single spare inch goes unattended. His temples. His jawline. The lazy concentric spirals against his brow. His eyelids. She promises that nothing in her tincture is hazardous or painful. She repeats the process against his neck, pausing briefly to linger at the twin beats of his jugular and his carotid, then circling around to the back of his neck, and massaging the muscle there, too. Eventually she smooths her palms across his chest, though she has to lean slightly to reach the lowest part of it with her careful precision. What she doesn't account for is that for those all too brief moments, the soft, delicately small swells of her breasts hang above Chris' face like the fruit offered eternally to Tantalus and yet just as eternally out of reach. Eventually she slides back to how she'd been sitting before. Reaches around back behind his head and lifts it gently before she leans down and gives him a peck on the lips. "See, told you dis kind of relaxation da best. You feel refresh? Stress free?"

How Important are Chakra and Energy Healing Courses?
Chakras are very important energy healing courses centres in our bodies. Generally, it is said that there are seven Chakras in our body, which are located along our spines. They are starting at the base of the spine and run upwards till it reaches the uppermost crown of our heads.
But contrary to this theory, there is an infinite number of Chakras in our bodies. The main seven Chakras have specific colours, vibrations, and sounds. These keep on changing depending upon the health of the Chakras as the Chakras may be blocked and gives relevant results to our physical, mental and emotional health.
Tumblr media
Types of the Main Chakras:
Mooladhara Chakra or the Root Chakra:
This Chakra is red in colour with the Earth as an element. It is located at the base of the spine. This Chakra decides our survival emotions, stability, self-sufficiency, and our ambitions. All these may be disturbed if this Chakra is unbalanced and blocked. This Chakra starts functioning when it is balanced again and provides positive emotions. We start feeling strong, stable, energetic, balanced, Independent and confident with a properly functioning Mooladhara Chakra.
Swadhisthana Chakra or the Sacral Chakra:
This Chakra is Orange in colour with Water as its element. This Chakra is located in our lower abdomen, below the navel. This Chakra is responsible for giving us the feeling of self-worth and creativity, as well as the need for sexuality. If this chakra healing course becomes unbalanced, a person may become emotionally unstable, become dull and lethargic, and non-creative. When rebalanced, this Chakra will make the person vibrant, happy, contended, compassionate and full of intuitions.
Manipura Chakra or the Solar Plexus Chakra:
This Chakra is Yellow in Colour with Fire as its element. This Chakra is located at our Solar Plexus, at the bottom of our rib cage. It controls our ego, anger, and aggressiveness. It can give us digestive problems, liver problems, diabetes, depression, anger, lack of self-esteem and loss of confidence when unbalanced. These are corrected when this Chakra is balanced again.
Anahata Chakra or the Heart Chakra:
It is Green in Colour and has Air as its base element. This Chakra is located in the Heart Region. This Chakra is responsible for us to balance and control our emotions of love, passion, trust, attachment etc. An unbalanced Anahata Chakra may lead to unbalanced emotions in us. This is corrected when this Chakra is balanced again.
Visuddha Chakra or the Throat Chakra:
This Chakra is Blue in colour and has Space as its element. This Chakra is located at the base of our throat. This Chakra gives us inspiration, faith, good communication skill and good expressions. It can make us timid, weak, and inexpressive when blocked. Everything I restored when this Chakra is balanced again.
Agya Chakra or the Third Eye Chakra:
The colour of this Chakra is Indigo and has no basic element. It is located between our eyebrows. This Chakra is responsible for our intelligence, insight, intuition, and self-awareness. We lose our courage and confidence when this Chakra becomes unbalanced. It can give us headaches, blurry vision, and problems in our eyes as physical issues. When balanced, this Chakra can make us vibrant and confident physically, spiritually and mentally.
Sahastrara Chakra or the Crown Chakra:
This Chakra is Violet in colour with no basic element. It is located at the Crown of our Head. This Chakra is the centre of our spirituality, enlightenment, positive thoughts and energy healing courses. It can make us mentally imbalanced with depressive mood settings when blocked. And maybe corrected again when treated.
Arhanta Yoga Ashram, headed by Master Shri Ram Jain can treat and correct all these blocked and unbalanced Chakras, making us normal again. Chakra healing courses just don’t teach Yoga only. It teaches us how to reach our potential, build our self-confidence and self-knowledge and be our own masters. Arhanta also has Yoga Online Academy. I talked about this in my last collective reading video. I was guided to sketch this to illustrate how spirit showed it to me.
💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
The heart chakra is the bridge between your upper and lower chakras. I did this sketch earlier today to illustrate this. Notice how it connects to all other chakras. When the bridge is out, disconnected; it will leave you feeling completely unbalanced. I will make another post showing how to balance the heart chakra and a little further information about it.
