As Tori walked through the door of their apartment after a long day of classes, she was met with an unexpected sight. The room was filled with balloons, streamers, and a banner that read "Happy Birthday, Tori!" in bold letters. Tori's eyes widened in surprise as she took in the festive decorations, a smile spreading across her face.

"Jade, what's all this?" Tori asked, her voice filled with wonder as she turned to her girlfriend, who stood nearby with a mischievous grin.

"It's your birthday surprise," Jade replied, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "I wanted to make sure you had the best day ever."

Tori felt her heart swell with warmth as she looked around at the decorations, her smile growing even wider. "Thank you, Jade," she said, her voice filled with gratitude.
