Alright so I never post on here anymore but I just had to brag.

I finally finally fucking made it back home.

Long story short I was gone for 6 months time for military training. Boot camp and medic training to be exact.

Shit sucked but here I am, 5’2” female barely breaking 100lbs, out here able to qualify with my rifle and cut peoples throats open on the battlefield to do surgical crics and reinflate lungs.

Somehow honor grad in boot camp, lightest person in my whole fucking battery. But guys. I fucking did it!! I doubt anybody will read this but I am so fucking proud.

First female in my family to join the military and carry on our legacy.

My knees are fucked up ( one actually gave out) and my hip likes to catch. Had someone kink a catheter in my vein and make my blood spray everywhere. Got COVID. Almost got heat stroke. But I fucking did it and I am so god damn happy.

May I now formally introduce myself as an EMT, certified Combat Medic, and my families first ever female soldier.

P.S MREs aren’t really that bad. Well… some of them aren’t…. When you’re actually allowed to heat them up
