I’ve been slacking on keto since my vacation but watch me get right back to it 🤙🏼
Today consisted of beef (heavy on my belly but so delicious). Started with cheese stuffed meatballs and 0 carb spaghetti with marinara sauce. For dinner I had a fully loaded “California burger” with all the toppings you could want! I’m talking bacon, jalapeños, Colby AND pepperjack, tomatoes, onion, lettuce, pickles, and a spicy Mayo that was mouthwatering. I paired with with a diet Dr Pepper because it’s the only diet soda that actually taste good in my opinion. IM BACKKKK ON THE KETO TRAIN BABYYYY.
This is the second time I’ve ever gone this short in my life. The first wasn’t by choice as I had to cut it all off because I destroyed it going blonde....this time I chose to rock it. The confidence I’ve gotten from keto is the only reason I’d ever even think of cutting my hair off. Love this look! Cant wait for all the stages of growth.
So last night I threw on a wig and lingerie on for dinner 😆
I’ve neverrrrr had the confidence to go out in public dressed like this but wooow did I feel amazing. I don’t know if the social distancing and lack of people made a difference..... Been straying from keto a bit but I’ll find my way back.

This was sooo yummy guys! Based on your day you can add more Alfredo sauce this was just what met my macros.
The noodles can be found online or at Walmart! I’ve seen other variations at Kroger, publix as well! I hope someone tries this and let’s me know what they think. I seasoned my chicken with salt and lemon pepper and I put salt, pepper, paprika in my Alfredo!
