C - Cuddles: Malleus LOVES to cuddle. Seriously, it's one of his favorite hobbies. He didn't think he'd like it all that much, but he really does! He runs warm so he's really nice to cuddle up to as well, except for summer when it's blazing hot outside. He's a bit stiff when he's cuddling you, but he relaxes into you like melting butter.

D - Domestic: Malleus would LOVE to settle down and start a life/family with you. It's his biggest dream to be treated like normal, and starting a life with you is just the perfect way for him to feel like a normal, loved guy. Now, he's not exactly GOOD at the whole... having a life with someone thing yet, but he'll get there. You just have to teach him how to clean, cook, do laundry, and pretty much everything else that comes with domestic life.

E - Ending: If he had to, he would probably just ghost you. He doesn't want to see the look of hurt or anger on your face, especially since you were so kind to him for so long. He can't handle facing you to break things off, so he sends Lilia and a long and well-crafted letter and proceeds to avoid you like the plague. It's... pretty bad.

F - Fiance(e): Oh he wants to marry you REAL quick, so you'll have to push the breaks on that one. He just really loves when he loves, so he doesn't know how to stop himself from getting excited. He absolutely wants to marry you, and he will only wait a few years before he starts asking again. He brings up the idea of it frequently until you seem ready for it, at the very least.

G - Gentle: Ohhhh, Malleus is so gentle with you -- physically speaking at least. He handles you like you're made of glass, which you very well may be when compared to him. He could hurt you easily, and he wants to avoid that as much as possible. Emotionally... he tries, he doesn't want to hurt you, but he has a tendency to just say whats on his mind and make you feel bad about things he doesn't mean to.

H - Hugs: YES! Malleus loves skin-to-skin contact so much, and the easiest way to get that outside of handholding is hugs. He only gives you hugs, but he gives them to you all the time. He sees you between classes? Hug. You're visiting him in Diasomnia? Hug. Sees you at lunch? Hug. They're so warm and comforting too, like you'll always be safe in his arms.

I - I love you: He says I love you very fast. He's not lovebombing you or trying to manipulate you by jumping in too fast, he just feels that strongly about you that quickly. He wears his heart on his sleeve, and he wants you to know how much he cares for you as quickly as possible.

J - Jealousy: Malleus is tricky to talk about when it comes to Jealousy. On one hand, yeah Malleus gets jealous and he gets jealous fast. He's like an angry cat watching its owner play with a dog from the window. He's got an intense aura that chases most people off without him having to say anything. On the other hand, he doesn't really get jealous often because no one wants to piss off Malleus Draconia.

K - Kisses: Malleus, much like other forms of affection, loves kisses. He is NOT good at them. He is all teeth and nose and way too fast and eager, but it's really cute. He wants to kiss you all over and be kissed all over.

L - Little ones: As I mentioned before, yes. Malleus really does like kids -- he spent a good portion of his life helping raise Silver and Sebek, so his affections for kids stem from a young age. He really wants some of his own, and it's honestly a dealbreaker if you don't want them.

M - Morning: Mornings with Malleus can either be slow, gentle, and quiet. Basking in each other's presence and relaxing in bed until it's near afternoon. Or they can be chaotic and full of things to do. Depends on his schedule. But, regardless, Malleus makes sure that you are comfortable and happy over anything else.

N - Night: Malleus is a night owl. He loves the quiet and peace that night brings. He loves to take you on walks outside around campus or stay up way too late talking to each other in bed about everything and nothing at the same time.

V - Vanity: He's relatively aware that he's good-looking, but he doesn't really have too big of an ego about it. He cares about power more than beauty, but he does know that he is attractive and is proud of that fact. It's just not something he thinks too hard about.

W - Whole: Malleus feels so empty when you aren't around. You consume a lot of his thoughts, so he's constantly wondering what you're up to and how you're feeling. Whenever you're gone, he feels a little piece of his heart ache in sadness.

X - Xtra: Malleus shines his horns. In fact, he takes care of them better than anything else in his life. They're a part of the royal look, which is one reason why he takes such good care of them. The main reason, though? He thinks they look pretty all shiny. He's a dragon, after all, he likes shiny things a lot.

Furbish From a Linguistic Perspective

hi! if you're familiar with furbies you probably know the very short conlang (a sketch fictlang in particular) furbish! furbish is the language furbies speak before you "teach" them english by taking care of them. i will only be covering the '98 language, as the 2005 and 2010 language updates break some of the language rules the '98 version sets up, and I don't want to deal with that atm. also, do note i'm not a linguist, i just watch a lot of conlang critic

Phonology

Consonants

furbish has 9 consonants, with one digraph (wh) counting as a consonant for simplicity's sake. these consonants are /m/, /n/, /b/, /t/, /d/, /k/, /hw/ or /h/, /l/, and /w/.

Vowels

furbish has 6 vowels (including 2 dipthongs): /i/, /u/, /eɪ/, /o/, /aɪ/, and /ɑ/.

Syllables

syllables are made up of vowels and consonants, shown in this chart. There are a total of 35 syllables in furbish.

Morphology

to make a word, syllables are put together using dashes, though some words are syllables on their own. additionally, new words can be created by putting a dash in between two existing words; like "ay-ay-lee-koo" (listen), a compound of "ay-ay" (look) and "lee-koo" (sound).

Grammar/Syntax

furbish seems to work almost the same as english grammar-wise, with a few differences. like many languages, it follows the subject–verb–object word order. for example, "i love you" would be "kah may-may u-nye". verbs have no conjugations and there are no tenses in furbish, along with there being no distinction between a singular and plural noun. most adjectives and nouns in furbish also work as verbs, and a word/phrase equivalent of "to be" does not exist. verbs have no conjugation, and adverbs go in front of the verb. it has two final particles, "doo" as a way to express that a question is being asked (similar to "ka" in japanese) and "wah" as a way to express excitement.

Proposals (Non-Canon)

i have a few proposals to make furbish a fuller language. for starters, making more syllable combinations for coining new words. secondly, a furby alphabet. each letter would represent a furbish syllable. another thing is filler words. i believe "ah" would be a great filler word, as furbies tend to say it a lot while being played with. i also suggest "doo", which could work as the furbish speaker questioning what they should say. finally, i've come up with a canon name for furbish in furbish. "kah-lee-koo", a compound of "kah" (me) and "lee-koo" (sound). roughly translated it means "my sound".

I'm autistic about furbies and conlangs fascinate me, so I had to make this!! I hope you all enjoyed :]

wonwoo would freeze, eyes widening and heart stopping the moment you tell him that you’re pregnant. he had always wanted to be a dad, but he’d be in shock that it was about to become a reality

however, wonwoo would get used to the idea of fatherhood pretty quickly. the more he attends your ultrasound appointments and you discuss baby names and how to design the nursery, he gets so excited for his baby to arrive and to experience fatherhood

he would realise that he really doesn’t know much at all about parenting, so he sits at his computer and does as much research as he can even into the early hours of the morning so he can be prepared for his baby’s arrival

when you go into labour he’d remain super level-headed and calm for you. he’d tell you how well you’re doing through the pain, and when he meets his son for the first time you and wonwoo know everything is going to be okay.

wonwoo is so reliable when your son is a newborn. you can pretty much count on him to know anything about parenting, and he seems to know what your baby needs with every little cry or facial expression, which puts you at ease

wonwoo loves his son more than anything. he’s immediately protective over him and wants to research every food he eats or toy he plays with to make sure it’s safe for him. he takes so much pride in doing any parenting duty like bathing him and feeding him too

he manages to get up during the night when he hears his son stir. you’re thankful that he wants you to get as much sleep as possible, but most nights you get up after him and your heart melts at the sight of your husband, hair ruffled, glasses on, and tiny baby in his strong arms

some nights you hear wonwoo on the baby monitor, and you can’t help but smile at how much you love your boys. your son babbles at wonwoo while he replies “mhmm” and “i see~” as he rocks him in his arms. when he finally falls asleep and wonwoo comes back to bed, you have to hold yourself back from begging for another one

wonwoo has his son in his arms most of the time. whenever he’s dozing off watching tv, his son will be falling asleep on his chest and you can’t help but smile at how alike the two of them are. your son even prefers to sit in wonwoo’s lap instead of his high chair, which of course wonwoo doesn’t mind at all

wonwoo never knew he would be the type to worry so much, but when your son starts crawling wonwoo is on high alert at all times, his eyes following him around the room and being alert for any possible danger

wonwoo wants to teach his son as much as possible from such a young age. he’ll read to him all the time and try to teach him the alphabet while his little baby giggles and babbles back at him

one night you’re laying in bed with your son between you as wonwoo reads his bedtime story. his little baby watches him with big wide adoring eyes and among his babbling, you both look at each other in shock when he says his first word. the book would immediately be forgotten as the two of you become the proudest parents alive and coo over your smart little baby

when your son takes his first steps, wonwoo has to fight back the tears. he never wants his little baby to grow up, but he can’t believe he accomplished such a milestone and he’ll send a video of his son to his member’s gc because he’s just so proud

as your son grows up, you both quickly realise that he’s literally a mini wonwoo. the two of them do pretty much everything together - gaming, fishing, reading etc. he teaches his son old video games he used to play as a kid and he recommends books he loved when he was young

your son even needs glasses at a young age, which wonwoo jokingly apologises to him for. your son even chooses a pair to match his daddy’s and you can’t help but chuckle at the fact that they look just like twins now

your son idolises wonwoo, and wants to be just like him. wonwoo adores this and can’t help but give in to the matching pjs and outfits. your son goes everywhere his daddy goes and he’ll cling onto wonwoo and sulk every morning when he tries to leave for work

wonwoo’s son is pretty shy for his first day of school. but wonwoo is the best dad ever and he walks his little boy to the front door, kneeling down in front of him and reassuring him that he was going to be okay. “you can do anything, you know that, right?” he tells him with a soft smile before placing a kiss on his forehead and sending him inside.

wonwoo wants his son to try hard at school because he knows how smart he is. he’ll stay up late helping him understand his homework and he’s super hands on with projects for the science fair (which his son wins of course)

wonwoo gets involved with everything his son does. he attends every soccer match and award presentation and he’s the proudest dad ever, taking videos and photos with a wide smile on his face

wonwoo is great with disciplining his son, even though he doesn’t need to do it often. his son doesn’t want to disappoint him so he rarely throws tantrums.

wonwoo always makes time for you even during the hectic world of parenthood. thankfully his members offer to take your son for sleepovers so the two of you can go on date nights, and he always tells you how lucky he is to have you (even though you know it’s the other way round)

as a dad, wonwoo gives the best advice. since he’s so close with his son, his son trusts him with anything so wonwoo drops whatever he’s doing to be there for him.

overall, wonwoo would adapt so well to fatherhood and would be his son’s best friend and biggest supporter <3
