John knew there was no going back to his mundane yet chaotic lifestyle the second he asked you out. It took everything in him not to chuckle at your look of disbelief, your lips parting just a tad bit. He didn’t want you to think he was making fun of you, you were genuinely adorable with your expressiveness. And though had told him you were open to anything, even specifying that you wouldn’t mind anything small and simple, he didn’t let you.

He took you out to dinner on your first date, nothing too fancy, though that couldn’t be said the same on the later dates, gifted you a small but beautiful bouquet and the rest was history.

And amazingly, he gets even better at spoiling you after he puts a ring on your finger. As if he wasn't already good since your first date!

Kisses or cakes, hugs or huge bouquets, he'll always find a way to spoil you. Because you—your smiles, giggles and laughs, your time and your love for him means so much.

Laswell had the privilege to meet you first before everyone else. She enjoys the sisterly moments you’d have, a breath of fresh air from the craziness, to say the least, that she has to witness in her lifetime. Always appreciates you checking in on her via messages or if she’s lucky, a quick call. And it becomes a tradition of hers to jokingly remind John to take care of you and not to drive you crazy.

And then, there were the boys.

Johnny was the one who asked about you, catching the man looking at one of the polaroids of you with nothing but love in his eyes. Longing to get it over with and come home to you. Johnny didn’t think he’d be willing to talk about you at all, let alone more than a few sentences, i.e. privacy reasons or he just prefers to be on his own. Take in the quiet moment before any hell breaks loose later on.

Understandable, so imagine not only his surprise but also the rest of the 141 when he talks about you. First, with pure endearment in his tone, then the story gets romantic, cheesier even, but all three of them listened to his stories like no other (read: a father telling his kids how he met their mother), even if they acted like they were just casually fixing their weapons or thinking to themselves.

C’mon, he knows them!

Like John, you treat the boys like your very own. If Johnny, Kyle or Simon wanted to be doted over—to be cared for, something they haven’t felt in a while even if some of them wouldn’t want to admit it, then you’d give them millions! Even something as little as a handwritten message or passing them a few words i.e. take care and good luck via John.

Visiting the Price’s house now feels like a family thing. Again, it’s cheesy, it’s corny, and maybe even childish to some, for a bunch of men to be looking forward to these visits like a child being away from their parents at a dorm during college, none of you cared. Not you. Not John. And most importantly, not his boys.

None of them could have imagined your words to stick in their minds in dire times. A little motivation to return safely. Back to the base, for John, and back the Price’s home, for you.

“Johnny, I’m out of a few things in the kitchen. Could you drop by the store and get these for me, please?” “Can do!”

“Simon, have you seen John’s car keys? I can’t find them anywhere.” “I can help look for it w’you.”

“Kyle, I told you I can handle the fireplace.” “S’not that hard. Don’t worry!”

Bonus: A lil’ story I’m still working on with the COD men + dogs includes John with an American Akita. Similar to Phillip and Kai, John’s gigantic pupper tends to prefer listening to you to him.

His intolerance for certain people or animals drops in an instant the second he sees you, turning into a baby (your baby, might John add) but he also knows when duty calls. Ears tilting back and growling at a stranger who doesn’t know, or worse; ignores that you're taken.

OHHHHHHHHH MY GOD ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'LL NEVER BE THE SAME AFTER THIS!!!!!! THIS ENDING?? THIS WHOLE EVERYTHING!!!!! WHERE DO I EVEN START I'M SO STUNNED!!!! WHAT!!!!!

"The end of time" was the most incredible ending I could have asked for!!! We finished watching it all at 3am last night and we spent all of today yelling about it, I can't believe just how good this was!!! I'm so glad we've never watched this show before while this was airing so that we get to watch it all fresh for the first time because we are having the time of our lives now

It was completely devastating and so so inspiring, just exactly how I was hoping for it to be, I already want to rewatch S1 to S4 all over again 😭 the sheer comfort I get from the character of the doctor is insane, I've never rooted for a character so hard and wholeheartedly in my life, he really is the most wonderful being in the universe I'm in tears I'm Wilfred rn what the fuck man I'll never recover from this!!! I feel like a ten year old kid with a new superhero GOD IT WAS ALL SO GOOD I CAN'T ARTICULATE I'd yell about each scene but I'm aware that pretty much everyone has watched this ages ago so you know and I still wouldn't want to spoil anyone that hasn't just in case because going into this unspoiled and knowing nothing about it has been the most satisfying experience ever and I hope more people get to have it too!!! please if you haven't watched this before go do that!! and if you have and it's been a while do it again!!! the acting?? INSANE!! the writing!! incredible!! I have only good things to say!!! I only wish we had 1000 more seasons with RTD and David Tennant I really love this man, I'm so sad to see him go!!! and so happy to get him back for the 60 special!!

When we got to the last episodes of season 4 I was expecting pain and instead I got an unexpected fix-it device that was rather strange but cute so I was somewhat relieved and confused, then the holidays specials were pretty standard and lighthearted AND THEN THE WATERS OF MARS? INSANE EPISODE, I loved it so much, that whole part at the end FANTASTIC they went there and I LOVE them for it!! another favourite episode for sure, and THEN THE END OF TIME?? by this point Nicolas and I were twisted into a single pretzel on the couch bracing ourselves, it went from extremely intense to SO FUNNY to heartbreaking and just...amazing!!! AAAAAA anyway!! I had to get all that out of my system, now onwards to S5!!! I'm curious to meet Matt Smith's doctor 😊

Personally I imagine that Teyvat is a bit split on this.

On one hand, their Grace is far too happy with their friends who Teyvat deems as fellow Creators they play around with and they're playing around with their divine powers.

On the other hand, making mods and bug testing is time consuming and both of these take attention their Grace could be giving them instead.

They've heard plenty times the Creator complain about their world's spaghetti code, the Reader has cursed the creator—"who the hell made this?"—many times and Teyvatians interpret this as either the Creator having lost their memories or an act of self-hatred or a blend of both.

It doesn't help how Reader curses themselves whenever they find an error in their own code

Though I wonder the thoughts of Vessels from four worlds being used for four gods to meet in scheduled meetings either during normal gameplay or modded gameplay.

No but imagine some vessels doing things their code supposedly shouldn't allowed but it gets brushed off as a mod glitch 😭 lmao, like say, Kaeya muttering "Cataclysm . . ." To himself during the Wither Storm and only barely not being noticed

But seriously, you're right. Teyvat wants you to be happy, but only with them. So they come up with a plan.

They're going to not work and basically annoy your friends off the game. They know I'll make you sad, but you have them to make you feel better.

If you friends are extra stubborn, then more extreme measures are but in place. Like bugging out, not ascending but taking the materials, and stuff like that.

Eventually when your friends quit the game, you go back to solo mode. Now you spend your time with them. While it makes them sad to see you upset about being able to play with your friends anymore, they'll be your new friends and be the best characters they can for you.

your post about the human au with beel as a farmer has me giggling and kicking my feet!! and now i can't stop imagining the brothers on their own little farm (writing this even though i know nothing about farming)

lucifer and satan mainly handle the finances, making sure they have the best equipment and techniques to produce good crops. the goats and sheep seem to take a liking to lucifer, especially the baby ones, who love chewing on his clothes. satan stays away from them bc they keep thinking his blond hair is food, choosing instead to coo over the farm cats

mammon and levi are the unofficial handlers and bully victims of the birds. mammon gets pecked by the chickens as he goes to collect their eggs, and he says one day, he'll cook them all up as revenge!! (everyone knows he's lying). levi spends more time with the ducks, where they quack at him on the farm and when he's fishing at the local ponds. (one time, a group of baby ducks imprinted on him and followed him home. it took forever for him to get them back to their mama)

asmo does a lot of advertising for the farm, with both his social media and charming personality at the farmers' market. he designs the cutest packaging and sews any holes that end up in his brothers' clothes with lovely little patches. his favorite animals on the farm (a couple piglets and bunnies) are marked with pink bows, but you could tell by how he squeals whenever he sees them

you already went over beel, but i imagine him still having his super strength and can easily carry adult sheep with ease. he also has gained a lot of (kissable) freckles from being in the sun all the time

belphie is a straight up cow whisperer, which may be caused by his habit of cuddling with the cows on their pasture to skip out on chores. but he's great at milking and can instantly tell if something's wrong with the cows, to the point that other farmers go to him in need of help. he's a lazybones hero!

Honestly, I'm surprised that little post of mine got so much attention lol! I was definitely thinking about it more in terms of what I think the boys would do if they were humans, rather than how it would be if they all worked on the same farm. But I saw a couple tags suggesting a Stardew Valley crossover, which could be all of them on the same farm or all of them with separate farms. I haven't played Stardew in a long time, but I am so obsessed with farming sims it's ridiculous. My favorite is Story of Seasons Trio of Towns, I've played it so many times and I still replay it from time to time because I loved it so much lol.

ANYWAY that's all to say that my farming experience comes almost entirely from video games. I took a class about plants and agriculture in high school, but otherwise it's all vibes and cozy gaming!

But I think you've nailed it with these. I keep seeing Satan falling asleep in a pile of hay, just completely covered in barn cats. Cute lil Asmo all decked out like a farmer but only for the aesthetic 'cause he's running that farmer's market booth like nobody's business. Cow whisperer Belphie, please I love it so much.

Also freckled, sun-kissed Beel... human!Beel would have so many freckles if he spent any time outside at all. I love this because I'm extremely freckled myself and it'd be really cute if MC had freckles to match his.

Though I actually hadn't even thought about MC's role in a human au. Since they're already human. Would it be reversed? MC is the demon in this scenario? Or just MC is their same human self but they meet the others in a different way? I think both options could be interesting. I was initially going with the idea of there being no magic and no realms though.

I was trying to think of what the characters would do with their lives based on their interests and Beel just screamed farmer to me. Like yeah he probably still works out a bunch, but he really loves food. So I thought it would be interesting to consider that as his primary motivation for wanting to become a farmer. He just wants to feed everybody.

Anyway, I love this, I'm thoroughly enjoying imagining the boys on their farm. Though Mammon threatening to cook the chickens is hilarious. Like I can just hear him saying that to a bunch of indifferent hens, too. It reminds me of a story my mom used to tell me about my great-grandmother getting so annoyed at my uncle's pet rooster for getting his beak tangled in her yarn that she straight up made soup out of him. I dunno how true that story is, but it's one my mom & her siblings have told me numerous times lol.

Umm hello, this is my first time sending you ask but well , I am glad you came back , I was missing your ramblings a lot TwT!!! They cheer me up (don't tell anyone but they're my comfort stuff)!!

Regarding the mate for life what you said about elemer , I remember reading a fic where Mc was going back home and was in love with Floyd who also loved MC but didn't want to confess as they are leaving for their world. But like confessed to Mc when they tried to leave and then mated with them without telling them eels can mate only once and left for the night (this happened in octo dorm) and cried to Jade who went and told MC what it meant and for plot twist MC decided to stay back for Floyd after hearing that!!

When I read your story about this immediately in my mind and I started squeeling a lot !! Like thank you cause I feel like this is an underrated trope TwT

Also when you mentioned you're latino and then I wanted to ask you a question do latinos also have this rule (more like tradition) where they can't share family recipes unless they're married (if yes , poor Azul , he has to sign a marriage contract for forever for some recipes XD, the tweels find this out and tease him a lot)

I think I'm faintly aware of the fic you're talking about, I may have read it a while ago. It's a neat trope for sure, though I don't think I'd make it my headcanon for all my writings with the twins, but for some for sure.

As for the food thing, I can't speak for other Latinos, but no it's not a thing in my family. Latinos includes a large variety of countries and cultures, so there may be a few that follow such a rule, I'm pretty sure it's more of a family thing than anything. My family did grow up with a half-joke/rule that one you can cook, you can get married (“ahora ya te puedes casar”)

I do like it as a trope though, Azulito is so desperate to make an earning out of your cultural cuisine, unique to you and foreign to everyone else. Do you know just how much money he could make?! What do you mean you can't share them with him unless you get married??

Azul's drafting up an engagement contract, half out of wanting the recipes and half using it as an excuse to fulfill his domestic dream with you. His pen breaks as he hears from Jade how both Trey and Jamil have been making moves on you for the same reason as he. Maybe he should start trying to woo you and prove that he's the best option out of your three suitors.

The day you're 8 months pregnant, your water suddenly decides to break, and your boys are ready to be brought into the world.

Tony happens to be working at the lab, and you're in the kitchen to make yourself a snack when the faithful moment happens, and you're all alone.

''JARVIS, get Tony here, NOW!'' you growl at the AI, and he does immediately.

''Mr. Stark, Mrs. Stark requires immediate attention in the kitchen on your floor. It appears she has gone into labor,'' the AI says, and Tony practically flies up the floors to get to you.

Before Tony can reach you, Steve has already come to your rescue when he hears a scream. He is just soothing you until Tony can get there, and you're glad for his super soldier strength.

Your contractions are already pretty severe, and you're squeezing the life out of his hand while trying to get through the wave of pain.

''I'm here, don't worry, Honey Bee,'' Tony says, and you keep squeezing Steve's hand.

You loudly yell at the worst point of the contraction, which is heart-wrenching and pierces through everything.

When the worst has died down, you're rushed to the medbay after a sincere thank you to Steve, and now it's time for you to officially start pushing.

The delivery goes relatively smoothly, and less than 6 hours later, you and Tony are holding your gorgeous baby boys in your arms after lots of screaming, squeezing, pushing, and tears.

''So, what are their names?'' the nurse asks, and the two of you look at each other; you knew their names early on.

James and Oliver Stark.

The boys are basically carbon copies of Tony without the beard, and it is absolutely the cutest thing you've ever seen.

They have been with the two of you for almost 2 months now, and it is finally time to introduce them to the Avengers; you wanted to keep them to yourself just a little longer, and Tony was totally okay with that, for which you are still thankful.

''Are you all ready to meet our beautiful boys?'' you ask when you enter the living room, where all the Avengers are gathered. Loki is also there because he doesn't want to miss the chance to meet the extraordinary twins he's heard so much about.

You walk in with James, and Tony is holding Oliver. They're wearing the most adorable matching bear suits, making them look even cuddlier than they already are.

''Oh wow! They look exactly like Tony!'' Steve says as he walks over to see the boys.

''Did you want to hold one of them?'' you ask, and Steve's eyes light up.

''If that isn't too much, I would love to,'' he says, and Tony hands him Oliver.

''Bucky? Did you maybe want to hold him?'' you ask as you walk over with James, already planning ahead for the name reveal.

''Are you- Are you sure? With the arm and all...'' he says, and you nod.

''As long as you follow my instructions, nothing can go wrong, I promise,'' you say, and he walks over, albeit still very carefully.

When the two super soldiers are holding them, you walk over to Tony and look with nothing but adoration at your boys and the two men holding them.

''So, Steve is holding Oliver right now,'' you start, and they all gasp at the beautiful name.

''It fits him,'' Steve says as he walks up and down with him, and he instantly falls asleep in Steve's arms.

''And Bucky, please don't drop him when I tell you his name. I think you'll figure out very soon why I wanted you to hold him,'' you say with a grin like the Cheshire Cat.

''Right now, you're holding our wonderful son called James,'' Tony says, and Bucky's head snaps up to both of you.

''Though we didn't name him after you - I'm sorry for that - we still thought you should be the first to hold him,'' you say, and he gets tears in his eyes from the thoughtfulness.

When he gives James back to you, he whispers a soft thank you.

''Don't worry about it, Bucky. I know it's probably something you won't ever have, so I thought it would only be fair that you would get to hold him first,'' you say, and he gives you a side hug and a kiss on your head.

''You're the best,'' he says, and you just can't stop smiling.

Steve, however, won't let go of Oliver just yet.

''Steve, you know he has to eat at some point, right?'' you joke, but he is enamored of the little guy.

''I know, but I don't want to let little Oliver go just yet,'' he says, smiling and cooing at the little boy in his arms.

''Ready for bath time?'' you ask Tony as he walks over; he just prepared the bath for James and Oliver. The two of you have found a perfect routine where one eats while the other gets a bath and vice versa.

''More than you'll know, Honey Bee,'' Tony says as you sit in the rocking chair with Oliver, ready to breastfeed him. As soon as you open your dress to give him access, you can see Tony's line of sight move towards your breast.

No matter what the authorities or media say about Floyd, you still love him. Maybe it's the hormones from your pregnancy, or maybe it's the delusion you've confined yourself to—the certainty that it could never and would never be him even though more and more evidence is surfacing with each passing week. You continue to love and care for him even with all of these gruesome truths. At the very least, you can still visit Floyd when he's in prison. It's not the same, not when you're separated by a thick pane of glass, but at least you can still see him. He may be dangerous to everyone else, but in your eyes he's the sweetest man you've ever known. Maybe it hurts you more to realize that he's not all good as you've always hoped. Maybe it's because, despite all of the delusions you try to believe in, you recognize that though he may not have hurt you in any way he's hurt so many outside of you. And it's a painful reality to grapple with, especially when you're months into your pregnancy and Floyd's not around to brighten your days as he so often did before he was caught.

But there is one consistent in all of this madness. From the very beginning he's always been there, quiet and easy to ignore at times. Jade welcomes you into his arms when you come crying. It's not ideal, but he's someone you're familiar with. And sometimes familiarity is the most bittersweet balm.

Fuck your life, you just came back to the house after a long, grueling, shitty shift. You were so tired you almost collapsed onto the snow before you even made it home. You just wished it was peaceful for once, that you didn't feel burnt out, overwhelmed all the time, you just wanted to sleep and never wake up, maybe then you wouldn't feel so tired. As you opened the door you placed your bag on the couch and made your way to San's room, who was not only your best friend but your boyfriend as well. He always helped you, even though you didn't particularly enjoy talking about your feelings to him especially on nights like this he was always there for you, always making sure you were okay and took care of yourself and had a good rest after these long days. You mumbled to yourself as you opened the door to his room until you realized. "Fuck he's not here." You grumbled. You rubbed your temple as you sat on his bed, you were stressed and you needed him. Why can't he just be there for you? Why does he always have to be off somewhere else and then appear late whenever you need him. It pissed you off even more, you knew you were thinking irrationally, he was always there for you it's only a few times where he can't be and is busy, you were just too stressed to think properly though, too stressed to even think about anything else besides how badly you just need someone to help you out right now. You crawled on top of his bed, covering yourself with the blanket. The shift was honestly terrible, many customers were overly rude at Grilby's today, mostly newcomers, and it was so damn busy you couldn't really do much about those people/monsters, you were so frustrated by all the orders and all the insults thrown your way, in fact you got way less tips than usual which caused you to be even more upset, money wasn't much of a problem but come on! Tears swelled up in your eyes from all the built up frustration from not just this shift, but all the past shifts that were almost the exact same situation, you hated working on those days and how underemployed that place was because you had to work twice as hard due to that as well.

After a good 10 minutes of you laying on the bed, muttering to yourself about all the stuff that happened and about how much you just needed someone for once and crying silently, you heard the door creak open. You wiped away your tears quickly with the blanket, shifting slightly and pretending to fall asleep. You knew it was sans and if he sees you like this he'd ask, and you don't want to bother him with any of your problems. "I know you're not asleep." Sans said walking up to you, he sat on the bed near you. "What happened?" he asked. You let out a sigh as you hugged the blanket tighter. "I don't want to talk about it." You grumbled, your tone annoyed with a hint of sadness. Sans stared at you for a bit before fixing your hair. "Are you sure? I mean you've been coming home more upset than usual, is work alright? Anything happening?" Sans questioned, his tone of voice growing more concerned. You furrowed your brows as you could feel the corners of your eyes sweet up with tears once more. You covered yourself with the blanket, not even daring to look at Sans. "Stop it, just STOP. I told you I'm fine! You don't have to pry into every little detail of my life I just want you here with me I don't want you digging into this I told you I'm fine, I just wanted you here with me, fuck." you yelled at first, calming your voice down as to not wake up Papyrus and to try to calm yourself down. Your voice cracks, you didn't really mean to come off as rude, you're just tired, you don't want him to get worried or to try and fix your problems, you just want him there with you, to give you a hug or just give you comforting words, you don't want him prying too much into this, you don't want him getting worried.

Sans seemed taken aback by your remark. He stayed quiet for a bit before nodding, he understood how you felt. Everyone has different ways they deal with this situation and how they want others to react, some want others to pry into their life and try to help solve their problems, others just want them to be there with them during this but not get too involved in the situation and many other things, everyone reacts differently to this much stress. Of course he was a bit shocked and to be honest a little hurt by your words but he knows you're just stressed and don't mean to be rude. He truly does understand, he knows how you feel, so he will be there for you. "You're obviously not fine, but I understand you don't want me to be involved in the situation, you just want me to be there for you, I understand." Sans replied, he gave you a comforting pat on the shoulder before laying with you on the bed. He let out a long sigh as he crossed his arms behind his head. "Take some deep breathes, that usually helps with stress, and make sure to sleep well." Sans said, you nodded. "Come on, let's take a few deep breathes." Sans said, you rolled your eyes but it does usually help. You did as he said and took a few small and quick deep breathes, trying to make the tension in your body disappear and just try to relax. "Feeling any better?" Sans asked, you shook your head no which caused him to chuckle a bit. "Yeah I kinda thought so. Deep breathes won't immediately make you feel bette but it helps with tension, for now just rest, cry if you want, I'm here for you alright... I won't judge you for being emotional okay. I love you too much for that." Sans said giving a reassuring hand on your shoulder. You nodded, you turned your head to face him and give him a small smile. "I appreciate that.." you muttered, he gives you a quick nod. "No need to do that, just rest, I'm here for you. No matter what happens remember that okay, I'll always be here for you." Sans replied, he wrapped an arms around you, pulling you closer. You let out a soft sigh as you moved closer to him, you closed your tired eyes and felt yourself slowly start to fall asleep in his arms. He kept his arm wrapped around you and watched you slowly fall asleep.

He tends to view most relationships as transactional, he will rarely do things for others without expecting something in return, so you know how big of a deal it is that he does things for you without ever expecting anything back. When you're with Dean you can forget about carrying your own bag, paying for your own food or even rolling your own cigarettes. Dean wants to do it all for you, to show you how much you mean to him.

Your relationship is fast paced and intense. Dean doesn't ever feel casual emotions, he can't just love you, he's hopelessly, irretrievably in love with you. It's borderline obsessive, he's never felt unbending loyalty to anyone but himself before, but when it comes to you, he would do absolutely anything for you, and he makes sure you know that.

With the epic highs, come the epic lows too. Arguments with Dean are heated, frenzied and unpredictable. No matter how strongly he feels love for you, he knows the feeling alone isn't enough to maintain a relationship; he has to improve himself, he has to compromise, instead of just worrying that he isn't good enough for you, he has to do everything he can to be good enough for you.

He thinks you're the smartest person he's ever met. The way you articulate your thoughts, the way you remain rational and logical without letting your emotions get the best of you (something which he struggles with) are traits that he really admires. He could listen to you talk for hours, just in awe.

You're the only person he cries in front of. Dean's been through a lot, and late at night sometimes he just has to let himself feel. He's beyond thankful that he doesn't have to go through that alone anymore, every "Shhh, sweetheart it's okay", every night you've stayed up, rubbing his back and holding him while he cries, helps him more than you can ever imagine.

He loves just goofing off with you. Skipping lectures to go plinking (shooting cans and beer bottles etc), watching horror movies and trying to make eachother jump, or just observing the rich kids from a distance and laughing at their ridiculous designer clothes.

Kisses are his favourite thing EVER. He's not one to shy away from pda either, he pretty much always wants to make out with you.

He's a big spoon for life, he thinks you're the most adorable thing he's ever seen and he loves just holding you tight and protecting you as you go to sleep.

He's willing to change for you, he no longer just coasts through life seeking cheap thrills. With you, he found purpose, and despite all his flaws, he's gradually getting better.

Pentious genuinely getting upset over having to let his egg boys go and said egg boys not caring is actually funny, this guy's definitely carrying the humor of the show

Charlie opening admitting she trusts everyone doesn't... feel like a smart thing to say. Especially when demons are notorious for taking advantage of said trust

Al once again being the most interesting character on the show, what on earth was he doing being gone for so long??

God it's kind of insane how much the show's quality leaps miles upward when characters aren't swearing or making sex jokes every millisecond. You get these tiny glimpses of genuine sincerity before just getting yanked back into crude humor

I also feel like knowing Carmilla killed the angel would be a lot more interesting if we knew her for longer than like, 15 minutes?? Why are we expected to just immediately care????

Okay overall, least grating episode so far. Pacing is still very wack and they keep giving these big musical scores to characters we've literally never met before, but this was the least frustrated I've felt watching this show so far.

he was fine with being the worst part of Sailom's life, and then suddenly discovered so many other things in his life that Sailom has to face every day, and the punishment he gets every month if he doesn't pay his debt, and Kang realises he's the least of Sailom's problems, and he suddenly wants to help him as much as he possibly can. previously, he was offering his money to Sailom but not as comfort or help, but because he recognised his privilege and power and used it to taunt Sailom and to remind him who is in charge. but then he saw two grown men assaulting him and nearly pressing a hot iron to his face, and Kang suddenly saw just how much power and privilege he has, in the sense that he can literally solve most of Sailom's problems (because they mostly boil down to money) without any change in his own status whatsoever

he went from wanting to be the worst part of Sailom's life, to wanting to fix the actual worst parts of his life, and I just love him so much can you blame me for loving him so much

Watching The Crowded Room and going in completely blind..

Haven't seen a trailer, no idea what it's even about lol

Here are my thoughts as I move along..

After watching Ep 1, I think:

Danny and his brother where SAed as children, maybe by the stepdad.

Ariana is a sex worker?

His brother either died due to abuse or offed himself because of it.

Ep 2:

Ariana was sexually abused too, I think.

Danny might have Multiple personalities and seems to be unaware about it.

Some charracters might actually be part of his system?

Is the "ghost house" actually his mindspace?

Ep 3:

Yup, multiple personalities!

Yitzhak is definitely one of them!

Jonny probably too & if he is, so must Mike.

Ariana might be aswell, maybe she's his sexual protector & SA trauma holder.

Did he ever have a twin brother, or was he also part of the system?

I love Yitzhak, best protected ever!!

I think Rya, the psychiatrist might suspect him having DiD, but isn't sure yet & the police has no idea.

But how did eye witnesses see Ariana?!

Ep 4:

I think Jack is also part of Danny's system.

Jack seems to be a protector aswell.

I can't tell if his brother was another alter or his actual brother?

All the drawings in his (burned) sketchbook might be of alters.

They handled this whole theme so respectfully and good!

Tom also did such an amazing job portraying his roles, it's amazing!!

Especially considering that this series and the movie "Split" where apparently based on the same case.. I fucking hated how DiD was portrayed in Split.. Like it's something to fear. Like it makes people violent. And as something fucking supernatural.. I fucking hated that.. But "The Crowded Room" is so honest and respectful.. It's beautiful!

Could I possibly ask for TFP Bulkhead, Ratchet and another other bots of your liking (if you'd like) with a male s/o who absolutely loves how cool they look? Knows all about cars and geeks out seeing them because they just look so damn awesome? Congrats! You probably know more about the schematics of his alt mode than he does

He isn't used to being fawned over in this manner, and honestly finds all the attention to be a bit embarrassing (in a good way!). That doesn't mean he doesn't appreciate it, he just gets rather flustered if you compliment him more than like twice in a short time

Has no issues with you riding around in his alt mode, and even volunteers to drive you places if he's got the time

The first time you fell asleep in his alt mode he was worried something had happened to you and he hadn't noticed. After being woken up by his voice asking if you were okay, he was taken aback when you said you had fallen asleep because you found his seats to be so comfortable

He'll ask if you've been getting enough sleep, and then apologize for waking you up

Having you fall asleep on him when he was in bot mode was quite a shock! He didn't think metal plating would be comfortable enough to sleep on, but here you were anyways

Afterwards you explain that he's just so warm and you trust him to keep you from falling. He really isn't used to being seen as somebody safe enough to fall asleep on; he's a wrecker and an all around big bot, but he's touched that you consider him someone you can sleep around

Will happily listen to you talk about cars even if he doesn't really understand what you're talking about. He's got a few questions, but mostly he's content to listen and absorb information

Ratchet

The first time you tell him how cool you find his alt mode to be, he tells you to go hang out at the hospital

Honestly tunes out your rambling at the start, choosing to focus on his work than whatever it is you're saying. He grows fond of your voice over time, though, and finds a balance between work and listening

Though he'd never say it out loud, he finds the sheer amount of trivia you know about vehicles to be rather endearing

Any questions you have about Cybertronian alt modes and vehicles he's willing to answer, even pulling up diagrams and old texts to support his 'lessons'

You don't often get to see his alt mode, but when you do he can't help but feel a bit flustered at the level of excitement you show

It's even more rare that he'll offer a ride, only having done so a few times in the span of your relationship. If he sees that you're particularly upset about something, he'll ask if you want to go for a drive, claiming he needs a break from work

If he's in an especially good mood he might even offer to drive with the sirens on

He isn't too surprised the first time you fall asleep in his alt mode; it's an ambulance and the seats are surprisingly plush. If there aren't any pressing matters to attend to, he's content driving around for a while until you wake up on your own

He's still gonna chastise you for not getting enough rest, even if you have been. There's nothing wrong with napping, he says, just don't make a habit of it

Ratchet's been the one to pick you up a few times, and each time he can't help the affectionately lighthearted sigh at your obvious glee as you run over to him
