Going back to the hospital always scared me. I always enter the doctor’s office with sweaty hands while imagining the worst in my mind. The white and neat walls, decorated with informative posters about the importance of exercising regularly. The light gray floor was freshly waxed, I could see my scared face reflected in it. There were a few fake plants around to make the place look less intimidating.

The doctor was asking me questions about my lifestyle over the past six months while typing incessantly on the computer perched in the middle of the large desk. The doctor took out the new x"ray that had been taken of my neck and inspected it in front of the light screen. He didn't say anything, he just analyzed her very carefully to not make a wrong diagnosis. My manager, Mei Mei, came with me this time for support despite having a tight schedule. She noticed I was nervous, so she patted me on the back to calm me down.

“Do you think she can fight soon, Doc?" Mei Mei asked him my biggest concern.

“Her neck has completely healed, if she wanted, she could fight tonight,” the doctor answered with a smile.

A sigh of relief escaped my lips at the wonderful news I had awaited for so long. 3 years to be precise. I was out of the octagon for 3 years on medical recommendation so that my neck would heal completely and avoid future injuries. My face was about to cry with joy, so I hid it in my hands. I was about to reborn, I already wanted to return to the gym with my team to train like in the old days. Start again, conquer the battlefield and recover the title that was taken from me.

Mei Mei and I left the office to meet my friend and training partner, Nobara, who was waiting for us along with Mei Mei's younger brother, Ui Ui. I told her the good news, and she hugged me happily. We used to do everything together before I was injured, now we could go back to our routine as if nothing had happened.

“Everyone will be very happy when they see you back at the gym,” Nobara said excitedly.

“Finally,” I sighed heavily jokingly. “Mei Mei, shall I ask you to gather the team?” I asked her nicely.

Mei Mei was in charge of ensuring that my schedule was met without delays. She was the one who organizes my fights, gathers athletes for special training, hires doctors, etc. She was always busy, but she never let me out of her sight. Not only that, but she always took care of my my needs even though Team Black gives me everything I need. I told her not to worry so much in several occasions, but she always responded with “you never know.”

"I'm already on it, darling. Also, since your appearances with Ryomen, there are several sponsors interested in you,” Mei Mei reminded me of the unexpected kiss Sukuna gave me after his crushing victory against Naoya a couple of weeks ago. "Your life will return to normal in no time."

"When do you plan to come back?” Nobara asked me excitedly.

"I don't know yet, I have to talk to Sukuna's manager to agree on a release date and find a replacement,” I replied.

"When you have the date, let me know,” Mei Mei asked me without taking her eyes off her phone.

"When you return, could you bring me something signed by the King of the Ring?". Ui Ui asked excitedly.

"I'll see what I can do,” I answered honestly.

Mei Mei and Ui Ui left after that. Once we lost sight of them, Nobara took my hands to approach my face curiously. I moved away from her face at the unexpected proximity. When I saw her eyes sparkling from excitement, I could imagine what she wanted.

"So… You and Sukuna, huh?" she asked excitedly.

Since living with him, I have noticed that our relationship had improved, but only as a coach-athlete relationship. I haven't noticed that he treats me sweeter, that he gives me flirtatious glances or that he gets nervous when I am around. He continues to act as the same fearsome Sukuna as always.

My feelings towards him have also increased. When I have to watch him to make sure he does the exercises, my mind travels back to the passionate nights we've had together. I can no longer see his hands without thinking about how he holds me by the waist or his face without imagining him moaning my name. He made me blush without even trying, I was fed up. It was so frustrating not being able to do my job well.

"There’s nothing between me and Sukuna,” I answered, removing my hands from the grip.

"Don’t lie to me! Everyone saw that passionate kiss he gave you!" Nobara scolded while pretending to make out with herself.

"Sukuna only did it to annoy Naoya," I answered, trying to downplay it…

…but I couldn't ignore it. After that night, my perspective on Sukuna had completely changed. I wasn't surprised that I fell in love with him, I mean, I have a reputation for choosing the worst possible men. I had to get rid of this feeling as soon as I could. If I could do it while I lived with him, great, but I knew perfectly well that after asking for my resignation, Sukuna would throw me out and this feeling would go away on its own like a cold.

"And how are you so sure that he doesn't like you?" Nobara asked me.

The idea that Sukuna was interested in me in that way was tempting. It wasn't crazy considering we've already slept together twice, and he kissed me on international television, but I highly doubted that was the case. Yuuji had told me that Sukuna wasn't interested in having a girlfriend and I doubt that will change anytime soon.

“Impossible,” I answered without further ado.

"Oh, come on! Men never kiss woman just because,” Nobara argued.

"What do you know know about men? You're a lesbian,” I joked.

"I know how they behave when they like a girl, it's what we have in common," she challenged me.

My heart wanted to believe her, but my mind warned me with red flags that I shouldn't. Being in love is complicated.

At first, I had a hard time adjusting to living with Sukuna. I lived alone for so long that I forgot how it was living with someone. Quickly, I could adapt to his cold attitude in the morning, seeing him walk around the house wet and with a towel wrapped around his slutty waist, and listening to his complaints when we left the gym. Sukuna is the one who pays for everything, the only thing I could contribute to the house was to cook for him from time to time if the cook was not available. I couldn't help but feel like a sugar baby, but that feeling went away every time I used the magnificent indoor pool.

The microwave announcing that my popcorn was ready brought me out of my thoughts. I was preparing myself some popcorn as tonight's fights began. The schedule was not very exciting, except for the main fight. The fight for the heavyweight division championship between Toji Fushiguro and Aoi Todo. A battle between two powerful giants of the UFC.

I returned to the kitchen to prepare the popcorn to my liking in a bowl. I opened the refrigerator to look for the juice I had bought before I got home. Being a high-performance athlete, Sukuna's smart refrigerator only served to store large amounts of chicken breast, vegetables, and sparkling water. If I wanted something with sugar or “chemicals”, I had to buy it myself and hide it so as not to tempt Sukuna's appetite. As I closed the door, I noticed the new dietary regimen that Sukuna's nutritionist had asked hm to follow.

"Chicken, rice, and broccoli for 4 days straight? No wonder he's always so angry,” I thought out loud as I quickly scanned the sheet of paper.

No sugar. Do not eat carbs after 6 pm. Just an egg without yolk in the morning. I knew that Sukuna was a highly disciplined athlete, but going on such a demanding diet was ridiculous. If a nutritionist asked me to follow this regimen like a soldier, I would fire her in no time.

There were so many things I wanted to change about his extreme lifestyle, but I was sure I wouldn't be able to figure it out before my last day. Furthermore, I had to tell him that I would no longer be his coach and that someone else was going to take my place. I didn't know how he would even take the news. I just had to make sure to tell him when he is in a good mood. Who am I kidding? He is never in a good mood, that goes against his personality.

"Fuck this shit!" Sukuna yelled as he reluctantly entered the house. Now was not the right time to tell him.

He tossed his backpack onto the small stool at the entrance, where we kept our shoes and had a mirror for finishing touches. Sukuna slammed the door shut which offended my ears. I just watched him confused while I ate my popcorn.

"Things didn’t go well with the Olympian?" I asked, trying to understand where his anger was coming from.

While I was at the doctor, Sukuna went to the Olympic stadium to have an exclusive sparring with a boxing gold medalist. He insisted that I cancel my appointment to come with him, but I told him that even if I did that, I wouldn't be much help. My specialty is jujitsu, not boxing. I told him that Gojo knows more than me, and he stopped annoying me.

"That idiot asked for a break on the fifth round. Can you fucking believe that?! The best boxer in the nation?! My balls can last longer than that!” He exclaimed in annoyance as he ran his fingers through his hair in exasperation.

"Could it be because it was training and not a real fight?" I asked before putting a popcorn in my mouth, staying calm. If I got down to his level, he would only get more upset.

"If I had wanted to waste my time, I would have trained with one of the gym's rookies,"Sukuna mumbled.

He sat on the stool and sighed heavily as he unlaced his shoes to enter the house. I could see the helplessness in his eyes at not having the demanding training he wanted. Having a perfect streak of 28 overwhelming victories, he hasn't had a rival who can match his level in years. Always being the winner means that you are not learning, and you are staying stagnant while others moved forward, Sukuna was afraid of being left behind.

I sighed as I understood his anger, putting the bowl aside to approach him. I took advantage of the fact that he was at my level to gently massage his shoulders. Even though I didn't do it with a romantic intention, touching him like that after weeks felt like drinking water in the middle of the Sahara. A temporary pleasure that I had to take advantage as much as I could.

"Do you know what it means that he didn't last more than 5 rounds?" I asked him while massaging his neck.

"I'm not in the mood for your shit," he mumbled, focused on his shoes.

"Let me finish!" I barked. "It means you're better than an Olympic medalist," he looked at me again, calmer now.

"You think?" he asked me, looking at me to deduce if I was saying it out of pity or not.

"Of course! You are the king of the ring, not just in the UFC!" I cheered, giving him a friendly pat on the arm.

"Not everyone can go against the king," he said with an evil smile.

It was one of those few times I've seen him smile like that. I'm glad to know that I could be of use to him outside the gym. I wanted to be the cause for him to smile more often, even if it meant he didn't feel the same way about me. A reality that I was willing to accept for the sake of both of us.

The fight between Aoi Todo and Toji Fushiguro was about to start. The current champion, Toji, entered shining his glorious belt with Welcome To The Jungle by Guns N' Roses in the background while the commentators read his statistics. Aoi, the challenger, Todo looked forward to the fight from the octagon. The crowd was excited, music was blaring from the speakers, and commentators were debating who would take home the belt. It was an important fight that deserved to be seen on the room's beautiful 80"inch screen.

"That son of a bitch," Sukuna snorted behind me, referring to Toji. He was in my robe as always before going to sleep.

"A talented son of a bitch," I joked. "Sit down and watch it with me."

"I'll watch it until I get sleepy," Sukuna scoffed as he sat next to me on the couch.

After formal introductions and the referee's instructions, the first round took place. The two mastodons faced each other face to face in a rain of punches and jabs that seemed to have no end. They were like two bulls striking each other with their sharp horns, making the plaza resonate with the power of their tackles. It was clear that Aoi Todo was a born boxer who did not allow himself to be intimidated by the enormous presence of Fushiguro with those beastly hits. Before Toji could take him to the ground, like he had done in the fight against Sukuna, the bell rang.

“Who are you rooting to?” I asked Sukuna excitedly.

"I do not know, and I do not care." he answered with a yawn. That answer deserved me to throw my empty popcorn bowl at him.

"It's a very important fight! You should know!" I scolded him as the TV went to commercial break. "Todo and Fushiguro have been fighting for the division title for 2 years. Both have won twice simultaneously. This is their fifth fight. It's the fight for 3 out of 3!” I explained. Sukuna shrugged his shoulders, downplaying it the importance it deserved.

"And who are you rooting for?" He asked me to make conversation as they returned to the fight.

"Aoi Todo is a magnificent boxer like you…". At the comparison, Sukuna gave me a killer glance. "Obviously, you are the best," I corrected before he killed me.

"That is what I thought."

"But Toji is a complete fighter, I am team Toji for life," I replied with a proud smile. Sukuna gave me another killing look, this time it was more stern. I really don't learn from my mistakes, huh? "Obviously I'm Team Black before that," I said with a guilty smile.

The champion threw a quick jab, but the challenger easily dodged it. Aoi responded with a combination of quick strikes that made Fushiguro flinched. He stumbled back, but stayed upright. He threw a wild right hand, but the challenger blocked it with his forearm. The challenger took the opportunity to launch a flurry of jabs that Toji dodged like a master. Aoi continued entering her field, causing Toji's back to hit the fence. He threw one last desperate right hand, but Todo dodged it and responded with a left hook that sent the champion to the ground.

"¡No!" I exclaimed upon seeing the knockout.

"Too bad…" Sukuna mocked me.

After my champion couldn't get up easily, the referee ended the fight. The challenger had won the fight with a monstrous knockout. The crowd roared and Todo raised his arms in victory as he ran around the octagon. He had defeated his legendary opponent and became the new champion of the heavyweight division.

"First words after defeating such an important rival?". The interviewer asked Todo as he celebrated with his team supporting him behind him.

Starry, Starry night

This new picture for the upcoming episode has been released, let's talk about it. Please remember, I live in delusion.

There are several posters on the wall, and the one next to Cheng Xiaoshi - 星空，refers to the film with the same title. Starry, Starry night is a 2011 Taiwanese drama based on a novel by Taiwanese author Jimmy Liao.

Hsieh Xin-Mei used to live with her grandparents up in the mountains. Then she moves to the city to live with her parents, but her family situation is not very good, and she tries to hide from reality in the world of her own imagination. One day, a new student was transferred to her school - a boy named Zhou Yu-Jie.

Despite the misunderstanding at the beginning, both of them are lonely and feel like outsiders in their own lives, befriending one another. When reality catches up, they try to escape to a world that belongs only to them, to see the stars. Do I have to tell you that this story is about grief and sorrows, "the end of summer", journey to adulthood, love across time and distance? About an accidental meeting and fate.

I think it's worth your time to watch, this film is very heartwarming.

You can read the full plot description on Wikipedia, although it will not convey the full meaning, since the film has many artistic images and interesting decisions that convey the story sensitively. If you want to watch it yourself, read no further.

Spoilers … And References. And some beautiful moments that make me THINK.

1. Time

One of the themes is time, the hands of the clock often tick in the background, and at some point the numbers themselves, which indicate train departures, not just stop - freeze.

Do I believe in coincidences? No.

2. Journey

Their path - an escape to their dream world - passes through a tropical wild forest. On their journey, they try, despite the difficulties, to find the right path to their dream.

Since s2e1, I've been thinking about how much the forest in the back of that vision, ED/OP, is a real forest, a real tunnel, not the symbolism of the "journey". But now, if such a choice is not accidental, I have received answers to my questions, at some point.

In fact, I lost my mind at the moment when they came to a fork in the road, they had to choose their path - they took the wrong path, and were forced to face the same choice, choosing a path, for the second time. Again.

But in the end, the path to the stars ends in a life-threatening situation where they have no choice but "return". Although they both know that this is the end for them, the end of their journey, and the end of their "summer".

3. Puzzles

This story is about art, not about photography, but about paintings and puzzles. Puzzles literally act as moments of remembrance. Although these are not burning photographs, deep in her sleep, Hsieh Xin-Mei follows the image of Zhou Yu-Jie in the night forest, and the entire world also collapses when the end comes.

When Hsieh Xin-Mei woke up from her dream, Zhou Yu-Jie was no longer here.

The search for the missing part - the sun, on the puzzle based on the painting "Starry, Starry Night" - is fundamental, literally the core to the plot.

The connection of everything, through the years. It's like a promise, it's like an eternal memory of that time.

There are more things I could write about, but I don't want to make this post too long… Just. There is always something about stories with a sunshine-like person, curious, breaking boundaries, talking non-stop, and about a person who quietly looks at the first one, listening to everything with a smile. And it becomes life-changing. I would like to remind you that these are just my thoughts, I'm having fun, maybe seeing something that isn't there. We will see anyway.

But. For real. Put a detail like that into an episode and expect me to ignore it? No. Huh.

I'm just overthinking once again, but Interesting choice :)

Actually, i think it's closer to a year or more for how long Bai He was possessed. Which is honestly terrifying because why the hell did nobody notice or set up any missing child posters!?

Also, LBD probably didn't know Wukong was, well, a Spiritual Stone Monkey. So she ended up with the most interesting bit of fortune by picking a child to possess, not only because Bai He was the easy target, but because she had inadvertently managed to give herself and inate advantage against Sun Wukong by using the body of a child. As she had said Wukong,

"You're plan is to... fist fight a child!?"

No... not that's not what Wukong's plan was. But it was the only plan he had left. And with LBD piloting a child's body and openly admitting she's a child, she gave herself the advantage with that line alone. Because Wukong may have been going strong it with everything he had, not holding back, but when it came down to it, he hesitated. And it's entirely because his instincts were screaming at him not to do it.

I have no doubt Wukong was pretty messed up mentally and emotionally after being freed from the LBD, notvjyst from the actions he performed while possessed (Grievously wounding his mate, attacking his little big brother Nez Ha and nephew Red Son, kidnapping Mei snd imprisoning her in ice, almost killing MK), but also for his actions right before being possessed. I think, before Macaque has dragged Bai He into the nest, Wukong may have actively avoiding the child he had tried to kill. But then his silly mate bad to go and force the two into the same spot.

Oh Bai He has been under LBD's control since before New Years, and I feel like S2 & 3 is extended over a few weeks to account for Wukong's "vacation".

One subtle detail I noticed at the end of S1 is that the Little Girl's hair is shorter before she's possessed, suggesting that LBD has been possessing her long enough for it to grow out.

And since Wukong describes "still feeling her [LBD] under my skin", I imagine being possesed felt like Bai He's very skeleton was being puppeted by an icy hand.

For months.

And there was no sign of missing persons posters anywhere around town post-S1 finale. Even though Metropolis is a big city on par with Shanghai or similar, and demon/monster attacks have become commonplace; there would still have been something mentioned about a child going missing in the area. Unless no one was looking out for her...

Bai He would Not Be Fine in the aftermath of S3. She was possessed by a demon for nearly a year - that has to leave lasting effects on the body and soul. I'm shocked that she didn't return in S4 as a full character, even just to provide an outsiders view of all the nonsense going on. She isn't anyone's reincarnation or anyone important, but she will help her new friends by anymeans nessesary!

Wukong def feels awkward being around the little girl seeing how his nemesis was wearing her face for the last while. Bai He on the otherhand is screaming internally cus "Doesn't this guy kill demons for a living!? I'm a demon now!"

She oddly bonds quicker with Macaque, as they both see each other as victims/tools of LBD at the end of the day. Macaque thinks it's oddly cute annoying to have the pipsqueak at his heels, but he at least owes her someone who can related to the pain she's feeling.

You weren't exactly a huge fan of idols, not that you don't like them or that you're just trying to be different from millions of people hopping onto the bandwagon, it's just that their songs aren't the type of music that you would obsessively listen to 24/7, you like listening to a lot of songs and have favorites as well, but their songs just doesn't really stick to your taste.

Your friends on the other hand are basically on the opposite side of your coin, they absolutely LOVE idols and are basically just head on heels for them, each having their own preferences, you would mostly see them talking about their favorites non-stop, they could ramble about their bias to you for hours, so it isn't really surprising that they're basically one of those crazy insane and down bad fans, in which sometimes they even argue on which one is better, it's kind of annoying really.

They always drag you to their favorite idol's concert whenever they have the chance to and have a LOT of merch from them, from posters, to t-shirts, jackets, plushies, etc., you name it. You couldn't quite grasp why they would spend a lot of money just for some poster.

As for you, well, all that you could do is listen to their ramblings about their favorites and drag you to concerts, and to be honest, it kind of feels like they're pretty much shoving their interests into your face, but you don't really mind, actually, it's quite fun because you're hanging out with your friends and are just spending time with each other, nothing more.

But now? You finally get why.

You finally get why people would go crazy insane for someone who probably wouldn't even notice them.

Though, gazing at them from afar, screaming their name, and having lots and lots of merch from them, isn't enough to be honest for you to prove that you're their number one fan. It doesn't really make you feel a sense of, fulfillment, really.

You need to go through more..

Drastic and intense measures, just for you to prove it.

Of course, you know that this is too much, you're being crazy and this could lead to consequences that could be life-long, but it would be worth it in the end,

Recently, your friends have started talking about one specific idol, not the ones that they used to talk about, and as usual, they seem to be very crazy down bad for him, or her. You find it very strange and you feel really confused but also somewhat curious. Who are they talking about, exactly?

While the three of you were at a café, hanging out as usual, you find them talking about this idol again, curiosity got the better of you, and you then asked which idol were they talking about.

“Oh, you haven't heard? There's a new idol rolling around and her popularity has almost immediately skyrocketed, it's only been 3 days! I already get why because she's soooooooooo pretty and very cuuuteeee!! You should check the recent news article and her account!” One of your friends then said, as they gave you the said idol's account, this only made your curiosity grow bigger, and have eventually decided to search her account up later. You eventually find yourself talking to your friends about that idol, your curiosity getting bigger and bigger the more information about her you collect from your friends, it was unusual for you, really. But you don't really seem to care at all.

After sometime, you and your friends then parted ways, and while on your way back to your apartment, you eventually searched up her account, and holy hell, your friends were right, she is pretty and cute.

You were absolutely enthralled with her beautiful and dazzling appearance. You felt yourself getting engulfed, and eventually you decided to stalk her account.

She goes by “Shimizu Mei” on her account, a pretty brunette who's half-japanese, half-, wears Jirai Kei and Gyaru fashion, and her singing voice is absolutely stunning. You already forgot that you already walked past your apartment because of how submerged you are to her pretty looks and voice.

You then realize what you've been doing after what felt like forever and eventually snapped back to reality, you then hit and laughed to yourself quietly, you felt stupid for walking past your apartment.

But you also felt confused, what's wrong with you? This is very unusual of you, really. You've.. never felt like this before, you've never liked an idol before, and most importantly, you never would've thought that you'd actually be a fan of one, but it's not like you don't want to stop and restrain yourself, while you weren't exactly expecting this, you eventually just accepted it, you like her, you've become her fan, and that's that.

At least, that's what you initially thought.

As weeks pass by, your friends gradually start to notice that you seem to be, very fixated on the recent popular idol, Mei, not that they mind about it, it's just getting quite concerning on how much you like her.

You would only talk to them if it's about, her. If they try to change the topic by talking about another idol, you'd get really mad. They tried to calm you down by telling you to chill talking about her for a moment and just talk about something else instead, which only made you get even more mad. They found it very strange, you weren't like this a few weeks ago, what happened to you?

You only found yourself getting even more obsessed with the idol as days and weeks pass by. When you found out that she's hosting a meet-and-greet near your city, you immediately thought that you HAD to go with your friends since they told you that they were going as well.

The day of the meet-and-greet arrived, and oh boy this crowd was absolutely yet unsurprisingly really huge. You and your friends don't even know what was going on except for the fact that everyone was going batshit crazy while security was trying to calm everyone down, yet it was no use.

Amidst the crowd, you then saw her glance at you.

Yes, you.

As soon as you immediately noticed that she glanced at you for a mere second, your heart almost instantly stopped for a moment. You felt like you were about to fucking burst right then and there! As the voices of your friends calling out for your name in the middle of the crowd fell on deaf ears, not realizing that you were lost before you eventually snap back into reality, realized what was going on as you tried to find your friends while you steal a few glances back at the idol, who's sweet honey-like voice helped the security calm the crowd down.

Gosh, her voice is so fucking intoxicating.

After a while of waiting which seemed like forever to you, you finally get to see her.

In front of you, face-to-face.

Fucking god, was she trying to kill you? Was she trying to hypnotize you with that pretty little head of hers? Did she pull a spell on you or something? What the hell did she fucking do to you?

From her soft locks, to the most sweetest smile that you've ever seen from someone, to her outfit wear, to literally everything.

She's just practically begging for you to doll her up at this point.

“...- Eh .. -Ah ?- H-hello? Sweetheart -..? Are you even listening -?” she then said, snapping her fingers at your face, you eventually snap back into reality once more as you eventually find yourself frantically and repeatedly apologizing to her.

“No need to apologize, my dear ~ Would you like to take a picture with me, ? Or an autograph ? Just let me know sweetie !” She then replied, you found yourself a little lost in words as you then realized that she called you a pet name, your face turning into a bright, crimson shade of red as you eventually told her that you would just like to take a photo with her.

After the photoshoot with her, she then gave you the photo, signed it, and waved goodbye to you and your friends with a sweet smile on her face. Eventually you and your friends said your goodbyes to one another as you three parted ways.

Has the book mention anything about the base in the moon, Winston, Hammond, or the dude that took care of Winston?

Ok so there are a few mentions of Winston and Tracer, along with some mentions of Harold Winston and Horizon. However there are no mentions of Hammond.

The book reveals that the Horizon colonies were unaffected by the crisis besides a brief loss in contact with earth. Though I think because of the they ended up falling into the same trap that Omnica did an pushed science too far. Which lead the the Luna Colony Tragedy we see in Winston's Backstory. Winston doesn't like to talk about his past on Horizon or what took place there that ended up killing all the scientists, so that information was never documented or released to the public. It's also confirmed that Winston was at the Overwatch HQ in Zurich when it exploded, he's the only one other then Jack and Gabe to be confirmed to have been on site. It's also revealed that he was the face of the "Overwatch Adventures" cartoon.

After Lena was recruited to Overwatch she was quickly used as a poster child in order to up Overwatch's public image, which did work for a time, especially after uprising, but didn't work in the long run. It was also confirmed that Lena was lost in time for two years and didn't age during that time, and considering on the official website only Mei's biological age is listed, we can assume toe same for Lena. Making her biological age 28 and her chronological age 30, making her 20 when she went on the Uprising mission. She was also officially made into an Overwatch agent during those two years, presumably to easier for agents to help with her situation.

Both Lena and Winston are shown to have testified in the trial of Overwatch, though their testimonies were more in favour of the organisation, while Sojourns was more honest and factual and Angela's was more of the negative side.

Ok so the intro is all sad and whatnot. This is him as he’s dying. In those inbetween moments after he’s called Ada and before he shot Krauser. He’s reminiscing on his life and just how much he misses his childhood bed. He thinks about how good he had it as a child and at umbrella and how he’ll never be able to retrace his steps and fix his mistakes or go back to a home that doesn’t exist anymore

Taking this one literally it’s him as a kid being very carefree. He doesn’t know the forest is full of wolves and he doesn’t know what’s coming up next for him in life

And then this line kind of makes me think of how he had a pretty sheltered upbringing. Like the rabbits he sees while hunting aren’t white and fluff and cartoony like on tv. The wolves aren’t friendly like the dogs in town and he finally wonders only after his grandfather was attacked if they’d domesticated him

These lines, again, make me think about how he was living so carefree with umbrella. He knows maybe deep down that what he’s doing is illegal but does it matter?? He’s living the highlife

And then the beat drop is him finding out Oh!! They’re gonna use what I’ve made to Kill People!! And suddenly the ‘in crowd’ he wanted to be apart is the one thing he’s trying to run from and get them to let him out

And then this is him returning home, but this time with his face plastered on wanted posters everywhere- and people recognise him from the missing posters his face was put on when he ran away as a child and he realises he’s drowning in his own guilt, his work, everything- bht he quite literally never learnt how to swim

This I imagine is him right before and right after he meets Leon. He’s forgotten things. He’s left them at a home that no longer exists. That he can no longer return to. He’s left his belongings and bits and pieces of himself in his burnt home and with umbrella. Life was one big race to make it but now it’s one big chase to make up for everything he’s done

These lines I imagine are him ALWAYS telling OTHER PEOPLE that they can still win- they’ve just gotta be faster, cuz that’s been his method his whole life. Be faster than your mistakes, be stronger than you realise. He tells this to Ada, Ashley and Leon and eventually he tells it to himself

Then this big portion I imagine is him riding the high of thinking he’ll make it out alive. That he can have one more adventure as don Quixote with his Sancho- defeating giants and cracking jokes etc etc. he reminisces on what he’s done but he’s riding that euphoria that he’ll make it out (think like when he turns around to face Leon and says “we made it all this way- you know it means we’re almost-)

This one honestly kind of reminds me of him running into his lab to get the treatment, always throwing himsled in danger to save others- but it also reminds me of his he’s literally struggling to breathe and stand while shooting Krauser. One last stand. But whose gonna be there to save HIM when HES suffocating

many were waiting very impatiently to see what the fantasy concept of neverland would look like, and we must admit that they were not disappointed — by the elegant but energetic choreographies, and the breathtaking fairy-tale stage decorations, the members of neverland quickly made a strong and impactful impression.

despite her young age, jinny has shown her determination and professionalism in every performances. many were impressed by her mastery and skills — she is obviously not called golden maknae of the 4th gen for nothing.

some people have quickly made the connection between the euni of nvrld, and the euni waacking star of tiktok — if some people already knew she was planning to debut in a group, others were more pleasantly surprised. with her impressive talents and amazing dance skills, she knew how to make the unanimity with the interested fans. quickly, people on the internet rushed to talk about her, but especially about her impressive and perfectly mastered dance break in their flagship song 'second star'.

many of their family members were there during their first live performance — people immediately spotted bina's twin brother who, not surprisingly, looks exactly just like her. but also some of their close friends. among them, the young member of txt, yojin, was present for the youngest of the group. internet users did not fail to immortalize their emotional reunion at the end of the show.

despite quinn's easily noticeable shyness, she was able to endure perfectly well the role of spokesperson during their first win. if the trembling of her tiny hands were visible to the naked eye, remi's reassuring hand on her hip was only noticeable for certain attentive eyes.

talking about remi, our awesome big sister ended up trending on twitter for the most adorable of reasons. indeed, photos of her proudly and tenderly admiring her members have melted tinkerbells' hearts. they were quick to point out that even though remi seems to be strict in her work, she is still like a second mother to her friends — a caring and loving one.

in addition to that, fans could see during these four weeks of promotion, that many friendships were created. especially between mei and the member of ateez, lua, who seemed very close after a performance. atinys and tinkerbells were quick to point out the difference in personality of the girls — but that didn't stop them from becoming good friends very quickly.

during an after show live, mei and euni told a funny and crazy story about one of their performances — while she was supposed to get ready, the stylists realized that euni's outfit was missing. panic was quickly felt, because there were only a few minutes left before the beginning of the performance. a chance for them : euni was wearing an outfit quite similar to the ones of her members. then after some touch-ups and accessorizing, under the wise advice of mei, her outfit had gone from disastrous to burn the stage. the fans didn't even realize it.

Hello I hope you are doing well, I found a new drama titled "The Legacy" (2022) 传家 , that I would love to hear your thoughts on. The reason is that what caught my eye is that this drama ( atleast in some of the promo pictures) the qipao/cheongsam seem to have the neck binding that I read sometime frustrates you ioth other movies and shows' costumes

I had a look at some photos of that drama and they have some really spectacular and well made costumes that have never been attempted elsewhere. There were some weird choices here and there but overall the costuming is very thoughtful and refreshing. The story starts in the late 20s and ends in the early 40s, and the show did attempt to show the passage of time with the costumes while respecting the fashion of the actual years it was from. I especially approve of the costumes from the 20s/30s transition, they did not shy away from recreating the flapper look at all!

This costume (hybrid cheongsam-Western dress) is amazing in that it replicated the ruffled sleeves we see on some dresses of the 20s/30s transition. The scalloped edges are also a nice period detail. And yes like you said they did the binding all the way around the neck which is accurate.

These are two very good examples of late 20s cheongsam. The flat chested silhouette, the slightly flared sleeves, the fake two-piece effect with the long vest etc., all true to the era. The hair here is alright.

In this photo you can see some of their shoes. The women’s footwear is immaculate and absolutely period accurate, on top of being beautiful and flattering. They have that 20s pointed toe and overall mary jane shape, as well as decorations. I think the costumers might have tried to indicate age and different personalities within a historically accurate framework, which shows incredible skill; traditionally, costumers relied on time travelling to indicate whether someone was more conservative or modern etc.. Here the older woman wears a longer cheongsam in a darker color with embroidery, the younger ones wear shorter ones with abstract modernist patterns and avant-garde construction.

The first cheongsam from the left is remarkable: it’s short (knee length), has a zigzag hem with embroidered/beaded borders, a tube collar and a floral corsage, all very fashionable elements of the time.

This one is also well made and has good fabric and trim choices.

This is a very well constructed early 30s cheongsam, the linear, abstract fabric and three rows of thin binding are great period choices as well. The symmetrical dajin is well executed! The collar is appropriately tall.

The fabric choice in this one!! Spectacular!! Amazing!! Revolutionary!! I’ve always wanted to see bold geometric patterns on cheongsam the same way they were popular in the 30s, and this is serving it. They also did the binding (thin and two rows, very good) around the fictitious armhole, an actual period design mimicking the long vest trend of earlier years. The attention to detail and variety in options is legendary.

The wedding look is pretty nice, actually looks like something someone would wear to a wedding in the Republican era.

The bolero with puffed sleeves! That was a thing in the 30s and 40s.

Very interesting fabric choice here, presumably for an early 40s cheongsam? The low collar is great, and they actually aren’t afraid of getting rid of trimmings and binding altogether as was the case in the 40s. The hair here is actually fully waved and great but would be more appropriate for the early 30s.

Though I would say some of the makeup and hairstyling in this drama leaves much to be desired, whoever made the clothes have a much more advanced grasp on fashion history than the hair and makeup stylists. They used a lot of these tack on fingerwave extensions, which is industry standard guzhuang practice. Many characters also have loose, straight hair on many occasions, not in a "they were students and didn't bother to curl their hair" historically accurate way but in a "this appeals to modern audiences" kind of way. The makeup is also completely modern.

I feel like the menswear and generally “Western” costumes in this are a hit or miss. The menswear looks overall too tight, and the Western clothes don’t really look like anything popular in Western fashion at the time.

I think the costumes in this drama are strongest in their tailoring and choice of fabrics.

Kitana: Doesn’t pet it immediately. Was taught that strange dogs could bite or have diseases. Once she sees that it’s friendly she will give it food and try to find a home for it.

Mileena: Doesn’t pet it because it might smell the tarkot and bite her. If it comes up to her and is friendly she will play fetch and take it out for a jog. She is the queen, so no one can tell her she can't keep it lol

Tanya: Whistles for it and if it comes she will praise it and call it a good dog before having someone take it away from the palace before it makes a mess. Will immediately fold and let it stay when Mileena says she wants to keep it.

Li Mei: Checks to see if it has a collar with an ID tag of some kind. If it doesn’t she will put up missing posters. In the meantime she has the dog help her sniff out and locate contraband being snuck into outworld.

Shao: Says something like “Scram, dog!”

Reiko: Immediately starts teaching it commands and has it running drills by dinner time. The dog is glued to his side and fights alongside him during battles.

Rain: Doesn’t pet it because he was also taught that most animals on the street are unsafe, and he is a slight germaphobe as it is. If it follows him and seems friendly, he will give it a tentative pat if no one is looking.

Havik: Is happy to see a healthy dog and is hesitant to scare it away. But the dog loves the way he smells and starts licking him like crazy, almost knocking him over. He laughs and lets the dog chew on his arm.

Syzoth: He is used to most animals keeping their distance, so is curious as to why this one isn’t running away. Will let it sniff him to see if it wants to be friends. When it licks his hand, he grins and feels an instant connection. He runs around in his lizard form on all fours, the two of them racing around all day. They end up curling up in a dog pile to nap.

Ashrah: Thinks it is cute and goes right up to it. She can see the purity of its soul and is impressed with its tenacity. Decides that it would make a wonderful companion, and so, she gets it a nice new collar and names it something like "Angel". She feels contented and very happy with this new addition to her family.

Shang Tsung: Ignores strays because they were such a common sight in his past. But if this dog looks healthy he might consider experimenting on it, but will end up just keeping it around the lab to be a watchdog/vermin catcher. He will talk to himself when working through a hypothesis, and will sometimes absently scratch the dogs head while deep in thought. (the dog had learned to stand by his side when he gets deep into research)

Quan Chi: Ignores it. He has no use for such creatures.

Liu Kang: His godly façade crumbles immediately. He gives the dog lots of pets and scratches, and when it gives him a kiss he giggles like a school boy. Likes to watch it play in the yard in front of the fire temple, taking comfort in this simple joy.

Geras: Is fascinated by the dog and takes a few moments to study it. When it comes over to investigate, he gives it a little pat on the head and deems it a “good boy”.

Kung Lao: Immediately goes to pet it and gets it all riled up to play. He immediately comes up with a name and has it following him around the village. Sneaks it dumplings under the table when Madam Bo isn't watching.

Raiden: Puts his hand out to let the dog sniff before trying to pet it. He makes sure the dog is healthy and well fed. Hopes that it will want to come sleep on his bed with him.

Kenshi: Will call out to the dog to see if it is friendly. If the dog comes up to him he will pet it, but won’t allow himself to get attached to it. (he get's attached to it)

Johnny: Takes a picture with it and snaps a few more cute dog pics. Gives it treats and will see if it knows any tricks. If it doesn't, he Teaches it "high five". Makes the dog it's own Instagram account and it gets 1M follows by the end of the day.

Bi-Han: Will demand to know who let the dog into the compound, stating that it is forbidden to have pets in the Lin kuei and whoever is responsible will be punished. In the meantime, he keeps it in the training yard until he can decide where to send it away. He makes sure it has food, water, and shelter. No one catches him giving scratches and cooing at it.

Kuai Liang: Is suspicious that a random dog is wandering around the compound but that doesn’t stop him from kneeling down and petting it. He smiles but his heart aches because he cannot have a pet. Makes sure it finds a good home.

Tomas: Gets really excited because it reminds him of his childhood family dogs. He grew up helping his dad train their hunting dogs and so has a soft spot for all canines. He knows its not allowed on the compound but still sneaks it into the kitchen to get some scraps.

fr fr, let me explain.

BESIDES HIM JUST BEING A FUN VILLIAN,

red son, i think, has for me the most solid redemption arc. HE'S STILL GOING THROUGH IT OFC but let me start with how the story doesn't merely treat him as a mere comedic side villian. He has DIMENSION, which i love like dude- I LOVE THE HINTS OF DIMENSION GIVEN TO HIM, from goofy stuff like him being the emotional autistic skrunkly he is (i love that one moment where he casually asks the monkey team to let them steal their ship like what) to how he has issues with his neglectful dad, etc

VERY SIMPLE BUT LIKE VERY MUCH ADORED THANK U VERY MUCH LMK TEAM

ALSO

the scene where red son coaches mei is so meaningul to me

FOR ONE, this scene reveals that red son, despite being the anger-smitten bb he is, ACTUALLY HAS LEARNED ANGER MANAGEMENT

which reveals that despite his imperfections, he is a man in the workings to become someone better, which is such a suttle hint but it made me love him so much more

what makes this scene so much better is that it's not simply "romance fluff" and all. IT ACTUALLY IS PLOT RELEVANT.

WHICH I MEAN GOOD FOR MY BOI RED SON, all this character growth has actually built up to smthn?? which i mean oh my gosh good job, show writers.

Demon King LMK AU pt.2

funky brain moment brings more rambles do enjoyy! This time just gonna generally share funky Traffic Light Trio things, and by that I mean info on all three of em in the least chaotic way that I can manage. Also here's a drawing of the DK!TLT. Also also, I will try to use multiple pronouns for Red Son.

Everything is under the cut as usual!

Even after they got the mallet out, and promptly got it taken from her because of MK, for a whole year it struggled to come up with good enough plans specifically because she deprived thineself of sleep or breaks long enough. So eventually once season one's conflict is over, she promptly passes out and takes a whole month break.

MK! He/They

Mei: She/They/Xey

Red Son: He/She/They/It/Thy (in world, her primary pronouns change consistently, depending on the day, genderfluid Red Son ftw)

When Red Son was trying to take Jay's mallet out of the ground, no matter how hard he tries to pull it out with just gauntlet, he just can’t. So she pulls out much more power than they should have and suddenly gains a pair of horns, bull ears, a tail, and it's legs changed to make him walk on hooves, which is to say she is an unguligrade now. Eventually, they finally get it out, completely exhausted, and with a new look to boot. Nearly falling on thine butt once it finally got the damned mallet out, but he managed to keep his balance and he powered through it enough to jump off the little hill to walk over to thou mom Princess Iron Fan. She still has a sort of connection or link to the Samadhi Fire, one could say there's a small amount of unwieldable destructive fire within him, it's a very small amount within their body but it’s there.

MK, Red Son and Mei are all Youtubers/Streamers of sorts before, during and after everything goes down, they're all respectively pretty popular and they get bigger as time goes on and they all start collaborating.

MK handles artwork and vlogging, he does commissions and videos of packing up people's poster/sticker orders! He mainly does the artwork of Demon King merch but eventually does their own merch for his more heroic identity as the Daemon Kid! He does vlogs updating his fans about what they've been up to! Whether that be about his training or day-to-day civilian things! There were the early days when he was a kid that they'd infodump about the Journey to the West that Jay went through… he has since privated those videos because they feel slightly embarrassed about how poor the audio quality, editing, and thumbnails were, also the videos showed him before they're transition so he doesn't feel comfortable un-privating them… Eventually though, he might actually redo those videos, especially since they have much more information to talk about! He also streams, mainly for their viewers to body double for him so they can get things done! Either around his house or when they do deliveries! There are occasions where he does collab videos with Mei and/or Red Son, they all mostly game together but can be seen doing other things! Jay sometimes sponsors MK's videos even before MK gets the giant mallet.

Mei is pretty famous all over the internet, she’s constantly found taking selfies and doing live streams no matter the weather! Their videos can be anything ranging from lore videos about xir family's history or the ancient artifacts in her house, to working on their motorcycle! xey have a lot of areas of expertise! She is also the occasional V-Tuber when they don't feel like showing xir face. People love it when she does gaming videos, it's mostly because they collab with xir friends or is just genuinely playing games that she wants to! Their viewers always match xir energy, especially on live streams! She goes a funny type of feral when someone says they haven't taken care of themselves yet, and they always help motivate people into taking care of themselves! Xey also always makes shoutouts to MK and Red Sons channels even when she isn't collabing with them, They also advertise MK’s patreon when xey can.

Red Son’s channel, in the beginning, is mostly doing his evil thing, making tech, monologuing about some of her makeshift evil plans, and all of that. Though slowly as their redemption arc comes in, they hang around MK and Mei, and he starts going to therapy with their parents (forced really because of his mom). It does do some other things, ancient lore videos, gaming/movie critics and generally loosening up a little bit. Thou also secretly loves doing collab videos, especially when it comes to Mei, she’ll never admit that though… They also do cooking videos and although the super spicy barbeque videos are specifically designed for demons, he’ll try her best to make Spicy Barbeque for mortals. Mei and/or MK will taste-test anything Red Son makes, it's particularly funny to the viewers to see MK’s over-the-top reactions. Sometimes Red Son and Mei taste-test some spicy candies or foods just for the comedic value. Eventually, Mei and MK both get used to the spice levels as they taste-taste more spicy foods, although it isn't a constant thing they eat so it's more of a slow progression.

There are times during GTA like games that makes Red Son wonder how MK and Mei are heroes considering they both somehow manage to get the highest level of stars as possible in the shortest amount of time. Safe to say the gaming sessions can be quite funny and chaotic when they're all just spending time together.

Mei is more of a conductor of the Samadhi Fire in this world, She was a temporary host of the Samadhi Fire but even then Mei gains more Dragon features to adorn their body; tail, horns, claws, and sharp teeth. Since the Samadhi fire has the ability to destroy the universe, its power brings out her dragon features, and xir dragon powers/abilities. Before the Samadhi Fire, she’d usually summon a hologram dragon, but since they couldn't shape-shift before the Samadhi Fire. Since xey had more mortal blood in her body compared to her great great 1000 times great grandpa, Ao-Lie. Her powers would compensate for the lack of shape-shifting by releasing from their body and forming the giant holo-dragon. Xir dragon features while temporarily wielding the Samadhi Fire brought forth more of her celestial dragon blood. Also when the fire surrounded their body, her skin was temporarily covered in heat-resistant scales to protect their body from the very destructive heat.

MK as a kid always bragged about having two of the best dads in the world, and was very excited about learning things from them both, especially the legends of the great Demon King, and always asks Tang for stories and facts. They were even excited to take up the noodle shop when he gets older, and even drew up plans and troubleshooted them to Tang and Pigsy.

Mei and MK as teens snuck out a whole bunch to be classic rebellious teens. Tang has definitely said something along the lines of “they remind me of myself when I was their age” and he’d be very fond of them both, teaching them how to pick locks, and get out of handcuffs and he eventually teaches Mei how to hack things.
