@alexiaps94 has liked your profile — Alexia Putellas x Reader
Word count: around 648
Warnings: none
Summary: You and Alexia match on an exclusive dating app.
“@alexiaps94 has liked your profile”
That was first notification you saw when you first checked your phone in the morning, still half asleep.
Some days ago, you signed up on Like.ly, an app similar to Tinder but extremely exclusive. The app was directed to wealthy people and reputed celebrities. You had to e-mail the company and wait if they accepted you on the company. If you were, you had to go through an interview where they'll ask you all types of questions, as the company itself would look for some potential matches to get you started. They did not succeed to your liking. They matched you with all sort of celebrities, but nobody properly caught your eye.
You weren't a football fan, but you knew who Alexia was because of the expectation she woke up when she won her second Ballon D'Or and when Spain won the World Cup, as the press talked non-stop about the different problems with the federation, especially about the incident during the final.
You clicked on her profile. Her profile pic was a picture with her dog, Nala. She had more pictures uploaded; you could see her with her family, her friends, her team and by herself. You scrolled down to the “About Me” paragraph.
“Hi! My name is Alexia. I like playing football, spending time with my family and learning new things. 😃”
“Cute”, you thought. You hesitated about what your next move should be. You liked her profile but decided to not write her yet.
“Hi. I saw your profile some days ago and you seem lovely. I'd love to hear from you”. You hated the way you wrote that text. “Y/N, you want to get to know her as a friend, maybe as something more, this is not a business meeting”, you said to yourself. Your text was fine, you were only overreacting. If you knew they way Alexia reacted to your text, you'd feel more than accomplished with yourself.
“Hi, Y/N. Thank you! You seem really lovely too. I'm seeing that you have four cats! Wow, that's some good company. I think a get along better with dogs because I've been around them my whole life, but the cat life sounds fun too. 😸”
You chuckled as you read her message. “She's indeed very lovely”, you thought.
“Yeah, so damn crazy, but it's quite fun😸😹” You had never used those emojis. Weird. Adorable but weird.
As you kept talking during the week with Alexia, you got to know her better. She told you about the passing of her dog, Nala, and how bad that affected her. You told each other about your life: family, friends, place of work. She even taught you a little bit of football, and you were so entertained you couldn't quite believe it, as you never showed any interested in football except for some random matches of the men's world cup. You started to educate yourself in women's football.
“Can I call you?”, was the message you received from her on a Saturday night. You had spent the whole day rotting on your sofa and talking to Alexia until your eyes started to feel really heavy. As she called you, and you responded, you started to breath uncontrollably rapid but at the same time, you felt so comfortable listening to her. Alexia's voice was soft, and her laugh sounded so delicate, you felt butterflies in your stomach every time you made her laugh.
“It was nice talking to you, Ale, but we both need some rest, especially you. You have training tomorrow.”
“... I liked hearing you calling me Ale”
“I like hearing you, Ale.”
“God, are you always this flirty?”
“Not in person. I'll have to be a little bit tougher when I'll have you in front of me.”
“No, don't be. I'm pretty sure I'd love the timid version of you. I can't wait to see it.”

All Right Now Part 2
Tumblr media
Travis Kelce x Famous!Reader Description:The reader catches the eye of famous footballer Travis.
Warnings: None Social Media AU
It’s been a week since the incident at Arrowhead and Travis is still actively liking my posts but has not reached out yet. I'm taken from my thoughts by an incoming call from my manager Stacy.
“Hey y/n” she smiles brightly into the screen at me “hey, whats going on?” I ask her “they just had a major cancellation for the arrowhead stadium and need someone who can quickly put something together, they reached out so I thought I would check with you to see if you are comfortable doing this last minute?” I haven't done a concert in a while so why not I thought “yeah I can figure something out, when is it?” I ask her smiling.
“It’s gonna be this Saturday” she let’s me know before we talked a bit more before hanging up. I then open Instagram to start making a post to announce it to the fans.
Tumblr media
Not even a second after posting it went viral and started to trend on twitter. I then get a notification
Killatrav added your post to their story!
I clicked on the notification to see he did indeed add my post to his story with the caption. "Tickets have been bought ;)" I blush before liking the story and decided to look through his account, it only consists of ads, and funny clips from a podcast he has with Jason, and pictures of him dressed really nice. I decided to like his recent posts and click my phone off before I do anymore damage. I guess I'm performing at the stadium now. I smile before I rush off into contacting everyone for the concert.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Saturday Morning
The day is finally here, I've been up since 5 am getting myself together to head over to the stadium for the show tonight, trying to remember the setlist and dance moves. Stacy knocks on the room door in the stadium "everything is all set, you ready?" she questions knowing I can get really bad nerves before a show. I smile, it reaching my eyes for the first time in a long time "surprisingly I am"
I laugh “okay good, I’m gonna go and head to my seat, you’re gonna do amazing” she tells me before reaching to open the door. Before she leaves she quickly lets me know “oh by the way, kylie, Jason, and Travis are here in the V.I.P box.” she smirks at me before finally closing the door. My face formed into shock knowing they actually came, especially Travis, I take a deep breath and try to calm my nerves
“You’re gonna do amazing”
“You always kill it”
“You've worked hard to get here”
I keep telling myself the three before I’m interrupted by the door opening and them letting me know it is time for me to start heading to the stage.
I quickly start to head over to the stage and see all of the dancers starting to get into position, I can hear the crowd starting to scream from the lights starting to move, I’m then handed my microphone and decide to talk to them before they can see me
“let’s talk some nonsense yall”
I hear the crowd scream even louder before I’m finally revealed. I smile brightly “hello my loves” I laugh before the intro to my son nonsense comes on. Every time I sing this song I always make up a new outro depending on the state I’m in. We’re now near the end of the song, and they turn the music down slightly so we can hear the fans better
“How quickly can you take your clothes off pop quiz” I smirk slightly before turning to where I see Travis staring at me smirking “raise your hand if you’re a little tipsy, sex with me is like joining the swim team, Travis is my favorite Kansas City” I blush profusely from him breaking out into laughter and seeing the blush rise on his face. The crowd screams even louder now knowing he’s there.
I see the crowd now facing up where the Kelce family is and taking pictures and videos. I laugh loudly into the mic before transitioning into the next song.
I can feel his eyes on me the entire show and for some reason my confidence was skyrocketing tonight and I didn’t hide that I was looking back at him with the best sultry look I could muster up. The show is now ending and the stage goes black before soft pink hues go through the stadium and the back screen lighting up with my new album announcement.
Tumblr media
I hear the crowd scream even louder before saying my goodbyes and running off stage.
I reach the back where Stacy and Brittany are and take a few deep breaths, trying to calm my adrenaline "you were absolutely amazing, oh my god you killed it" Brittany says running up and pulling me into a hug. I hug her back before I'm pulled into another hug by Stacy "You did so good girl!" I thank them both before we're interrupted by security.
"Miss y/n? there is a Kylie Kelce here wanting to see you, she says she's your friend?" I smile brightly at the security guard Jared "oh yes please bring her and the family back please." Jared gives me a brief nod before walking away to allow them in.
"you know that means Travis is gonna come back too right?" I can hear the smirk on Brit's face, I give her a look "yes I know, but for some reason tonight I am feeling good and confident, that has not happened in a long time especially towards a man." I reply with a teasing smile.
We’re interrupted by the door opening and Kylie slightly jogging to me with both girls with her.
When she gets close by we pull each other into a hug with the two girls trying to hug my waist. I let her go then bending down to pull both girls into a hug “hello my pretty mama’s ” I kiss both of their heads before letting go and standing straight to also greet Jason “you were absolutely amazing mama” Jason tells me pulling me into a deep hug, he is literally a bear. He lets me go, walking around to sit with kylie and the kids.
I’m then faced with a smirking Travis “I liked the shout-out” he tells me, I smile bright but with a giant blush rushing through my face “I thought you would” I smirk back at him.
He looks over at the others before moving slightly into more of my space, me having to look up pretty far to see his face “if you want I can show you how much of your favorite I can be” he almost whispers to me with him leaning slightly down with a giant smirk. If I thought I was blushing a lot before it is even worse now. I try to calm myself before replying “I bet you could” I try to whisper back, looking up at him smirking.
“So tomorrow night at 6:30?” he asks smiling “pick you up?”
I look back slightly at Brittany, her giving me a giant teasing smile and a thumbs up, I turn back
“Definitely” I smile bright.

Phases of the Moon - Part 4
Steven Grant x f!Reader, eventual Marc Spector x f!Reader
4880 words
Warnings: mutual pining, idiots in love, chances of a few swears, reader is still oblivious in the beginning and as always, painfully American, reader has a few moments of insecurity
A/N: Not a warning, but honestly, this is disgusting. Like it’s so cute it should be illegal. And I’m not sorry. Steven Grant being an absolute sweetheart means that it’s all fair game. Posting the first date in two parts at the same time because it’s ridiculously long.
As always, keep in mind that I am not a system and am not an expert. All of my information about their relationship comes from the Moon Knight show and I use that as my reference point.
*Bold type is spoken by Marc when Steven is fronting.*
Masterlist
Tumblr media
“Steven?” You were surprised to see he was calling you. You hadn’t made plans with him for Saturday, had you?
“Could you come to the museum today?” Steven skipped the greetings, his words blending together in his haste to get them out.
You chuckled, “I suppose I could. Are we touring more today?”
“Not today. But if it’s alright, I’d sort of like it to be a surprise.”
Your brows pinched; what was he up to now? “Alright then. It’s not more of those awful candies from the gift shop, is it?” You’d dared Steven to try one after he’d complained about their lack of relevance to Egypt, arguing that they were still a good product if they tasted good. They were not a good product, as it turned out and you’d both found out the hard way.
He laughed, the sound making your heart skip, even over the phone, “No, it’s a good surprise. At least I think it is.”
Now curiosity was gnawing at you a bit, “What time then?”
“When can you arrive?”
“Maybe a half hour, depending on if the bus is running on time.”
“Let’s say twelve then- don’t want you rushin’ around.” His words didn’t quite match his eager tone.
“Right, guess I’ll see you in a bit then.”
You really weren’t sure what to make of any of this; it was outside your routine with Steven- outside the carefully laid boundaries you’d set for yourself. But you still hung up and got dressed, said goodbye to Dalton, and headed out to wait for the bus.
Meanwhile, Steven was fiddling with his collar in the mirror, “I don’t know why I have to try the tie every time- I know it doesn’t work.”
“You’re a mystery, Steven,” Marc quipped. He liked seeing Steven all whipped up like this. “Maybe you should try the jacket again.”
Steven stared at his reflection in the mirror for a moment, “Don’t be putting ideas into my head, I’m all mixed up as it is.” He glanced at his phone on the bedside table, “D’you think she sounded excited?”
“About the gift shop candies? No.”
“Marc-”
“Fine. But isn’t it a little hard to be excited about something you don’t know about?”
“Yeah, I guess so,” Steven admitted, his excitement quickly morphing into nervousness.
“She sounded happy to hear from you, Steven. Don’t overthink it. Just listen to your gut. And me.”
“Right. Gotta listen to my gut.”
“And me.”
Steven hesitated, “Sure.”
At five to twelve, you stepped off the bus and crossed the street to the museum. You’d thought you would see Steven out front, but there were only a few stray patrons on their way into the museum. Making your way up the steps, you paused in the entrance, spotting Donna at the information desk.
Skirting around the edge of the room, you made a beeline for the gift shop, but you heard Donna’s voice call out, “Oi, you!” You kept walking, hoping she wasn’t talking to you, but then her footsteps approached, “Hang on a second, would you?” How was it possible for someone to be so disagreeable so consistently?
You looked now and she was indeed speaking to you and, as always, she looked rather cross, “Sorry, I didn’t realize-”
“Are you out of your mind, bringing food into a museum?” Your expression must have betrayed you because she looked a bit smug, “That’s right, JB told me about last night. He also told me that our boy Stevie got all riled up when he shooed you out.” She smirked at that, as though the idea of Steven upset was somehow satisfying.
“Actually-”
“I haven’t got time to hear your reasons, alright? I know you and Stevie had a date scheduled for yesterday or whatever, but just because your boyfriend works here doesn’t mean you can do whatever you please.”
“Steven and I are-”
She cut you off again, “I won’t ban you this time because I suspect he might just quit if I did and I need someone to cover the shop next week, but don’t press your luck, you understand?”
You’d given up on replying, so you just nodded, absently wondering if Steven had called it a date or if Donna was paraphrasing. Donna cocked an eyebrow, “You mute or something? I said, do you understand?”
“Yes, I’ve got it.”
“Right. Then trot on- he’s in the gift shop.” She shook her head, “In on his day off again-” the rest of her musing was unintelligible as you parted ways.
Donna was right about one thing; Steven was in the gift shop, fiddling with his unruly curls in the mirror behind the counter while the staff member manning the counter tried awkwardly to avoid meeting his gaze. You watched him for a second, a small smile at the corners of your mouth.
He looked a bit more put together today, if only a bit. His shirt was plain, not one of the patterned ones he normally seemed to favor. His jacket didn’t seem quite as wrinkled as usual either, almost like he’d made a vain attempt at ironing it.
“Got a big date tonight, Steven?” It was a stupid thing to say; what would you do if he said yes? But he was too cute not to tease, fussing over his hair as if he would ever cooperate with him.
He gave a start, whipping around and burying his hands deep in his pockets to hide the evidence. He shuffled over to you, hands still buried, and the awkward gait almost made you laugh aloud; he was definitely nervous about something.
Steven tried to smile, but it almost looked painful, “I was, ah- actually sort of hoping that might be the case.”
Your eyebrows pinched together, “You were…hoping you’d have a date?” He was biting his lip, his hands still buried in his pockets; that one stray curl was slowly being pulled back into its usual spot by gravity, determined to spite his efforts at styling it.
And then you got it, just as Steven spoke again, “Would you wanna- you know, go on a date with me today?” Your lips parted in surprise; you’d resigned yourself to never hearing those words. Your moment of shock was enough time for Steven to lose a bit of his nerve, “It’s alright if not, apologies if I’m out of line-”
“I’d love to.”
He didn’t seem to notice your response, “I’d be devastated if you and I weren’t friends anymore, so I understand-”
“Steven,” you said, more firmly this time. “I’d love to go out with you.”
There was another pause as your words sunk in, “You would? You’re not just having a laugh? Because I’ll be crushed if you are, honestly-”
A laugh bubbled out of you and you reached for him, hesitating a bit, “Is it alright if I-”
He nodded rapidly, “Y-yeah, course.”
You wrapped your arms around his middle in a hug, tucking your head into his shoulder. He did seem surprised at first, his arms rising to make room for you and then hovering for a few moments before he gently rested them on your back.
You breathed deeply, that distinctly “Steven” scent washing over you. “I thought I was just pining like an idiot,” you admitted, your words muffled.
Steven felt like he couldn’t breathe. He couldn’t remember the last time he’d had a hug- a real hug. And it was you. Your head was tucked against his shoulder, your breath on his neck. Realizing he’d been holding his own breath, he forced himself to exhale and then inhale. It took a couple of repetitions to find a rhythm again. He could smell something sweet; he wasn’t sure if it was perfume or just soap, but he thought it might be making him dizzy. Or maybe that was just you.
He knew he was too stiff- unused to the sensation of that much physical contact, but god, he didn’t want you to go. He wanted to hold you like this for as long as you’d let him. If he was being honest, he wasn’t even sure what you’d been asking for, but he would’ve agreed to just about anything you’d asked.
And you’d been pining for him? He’d been a bit pleased with himself for deducing that you’d liked him, but it was entirely different to hear you say it out loud.
His heart ached when you pulled away, unwinding your arms from around his back, but then you smiled and he didn’t mind as much.
You couldn’t have put the relief you felt into words if you’d tried. You glanced around the gift shop; the clerk was still pointedly looking anywhere but at you two and you felt a bit guilty. Grabbing Steven’s hand, you pulled him into the next room, “Not that I mind, but why didn’t you just ask me out when you called?”
Steven looked a bit affronted at the question, “Well you don’t ask someone on a date over the phone, do you?”
You smiled at his conviction, “Of course not. The only proper place to ask a girl out is in a museum.”
“Well, it’s not the only place-” he paused, “You’re teasing me, aren’t you?”
“Only a little.”
That warm glow swept up his cheeks, “I should have asked you when we were here last week, except I botched it. So I thought that maybe if I did it here for real, I could- you know- do it over.” He followed up quickly, “I’m sorry about that, by the way. I’ve wanted to take you on a date since the first day I saw you, but I didn’t want to rush it, you know? And I’m sure it seemed like that was what I was asking, but it never even occurred to me since I wanted to take you on a proper date, ‘cause that’s what you deserve.”
Steven was rambling; you probably should have stopped him, but instead, you listened to him speak, a faint smile on your face. He was, without a doubt, the sweetest man you’d ever met.
He stopped, noticing the way you were watching him, “And here I’m going on and on and you can’t get a word in edgewise- that’s fantastic, Steven.” He bopped himself on the temple with his palm in a show of penance before you had the chance to speak.
“I like listening to you talk.”
“I think you’d be the first,” he chuckled, suddenly self-conscious.
“I’m quite happy to be,” you assured him. “Shall we get started then?”
Steven nodded, “Right, yeah- I thought we could get some lunch. You haven’t eaten yet, have you? I should I have said something on the phone, but I wasn’t sure if you’d say yes-”
You were smiling again, “Lunch sounds good, Steven.”
“Great. After you then?”
He gestured grandly, making you laugh, and following you out into the lobby. You could see Donna muttering something to JB at security as you and Steven left the museum together.
He began walking down the sidewalk and you followed his lead, “So was yesterday supposed to be a date then? Donna seemed to think so.” You couldn’t help teasing a bit more; you were feeling giddy.
“I meant to ask you to dinner after the tour.” He looked a bit chagrined, “I thought dinner might be a bit more romantic.”
You felt the corner of your mouth twitch upward, “We could have done dinner today, if you’d have preferred.”
The rosy glow returned to his cheeks, “Well I wanted to, but I wasn’t sure I could wait all day to call you.”
You leaned in, your shoulder brushing his, “I’m glad you didn’t.”
“When did you talk to Donna?”
“She caught me on my way in- scolded me a bit about the pizza. Said she wouldn’t ban me this time only because she didn’t want you to quit.” He looked a bit distressed until you gave him a reassuring smile. Your hand brushed the back of his. You were walking close on purpose, hoping he might take the lead, but he’d been taking things slow, so you didn’t want to rush him.
He chuckled in disbelief, “She said she didn’t want me to quit?”
“Well, she said she needed you to work the desk next week.”
“Now that sounds more like Donna,” he grimaced. Though he quickly brightened, “Ah, here we are.” He stopped outside a little cafe; it was rather cute, with little, iron-wrought tables out front under the awning. He peered into the front window, looking like he’d suddenly remembered his nerves.
“Have you been here before?”
“Just once. I thought it was quite nice, so I made sure to remember it in case- well, in case I ever had someone to bring.”
“It looks cute. Shall we get a table?”
He nodded, rushing to get the door for you, smiling at your flustered thank you. The woman manning the counter smiled, “Will it be two then?”
Steven’s head bobbed rapidly, “Yes, two. Just us- on a date, you know.” He cleared his throat and you glanced at him, trying not to smile. He grimaced, “Sorry. Bit nervous.”
The server smiled, “That’s lovely. Pick a table wherever you like and I’ll be over for your drinks in just a few moments.”
“What do you think? Outside?” you prompted, trying to save Steven the anxiety of deciding where to sit.
“Sure- I mean, yes, that sounds quite nice.”
You led the way back out, opening the door for him, which sent him tumbling into a spout of flustered thanks intermingled with halfhearted protests. As if to compensate, he pulled your chair out for you before taking his own seat across from you, looking like he wasn’t quite sure what to do with his hands.
You gave him what you hoped was a reassuring smile, “You don’t have to be nervous. It’s just like all the times we chatted at the museum. You were never nervous then.”
He smiled weakly in return, “Hard to be nervous when you’re spoutin’ off facts about ancient Egypt, innit?”
“I’m just as interested in what you have to say now as I was then. Arguably, I never cared so much about Egypt as I do when you tell me about it,” you admitted.
“I suppose that explains why your pronunciations could use some work.”
You opened your mouth, gasping in mock offense, “You said I was getting better!”
Steven panicked, “Oh god, I was only trying to tease you, they aren’t really that bad-” He cut off when you smiled, catching on to the joke again.
You laughed, “I’m sorry I keep teasing you, Steven. It’s sweet how you get so flustered.”
He chuckled weakly, “Maybe that’s why Donna is always so cross with me.”
He was joking, so he was surprised to see your expression harden,  “I hope this doesn’t sound rude, but why do you stay at the museum when she’s so awful to you? I know you love Egypt, but I’m sure there’s lots of other jobs that could use someone as smart as you.” You spoke with conviction, but your gaze kept pulling to where his hand rested on the table.
He glanced down at his shoes, “Well, I would really like to become a guide someday. You’re givin' me too much credit anyway.”
“I’m definitely not giving you too much credit, Steven,” you insisted. “You know so much about Egypt; you’re probably overqualified to be a guide. Donna is wasting your potential. And even if she won’t make you a guide, she should treat you better.”
He shrugged, “It’s not so bad. I like spending time at the museum. Plus, I’m lucky to have got my job back after I got binned.”
“They fired you?” you asked incredulously.
Steven rubbed the back of his neck, “Yeah, I deserved it though. Bunked off for a couple of days without calling.”
You looked puzzled; you couldn’t imagine anything making Steven jeopardize his job, “Like a mental health thing?”
He offered a weak smile, “Something like that.”
You weren’t planning to press; you knew how that could go, but the silence was saved by the arrival of the server, offering you the lunch menus and taking your drink orders. Steven ordered a white tea and while you were tempted just to get the same as him, you were afraid you might not like it; you didn’t have much experience with tea. You ordered a chai tea, the only kind you really recognized on the menu.
You wanted to mention the fact that you were on a leave of absence from your own job- maybe it would make him feel better. But talking about that was a direct line to why you’d come here in the first place and that wasn’t exactly a first date topic.
So instead you tipped your head, “I suppose as long as you’re happy there. I’ll try to hold my tongue with Donna, if only for your sake.”
“Sorry love, I’m afraid she’ll probably have it out for you if you’re associated with me.” He looked genuinely apologetic, like you may have wanted the opportunity to be friends with his witch of a boss.
“You think? Maybe if I tell her we’ve had an awful time, she’ll forgive me and I can get back on her good side.”
He gave a hesitant chuckle, like he couldn’t tell if you were joking, “If you insult me enough, I’m sure you could.” He paused a moment, “You’re not, are you? Having an awful time, I mean.”
“I’m actually having quite a lovely time with you, Steven,” you slid your hand across the table, brushing the edge of his fingers with yours.
“There we are, two teas: a chai and a white.” Steven quickly moved his arm out of the way as the server returned with the drinks. You did the same, busying yourself toying with the menu. “Do you both know what you’ll have?”
You placed your orders and the server disappeared again, taking the menus with her. You gave your tea a cautionary, cooling blow before taking a sip. Steven watched you curiously, making you a bit self-conscious, “What? Am I drinking my tea like an American?”
He grinned guiltily, “A bit, yeah, actually.”
You raised an eyebrow, “How is that then?” You rested your chin in your palm, waiting for his answer.
“You sipped it like you were afraid of it,” he chuckled, drinking his own, the correct way, you presumed.
You let your hand fall to the table with indignation, “I haven’t had much tea up until now. Apologies if I’m not a natural tea drinker.” You rolled your eyes, hoping he was catching on to when you were joking.
He moved quickly, like he was afraid to lose his nerve, resting his hand on top of yours on the table, “I think it’s quite cute, actually.” He tipped his head to your cup, resolutely not looking at your hands on the table, as though you’d believe he was feeling nonchalant, “How d’you like it then?”
You bit your lip to suppress a smile, flicking your gaze to his, “Not bad. I could be a tea girl.”
Once it became clear that you weren’t going to pull away from his touch, he curled his fingers around yours. His palms were surprisingly rough. He swallowed a bit thickly, “I could make some different kinds for you to try sometime, if you wanted.”
“I’d like that.”
His thumb brushed gently over the back of your hand, the movement slow and deliberate, “D’you wanna try a bit of mine?”
You gave him a small smirk, “Drinking from the same cup? That’s a bit like indirect kissing, isn’t it Steven?”
His eyes went wide, “I didn’t mean anything untoward. You’re right, that was a bit silly-”
Your laugh broke his train of thought and he faltered, “I’d love to try it, Steven.” You held out your free hand toward the cup, “Unless you mind, of course.”
He shook his head, “No- no, course not.”
You paused before taking a sip, “D’you want to try mine? Fair’s fair.”
He looked surprised at your offer, but he nodded, reaching for your cup, his hand looking a bit shaky. You raised his cup in a small toast, smiling at him before taking a sip.
“Pretty good,” you admitted, returning his cup to its saucer in front of him. “And you?”
He nodded again, “Good.” He liked the faint spice of a chai tea, but he couldn’t think of anything other than the fact that your lips probably had that same spice lingering on them right now. But he was getting ahead of himself.  He was already pleased just to be holding your hand. Just brushing his thumb over your soft skin made his heart race.
So when the server came over with the food, he almost wished it had taken longer because he wasn’t ready yet. He thought he might have to manually unwind his fingers from your hand because he really didn’t want to let go, but when the moment came, he released you, not realizing that his emotions were transparently displayed on his face.
You thanked the server and waited until she departed to smile at Steven, “You’ll get to hold my hand again, Steven.”
He gave a weak chuckle, “Am I that obvious then?”
“A little. But I think it’s very sweet.”
He still looked a bit nervous before blurting out, “Sorry. I’m a bit new at this sort of thing.” His expression changed instantly to one of regret; like he’d had an agreement not to disclose that particular tidbit and failed to keep his word.
You had questions; how new did he mean exactly? But it was obvious that he was embarrassed by it, so rather than ask your questions, you sampled a fry from your plate, “That’s alright- no shame there. I’d rather you be a bit new than some tosser who thinks he knows everything.” You laughed at the new word, “Did I use that right? I’m still learning the slang here.”
He nodded, “Yeah, that’s how you use it.” He took a moment, appearing to rouse himself, “But you’ve gotta sort of throw it away- like you don’t care. It’s not a word you use quite so deliberately; it’s more like they’re an afterthought, yeah?” He seemed to remember his own food, suddenly realizing he could eat.
You nodded, pleased to see him relax a bit again, “Right, I’ll remember that. I’ve started picking up a few things from my cousin and his wife, so if I misuse something, you’ll need to let me know, alright? I’m counting on you to keep me from sounding like an idiot.”
“Well, I might not be the best for that job- I’m fairly certain I sound like a knob all the time.”
“You do not!” You rolled your eyes, “Just because Donna and JB don’t appreciate you doesn’t mean you’re- what was it, a knob?”
His face flushed; he wondered if he should have chosen his words more carefully- not very romantic for a first date, “Yeah that was it.”
“What’s that one mean then?” He almost choked on his food and you followed hastily, “Oh god, I was only teasing you, Steven. I know what it means. I’m so sorry.”
But he wasn’t annoyed at your ill-timed joke, he only cleared his throat, muttering, “Oh, thank the gods.”
You made a little sound of excitement, “Oh! Speaking of the gods, we’re still going to finish our tour, right?”
Steven cocked his head, “Why wouldn’t we?”
“Well, you said the museum tour wasn’t your idea of a date, but I would quite like to finish it. I might’ve been more interested in learning about you than the museum the first few times I came back, but now I’m a bit invested. In both, actually.”
Steven gazed at you, his eyes soft, “You came back because you were interested in me?”
“Well, the first time I came in, I really meant to just walk the museum that day. But I was a bit embarrassed after making a fool of myself-”
“You got knocked over, that’s nothing to be embarrassed of,” Steven interjected.
You raised an eyebrow, “So if someone knocked you down in front of a pretty girl, you wouldn’t be embarrassed at all?”
“Well of course I would, but I’m no pretty girl, am I?” he gave a nervous chuckle.
“Steven, you are very handsome, first of all. And second of all, you were so sweet to me that day that I was absolutely mortified. So I bailed and decided to come back and hope I would run into you again.” You sipped your tea to cover your embarrassment.
Steven couldn’t seem to formulate a response, but you took that as a positive sign, considering he had a dopey half-smile on his face. You wondered how far and few between compliments were for him to react this way; he seemed so stunned by your interest in him.
“At risk of sounding forward, I’d like to go out with you again, but I don’t want to give up the tour. So maybe you can make an exception for me and we can plan a date to finish the tour so I can stop wasting your breaks.”
That appeared to break him from his stupor, “You haven’t wasted anything- spending time with you is the best way I can think of to use my break time- or any time, really.”
You smiled, “I do like visiting you. But if I keep making you go over on your break, I might end up banned from the museum.”
“Maybe I would quit then,” he offered.
You pointed a fry at him, “I wouldn’t let you. We can follow the rules so no one gets banned or fired.”
“You know, if you’re feeling up to it, we could go back to the museum today,” he suggested, hesitating a moment before clarifying, “If you want to, of course.”
You nodded, “I’d like that.”
He held your gaze seriously, “You’ll still come to visit me on my break even once we’ve finished the tour, yeah?”
You laughed, his intensity making you self-conscious, “Of course I will.”
“Then we’ve got a deal.” He beamed, making your heart skip. You’d been on one date with the man and you were already good and smitten. Steven raised his hand to signal the server that you were ready for the bill and you reached for your wallet. “Come on now, put that away,” he insisted. “Call me old-fashioned, but it’s on me.”
“Steven-”
“I asked you here today, it’s only right that I should pay.” As the server approached with the bill, he hastily placed a few notes into her hand before she could even drop the slip on the table, “Keep the change, love.” Hearing him call the server “love” made a tiny spark of jealousy erupt in the pit of your stomach.
But he sprang out of his seat, rushing around the table to help you push back your chair and offering you a hand up. As you stood, he not-so-subtly slipped his hand into yours. You smirked at him, “Smooth.”
He dropped your hand, “Oh god, sorry, is it a bit much?”
You laughed, chasing his hand with yours, “Wait, come back!” Steven thought his heart might stop as you laced your fingers through his. “You don’t have to be so nervous, you know. I like you a lot, Steven.” You wrinkled your nose, “That is a bit much for a first date, huh?”
He shook his head, “No- yeah- I like you quite a bit.” God, you made him want to relax, but every time he did he grew too bold. He wanted to treat you with respect. And god forbid he do something to offend, making you come to your senses and tell him to get lost.
You half smiled, “I don’t think ‘quite a bit’ is very much compared to ‘a lot,’ you know. Should I be offended?” You made no move to remove your hand from his, so he was pretty sure you were teasing.
“No offense intended. I like you a great deal. And I think you’re quite lovely, I might add.”
You looked away, your lips betraying you with a smile, “Normally I wouldn’t believe such a nice comment, but if you spend all your time with Donna and JB, I’m sure even I seem lovely in comparison.”
Steven spoke before he could talk himself out of it, “You’d seem stunning next to a rose, love.”
Despite all of your effort to brush off your embarrassment, your face burned, “Bit prickly though, aren’t they?"
“Some things are worth gettin’ stuck on, yeah?” He brushed his thumb over your knuckle where your fingers were intertwined.
You were entirely speechless. He was so earnest that you couldn’t even be annoyed about how cliche that was because he seemed to really mean it. You gave his hand a little squeeze in lieu of a response; nothing you could come up with was the right way to reply to something like that.

CHERRY BLOSSOM PT: 3
♡~~♡~~♡~~♡~~♡
Pt 1 Pt 2
Summary: You and Leo spend the night getting to know each other on your balcony.
Warnings: Mild swearing!
Requested: ???
GN Reader!
.........................................
You hummed quietly to yourself as you trimmed one of the ferns on your balcony.
You were currently waiting for Leo to arrive, as the two of you had planned to spend some time getting to know each other better.
You had spent a fair amount of time with the blur clad turtle, what with him visiting every now and again to, "Check in." as he said, and the occasional texting.
You didn't mind though, you liked it when he visited. You learned quite a bit about him, like how he had three younger brother's, and that they were all named after famous renaissance painters.
Just as you had traded your trimmers for the watering can, a familiar thump! sounded behind you, alerting you of Leonardo's arrival.
You glanced back with a smile, then moved to water your orchid, "Fancy meeting you here."
Leo chuckled, "Indeed, do you come here often?"
"You could say that."
The two of you devolved into a fit of childish giggles, "That's so stupid." you said, giggling.
Leo shook his head as he chuckled, "Yeah. yeah it is. How have you been anyway? Anymore trouble with Purple Dragons?"
"Nope," You said as you examined your cherry tree, "Infact, last time I saw afew of them, they literally ran in the other direction."
"Well at least you don't have to worry about getting mugged."
"I suppose there is that." you agreed, then asked, "Speaking of mugging, shouldn't you be on patrol? I know we planned to meet and all, but still. I don't want to be the reason you miss a patrol."
Leo shook his head, a small smile gracing his features, "No, my brothers offered to let me have the night off, so don't worry about that."
You hummed in response, examining the buds of your tulips. The two of you talked for a while, different topics coming and going, until eventually the topic of gardening came up.
Leo offhandedly metion that he had a few bonsai trees back at his home, and when you asked if he'd ever seen them bloom, he replied that, no, they had never been able to bloom due to lack of sunlight.
"Well you could bring them here. I'd be more than happy to help take care of them, plus it gives you an excuse to visit more often."
Leo chuckled, "Quite eager for my company, aren't we?"
You blushed lightly throwing a pebble at is forehead, "Shut up. You don't have to bring them here, I was just saying that maybe-"
"I'd actually appreaciate it if you'd allow me to bring them over. You know alot more about plants than I do, and you can tell me if maybe I've been doing something wrong." Leo picked up the extra watering can you kept, and he started to water some of the other flowers, "And like you said, it gives me an excuse to visit more often."
You giggled, "Quite eager for my company, aren't we?"
Leo laughed, shaking his head and continued help you tend to your plants. After some more time together, the two of you agreed he could drop by with the bonsai sometime that Saturday.
You looked at the time on your phone with a sigh, "It's getting really late, and I have work tommorow."
Leo nodded, "I should probably be getting home soon anyhow, I do need to make sure my brothers returned in one piece afterall."
The two of you said a quiet good-bye, and you watched as Leo lept away over the rooftops.
As you lay comfortably in bed, you smile softly to yourself, the promise of seeing Leo that coming Saturday easing you into the comfort of dreamland.

He’s caring
Nanami as a person? Well, after speaking to him for the first time you find him to be quite approachable, so as a spouse he is quite caring.
He cooks and does chores because to him, even doing the bare minimum is of utmost importance. He helps around the house and definitely understands when your too tired from work.
“Ken?” You slowly arise from your slumber, you’re in your bedroom. You remember being in the car, and then you happened to doze off. Nanami had picked you up from work, he picke-
“Ken? Wh-“
“I’m here, I’m here” he’s right next to you, quickly turning on his side after hearing your voice,
“I didn’t mean to wake you, I thought you were in the living ro-“ a yawn passes your lips,
“It’s alright, go back to sleep Y/n”
“Did you have dinner? There was pasta in the fridge-”
“Yes honey, now” he places a hand on your head,
“Go back to sleep, you’re tired”
Another yawn and you snuggle next to him,
“Goodnight my love” he murmurs against your forehead,
Sleep sinks into your body, making you drift off almost instantly or so he thought. His heart clenches when he feels your fingers intertwine with his.
He focuses on the details:
Nanami seems to have a keen eye on the most unnoticeable and trivial things which do in fact, brighten your mood, it could be something simple but he manages to make the most nonchalant things special.
“Ah Ken, look at the moon” you said one evening when they two of you took a walk outside after dinner.
You pull out your phone trying, to capture the moon in your phone, adjusting the brightness, zooming in a little until you had the perfect click.
“The moon is beautiful, isn’t it?“ your head was titled to look up at the sky, a smile on your lips and your eyes seemed serene.
“Beautiful indeed” was his reply.
He wasn’t looking at the moon, he was looking at you.
That weekend, you and him both were overburdened with tons of work, the two of you spend the whole Saturday answering emails and rubbing your eyes.
Coffee flowed through your systems like a waterfall and it felt like more work flooded in every time you thought you got something done.
Nanami noticed the growing shadow on your brows, why? The simple reason being tomorrow was your birthday. As you grew, your birthday became a day that just passed, except you grew older, and you that just meant more responsibilities, more duties, more everything.
Your husband knew what your thoughts were like concerning your birthday. You celebrated it with a few close friends and that’s about it.
So he had something slightly different in mind.
It was nearly midnight, when you felt a tap on your forehead,
“Hm?“ you said without looking up,
“I’ve got something to show you”
“Really?”
“Yes, put on your coat”
“I’ve got so much to comp-“
“I know, I know” he held your arm, gently closed your laptop and shrugged a coat over your shoulders.
“Where are we going? It’s so late”
He was silent, all the way from the car until you were on the highway. He didn’t answer a single question, and you were definitely piqued, all he did say was, “we’re almost there” or “you’ll see”.
You both finally arrive at this parking lot, situated atop a hill, he was reversing into a slot and your gaze happens to land on your husband.
It was often a matter of awe, as to how he made reversing a car look so attractive. The car came equipped with a camera and sensor but he still preferred to do it the the old fashioned way.
All because it drew your attention.
“Eyes in front honey”
You’re a little embarrassed at that statement,
“I wasn’t stari-“ your sentence is cut short when you realise what was taking place in front of you.
“Wait…is this for real?“ you’re stepping out of the vehicle,
The sky was dark, the wisps of clouds slowly cleared away like mist, revealing the moon.
It wasn’t an ordinary sight however, the moon had a red tinge, and a pale crimson light surrounded it.
“Happy birthday Y/n” he gives your hand a squeeze, when you turn to face him, he hands you a box,
“You didn’t have to” your voice almost a whisper,
“Of course I did” he smiles and takes out a necklace, it had a moon locket which had a faint glow in the darkness.
The moon clicked open, so you could store pictures in it.
He helps you wear the necklace, and the surprise doesn’t end here. Opening the boot of the car, he’s made a small makeshift bed with blankets and pillows, all so you could watch the moon.
And he could embrace another moment with you.
He likes to take naps with his head on your lap
It was a pleasant Sunday afternoon, sunlight hidden behind the curtains and a glow radiated off the living room walls. Kento was reading a book, when he felt his eyes droop, a rare occurrence really.
He rubbed his eye, and a sight left his lips.
“Sleepy?” You ask, you knew, that look dry and weary look in his eyes meant he was close to falling asleep.
He nodded slightly,
“C’mere” you switch off the television, and remove the pillow off your lap. He willingly approached your side, and laid down, head in your lap.
You run your fingers through his golden hair, he adjusts himself and lets out a soft groan.
He absolutely loved it when you would let him rest his head in your lap, not like you ever denied.
NSFW (MINORS DNI)
He’s a gentleman
Your first time, was with Nanami. Of course, you knew that there might come a point in time where the two of you would get intimate.
Before marriage, you both never got much time to discuss about this, let alone do anything. After all, you two were essentially strangers.
At first it didn’t really bother you, but when the family members began asking you about children, Nanami too, seemed a little on edge.
So, the two of you discussed how this was supposed to happen. This discussion was cut short because well- something prompted you to leave your inhibitions behind and before you knew it his hands were in your hair.
In the beginning, you were conscious about your appearance naked. Kento was always supportive, and allowed you to take your time. Truth be told he too was a little jittery, he was afraid of perhaps being rough or accidentally hurting you.
His lips places kisses on your neck, trailing down, to your belly, his hands working your pants off your legs.
Your hands invariably reach out to cover your exposed skin, his gaze snapped up.
“Tell me if you want to stop, hm?” He said, squeezing your hand,
“It’s fine..”
“So, can I remove these?” He grabs your hands, slowly moving them aside when you nod.
It was awkward at first, him feeling your your nails digging into his back, you feeling his breath fanning against the shell of you ear.
A hiss escapes your lips when he bottoms out, a groan muffled in his throat, the grip he had on your waist grows.
“Can I start moving?“ he asks, giving you time to adjust.
He began with a slow pace, a steady one, until you felt him brush against that one spot. You jaw snapped open and you pull him closer,
“Right here?“ he asks, his voice a whisper when he feels your hips buck.
“Yes, ye-“ you’re unable to say more when his pace increases a notch.
You found your rhythm with him, your legs wrapping around his waist.
He whispers praises into your ear, pressing kisses onto your shoulder.
It was purse bliss, the two of you in sync like a perfect harmony. Skin on skin, love laced behind desire driving you both towards one goal, hand roaming each others body, exploring a feeling left you arching your back.
He admired your expressions, the soft moans and the gasps that drifted past your lips. You had him in a vice grip, you were perfect, you drove him insane, you made him feel like the luckiest man on earth. You were his absolute everything, his eyes squeeze shut, and he feels his heart clench.
A low guttural groan, and you both finish together. Panting, he stays in the same position, your cheeks burn when you feel him pull out, and the result of your actions, seeping out of you, trickling onto the sheets, and he watches the way you clench around nothing.
The idea of him putting a baby in you, made his breath hitch. His fingers travel up your thigh, tracing your inner thigh before stuffing you up so nothing escapes.
He helps you clean up, wraps sheets around you and apologises if he hurt you, which he didn’t.
Your mind was a little blurry,“It was perfect” you say, looking at the way the moonlight made his features glow,
“I’m glad” he kissed your forehead,
“Well, I’m glad too, and a little sore” you grin sheepishly, he grimaces but he smiles too, after talking a little more you both fall asleep, resting in the comfort of each other.

5 Times Kurt Talks About Sex and 1 Time He Doesn't (Part One)
A/N: So, this was inspired the other day by a Nonny who was asking about how Kurt interacts with others on the topic of sex and this little idea popped in my head.
It's a little mini-series, and I'll post one part a day, then I'll get it up on Ao3 after it's complete.
It's set in a post-canon-ish world when they're all living in New York. The whole thing takes place over the course of a day.
****
Conversation One: Tina
There’s a banging on the door.  Kurt hasn’t even had a sip of his morning coffee yet, and reluctantly regrets even getting up in the morning as he makes his way through the kitchen to the living room.  The pounding intensifies.  Good, god, what is so important this early in the morning?
He opens the door, and in stumbles Tina.  “Blaine!” she calls, without even a hello.  “Blainey!! Blaine, get out here, I need to talk to you.” She pushes past Kurt, in a frenzy, and goes straight for the bedrooms, as if it’s normal for someone not even invited in to do so.
“He’s at rehearsal,” Kurt grumbles.  He shuts the door and heads back to the kitchen, not even bothering to stop Tina as she races around the apartment in search of Blaine.
“It’s Saturday,” Tina cries, as if that’s some sort of argument against Blaine being gone.  The apartment is small enough that it takes less than a minute for Tina to confirm that Kurt is, indeed, alone.
“People still have to rehearse on Saturdays.”  He pours himself a mug of coffee, taking in the deep, rich smell of it as he waits for Tina to inevitably join him.
She’s grumpy as she enters the kitchen.  “Well, that would explain why he’s not answering his phone.”
He stares at her blankly.  “What do you want, Tina?”
It’s then that she stops in her tracks, as if she’s suddenly aware that Kurt’s really the only one there to talk to.  She’s unusually hesitant before she speaks again.  “You know what - it’s fine.  I’ll just see him later.”
Kurt raises an eyebrow at her. “What did you need?”
“Really, it was nothing.”
“Tina…”
“I should have waited for his text,” Tina insists.  “Totally not an emergency.  You don’t even need to mention that I was here.”
“You’ve already crashed my morning,” Kurt says, waving his mug around.  Sure, it’s annoying to be interrupted during your morning routine - but at least whatever Tina’s backing away from is probably better than anything on TV at the moment. “You might as well just tell me.”
“Well…” she’s hesitant again as she slides into one of his kitchen chairs.  “It’s just that you and I, uh, don’t really talk about this stuff.”
Okay, so now his attention is piqued.  “What stuff?”
“You know…”  her voice grows soft.  “About sex stuff.”
She’s not wrong.  Tina will gossip about other people’s sex lives until the cows come home, but she’s rather tight-lipped about her own.
“Try me.”
“I should really wait and just talk to Blaine.”
“Do you really think Blaine won’t tell me eventually anyway?”
Kurt’s not sure what is more bitter - his coffee or the expression on Tina’s face.
“Fine, Kurt Hummel.” She takes a deep breath, composing herself. “So, you know how Artie and I are beginning to see each other again?  Well, it’s been going great.  Or at least I thought it had been going great.  Until yesterday… So, I was going down on him.  And, I mean, it’s not my favorite thing.  Do all men have that weird smell down there? Or do I need to get Artie some kind of genitalia perfume for Christmas? And I mean, I can’t do it for very long because my mouth dries out but anyway…ever since I’ve known  him he’s gone on and on about how much he just loves blowjobs.  I swear, I have heard about every single woman who has thought it wise to give him one.  And, god, he especially wouldn’t shut up about Brittany -- who apparently gives the most magical blowjobs.  Sam used to go on and on about Brittany, too, now that I think of it.  Why are you looking at me like that? Oh, god, don’t tell me you agree with Brittany’s mind blowing oral skills.”
Kurt throws up a little in his mouth.  “Do you really think I’d let that woman near my dick?”
Tina waves off the comment, continuing on with her rant.  “Anyway… it takes him forever to come and he just seems barely into it.  And I am trying all of my best moves.  I am not bad at blowjobs.  At least, Mike never complained.  And remember that one guy I dated a few years ago? Greg? He said I was the best he’s ever had.  I may have been the only one, but that’s not the point.  The point is I wanted to talk to Blaine so he could give me tips on how to give a better blowjob.”
“Wait, is this really what you and Blaine talk about when I’m not around?”
“This is serious, Kurt!”
Kurt smirks into his coffee as he thinks it over.  “I mean, if you want to talk about someone who gives magical blowjobs…”
Tina lets out a frustrated grunt.  “Look, it’s not even because of this one time, either.  I tried to wake him up this morning with a little surprise and he just kind of shoved me away.  It was hu-mil-i-ating.  My best friend and would-be boyfriend doesn’t like my mouth on him.  Maybe this was just the worst idea I’ve ever had and we should have never gotten back together.   I just need to accept the fact that I’m going to die alone.”
Wow.  That escalated quickly.  It’s Tina, though, he’s not really surprised.
“Okay, Tina.” Kurt sets his coffee mug down and folds his arms across his chest.  “Let me get this straight.  Did you at any point ask Artie about his weird reactions?”
She sits there silently for a moment.  “Well, no…”
“So, to recap your morning - you had a bad sexual experience.  And instead of talking to your boyfriend about it, you came to the conclusion that you’re terrible at sex, that you’re going to die alone, and then rushed over here to ask my husband how to properly suck a guy off?”
“You know, this is why I don’t come to you about these things,” Tina scoffs.  “You don’t have to be judgy about it.”
Kurt refrains from rolling his eyes at her.  “I’m not-- whatever… Tina, Artie’s an idiot.  You know you have to hit Artie over the head with a brick in order to get his attention.  I think it’s a different set of oral skills that may be more beneficial to your relationship.” Kurt chuckles at his own joke.  “If you want, though, you could just say you’ll be refraining from using your mouth on any part of him until he can use his mouth to give you an orgasm. I mean, if you’re not having fun - why would he be?  And, god, do not buy him some weird genitalia perfume - I’d be happy to recommend a decent manscaping kit instead.  Also, for the record, dying alone isn’t the worst thing in the world - at least you’d have peace and quiet. And god knows I wish I had more of that in my life.  But I mean, please feel free to still talk to Blaine.  He does know how to do this thing with his tongue that gets me there faster than when we were teenagers.  Absolutely magical.”
For the first time since he’s known her, Tina sits in a complete silence, utterly at a loss at how to respond.
Kurt picks up his mug and grins as he sips.

Best Thing (3)
Tumblr media
"That crazy bitch back outside of your fine ass neighbor door."
Noli looked up as her best friend Drita let herself into Noli's apartment using the key she had been given for emergencies, once again. Drita was one of the first friends Noli made once she moved to California and they had been attached at the hip since. They met at a gas station due to some weird ass man harassing Noli because he could tell she wasn't from around the area and Drita quickly swooped in and scared his ass off. Her exact words were, "I'm here for every black queen I see in distress."
Drita stood at 5'11 and was every bit of the stallion that she loved to call herself. She had curves that would make a grown man cry and she flaunted them well. Her skin was a dark shade of brown reminiscent to the beautiful Kelly Rowland and she always kept her hair (thanks to Noli), lashes, and nails done.
They immediately clicked and Drita ended up helping Noli get a job as a bottle girl at Diamond Dazzlers since she already worked there as a dancer. Drita was also Noli's first Cali client and had pretty much moved up to being her brand ambassador after basically being her walking billboard.
"Damn again, this her third time this week," Noli spoke shaking her head as she gave Drita a hug before walking into her bedroom.
"Girrll that nigga got something serious between his legs if she out there acting a fool like that. You need to be trying to get a piece cause we both know that man is feeling you."
Noli rolled her eyes because here Drita was talking about this so called crush she felt Erik had on Noli for the umpteenth time. Every time Erik came around and they were together Drita had to throw in her ten cents about how Noli needed to let that man "wreck her shit," as she so eloquently liked to put it.
"Say that shit again and I ain't going to this stupid ass party with you no more," Noli snarled as she peeped her head from her walk in closet to see Drita splayed across her bed like she owned the damn place. Drita swiftly lifted her middle finger and went back to scrolling on Tik Tok deciding not to pay her aggressive friend any mind.
"Girl whatever, ole country ass."
Noli chuckled and shook her head as she flipped through her clothes trying to find an outfit for this party Drita begged her to go to. Apparently one of the "niggas with all the money," from the club was throwing some big ass mansion party and wanted "all of the bad bitches," in attendance. After finally flipping and yanking clothes she deemed ugly off of her hangers she settled on a pair of black leather shorts, a black bralette, and an orange and black biker jacket. She quickly flung her clothes on the bed and pointed Drita to her "beauty sanctuary," which was really just a guest room that she turned into a mini beauty salon until she finally saved enough money to open a real one.
"Alright sista, what look we going for today," she asked while fluffing out Drita's wild blown out hair.
"Just give me a cute lil low knot bun for right now, I'll be back Saturday once my damn wig finally get delivered. Girl, do you know it was supposed to be here yesterday and yet I haven't seen UPS yet!"
"They like to take they sweet ass time but that’s fine, I can squeeze you in Saturday before I do Melissa's hair for her birthday photoshoot."
"Melissa extra ass does a birthday shoot every year. This not even a milestone year for her," Drita exclaimed while rolling her eyes in annoyance and continuing to aggressively click away on her phone.
Noli just shook her head at her best friends antics because although Melissa was indeed being extra, the two girls did not get along. Melissa, also known as Montana at the club, was a 23 going on 24 year old that had been working at Diamond Dazzlers since she was 18. The beef between her and Drita quickly began after Drita caught Melissa giving her boyfriend at the time a dance in the private room. They had been at odds ever since. She remembered Drita angrily stomping up to the bar yelling about how she knew Melissa was fucking her man.
"Well she's paying me to not only do her hair but also an extra $300 to go to the photoshoot and keep her touched up during the process."
"Good! Bleed that bitch dry," she said as she sat there with her nostrils flared and face turned up in anger.
~~~~~ The pair had only been at the mansion party for a solid 5 minutes and Noli was already getting agitated.
I should have stayed my ass at home.
"Girl fix your damn face and lighten up. Looking like somebody gave you something sour to eat." Noli turned her head in Drita's direction while deepening the frown on her face.
"You know I hate parties and I only came cause I didn’t want you to come alone but if one more nigga walk up and grab my arm like he know me, I'm gone defend myself!"
Drita could only laugh because she knew the type of person her girl was. Noli only went out if she was going to work or Drita was dragging her out of the house to some party. Noli was the true definition of a home body and spent the majority of her time cooped up in that apartment or walking around target like she was crazy. It was so bad some of the employees knew her by name.
"Cry me a damn river Magnolia-"
"Bitch I know you didn't just call me that!"
Noli hated her government name with her entire soul. She had never heard of anyone else with the name of Magnolia besides the damn flower and could not understand for the life of her why her parents felt the need to name her as such. She remembered asking her grandmother why her name was Magnolia Mae Jenkins and her grandmother simply stated they named her that because she was their flower. Her brother however, in his asshole teenage years, liked to tease her by saying they named her that because she would never get out of Mississippi.
"My bad, it slipped but come on lets go to the bar and take a couple of shots. You need to loosen the hell up."
Drita quickly snatched Noli by the arm and led her across the spacious dance floor to the open bar and ordered 4 shots of Don Julio.
"2 for me and 2 for you sista." Noli grimaced but downed the two shots anyway figuring Drita wasn’t going to let her off the hook with this party so she might as well force herself to have some fun.
Baby this some Fenty I don’t do no Vicky Secrets Please don’t take no pictures of me bae Its giving sneaky We can't make no flick You gone get mad at try to leak it This pussy like a perk Give him some He started geeking
The girls instantly looked at each other and squealed immediately getting hype as their favorite Ken The Man song began blaring from the speakers of the DJ. Noli grabbed her girl's hand and made haste getting to the dance floor to show her ass which she rarely did in public but this was a special case. Noli was so into having fun shaking her ass that she didn't bother to move once she felt someone move behind her to catch everything she was giving. As the song began to end she finally leaned back up after being bent over showing out for so long and her back made contact with a quite muscular chest.
His cologne smells familiar.
"I didn't know Ms. Noli the home body had all this in her," the voice whispered huskily into her and Noli quickly snapped her body around to face the man that had been lucky enough to catch what her mama had gave her.
"Erik, what are you doing here," she questioned in astonishment at the fact that he was the man that was all up on her and also at the fact that she could feel he was indeed working with something serious between his legs like Drita had assumed earlier.
No wonder that girl is stalking him. Hell, I would too.
"Well for one thing this is a free country but also my homeboy is the one throwing the party," he smirked at her face which probably still held and ample amount of shock. That smug attitude of his was like a bucket of cold water and she quickly rolled her eyes before turning to walk away.
"What the fuck ever Stevens," she muttered as she began taking steps to go find Drita who had conveniently disappeared once Erik got behind her. However, she didn’t make it far before she felt him wrap his arm around her abdomen and pull her into his embrace.
"I'm actually done playing these cat and mouse games with you," he spoke into her ear as she stood halfway frozen at his very close proximity.
"I haven't been playing any games with you," she claimed as she pulled herself away and faced him.
"Yes you have. You've been playing them since you moved into that apartment across the hall three years ago and I played the long game with you but damn you are stubborn. Admit you like me Noli."
Noli stood completely still in her spot as a million thoughts ran through her mind on where all of this could even be coming from. Liking Erik? That was just crazy talk, nonsense! Or was it? She always thought he was cute from the first day she met him but he was a nonchalant asshole and she vowed to leave those type of men in Jackson after she boarded her flight. Then her mind went back to all the times Drita claimed he had a crush on her and she internally cringed.
Drita just cannot be fucking right. I'll never hear the end of it!
"I- I gotta go find my friend," she quickly muttered while turning on her heels damn near running away before he could pull her back into another confusing haze of emotions.
Erik only smirked once again while shaking his head knowing this was going to be hard but he was definitely up for the ride.
~~~~~ Okayyyy, so sorry for taking so long to update! Life has been lifing but I finally got it out. I definitely tried to make this part longer than the previous two. I hope y'all enjoy!

Tumblr media
10:45 am. You were waiting in front of your house, checking if you had everything you needed: lip balm, sunglasses, scrunchie if needed, condom too - you always had some in your bag just in case -, snacks in case you and Seb were hungry during the drive, your cell phone as well as your charger and your airpods. You have felt the wind in your h/c hair and smiled. Today was going to be a good day.
10:47 a.m. His car finally pulled into the parking lot of the house where you lived with your parents. He rolled down the window and gave you a flirty smile as he looked you up and down.
-Nice fit, Y/N!
You couldn't help but smile.
-Thank you!
You opened the door of your boyfriend's sexy black car and grinned at him as you gave him a quick kiss on the lips.
-Good morning, you said
-Good morning beautiful, he repeated after you. Ready for the best roadtrip of your life?
You nodded.
-You have everything?
-Yup!
-Alright.
Instead of starting the car, he started to look you up and down. He rolled up his window and smiled wider.
-What? Do I have something on my face?
He nodded and sighed, keeping his smile that you liked so much.
-I just think I'm lucky to have you, right now, in my car seat and drive you to a secret place while listening to our favorite music.
You rolled your eyes, but smiled at what he said. Always charming, always flirty and so attractive, it was the same boy you had known since you were twelve years old in elementary school.
-Seb, you are so romantic.
He laughed.
-Only with you.
You gave him a quick kiss, which he continued by putting his hand in your hair perfectly done. You left the gap between your two disappointed mouths that wanted more of this, that didn't want to create a distance between them. You tried to stop smiling, but in vain. This guy made you smile every time you saw him, no matter what he was doing, you could say he was making every situation cute, adorable or funny on purpose.
He gave you a little sad smile.
-We're going on a roadtrip, not to heaven, Sebastian.
He smiled.
-If you want, I can drive you there..
You gently pushed his face with your hand and saw him laughing.
-Haha, maybe later, but for now, drive. I'm excited to see where you take me this week!
Indeed, you and Sebastian had decided to go on a weekly date. Each week, you alternated between rides and walking to get around. When it was your week, you would decide where to go for the date and you would pick up your boyfriend: just like he did with you when it was his week. You didn't see each other very often due to school and his busy schedule, but every week you both waited for Saturday to go on a date. Sometimes it would be in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon, sometimes in the evening. Sometimes, even during the night. It was always exciting.
-I won't tell you! he laughed.
-Come on! You've been taunting me for a week about this place. Can you give me a hint?
He pretended to think, then let you know his enthusiasm with his mouth creating a smile to his ears.
-I'll give you a hint, only if you give me a kiss.
You rolled your eyes and walked over to him. You kissed his perfectly rosy, perfectly imperfect mouth and watched him ask for more. He put his right hand on your cheek and smiled through the kiss. The young adult smiled and made the distance between your two mouths greater and greater as he rested in his seat.
-This is a place you spoke of, when we were teenagers. One of the first, I'd say. I think we were like 12 or 13 or around this age.
You rolled your eyes. The things you talked about as a teenager with him were already a few years old. They seemed so far away in your head. You tried to find the sacred place, the one you had surely spoken about the most in that teenager year, but failed. You had talked so much about places you wanted to visit over the years, that it was impossible for you to remember that detail you had told him when you were younger.
-Another clue? you asked
-No, you'll see. You already know a little too much, who knows? It's good if you forgot it, it will be a real surprise.
You straightened up and looked at the backyard of your house. He gave you a little smile as he tapped your shoulder to get you to look at him, then held his index finger up in the air as he started his car to signal me to listen.
-Sexy noise! he growled
You smiled at his adorableness.
He was so adorable.
He is so adorable.
He started driving, then looked at you sideways without moving his head.
-I see you looking at me.
He tried not to smile.
-What are you talking about? I'm not doing anything! I'm trying to drive safely to avoid running over your parents' cars!
You rolled your eyes, trying to hide your smile with your face in your hand, which was resting on the window sill.
-Anyways… It's not my fault you're so pretty. It's hard to take my eyes off you.
You turned your head and smiled wide.
-Aargh! Stop! he said while giving you his smile. Sweetheart!
You let out a little laugh and reached for your phone as you saw your favorite photos as your lock screen: a picture of you in your boyfriend's arms kissing his cheek, and him smiling broadly.
You punched in your code and searched your apps for the Spotify music app. You connected your phone to the Bluetooth and heard a small murmur from the driver, dressed in a blue and yellow cardigan with a white tshirt underneath that went into his black pants and his black belts.
His left hand on the steering black wheel making you see his agility of driving with only one hand. His left hand showing you his veins, his right hand on the handbrake, just as veiny as the one on the left. You couldn't help but check it, to look at it, to look at it from all the different angles and aspects it had.
-I hope you like what you see.
You felt his flirty eyes on yours, then looked away.
-I don't know what you're talking about!
He sighed and sneered.
-I don't know what you're talking about! he mimicked
The 19-year-old boy smiled and laughed slightly.
-You're too adorable.
You smiled quietly and picked up your phone, checking to see if the Bluetooth was still on.
-Are you going to put on some music?
-Yeah. Only the good ones!
He finally reached the highway.
-The good ones? Babe, The Weeknd is one of the greatest artists you can't have on earth!
You laughed.
-I didn't even mention him. If you thought I was talking about him, it's not my problem..
He sighed, trying to think of a retort, but laughed instead. He knew you were kidding and only joking.
-Touché. I don't have a come-back for that.
-You never do, anyway! you laughed
He made big eyes at you, trying not to smile or laugh, but quickly lost it.
-I really feel that you are teasing me more than usual today. But hey, if teasing me is making you happy, never stop.
-I'mma put some music, but before look at me..
You took your phone and took a picture of him smiling at your phone's camera.
-Okay, now I'll put it.
-You are so corny, baby.
You smiled knowing he was teasing you like he was usually doing, then heard his voice again.
-You're going to put on our playlist, right?
-Of course I am!
You searched your playlist on the music application then grinned. You made it with him at a sleepover. At first, you and Seb were only supposed to do karaoke, but it all quickly changed when one of your favorite songs passed by. And another one. And another one that made you both screaming at the lyrics. For your partner, it was an oligation to create a playlist for you two. You both loved listening to this type of art and it was always nice to discover songs from each other. And since that day, Moy and you started to create a Spotify playlist by adding songs that remembered you of the other. The playlist fastly became the musical source of your travels and your activites.
You saw all your favorite songs mixed together, then pressed "Play". An energetic and r&b music from The Weeknd began to play and echo throughout the car. A new atmosphere was created with the song from his album. Seb smiled at the first note of the main instrument of the music and started to get excited.
-Starboy!! LET'S GO! Turn it up, baby! TURN IT UP!
You laughed at his childish behavior, but nevertheless responded to his request. He started to dance, then looked at you as he began to sing the words to the wonderful song he had introduced you to, on a Saturday night while going on a trip to get bubble tea and donuts.
-I'm tryna put you in the worst mood, ah! P1 cleaner than your church shoes, ah!
You smiled and watched him continue to sing as if he was the singer and creator of this music. He had listened to it at least 30 times, that was for sure. He saw your reaction and widened his smile as he invited you to join him in the melody that shook his black car.
-You know the songs, baby! Come on sing with me!
You shook your head, which made him turn his head and laugh.
-You're missing out on a great opportunity to sing with the Sebastian Moy.
He started to slow down, then stopped due to the red light and continued to dance.
-Is it okay if I turn the windows down? Or would you rather listening to the music just between us?
-Yeah, no problem, Seb! Turn them down.
He nodded, then rolled down the windows so the whole world could hear the song playing in his vehicle. Sebastian continued to dance, then turned up the radio as the chorus began to play.
-Look what you've done, I'm a motherf***in' starboy! he sang with enthusiasm
He was adorable.
He knew all the words to this electronic song and we could see the passion he had while singing the lyrics. Singing was one of his ways to relax and take away his stress and the fact that he could do it with you made him happy.
The red light turned into a green light, which made him move forward and then turn his head. The lady in the car next to him, who was staring at him, frowned and looked away while your companion smiled at him and started driving faster as if nothing had happened.
-She judged you so hard, lol.
-Yeah, I know. She saw how well I was dancing. I'm super good when it turn out to dancing. I'm even excellent, I should say!
You put your eyes back on the road while hearing his soft laugh.
-Yeah, you're really good.
He smiled, not knowing if you were joking or telling the truth, but gave you a kiss on the cheek and continued driving, putting his eyes back on the road.
-I impress you every day, admit it.
-I admit it.
The song finally ended, leaving the rest of the roadtrip in an energetic and cheerful mood thanks to the singer. You waited a few seconds to find out which songs were going to come through the windows of Seb's car and smiled. Just a few notes of the music could make you guess that it was your favorite playing.
You started to smile then started to dance, which made your boyfriend smile at your reaction.
-THIS! THIS IS THE BOMB! SEBASTIAN MOY, LISTEN TO THIS MASTERPIECE!!
He huffed with laughter.
-Are you always like that while listening to this song?
You got excited with all the energy and joy you just got from the song that was playing.
-Yeah?!
He whispered, but loud enough for you to hear, and smiled at you:
-Hope you'll be as excited and happy when you'll hear our new song that me and the boys have created.
You nodded.
-Of course, yes.
He tried not to blush and smile. It made him happy to know how much you liked their songs that his group were doing. It made him smile every time.
-I am happy to hear that. I'll tell that to Oli. He loves knowing that kind of stuff.
Half the trip was done singing (screaming) to the songs, having fun and making you both smiling and laughing, telling you memories related to the playing songs in the music playlist, then dancing during the stops at red or yellow lights.
Obviously, the people at the lights judged you a little bit, but it didn't matter to you. You had fun, you felt infinite (not me taking a quote from the movie The Perks Of Being A Wallflower lol-) and you were powerful as if the rest of the world didn't exist.
-Shit! We're going to run out of gas for the car. I forgot to put some on last night.
You looked at the dial showing this information, then saw that he was right.
-How many kilometers do you have left? you asked
-40…? he sighed looking at you. I have enough left to go to the next gas station, surely. At least, I hope so.
-We can surely find a nearby one with the GPS.
He nodded and handed you his phone.
-Here, take mine.
You picked up his phone and saw his wallpaper: a photo of you, around a campfire, wearing his black hoodie. It was from about 3 days ago during your activity with your friends. You smiled. He had taken it secretly.
-What?
-Did you take this photo on the sly?
-Yeah? he said while tried to find where was the problem
-You are cute sometimes.
He smiled, without showing his teeth.
-Sometimes?
-Well, okay, all the time.
You entered his code, then went to maps to find out which gas station was closest to you.
-It says it's 15 kilometers from here. Next exit, you will turn right and then left, left again, right, you go straight, you turn right and then left. Then you will see the bank, that's where you have to go straight until you see a post office on the left, you'll have to turn right. If you turn left, we'll be lost. Then you go straight and we should be at the gas station.
He exclaimed:
-I will never remember that. You'll have to tell me the steps by steps, sorry.
You took his hand and nodded.
-I'm hungry. Do you think we can stop at a nearby fast food restaurant if we come across one? You know, we're not going to backtrack just to get food.. Might as well do it as we pass, right?
He laughed without opening his mouth, but keeping his smile, then looked in the mirror next to his window to check if it was okay for him to change lanes. He put on his turn signal and changed lanes when his eyes crossed several fast food restaurant on the next street.
-Yes why not? What do you want? There are several restaurants on this street. Do you know any good ones?
You said your desires and your preferences towards your cravings and saw him smile. Even though you had food in your bag, the food in this restaurant made your mouth water more.
-You know what's cool, babe?
-What?
-Your restaurant you just told me is right next to a bubba's stand. Do you want us to have some? You know, we're just passing by.. Might as well take some.. It would be crazy to avoid it.
You nodded. He loved bubble tea, just like you.
***
-$24.78, please. Do you want to add a tip?
Sebastian looked at the cashier and nodded.
-Yeah, put 20%.
The cashier added the new price and gave the card machine to your boyfriend.
He gave a slight thank you and put his card on the PayPass and heard the sound meaning the payment had been declined. He tried again another time, then heard the same sound. You saw him frown and sigh.
-I don't understand, it just worked at the other shop. Why isn't it working here?
Sebastian took another of his cards and smiled shyly at the cashier.
-This one should work. I put some money last night.
The same noise from earlier repeated itself. You tried not to laugh.
-What's the problem with these cards?!
He gave the boy in front of him an embarrassed smile and took a third card and tried again upon hearing the same sound.
You gave him your card in his hands without him knowing it was yours, and put him in front of the machine.
A sound of acceptance went through, leaving a smile on your boyfriend's face and a sense of relief. It was starting to take time.
-I swear, my cards are starting to piss me off, he said. They are always in trouble. I have to go to the bank as soon as possible.
He removed the card and stared at his card, frowning realizing it wasn't his. He turned his head slowly, then gave you a small smile, turning back to the young boy who looked like he hated his student job. The cashier closed his window as soon as the payment was finished while Seb began to roll to the next window to get the food and rolled up his window.
-Did you take your card to pay? asked your best friend
-Yeah, your cards didn't seem to work.. I swear Seb, yours are expired.
He rolled his eyes.
-First… They are not expired, they are just denied..
You chuckled.
-Denied since 2021, baby.
He let out a smile, then resumed speaking:
-Second, you know I like to spoil you. Don't take your money to pay. If my card wouldn't had been accepted, I obviously would have taken my money out of my wallet. I make the date, I pay. Am I your sugar daddy or not?
You nearly choked on your bubble tea and smiled shyly.
-Whoa, watch out! Don't choke!
You continued to cough and saw him put his hand on your back, while hearing his soft laugh.
-Hey, are you okay?
-Yeah, I just didn't expect you to say that.
He smirked, then glared at you.
-I didn't know those words had such an effect on you..
You didn't answer and saw him approaching you laughing.
You hid your face in your hands and turned your head.
-Are you shy ? he laughed. Babe, you don't have to be.
-I'm okay, Seb, it just surprised me. You're so predictable, but at the same time, no. I didn't know you were going to say that, that's all. It came out funny.
He kissed you on the cheek and smiled as he came closer and closer to me.
-But am I?
You frown in disbelief.
-I'm your sugar daddy, even if my cards are always denied, right?
You nodded and saw him smile as he kissed you all over your face.
The window finally opened to hand out the food we had ordered, leaving the cashier working there staring at us. I pushed Sebastian into his seat, which made him look to his left as he rolled down his window. He blushed, then took the bag as if he hadn't just been caught kissing his girlfriend in a very seductive way.
-Thanks..
He rolled up his window and drove back to the parking lot so you could eat your order while it was still warm.
-Do you think he saw us? he asked me
-It's certain. You should have seen his face!
You sighed.
-Random question. Does it hurt when you have to bend down so much to kiss me?
He shrugged.
-No. I feel nothing. I find it cute when people shorter than me.
He handed you a piece of his food and gave you a taste. You did the same and continued to eat your meal.
You finally arrived at the gas station to fill the car with gasoline. He got out of the car and started to put the pump in his car, while taking a dose of his vape that was in his pants pocket. It relaxed him to vape from time to time and it helped him manage his stress better. Sure, he had better ways to avoid the stress without vaping, but he respected you by not doing it in your house or in his car when you were around. He stroked his soft brown eyes into yours, then gave you a smile. Moy turned to watch the price increase rapidly based on the number of liters he put in his car. Finally finished feeding his car, he put the filler back in its appropriate place and gave you a little mouth enlargement upwards by opening the door of his car and taking one of his cards.
***
Sebastian's hand had been wandering around your thigh for a while. He glanced at you from time to time, smiling to make sure everything was fine, then gave you a wink that made you look away. He knew you were watching him.
-I have the impression that it's like at the beginning of our relationship, that you still have butterflies for simple gestures.
-Obviously, I do.
He gave you a smile.
-I'm glad to hear that, because I feel the same way about you.
He finally stopped, finally letting you discover the place you were waiting for so long, then turned towards you.
-We arrived!
You finally understood.
It was this place.
Sebastian took the blanket from the back of your seats and the white pillows that came from his bedroom. He made a small smile and gave you one.
-I had to take you here. I remember, when we were still teenagers, you said to me "one of my dreams would be to go look at the stars with my future partner or someone I appreciate." and… i thought i could do it with you.
-You remembered that? you asked
He frowned as if you had just asked the easiest question in the world.
-Yeah? I remember almost all the things you told me, when you were a teenager, that you wanted to achieve. I memorized them. Not you?
-I must had lost hope, because no.
-Well, today I will realize it!
You gave him back his exchange of shy little smiles. It reminded you of high school when you passed each other in the purple and greyish halls of your school, going to your different classes and not really knowing what to do other than saying "hi" and waving hands.
As you were going to go out and open the door, you saw him, scanning your figure and your hand, with a serious look.
-Don't even touch that handle, bubba. Do not even think about it.
You rolled your eyes smiling.
Gentleman.
He ran to his right car door and put his hand on the doorknob. Like in the movies and series, he gave you a flirty and attentive look by putting his left hand behind his back and offering you his right hand so that you can add yours in his.
-M'Lady?
You kissed him on the nose and placed your hand in his.
-A real gentleman we have there.
He smiled and closed the door before locking the car with his keys which he put in his pockets. He ran over to you and put the blanket on the floor. He put his pillow on the end of the big and wide red square of fabric and smiled as he patted the spot next to him for you to come sit next to him. You took a seat next to his body and listened to the sound of silence.
The silence of the stars.
You could hear him breathing and see him looking at you. You loved looking at the stars so much. It's always been a dream to do that with someone.
Okay, maybe not a dream since you almost forgot it, but you had for the last 4 or 5 years, the goal of going outside to look at the stars with someone important to you. And today, you could tick the box to say that it had just been done.
-Do you know how many stars are watching us right now? Sebastian asked tearing through the silence of the starry night.
You shrugged, ignoring the answer, but tried anyway.
-Probably a hundred thousand. I don't know.
You turned to him waiting for his confirmation, then saw him on his phone, looking for the answer.
You laugh.
-Are you really looking for the answer on Google?
He turned around and smiled.
-What? No! I'm looking at the time!
He laughed and turned around, letting see, thanks to the brightness of his phone, a soft and harmless smile on his face.
-Okay, you caught me… I wanted to impress you.
You kissed him on the forehead and sighed with joy.
There you were, under the stars, with your boyfriend, your best friend, your crush since you were 12, under the dark blue ceiling with spots of perfectly imperfect white dots.
-Y/N.
You felt his hand approach your cheek, very gently and slowly.
-Even though all the stars are shining tonight, you're still the brighter one in my eyes.
You rolled your eyes and saw him trying not to laugh.
-Sorry, that was too tempting. It was incredibly cheesy and awkward, sorry.
He moved closer to you and placed his lips on yours.
-But still..
You accepted the kiss and put your hands on his cheeks.
-You're too cute trying to do pickup lines.
-I'm trying to seduce you, what do you mean?
-You already did it.
He kissed you again, a kiss that lasted longer, a kiss filled with more passion than the first, a kiss that meant everything, but meant nothing at the same time, a kiss filled with love and tenderness.
He moaned softly into the kiss, which made you smile, and pulled away.
-You don't know how much I love your kisses, bubba.
-So do it again.
-You won't have to ask me twice.
You smiled at his comment and brought your lips back to his, his hands going to your hips, your hands going through his hair. The kiss lasted longer, was more tender and better than the last, but worse than the next. Your mouths parted, letting the silence of the night return for a few seconds.
-I don't want to do it here, he whispered. Nor in my car. We won't have enough room. Especially since it's a mess backwards. I did car talks with the boys, last week and the floor is a bit dirty..
-Me neither.
He smiled as if he were relieved and took your hand in his asking you softly:
-Do you want to go to my house? My parents aren't home, Oli is gone for the night with Nick and Alex and will probably be home very late. Mateo is at a sleepover with his best friend and won't be back until tomorrow morning. We have the house all to ourselves.
You looked into his eyes and stroked his cheek with your hand. You were about to answer when he cut you off.
-We don't have to, Y/N. I want you to feel comfortable at all times. Don't stress about it. We can watch a movie if you'd rather or-
You cut him off by kissing his lips and putting your hands around his neck, decorated with a gray chain, to strengthen the kiss. He accepted it and put his arms around your waist, crumpling the material of your t-shirt.
You smiled between the kiss and asked for access to his tongue which he accepted while groaning into the kiss as if asking for more.
The love in that kiss could very well be felt.
-Y/N..
He caressed your cheek and withdrew from the gap to catch some air. He got up and took your hand to get up, which you accepted. He smiled softly, unlocked the car, opened the trunk, then put your bag on his shoulders and picked up the blanket and the two pillows before putting them back in his vehicle.
He gave you your bag and closed the trunk.
-Let's finish this at my place, do you want to…?
Your lips clung to his like magnets and immediately withdrew.
-Yes. Let's go.
Hope you guys liked it!!
(i hope it wasn't too cringe or something like that? lol)

Victoria came back that afternoon with ice creams for Yuu, Grim and her.
She called them loudly from the lobby, saying that she had a good loot from Sam’s shop.
Both of them came quickly. The woman laid the different flavors of ice cream on the table (they were 500mL) and told them to choose one while she set up the TV on a cheesy movie.
While they were eating their ice cream -chocolate for Yuu, strawberry shortcake for Grim and banoffee cake for Victoria-, the older one asked. “What do you wanna do now ?”
Yuu was surprised. “Uh ? What do you mean ?”
Victoria ate her scoop. “Do you want to stay in school ? Do you want to go away to another school ? Do you want some time ? We can do what we want, I can cover the expenses.”
Yuu thought deeply for a few minutes. They had time, there was no rush.
Grim was the one who spoke first. “I want to stay here and be the best archmage in the world !”
Yuu said timidly. “I want to stay here, I just… need some time off. I am a little bit scared of going outside right now.”
Victoria nodded. “Understandable. Do you want to repair this old building with me ? It would occupy you  a little, you could learn a lot with me.”
Yuu nodded. “Yes, I would love to ! It seems very entertaining.”
Victoria laughed. “It is very interesting, we can also do little videos like dancing, doing jokes, giving advices… It would be fun.”
Yuu's eyes sparkled. “YES !”
Victoria thought. “How about we do an introduction video of ourself ? I already showed the dorm.”
And so, the evening was spent doing silly videos to occupy Yuu’s mind until the weekend where Victoria would begin the repairs. She posted everything on Giktok, with captions and cute music. She did one per person.
The videos were well received by the public, everyone gushing about how cute the almighty Grim was. The public were also stunned by Yuu’s smile and loved Victoria’s hair, since it was so long and jet black. Some people even asked her what her hair care routine was.
They had a few subscribers thanks to those videos.
When Friday afternoon came, the woman went to the store with her list of tools. Sam whistled. “Those are not in stock, you will need to go to the mall to get those…”
Victoria was dejected. “I don’t have a car, that’s going to be hard…”
Sam smiled. “You can ask them to deliver it to the dorm no worries. Say that you are here on my advice.”
Victoria thought hard while the man took care of customers. She could only imagine the ruckus it would cause to have Grim in the store. Unless…
“Sam, do you have those leashes linked to a cute backpack ?”
Sam smiled while looking her right in the eyes. “IN STOCK !”
Saturday came and Victoria gifted a tuna shaped backpack to Grim, innocently. She strapped Grim so he was secured inside and not having any trouble breathing. Then.. *click*
Grim yelled. “WHY DID YOU PUT A LEASH ON ME???”
Victoria reassured him. “It is so kidnappers won’t try to take you away. Imagine the almighty Grim not being able to attend NRC because of some fool.”
Her sentence immediately calmed the cat. “Ok… But !”
Victoria caressed Grim’s head. “I promise you will have premium tuna after this, But for the moment endure it please.”
Grim mumbled that it was unfair buuut for tuna ?
Victoria prepared her own backpack with her money, her phone, some snacks and water in case they were hungry.
Once they were done packing, they took the bus to the city and went to the mall.
Grim was astonished. “It’s… So… BIG !!”
Even Victoria and Yuu were flabbergasted. Victoria said “Indeed, I wasn’t expecting this on such a small island.”
Once they were in the building, Grim wanted to see everything. And by everything, I mean EVERYTHING. He wanted to go into every shop, trying clothes, grabbing toys, looking at books… Victoria had to pull the leash multiple times while Yuu was laughing at how hard the woman tried to control the fur demon.
And oh boy, in the hardware section of the store was another story. Grim AND Yuu wanted to play with everything.
Victoria had to say multiple times. “Noooo it is dangerous !”, “Do not touch that !”, “This is a saw !! Do not even think about it !!”
Victoria suddenly had respect for all the parents in the world.
She grabbed a little bit of everything they needed, nails, hammer, paints, sanding paper, tapes, glues… Then came the moment where she needed to ship everything to the dorm. While she was finishing the paperwork, she had given the leash to Yuu. But when Grim proposed to play hooky, Yuu said ‘Yes of course ! Let’s wander in this danger zone!’, from what Victoria deduced since she lost them.
She searched the entire store frantically. How could she lose her babies ? Was she a bad mom ? Was she not fun to be around ?
All those questions plagued her mind until an announcement was made.
“*Tudumdu* The young Grim and Yuu are waiting for their mother at the reception. I repeat Grim and Yuu are waiting for their mother at the reception.”
Victoria ran like a mad woman to the welcome desk. Her heart was beating so hard in her chest. What if they were hurt ?
When she arrived, she found them crying every tear in their body. From what she understood when she checked every aspect of their body, they came to the realization that maybe they would have to live alone in the store forever without her and someone found them bawling their eyes out in the middle of the paint aisle.
The woman  at the desk looked at her weirdly. Victoria was particularly well conserved for her woman her age and it brought many questions in the poor lady mind. Before she could ask anything, Victoria said “I got both of them from a teen pregnancy.”
The welcome lady was clearly having a brain freeze after that. Both of them ? Did she infanted a demon too ??
Once Victoria was assured that they were in one piece and healthy, they got to the general store to get some food.
When Grim was in front of the tuna section, he was in Heaven. “Oh ! I wanna try this one ! And this one ! Oh no, this one !!”
Victoria laughed. “You can only take five. Choose wisely.”
The demon exclaimed. “Five ? Yippee !!”
Victoria turned to face Yuu. “You can take some candies or chocolate too, Baby.”
The Child was in deep thought. Victoria asked “Are you alright ?”
They answered. “I was just thinking that it was odd for us to be this dear for each other when we only know each other for one week.”
Victoria paused. “… Those who are lost tends to stick to each others.”

Ghosts, Goblins, and Good-for-Nothings
i was intending to keep my tumblr for requests alone but please enjoy this halloween drabble in the spirit of spooky season! 🎃🖤
Notes: fem reader, 2nd person pov, language, mentions of street harassment
Halloween is on a Monday this year. It’s not great for trick-or-treaters—never is on a school night—but for every other enthused fan of the holiday? This means three days of non-stop festivities.
Saturday in its entirety is booked to the brim with plans for pumpkin carving, hayrides, costume contests and, later in the night, throwing back October 31st-themed shots 'til you puke orange and purple sparkles.
Sunday morning is for recovery and what Leo dubbed Boo-zy Brunch in the group chat. Pumpkin Pancakes, Candy Corn Crêpes, Witch’s Brew (re: coffee), AHH-vocado Ghost, and Devilled Eggs are all on the revamped menu at Pepe’s for the season—and how could you possibly do without a few Bloody Marys? (The words come from Mikey because you can fair just fine without that tomato juice concoction monstrosity. And, come to think of it, you’ll probably be so hungover the mere smell of alcohol will be enough to deter you regardless of the potion it comes mixed in.)
Sunday afternoon is reserved for horror movie marathoning and engorging on the candy meant for some infant-sized ghosts, goblins, and ghouls ringing your doorbell the following evening, which is a dangerous game because they promise tricks without the tempting of treats.
These plans had been months in the making and you couldn’t have been looking forward to it more. Still, this left you with a vacant slot on Friday night. The spot blinked at you on your calendar mockingly, like a neon sign on its last leg. How could you not have plans with anyone else?
In hindsight, you probably should have begun asking around a little earlier than the day of. You love the Mad Dogs—obviously—but two back-to-back days are probably about all the celebrations you can manage.
You send out a few texts after class and plan to try some more on your commute home.
Nothing of the sort transpires.
You end up walking through your front door sort of dazed and out of it, lost somewhere inside yourself.
You’re not sure how much time passes where you sit motionless on your couch, feeling just as trapped as you did on the subway fifteen minutes ago. Eventually, you get up to change clothes. You fish out your favourite seasonal crewneck from a bottom drawer. It’s soft and comforting and it has the words Halloweentown University plastered across it with an outline of the famed pumpkin at the centre. It’s your best attempt at saving face, if only for yourself.
You peel out of stiff jeans next and replace them with plaid sleep shorts. It’s not the most cohesive outfit—especially not with a full face of makeup and all your jewelry still on from the day—but it makes you feel better than you did before so you leave it on.
Your feet shuffle slowly, numbly, one foot in front of the other until you reach your living room couch again and smooth your fingers over your phone screen absently. It’s already dark out with only one sliver of teal haloing the horizon. You mull over sending out another text.
If you’re being honest with yourself, there’s only one person you really want to see. It’s becoming more and more of a regular occurrence and you try not to beat yourself up over it too much. He’s good at making people laugh and you like to laugh.
The odds of him being free this short notice are slim but you shoot him a message anyway and stare off into space until his response comes.
Miraculously, he thinks an early movie marathon at your place is an awesome idea and asks if you’ve already eaten. You lie and he tells you great, he’ll just bring snacks then.
Somehow, that little text bubble makes it easier to breathe (and think and move) and you get up to toss a bag of popcorn in the microwave. You wonder if he’ll beat the timer.
Leo, never one to lose a challenge, indeed proves successful. His circle of cerulean light appears just six seconds before your microwave bellows at you.
You're pouring the bag out into a large bowl as you greet him in the most uplifting manner you can muster. You fall into light, engaged conversation—mostly about the snacks he opted to bring—and, before long, the two of you end up buried alive in wrappers, Cheeto dust, and popcorn kernels.
You try to keep concentration on the TV screen, you do. Leo's laughing and making comments that you would find downright hysterical—possibly some of his best material yet—if you had it in you to listen, but your mind continues to derail, veer off course, sink into terribly murky waters below.
You’re drowning by the time he pulls you up to surface.
The screen is paused and you have to focus on it for a few seconds to remember you’re supposed to be enthralled in the campy 80s thriller he picked out. Leo’s eyes are trailed on you, like he’s gathering all the info he can just by sizing you up.
“Sorry, what?” you have to ask.
Leo’s brows knit further. “I asked what was wrong. You seem… I dunno, distracted.”
He’s right. You hadn’t even noticed him grab the remote to pause the film, forget trying to recount any of the plot.
He’s been observing you for the last little while—the way you seem so far away.
Hollow stares don’t suit you.
You shrink a little. “No. Sorry. I’m good. Just, uh… It was a long day, you know?”
He throws an arm around the back of the couch and angles his body more openly toward you. A silent invite.
You sit there in the dark for a long moment. The silver glow reflecting off the colour of his skin makes for something supernaturally beautiful but this observation is merely a form of stalling.
A small, defeated breath wilts your posture. “Some guy kept taking pictures of me on the subway today and, honestly, I’ve just been kind of mentally fucked by it. It’s so stupid but I can’t stop thinking about it.”
“He did what?”
You have to fixate your gaze on one of the empty bowls on your coffee table to keep your face from twisting, but the tears are already forming and they don’t yield for anyone.
April is tougher and more resilient than you—you know this—but you kind of take pride in coming in a close second. You’re loud about injustice and rant and rave about pet peeves all the time. Mostly for comedic purposes, sure, but you like to think you’ve got a backbone built from the same stuff as hers. A similar brand of gall that has the two of you teaming up to fight… whatever it is that needs to be fought, really. Suddenly, you wonder, not without a payload of shame, if maybe April’s been doing most of the heavy lifting this whole time.
“I should’ve put my hand around his neck and told him to delete them but I just sat there like an idiot until it was time for me to get off."
You can feel the mascara and eyeliner getting into your eyes and it makes all of this a lot more uncomfortable. Though, still not quite as uncomfortable as you felt today so you decide this is fine.
Your fingers reach high to tug at the elastic holding your half-up bun in place, if only to give yourself something to do.
You don’t get to fuss a ton before Leo’s wrapping you up in a hug. “Don’t call yourself that."
You blink slowly and heave a shattered sigh into his shoulder.
“That’s messed up,” he continues. “And if you can paint me a portrait, I’ll hunt that creepo down and kick his ass.”
“I wish I’d done something,” you mumble.
He pulls back and doesn’t say anything for a long moment, sort of like he’s weighing the words in his mind. “That’s not... your responsibility. You don’t have to manage the shitty things people do to you.”
You're not anticipating that out of him but, weirdly, it's what you need to hear. You nod, unexpectedly entranced by all this.
“Don’t worry about him, okay? Donnie’s insane with this kind of stuff. He’s got facial recognition tech better than the CIA's and he can tap into any electronic device in the state, probably the country. He'll track the phone and wipe it clean in under an hour without even moving from that stupid-comfortable gaming chair he never lets any of us sit in.” His voice goes sort of bitter at the tail end there and it makes you giggle.
Leo smiles at you.
“C’mere.” And then he’s hauling you in close, incentivizing you to lie down with him, willing some of that tension out of your shivering frame. (You hadn't realized you were shaking so badly until his palms came up to rub warmth up and down the length of your arms.)
You stay there for a little while as Leo starts the movie back up. Neither of you is really watching but that’s okay. You feel better knowing justice is afoot, even if that makes you some vindictive low-road traveller.
“I wish I could go everywhere with you. Be your little bodyguard.”
You snicker. “You just want to wear aviators and an earpiece.”
“Come on…!” Leo whines. “I’d look so cool! And you’d get 24/7 personalized security. All I’m seein’ are wins here.”
You hum. “I’m inclined to agree, Nardo.” There’s a space of silence where you have to keep from replaying the incident in your mind per Leo’s request. (He told you not to worry and you intend to follow through on that.) He must sense your labours, though, because he goes on with his scenario.
“Eh, scuze me, Mr. Sleazy Scumbag, sir, no flash photography,” he proclaims, voice getting somehow more nasally than usual. “I know it’s hard to resist capturing such model-like energy but I’ll have to ask you to exercise some self-restraint.”
You put on your best manly impression, voice descending somewhere that is comically deep and husky. “Uh, I’m trying to exercise my personal liberties, here, my dude. It’s my constitutional right—nay, my duty—on this earth to harass women and be a colossal piece of shit.”
“Sir, I won’t ask you again.”
“Oh yeah? What are you gonna do about it, tough guy?”
You’re not sure what kind of response you’re expecting but it is nowhere near one that includes being tackled to the floor and pinned down in an ambush taking the form of hellish tickles. You laugh and squirm, only marginally resentful over how easily this boy manages to lift your spirits.
He shows you mercy quickly enough, declaring, “See, I don’t even have to use violence to take down my opponents. God, I’m good.” And then he’s leaning down, whispering secretively to you: “But I wouldn’t be nearly as friendly with that clown. Trust me.”
“I do,” you tell him, and Leo has to hide the surprised elation that glosses over his face.
You grin and grab for his cheeks with your palms. “You’re so important to me.”
For someone who talks all the time, it's unbelievable that he can’t find the right words to reply. In lieu of anything verbal, a chaste peck finds its way to your forehead. (Well, it’s not like that isn’t a welcome response.)
“I should go wash my face,” you shrug sheepishly from under him. “Bet I look like a raccoon right now.” (You might have to play the lottery if it turns out your undoubtedly smudged makeup has somehow slid itself back into place.)
“Prettiest raccoon I’ve ever seen.”
“You’re sweet.”
Leo pauses the TV once again as he waits for you and the screen goes into sleep mode, transposing stock images of landscapes he’s finding it difficult to trust are real places that exist.
In this lapse, he takes the opportunity to look around. Tiny pumpkin fairy lights are strung up along the cupboards in your kitchen. Next to him, the napkins are patterned with ghosts and bats. Your bowls are colour-coordinated. The one harbouring the Doritos he brought is forest green, sporting the cartoony face of Frankenstein’s monster. There’s another with Dracula and a third violet one that doesn’t at all fit in with the others. There's just some random, unknown witch on it. Leo’s bottom lip juts out disappointedly.
A platter of chocolate-covered pretzels sits off to the side of your small table and Leo helps himself to one. And then another and a few more, until he ends up unveiling the eyeball motif on the ceramic. There are scarecrows on the matching one on the other side of the table, that one brandishing the fluffiest sugar cookies he’s ever tasted.
You’ve got werewolf coasters and pumpkin pillows and, upon further inspection, Leo finds that even your throw blanket is littered with dancing skeletons. He grins. It’s just so like you.
And then, while you’re still in the bathroom, he sends out a few texts.
***
You’re at the lair bright and early on Saturday morning and you come bearing orange-frosted cupcakes and pumpkin-spiced lattes. The turtles and April cheer in unison when they spot your goodies. It doesn't take very long at all before you're learning they’ve got surprises of their own.
The first is impossible to miss; the Hamato home is thoroughly decked out in Halloween memorabilia, including a few extravagant displays that look like they belong in the annual fun fair’s haunted house (an event that was, at the last minute, added to tomorrow’s evening agenda).
“Guys!” you squeal excitedly, taking it all in. “The lair looks incredible!”
You’re, like, fully hopping from one foot to the other, bouncing on the tips of your toes, and Leo could not find it more adorable.
Donnie outs his brother almost immediately. “It was Leo’s idea.”
Mikey’s parading around the kitchen with oven mitts on. “We’re baking pumpkin bread too!”
“Also Leo’s idea!” Donnie interjects, sliding his way over.
“And we managed to swap tickets for the forest hay ride,” April announces buoyantly from her seat, picking at the bowl of kettle corn in the centre of the table. You’d tried for those tickets initially but they’d been completely sold out so you’d had to settle for the farm route instead.
You’re about to ask how they managed to swing that when:
“Leo was on the phone with them for over an hour…” Donnie volunteers.
Raph, who’s sitting on the floor hunched over a pumpkin and getting a head start on carving offers yet another headline of terrific news: “Oh! And we’re VIP tonight. Drinks are free and we get to judge the costume contest.”
Leo’s hand wraps its way over Donnie’s mouth before the boy can so much as inhale. “I think she gets it,” he bites out through gritted teeth.
Even behind Leo’s hand-muzzle, Donnie looks entirely too smug.
Raph and April glance at you, grinning from ear to ear. Judging by this reaction, you’d say your expression has to be somewhere between awed and flabbergasted.
You don’t know what to say.
April helps you out. “Donnie’s being annoying about it but, yeah, Leo really does deserve all the credit for this.”
You watch Leo’s head turn mechanically in her direction, the stiffest grin etched into his face. It takes everything in you not to laugh. It’s strange, though. Leo’s the type to seek credit even where it’s not due so this feels suspiciously out of character.
“Oh, Leonardo…” you singsong jubilantly. “Might I have a word?”
His gaze whips up at you and he nods, shyer than you know him to be.
“Don’t take too long!” Mikey calls, removing the pan from the oven as you branch off to another room. “It’s better when it’s still warm!”
You end up in the projector room near the pile of pumpkins you’re set to carve today. Leo sucks in a pitted breath but you start before he can.
“I don’t even know how to thank you. You didn’t have to do all this.”
Leo’s shoulders come up to his jaw and fall back down slowly. “I wanted to make up for what happened. And I know you love Halloween so…”
“That’s insanely thoughtful, Leo. Thank you.”
“Oh, and I made sure Donnie caught the guy. Saw the pictures with my own two eyeballers. They were gorgeous, by the way, as always, but they have been eradicated from that perv's cellular device along with his entire camera roll and every password, contact, song, and app." He gives you a little bow. Theatrics are always in full bloom with him. It makes you smile. "We also may have leaked his bank information online but that's because Donnie's cynical and I have no self-control.”
“How am I supposed to return this kind of favour, huh? I’m gonna be buying you pizza for the rest of my life.”
Leo waves you off before picking up a pumpkin. You do the same, mostly to give yourself something to fidget with.
“You could… uh, go on a date with me instead. Like a… yeah, a date.”
Your head tilts to the side. You’ve always felt there might be something more between the two of you but you weren’t confident either of you would ever act on it. It’s hard to tell if he’s being sincere now.
You venture an answer: “One measly date in exchange for a whole weekend of fun? You’re not making this a very tough decision.”
Leo smirks at you, lip caught by his teeth. “Then say yes.”
“Yes. On one condition.”
“Anything.”
“I get to plan it. You’ve done so much, let me take this one.”
Leo slumps in relief and nods at you, eyes filled with stars. You giggle and tap your pumpkin to his, an extra pep in your step as you start off on a walk back to the others.
The rest of the weekend might just be the greatest of, like, your whole freaking life. It’s impossibly fun and chaotic, and you go home each night with your cheeks hurting from smiling so wide and your throat raw from laughter.
Everything is wonderfully spooky and delightfully festive and, come Monday night, you and Leo spend a rooftop dinner on a decorative picnic blanket mottled with broomsticks and pointy hats. You laugh and chat and cling wine glasses together, watching the sun go down and the streets below fill with costumes. Later, you’ll hand out candy and watch family-friendly classics but, for now, you dither in the wind and kiss underneath the stars.

This Isn't A Joke
Part 31 of On The Inside With Elizabeth Olsen
Word Count: ~6.2K
masterlist
Y/N POV
Saturday, July 31st, 2021
I fiddle with the ring on my finger and only have one person going through my mind.
"Y/N, you ready?"
I have all three members of Milo Greene standing in front of me. Robbie noticing my state puts an arm around me and starts calming me down.
While I appreciate it.
I wish Liz was here right now.
Since the date, it's been nothing but wonderful between us. A few days after that night, she had to fly back to New York for the twins' birthday and for her Hot One's interview, which coincidentally was filmed on my birthday, June 14th. So yes, along with that, my birthday came and went. I'm 25 now. She wanted me to come with her but I wasn't ready to go back to NY.
Oh! Liz did indeed get nominated for an Emmy for WandaVision! She was actually at her old house in the garden when the news broke!
Let's see... Liz and I were texting and calling every day. We even hung out and went on a few more dates. And aside from the make-outs, kisses, and sleepovers, nothing else has happened. In fact, I think I'm ready to do it. To tell her those specific words. To take that next step with her in whatever we are.
I promise her.
But right now, she isn't here, and I haven't talked to her in a couple of days. This isn't a joke.
She thinks I skipped town again, and according to Aubrey, she's scarier and hurt more than Wanda, which after catching up with the MCU, makes me feel worse than I already am. But tonight, I'll see her again.
Tonight she, along with everyone important to us, is here.
Because tonight Milo Greene is holding a reunion show at a small venue here in LA. What everyone but Liz knows is that I will also be performing.
Before you ask, I'll tell you. Since Robbie and I started working together, we've talked about doing something small together, but once Marlana got a hold of me, she convinced the guys to celebrate Robbie's sobriety and my own success with a show. So with two months of planning and money out of our own pockets tonight, everyone in attendance will be experiencing - INSIDE: A Life Performance
"You good?"
I look up to my bearded friend. Since when did we get this room? The green room? I look around before finding my eyes on Robbie again. I nod as he asks me the same question again. "I'm good. Just-" "Nervous?" "Scared.. About it all."
Robbie sniffs his nose and sits down next to me. "I get it. But after the night is done, you'll have given it your all. That's what's important." I nod along. "You're not doing it alone either. I'll be there." He nudges me and laughs. "Until you get rid of me at the end of the night." I laugh and shove Robbie. "Oh please, you're harder to get rid of than you think."
I lean into Robbie. "Thank you again." Robbie laughs before standing up. "Thank you, Y/N. Now let's kill it, huh?"
Here we go.

Friday, June 5th, 2021
Y/N POV
It's now 5 pm on Friday. It's been two days since working with Robbie, and I've just been relaxing and enjoying my days. I explored LA a little bit. Kept up on my running and have just been waiting for tonight.
Liz didn't give me a dress code, but I decided to dress comfortably.
I felt my phone buzz in my hand and looked down.
Aubrey 🔪
She just left Be sure to practice safe sex 😉
Jesus Christ.
Liz POV
I'm stopped at another red light again. And it's late afternoon in Los Angeles, so of course, there's traffic. I'd be so annoyed if I weren't so nervous.
It's the first time Y/N and I are going to be alone since New York. And it's the first time I'm seeing her since the airport.
The very same day where I told her that I still loved her.
And if that wasn't enough. She actually doesn't hate me. She wants to see me. She still wants to be with me. She wants us to work. Maybe not right away but in the future. So yeah, my nerves are on one right now.
I want tonight to be perfect.
I glance at my phone as I arrive closer to my destination. I'm still a couple of minutes out. I rhythmically dance my fingers along the steering wheel as I try my best to focus on the pop song playing through my radio.
After turning a handful of more times and entering a condo complex, I see that I'm 500 feet away. I begin to breathe in and out as I look for Y/N.
And then I see her.
Standing on the curb, rocking back and forth on her feet. Phone in one hand while the other picks at her skin. As I slow the car down in front of her, I take in... Well her. And thanks to the summer sun still shining, I can. She has her beautiful hair down. She's wearing a long sleeve oversized cream-colored button-up tucked into her high-waisted blue jeans. And, of course, she's wearing her classic Vans. With a quick look, I see a couple of undone buttons, clearly showing me that she's wearing a necklace I've never seen her wear. Hmm.
Regardless she's stunning, and hopefully, sometime soon, I can call her mine again. I would've kept gawking at her, but I'm broken out of my gaze thanks to my phone.
"Is this you?"
I look to my right to see Y/N on her phone. I smile before opening my car door.
Here we go.
Y/N POV
I fiddle with the pendant hanging down my neck. It's one of the only things I can do right now to stop my hands from shaking.
I eventually do let go and guide my hands to my phone. Opening and closing my text messages with Liz again. God. Is this right? Don't get me wrong, I'm excited for tonight, but I'm scared and beyond nervous. I'm anxious for every reason you can think of, but I'm scared because... I don't want to let my love be known all for it not to work out.
I shake my head and let my feet rock me while my hands work themselves down in front of me. One hand gripping my phone, the other picking at the top of my hand.
My eyes become focused as the sound of a car starts slowing down in front of me. The windows are blacked out, so I don't know if it's my L- Liz. Just Liz. The car stops and sits idle. Okay... I pick up my phone and send a text to Liz, hoping that this is her and not a murderer.
"Is this you?"
I send the text and wait. I see three dots pop up before I hear the sound of the car door opening and closing. I look up; instead of the eyes of a murderer, it's those green eyes of the woman, I fell hard for.
Elizabeth Olsen.
Liz.
"It's me!" She says as she runs around the side of her Prius. I put my phone in my pocket, knowing I'm safe, and step off the curb as the green eyes woman runs up to me. She looks lovely. Going down from her brunette hair, I see her lips are painted with a dark red. Scarlet maybe? Hmm. As my eyes move down, I see a bright summer dress that naturally curves and flows down her body. It's look expensive and soft. Knowing her and her sisters, it could be from the thrift store or a place I've never heard of. As I gaze down her, she's wearing white flats, almost in contrast to my black Vans. Aside from that, she's wearing a smile.
Too cheesy?
Before I know it, her arms are wrapped around me, pulling me into a hug. I let my nerves exit through my nose as I breathe in, Liz. How does she smell so wonderful all the time? It's heavenly.
She's heavenly.
"Sorry, I should've asked or-" I shake my head at her. "Hey." Liz looks up at me. I can see through her eyes that, like me, she has doubts and fears about tonight. "It's okay." Liz's face goes soft. "Liz. Let's just get this out of the way now." I take a second. "I feel safe in speaking for the two of us when I say that we're both excited and anxious for what tonight means for us. But I say we let those thoughts go and just enjoy ourselves. Let's get lost and think of this as a soft reboot for us. And.."
I watch the smile slowly morph onto the brunette's face, which makes what I'm about to say difficult. "And. I don't want tonight to be mistaken for be being ready. I'm not." There goes her smile. "But tonight will help." I know what giving her a little reassurance will mean. Whether I just lied or not will remain to be seen. "Okay?" I ask due to the Liz's now being unreadable. "It's still a date," I say with a smile.
Liz POV
I know she's not ready.
Does she think that I think she's ready? Oh, God. Does she think I'm pressuring her? Am I? Fuck what was I thinking? I want to leave and cancel everything I had planned. Shit. The more I think about the plans for tonight, maybe I was thinking she's ready. I do want her back. I do. I do.
"It's still a date."
Those words pull me from my mind. "What?" I ask, making sure I heard Y/N right. She just looks at me and smiles. "It's still a date. Tonight you and I. I want us to have fun with whatever you have planned."
How did she know?
A wave of relief washed over me as Y/N moves closer to me before brushes her fingers through my hair. Stopping to move some loose strands. But her face looks like she is struggling now. I furrow my brows as she looks to me. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said anything. I just wanted you to know, and I thought by telling you it would make things easier tonight. Trust me, Liz; I do want to be with you. It's just I know I'm not-"
I stop her ramblings by jumping up and placing my lips onto hers. The kiss meant to last a few seconds last longer thanks to Y/N placing her soft hands on my hips. Pulling me into her before our lips part.
I take in the sight before me and let a smile get drawn on my face as Y/N's does the same. "Thank you for telling me," I say into the space between us. "Don't apologize for ever telling me how you feel, Y/N. I want to know these things." Now it's my turn to move hair from her face. "We're going at your pace. Okay? Your speed Y/N Y/L/N." A blush spread across her cute face. "Okay." She whispers. "Thank you," Y/N says as she bends down and buries her head into the crook of my neck. "Thank you for giving me this chance again." Y/N lifts herself up and away from me. "I'm happy we ran into each other at the airport."
With a crooked smile, Y/N replies, "me too."
Taking her hand into mine, I walk her back to my car. "I didn't know you drove a Prius?" I look back at her. "What were you expecting?" She shrugs. "I don't know, but this makes sense." I roll my eyes and laugh as I open the passenger door for her.
"Come on." With a pull of my hand, Y/N thanks me before her cute butt meets the seat. I make sure her legs are in the car before shutting the door.
We're doing this.
I make my way around the car and back to my side, sliding in and closing the door. I turn to my left to see Y/N already looking at me. I smile as I reach into the back for something. And once it's in my hand, I bring it down onto Y/N's lap.
"What's this?"
"Take a look." I pull my seatbelt on and make sure my coffee girl's is on as well before pulling up the directions to the restaurant for tonight. "Oh my Gosh!" I again turn to my left to see what Y/N is pointing to on the cover.
It's latest release of the People Magazine issue with my interview. While I myself am not on the cover, they did make sure to put a tease for me on there. "Did you get this for me?" Y/N asks, seemingly a little confused. I nod my head. "You told me you'd want to read it, and I figured maybe you could do that while I drive us," I answer it and look away a little sheepishly before I feel the comfort of a hand on my thigh.
Oh, and my stomach just did a flip.
"Thank you. I can't wait." I turn to see a toothy grin. "Also, does this mean you went out today and bought a magazine about you?" I fake scoff. "It's not about me! I'm just in it." Y/N laughs as I go to out the car in drive before stopping myself.
"Y/N?"
"Yes?"
"Before we continue with our date, is it okay that I kissed you before?" Y/N's smile doesn't waiver at all. "Yes. My pace is very much okay with that." I shoot a smile to her. "Good." And just like that, I lean over a place a quick peck onto her lips before finally getting this date underway.
Y/N POV
Twice.
It happened twice.
If this keeps up, by the end of tonight, I will have a girlfriend again.
But I can't let that happen. I'd be too soon, right? I mean, am I ready? What do you think? Who am I talking to? Me? I mean-
"Well, go on. We got a drive ahead of us." I turn to my left and let my thoughts crumble as I listen to what Liz is saying to me. "I want to know what you think." About?
Oh, the interview!
I nod and let the sunlight shine down on us as I begin to flip through, looking for the story of the month.
_
"Who's Geneva?" I hear a slight chuckle come from the only other person in the car. "She's this teen I met at the airport in New York. She came up to me while I was waiting for my flight and did the basic I love you so much and can I get a picture which was sweet. But then she told me how bad she felt for the two of us to get exposed in the manner that we did but how that moment led to her and people like her discovering that I wasn't so different from them." Liz takes a breath and clears her throat. "So that interaction led to what you're reading now." I nod along to her words and feel my face become warm as I am reminded of how much care Liz puts into her words. She speaks of Geneva as if she was a friend and not a random person she met.
"Well, I guess I should thank her too, then," I say as I return to the interview.
"Okay, do you really think you'll get an Emmy, or were you being modest?" I tease. Liz just laughs and turns to see my face before putting her eyes back on the road. "No, I really can't see myself getting nominated or let alone winning. Do I put my soul into everything I do? Yes. But I don't know. I don't see it happening."
"Well, I still have only seen up to the first Avengers." I hear a little hmm escape from the Olsen's mouth. "Maybe that'll change soon," I add on, which leaves the actress smiling next to me.
As I keep reading down the interview, I laugh at some heartfelt moments, like Liz trying to name all the infinity stones or her naming all of her favorite fruits. But then I see my full government name get brought up.
And this close person to you was Y/N Y/L/N is that correct?
"Yes."
Who were they to you?
"They were my- my uh- girlfriend. Yes. They were my girlfriend. That kinda feels like a relief to say out loud. We had been dating for about a month prior, and Harper-" Elizabeth takes a second before leaning in.
Had it only been a month?
I briefly look over to the woman driving. She's lost in the song playing through the radio. Her head swaying back and forth. Her sharp jaw moving as she mumbles the words to the song.
A month with this woman felt like six. But I guess when it's love, it's love. Besides, what's the saying? Time flies when you're having fun.
"I'd like to take this time to address certain people." Elizabeth is given the green light. "I know this may seem like such an impossible task to some out there, but who I choose to surround myself with or who I choose to love is not up for public debate. It is not healthy or kind to criticize them. If you love me, you should love them as well. The day the news broke, Y/N Y/L/N had disgusted, and horrible things said about them. Things I could not protect them from. It hurt me to see someone who gives off such a strong presence crumble under the words and actions of horrific people."
I swallow the lumps that's built up as my eyes scan the words. It doesn't help that I'm thinking about her turning to me and, in her way, trying to protect me.
I shake my head and focus myself back on the magazine. Not realizing that I have a pair of eyes glancing at me.
Liz POV
We may not have been together long, but when we were, I was quick to pick up on her mannerisms. She thinks I don't see her glossy eyes, but I do. I may be driving, but I'm not blind.
She's nearing the end of the interview now, and I want to know her thoughts.
_
She finished it. She just closed the magazine and is now turning to me- "I liked what you said at the end." At the end? "Which is?" I ask simply due to me not remembering.
"I want everyone that reads this to know that it's never too late for anyone." Y/N stops and places her hand on my thigh. "It's sweet." I blush at her words. "Thank you." Minutes of silence fall upon us before I softly speak up. "Did you like it all?" "Of course! Thank you for giving me a heads up, and thank you for not letting me or my name get crazy involved." Y/N laughs to herself, but I reach down and give her hand a reassuring squeeze. Her eyes shine in the sunlight.
"So I didn't even ask earlier, but where exactly are we going?" I turn to her knowing we're not only twenty out. "You'll see."
_
"Okay, keep your eyes closed!" "Okay, I will. I will just come on, Liz!" Y/N whines, forcing me to laugh as I exit the car running around to her side.
"Alright, and open!" I do my best to block the sunlight coming down so when Y/N opens her eyes, so she's not immediately blasted. It seems to work, as she's now blinking and focusing her eyes to the building in front of us.
"Mari's?" Y/N questions the giant word on the building, turning her head to me as I reply with a nod. "You've never been here, right?" I ask just to be safe. "Correct." I squeal and grab Y/N's hand, pulling her to the entrance. "Wait, Liz!" I quickly turn around. "I don't think they're open." I furrow my brows as Y/N points out the lack of cars in the lot and the fact that the lights are quite literally off on the inside.
"They're open," I reassure her as I hold up a set of keys. A shocked look forms on Y/N's, making me smile. With a turn and click of the lock, I swing open the door and allow Y/N to enter first. "Liz, is this yours?" She asks in amazement, looking open at the giant ceiling. I stopped at the entrance, waiting until..right.. now!
Y/N finally bumps into the only table in the whole restaurant. I watch as she looks down, confused, until I flip the switches turning on all the lights in the place. Some string-some classic, but it's all beautiful. Y/N quickly turns around to face me as I slowly walk up to her. "You did this?"
"With some help."
Y/N turns back to the white-clothed table. "Wow." I hear her whisper. "Come here." I motion for her to sit in the chair I pulled out for her. She shoots me a grin and makes sure to flaunt her ass to me before taking her seat. I slowly come around the table, only stopping in the middle to light the candle in the center.
Y/N POV
"You amaze me."
Oops, I let an inside thought slip out.
Liz shoots me a smile across from me and makes a grabby hand, which I give in, and the touch of her fingers once again makes a strike of lighting course through my body. Liz goes to say something, but before she can, a train of people exit from where I believe is the kitchen. "Miss Olsen! Thank you so kindly for tonight's event. My team and I are thrilled to assist you and your friend her in any way possible." The man speaking shows his thanks and gestures for his team to follow suit. I'm a little thrown for a loop here but watching the kind face Liz has makes me curious for the rest of tonight.
_
It's a little weird to make small talk over a romantic dinner with your celebrity ex, but here we are.
I've discovered that a close friend of Liz's owns this restaurant. The name Mari's is named after the national flower of Cuba. The Mariposa.
And if that doesn't clue you in on the restaurant's food, well, I'll tell you. It's Cuban. When I asked Liz why out of all places, she chose here tonight. She said to me because she had the connections to make tonight extra special, it's close to the beach, and she was craving it. So naturally, it made me smile.
Appetizers or starters have come and gone. Liz is still on her first glass of red while I'm on my second. Don't worry; waters are here as well.
"Miss Olsen." The same man from earlier stands outside the kitchen doors and gestures for Liz to follow her. She nods back to the man before turning to me. "Y/N?" Liz sets her wine glass down and places her napkin down. "Yes?"
"Do you remember our first two days together?"
I lean back into the chair and think even though I could never forget. "Of course." Liz nods. "Over dinner, we talked and learned about each other—kind of like now. We had red wine. Like tonight. But the next morning, do you remember what I did for you?" I go through the memories of that morning. Waking up to Liz's angelic laugh. Her cute butt. Breakfast in bed. Her amazing waffles. Is that the answer?
"You cooked for me?" Liz stands up and comes around to me. "That's right. Now come on."
Come on?? I look up at her, confused but take her hand. Trusting her.
_
The team of people that were here earlier are not around anymore. It's just Liz and me alone in the kitchen. "Now put this on." Liz hands me a white apron. That's when I catch Liz's eyes ogling my body. This isn't the first time its happened tonight, but this is going to be the first time I draw attention to it. Once Liz's eyes detach, I undo another button and call her attention again.
Liz POV
"Lizzie?"
I turned my head around so fast I thought I got whiplash. She doesn't call me that!! That's my name to her! I'm about to question her when my mouth drops, and I see why I've been called.
Y/N is standing off balance. Apron in one hand, an arm crossed under her breast, and a pout on her face. And! When I wasn't looking, Y/N took it upon herself to undo an extra button, now fully showing off her cleavage. It had crossed my mind if she was wearing a bra, but now I can see she's not.
She's beautiful. Always.
"My eyes are up here." I shut my mouth and bring my gaze up to her eyes. "Yes? I'm sorry- what-what?" I'm internally cursing myself for what is happening to me. Get it together, Lizzie. You're an actress.
"Can you help me put my apron on? I just can't seem to get the hang of it." Y/N whines with a smile. Okay. She wants to play games. "Of course, baby." I husk out as I gently take the apron from her.
I plant my feet in front of my ex and hook the collar around her neck. Brushing my fingers down her neck. I slowly make my way behind Y/N with my hand never leaving her body. I drag it around her and let my touch send bumps across her skin. "Stand up straight for me!" I bark as I smack my hands against her ass. She immediately follows my orders and straightens up so I can tie her apron up behind her.
"Good girl," I say before pulling Y/N by her waist into me. "Now, are you ready, or do you need my help with anything else?" Y/N shakes her head no to me. Maybe she's got something stuck in her throat, but I want to hear her pretty little voice. "Speak."
Y/N eyes widen. She wasn't expecting this. "No."
"No, what?" I bite back as I bring my hand up to her chin, cupping it. "No, I don't need help." I shake my head. "That's good to know, Y/N, but when we're in the kitchen, you call me by one thing and one thing only. Try again." I let go of her chin and watch the gears work. "No."
"No, what?"
"No, Chef."
"Good girl. Now follow me, and let's get to work."
_
"Well?" I lean down and wipe the drip of mustard on the side of Y/N's lips. Y/N laughs and swallows her bite. "It's fantastic, Liz. How are you not a chef? Like a legitimate chef?" Y/N takes another bite, and the smile she has fills my heart. Being with her is one thing, but seeing someone like her enjoying something we created together. That's another level.
After our little game, Y/N, with my help, made Cubanos along with a side of Yucca con Mojo Salsa. It's delicious and a meal that will never get old, even if I can't have it most of the time. Thanks, Marvel.
We're standing in the kitchen finishing our dinner as Y/N's Spotify plays an 80's playlist. Just like earlier, I'm being reminded of our first few days together. Us dancing in around in my apartment after she made me lunch.
I should've never let her go, but then we wouldn't be here.
"So, are we making dessert too?" I pop the last bite of the perfectly toasted Cubano into my mouth and shake my head. "You and I are done with the place for tonight." A slight frown forms on Y/N's face, and it's the first time tonight I've noticed that all night she's only been laughing and smiling.
"Is our date over?" Y/N cautiously asks. "No." I smile back, seeing that wave of excitement rush over Y/N. "How about you run out to the car and wait there while I grab things for our next stop?" I hand my car keys to Y/N. "Okay." And before I know it, her lips crash against mine, but before I can even act, she's out of the kitchen with her phone in hand and apron on the floor.
I laugh as I pick up her apron off the floor and disregard it before making my way over to the walk-in freezer.
Y/N POV
I've been sitting in the car for five minutes, and I can't stop thinking about how perfect tonight has been. Liz has been knocking it out of the park. On top of that, she's been so kind and caring tonight. She's perfect. She's Elizabeth Fucking Olsen, and I want nothing more than to tell her I love her again.
I giggle to myself as I watch Liz walk out of the restaurant with a cooler in hand. Liz places it in the backseat before taking her place in the driver's seat. "Hi."
"Hi!" She shoots back with an amused laugh.
"What's in the back?" I gesture with my head. "You'll see, baby. You'll see." I bite my lower lip and pull it into my mouth. Baby huh?
_
The door to my right opens up, and I hear the sweet voice of my Liz. "Okay, once again, trust me."
"I will. I do. Just hold on."
My eyes are closed once again as we've reached our second location. Liz is helping me out of the car, and I'm hit with a gust of wind pushing me out of Liz's grip. "Hold on." She laughs as she wraps her arm around mine.
Well, I know we're outside.
"How much longer?" "Jeez, patience, Y/N!" Liz slaps my arm as we start walking. Thanks to the sounds of the floor beneath my feet, I take it we're on a boardwalk. But aren't those usually crowded? I don't hear anyone around us. "Okay, now we're going to go some steps, so hold on tight while I help you. Okay?" "Yes, Chef." I let a cheesy smile out, which breaks into a laugh once I hear Liz huff. "Good thing you're pretty." "Hey!" Now Liz laughs as we reach what I assume is the bottom of the steps because, no, my feet are walking on soft, uneven flooring?
"Where are we?"
"You'll see. We're almost there. It's almost time."
"For what?" I ask, confused, which gets no response. "Liz?" She doesn't answer me as she stops me. "Okay, on the count of three, I want you to open your eyes." I nod to her.
"One."
I hear Liz shuffle next to me.
"Two."
She wraps an arm around me and leans herself into me.
"Three."
I open my eyes to see the bottom of the sun press itself into the ocean. The clouds above us shift into a hue of oranges and pinks while the warm ocean air has a swift cold breeze running underneath it. "Wow." Is all breath out before looking to my left. Liz. "I never get tired of seeing this. It's beautiful, isn't it?" I smile as I keep my eyes on the Olsen.
"Yes, it is."
She shifts herself under me, but by the time she looks up at me, I'm already back to looking at the sun hiding away behind the Pacific waters.
"You are too."
Liz POV
Y/N goes to look down, but before she can, I have my scarlet red lips press into her cheek.
"Mine," I whisper to myself once I unwrap myself from Y/N.
"Thank you for everything tonight, Liz. It's just.." Y/N trails off as her eyes find mine. I nod along because I know. "I know. You're welcome. But the nights not over." She looks out to the sun as we both watch it disappear. "Turn around," I say to her, and without missing a beat, Y/N turns to see a little picnic set up. A blanket laid out on the sand. Candles. Blankets. The cooler from Mari's filled with chocolate and fruits.
And a jewelry box.
"You're really setting the bar for next time."
"Next time, huh?" I raise an eyebrow once Y/N realizes she let a thought slip out. "Of course. You're outdoing yourself, Liz. And I love it." She says like an embarrassed giddy kid before taking a seat on the blanket, patting the spot between her open legs.
God, I love you.
I take my spot between her legs and pull the cooler closer to us. I pull out two waters from the inside with a plate of chocolate-covered raspberries. Once those items are safely out, that's when I feel two arms snake their way around me.
The feeling I have in my stomach explodes.
This is right.
I close my eyes to the sounds of the ocean waves crashing and let my head rest against Y/N's chest. "You're cozy," I mumble. "Only for you." She mumbles back. She must have her eyes closed too.
_
I'm not exactly sure how much time has passed, but when I open my eyes again, I see that I've been covered with a blanket, and four of the raspberries are gone.
"Hey, sleepy?"
"Hey." I blink my eyes open a bit more and see a smiling Y/N. "How long was I-" "Only like 20 minutes. Not along. It was cute." I blush upon hearing that, but I'm glad.
I lean myself up while still laying against Y/N and pop a couple of pieces of fruit into my mouth. A quick peck gets placed upon my head, causing me to turn to Y/N. She's wearing a smile, but she looks nervous. Not in her face but in her eyes. "What's up?"
"I- I want to give you something?" I tilt my head, surprised. "Okay."
"Okay. Face forward and close your eyes." Hmm. "A lot of eye-closing today." "Blame yourself." I roll my eyes underneath my eyelids and wait till I'm told to open them. I feel and hear Y/N behind me, but it's not until I feel a cold piece of jewelry around my neck that I gasp. "What is this?"
"Open your eyes and find out." She whispers to me.
I do, and when I look down, I can't help but take note of the familiarity. "Y/N, is this-" I stop speaking when I look back and see that, yes, it is. It's Y/N's necklace. The one she's been wearing all night. "It's for you. I bought it yesterday. I knew I'd forget it unless I wore it. But it's for you."
I look down again and closely inspect it.
"It's a primrose pressed and dipped in resin. It's your-"
"My birth flower." I swallow the happy tears I have threatened to spill out. "I-um- I have something to give you too!" I lean over and wipe my eyes, knowing I'm probably going to cry anyways. I grab the jewelry box and turn around, so I'm sitting in front of Y/N. "Don't worry; I'm not proposing!" Y/N laughs, which makes what I'm about to do easier.
"Like you, I also went out yesterday and got you something. Now I know we don't know exactly what we are, and I know we are going at your pace, but I want to give this to you." I shift on my knees and open the box for Y/N. "It's a little juvenile and maybe unwanted, but it's a promise ring. Y/N." I take the ring out of the box and grab Y/N's left hand. I drop the ring into her palm and close it. "I promise that I will always love you. I promise that I will spend the rest of my days letting you know that you are wanted. That your happiness is one of the most important things to me. I promise to always be honest. I promise to always support you." The tears have started and aren't stopping. "I promise never to let you go unless you want me to. Yo-you, you don't need to accept this. But I needed to do this because I.. I love you, Y/N."
I stare into Y/N's eyes, and that's when I see the tears falling from hers. "Oh, Y/N." I cup my hands around her face and feel better when a smile beams from her. "I-I.. L- I accept this." Y/N opens her palms and places the ring onto her finger. "Thank you so much!" It fits like a glove, and seeing it on her makes the two of us explode into happy tears. "I love you, Y/N."
Y/N wraps their arms around me and pulls me onto her. I let this kiss and the rest to follow let her know precisely what I mean.
Y/N POV
I love you.
A/N: But quite possibly the most fluff-filled thing I've ever written???

---------------------------------------------
All of you had fun at the mall, Xiao laughed with all of you as well. It was a memorable experience indeed, you wished it would never end, unfortunately, all things are bound to end, wether you like it or not. You bid all your friends farewell, but you haven't left the call with Xiao, "[name]? You aren't gonna end the call?" Xiao asks, you smile at him and shake his head, "I don't want to.. otherwise we'll be separated again." You say, Xiao sighs, "Alright, just for a little bit, okay? Go to bed soon, it's late." Xiao says, "Got it, don't worry." You say. You were back home and lying in bed talking to Xiao, you weren't looking, but he is looking at you in awe. "[Name].. you're so majestic." He says, your eyes widen a bit and smile, you face to the camera, "You are too, Xiao." You say, his beautiful amber eyes looking at your graceful features. "My love, I'm sorry." Xiao says, "For what?" You ask, Xiao smiles, "I'm just sorry." He says, "Whatever you did I accept. I just hope you didn't cheat on me." You say, "I would never! It's just.. a personal thing, I'm not ready to tell you yet." Xiao says, you smile and close your eyes in relief, "I'm glad." You say softly, you open your eyes slowly, "I'll be here whenever you're ready, don't worry, my dove." You say, Xiao smiles at you even brighter, his cheeks are tinted with a cherry pink color. "I love you so much [name]." He says, "I love you too Xiao. It's late for you as well, so go to sleep, okay? Let's call again tomorrow." You say, Xiao nods hesitantly, "Good night Xiao." You say, "Good night [name]."
- call has been ended -
Xiao's POV
The call ended, he puts his phone down after holding it for so long. "I truly hope there will be a tomorrow where I won't be scared. I'm sorry [name], please forgive me once I leave you." Xiao says, he sits up and covers his face with his hands, tears are slowly appearing and dripping down from his face, "I thought maybe leaving you and distancing myself would work.. but it's so hard, why is it so hard to let you go..?" He says, his voice is breaking every time he speaks, his cries getting more and more louder. "..I'm sorry, Xiao. Me and your mother failed you truly." Xiao's father says behind the door, "I wish you could've spent your last moments with your love of your life, just like me and your mother." Xiao's father added, he then raises one hand to cover his eyes, Xiao's mother sees him, and decides to leave him for now, "Dear?" Xiao's father calls out to his mother, "Yes?" Xiao's mother asks, "Can we.. actually, can you talk to Xiao? Maybe give him a decision if he wants to come back to Liyue.." Xiao's father says, Xiao's mother smiles, "Of course. Thank you for giving him a chance." She says, Xiao's father says nothing, "Well then, good night." She says, "Good night, dear." He says back.
Next moring
You flutter your eyes open, you woke up to the sound of your alarm, "Why do I have an alarm set up again..?" You mumble, "Ugh whatever.. time to get up I guess." You say sitting up, you yawned then stretched your arms, you look outside the window, "Liyue sure does have a beautiful sunrise." You say, "Oh, right, breakfast." You say reminding yourself, "Wonder what time it is for Xiao.. maybe we can have breakfast together! Virtually of course." You say to yourself, you grab your phone to text him, then you saw notifications, "[name] are you okay?" It was from Yoimiya, "[name].. we heard the news, I hope you're doing okay! :(" It was from Hu Tao. "I'm so sorry, [name]." It was from Eula, "What..? I'm so confused.. I'll ask the context later, I need to clear my head." You say massaging your head. "It's a Saturday.. so I guess I'll go out again, I have nothing to do anyways." You say standing up, you go inside your closet and pick a comfortable outfit ( click on it to see what outfit it is ), it's just a simple walk in the park or maybe even buy some stuff from local shops, fortunately for you, your aunt and uncle helps you with financial problems, so you're free to buy anything. You were finished changing and went down, "Right! I'll go take [p/n] ( pet name ) on a walk." You say going down, [p/n] is a dog that you rescued when you were in highschool. (but let's save that story for another part! It'll be a bonus =D ) [p/n] rushes to you when it saw you, you pat it's head and reach on the top of your cabinet to get your dogs collar and keys, "You ready [p/n]?!" You say excitedly, [p/n] barks and wags it's tail showing it's excited. "Let's go!" You say as you secure it's collar, *Hm.. [p/n] has been missing some treats recently, maybe I'll go to the pet shop.* You think to yourself, "Alright, [p/n], do you want to go to the pet shop?" You say smiling to it, [p/n] wags it's tail, "Let's go!" You say, you both arrive at the pet shop, "Oh my, [name]!" The shop owner called out to you, you giggle, "Hi miss Qixiang!" You said, "It's been so long! Oh and it's [p/n] as well! Hi cutie!" Qixiang says, "It really has! I've been so busy in college I never got to visit." You say, "What do you need? I'll give you a discount! 25%." Qixiang says, "Thank you, Miss Qixiang! Though for today I just need a bag of treats! [P/n] has been a good dog recently, and I noticed I'm starting to notice the bag of treats are slowly emptying out. Oh and add some dog food too!" You say, "Got it! I'll get the products for you then." Qixiang says, "Much obliged, Miss Qixiang!" You say. You look at your dog and smile at it's tail, you look slightly tired today because.. well, you can't take your mind of what they said, but you don't want to know either, you're scared, and you always run away from your problems for some reason, change that. "Alright, here you two go!" Qixiang interrupts your thoughts, "Ah– thank you Miss Qixiang. I will be leaving then, see you soon!" You say, you wave her good bye and she does as well, "You got your bag of treats, [p/n], I hope you're happy." You say smiling, "You truly give me happiness, [p/n] I can always rely on you to make me smile." You say petting it, [p/n] licks your face and you giggle, you want to know a fun ( sad ) fact ? Xiao gave [p/n]'s collar, so it makes you extra sadder, but it makes you happy as well. You decided to ignore those thoughts, you open your phone to see more notifications of people apologizing to you, you didn't want to see them, so you ignored them and texted Xiao

You say, "I love you [name]." Xiao says comfortingly, "I love you too." You say.

Chapter two, Unknown territory
*1st p.o.v, Y/n*
“So… How was the mission last night?” I asked dad as I broke the awkward silence. Dad only grumbled as he sat down on the dining table with his plate of food.
“The fuckers escaped us again… I can’t believe it.” dad said as he crossed his arms and glared at his plate.
I nodded my head as I bit my lip, “... Wow,again? How did they even manage to do that this time?” I asked as I ate my breakfast.
But I in fact did know how they’ve done that, since this time I was with one of their racers.
Since it was Saturday, me and dad had a free day. But dad has been so caught up in this case that it looked like he was going to yet again spend all his time in the station, working on this case.
All of a sudden, my phone rang and I looked at it and saw a text from Alyson. It read:
Allyson H.
>> ;) <<
Before I could turn off my phone, dad took a look at it and raised an eyebrow. “Who’s that? I don’t recall knowing any Alyson in the police academy.” he said and I sighed.
“You know, there are people outside the academy who I talk to.” I said as I rolled my eyes slightly.
Dad shook his head, “Alright then, tell me about her.” he said as he crossed his arms. I sweated a bit because the only thing I knew about Alyson was what she looked like, her name and last name.
“So?” dad asked in anticipation and I quickly came back to my senses, “Her name is Alyson Hilson. She went to the same high school as me and we kept in touch.” I said her name but made up a fake last name and dad nodded, convinced.
“Alright then, tell her I said hi.” he said as he got up and picked up the dishes and put them in the washing machine.
I got up and sighed in relief quietly as I walked upstairs to my room.
I locked the doors and jumped on my queen sized bed and turned on my phone and opened Alyson's text.
Alyson H.
<< ;) >>
Me
<< Hey >>
Alyson H.
<< Are you free tonight maybe? >>
Me
<< Yeah, I am. Why? >>
Alyson H.
<< There is this underground club party going on today and a lot of racers are going there since it’s a bit too risky to set up a race now, and I thought why not invite you to get to know you better. >>
Me
<< Sounds fun! What’s the name of the club? >>
Alyson H.
<< The name’sLe Manoir, it’s quite old but it has the best shit. Give me your address and I’ll pick you up with my car. Dress however you want, it doesn’t really matter.>>
Me
<<Hm, never heard of it, but it sounds fun! The address is Hillday Street, number 34. >>
Alyson H.
<< Nice, I’ll meet you there at 9:00 p.m. sharp. Don’t be late. >>
Me
<<Of course, but I have a question. Will Gyro and that guy Star Boy be there?>>
Alyson H.
<<Oh? I see you took a liking to them already ;)
I’m not sure, I only have Gyro’s phone number, but I can ask him for you.>>
Me
<< No no no, no need Alyson! I was just curious because from what I saw, I thought you three were somewhat close.>>
Alyson H.
<< Alright, whatever you want girl. See you then!>>
Me
<< Bye! >>
I sighed as I turned off the phone and put it aside. Did I just really agree to go to some party with a girl I only knew for a few hours?
Yes, I indeed did. It’s not like I was on good terms with anybody at the police academy, since my dad was the chief officer and everyone thought that I only ended up here because he pulled some strings and BAM I’m officially a cadet in training.
I rarely went out, and even if I did, it was usually for groceries or to take a walk.
It was pretty ironic since I lived in this city where every club or anything really was at the reach of my fingertips.
And when I went downstairs to watch a race on the sports channel, dad immediately changed it. Which brings me to his hatred towards the races and this case.
I could have easily said my last name but Alyson, Gyro and Star Boy probably knew my dad from all the news he's appeared in. What they don’t know won’t hurt then, right?
I sighed as I got up from my bed and walked towards my walk-in closet and opened it and walked in.
I opened one drawer and pulled out an old shoe box and walked out of the closet.
As I gently put down the old shoe box on the bed, I sat down and opened it. Inside were pictures of my mom, her golden medals and posters of her in her racing suit with helmet in her hands and some tapes of her races.
It was her… She was the reason dad was so against me wanting to race.
She was a professional car racer and she toured the world with her team and always kept in touch with dad. But that changed when they had me.
She took a break, but after I turned two years old, she went back to racing. Dad told her to lay off racing for just one more year, but mom didn’t listen and one day she dragged dad and me to watch her race in the empty racing arena…
Flashback
------------------------
*3rd person p.o.v*
“Oh come on F/n! It will be fun! You and Y/n will just be watching me from the bleachers while I do a few rounds, nothing more. And later we can grab something to eat.” M/n said as she laughed as F/n held Y/n in his hands.
“I don’t know, honey… It’s been a while since you were behind the wheel.” F/n said a bit anxiously as he adjusted Y/n in his arms and M/n again laughed.
“I’m a worldwide known racer, dear! Relax!” M/n said as she put a helmet on her head and patted Y/n’s head.
“Watch and learn sweetie, because one day, you’re also going to be the best car racer to exist!” M/n said and Y/n laughed as she clapped her hands in joy.
“Dear, be careful.” F/n said and M/n nodded her head as she ran through the metal fence doors and closed them and ran to her car.
M/n did a few laps of the racing track and Y/n was just fascinated with it.
She was jumping in her seat and squealing every time her mother did something cool.
When she was done Y/n ran off the bleachers and jumped in her mother’s arms just as she exited the car.
“You were so awesome!” Y/n exclaimed as her parents fondly smiled at her, “Would you like to ride a round with me sweetie?” M/n asked and Y/n nodded excitedly.
“I don’t think that’s a good idea.” F/n said worriedly. “Oh honey, don’t worry I’ll make sure she is safe and secure in her seat! And I’ll go slow.” M/n reassured him. “Still, she is so little.” He protested again.
“But look how excited she is! Only one lap, I promise.” And with that M/n put Y/n into the passenger seat and made sure she was secure before climbing into the car herself.
F/n sighed but just walked off the side of the race track. He crossed his arms over his chest and watched as the car started.
At first it was okay, M/n was going slow but towards the end she started to speed up. As she crossed the finish line F/n name thought she would stop but the car continued driving, and it wasn’t going to make a turn, it was going straight into the fence.
His eyes widened when he realized that something was wrong and what was about to happen.
He ran onto the racing track and towards the car but too late, the car already crashed in front of his eyes.
Tears welled up in his eyes as he ran to the totaled car, praying that his wife and daughter were okay. He coughed as he inhaled the smoke from the fire that started from the engine.
When he looked inside, what he saw left him traumatized. His wife's body was in front of Y/n’s, shielding her.
M/n’s body was in a horrifying state, full of cuts, burns, glass and all other kinds of terrible wounds.
While Y/n, who was crying, not because she was badly injured but because of shock and fear, was clutching her mothers body tightly.
F/n carefully got closer to his daughter and removed her from her mother’s body, making sure to cover her eyes and not expose her to horror around her.
By the time he took her and moved a bit away from the car, the people, mechanics and other racers and paramedics, that were in the arena were surrounding the car and putting the fire out while also trying to get M/n’s body out.
Soon the sound of sirens was heard and ambulance and firefighters got inside and also started to help.
F/n was standing on the side, holding his daughter tightly against his chest and comforting her.
But his voice was trembling, tears rolling down his cheeks when his wife’s body was finally in the open.
He turned away, not wanting to see anymore and walked to the pit stop where their things were.
He took his things and left the arena all together, calling his mother to watch over Y/n for a while. He didn’t wait for paramedics there to tell him what he already knew, that his wife was dead.
The end of the flashback
------------------------
*1st person p.o.v*
I shook my head as I came back to my senses and sighed.
I put everything back into the shoe box and put it back to its original secret place in the closet. I looked at my phone and saw that it was 10:30 a.m. and I still had plenty of time left.
“I guess it’s finally time to clean up my room…” I mumbled out as I looked around my quite messy room.
“Better start now than never.” I laughed as I started cleaning the room.
And so the time passed as I took breaks, played with the stuff that I found or just decided to lie down on my huge bed.
When I'm already not doing anything, I could go see what I could wear to the club tonight.
I went to my closet and looked around. I didn’t go out much since, well, I didn’t have anybody to go out with.
I rummaged through the closet for a while, until I found a short f/c dress that I wore for my 19th birthday last year. (you can imagine the design of the dress!)
“I know I had heels with this…” I muttered under my breath as I opened every drawer and box searching for my f/c heels.
But after a while, I found them and dusted them off. I folded the dress and put it under my pillow while I put the heels beneath the bed.
“Y/n! Come downstairs!” Dad shouted and I rolled my eyes, “I’ll be down in a minute!” I shouted back as I closed my closet and ran downstairs.
Once I got downstairs, I saw dad clad in his police uniform and adjusting his golden badge that was hung on his belt in a rush. “Aren’t you supposed to be off-duty today?” I asked him in confusion.
“I thought so too… But there was a break in a store not so far away from here and I’m the nearest cop they could reach.” Dad sighed as he walked to me and kissed my forehead.
“Keep an eye out until I’m back, okay?” he asked me and I nodded my head tiredly.
He rushed out of the house and slammed the doors shut. Well, until he was back, I had the whole house to myself.
I decided to finish cleaning my room up and watch a movie.
As the hours passed, dad still wasn’t home. It was 8:00 p.m. sharp and I had one hour to get ready. “I’ll just text him that I’m going out.” I said as I went upstairs to the bathroom to take a shower.
I dried off my hair and styled it, put on some make up and put on the dress and heels. “I should really start going out more.” I laughed as I stared at my reflection.
I went to my room and grabbed a small f/c clutch and put in some necessities.
I opened my phone and before I clicked on Alyson’s SMS contact, I clicked on dads.

<<Hey, just texting you to tell you that I’m going over to my friends house to hang out.>>
I left the chat and went to Alyson’s chat to notify her that I’m ready.
Alyson H.
<< Alright, whatever you want girl. See you then!>>
Me
<< Bye! >>
--------------------------------------------
Today, 8:51 p.m.
Me
<<I’m heading out right now!>>
I closed my phone and walked out of the house and thankfully I didn’t need to bring a jacket with me because it was quite warm outside. I started to walk towards the address that I gave to Alyson.
Even though she seems trustworthy, I need to lay low until I get to know her better. I walked to the address that was one street away from my house and looked on the left and right side of the road as I stood on the sidewalk.
All of a sudden, my phone rang and I pulled it out of my clutch and saw that Alyson was calling me.
I answered the call and was met with loud music coming through the speaker.
“Hey, girl! I think I see you!” Alyson shouted and I distanced the phone from my ear.
I heard a loud running engine of a car from my left side and I laughed, “I think I can hear you!” I exclaimed with a smile.
“Alright, see ya!”Alyson shouted as she ended the call and I put my phone back in the clutch. Alyson’s car stopped in front of me and she rolled down her window.
The car was a sports car and had an extremely dark red color.
“Get in!” Alyson laughed and I opened the car doors and sat in the passenger seat. “I’m so glad you decided to join me! And I must say, you look absolutely stunning.” she said and I bashfully laughed.
“You look gorgeous yourself.” I said as I observed her black dress and dark red lipstick. She turned around and began driving into the heart of the city.
“Where exactly is this club located?” I asked Alyson, breaking the silence.
She turned down the radio and smiled, “It’s located underground.” she said and I looked at her with confusion. “Underground?” I asked and she nodded her head.
“Yeah, we have to enter a small Croatian restaurant in the downtown alley and take an elevator which takes us to the club.” Alyson said and I nodded my head in understatement.
We drove for a while as the city lights passed through the darkened window of Alyson’s car. Even though I lived near here, I still couldn’t get used to all the billboards and flashy advertisement videos (kind of like Times Square).
Alyson’s phone rang as it sat in the small space beneath the radio, “Pick it up and see who’s texting me, I’m kind of busy.” she said as she took a turn on the road.
“Yeah sure.” I muttered as I picked up the phone and saw a message from someone named ‘Goldie’.
“Who’s Goldie?” I asked as I opened the phone and went to her messages and opened the text.
Goldie
<< Yo, Ally! We’re here, you coming soon? >>
“Oh! It’s Gyro! You remember him, right?” Alyson asked and I laughed, “How could I forget him? And it seems he brought somebody with him… He says;Yo, Ally! We’re here, you coming soon?” I read out the message to her.
“Tell him we’re going to be here in five.” she said and I nodded my head as I started to type on the phone. I sent the text and turned off her phone and put it back in its place.
Alyson parked her car by the sidewalk and we got out.
The streets weren’t as busy in this part of the city and the street lights cast a more soft glow than the ones in the heart of the city.
“You ready?” Alyson asked as she began to walk down the street and I nodded my head as I started to walk next to her, “As ready as I can be.” I laughed. We walked for a few minutes  until we arrived in front of a small restaurant.
“Here we are! The owner's name is Tomislav. He’s quite chill and since I’m… quite the regular, we can just get in without any check-in.” Alyson said as we got in the restaurant. It was quite empty, but the silence got filled in with the music from the speakers.
By the reception was a guy with dark black hair, a bit older than me and Alyson. He looked up and smiled at us, “Hello, how can I help you today?” he asked with a small smile.
“Hey Tomek! I think you already know why we’re here.” Alyson laughed and he nodded his head, “You would be surprised…” he said as he got up and led us down the right hallway.
On the end of the hallway were elevator cage doors[the elevator look reference https://imgur.com/a/jc59Drj ].
Besides the old elevator were 13 buttons and the one on the bottom didn’t even have a number on it, probably from all the people pressed it.
“Have fun girls!” Tomislav shouted as he walked away, leaving us all by ourselves. The elevator arrived and Alyson pushed away the cage doors and we walked in the elevator.
We started to go down and I could start hearing the muffled music and there was a hint of white smoke seeping through the corners of the elevator.
“I can already smell it…” Alyson laughed as she adjusted her hair and after a few seconds the elevator reached the bottom and it revealed flashing lights that nearly blinded me.
I sucked my breath in and covered my eyes with my palm.
The music was so loud I thought my eardrums would pop at any second now. The lasers and smoke were quite literally blinding me, so I grabbed Alyson’s shoulder as she led us to the nearest empty bar stools.
I didn’t even look at who was now sitting next to me, I just inhaled deeply and coughed a bit.
“DON’T WORRY Y/N! YOU’LL GET USED TO IT!” Alyson shouted on top of her lungs, but I still didn’t quite hear her.
When my vision adjusted to the dark room I looked around and saw a sea of people dancing, drinking and some were passed out lying on the white couches with a half empty glass of alcohol.
The bartender smiled at Alyson and without a word he started to prepare the drinks. As he pulled out a second glass he looked at me, “What can I get for you?” he asked. “Oh- Erm… do you have anything light?” I asked him.
He laughed as he cleaned the glass, “So,water?” he chuckled at me. “...Yeah.” I replied a bit embarrassed. I couldn’t risk getting drunk in this place.
“If you say so madam. '' he said jokingly as he filled up a glass with water and placed it in front of me.
“Thank you.” I said with a smile as I looked at the bartender. I drank the water silently as I observed the spacious room.
“Do you see Gyro!?” Alyson shouted to me and I shook my head, “I don’t see him! Maybe he's dancing with somebody!?” I shouted back and she laughed as she took a sip from her glass and nodded.
“I’ll go look for him! You stay here!” Alyson shouted as she jumped off the bar-stool and before I could stop her, she disappeared in the crowd of people. I sighed and turned back and drank from my glass.
I looked on my right side and I saw a guy with a black hood on and was staring into his glass.
I didn't want to appear creepy by staring at him any longer but a lock of blonde hair fell out of his hood and a flashback from yesterday hit me.
Flashback
------------------------
*3rd person p.o.v*
“Hey! Before you go-” Y/n tapped his side window and the guy rolled it down. “Yeah?” he asked as Y/n looked at the visor of his helmet. “Can I at least know your name?” she asked the guy and he laughed.
He lifted up his dark colored visor and Y/n was finally able to see his eyes. They were striking blue and she even noticed a strand of light blonde hair sticking out from the corner.
The end of the flashback
------------------------
*1st person p.o.v*
‘Was this Star Boy!?’ I thought as my eyes widened. It must be him! As I was about to tap his shoulder, he turned around and I immediately re-treated my hand.
“Ya know… When you tryna gawk at someone, try being more subtle.” the guy laughed as he pulled down his hood which revealed his whole head. He had much darker blond hair and cyan colored eyes.
I laughed in utter embarrassment as I shook my head, “I’m so sorry! I thought you were somebody else!” I apologized as I felt my cheeks burning up. The guy shook his head as he drank from his glass.
“I must say, I’ve never seen such a pick up line before. You’re quite good.” The guy laughed and I looked at him in confusion. “...What pick up line?” I asked him and he smirked.
“Playing innocent now? Come on, drop the act.” he said and all of a sudden his hand neared my face and twirled a strand of my hair. I slightly jolted away from him and he laughed.
This was getting so uncomfortable…
He swept up his dirty blonde hair as he swirled the liquid in his glass, “The name’s Diego. What’s yours?” he whispered as he neared my face and just then I noticed how much his breath reeked of alcohol.
I stayed quiet and he forcefully grabbed my hand and I tried to tug it away but his grip didn’t budge. The bartender probably noticed me struggling and walked over to us.
“Hey, Brando, move your hands from her.” he said with a glare and Diego snarled. “How about you shut the fuck up?” he spat and the bartender threw his cloth on the floor and slammed his hands on the counter and glared at him.
Diego removed his hand from my wrist and before I even had the time to come back to my senses, he grabbed his glass and threw it in the bartender's face, making it smash into a million little pieces.
I gasped in horror and now I just noticed how many people were watching the scene. The bartender screamed in pain as the blood from the cuts on his face dribbled down onto his white dress-shirt.
I jumped out of my chair and noticed three guys walking up to Diego and shoving his shoulder, “What the fuck was that Brando? Do you want problems?” one guy asked as he grabbed Diego by his shoulders.
After a few silent seconds I rushed down the counter and to the bartender. “Holy shit, do you have a med kit somewhere here?” I asked. He weakly nodded as he motioned to the bottom cabinet.
I pulled out the box and looked over to the bartender. Thankfully the glass shards didn’t enter his eyes, but they did cut up his face pretty badly.
“I can take care of myself, go find your friend and get out of here.” he said and before I could argue I heard another glass breaking.
I jumped up and saw that Diego smashed another glass into the head of the third guy and I saw the crowd was now starting to argue and more guys started to approach Diego.
I looked apologetically at the bartender and got up. “Go!” he shouted and I sprinted out from the counter.
Now, my mission was to find Alyson and Gyro. The crowd was so huge that I couldn’t even differentiate anybody similar to them. I went deep into the crowd who was now starting to get more and more angrier.
“TURN UP THE MUSIC!” “MOVE WHORE!” “Watch where you’re going, bitch!”
So many voices rang through my head as I tried to navigate myself through the smoke and crowd filled room.
People were starting to show off each other and I almost fell a few times.
After being pushed around a few more times, this time I was shown so aggressively that I fell face-first onto the hard floor.
I tried to get up but my vision was blurry and I could feel the blood dripping from my nose.
I was so disoriented that I couldn't even feel the people stomping around the club. I felt a pair of arms lift me up and I didn’t even have strength to protest or to turn around to see who it was.
I didn’t even realize how actually hot it was in the club and I could feel myself starting to slightly gasp for the air.
The person led me to some kind of hallway and kicked the doors open from the side and led me inside.
They laid me against a tiled wall and I hung my head as I weakly pressed my hand against my still bleeding nose.
“Are you okay?” the person asked me, it was a guy judging by the voice. I meekly nodded as I wiped the blood from my nose, but it didn’t help to stop the bleeding.
“I don’t think you are… Here take this.” he said as he took some paper towels from the dispenser and gave them to me.
After a few silent moments, I came back to my senses and now my vision finally sharpened and I could feel the slightly cold breeze coming from the opened window. We must be in the club's toilet.
I looked up and saw the guy. He was wearing black jeans, a dark blue hoodie with the hood on his head, black sunglasses and a face mask. I didn’t see his hair color but that didn’t matter right now.
“What happened back there?” I asked and he shrugged his shoulders. “I don’t know but that fucker Brando caused another bar fight.” he said as he went to sit next to me.
I held the now blood soaked paper towel to my nose as I looked at him.
“Take it off.” I said and the guy looked at me weirdly. “Takewhat off?” he asked me, his voice muffled by the cotton mask.
I motioned to his white face mask, “The mask. I think that you need some fresh air too from all the smoke in there.” I said and he abruptly got up and walked to the bathroom doors.
He locked the bathroom doors and stood there for a few seconds.
He slowly reached for the mask and once he took it off he threw it on the floor and turned around. “Is this better?” he asked and realization soon hit me.
“STAR BOY!?” I exclaimed and he hurried over to me and shushed me.
“Be quiet! I don’t know who’s walking down the hallways here.” he snapped and I still looked at him in shock.
The guy that saved my ass just a day ago, was… quite handsome I must admit. I now noticed the light blonde strands of his hair falling from the hood of his hoodie.
“There’s no point in having these then…” he muttered under his breath as he pulled down his hoodie and took off his sunglasses.
He put the sunglasses in the pocket of the hoodie and before he could speak we heard heavy footsteps nearing the bathroom.
“Shit! It’s probably the cops!” Star Boy whispered as he grabbed my hand and opened one of the stalls.
“We can’t hide there!” I said and he raised an eyebrow at me, “Well, do you have a better-” “Yes, yes I do.” I interrupted him and I balled up the bloodied tissue and stuffed it into my clutch that was thankfully still hanging on me.
I got inside the stall and closed the toilet seat and climbed on it and fully opened the window. It revealed a dimly lit alleyway.
“Hm, that’s smart.” Star Boy said as he laughed and we both climbed out of the window and into the alleyway.
We looked around and I noticed Star Boy putting on the hood and the sunglasses. “Do you have a car with yourself right now or?” I asked him and he shook his head.
“No, I came here by foot. My apartment is near here. What about you?” he asked me and my eyes widened.
“Alyson!” I screamed as I fumbled with my clutch and pulled out my phone.
It was 11:54 p.m. and I had 14 missed calls, 45 unread messages and some of them were from Alyson and some were from dad.
I didn’t even hear the phone from all the loud music.
As I was about to call her, Star Boy grabbed my phone and ended the call before Alyson even answered.
“Hey! What was that for!” I exclaimed in frustration and he only scoffed.
“We kind of don’t have the time to call Alyson right now. You have to get cleaned up and find out where you’ll be staying for the night. Which will probably be my apartment.” he said as he began to walk out of the alleyway.
I grumbled as I followed him. The cold air made me feel the dried blood on my face and on my clothes. I didn’t even want to know what I looked like…
We walked for a few minutes until we arrived at a huge apartment building. “Do you have the keys with you?” I asked him as he stood in front of the doorbell panel.
“No, I don’t,  but I know if  I ring the bell more than a few times the neighbors will open.” he said and I rolled my eyes.
He started to aggressively press almost all the doorbells and I tried to pry his hand from the panel.
“Hey! You rang like 20 doorbells! Calm down!” I exclaimed and just as he was about to snap back, the doors buzzed and he opened them.
“Ladies first.” Star Boy said and I walked inside the apartment building. I thanked him and he walked in and closed the doors.
“On what floor do you live on?” I asked him as he started to walk up the stairs.
“10th floor, apartment 10B.” he said and I sighed as I realized there was no elevator to take us there. As we finally got to his apartment he lifted up the welcome rug and took out a key.
Once we walked in the apartment, he closed the doors and locked them. He put the key on top of the shoe cabinet and turned on the lights.
“I’ll go get you the first aid kit and you can clean yourself up and then we will agree where you will sleep.” Star Boy said and I nodded my head as we walked to his bathroom.
The apartment was quite small. It had a living room, a kitchen, a dining table with four chairs, a bathroom and probably one bedroom.
“Here you go.” he pulled out the aid kit from under the sink and I thanked him and he walked out the bathroom and closed the doors. I finally looked at my reflection and I gasped.
My hair was disheveled, blood was smeared on my nose, cheeks and my dress. I quickly washed up and somehow combed out my hair.
The blood from my dress wasn’t coming off and I had to come to terms with the fact that the blood will stay there forever.
I put the aid kit into its place, drank some water from the sink and then I walked out of the bathroom.
I quietly walked to the living room and saw Star Boy setting up an expandable couch and put on the duvet and pillows.
He was dressed up in a light blue pajama set and I stifled a laugh as I noticed small horse hooves decorating the shirt.
“I’m done.” I said, startling him and he jumped in the air and turned around.
“Fuck! Announce yourself first!” he shouted as he ran a hand through his light blonde hair. I laughed a little, “Anyways… I’m sleeping here?” I asked him as I motioned to the couch.
“Yeah, I hope it’s to your liking. I rarely get guests so I apologize for the lack of my housewife skills.” he said and I nodded my head. “Don’t worry, this is even beyond what you did.” I said and he shrugged his shoulders.
“I may do illegal stuff, but I ain’t heartless.” he said as he went to turn on a lamp and turn off the other lights in the apartment.
“Do you need anything else before you go to sleep?” he asked and then he noticed my bloodied dress.
He walked into his room and quickly came back with a black pajama set. “It was from my ex-roommate's sister who stayed over. And don’t worry, it’s washed.” Star boy said and I quickly went into the bathroom to change and I put my dress on top of the washing machine.
“Anything else?” he asked after I put my clutch on the dining table and went to sit on the spread out couch.
I laughed, “Yeah, I would like to finally know your name.” I said and he paused.
After a few silent seconds he turned around and smirked, “It’s Joestar, Johnny Joestar. Also, goodnight.” he said as he walked in his room and before he closed the doors I spoke up, “Good night too…” I said.
Star Boy, well now known as Johnny, closed the doors and I sighed as I turned off the lamp that was next to the couch and snuggled under the soft duvet.
The city lights dimly illuminated the room and I sighed as I closed my eyes as I tried to fall asleep.
Sure they met at the club by sheer coincidence, but she felt like this wouldn’t be their last encounter…

PTJ1: New rules, the toy nook, 9 hours with my head wrapped, and a very long 16 hours in misery.
2022-06-18 Public Toy Journal 1
This week, I introduce you to this format, I enumerate my harsh new rules, and I narrate a few sessions we've had in the last few weeks. Enjoy!
Last week, my Owner and I had our monthly renegotiation, and we agreed upon a few new rules. Here's a rough runthrough of the new ones, although later I want to add my updated rules list to the pinned post along with an index of all concepts and journal entries.
Toy must, if possible time-wise, always ask its Owner for permission whenever other people ask it to make a decision. Its Owner mighy allow the toy to make a decision, or might choose in their stead.
Toy must, if possible consent-wise, always refer to its Owner as "my Owner", and never by name or any other title or label.
Once a week, toy will be forbidden from consuming flavoured food or drink. Meaning the only drink allowed will be water and the only meal a specially designed flavourless nutritious meal its Owner makes. These will be the "Tasteless Tuesdays"
Toy's Owner will setup time limits on social media apps on toy's smartphone and toy will be forbidden from changing it or evading the limits in any way.
When outside Owner's house, Toy will be forbidden from breathing while looking at its phone.
Toy will grant its Owner access to any online platforms.
Toy must always, if possible consent-wise, be restrained in some way or another. If its Owner or other person with whom toy is shared isn't present, toy must restraint itself in some way. Permission for temporary release may be asumed when dressing and undressing.
Every time its Owner hands toy an alcoholic drink or intoxicated food, toy must consume some of it.
And finally:
Toy must write a Public Toy Journal every saturday, detailing what has happenned during that week and how it felt about each thing. This is meant to both expose the toy and give its Owner feedback on the way they use their toy.
So, that's what this is.
It's been slightly more than a week so this'll be a long one.
First, about the new rules: The one about making decisions hasn't manifested itself yet, so stay tuned for that one.
Calling my Owner by title and not by name whenever talking to third parties has been harder than I thought. Not logistically, it just makes me kinda subby pretty fast whenever I mention them. I'm not ashamed, fuck no, but it makes me embarassed and I imagine I must look a bit blush hshah. I do get a very subby and euphoric feeling from other people starting to use it too, refering to them as 'your Owner', even when they know them by name from before and aren't particularly into D/s or anything like that. I hope I don't slip up and call them that around family or nonconsenting friends hsah, we'll see.
The Tasteless Tuesday was so much worst than I thought. I'm not really sure why, I think it was a combination of having delicious food I'd prepared right there in the fridge, and eating kind of late and thus getting hungry :p. Don't get me wrong though, the food is fine, tasteless indeed, it's not a negative experience..it's just a bit boring and makes me crave different food.
I've been more worried about the screentime limits than I should be. I think just the idea that there is a limit is working much better thatn the actual limit, since I hardly ever hit the limit and I'm using social media waay less than before. I am slightly sad about not beaing able to use instagram though, since I enjoy posting things quite a lot and had some things planned about D/s.
Now, the breathing while looking at my phone thing. UGH. i HATE it. It's good tho, I'm disinsentivized from using it and from going out. Both things I like. I mean....I did come up with this one lol, it's in a concept from not long ago.
The rule about access to online accounts, we haven't really done it yet, but I don't think it'll do much. It's just an extra layer of survailance. And of course we've set limits about conversations with my mental health proffesionals and such.
About always being restrained: It's been annoying and kinda funny. And hot. Inside the house we already were kind of doing it, although now it's much more constant, I think the real interest will be when it happens outside, at friends or partner's houses. Stay tuned for next week :P
And we don't have money for any intox play so that's that.
Now, just before this week started, we did a session that could be worth its own post. A few days eariler, I'd failed to wash my face as instructed in my rules (not the new ones). For that, I was to spend a day with my head wrapped in bondage tape with a latex hood on top. So I did, they wrapped bondage tape around my head quite tightly, until I couldn't speak nor see, and then placed the hood on top of it.
It was tight, uncomfortable, hot, disorianting, and hot (the other one). I spent 9 hours total like that, 5 of which were on the floor of their living room, neck chained to the foot of the sofa, waiting for them to come back home, trying to using my computer using the windows narrator.
I hate the windows narrator.
By the end I was quite literally dripping from my head. Even they got a bit disgusted by it. Luckily for me, I don't have a sense of smell. Luckily for them, I'd suffered the predicament in literally all the other ways. I want to do it again but also I don't but also I do. aaaaaaaaaaaaa
And now, finally, with what will be the usual format: this week.
On Saturday, I was feeling bad from life stuff, so you took good care of me. You gave me nice food and allowed me to choose, I could get a warm shower (instead of the daily cold ones) or sleep on the bed with them (instead of on the floor in the very small very uncomfortable space between their bed and the wall). I chose the shower. It was amazing. That night however, I would sleep in the nook, which I hadn't done in some time. I was put there to sleep at 2 a.m., and woke up at 6 a.m. with my shoulder, hip, and legs in pain from the position. I knew I was allowed to get on bed as long as I didn't fall back asleep on it, and thought 'hey i'm pretty awake, I just want to get rid of all the fucking pain'. So I started struggling my way out of the nook, which is not easy feet since I was wrapped in two large blankets, and had my wrists and ankles bound together, aside from having my neck chained to the corner of the bed as usual. Ah yes just when you thought I had it easy. Struggling up however made quite a bit of noise and my Owner started shifting around and turned around and looked at me, a very distressingly positioned toy frozen like it had seen headlights on the highway. "What's wrong?" they said, concerned, annoyed, and compeletely asleep. "Nothing, go back to sleep." I said like a cartoon character trying not to wake the guard while escaping prison. After some consideration, I just slid back down. I prefered being a good toy and suffering for my owner sooner than waking them early. However, the blankets had now aligned themselves such that the space my chest cavity had to expand was now a bit limited. Nothing bad, just an extra sensation, in case I needed any.
Sunday. I waited there, crushed, for another hour, while I waited for it to be 10 a.m. so I was allowed to wake you. During that hour my bladder decided to ally itself with my owner's sadistic intentions and it started adding to my suffering. Fun. Later that day, you wrapped a big thick chain around my waist and locked it with an equally thick equally daunting-looking padlock. This was how I was allowed to leave and see some friends, with this underneath my shirt.
On Monday, I took you to work and then went back, made our food for the next day and locked myself in my storage room, sliding the key under the door. When in that position, I'm only allowed to use my computer to study. It as the first time we did and it worked! So well! I missed that feeling so bad, I actually managed to focus! It was amazing. By the time you got home and unlocked me, we had a nice afternoon of cuddles and tv shows.
On Wednesday, we were both feeling a bit down, but we cheered ourselves up like this: you locked my wrists to my collar, and then fucked my body while I was forbidden from orgasming. After being satisfied with yourself, you released one of my wrists and started choking me. You instructed me to touch myself while repeating a series of mantras about how I'm your toy and you use me whenever you want. You made me go faster until I couldn't stop myself and orgasmed without permission. A quick slapping session followed, because that could never go unpunished, not even if you forced it consciously, and then we took care of each other for the rest of the day.
On Thursday, I was super thankful for you doing so much for me, so I cleaned and ordered all your appartment. It wasn't kinky, it was just nice. I wrote 'A long day'. You liked it. You liked it a lot.
Today, saturday, at 1 a.m., you did it. You did exactly what I said in 'A long day'. You joined my ankles together, my wrists behind my back, you placed tightened and locked mittens around my hands, you placed handcuffs above my elbows and joined them, you tightened belts around my thighs and calfs, wrapped my head in bondage tape, and hooded me. You tightened a collar around my neck, harder thatn ever, and chained it up to my feet such that I could just barely not entirely stretch my legs without pulling backwards on my neck. You then widened the toy nook beside your bed a bit so that I would fit like this, and put me there above blankets and pillows. Didn't take me long to ask for the first item be taken off, the hood. Breathing was too hard. that was now one thing removed, 11 remaining. You waited a while to make sure I didn't ask fo anything else and then you allowed yourself to fall asleep. As usual, at first I slept fine, but today I had the most miserable day I've had in quite a while. My hip hurt from laying on my side, my waist from the big chain locked around it, my arms from taking turns being crushed under me, my shoulders from my arms being kept behind me, my neck from trying to position the oversized pillow I had in the nook, my jaw from trying to breathe in through the pillow since the air became too cold at one point, my calfs from how tightly the belt kept them together, my legs from the lack of motion. The only part of my body that felt fine was my feet. Which was the key, honestly, since literal cold feet make me safeword pretty fast since the cold gets unbearable quite quickly. During the night, the tape on my face came off, which is alright, we know it can happen and it's happenned before. You helped me back on the bed, placed a big sock in my mouth and the hood around my head. Sadly I started choking quite quickly so the sock was off. I had now spent 11 hours like this, and had only asked for a single item to be taken off. I was in such miserable state (specially if you consider they were using me, edging me, once every hour) that within the next 5 hours, I asked for the rest of the items off, and safeworded towards a nice aftercare evening. 16 hours I spent like that. I was happily miserable, being theirs, suffering for them. They were extremely happy. I love that. I did fall asleep on the bed at one point without permission while they were taking care of me, so I'll get some sleep deprivation in a few nights as payment, but tonight I'm being taken care of with nice food and I'll be allowed to sleep comfortably in bed with them.
I love my new life. I hope you'll enjoy reading about it. :D

Day 6: This morning we didn’t have to rush, which was nice and so we didn’t….. and after walking into town and having a coffee and re-setting our plans, we booked the next few nights, it was 1.30!!!! Our new plan is: Tomorrow night at the Nullarbor Roadhouse, Monday night at Cocklebiddy, Tuesday night at Norseman, 3 nights at Esperance (that may be one night too many but we don’t know how to change that!!!), Saturday night Wave Rock and Sunday night at York, then a quick trip to Rich’s where I plan to let him do everything that has to be done to take the van back!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣. Wendy says we’re NOT going to,do that at ALL!!! But we did think it would be a good idea to go to his place first and unload our clothes etc.
BUT…. back to today! After breakfast we did our first lot of washing, where we met a really nice young fellow who is a surfer, who lives on the York Peninsular and travels the Nullarbor lots. He was another mine of information (that’s why we realised we had to re-jig our plans a little bit). Honestly - and I know everyone says it - but people are SO helpful and every time, we have been lucky to strike up conversations with people who really do know the area we are in or travelling to. The boring washing was done and we hung it up in the beautiful sunshine and breeze and then walked to the cafe to plan the rest of our trip.
Walking back we could see the dark clouds building and managed to rip the clothes off the line before they were too wet and a quick whirl in the dryer fixed that. Today was also the day we needed to fill up the water tank and following he Let’s Go girl’s instruction to a “T” Wendy connected both ends of the hose (did I say before that Wendy is our plumber!!!) but we just couldn’t hear the water going in. I had my ear to the tank and we laughed at the prospect of the tank silently filling and spouting out on my face from the overflow. But nothing seemed to be happening other than the pressure explosion when Wendy unclicked the hose at the tank!!! There is an after hours number you can ring for Let’s Go assistance, so phone call number THREE to that number and a quick conversation with the man we are getting to know well there, who really knows his stuff, we learned that the Let’s Go girl doesn’t know her stuff and her instructions were wrong and it’s far easier than we thought!!! So we now have a full tank of water! Hooray Hurrah!!! Have you all gone to sleep yet????🤣🤣🤣🤣)
We had a quick lunch and then drove off (we haven’t managed to drive off still attached to things yet, but we mustn’t get too pleased with ourselves.). Back to driving off….. we drove to Murphy’s Haystacks (look it up) and it was such a surprise!! So well worth visiting if you’re ever anywhere near Streaky Bay. It is hard to imagine exactly how erosion and weathering could be so intense (of course over thousands of years) that huge, beautifully molded rocks could be left standing, towering approximately 10 meters over the surrounding ground, in the most beautiful shapes. It was indeed the highlight of our day. Wendy thinks they may even be the highlight of her trip so far. I hope I get this bloody photo uploading job eventually so Imcan show them to you.
Because we are going to head off asap tomorrow as we have another long drive, we topped up with fuel on our return to Streaky Bay and discovered that the Servo had take away curries made by the young Indian family who own the Servo. This was good… as the options we had for dinner were the rest of the oysters (if I could shuck them!) and maybe some fruit or weet bix or porridge sachets!! Anyway, back at the caravan park I was wishing Dave the oyster shucker (and helicopter pilot) was still here, but he and his wife Kate (an Obstetrician) and their two little girls came to say goodbye to us this morning. So instead of running around trying to find a shucker helper, I headed to the kitchen and I can’t believe I DID IT!!! I shucked the dozen oysters and we gobbled them down with some lemon, followed by our delicious curry, accompanied by a glass of Pinot Noir! Luxurious meal!
