Y'know when reading this discourse about bisexual women and lesbians I was inclining more towards understanding and agreeing with side that puts lesbians over bi women but it was your own shitty ass behavior that made me reconsider everything.

And have you guys ever thought that us lesbian women, as and straight women too don't have to firsthand experience to know what bisexuality is and that we should at least not police what it is like to live in a homophobic society as a bisexual? Like I generally don't see many known bi radfems here make lesbophobic comments. The only ones I have come across are eldopoism somebody and femaleinsight.

And lastly maybe maybe just consider that some of those bi women who seem lesbophobic go through internalized misogyny or homophobia which makes them shit on their own ssa and entertain moids more. That they're nothing but victims of patriarchal mindset too. It might change your perspective a lot.

Snarky smile you see from 2k miles, he’s even laughing before you laugh or touching you. It’s very likely that he’s returning in childhood when doing that, still have a little boi heart deep down.

Aomine likes it a lot about you, it’s not only an easy way to bother you but also because under him or whatever position you’re taking when you’re laughing, you look like a mess and he loves how the chaos look on you. He’s of course not even a little bit pitying you.

Putting his hands just below your armpits with the confirmed intentions to tickle you, you can be sure that he’s not going to back down until you’re either crying, red or doing what he asked you to : Of course he would use this as a chantage method !duh.

He would notice either really late or really early in the relationship that you’re very ticklish : If late it’s probably because Akashi doesn’t often express love by physical means outside of the house. If early it’s because well he politely gave you an hand kiss, aka the romantic « baise main » in france, like good manners would want for a gentleman to give it to their partner and you squirmed for absolutely no reason : making him confused and surprised.

How to say it was… relieving and embarrassing at the same time to get to know it was instead because you were sensitive and had multiples tickling spots ?

He’s overall really careful with touching you but as he knows you’re very ticklish he will only uses his left hand between the 4 wall of his house… because whenever he’s barely touching you with that magic hand you’re traveling in another universe. It’s like mad weird laughs and he got to experience it every morning in which he’s sleeping with you and that he indulge in the physical contact he deprives himself.

MURASAKIBARA ATSUSHI –

Your nemesis : Murasakibara is not that ticklish and well with those big hands of his he’s making you laugh without meaning to touch you in the first place because well touching you is so natural to him, it’s like eating snacks and where else can he put his hands to rest if not on you ?

So you’re quite often found folded like a chair when around him and honestly he doesn’t know how to react about this : finding it adorable but also… exaggerated ? But well… Kise is known to be quite playful and easily bored and it lead him to set pranks on you and tickling you by surprise.

His fingers are very soft and he cible precisely his attacks but he just keep on making you crackle testing your stamina and limits so it’s still intense torture. He’s having that idiot smile all along the procedure and is really insisting on seeing you so vulnerable and memeable.

hi!! i think ur the only blog i follow that has seen everything everywhere all at once yet lol (amaaaaazing film) so i was hoping ask: i feel like one of the biggest parts that stuck with me was waymonds genuine love for evelyn and her being able to let go of her shit enough to be able to accept it and let it bring her joy played a big part in her ‘happy ending’ and i feel like. i couldn’t understand why it couldn’t do the same for joy?? like why joy having beckys genuine love couldn’t do the same for her that waymonds love did for evelyn?? and i feel like the obvious answer is that joys relationship is not heterosexual and it’s less about her acceptance of the love in her life and more about the need for others to accept it but idk. i think somehow im trying to find an answer where you accepting your love without needing others to accept it can be enough, but it wasnt for joy and that makes me sad because it makes it seem bleak for me or anyone else who has love in their life that’s not enough….what was your take?? (if any of this makes any sense lol sorry if this is random)

friend i see where ur coming from but i think u misunderstood the movie and evelyn's storyline.

the love of a white girlfriend isn't going to heal the wounds of exile from ur homeland and being unable to connect with ur impoverished parents. it's simply not the site of the necessary work that has to be done in breaching that gap in understanding between u and ur mom.

there was always love, and love is why evelyn left her dad and her home, but love alone is never enough for immigrant stories. she always accepted waymond's love and worked very hard to keep it and justify it and keep them alive and at the beginning of the movie has failed all of these things. waymond wants a divorce and they're about to lose their home and income. love is never enough, there is always responsibility and duty and shame about the inability to fulfill these things in a way u might have been able to if u didn't take the risky choice and leave home. the possibilities haunt u because there's so many different ways ur life could've gone if you chose differently. maybe you could've spared urself a lifetime of pain, maybe the man wasn't worth it, maybe ur fucking up ur child when all u wanted is for her life to be better than urs. maybe she's headed where u r which is nowhere, which is hopeless, alone. there's always the pain and shame of exile and being unable to make a life for urself that ur proud of, being unable to escape poverty. there's a big emphasis on cycles in the movie and joy is about to do what evelyn did and leave her parents for an american life with the love she chose, and she is about to face the same kind of cultural exile and lifelong pain that made evelyn unable to appreciate and communicate with waymond for so many years.

deep lifelong pain doesn't go away when you fall in love and what evelyn goes through isn't simply realizing love is the most important, it is the necessary work of changing urself in the ways u have to for the people u love and going through what u have to in order to see what ur loved ones have been going through this whole time. and it's the most painful thing in the world. evelyn doesn't just temporarily let go of a lifetime of precarity and struggle with respectability and abandonment and lack of fulfillment to appreciate waymond and let it bring her joy. her joy is earned, she had to do a lot of difficult emotional work and was willing to sacrifice everything she knows about herself and the world to reach that point for the first time. her whole world had to be shaken up and she had to accept those changes and choose to not see life as hopeless and doomed but as something worth living and fighting for because of love. the sci fi framing of the movie shows that this is how hard it is for these gaps to be breached, the multiverse has to be torn apart for an immigrant mom to see her daughter clearly and stop her from leaving, to start healing and communicating and understanding each other instead because they need each other in their lives.

With "Cutie Pie" The Series airing currently, I have come across several posts where people have pointed out their strong opinions about kissing scenes between the main lead of the series. It's not that we haven't had kissing scenes in a BL series before,...but some are objecting to the way these scenes are shot, adding to the fact that the lead couple are promoted as "Real Couple" by Domundi, which not only manages the actors, but apparently is producing the series as well.

I'm sure you must be knowing how (in)famous P'Aof of Domundi is. With all the BS that happened with Saint after "Why R U!?",...BL fans have mixed opinions about the Manager of Domundi. Frankly,...not many people care. But,...the way Zee and New is presented as a couple in the exact same fashion as Mew and Gulf were promoted as a couple, is what is looking problematic to a lot of people. [It's looking like the same old formula is being repeated again to fool the delulu fans and mint money it out of them in whatever way possible.]

Honestly,...I'm not sure about any Managers or Talent Management Agencies of any BL Actors barring a few, because the Actors are the real celebrities and not the Managers per se. I'm not saying that the Managers don't have the right or liberty to come in front of the camera,...but their job is to manage those facing the camera all the time.

With all the opinions coming in from every corner of the world with respect to "Cutie Pie" The Series,...it seems Domundi is desperate for not just attention,...but trying to mint money as quickly as possible. That's the reason,...they are broadcasting the series on YouTube at the moment,...but have sold the rights to Viki. That way,...not only have they hit 1M followers on YouTube and minted money with the views given the raunchy content,...they have already planned to remove the content from YouTube later on,...to be aired in Viki. And frankly,...all this really looks too funny to me because somewhere it clearly suggests that they aren't here to take the BL industry forward or do something significant for the BL community. But that's a different topic so, I won't go there.

My question to you in this regard is as follows:

How far do you think the "Shipping Culture" is ruining the BL industry?

How will you differentiate between a "Delulu" fan vs a "Toxic fan"? [I'm asking this question specifically because I strongly believe that delulu fans eventually become toxic when they aren't served with what they are looking for.]

See also: Shamir being in the trial at all, Marianne and Mercedes adopting a 'defy the goddess and P E R I S H' attitude about it, AM Felix being surprised and confused by how Dimitri is acting after the timeskip. Probably more. Sometimes the game just has people act strange, sadly.

exactly my thoughts. three houses has some issues in its writing when it comes to characters being mouth pieces for what the writers want you to think rather than what they would actually say

like the western church scene is desperately trying to make you sus of rhea (despite her being completely justified let’s be real) so they have characters bend over backwards on their own beliefs and morals to be like “oh no >w< the gween wady is scawry what if she hwrts wittle old me 🥺” like… hello? who are u

another scene that’s similarly uses the corpse of a character is the one in silver snow where seteth is like “omg these imperial soldiers fought to the death maybe edel isn’t so bad if they’re willing to fight for her uwu” as if we’re not told point blank that forced conscription is a thing and hubert isn’t above black mail to force people to fight. not to mention why the hell would seteth give edelgard any sort of benefit of the doubt when she has help facilitate in the kidnapping of his daughter and has single handedly ruined all chance of peace in fodlan???

S H I N S O U | P A R T T H R E E (Final)

A/N: This started off shorter and then I redid one of the segments and welp here we are at 4.3k words. Oops! It’s not favoritism I promise. This is the “final” part to Shinsou’s CLUMSY series! I really hope you all enjoy! I’ll make a post asking what you all want to see next! :)

Denki couldn’t remember what time Shinsou told him to meet up with him after his training with Aizawa-sensei, so he figured he was going to just sit outside of the gym until he saw his purple haired friend exit the locker rooms. It had become almost routine for the two to have after school hangouts, mainly so Shinsou could relax after a long day. Kaminari helped fill the void that he felt without being able to see you. Though, Shinsou was guilty that it had distracted him from talking to you on occasion. While Kaminari was sporadic and chaotic, it helped ease the stress that Shinsou was constantly under.

However, Kaminari was surprised when he noticed the gym door was left wide open. Usually when he had ventured over to this part of UA, he would notice that the doors were closed. A privacy thing so that the students didn’t feel pressured or on-lookers wouldn’t intimate the said student. Had Aizawa-sensei cancelled his practice with Shinsou for the day? He was acting very strange the entire course of the day. He was extra grumpy and even before coming to check in on his friend, he had particularly felt bad for Shinsou having to deal with his sensei’s foul mood.

Curiosity got the better of the blonde boy, Denki decided to peek inside the small private gym, the ones teachers used to mentor students in, only to see Shinsou standing against a wall with his face pale and expression shocked. Shinsou had looked like he had either seen a ghost or had been told someone close to him had died. This immediately made the blonde worry for his new friend. He had looked around cautiously to see if Aizawa was still in the room. When it showed that it was only the two boys just sitting in absolute silence, that is when Kaminari decided to speak up to figure out what was going on. “Oi Shinsou, is everything-” The blonde started to say before Shinsou let out a scream of frustration. It reverberated a chill down Kami’s spine, making him flinch back.

Suddenly gym equipment started to fly across the room in haphazardly ways. His screams and shouts continued while he was heaving equipment left and right. “I’VE WORKED SO HARD.” Shinsou shouted in his fit of rage. “I HAVE WATCHED UNWORTHY STUDENTS SIT IN LUXURY.” Kaminari sat in a state of shock, watching his new friend seemingly lose his mind. He wanted to go and comfort his friend, but he was afraid he was going to lash out on him as well. He opted to just let him get all of his emotions out, even if it wasn’t in a healthy manner. “I PUSHED SO MANY PEOPLE AWAY FOR A SLIVER OF A CHANCE TO PROVE MYSELF.” He spewed again, not noticing the tears starting to stream down his face. He had thrown everything within a few feet radius as hard as he could across the smaller gym room.

He had looked over to Kaminari who was just standing there awkwardly, watching him, judging him. However, Shinsou was so out of breath he wasn’t sure if he even had any energy left to yell at the blonde for looking at him with such pity in his eyes. “I don’t know what’s going on, dude, but maybe you should take a breather before you hurt yourself.” Kaminari spoke cautiously, trying to not provoke Shinsou further. “You don’t get to tell me when to calm down! You don’t understand, you’ve had the privilege to just BE in the hero course!” Shinsou shouted at him, his eyes filled with both tears and rage. “But, you’re doing so well with your training! You were just talking to the support class to design your new gear!” Kaminari still tried to direct the conversation in a positive manner.

The two had just discussed how he was getting one of the girls in the support class to design a vocal chord changing mask. Kaminari was super blown away with the idea of being able to change voices in order to trick their opponents. While Shinsou might have lacked the psychical strength, he was always good at diverting and making a plan for success. “It doesn’t even matter now! Don’t you get it deadbolt!? I not only lost my shot at joining the hero course but I also lost the girl I loved by pushing her away for this opportunity” Shinsou’s voice strained out, it being raspy from screaming and shouting.

The blonde’s eyes widened in shock, realizing the situation at hand in front of him. He was watching Shinsou have a breakdown because for some reason, he had lost his mentor-ship with Aizawa. “What? What happened? You were doing great with your training!” Denki had pointed out making Shinsou flinch in embarrassment from those words. “Don’t you think I know that?!” The purple haired boy cried, clutching his chest in desperate attempts to not let his heart fail him now. Kaminari had also picked up on his specific wording, the girl he loved. Had he gotten into a fight with you the night before? As far as he was concerned, the two of you were fine. You guys had plans to meet up after practice the prior day.

“Can’t you just fix all of this then?” Kaminari’s comment made Shinsou turn very angrily towards him. “If I could, do you think I would make this big of a mess and yell so loudly? Do you think I would have gone into a fit of rage, destroying the gym if i could just FIX it? I can’t, you dumbass! I screwed up big time!” Shinsou cried out more, finally admitting his defeat. His knees crashed to the ground and he fell over onto his hands. He couldn’t stop himself from breaking down completely in front of Kaminari.

Kaminari knelt down next to him, placing a gentle hand onto the boy's back. Shinsou wouldn’t have noticed though, his entire body felt numb. He felt like he was plunging into a sea of darkness, swarmed with all his insecurities and doubts that he was ever good enough in the first place for such opportunities. With each gasp of air he took, he could feel himself drowning further into the waters that flowed over him like a flooding hurricane. Everything he worked for, everything he was aiming for was now just stripped from him.

You always kept him afloat with positive words that always helped him breach the waters that tempted to drown him. Like a ripping current he was being dragged under so quickly it was hard to breath. Kaminari was full of panic himself, watching Shinsou progress in his panic attack without fully knowing what to do. He wasn’t like Kirishima who could easily bring comfort to those in states like this. The blonde was tempted to go get help from one of his other friends but he was afraid of leaving Shinsou alone.

What had he done that had gotten him kicked from the mentoring program and had made him lose you?

“Stop right there, Shota.” Hizashi’s voice rang from down the hallway of the teacher’s lounge. Aizawa was still steaming with fury that he hadn’t noticed how far away from the training gyms he was. He came to a halt to see the older blonde glaring at him. “You took that way too far. I don’t know the extent of what your daughter said on the phone, but hurting Shinsou that badly wasn’t justified.” He started spewing, getting angrier through his sentence. Aizawa narrowed his eyes at his friend. “He broke her heart.” The tired teacher said through gritted teeth. “You didn’t hear how upset she was over the phone. I’ve heard her get like that once and that was after the USJ incident with the league of villains.”

“Teenagers go through breakups and fights all the time.” Hizashi tried to reason with him. “You don’t have a daughter, Hizashi.” Aizawa quickly countered. “You wouldn’t know what it’s like to hear your son or daughter call to you for help, sounding like they barely slept the night before.” Shota knew he was going way over the top, but if there was anything he would do, it was for the sake of his daughter.

His daughter wasn’t a planned idea, but there was nothing on the planet that Aizawa could love more. There was a reason he had made living arrangements and let little know about his daughter. The last thing he needed was for the league of villains to find out about you and to attempt to take you away from him. “No, but I know that you just crushed every hope that kid had for joining the hero course. Instead of punishing the poor kid who hasn’t been given a chance since he got here, why not help him out?” Hizashi started to try and reason with him.

“Help him out? After he hurt my daughter?” Aizawa growled through his gritted teeth. He could feel the headache forming in his temples from the day. He spent it so angrily, so filled to the brim with frustration. It was like he was getting hit multiple times in the chest with blow after blow. “You don’t even know what happened between the two! For all you know it could have been a misunderstanding. The last thing you want is for there to be no hope for your daughter to be able to make things up with the boy because you scarred him.”

For once, Hizashi had a really good point. As much as it pained him to agree with the obnoxious blonde, he knew he was right. “I’m sure your daughter would appreciate the effort set forth by you.” He continued to push, making a groan leave Aizawa’s throat. “Fine, fine. If it will get you off my back, and if you really think this is a good idea, then I’ll go make things right. If not, I will not hesitate to hang you over a pool of sharks.” Aizawa threatened, making Hizashi smile widely at him.

Hizashi treaded lightly behind Aizawa to make sure he would stay true to his word. The last thing he needed was for the man to slump over and fall asleep before missing his chance to fix things with Shinsou. He didn’t want to tell Aizawa, because he knew it would make him feel even worse about the situation, but he knew Shinsou had a soft spot for Eraserhead. The way the kid watched in admiration whenever he would explain something to the student said volumes.

Aizawa was not happy about having to be the one to confront the boy who broke his daughter’s heart. Damn that loud mouthed Hizashi for bringing his daughter into the mix. He knew he was right but that didn’t make him any less happy about the situation. In no time flat he made it back to the gym only to notice that things were strewn about. Weights were all over the place, the sparring matt was upright against a wall instead of on the ground. He noticed Kaminari next to Shinsou, kneeled over and rubbed circles into Hitoshi’s back. He almost felt bad when he heard the soft sobbing that came from the hunched over boy. Until he took into account what he had done to his daughter.

Aizawa crossed the room and pointed for Denki to leave. The electric blonde did not hesitate to question his teacher’s instruction and left the gym quickly. Aizawa squatted down to Shinsou’s level and put a hand on his back. “Get up, kid.” He said in a husky voice, before standing up. Shinsou’s eyes shot open and his head shot up to look at him. Surprise and confusion flooded his face as he wasn’t sure why the teacher of class 1-A had come back to him.

“Kaminari, if you don’t scram from eavesdropping from around the corner I will not hesitate to flunk you on your next upcoming exam.” Aizawa shouted loud enough so that his lingering student could hear. Both Aizawa and Shinsou heard shoes scuttling away from the door and down the hallway. He was about to tell Hizashi the same thing, but Shinsou had interrupted his thought process by saying, “Why did you come back?” Shota had noted his tone was defeated, and almost filled with hopelessness.

“I was too harsh, I was overcome with my own emotions of protecting my daughter and lashed it out on you. You are a bright student and one that deserves a second shot.” Aizawa started to explain, rubbing the back of his neck. “Why didn’t you tell me Y/N was your daughter? I had been dating her for well over a year. You had to know what you were signing up for when taking me on as my mentor.” Shinsou questioned quickly, obviously still very confused from the situation.

“I wanted to make you a hero good enough to protect her.” Aizawa admitted, shaking his head at his own thoughts. “I don’t know what you said to her to make her so upset she called me crying, but you need to fix it. However, being my daughter, she’s a stubborn headed mess. If I personally don’t help you, you may not have a shot of fixing it.” Shinsou’s eyes lit up with just a tad bit of hope. “You’re helping me?” Shinsou’s voice came out in a whisper. “In this regard, yes. If you think I’m going to be cleaning your mess here, you are sorely mistaken.” Aizawa said, however, Shinsou could hear a bit of playfulness in his tone.

You had been tempted to try and communicate with Shinsou after the blow-up the two of you had. However, judging on the last text you sent him, he had your number blocked. Even if he had unblocked your number, wouldn’t he have tried to reach out and make things better? This wasn’t the first quarrel the two of you had, obviously not to this degree. It had never gone on this long. The realization dawned on you the night before you were supposed to get together with your father, that maybe Shinsou was serious about not wanting you around while he went through his training.

It didn’t help lessen the blow in the slightest bit. It felt like someone was stepping on your chest and every time you felt like maybe you had some semblance of a grasp on your own emotions, the foot would step down harder. You felt crippled without Shinsou in your life. Your phone felt like it had less purpose, even if you had texted a few of your other friends to attempt to try and fill in the void that Shinsou had left. You had missed the late night texts, staying up video calling with him and seeing the sleep slip further from his eyes during his studies. Your grades this past week alone had slipped quite quickly as you were unable to focus on a single word a teacher was saying.

Your zombielike state had concerned not only your teachers, your classmates, but also your mother. While you tried to let it seem like it wasn’t bothering you that you had lost your best friend, you knew that your mother knew you better than that. What was worse was that she was probably keeping your father up to date on the current situation. You hadn’t informed either of your parents the details of your breakup with Hitoshi, and you hadn’t planned on it. The last thing you or your family needed was your father in jail for attempting to murder a minor.

When the weekend came around, you were half-tempted to cancel on your plans with your father. You wanted nothing more than to accept the warm embrace your bed was giving you. While it was dragging you further into your pit of despair it was at least comforting. When your phone buzzed on your nightstand you weighed the options of just going back to sleep, you knew your father was persistent and would call over and over until you woke up. For a man who was tired all the time, he didn’t understand why teenagers sleep so much over weekend breaks. Groaning, you gathered all your strength to sit up in your bed and reach over to answer your phone.

“We are still on for the movies today, right kiddo?” Your father’s voice chimed not even a second after you had picked up the phone. “I was actually thinking of maybe a rain check?” You tried to push, but you could already feel him rolling his eyes on the other side of the phone. “I know you being a teenager and you probably aren’t even out of bed yet, but as far as I’m concerned, it’s not raining.” Sarcasm dripped from his lips and you wanted nothing more than to hang up and turn your phone off. You were in no mood for his antics for the day.

“I’m just not feeling up to going today, papa.” You whispered after there was silence between the two. “I figured you would feel that way. Your mother has mentioned how you have been practically among the living dead this last week.” He recounted, making you curse under your breath for knowing your mother all too well. You had hoped that maybe, just this once she was going to keep things to herself. You should have known better. “I already bought the tickets ahead of time, and I’m not taking Hizashi or your mother.” Your father warned.

“Fine, I’ll get ready. I’ll meet you at the train station?” You sighed in defeat, knowing you would not win this battle. “Sounds good to me.” He said, before both of you hung up your phones.

You stood at the entrance of the train station, checking your phone a few times to make sure that your dad hadn’t texted you that he was running late. You had attempted to call him twice already and he hadn’t picked up on either attempt. A sigh escaped your lips, wishing that you had just stood your ground on staying home and sleeping the weekend away. “Y/N?” If you hadn’t been frozen in place before, the voice you had memorized locked your feet into place. Suddenly your heart was racing immensely too fast and the wind felt like it was knocked clean out of your lungs.

It wasn’t even fair, the way fate had played out for you this day. Not only did you dress in just leggings and a baggy hoodie, you had chosen a hoodie that you only now registered had belonged to Shinsou. Cursing your father for following through with your request for father daughter time, you finally looked up at the purple haired boy who seemed almost sheepish. He was wearing that cursed bomber jacket that you always loved on him, a simple t shirt and a pair of baggy jeans. In other words, he at least looked a million times more decent than you had. Not to mention your hair was thrown haphazardly into a messy bun and god knows you had dark circles developing under your eyes with your lack of sleep you had gotten last week.

“You know out of the two of us for once I think you win in the department of needing some extra weekend sleep.” Shinsou tried to ease himself into conversation with you. The tension in the air was so thick that you were sure that you were suffocating on it. You had so many questions and so many emotions flooding you at once. Your mind was swirling like you were stuck on a teacup ride that you were trapped on. When Shinsou noticed your lack of response to his statement, he returned back to his awkward state of trying to figure out how to make things go back to normal.

Anything would be better than this killer silence. He hated that it looked like you hadn’t slept in over a week and hated it even more than he was the one that caused you to be like this. His guilt was suffocating him for ever causing you this much pain for being so selfish. He wanted nothing more than to pull you into his arms and to soothe your pains away. If it hadn’t been for Aizawa he wouldn’t have even been here. He would still be in his dorm, beating himself up for ever letting this distance drift you two so far apart.

“If we don’t hurry, we are going to miss our movie.” Shinsou settled on saying, before turning to walk towards the direction of the movie theater. You whipped your head up so fast in confusion, trying to stammer out a sentence that made any sense. “Wha- I mean I’m here to meet with my dad.” You finally uttered, grabbing on his jacket sleeve to get him to stop walking. Immediately, Shinsou had reverted back to his nervous nature around you like he had once done when the two of you first started dating.

“Your father gave me the tickets and wanted me to take you out as a way to apologize for my irrational behavior. I should have never snapped at you like I did or acted as immature as I did. I can’t even begin to imagine how it was for you to just be waiting for any kind of affection on my end. I blew you off after an entire month of not seeing you. I probably made it seem like I wasn’t as excited to see you, but I was too focused on my own stupidity to realize what was right in front of me.” He blurted out quickly, stepping closer into your own proximity. “I don’t deserve any kind of forgiveness, but if I didn’t try, I’m pretty sure Aizawa-sensei would personally either kick my ass or expel me.”

You were listening intently until Shinsou had mentioned your father’s last name. “Aizawa-sensei?” You reiterated, raising a shocked eyebrow at him. “Yeah, I was surprised too when I found out. I almost lost my entire chance at getting into the hero course all together because of how pissed he was at me for hurting you.” Shinsou murmured quietly. If your jaw wasn’t open in shock before, it surely was now. Had Shinsou not been standing right in front of you currently you probably would have called your father and chewed him out for his brash behavior.

However, your heart swelled when thinking about how your father had stepped in to try and fix things between you and Shinsou. It must have been why he was so insistent on you coming to meet with him today. You had to remember to shoot him a text later calling him out on his conniving ways. “I know it’s probably embarrassing, your father stepped in on the situation, but honestly if it wasn’t for him I would have never had the courage to do this.” He said, grabbing your hand to hold in his own without hesitation. His hands were ice cold like they always had been, sending a chill up your spine.

“I wanted to be a hero that you could be proud of but instead I turned into a selfish loser-” He continued, that is until you grabbed the collar of his jacket and pulled his lips into your own. The chaste kiss made the nervousness melt away from both you and Shinsou. He relaxed into your touch, snaking his arms around your waist. You kissed him like you were afraid you would never get to kiss him again. When you were laying in your bed days after your fight you wanted nothing more than to be in the purple haired boys embrace. You had feared the last time you had seen him, the month before, was the last happy memory of being together. The time he had finally told you he loved you and the last time you two brushed your lips against one another's.

Tears flowed down your cheeks when the two of you had pulled away, gasping for breaths. You felt dizzy from all the overwhelming emotions you were thrown through but you wouldn’t give anything up for this moment right here. For the boy you loved more than yourself to be in front of you. He cupped your face and wiped the tears that were escaping your eyes with his calloused fingers. “I’m here, and I am not going anywhere this time. I will fight everyday to be the hero you need me to be. I love you more than anything and I hate that I had to destroy something so beautiful to realize it.” Shinsou stated, pressing his forehead against your own. You nodded while sniffling, desperately grasping your hands onto his shirt.

You threw your arms around his neck and pulled him into your embrace and he welcomed this touch. He ran his hand over your head and rubbed circles into your back. You couldn’t see but Shinsou had also started silently into your hoodie, getting intoxicated by your scent.

Aizawa smiled to himself to see the two of you entangled in each other’s embrace at the entrance of the train station. People were walking by without having the slightest of a clue as to what was going on between the two. Aizawa took out his phone and snapped a picture of the two of you in your loving embrace. You’d probably scold him for it later, but he knew you would appreciate it later in years. He would chew out Shinsou once again on Monday, before following it up with the news of participating in Class 1-A and Class 1-B’s field training. Then warning him if he ever hurt you again he wouldn’t get off so easy. However, for now, he headed back to Heights Alliance to give you two the space you desperately needed.

- i actually liked drew. im so sorry to everyone who hates her but full offence, why. think about it this way ok, first of all drew became hc because silena died. silena was the traitor, the one who betrayed chb, yet after she died campers celebrated her as a hero? and then drew suddenly has to replace her and live up to idk that legacy she left behind,, when all of a sudden this girl named piper swoops in and takes her place. idk abt u but i wld be salty abt that too. not only that, but as an asian, the chances of drew having faced racism/bullying as a child is pretty high (she studies at brooklyn academy). which means that when she finds out shes a demigod, and arrives at chb where most of the campers are white (this is an assumption btw), she’d obviously be scared of being bullied for her skin color right?? so the first thing she wld do before the campers get to bully her is to bully them before they can do so. (sentence structure here is wack i apologize) ofc this might not even have happened, drew could have had a perfect childhood && was a b1tch for no reason, BUT EVEN THEN HER ROLE AS A BULLY WAS PRETTY VITAL BECAUSE THAT FURTHER SHOWED THE CONTRAST BETWEEN HER AND PIPER,, HIGHLIGHTING PIPER AS A HERO//GOOD CHARACTER,, AND THEREFORE MAKING READERS LIKE PIPER MORE. anyway stop hating on drew please. ALSO WHY IS THIS SO LONGA SDFJHG

- jason isnt bland, the fandom just kinda erased his backstory (thanks to @pjohoo-memes for the phrasing lol)

- reynabeth wouldnt have lasted/would have broken up several times. idk i just see them as two extremely powerful characters who have firm opinions and will definitely clash at some point. in a platonic relationship,, i can see them as really good friends but as lovers? idk i just think theyll break up

- travis and connor stoll r way too underrated. the two have been head counselors of the hermes cabin since luke was revealed as a traitor, can u imagine the stress? luke, the person they probably looked up to as a brother, betrayed them. and they didnt even have time to process this when they were thrown the roles of being hcs. that would have been so stressful and i would probably have broken down if i were them. the stoll brothers taking turns to wake up at ungodly hours because a new camper is crying and homesick and terrified, the stoll brothers having to comfort and take care of new campers, having to deal with the amount of people in that cramped space because not enough campers are being claimed fast enough. having to resolve issues between campers in the hermes cabin all the time. the stolls arent just comedic relief, and we need to stop treating them as such

- demigods of the demeter cabin arent talked about enough and i love the fact that meg was demeters kid. like she isnt the child of one of the big three yet shes so powerful.

- sadie (tkc) was kinda annoying at first. i like her more now tho but i rmb not liking her for a phat while

- tkc and mcga need more love

- carter kane and jason grace arent boring. theyre just really sweet boys who are too good for this world and yes yes yes

- hazel and frank (especially frank) need to be hyped up more. i hardly ever see anything about them. also yall seem to forget that frank was literally made praetor and that even hecate admired hazel and was willing to fight beside her because of how powerful she was

- frazels age gap is kinda sketch but i still think theyre really cute

- nico definitely had trauma from going to tartarus on his own

- GROVER IS PERCYS BEST FRIEND

- annabeth isnt smarter than leo but neither is leo smarter than annabeth. ive seen a lot of discussions about who is smarter and heres my hot take on it: neither. theyre equally smart, just in different ways. leos a genius mathematically speaking. he has no issues solving math problems meant for people much, much older than him. annabeth on the otherhand, is great at strategies etc. she can make an army of 1000 more powerful than the enemy, even if theyre outnumbered. so in my opinion, both are equally as smart//u cant compare their intelligence, because their talents lie in two different areas.

- while i do agree rick riordan isnt a god and that hes bound to make mistakes,, AND that hes given us a lot of representation,, if the representation offends the people its sposed to represent, then theres a problem. im talking about piper as a poc and wearing feathers in her hair. im not a poc, so i cant speak for them on whether or not its wrong, because i dont know either. HOWEVER, i have seen multiple posts BY pocs talking about how they didnt really like rick’s representation of piper, and thats an issue. pocs have been and are still oppressed and discriminated against by many. as a white cis man, we cant really blame him for not knowing (tho he could have done a research,, asked some pocs,, idk), but by representing pocs in that manner, hes influencing impressionable kids/teens into thinking “oh pocs wear feathers in their hair all the time” etc, which isnt true. the pjo/hoo series is extremely successful, and kids who read the books will probably start forming inaccurate opinions on pocs. the amount of fan art that depicts piper with feathers in her hair dont help either. “but rick said so in the books, so its canon” yeah well rick isnt a god and he can get some things wrong at times. im not saying we should cancel him, im saying we should start educating ourselves and not spread false info like pocs wearing feathers in their hair all the time. also that snake song shit where she sang Summertime was just- yeah. bc heres the thing you can be racist, and still include minorities, but portray them in a racist way. And even then, ignorance isn't a thing to admire. Getting those facts wrong still has a major impact. It continues to perpetuate racist stereotypes.

- the fact that most of the strong female characters in the series refuse to be “girly”, and ngl i dont really like that. just because ure girly doesnt mean u cant be strong.

- piper would have been a great way for him to start making the strong characters act girlier, but instead he went with the “I’m not like other girls” trope which is quite obnoxious to hear constantly, and I don’t think it’s necessarily great for younger girls to read that idea growing up. the closest we've ever had to a strong female character who was also into "girly" things was Silena. when I was younger I admired Piper's "I'm not like other girls" thing, but then I got older and realized that the whole mentality of "not like other girls" is super obnoxious, and a little bit toxic

anyway but okay so!!!! very excited to share this!!!! this has been in the works since september but my picky ass finally found an adequate amount of songs so here it is!!!!!! my jotakak playlist (:

track list nd why i picked the songs that i did under the break!

1. the predatory wasp of the palisades is out to get us! by sufjan stevens i chose this song because it’s all about internalized homophobia and being in love with your best friend as a kid which RLLY resonates w jotakak imo. esp cause in the song, stevens’ friend ends up leaving abruptly, leaving stevens to wonder about what couldve blossomed if they had stuck together and worked through the difficulties together, which JOTARO....THAT IS JOTARO-CORE esp cause kak also “leaves” (dies). so this song was a v obvious choice for me and in fact this song is what inspired me to create this playlist in the first place

2. we are beautiful, we are doomed by los campesinos! this song is abt being in love with someone but you both have ur issues so it’s kind of a mess. considering jotaro and kakyoin’s (to point it quite frankly) trauma and the fact that both of them do jack shit to try and cope with it healthily, this song DEFINITELY fits them. esp cause this song mentions physical fighting and the imagery that goes with it (”he got his teeth fixed/im gonna break them”, “i’ve got a fist on fire”, etc) and the entirety of the bridge/last verse rlly gives me these two’s vibes so! ya (:

3. love love love by of monsters and men this song is the singer feeling like shes completely unworthy of being loved by this important person in her life, particularly because she has NO idea how to show affection and love the (for lack of better word) “acceptable” way, or any way at all really. this REALLY has jotaro vibes cause he is one repressed motherfucker and as we see the entirety of his story, jotaro is full of love he loves so much it’s just he has no idea how to properly express it cause he’s scared essentially. but that didn’t stop people from loving him, in this case, that being kakyoin. hhhhHHh

4. ribs by lorde this song is about being scared of growing up but due to the lyrics being written the way they are, i kinda spin the interpretation of it to be the fear jotaro and kakyoin had on the crusade to egypt, as they were the youngest and didnt know if they’d make it back and everything is just incredibly overwhelming there is so much going on all the time those 50 days. i can do a full analysis on why but that would be kinda long LMAO. for now let’s leave it at they have a very Unique fear of growing up but it still fits with the lyrics. particularly the last bit of the song with the “youre the only friend i need” verses,,,makes me think of these two...

5. can i call you tonight? by dayglow i interpret this song to be about trying to figure out what, exactly, your feelings are for this very specific and important person in your life. since jotaro and kakyoin r both repressed and also suckers of internalized homophobia, i think they fit that theme very well. particularly with the whole “i feel like we’re close, but maybe we’re not actually? what are we?” theme going on in the lyrics, this whole song makes me think of jotaro and kakyoin figuring out their intense and sudden (cause again only 50 days but also, those 50 days had So Much going on) feelings for each other. also the “now i’m no longer alone” line in the chorus HHHHHHH that’s them

6. la la la love song by toshinobu kubota ft naomi campbell SO I KNOW THIS SONG IS KINDA JUST FLUFF but we need some light-hearted moments in this thing hjgg;. ALSO toshinobu kubota is canonically jotaro’s favorite musician so i wanted to reference that and this was my fav love song of his that i’ve found so far so (: also the “you are my shining star” line,,,heh

7. truce by twenty one pilots so this song is very soft. it’s about tending to wounds and taking a moment before continuing to push on. it makes me think abt jotaro and kakyoin taking care of each other on the journey (for example the lovers arc/n’doul fight). also the whole “stay alive, stay alive for me/you will die, but now your life is free/take pride in what is sure to die” makes me go fucking nuts that is. that fits these two to a T fuck

8. this side of paradise by coyote theory this song has big “two lonely people are in love with each other for the first time” vibes and OHHHHHHHHHH THAT’S JOTAKAK.... there are a lot of little lines that make me specifically think abt these two, such as “love so strong it makes me feel weak” (jotaro-core...), “if you’re lonely come be lonely with me”, “i’ll be yours if you’ll be mine” (wanting some security while ur in love for the first time is common but especially for these two i think it works spectacularly) but yea this song as a whole is just...ohhh them. theyre in lvoe HK;FNJFL

9. i saw you in a dream by the japanese house EVERY. SINGLE. LINE. OF THIS SONG IS POST-EGYPT JOTARO. EVERY SINGLE LINE. and the ghost the singer talks about seeing? they hadnt changed at all? they were such a pretty vision, a perfect hallucination? BRUH... just listen i could do a whole analysis on this song it all just fits jotaro mourning kakyoin throughout the years so so so so well it makes me feel nuts holy shit i just. literally every line. every line fits i am not joking. i cried when i first heard this song LMAO

10. video games by the young professionals SO LMAO obviously kakyoin’s epic gamer moves are being referenced but beyond that i interpret this song to just be the fun parts of being in love esp when ur young (backed up with the “kissing in the blue dark” and the “watching all our friends fall” lines). also the chorus just makes me want to cry cause just, happy jotakak moments PLEASE. “the world was built for two only worth living if somebody is loving you, and baby now you do” THEYRE NOT ALONE ANYMORE THEY FOUDN EACH OTHER IM GONAN WAILLLLLLL oh my god. im nuts theynkjNJKNJF also “i heard that you like the bad girls” please. these two shitty teenagers

11. ikanaide by sohta ft. yuki kaai this song is abt not wanting someone u love to leave u cause youll miss them obviously but also ur scared of how the time will change you and if it’ll make you unrecognizable eventually. big post-egypt jotaro vibes 😔 especially cause one part of the chorus translates to “i shouldnt cry, i shouldnt cry, but the truth is i want to say dont go” and im jus like OHHHHH NO IT’S JOTARO FINDING OUT KAKYOIN DIED jkfnNKJFNJDhkld

12. therefore you and me by eve ALRIGHT. god this song is one hell of a doozy. i interpret this song to mean being sincerely in love but youre in the wrong place/wrong time. considering the uh Whole Situation in part 3 there were definitely better times to fall in love for these two. jotaro and kakyoin try to be happy w the moments they do have (i think the second verse in particular adds to this sentiment what with the selfish ghosts part) but they want a better environment understandably so theyre also just kinda ignoring things until they can properly care for a relationship. but well...who knows if theyll live to make it to that better environment ):

13. mayonaka no door/stay with me by miki matsubara this song is a v sweet sentiment abt like “it’s not just heat of the moment!! i do care about u a lot!!” and asking the person u have feelings for to stick around. big kakyoin and jotaro vibes as it would be easy to call what they have a fling considering how relatively short of a timeframe they had but i genuinely think their relationship was deeper than just that and this song nicely reflects such. “jotaro and i will share a room cause we’re both students” fuckin head ass

14. a thousand years by sting oh sting.... so since sting is kakyoin’s favorite musician canonically i had to add one of his songs here as well but beyond just that i do think this song fits them!! it kinda gives me big “if not in this life, then the next” vibes which is a big uhhh thing for jotakak. they may be doomed to tragedy but the moments they have together make the tragedy worth enduring ironically i feel like this song is mostly from jotaro’s pov considering i dont think he ever completely got over kakyoin and this song def has that kinda sentiment but hey it fits them...

15. mr loverman by ricky montgomery SO FUNNY STORY i actually REALLY. REALLY didnt wanna add this song at first cause i felt it wouldve been...idk too cliche? i guess? and i was ALL kinds of picky when choosing songs for this playlist HOWEVER. eventually i relistened to it and read the lyrics while thinking specifically abt jotakak and it actually rlly does fit quite well KJDFN; another jotaro mourning song ): it’s not just the chorus tho the whole song fits jotaro immediately post-egypt but also i feel like some time around part 4 this sentiment would come back to him cause Yknow. Gays In Morioh and the mess of his family life back in america. it just aches for him cause while he’s happy josuke is happy he wishes he couldve had that for him and kakyoin too but yea jus ... them

16. you by petit biscuit an instrumental?? in a ship playlist?? yes that’s right much like mr loverman i was hesitant to put this song in cause it’s harder to justify since i dont rlly know much abt music (and not to b controversial but interpreting lyrics and interpreting music r two different things) however i really think the vibes of this song fit jotakak. it’s got a somber melody but the keys of the piano are high which im taking to mean “light in the dark” which. jotaro and kakyoin (along w the rest of the crusaders) were each other’s lights in the dark. also the ending samples a conference/lecture talking about space flight and like. star platinum. space symbolism. jotaro. yeah

17. saturn by sleeping at last MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. this song is all about losing someone very close and important to you, but reflecting on the good they brought into your life rather than the pain of losing them. this song also has HEAVY space imagery which stardust crusaders is absolutely chalk fucking full of so also it’s a very philosophical song and considering that jotaro and kakyoin are both Nerds and both got a nice view of the stars/space in the desert with each other, im sure they had conversations similar to the one highlighted in the song. i think it’s a good note to end the playlist on cause kakyoin is dead and jotaro is the survivor but it’s not a mourning song so much as jotaro taking the love he had for kakyoin and pushing forward with it allll th way into part 6

but yeah that’s the tracklist! i might add or take away a song or two but this is mostly it (: hope yall enjoy!

gah that post about manipulative people tend to frame themselves as victims!! a very frustrating feeling as i'd recently been involved with one. it's genuinely disheartening they'll cry and use those tears to gain support from people but then somehow manages to make other people feel like shit

how will they learn if they won't bother to look into themselves, using their trauma both as a way to justify themselves and a defense? ah!!

ASDFGHJKL ANON!!! I FEEL FOR U SO DEEPLY!!!!! RIGHT???

First of all, I'm so sorry you had to deal with a manipulative person. that can be a very emotionally taxing experience that requires a lot of healing, self-love and self-care to get thru. I hope u r doing alright and taking care of urself and treating urself to good things cause u really deserve it! manipulative ppl can be very toxic and emotionally exhausting and can wear down your self-esteem, your happiness, your confidence and your self-security just so they can bring themselves up. It's terrible; they purposely step on you to gain leverage in their own self-esteem and happiness, inflating their sense of self and superiority complex but when you call them out, they twist and manipulate the situation, reaching as FAR as they can to make themselves as the innocent "uwu" victim and YOU as the toxic villain plotting to bring them down. it's so fucking frustrating because as you said, it's so disheartening. you will feel so helpless because your feelings will be invalidated and you will feel even worse than before. they MANIPULATE U INTO FEELING GUILTY FOR BEING HURT BY THEIR OWN WORDS, BEHAVIOURS AND ACTIONS! how fucking sickening is that? and it's worse cause as they wear you down over and over, you start to buy into their manipulations and genuinely feel terrible for feeling hurt in the first place. u start questioning ur own emotions and whether they are valid and wonder if you are being "oversensitive" or being a terrible friend/child/sibling/partner etc for taking offense and being hurt. they don't mean to hurt you! so why should u be offended? when in reality, u have every right in what you feel and that anybody that tries to play victim and manipulate their way out of accountability of hurting you is a shitty and toxic person that shouldn't be in ur life.

manipulative ppl w/victim complexes can't handle being painted as the villain for even a single second so when u call them out, they double down and twist the situation whatever way they could to come out of the conflict looking like the innocent victim. they make YOU apologize for being hurt by them which is so fucked up. they cry tears and guilt-trip you into making you feel like a terrible person for making them cry or to gain support from outside parties, as you have mentioned. tears, as we know, are a dangerous weapon. manipulative ppl use tears as a means of escaping accountability unscathed completely at your own emotional expense.

your last statement holds a lot of truth. “hurt people hurt people” is really what it is. unfortunately, sometimes people holding trauma cope with that trauma by inflicting it onto others. as much as we can empathize with people that have been hurt and traumatized in the past and the desire to help and support them, if they are in turn, inflicting pain and toxicity on you... there’s no justification. there is never a justification of purposely hurting an innocent person for ur own gain. as u said, you can’t use it as a defense and justification to hurt another person and expect to play the victim. it’s even more complicated as the person they are hurting can have their own traumas and they are trying their best to be as empathetic as possible to the manipulative person... but in turn being blamed for making that person feel worse. i myself have once been blamed for damaging a person’s mental health further solely for calling them out for being manipulative towards me. i think... many ppl have had experiences where the world is against them and they tend to frame the person they hurt as part of that when being called out. if u call them out, they group u with the rest of the ppl that have been trying to bring them down. it’s truly unhealthy for both parties and honestly, creates a fractured and strained relationship consisting of walking on eggshells and second-guessing yourself constantly. that’s not to say not to empathize with them; u can understand as to why they act this way but still recognize that the way they treat you is not right. as you said, they need to look into themselves, process and reflect and wonder “why do they feel this way?” and “how have i hurt them?” instead of taking immediate offense and deflecting the blame. they will never learn as they will never even acknowledge they are being toxic in the first place. the key word here is EMPATHY. manipulative ppl do not practice empathy for others as they are too engrossed in playing the victim to understand how they hurt you. and anyone who isn’t willing to understand u shouldn’t be in ur life. them willing to not only hurt u but inflict further pain on u by making u feel terrible just to escape accountability... they aren’t worth it. we are far too precious to have to go thru that emotional exhaustion of being hurt and being painted as the villain for it over and over again.

anyways, i’ve spoken too much lol. just like u anon, i have been in a toxic relationship with a manipulative person with a victim complex as well. the only way i got out was by calling them out not only for hurting me, but for also attempting to manipulate me into being painted as the villain and them as the victim. it really is freeing to break out of these dynamics! it can be hard to realize ur worth in these toxic relationships and even realize u r being manipulated but i’m proud of u for recognizing that shitty relationship for what it was and realizing that they were an unhealthy presence in ur life. i love u anon and i hope u r doing well and surrounding urself with good ppl who genuinely love, care and support u. 🤍💧✨🦋 u deserve the universe and more. 🪐✨💜☁️🌙

Alright! So not so long time ago i did a script how Charlie and Jack first met, i hope you'll enjoy it! English ver: (It was a cloudy day, all of this happened in the mental hospital where Charlie usually works and examines his patients. It's 4:30 PM)

Jack: * He is sitting in some room on a chair in front of a small table, waiting for someone to come to check him *

Charlie: * Knocks on the door * Knock knock!

Jack: ... Who's there ..?

Charlie: * Enters * It's me! Heheh! * Closes the door behind him, sits on the chair in front of Jack *

Charlie: Hmmm .. You must be.. * Checks his name on his list * Ah! Jack! Jack Di-

Jack: AGH !! DO NOT SAY THIS SURNAME !! I HATE IT !!!! STOP IT! STOP IMMEDIATELY !!! * He covered his ears with his hands and closed his eyes *

Charlie: Huh? Well .. All right!

Jack: I just prefer people to call me ONLY Jack ..

Idw Prowl is an evil SOB (took him two years to send the Wreckers to Garrus-9 and help Maxy (who was protecting all the war crimes the Bots did), put Maxy’s torturer and a war criminal on board the Lost Light cuz why not, sent Pharma to Delphi knowing it was DJD territory)

Prowl... Prowl’s creation and competence in his area of work is astounding. He is brilliant, creative, and defiantly apathetic of this world. But, he is very human in his own way. IDW Prowl is selfish, yet not. He is a unique in that aspect because most people make decisions like his for the sole reason of benefiting themselves. But Prowl’s sole reason of existing is to create PEACE.

Peace. Peace can only be done when people are complacent, happy, and satisfied. When things are stationary. Stable.

But life is never stable. Elements desire to form bonds, yet are almost always leaning towards to instability... Prowl’s form of PEACE is a world where there is no fighting. But everything sentient requires to fulfill its desires. As long as there is desire, people will fight.

A world of PEACE would be a world of full control, there are no surprises, no change. Safety, routines, and constants. No creativity, no development... nothing. stagnant.

But I must admire Prowl’s tenacity and dedication to this world!

He sacrifices everything for the sake of the directive, preserve cybertron, PEACE. He sacrifices his morals (Robot Gets Bullied By a Human), his dignity (Recent News, Cop Accepts Orgy For The Means of Establishing Peace, his body (Recent News, Cop gets Molested by A Spider for The Autobot Cause), and of course, thousands of lives (Not Recent News). :D Prowl respects and understands that there will always be chaos and instability, and he is so very flexible around it all! He literally can maximize everything and anything he has. He is the embodiment of consequentialism with a lil dash of politics. I wish my group project members were 1% as productive as him! Prowl tries to put everything black and white, and he gets upset when things get far more tricky, and wants to get everything in control so people can stay safe and remain in peace and not fight! And that’s a respectable goal! Control can be good, it means one understands and is able to retain themselves and the thing they are controlling. But Prowl doesn’t want to accept that there are things out of his control. And Prowl likes to think he’s justified when he controls the uncontrollable.

I mean, yeah, if he didn’t do what he did, the autobots would have been six feet under A LOT EARLIER. Optimus is not a good leader, preserving organic life over his own soldiers? Psh. Look at Spike, he’s got valid points and can I understand why he left the ‘bots. Prowl’s probably thinking everyday, DAMN, OP, WHY R U SO DUMB. LISTEN WE NEED TO FEED OUR SOLDIERS AND PRIORITIZE OUR SPECIES LIVES INSTEAD OF THIS FUCKING CARBON BASED CIRCLE. HELLO??? And literally Prowl could have been like I’m gonna get ya assassinated so I CAN HAVE IT MY WAY. But Prowl was BORN for the RULES. To follow, to MAKE PEACE. Killing the prime figurehead is against that, even if it would make his life way easier! (hence, not that selfish and also sad that your life is the rules. That’s a short leash, but he makes due)

Honestly I feel bad for Prowl. Must suck to be so big brain that everyone hates you when you say the truths (but also you could learn some more tricks from Jazz to be nicer and hide the truth, but that’s scary because a nicer prowl means more people he can trick and use. Thanks Prowl for being so straightforward! Now people can avoid you easier). He's so straightforward about things that need to be done, he’s in constant denial about the grey area of life!

That’s why when Spike slapped Prowl with reality slaps, Prowl lost some of his shit. Remember, nearly everyone had the edgy depressed time in their teens or young adult years where you realize the world is truly unfair and nothing is black and white? Yeah. Slap that on a 6+ million year old robot with a battle computer and is capable of big brain CPU-age, and was literally built for the sole purpose of enforcing rules and making peace? And no one really cared about Prowl enough to understand him and his background. So Prowl goes through his angst moment alone with his huge titties, frustrated. THIS. IS. WHY. YOU. COMMUNICATE. YA DINGUS.

Prowl doesn’t become a school shooter like Pharma cuz hes got bigger brain and a lot more power and control over himself, but he literally becomes Shadow The Hedgehog (Even if the world’s against me I’ll fight like I’ve always have). HE’S GONE ROGUE. MA’AM, SIR, THE FUCKING OREO COOKIE HAS TRANSFORMED AND ROLLED OUT. like. OP was the one thing holding prowl back, which was good! But now prowl’s on the roll and bumblebee is too nice and passive to hold him back. + the bombshell brainwash? feels so bad. being prowl sucks. because Prowl is a necessary evil.

At least he’s wonderfully blunt about his goal to create a peaceful cybertron, which makes it easier if you want to avoid him or smth. meanwhile you have fake people IRL that smile their way through and then slit your throat and you won’t even know it was them (hey jazz, no offense, but that’s what spec ops does). Fakers are the scariest enemy, but Prowl is still a threat, just not as big as a someone who fluffs you up on a balloon and then pops it. Prowl would just be like, hey, you’re really useful, come over here in my white van i wanna show you something and then maybe you get destroyed. But hey! You were the one with the highest chance of surviving compared to other people! Isn’t that great? You’re so skilled WOW. (Prowl gets punched. Again!) Prowl represents the necessary evil in society. We WILL ALWAYS HAVE EVIL people in this world. But Prowl is a far better evil than people who do evil for their own selfish reasons. It’s like how we have law enforcers and politicians . It’s basically giving them legal rights to do illegal things (lmao). BUT we need them regardless. We need those people to get their hands dirty, possibly killed, so that people can live in innocence and peace.

I don’t think Prowl ever realized that he was a necessary evil, and when Spike showed him that, he was bitter. But he accepted it. Which I respect because most people can’t be bothered to understand themselves and just throw themselves in denial, and point fingers for their flaws. Prowl sucks up and understands who he is, and he makes the best of it to achieve his goal. I mean, honestly? Prowl is probably a miracle worker. Not in a Ratchet sense. But look at the way modern governments run, nothing gets done, everything is stalled because no one has the guts to make sacrifices. Prowl would have gotten a shit ton of things done, man, and take quick efficient action. Even if he sacrifices many things for it. (Warning. I do not condone any taking of lives, NO ONE has the right to judge whenever a person should live or die.) Prowl reminds me of 秦始皇 (Qin Shi Huang), the king who unified China and sacrificed millions to make the Great Wall, canals, and road systems that last to this day. If it wasn’t for these accomplishments, China wouldn’t have been what it is today. Was it a good thing? For the future residents of China? Hell yeah. But the costs? Those are sins that can never be erased, and they are horrible and shouldn't be done ever again. Was it necessary? Perhaps. But that’s another discussion. Is Prowl evil? Depends on your definition of evil. Perhaps he’s justified, perhaps in his world, he’ll go down as the Qin Shi Huang of the Cybertronians. Regardless, Prowl like Pharma, is an EXCELLENT example to study on public ethics, and administrative officials should analyze him and learn from his mistakes and sins. I think Prowl is not evil in a sense that he wishes to harm others, but evil in a sense of his apathy. Prowl is a necessary component to a functional society (someone to plot, to use people, to enforce rules even if some are sacrificed, someone who can get their hands dirty). He lives a terrible and sad fate, and I do not wish ANYONE to live a life like Prowl’s or look up to Prowl. Yes, he’s so clever and brilliant, but that kind of power will make you the loneliest person on Earth.

Thanks Prowl for taking the entire load of sin on your shoulders! Big MVP! You get nothing from the world except hate and contempt. I would go on about him more but I have IRL stuff to do. I love Prowl as an example to tell people that MODERATION. COMMUNICATION. AND COMPASSION are important factors to have a healthy and good mental state. Prowl is the perfect example of someone who doesn’t want to empathize (haha so many people are like this today), who doesn’t want to try to use more braincells and friends help to make better plans that are more moderate and not extreme, and who doesn’t want to talk to anyone thinking its a waste of time or have difficulty explaining things. BUT I LOVE G1 PROWL because he has far more patience and manners, and doesn’t take a darker, route for his goals. awhohdohd he’s baby,,, i wish all cops had patience and manners and in general open-minded yet cautious enough not to be taken advantage of,,,, perhaps then we wouldn’t have so much polarization and fighting with authority in this world....

uwuwwuwuwuw they did prowl so dirty in idw WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH ;____; Again, you are welcome to disagree or agree! I wrote this really quickly so I’m sure there will be points that could be clarified or edited. Prowl’s really complicated and I do not like to talk about current IRL problems, but Prowl represents a lot of problems in society. And I think it’s critical if we try to look at both perspectives to get an understanding on WHY people do these things, and is there a solution to AVOID making those same mistakes? There’s a couple of controversial things in this short essay I wrote, esp. about cops IRL. So feel free to have at it! Or ignore it! Whichever is more comfortable for you! Thanks for coming to my ted talk! Again, Prowl is a bad influence and a sorrowful life to live. please do not try to be like prowl. xD I won’t intrude on you if you do, because you have a right to live the life you want as long as you’re not hurting other people’s interests and wellbeing!

Sugar Daddy AU - part 5 (Ethan Ramsey x MC)

The conversation they were about to have made Amy unusually nervous and this was definitely a first. In the past she never felt like this about meeting Ethan, in fact, her feelings were the opposite and she couldn’t wait to finally see him again. But now things were completely different and following their last conversation the night before she wasn’t sure what to expect. He was mad, jealous, and seemingly impossible to reason with.

On the way to his new apartment she began to wonder why he acted this way. Could it be that he suddenly became this possessive because he had real feelings for her? Or was it only because he truly expected her to focus only on him for the amount of money and time he had spent on her in the past months? Whatever the reason was, deciding what to do now–despite her feelings for him–was a difficult choice to make.

When the door opened and her eyes fell on him, Amy couldn’t help but notice the dark circles under his eyes and how tired he looked in general. But this tiredness was different than the kind she’d seen before, when he traveled to Baltimore right after a long shift at the hospital and headed to her place without getting some sleep first. This was worse than those times although she couldn’t quite tell why. The fight they had the night before wasn’t big enough to keep him up all night.

“Are you sure you want to stay here?” she asked, hoping he would change his mind and pull himself together enough to go out.

Ethan stepped aside and let out a long, tired sigh while she walked into the apartment. “I think it would be for the best to keep this conversation behind closed doors.”

“As you wish.”

Silence filled the apartment as Amy sat on the couch and watched him pour a glass of whiskey for himself. For a brief moment he raised the bottle to ask her if she wanted one too but she declined. She had to be sober, that was the only way she could possibly remain calm during this conversation. They were about to renegotiate the terms and it meant Ethan wasn’t about to get everything he wanted. After her conversation with Kaito earlier that day, she knew perfectly well what she wanted to ask for.

After what felt like an eternity, Ethan occupied the other end of the couch and gave her an expectant look. “So how many sugar daddies do you have right now?”

“You and one more,” she replied without hesitation.

“Isn’t he a little old for you?”

Even though Amy opened her mouth to answer the question, she quickly changed her mind after processing his words. “How do you know–”

“I followed you.” Ethan didn’t show even the slightest hint of remorse as he informed her about this. Apparently, he didn’t even understand why it took her by surprise because within seconds he began to hurry her. “So? You never answered my question.”

“I wouldn’t be seeing a man his age if I didn’t like him at all. Are you happy now?”

“No, I’m not. Is it his personality or his money you like?”

Amy couldn’t believe the audacity of this asshole. He had already accused her of seeing others only to get more money and gifts during their fight the day before but back then she assumed he said these things because he was mad at her. But, as it now turned out, he really believed it was true. She hadn’t seen this side of him before and she still had a hard time believing he was the same Ethan Ramsey people idolized.

Sure, there were rumors about his ego, but the things he had achieved so far kind of justified that. This behavior, on the other hand, was something else, something much worse. He acted like he owned her and she hated it. She thought he was more intelligent than that. Well, apparently, she was wrong.

“Did you tell him that I want exclusivity?” he asked with a raised eyebrow as he took a sip of his drink.

“No.”

“Why? I’m going to leave everything behind just to move here and be with you, and I’ll even make sure you get an internship at Edenbrook,” Ethan listed angrily before tossing the now empty glass on the coffee table. “Don’t I deserve this much in return?”

“I never asked for any of those,” the young woman told him without missing a beat. Once she took a deep breath to calm herself, she went on. “Okay, look, you said you wanted to go back to the basics and renegotiate the terms of our arrangement. Let’s do that. What do you want from me, Ethan?

“Exclusivity.”

“And?”

“I want you to live with me both here and in Boston.”

In Boston? This conversation was getting better and better. Shaking her head, Amy held up a finger and said, “I never said I would accept the internship.”

“Why wouldn’t you? There are people who would kill for such an opportunity,” he pointed out casually, making it clear he hadn’t listened to her the other day when she told him about playing favorites like this being completely unethical.

And that wasn’t all. For now, she decided not to restart the debate about whether him giving her a chance to be an intern would be fair to the others or not, instead she shed light on another problem she had with this whole situation. “Because you haven’t even moved here and you’re already suffocating me!” Amy almost yelled.

“I’m not–How am I suffocating you exactly?”

“Do you remember the first time we met? I told you I’m doing this because I don’t want a relationship, because this way I can stay independent. Exclusivity in itself is one thing, but what happened last night… That was jealousy, Ethan. If I wanted to deal with a jealous boyfriend I would be in a proper relationship.”

He didn’t say a word.

Long seconds passed in complete silence and it seemed like he finally understood what she was trying to say all along. Since Amy had no idea how long this would last, she decided to use this opportunity to tell him about her terms. “I know you can’t back out of your deal with the university so here are my terms,” she began calmly. “I don’t want to talk about the internship because I need time to think about it. I also don’t want to move in with you because I’d rather keep my privacy for now. We will have to come up with a schedule for our meetings to keep things under control. And I don’t need your money or gifts, all I would like to ask for is you paying when we go out.”

“What about your rent and tuition?”

“Kaito will cover all of my expenses.” Ethan’s muscles visibly tightened at the mention of his name but she spoke up again before he could open his mouth to complain about it. “He gave me permission to tell you about what we talked about today. He decided to retire which means he won’t travel as much as he used to. This is why he wanted to meet me, to give me a credit card I can use whenever I need it, especially if I decide to visit him in Japan. Since he’s not an idiot, he noticed that something was bothering me. I told him I had a problem with a sugar daddy and he gave me a piece of advice: I should teach you a lesson about boundaries. This is why I want to stick to these terms. You need to understand that sugar dating doesn’t mean that you own me, that you can always tell me what to do. There has to be mutual respect and… I don’t see that now.”

Amy kept a short pause to see if he had anything to say but he was surprisingly silent.

“If I don’t accept your money or gifts, I won’t depend on you financially and it gives you one less reason to believe you can control me,” she explained with a shrug. “Oh, one more thing: I will keep in touch with him. Hell, I’ll even go to Japan a few times a year. But you need to know that sex was never a part of our arrangement. Did I kiss him before? Yes, but that was all. And he knows perfectly well that you’re… more important to me than you should be.”

He was still silent but at least now you saw signs of his brain working in the background. Minutes passed until he finally nodded and all he said was, “Fine.”

Dude. U have to understand that bts are not *just* about money. Rapline mixtapes were not for money making/ solo debut purpose. You have missed the entire point of them releasing their mixtapes. They made it to express themselves, as a way of explaining their feelings and expressing their growth as a person and as a rapper. If u think that the reason rm released mono without any promotion or anything is because bighit is lazy with bts then you have missed the whole point of namjoon releasing it. As much as u hate to hear it, bts is not kpop they are so much more than just an idol group under a company

no ok, i will say you had me in the first half i’m not gonna lie. but there’s something i want to address before answering your main point, and it’s this: “bts is not kpop they are so much more than just an idol group under a company.” listen, i get it. i get that bts means a lot to you, and i get why you would say something like this. but please, take a moment to think about how you sound. bts IS much more than an idol group, in the strict sense of the word, because they don’t fit that mold. yes. are they the only idol group who doesn’t fit that mold? no, they are not. when you say bts isn’t kpop, you sound like a snob. you sound xenophobic. you sound like you really don’t want bts to be associated with that word because that word embarrasses you. for the sake of this argument, let’s just interchange pop with kpop. k-pop is a moniker that stands for korean pop. are bts korean? yes. are bts a pop group? also yes. you know who isn’t kpop? dean. bibi. yerin baek. they are k-r&b artists. the kpop label just helps distinguish these artists between genres.

the boys themselves have said in interviews that they want people to realize they are not just a kpop group. when they say that, that doesn’t mean they think they’re better than kpop, or think themselves above that. they say that for the same reason bad bunny and becky g and reggaeton artists are shoved aside into the latin categories of every major music award. it’s because in the US, anything that isn’t in english is automatically otherized. bts sings in korean, therefore they’re not “real” pop. they’re kpop, a lesser cousin of the real deal. so you might argue that’s the reason they’re not kpop, because they are just a group who writes their own songs and sings music that comforts people and they want to be seen that way in the west.

but when fans say “bts isn’t kpop, bts is btspop” you’re not helping solve the issue. like, take a step back and realize how self-righteous you sound. it’s embarrassing, it sounds like a tantrum thrown by a fangirl or fanboy who thinks putting down all the other groups and artists in the same industry as bts is justified. it’s like, if suddenly people said beyoncé isn’t pop, or michael jackson isn’t pop like??? it just doesn’t make any sense. they ARE pop, no one in their right mind would say mj isn’t anything other than the epitome of pop music. you could’ve just said bts are the kings of kpop and be done with it, and i wouldn’t argue with you or take a problem with it. but no, you had to go and make it a weird superiority thing again. bts has k-rap roots, but they’re ultimately, and for every practical purpose, a kpop group.

now that that’s out of the way, let me just say i think you completely missed my point talking about their mixtapes. where did i ever mention money? where did i say i want them to profit off their mixtapes more than they (already) have? i KNOW bts isn’t about a quick buck. if they were looking for that, they could’ve just sold out a long time ago. my point wasn’t about mono or hopeworld being commercial projects, my point was about how bts HAS NOT HAD A SINGLE SOLO/SUBUNIT DEBUT FOR 8 YEARS. i used the mixtapes as an example for people who seem to think those mixtapes count as solo debuts. they are not. they are just personal projects made with love and that are also a creative outlet for namjoon, hoseok and yoongi, who are not allowed to take over as much in bts songs about what is their ultimate passion, which is rap and songwriting.

kpop groups normally allow their idols to have these type of subunit debuts so they can cement themselves as artists and ALSO to expand their roster for when the inevitable enlistment time comes. don’t you think it’s a little too weird how big hit doesn’t allow official solo projects in the group? even besides music, like, taehyung had a minor role in a drama once and that was it. jin is a professionally trained ACTOR, don’t tell me he doesn’t wanna do acting because he does. being a kpop idol is an all rounder profession. you sing, you act, you model, you mc, etc. bts doesn’t do half of that, and while it might be their own personal choice and i won’t hold it against them, the members have said in numerous occasions how they wanna do their own thing, but because of the “7 or nothing” narrative big hit has pushed, it contributes to that. i’m not saying bh has them shackled in the basement not allowing them to have personal autonomy, ofc not. but it’s an undeniable fact that their (mis)handling of the members’ personal agendas is in part responsible for that.
