notes/warnings ; alcohol use, harsh language, yandere venti?? a bit suggestive LMFAOM kinda idk; i KINDA wanna make this nun reader idea a reoccurring idea tbh

a holy, loyal, innocent devotee.

he had his eyes on you. his green, glowing eyes would follow your every step as you walked through mondstat, heading to the church. and even if he wasnt there physically, the wind always seemed to find you, pushing you in certain directions, waking you up during your shift, and lifting your dress up ever so slightly; but that always seemed to happen in private. you were always loyal to lord barbatos, you never questioned your beliefs when it came to him. i mean, how could you? he was your god. a perfect, unfettered, beautiful embodiment of freedom, and you loved him.

as a sister of the church, you were given duties and today was no different. sister rosaria, a rebellious woman who spent most of her time far away from the church, had told you to head out to the main market place to get some ingredients from good hunter. you didnt question her, but you did wonder why she needed 7 fowls and some thorns, but she was always a strange one so you left to fulfil her request.

your heels clicked on the stone pavement as you walked into mondstat's main market place. you greeted everybody as you walked, admiring the small fountain placed in the centre where all the children splashed and played with. heading up to sara, she told you that her last batch of fowl was late and that youd have to wait. she apologised and you left, thanking her anyway for her effort. you hummed a unfamiliar tune as you sat at one of good hunter's tables.

"whats this? is it a voice of an angel?" the green bard swooned, frolicking up to you. you internally groaned, it was almost routine at this point. he was quite popular in mondstat, popular for his silly antics and his drunken freestyles on the bustling streets. "it is called the city of freedom, after all!" is what he always says. he caught you listening to his songs and putting some mora in his hat as tip. from that moment, he latched onto you, swaying over to you and singing sweet melodies, shoulder to shoulder. he would flirt with you every chance he got, following you around like a lost puppy. it got so bad that one time barbra had to kick the young anemo bard out of barbato's church for disrupting the peace and annoying all the other sisters. youve told him that you werent too comfortable with the suggestive jokes and the constant flirting he did with you, considering your status as a nun. however, when you did tell him off, he would apologize and look downwards, leaving you alone for a few hours, and if you were lucky, a few days. but he would always come back and it would all start up again.

"sounds like an angel, and looks like an angel?" he giggled, "i must be dreaming!" venti brought you back from your self pity party and you looked up at him, he was right in front of you now. "good after noon, windblume!" he said, cheerily like always, "why are you here so early my love? dont tell me that your working already!" he whined. he never seemed to say your name, it was always "windblume," or "love," or "darling," you never knew at what point exactly when he started to call you these things, but you didnt exactly mind. it did cause some confusion as the locals believed that you and him were courting. this speculation was always very quickly shut down by you, which always led to venti joking about how you two were actually married, and that you were just trying to tease him by saying that you werent seeing each other. you always awkwardly laughed at those jokes.

"i normally work this early, venti." you replied. he seemed dissatisfied with your answer and huffed, "i know you start this early buuut!" he he came up behind you while you were sitting and wrapped his arms around your shoulders, your head now leaning on his chest, "you have to get some rest! how about we go to the tavern together? or! we could go to windrise! oh oh! or-" "i have work that needs to be finished, maybe next time." you told him softly, trying to muster up a kind smile. a few of the locals were looking in your direction, giving you two awkward smiles and strange looks. you cleared your throat and removed his hands from your shoulders, "anyways, i need to finish up my duties, see you later," you waved him goodbye as he did the same, just more enthusiastically.

oh barbatos. the way your soft hands softly grasped his, even if it was only for a few seconds, he loved every minute of it. he could still feel you, your lingering touch on his naked skin. he wanted to grap a hold of you and fly you away to somewhere only he could access, his windblume, his one and only. you didnt know it yet, but the winds became softer, yet more piecing. you will be his, whether you liked it or not.

you retuned to the church, and informed rosaria that you couldnt acquire the ingredients that she wanted. she scoffed and told you that she would get it herself, as she grabbed her spear and walked out of the wooden doors. you huffed and began to worship barbatos at the alter with everybody else. sometimes, when you pray, you could feel him. barbatos, i mean. he would comfort you, he would guide you, he would love and cherish you like how you love and cherish him. its what venti adored about you. you were always so personal, so cute, so small, so innocent. how could you possibly know that the annoying bard in town that flirted with you was your god.

and as long as the wind blows, and the ballads spread, you will always be on his mind. there is nothing you can do about it.

you know that now. he got you alone in a back ally of mondstat's streets and revealed himself as the almighty barbatos. you almost scoffed, how could a small, child-like man like him be the god that youve worshiped your entire life? but his eyes, there was something so different about them. it almost made you doubt your original thoughts.

"i thought you said youd never question your belief in me, darling!" he smiles at you, his arms which were pinned on either side of you on a wall, bended so his face was almost touching yours. you stayed silent and put your hands on his shoulder, weakly trying to push him away but with no success. you wouldve never guessed he was so strong. he leaned in again, his lips brushing against yours, the smell of alcohol prominent in his breath, eyes half-lidded and a sly smirk plastered onto his face. you whimpered.

"now now, shhh," he whispers, "i love you, dont you love me?" he questioned, tilting his head, "whenever you pray to me, you always say the sweetest things. so, why cant you do the same now hm? im right here, in the flesh," you froze in place as he leaned in again, teasing you, "come on now, y/n! you should be a good devotee and worship me, you should love me!" he kissed you, quick but hard, like hes been waiting to do this for years,

"love me like how i love you, my muse."

Last movie: uhh good question. I started watching Pride and Prejudice (2005) yesterday and got distracted after 5 min by remembering that apparently jeans were worn in that time period already and then i had to google some stuff. The last movie i remember watching in full was Barbie at the cinema where i can't just gez distracted and turn the movie off lmao

Last show: season 2 of atla but in a language i don't speak bc that was the only version i found on YouTube (I own the dvds but i dont have a way to use them with my laptop)

When I created this blog: idk. I think the year before Covid? Or maybe shortly before it? What even is time

Other blogs: i got two. One i only used for a secret santa thingy so i won't reveal it in case i need a secret santa blog again. And then there is @brotfrevel. I created that blog when i was very deep into my ed and not comfortable with talking about it where people i know irl might see. I had this little project where each day that i resisted my i healthy habits, i added one element to an embroidery project (I'm happy to announce that I got much much better and the result of this silly little project is now a constanz reminder of that on my wall)

Do I get asks/may you ask me something: i love getting asks! (I've just been really inactive lately so if i didn't answer, I'm sorry. I've literally not been on tumblr for more thwn like five minutes in the last month or so)

Average hours of sleep: something between 5-7 hours i think. I tend to wake up at 1:30 am and then I'm unable to fall back asleep for a while and then i wake up again at around 3:40. So no idea how much sleep i actually get

Instruments: singing, guitar and violin. And technically i have my grandpa's old mandolin and know enough chords to play a couple of songs but the stings haven't been replaced in over 40 years and it's horribly out of tune so i don't play

What I’m wearing: yellow turtleneck sweater (an old one from my sister), an ugly but super comfy jacket (i think it's an old one from my other sister), jeans, pink socks with bees and I'm also gonna count the comfy blanket I'm wrapped into

Dream job: i meany I'd love to publish a book one day and have at least one person buy it but that's pretty unrealistic. So I'll go with being a kindergarten teacher

Are you named after anyone?

No, I'm told my parents thought really long about my name until my mom woke up in the middle of the night and suddenly just knew.

When was the last time you cried?

Yesterday lmao, after finishing gankutsuou. (And saturday after watching an ep of gankutsuou, and last wednesday when I went to see the Aida musical...)

Do you have kids?

Nope, maybe someday maybe not.

Do you use sarcasm a lot?

Not really, when I'm in a certain mood with friends then yes but otherwise I just say what I mean.

What sports do you play?

I have a horse so horseriding, aside from that I don't really do sports. I used to do sailing until I was 16, and now I do it ocassionally with a friend or with my dad, and I used to do streetdance when I was little. I do love to hike though! Always loved the adventurous vacations my parents used to take me n my siblings on and we'd go for hikes through forests and mountains, I'd love to do that again sometime.

What's the first thing you notice about people?

I'm not sure actually, the way people talk maybe? I often pay attention to eye color as well for some reason.

What's your eye color?

Brown, a little darker than my dad and a little lighter than my brother :)

Scary movies or happy endings?

Both? I like all kinds of movies. Though I never watch scary movies alone lmao no fun in getting scared if you can't laugh about it with someone else. Happy endings always make me very emotional, especially if it's done well. Tho endings in general are pretty emotional to me, no matter if it's happy or not.

Any special talents?

Remembering song lyrics! If there's a song that I, anywhere in my life, knew completely, there's a big chance I still do. I learn pretty quick too, considering I memorized a song from the aida musical last week in like. 3 days. (I do have to mention those were a few days of non stop listening to it)

Where were you born?

Netherlands! Specifically a very small town in north Holland, all the way at the top of the province. It's located above sea level on what used to be an island up until about 200 years ago, and now that I've moved out I live in a different small town on that same island (like 3 km from my parents house).

What are your hobbies?

Drawing, reading, listening to music and picking out background instruments, playing piano (tho I don't do it so often anymore), watching anime, playing games (esp totk and genshin atm) and I really enjoy being outside with my dog or my horse or just being in nature in general.

Do you have any pets?

My sweet puppy hannah (she's 5 and huge but still forever a puppy), my cats samson and gert (named after a belgium tv show for kids) and me and my sister have two horses named mira and april. Mira is almost 24 and deep deep inside really sweet but can be kinda mean on the outside and april is almost 13 and loves cuddling :). I'm almost everyday at my parents house so I think those pets count too, so there's billie and borre (two dogs), kebab and bobbie (sheep), scooby (cat who is 10? Older? Idk) and the 5 chickens who don't really have names so we just call them "the chickies". Also Teddie's cat tijger is staying with me atm and he's a cutie :).

How tall are you?

1 meter 68, which I'm totally fine with. Tho it is a little weird that my little brother who's 7 years younger is taller than me now.

Favorite subject in school?

I didn't really have one tbh, but if I had to choose probably english? That one was the easiest for me so I didn't mind it.

Dream job?

My dream is to live on a small farm consisting of a little house with some property around it for my animals, and to spend my days doing my silly hobbies and spending a lot of time outside walking my dog or riding my horse. So whatever job I can do that makes enough money and enough free time :) I'd pass away before working a fulltime job tbh. I'm studying rn so maybe I can set smth up for myself once I have my diploma, but idk yet.

Broken and depressed was an understatement of how you felt memorys of you and your lover from the day you met until now come crushing like a wave of nostaglia.

‘‘You know staring is not polite’‘ you hissed to your friend standing infront of you. But he didn’t respond, he just stood there staring at you with a look of realisation stuck on his handsome face. You were in a middle of a fight.

A week passed and there was no other encounter with the boy. You thought that he got over it which lowkey dissupointed you, and made you feel angry. You weren’t over him and if you wanted to be honest it wasn’t about that god damn kiss anymore. It was about your whole relationship and his true feelings for you.

You loved him to the moon and back, you knew that you wanted to be with him so badly but your doupts wouldn’t leave you in peace. But on the other hand you felt so happy when you would hug him , kiss him , touch him you felt alive and happy but most iportant in love.

A month passed and not a call or an encounter with the boy. It was because of Bellas wedding, I suppose he was upset that his one and only love was getting married. I was panning on not going to the wedding but mom made me do it so...

There was no other choice than to go to the wedding ‘’she’s your sister’’ with my moms words echoing through my head I started getting ready for hell.

The weeding was beautiful, so was my cheat of a sister and the ceremony.She loved Edward I couldn’t say the opposit, but I’m pretty sure ther was a part of her that still loved Jacob Billy Black and I couldn’t help but think about it and get hurt.

Other than me sulking and falling into a deep deppresion, I had fun, untill I was asked to give a speech. Well fuck.

I got up and walked to the microfone, if a pin dropped you could hear it, my hills were the only thing that could be heard. I put a fake smile on and started.

’’ When you are little and you have siblings you fight all the time -the crowd laughed- but I particulary remember that me and Bells weren’t the case. We got along so well that mom and dad were worried. I’m happy it stayed that way. I remember when you were around 7 and I was 5, I told you that I wanted to get married your response was fake gaging-you chuckled along with the crowd- . Now we now that it’s not the case ofcourse. a tear slipped and I swore I saw Bella tearing up too, she did something I didn’t expect though. She got up and rushed to me to hug me. I hugged her back and she kissed my cheek . ‘’I love you too y/n/n’’

After the speech everything felt better, even though I did not forget what happened I feel more relaxed and stress free.

‘‘y/n can you come with me ?’‘ Alice asked me. The brunnete girl lead me to the house and into a guest room I supose, I got into the room and I saw the one and only Jacob Black I turned around to leave at once, but the door was locked -damn you Alice-. So yes I was trapped with my ex in room full of tension.

my contribution to the bapo timeline discourse bc i’m just gonna propose a timeline and will not be taking criticism <3 (under the cut bc this is gonna be a long post probably)

ok disclaimer I am quite stupid, however I’m gonna use my knowledge from my own 12 years in american public high school and what little info I have about american boarding schools/catholic schools that I have from my friends lol. so. idk.

i’m also gonna date songs/major events and i’m gonna be taking some “just trust me bro” liberties bc y’all are right it does NOT make that much sense.

January 6: Epiphany; this is like an actual holiday lol. like its always on the sixth. idk its good that this is the starting point bc its an actual date yknow? For the purposes of this timeline were going with that its early in the week, so lets go with Monday idk

January 6-13: You and I, Role of a Lifetime; so we’re all kinda in agreement that this timeline (at least the beginning) only really makes sense if you and i/role of a lifetime aren’t like. a singular moment and are instead multiple days. so yeah, of this first week, this is like. monday-next sunday ish yknow.

January 14: Auditions, Plain Jane Fatass; ok so having auditions for a spring musical right after kids get back from break actually makes perfect sense to me, like i can see it being like “ok take break to prepare so as soon as you come back we can have auditions so we can jump right into rehersals” yknow? and since the rave is clearly on a friday (”we’ll meet in tanya’s room on friday night”) so i’m going with the monday before.

as for pjf, i know it doesn’t make a ton of sense for them to get a two week late birthday package their first few weeks back from school, but hear me out it makes sense. the implication throughout this entire show is that the twins have decently shitty parents. from bits of dialogue (in this song in particular lol) i’m kinda inferring their the “only concerned with how their kids make them look to others” kind of neglectful. so I don’t think it’s too outside the realm of possibility that they went away for the holidays, didn’t bring the twins, and instead mailed them a birthday package and having it show up two weeks late. realistically the timing of this isnt that important and the explicit “two week” time frame could’ve been an exaggeration on nadia’s part to mock her shit parents (idk its in her character) basically ppl are a little two fixated on this imo but anyway. moving on.

January 18: Wonderland, A Quiet Night At Home, Rolling, Best Kept Secret; a very agreed upon point in the timeline. its the friday following the auditions. moving on.

January 21: Confession; also very agreed upon. the monday following the rave. moving on again

January 23: Portrait of a Girl; the date here is kinda arbitrary, but bc sister chantelle says “ok lets try to put yesterday’s rehearsal behind us” and i for the life of me cannot think of a scene she could be referring to (there’s none in the script either) that implies it wasn’t the same monday as confession (bc even in a boarding school i think holding extracurriculars that aren’t sports over the weekend (especially when they are no where near crunch time lol) is weird and not common) so i just picked a random day during the week

January 25: Birthday Bitch!, One Kiss, Are You There?; from matt’s line in wonderland, ivy’s birthday is a week after the rave. in my timeline that’s january 25th (an aquarius queen).

btw given all grown up’s “17, how will i manage?” ivy is 16 during 17 at her party, which is strange given shes a high school senior and seniors are typically 17 during 18. so either a) she skipped a grade, not an unheard of thing. or b) shes not a senior, shes just a junior who hangs out with a bunch of seniors, which is also pretty common. and looking through the script i can’t find any mention that she is also a senior, other than yknow she graduates with them, but she isn’t mentioned during the class ranking scene? so idk not that it really matters just a fun detail

February 3 (at night): 911 Emergency!; ok controversial. i know i like the joke about how its funny that peter having a weird dream when he was high prompted him to want to come out and really ruined his relationship with jason. BUT. i think the dream (despite it’s weirdness) would have a lot more meaning if it wasn’t the result of being really high, but if it was a dream he had like a week later as a result of a building sense of guilt/anxiety bc he told matt. also it fits better given later timeline things. (this timeline literally only exists if there are weird jumps in time that don’t make a ton of sense) (EDIT: I forgot one line about Jason crashing at ivys but fuck it forget that bitchass line this makes for more drama its staying this way)

February 4: Reputation Stain’d, Ever After; the next day following peter’s dream, idk what else to say, moving on.

February 25-28: Spring; another jump! i’m sorry but the only way for this to make sense logistically is for there to be quite a few time jumps! however, i also think this one works bc i think it gives time for everything from around ivy’s party and peter and jason’s break up to stew emotionally. like obviously a musical only has so much time to tell a story so the audience cannot see every realistic beat, but honestly i think it makes the whole thing a little more dramatic™ if there’s space for everything to settle, and for ivy to come and apologize and such. also, the reason it’s multiple days is bc in the script, ivy is trying to study (presumably for some sort of midterm) while nadia is playing, so that probably takes place a few days before they move out, so before finals. but in the script, jason and peter are packing and peter is leaving, so that part of the song/staging takes place on the 28th. yes, that’s weird, but we are clearly thinking more about the logistics of this school than the writers were so.

March 1: One; assuming st. cecilia’s works kinda like boarding schools here, they probably do staggered move out/move in, just bc that would be a lot to have people coming and going at once so it makes sense that peter left the day before, while jason and ivy are leaving the next day. also, given that peter is trying to call jason while he and ivy are banging, it’s probably been a hot minute since the actual break up, since peter was clearly very hurt by the whole thing, it would make sense (at least to me) that peter would reach out a month ish later, rather than like a few days later (you have to make so many assumptions to make this timeline work granted they aren’t super out there assumptions but still this is annoying)

March 1-25: Spring Break. the coworkers I have who are in boarding school work over their school breaks, which are longer than the public school breaks (which are only a week) so i put their spring break at 3 weeks. it makes sense, and it makes the later part of the timeline make sense.

I know i’m already halfway through this, but to me it makes sense for their to be quite a few time jumps in the story bc its a musical. they cannot show every day. there are a lot of other shows (particularly shows set in high schools) that are set over a whole school year, but if you just look at the events of the story that doesn’t make sense, so you have to imply that obviously they are not showing every little detail. moving on.

March 25: Wedding Bells, In The Hallway, Touch My Soul; peter wakes up from his nightmare in the church, so im assuming he fell asleep in church (like he almost did during epiphany). also it makes sense that class ranks are announced in late march-early april, I know my school announced ours in like, the first week or so of april? so yeah. moving on.

(from this point on i was giving myself a headache trying to make it make sense so its all weird from here!!)

April 4: See Me, Warning; the date doesn’t really matter here, I picked a random day in early april. the script said peter is calling from him and jason’s old dorm room, as he was picking up the last of his things, so he clearly made the roommate switch after school started (makes sense to me).

April 15-20 (approximately): Ivy finds out she’s pregnant. look google tells me on average people find out they are pregnant around 5-7 weeks after conception. i went with around 7 just so this timeline makes a tiny bit more sense given the later stuff, so yeah here we go.

May 4: Pilgrim’s Hands, God Don’t Make No Trash, All Grown Up, Promise, Once Upon A Time, Cross; a rough night for our heroes. so given sister chantelle saying “again? wonderful.” and nadia saying “i can’t believe you missed rehearsal again”, clearly ivy has been missing quite a few rehearsals, so for dramas sake maybe from when she found out she was pregnant? also i know i’ve been saying they wouldn’t have rehearsals on weekends, and given my weird timeline this would be a saturday, but its tech week so i’ll allow it.

May 5: Two Households, Bare, Queen Mab, A Glooming Peace; pretty self explanatory, and it makes sense to have the spring play in early may. rip jason.

May 11: Absolution; the day before graduation peter goes to confront the priest. gives him a small amount of time to start processing, and it makes sense it would be the night before, at least to me.

May 12: No Voice; i fucking hate this. “peter, we graduate next sunday” i hate that stupid fucking line. do you know that this timeline literally would be fine if it weren’t for that stupid fucking line? bc then, the school play would be in early may and graduation could be in late may-early june (when most high schools hold graduation) but no. keeping with continuity, they have to graduate the sunday following the school play. “peter we graduate in a month, are you really never gonna talk to me again?” would have been fine. but no, now we have beef. literally everything else about the end of this timeline being kinda weird would work itself out, except for the fucking graduation. god damn. anyway, may 12th, the graduate on may 12th which is really fucking weird bc of that one fucking line. whatever. i didn’t write the damn thing bc if i did i wouldn’t have written that fucking line. Emira:

Defo has a stutter that she went through a lot of intensive and grueling speech therapy sessions for (when she was about 7 years old) that she hated. Amity and Edric both know this and know it’s a sensitive topic for her. They’ll tease her lightly about it, but never in front of anyone else and they know where to draw the line. In my last Vinera post, I mentioned how much Viney adores her stutter. She absolutely loves getting Emira flustered enough to start stuttering. She’s incredibly patient and understanding when it comes to Emira’s stutter and Em’s feelings about her stutter, and she helps Emira learn to be okay with it again. It’s nothing to be ashamed of (and it’s cute).

My girl likes carrots. Like, really likes carrots. As in she’ll eat them straight out of the ground if she’s given a chance to wash it first. She really loves carrots. This is only an issue later on after she and Viney start taking care of beasts together and Emira’s been caught eating their entire stock of carrots that’s meant for the beasts. Viney has to keep the carrots in a secret box away from Emira after that point.

Emira actually really loves beasts/animals but has never been good at handling them. Any time she’d try to approach an animal to pet it, it would try to bite her. She’d get extremely pouty whenever this happens because beasts/animals love Edric. It’s not until after she and Viney start dating that Viney actually starts teaching her how to approach different creatures and her love for creatures reignites.

Emira’s a giant pushover for Amity. Only Edric knows this because he’s also a pushover for her. If Amity ever found out what power she actually holds over them, they’d be in so much trouble. They mask their love for their sister with constant teasing. Yes of course they get annoyed by her, that’s how siblings are, especially when Amity tattles on them, but at the end of the day, they’d help Amity hide the body if she asked. (The few times they witnessed her crying by someone other than their parents, they had gone on a warpath. Nobody hurts Mittens.)

Defo had a brief infatuation with Luz for like 5 minutes before she realized how head-over-heels Amity was. As long as they’re both happy, that’s what matters. She’ll take that secret to her grave though.

L O V E S having her hair played with, but like, only with people she’s super comfortable with. She has so much hair (mostly due to her mother’s wishes) and any time they all have attend some fancy gathering, Emira has to be seen by a stylist in order to get all her hair into whatever wild fancy shape her mom wants for the event. That she hates more than life itself, but whenever she’s upset, Edric or Amity grabs her hair brush and just gently brushes her hair out until she’s chill again. (She absolutely melts when Viney starts playing with her hair). In an act of defiance and because she needed this Change, the moment she and her siblings leave the Blight Manor permanently, she cuts off all of her hair. It’s very reminiscent of Audrey Hepburn in Roman Holiday. Viney loves it. Everyone loves it actually, but the biggest reactions come from Viney and Luz (they both love running their fingers through the newly cut hair because it’s so soft).

She likes to sing to herself when she’s alone. It’s rare that it ever happens because if she knows there’s other people in the same building as her, she won’t chance it. But when she knows she’s alone and no one will notice if she casts a silence bubble around herself so she can sing at the top of her lungs? You better believe she closes any doors or curtains in the area, locks everything, casts that spell and goes nuts. Her voice isn’t all that great, but it’s lovely when she’s singing quietly to herself while she does homework or something. On especially bad nights, Amity will ask her to sing to her. Emira sang to her once when they were like, 3 and 5 respectively, and it’s been their secret thing ever since for especially rough nights/nightmares.

Edric:

Yknow how James from Pokémon is just super good with Pokémon ?? Like, he knows how to treat them, he knows what they like, he asks them gently if they’d like to join them, etc. That’s exactly how Edric approaches creatures. He’s a natural with them, but he and his sister’s natural affinity for illusion magic kept him from pursuing that track of magic.

He’s always wanted a pet, but every time he brings it up to his parents, he’s met with the same firm No as always. He’s definitely gotten in trouble for trying to sneak wild creatures into the house to keep in his room. Thank Titan for Em’s cool new girlfriend who’s not only a multi-track student, but studying the exact subject he wants to study and is super eager to teach him everything she knows. He learns vicariously through her and helps her study for her tests. At first, Emira is suspicious of them, but she knows her brother wouldn’t be so cruel as to try to steal her girlfriend away from her. He’s just a dork.

My boy’s got a sweet tooth. He loves desserts and sweets and fluffy baked goods and often tries to sneak candies when he thinks no one is looking. Chocolate is a big weakness for him. When Luz introduces him to Human Sweets, he’s practically bouncing off the walls. Cotton candy??????? Flan?????? Dulce de Leche en Tabla??? He nearly passes out when Luz busts out what she calls a “chocolate fountain” and turns it on. Y’all remember that one image of a bird bathing in a chocolate fountain from a million years ago? That’s Edric.

Edric Blight LIVES to see his sisters laugh. He would pull all sorts of silly faces and dumb tricks to make Amity laugh when they were little. He still tries to make her laugh, but usually those have grown from giggles to disgruntled mumbling. He’ll never admit how much it breaks his heart and it’s not until he sees her laughing at something Luz has done that he has hope he may still be able to get her to laugh again (it’s also the first time he’s heard her laugh in years and it makes his heart soar in relief. He was almost certain their parents had stamped any concept of laughter out of her).

My boy Edric is so full of love and passion; actually quite similarly to Luz. What makes them different though is that Edric is Aromantic. He’s never had a crush in his life. He’s happy with his sisters and all of their friends and their family as it grows in the future. He has some best friends that he lives with for a while (after his sisters move in with their respective partners), but for the most part he’s chill. He loves his family, he loves spoiling his sisters’ kids, and he’s content with himself. It takes him a super long time to be content with himself, but he gets there. I will literally never get over the fact that his biggest fear is “being alone forever”. He’s never alone. He will always have his friends and family. And, thanks in large part to Luz, he has his parents back. His parents that actually were excited when he cast his first spell and tucked him in at night when he was a toddler, giving him kisses goodnight and pleasant dreams. Not the parents he’d run away from; those were the cold, uncaring, obsessed with fake concepts of popularity and status people he ran away from with his sisters. It took years, but Luz helped bring his real parents back. He loves getting to know them for who they are now that he’s an adult too.

He and Gus become best friends. Like, dumb buddy cop movie levels of best friends. They get into so much trouble when it’s just the two of them and they have the time of their lives. At first, he and Em just sort of took Gus under their wing because he was a little bit of an outcast in their homeroom for being so much younger than everyone else. But he’s a friend of Luz’s and a friend of Amity’s after a while, which automatically makes him cool in their book. They soon find themselves actually enjoying his company, rather than just protecting him from stray bullies, and they find his ability with illusion magic exciting. They themselves are considered prodigies so having another prodigy to show off practice with is super stimulating for all of them. As the years go on (and Emira spends more time with Viney) Edric starts calling more and more often for “Bro Time” where they go do stupid teenage stuff or test the limits of their magic or even just hang out and talk for hours. It’s actually all this time hanging out with just Gus that Edric discovers he’s aro; somehow it comes out that Gus has developed a crush on Edric and (major age differences aside) Edric realizes he’s never had a crush on anyone before. It’s a conversation that sucks a lot, but they’re besties and they manage to get through it. Gus maybe needs to take a day with his original gal pals to just cry about it, but he gets over it just fine. He also helps Edric understand what it means to be aromantic. Well, with the help of Luz and Willow as well; Luz is a walking dictionary for lgbt terminology and Willow’s super good at helping dissect feelings (when they’re not her own cough’outofsightoutofmind’cough).

I genuinely don’t know what he might pursue for a career. Part of me wants him to be independent and do his own thing, but a much stronger part of me wants him to just be part of Viney as Emira’s business. He loves creatures so much and he loves taking care of them, but I don’t want him to feel like a third wheel around his twin sister either. Maybe he becomes a dual track teacher at Hexside specifically for healing and beast keeping so more students can learn about Service Creatures. He can substitute for the Illusion track homeroom when needed, but he’s super passionate about the Service Creature sub-track he and Viney pitch to Principal Bump.

Henry started to admit to himself what he had always known: they were inevitable.

When Alex called him to talk about his parent’s fight on Christmas Eve, Henry wanted nothing more than to be there for him, as his best friend. He had been listening to Christmas madrigals and commiserating with Bea about the absurdity of how many Christmas trees filled the palace, when his phone buzzed. A distressed and uncharacteristically apologetic Alex needed him. The younger man had nobody else to talk to and Henry’s heart swelled up with gratitude.

He was the lucky person that Alex needed. He was allowed to listen and support. The intimacy of it! For the next couple days, he found himself reminding Alex to eat and sleep and he knew. He knew he was falling in love.

It was all way too fast, but somehow, it was also slow. So gentle the way they opened up to each other, petal by petal. The five days between Christmas Eve and #YoungAmericanGala2019, when they would see each other in person, were slow and fast as well. There was enough time for the two boys to become lazily closer and closer, yet not nearly enough time to prepare Henry to see the first son in person.

For those five days, Alex was as goofy as ever, and more than once Henry would burst out laughing in the middle of a quiet teatime or stuffy meeting. Bea would give him a knowing look and Philip would glare. It came to a point that sometimes when Henry was in meetings he’d have to turn off his notifications, lest his phone would buzz every ten minutes. While they mostly exchanged stupid memes and mockingly combative comments, occasionally the tone of some texts were softer.

When it’s 7:00am in London it’s 1:00am in Washington D.C.

Alex: so, what do you think the likelihood of me being able to fall asleep tonight is?

Henry: Did you have an entire pot of coffee after 8pm again?

Alex: well…

Henry: We may have found a cause for your insomnia then. You okay though?

Alex: yeah of course, why?

Henry: I worry about you sometimes… idk.

Henry: Like, I’m here. You know?

Alex: awwwww yeah I know, man. ditto.

They continued with a conversation about nothing while Henry ate sipped his morning tea, and every 30 minutes, he told Alex he ought to try harder to go to sleep.This became a routine for them. Alex, unable to sleep and waking Henry up with morning memes. Henry getting dressed, eating breakfast, starting the day until around nine, when Alex would text something like “good night” or “I’m out :-P ” or one time, “sweet dreams xo”. Did he really think he was being sarcastic?

One afternoon, it snowed in London. Kensington palace was so rarely covered in snow, and Henry felt that childish glee of first snow fall. He knew he could bear the cold if it meant he could see the long lines of winter light glittering through frosted trees. So he grabbed David and took him on a walk through the snowy rose garden. Bewitched by the magic of the winter wonderland, Henry succumbed to the impulse to call Alex. This was a first, so far they only talked when Alex called him.

He distracted Alex from studying for hours. His heels were blistering by the time they hung up, because he hadn’t planned on such a long walk and his snow boots were new and stiff. That’s one way to break in shoes, he supposed. All at once, while wandering lovesick in the gardens. Oh how the blistered skin ached.

Come the morning of December 31st, Henry couldn’t figure out what to wear to the New Years Gala. He knew Alex was planning on a burgundy velvet suit (how queer, dear lord boy) and he was pretty sure the dress code to this type of party disallowed boring black ties. His simple tailored Gucci suit would be fine, but what to do about that vulnerable spot at his throat? In a panic, he begged Pez to help and they conspired with his stylist. An hour later, about two dozen ties covered his floor.

“This one,” Pez suggested holding up a bright, coppery mustard tie in a narrow cut.

“You don’t think it’s too much?”

“Definitely not,” Pez said, tying it around Henry’s neck in a half windsor. “And it’ll look fantastic next to Alex’s burgundy.”

“I’m sure that’s neither here nor there,” said Henry, looking in the mirror. Pez rolled his eyes, and collapsed onto the couch. Luckily the stylist’s expression was neutral as she cleaned up the discarded ties. Henry busied himself with helping her and switched the conversation to June which could reliably distract Pez indefinitely.

As they flew across the Atlantic, Pez had to continually kick Henry to stop jiggling his legs. The nerves had him going batty and when he finally saw Alex, his nerves lit on fire. Once Alex spoke however, he remembered that they were best friends and his shoulders relaxed. This was the guy who had a Great Turkey Calamity after all.

“Nice tie,” Alex said.

Thanks, you look lovely too, thought Henry. He replied, “Thought I might be escorted off the premises for anything less exciting.”

It was so easy to flirt. So easy to walk, side by side through the crowd. To fall from conversation to easy conversation. To drink and dance and mingle. It was easy, even, to talk to June when she pulled him away from Alex to chat at the bar.

“So,” she said as the bartender gave them each a lemon drop shot. “What are your intentions with my baby brother?”

“I’m sure I don’t know what you’re talking about.”

“Nope, try again,” June scolded him. “He likes you.”

Henry laughed, and let the vodka to loosen his tongue. “I know.”

“He doesn’t know that he’s into guys yet though, does he?”

“I highly doubt it.”

“And he doesn’t know that you want to stargaze, and sing love ballads? Hold his hand and whisper sweet nothings?”

“I’m pretty sure he has no idea,” he agreed, ruefully. For a conversation about Henry’s deepest feelings, the mood was light. June seemed like a good type of person, the kind that he could be friends with. She reminded him of Bea, so maybe it’s a sister vibe that fueled their instant connection.

She fakes a frown and pats the top of his head. “It’s a cruel joke the world’s playing on you, isn’t it?”

“It’s alright, I have a fantastic sense of humor.” Henry sloppily poured himself champagne. “I’m rather hilarious, actually.”

“Prove it,” she challenged.

Oh dear.

“Your brother is like dandruff,” he began. “In that no matter how hard I try, I can’t get him out of my head.”

June nearly fell off her bar stool, laughing. “That was possibly the worst joke I have ever heard.”

“And yet you can’t breathe for laughter,” said Henry, lifting an eyebrow.

“You’re just lucky I’m drinking and in the holiday spirit.” They smiled at each other for a moment. “You know, I’m glad I invited you.”

“You invited me?” Henry asked. “Not Al-”

“No, no, Alex was far too nervous to invite the guy whose texts made him blush and giggle, like, fifty times a day.”

“Oh god.”

“Yes,” June said with a nod. “Speaking of, he’s staring at you again. You should probably attend to your boyfriend.”

“He’s not my-”

“Maybe not yet.” She gave him a pensive look, suddenly sincere. “You might need to help him figure it out though.”

Oh god.

And then there was Alex, coming to drag him back to the dance floor. Beautiful beautiful Alex. And Henry was just thinking about how June was right, how he wanted to hold Alex’s hand, and kiss under the stars. The fantasy of kissing progressed into more sensual imaginings as he watched Alex dance. What would those hips feel like, grinding against him? What would it feel like for Alex to run fingers through his hair?

When the ridiculous dancing American put his hands on Henry’s hips, it was nearly impossible to breathe. When Alex told Henry to look at him, he thought it was absurd to suggest that he’d be looking anywhere else. Stupid songs from the early 2000s filled the room, and Alex grabbed Henry by the lapel and ordered him to dance. In what must have been an act of mercy, Nora pulled Alex away to dance with her instead. As he jealously watched them grind, he imagined how it would feel to dance like that in public with somebody you like. He could never have that. Any relationship they could have would be doomed from the start.

But still, they were inevitable.

Zachary's Point of View~

I was technically having a good nights sleep until I heard my phone beeping. I just decided to ignore the beeping until my phone started to go off. Luckily it was on vibrate so it didn't even wake up Ash who was sleeping on the other side of the room.

I quickly picked it up only to be greeted by a voice of a female which belonged to Y/N, my best friend. We technically became very good friends since after we met at the AirBNB that Connor invited us to and the fact that he is Greg's little sister.

Y/N: Heyo Zach! Zachary: Y/N what are you doing by calling me right now? Also hi. Y/N: Jeez didn't know you were that much of a grumpy boy. Zachary: Haha very funny now what's up? Y/N: Wanna go to McDonald's? Zachary: You do know that it's literally 3AM right? Y/N: That's technically the point! I am coming at your house right now so be ready! Zachary: Fine fine let me just quickly put on something and I will meet you outside without my two moms knowing!

With that I got up from bed as I put my phone down. I took out a black shirt with faded blue jeans and quickly wore my blue jacket. That was when I heard shuffling and heard something coming from Ash.

"Zachary...? Why are you up so late...?" I heard him say as I put a finger on my to indicate him to stay quiet.

"I am gonna be going out a bit. Don't tell our moms that I am out." I said as I opened the window as Ash nodded.

"Okay see you later." He said as he went back to sleep and I stepped out the window and landed on the grass.

"Kind of glad I don't live that high up." I muttered to myself as I went towards the front yard.

As I did, I saw Y/N already waiting for me. As I came behind her she turned around to see me. She smiled and gave me hug.

"Took you long enough!" I heard her say as I shook my head.

"Hey at least I agreed to come and not just because you asked me too but because of the fact that I needed McDonald's in my diet at the moment." I said as we both laughed as we walked down towards the nearest McDonald's place.

It was pretty much the only McDonald's that was always open 24/7 which was a really good thing. We both entered the restaurant and pretty much barely anyone was here other than a student who looked like she was in Uni and was here to study for a bit.

We both eventually ordered a few fries, hot wings and two burgers along with two drinks of coke. It was pretty much something we both enjoy eating on a regular basis whenever we feel like it.

We decided to have it as a take away and eat it at the nearby park. After we paid for our food and grabbed the bag, we headed out and went to the park. Kind of glad that no one was around here considering it would be very weird as it is really late but who am I to judge? I am technically out here with a friend and eating McDonald's.

We sat down on a bench as we took out our food and started to eat it. To be honest I am kind of glad to be out here with her right now cause I really needed this. Though next time I am taking Ash with me.

Me and Y/N talked about how our days went. We don't really go to the same school which kind of sucks but we somehow were able to keep contact with each other. It's fun to have a friend like her. It's cool.

After we were done eating we put the bag and the other things in the bin and cleaned ourselves up. We didn't know what else to do so we decided to climb a tree and look at the stars. I was kind of glad it wasn't so cloudy today considering there are times when it's cloudy and the stars can't be seen.

It was a pretty good night since we both pointed out constellations and talked about many type of mythology like Greek and Roman. It was pretty fun until I saw that it was nearly 5AM so we got down from the tree and headed towards my house.

It wasn't much of a long walk. The park was just a thirty minute walk from my house but for Y/N it would probably be an hour or just a forty-five minute walk but he eventually never got caught. I mean that's technically what she said.

"I will be honest I actually had fun! I never done this before really." I said as Y/N looked at me and smiled.

"I could tell considering you don't do this at all. I used to do it all the time except I was alone and all but now I get to do it with you and next time we are bringing Ash!" She said as I chuckled and nodded.

"Yeah sure I will have to somehow risk bringing him without my moms knowing!" I said as we reached my house.

"So same time next time next week?" She asked as I nodded with a smile.

"Sure. See ya later!" I said waving goodbye as I went to where my window was located.

I quickly took a ladder and climbed it up. Thank god my moms were asleep. As I climbed up I opened the window and slowly and quietly crawled inside and knocked the ladder down only for it land on the grass and thankfully no noise.

I noticed to see Ash still asleep. I smiled as I quickly changed back to the clothes I wore before I went out and crashed on my bed and tried to get a bit of sleep. Though I could tel it wasn't going to be a good one but at least I would be getting some form of rest.

Though I was more excited about next week since I really wanted to do this again.

I guess this is what friends like Y/N are for.

forgot to post the dream i had this morning 1. i commit traffic crimes 2. himbos outside my mom’s house 3. trip to archaic missouri

1. my mom was taking me back home from somewhere & wanted me to participate in some bullshit thing she signed me up for. I said "I'm not doing that" & she started screaming at me til I started crying &but I held my fuckin ground cause like I'm not fuckin doin that. anyway she finally kicked me out of her car so I walked to the parking lot & got in my car. i didn't want to go home so I decided to goto like the grocery store to buy a snack to cheer myself up except this other dude I know just decided to geti the car with me & I waslike ???? what??? turns out he also wanted to go to the grocery store so I was like ok whatever. anyway then suddenly the roads were really fucked up & I kept committing traffic crimes & eventually gave up & decided to drive down this spiral column to the underground 5 that's where the guy lived . for some reason we ended up hooking up & I woke up the next day like damn what the fuck. and then started grabbing my clothes to leave. one of the rooms in this guy's house was exactly the same room as the one at my mom's house, which was really weird. I noticed his roommate was imai Cosmo of all people & he was like playing some weird version of league of legends & he like saw me out of the corner of his eye. after I got dressed I got teleported away before cosmo could come say hi. then this e-girl I know invited me to play league with her but once again it was weird league & I also don't have it installed

2. something happening at my mom's house. the title of this dream was called something like Not Die. I knew this was the title bc it was on the front door of my mom's house.

anyway me & some friends were hanging out in my mom's garage fsr & we ended up being too noisy so my mom came & opened the door. my sister was stherr & I was like "hey come hang out with us!" & she did! my mom was mad about that. then something else happened, these 2 brothers from a neighbor came over to play I think the younger one was age 5 & the older one was 7 but he was sick. he had asthma or something??? idk I kept my eye out for him. there was something about trick or treating & the person whose house we were assigned to trick had a Honda in front with license plate LILILILI. anyway kronk was also at my mom's house with a bunch of other buff himbo types & he was.explaining to me that they all applied for this one job to do something with a truck/something bodyguard like but the person who hired them gave them cheap equipment that none of them could afford to repair & he was like damn I just wanted my mom 2 be happy tho & I was like "well I can pretend I'm a rich lady who hired you as a bodyguard" & he was like fr? ok let's go! but my mom wouldn't let us leave so we grabbed this weird dog kind of like the one from adventure time & he turned into a truck & all the Himbos went inside & I walked around to the front yard. after the truck got up the hill it turned into like a vacuum cleaner made.of cardboard that had kronk inside? & i talked to him through the vacuum tube that some have like "ok when your mom asks me how we met what's the story" & he rattled off a bunch of stuff to me. as I was walking down the street there was some girl & her dad behind me commenting about how weird it was that I was talking through a vacuum cleaner tube & I said mind ya own business :) then at this point shit changed enough to be a separate dream

3. me & everyone behind me were suddenly tourists in a city in Missouri that didn't exist. I'd had this part of the dream before - a really high walk above the city, which looks like all the buildings were taken in a black & white photograph, & the fog was so thick and solid you couldn't see the streets, just the tops of the buildings poking out. the sidewalks occasionally switched to be moving ones without railings. I tried to take pictures but I was worried about dropping my phone bc it was straight down into the fog never to be seen again if I did. eventually we ended.up in like a.museim.gift shop. the dad that had been behind me tried to tell the middle aged gray haired white gift shop security lady a joke, but she kept saying what? speak up. so he kept asking the question louder. i don't remember what the question was but I wanted to know the punchline, so I was disappointed when the lady instead decided to be a bitch & said "you're irritating to me & for that I'm.banning you from this store." his wife talked her out of that.later we wrerr leaving the gift shop & were all buying tickets from her & there was a line..the people in front of me were some couple & the guy went to pay & the girl (who I hate to use this phrasing but she had "top energy") paid instead & the security guard went ooh hoo hoo. i was next but I couldn't find my card in my pocket all of a sudden, so I told the person behind me "hey go ahead, I can't find my card & it's so annoying !! I'll scream haha!! jk nobody wants to hear that" & the lady was like that was so fucking rude & I was like what?? & then apologized to the person next in line "sorry for being rude, go ahead" & they were like "you weren't rude" & I looked at the security lady like eehhh & then the lady was like "I'm charging you $150 instead of $20 for saying nobody" & I was like ma'am what on earth?? are you.joking?? & she was like "I'm not lowering this price" so I was like "I'm not paying that..hope you die of old age madam" & then walked past her & texted the group discord "yo can someone buy me a ticket IL pay you in cash" since it was $20. then instead of going to a movie theater on the right I went to the media center on the left (like from elementary school!) & a bunch of people from my.highschool were there writing book reports & I was like.oh shit did I have to do one

i think the reason I've been waking up so much is that I've been experiencing the pre-period symptom of sore boobs except I've been experiencing it for an entire month & I'm.sick to fucking death of this like cut it out

History, I love learning about history, but I didn’t study either at school - I now do some history.

Forests with lakes, although rivers really make me think of home - in my home city my grandma lives next to a river, as does my dad, at uni I live near a river and in Vienna I commute across the river which I love.

Yes, definitely, I actually read a lot of classics as a kid but I’ve been slacking lately.

7 min 26 secs in : Why the fuck did they start the movie like that. Why didn't the explosion take place? Theo's mom's apartment? His anxiety? Also.. why do they keep cutting the scenes abruptly? They ain't tweets... No limit.. then??

8 min 2 sec in : Okay they went to the apartment. Audrey's sweater deserved more screen time. The lipstain on the mug in focus *chef's kiss* poetic cinema!

2 hr 7 min in : The frame where Boris is between Kitsey and Theo. Chef's kiss.

2 hr 10 min 54 sec in : *intense music playing* Boris put his leg up on the table and I burst into laughter THOSE ARE THE FAMOUS FUCK ME PUMPS.

2 hr 11 min in : AAAAA THE FOREHEAD TOUCH AAAAAAA (Theo just knows without looking that Boris is close enough to touch? Theo are you sure you don't feel feelings for him?)

2 hr 14 min in : Theo is spiralling. In the movie they imply that Hobie played a part in him attempting suicide. So wrong. Poor Hobie. In the book that wasn't the case.

2 hr 15 min in : The transition of the Goldfinch into Audrey, wow. Also, is it the first time we're seeing her? The movie started so long ago that I've forgotten if I saw Theo and Audrey in the museum. Boris following right after Audrey? That's a subliminal message. Boris is here to rescue y'all.

2 hr 16 min in : No shit Boris is freaking out right now.

2 hr 17 min in : The diner scene. They're both crying. "Happy Christmas, Potter" - which was of course, I love you.

2 hr 18 min in : No don't you dare compare Audrey and Mrs Barbour. Audrey would never drug her child or use him for her benefit.

2 hr 20 min in : Poor kid bumps into his mom lol. I found it funny.

On the whole

The movie was nice if you'd read the book beforehand. The first hour was steak, The second hour was Korean BBQ and the rest of the twenty minutes were minced beef. If you get what I mean. Weird analogy. It could have been much better. But it was really very nice in some places. Most places I'd say.

I didn't like how the pop songs ruined the mood of certain moments. I didn't like how you couldn't hear the conversation over the music playing. For example in the engagement party when Platt and Theo talked. Or in the diner scene.

Both Borises killed the accent thing. They tried their best. Cut them some slack.

Oakes deserves an Oscar for holding up this movie on his smol shoulders. I was shook at how a kid could act that well.

Popchik deserved more screen time. I'm still pissed they didn't add the Popchik Boris reunion. But then they couldn't make it chronological, what were we supposed to expect anyway.

Ansel Elgort y'all. Theo sure improved his handwriting lol. Ansel's writing is nice. He was actually good in this movie. Better than he was in The Fault In Our Stars. The internet is just mean. The critics too. I will never understand the hate.

All in all, it could have been a better adaptation but it didn't suck as bad as everyone made it out to be. John Clownery should be punished nonetheless. Special shout-out to Roger Deakins for making it work.

1. Are you staying home from work/school? Yes, I am, although there was some battle with this (long story). Luckily the project I work on is on the final stage (it’s already being built), so it’s actually possible to do everything from home and also a team I’m on is super communicative and it all goes rather smoothly.

2. If you are staying home, who is there with you? I live with my sister, who is now finishing her Master’s Degree, so we are in this together! (There is also occasionally a dog on our neighbours’ balcony just next to us and it’s always a highlight of a day.)

3. Are you a homebody? Before this pandemic I thought I am, but now I think I just don’t like clubbing and partying lmao, bc I just ITCH to travel or just go outside and walk in the city and I CAN’T.

4. An event that you looked forward to that got cancelled? Well, not an event, but several of my plans for spring and holidays got cancelled. I was supposed to go the Baltic Sea and Gdańsk in spring (on seperate occassions) and then I and my friend had to cancel our holidays to Faroe Islands in May/June, because it will probably be still too early to travel.

5. What movie have you watched recently? I think it was “Escape from the ‘Liberty’ Cinema”, which is hella weird Polish movie from 1990, just after end of communism. It tells a story about a censor who starts to question his job bc suddenly the actors in the movie that is being shown in one of the cinemas rebel (inside a movie) and don’t want to play it anymore. Really weird. Really.

6. What shows are you watching? Brooklyn 99 for like tenth time.

8. What are you reading? I’m reading “The Waves” by Virginia Woolf (my fav book ever), for a month now, bc 1) I don’t have much time now I just work all the time, 2) I read it in English and can only read like 10 pages at once. but it’s SO GOOD, guys. so good.

9. What are you doing for self care? lmao don’t have time for that. I try to take breaks from work, sometimes go outside or at least step outside to balcony (and stare at the neighbours’ dog), I cook dinner every two days and a NICE stuff, so at least food brings me joy, and I try to sleep regularly, although I do a poor job on that.

UPCOMING ML SEASON 3 EPISODES SYNOPSISES AND THEORIES PART 1

k I had to do this eventually.

So welcome! We are now officially more than halfway through season 3 so I think that now it’s time to list all upcoming episodes, and what I personally think will go down in each based on synopsis.

I’ll be covering wether or not I think a episode will be filler, which episodes will have Kwami swap, viperon, pegasus, ect., and the general theories I have for what will happen in each episode. EPISODES WILL BE LISTED IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER

I WILL NOT BE INCLUDING FELIX, CHAT BLANC, AND BOTH FINALE PARTS SINCE THERE’S A PHOTO LIMIT AND THOSE ARE OBVIOUSLY NOT FILLER LOL.

This’ll be updated several times, and I’ll also include theories made by other people as well :))).

SPOILER WARNING: THIS LIST WILL COVER THINGS LEAKED BY ZAG SUCH AS THE SYNOPSIS FOR UPCOMING EPISODES, AS WELL AS CHARACTER DESIGNS AND STUFF. YA’LL HAVE BEEN WARNED.

And without further ado, let’s go!

So let’s recap the episodes aired so far to make sure we’re all on the same page.

Episodes aired are Chameleon, Animaestro, Bakerix, Backwarder, Weredad, Silencer, Onichan, Oblivio, Christmaster, Gamer 2.0, Stormy Weather 2, Timetagger, Party Crasher. So obviously none of these will be mentioned.

Now let us commence!

1. REFLEKTA

So this episode seems very much like a “sequel” episode, as it’s a akuma repeat. However, it’s not listed as such, which may have to do with the fact that she’s “not alone” this time (a double akumatization??? With Rose, maybe???)

A big theory behind this episode that I can 100% get behind is that luka gets his miraculous in this episode. As seen before, most people get their miraculous when someone they love is akumatized, and since Juleka is Luka’s sister it makes sense. Plus, ladybug is gonna need help if Reflekta is indeed “not alone.”

Another theory going around is this is the Kwami swap episode, reason being some Kwami swap merch has the label “reflekta” on it. However, personally I think that episode will be “Feast”. (You’ll see that theory later).

Lastly, this is basically confirmed, this is the episode with Ladybug’s formal introduction to Mayura. This episode is the only one chronologically before Miraculer that hasn’t aired.

So there’s three big theories revolving around this episode. Yay!

2. DESPERADA

I mean, personally I think this episode is filler. I have nothing to say about it except that we got the design leaked because of out of order airing. This villain design was shown in Gamer 2.0:

Again, nothing much to say except she looks pretty wicked!

3. STARTRAIN

This episode kind of peaked my interest on the whole “help” part, and it also did because there was a post (can’t remember who, sorry) pointing out a startrain foreshadowing in a previous episode.

But now that Party Crasher is out, we now know that this “help” may have something to do with IT’S BASICALLY CONFIRMED MAX GET’S THE HORSE MIRACULOUS IN THIS EPISODE!!!!

As seen in Party Crasher, Chat already knows who Max is when he show’s up, meaning he got his miraculous in a previous episode. And since his mom get’s akumatized here, it can only be assumed... this is it chief.

I’m also desperate for this episode to come out because I’ve had a total of TWO dreams that Marrinette gets the mouse miraculous in this episode. I... have no idea why, but I just have that intuition telling me so.

4. KWAMI BUSTER

This episode has a extremely innocent synopsis but it SUSPICIOUS AS HELL since it’s called KWAMI BUSTER??? My guess is now Gabriel is trying to hunt down the miraculous box but why would the TEACHER BE CALLED KWAMI BUSTER??? DOES SHE KNOW??

My guess is she get’s akumatized for a completely different reason but Gabriel is just like “lol help me out. Track down some Kwamis” and she’s just like “lol mkay”

5. FEAST

WOAH AM I EXCITED FOR THIS.

So personally, I think the Kwami Swap happens in THIS episode. I don’t know, it just seems like a perfect episode that would set up a Kwami swap! Like maybe when Master Fu hurriedly gives back the miraculouses in a akuma attack, there’s a mix up in the Miraculous boxes???

I’m also excited to see how Adrien and Marrinette manage without Tikki and Plagg for, what, a day?? A week?? It’ll be really interesting to watch.

Also if I remember correctly, one of the leaks was Luka wearing a snake noir suit. Maybe it’s this episode??? If Master fu can’t give back the cat miraculous to Adrien in time?? Idk, but I’m hype.

(Side note: I find it really weird this is the only episode whose synopsis doesn’t outright mention a akuma villian. The name doesn’t sound like a akuma either?? This is hella suspicious and confusing lol)

6. IKARI GOZEN

Ooooo ok.

So, personally, I’m 99.9% sure Kagami gets the dragon miraculous in this episode. I mean, her mom is out here getting akumatized!! Also, I wonder what it was Kagami did wrong? It’s not really made clear... did Kagami disobey her for Adrien? For her own purposes??

Anyway, this episode is post Stormy Weather 2, a episode which pushed for development, and the other post stormy weather 2 episodes aired so far were amazing!! So you kno I’m hyped.

7. THE PUPPETEER 2

Okokok, this synopsis doesn’t scream much, but chronological wise it’s Post Stormy Weather 2, directly after party crasher, and IMMEDIATELY BEFORE CHAT BLANC, FELIX, LADYBUG, AND THE FINALE!!!

So for me, this episode can have a huge inciting incident that kicks of those wicked last few episodes of the season. The only theory I have for this is this episode is what gets the ball rolling.

It’s supposed to come out this saturday, which is... crazy, actually. There might be some hugeee spoilers in this one! So watch with care!

Ella's mother calls her clever at least twice that I heard.

LITTLE ELLA HAS A LEGIT FULL SIZED CAROUSEL HORSE IN HER BEDROOM??? And with that, it looks like there was at least 1 puppet stage, what I can only assume to be a carousel music box but it's built like a Christmas Pyramid, a mobile, and a canopy bed.

The way she and her dad both say thank you this must have been very difficult for you when they get news the one they love is dying???

The Just So and Shall We lines repeat too.

The dress she's wearing when her father returns and when her mother's dying are the same, it just had fake flowers on it when he returns.

We see 3 different Ella's walking with her father toward the meadow. There's little Ella in Black after her mother dies, then what I assume is teenage Ella in a white or blue floral dress sand her hair work to the side and flowing over her shoulder, and then Lily.

Ella lets her shoes hand off her feet a lot

Her physical reaction to her father mentioning Lady Tremaine even before he says anything about marriage.

That butterfly comb will never NOT remind me of Rose's in Titanic.

I can't see anyone in that time period actually making their day Lucifer???

I hate Lady Tremaine's black hat when we first meet her.

The way Ella smiles and laughs for her father and then visibly deflates the instant he turns around KILLS me.

When the Tremaines arrive, Ella's mother's portrait is on the bookshelf in the study/parlor/whatever that room is where she died.

Drisella tells Anastasia their mother's lying about the house being charming and says it's just manners. Anastasia tells her to shut up.

The look Ella's father gives Anastasia when she says they never thought to decorate, and how he looks back at Ella.

Before he leaves on that last trip, Ella KNOWS he isn't well and she can tell something going to happen.

Why the fuck does Tremaine get so jealous of hearing about Ella's mother when she CLEARLY doesn't love her father?

The way Anastasia and Tremaine both look at Drisella after the complexion line kills me.

Like... Tremaine legit kept up a smile until the carriage pulled away and it was gone in less time than it took to blink.

The harp just sitting in the corner. Totally Ella's mother's. Js.

When Tremaine banishes her to the attic, it sounds like Ella was going to say something about staying in a smaller room?

By the time Ella and Tremaines talk in the study/parlor, all of her things, her father's things, and her mother's things are packed up and set aside, including the portrait of her mother. Suspicious much?

Anastasia and Drisella have toys. At first, we are Anastasia holding a doll and Drisella a rabbit, but they switch later.

Casual reminder that Ella's the youngest, since Anastasia calls her their little sister.

I want a full version of Lily singing Sing Sweet Nightingale and Lavender's Blue.

There are flower decorating and motifs all over this house. The walls. The clothes. Even in the stone wall in the kitchen.

Ella's look at Drisella while she's singing. And like... Tremaine herself tells her to shut up, but she gets mad at Ella for being like cringe.

Ella immediately knows as soon as she opens the door and see Farmer John.

Tremaine is a damn good actress though. Her eyes treating when they get the news.

THE BEEHIVES ARE SO CUTE.

That red bedroom of Tremaine's is so garish though.

Another casual reminder: ELLA NEVER GOT TO PROPERLY MOURN HER FATHER BECAUSE SHE WAS WORKING 24/7.

I imagine the scraps they gave her to eat lessened as time went on and they had less food and money. But she always shared them, no matter how meager.

Jacqueline is iconic.

A GIANT POT OF LAVENDER IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE STAIRS TO THE ATTIC FROM THE KITCHEN.

Gods that robe of Tremaine's is AWFUL.

"Is there someone we've forgotten" They're dehumanizing her already. What a cunt.

Ella riding barebacked and workout reigns will never NOT impress me tbh.

Convince me the stag wasn't a test for both Ella and Kit from Fairy godmother.

Gods Richard was PERFECT in this role. And every time I hear his real accent I'm shook.

Kit's fucking whipped from the start.

Ella only calls him Kit. You can't tell me otherwise.

His sympathy when she says "They treat me as well as they're able". Tell me that this like doesn't ring in his head later and that's why he knows she's been stopped from coming to him.

Honestly, Disney deprived us all of Lily being trapped in the pumpkin a la the Cinderella episode of Britannica's Tales Around the World with Pat Morita.

Unpopular opinion??? But I liked the ballgown better either without the butterflies or during the transformation when there was only those few blue ones.

I do like the gold butterflies in the slippers though.

I want to know how they got the crystals to stay in Lily and Helena's hair.

Sitting in a crinoline must be awful.

The palace is stunning.

I love every single one of the chandeliers in this movie.

The king waves at Chelina and Kit KNOWS.

The girl on the staircase next to the Tremaines when they get introduced laughs at them. And honestly, same.

"Someone I meet once TONIGHT".

For real, how did the guards at the stairs not hear Ella's name or that her footman was a lizard? They were like not even 5 feet away.

I wish we saw more of the purple in the ballgown.

I love that Ella's descent had Lavender's Blue and the dance has Once Upon A Dream in the score.

The Captain HAD to have told Kit that the Grand Duke already promised him to Chelina. And who gave him the right to do that anyway?

Kit's stammering.

Ella's gasp when he takes her waist and the way she looks at him is like the signature Lily shot. They did the same thing in War & Peace.

"They're all looking at you. Believe me they're all looking at YOU".

The one part in the dance where they kinda flap their arms up and down reminds me of a butterfly and idk why.

Dancing wearing a sword had to be tough. Especially when your partner's in a crinoline and a heavy ass dress. Props to Richard.
