#because i really love optimus's optics in tfp and i think about them but in red sometimes
Text
Oh ooh ooh i actually have future!Silverlight design ideas!
So some of the optic ideas were Megatron style optics but blue, and Optimus style optics but red. I've been leaning towards the latter option, with Megatron's drifty optics oh naturally.
Think about it for a minute

Okay I just had an idea for The Old Predacon archivist buddy for transformers prime how would ratchet and Optimus and possibly Megatron and starscream or maybe Orion would react to The old archivist Predacon buddy I can just see old Predacon buddy geeking out with Orion and Buddy would be like a mentor to Orion and Buddy would most likely try and make sure the humans stay out of trouble but how would The decepticons react to Predacon buddy go absolutely berserk like They just snap due to Predacon buddy's patience being completely gone because Predacon buddy doesn't really become angry or agitated because they have a lot of patience but at some point they are going to snap and is possibly going to show why they were terrifying in the gladiatorial arenas (also I probably think PreKing would be the adopted kid of old Predacon buddy lol but if you want you can add preKing if you want to) =]
Someone's going to do the impossible... making Buddy snap.
We will get Predaking and Buddy's interactions another time.
Hope you enjoy!
Bot Buddy the Old Predacon archivist snapping
SFW, Platonic, mention of injury, hurt and comfort, Cybertronain reader
TFP
When Buddy was back on Cybertron they had finally managed to score their dream job.
Being an archivist in Iacon.
Not that they really needed the job.
They managed to buy their own freedom from all the fights they fought, and they were still loaded from the other jobs they did on the side.
But they got bored, and they loved spending time in the halls of Iacon, not like anyone would be able to get them out anyways.
Buddy curled up beside one of the shelves intently reading a data pad.
One of the security guards turned the corner seeing the giant bot and just turning the other way.
They weren’t getting paid enough to deal with that.
Buddy managed to become acquainted with one of the clerks in the halls.
A small mech.
Orion Pax.
Orion walking into the halls after getting back from talking with Megatronus.
“Pax! My friend, there you are.”--Buddy
Orion spots Buddy happily walking over to him giving a slight shoulder hug.
Orion reciprocates the hug from his friend.
“I am fine Buddy.”--Orion
“Anything interesting happen?”--Buddy
“Not particularly.”--Orion
“I found the data pad you were looking for.”--Buddy
Buddy passes the data pad to Pax.
“Really? Where did you find it?”--Orion
“On the top shelf.”--Buddy
“…”--Orion
Orion was also starting to think he attracted dangerous looking bots.
Buddy loved spending time with the mech.
He was insightful for his age; it was nice to see it in the younger generations.
Buddy would share bits of their wisdom with him from time to time.
“Word of advice Pax, never get a Predacon angry. Especially in the air, you’ll be asking to get sliced by that point.”--Buddy
“What?”--Orion
“Trust me on that one Pax. It’s not pretty.”--Buddy
“…We were just talking about the rude client that stepped on your tail.”--Orion
When the time came for Orion and Megatronus, Buddy had a bad feeling about the whole meeting.
They never trusted the Senate.
Buddy would have been freed a long time ago if it weren’t for the Senate’s ruling over the arenas, this just further proved it.
Ratchet and Buddy waiting outside.
“What do you think will happen after this?”--Ratchet
“… I do not know Ratchet… Never have trusted the Senate. They are an unpredictable and diabolical bunch, there’s no telling what their agenda is.”--Buddy
Buddy turns to Ratchet.
“No matter what, keep an optic out for Pax for me will you?”--Buddy
“What? Where is this coming from?”--Ratchet
Buddy looking at their servos.
“Someone needs to try and look after Megatronus. Gladiator to gladiator.”--Buddy
“Buddy you’re too old to try and fight him now.”--Ratchet
“I’m not going to fight him Ratchet, just keeping an optic out for him. Hopefully this won’t last too long my friend.”--Buddy
Time skip after Buddy joins the Autobots.
Buddy enjoyed the little reunion with Optimus and Ratchet when they came to the base.
Granted they could have given them a fair warning…
Autobots minding their own business in the base.
Ratchet trying to reach the tool on the high shelf.
Buddy reaching over and handing it to him.
“Thank you.”--Ratchet
“You’re welcome.”--Buddy
“…”--Ratchet
Ratchet suddenly looking behind him meeting the chassis of Buddy.
“BUDDY!?”--Ratchet
Suddenly everyone realizes the giant Predacon on base.
Everyone’s weapons are pointed to Buddy as they calmly continue their conversation with Ratchet.
“Hello Ratchet! It’s been some time, no?”--Buddy
“How—What—HOW DID YOU EVEN GET IN HERE?!”--Ratchet
“I have my ways. Now, where’s Optimus?”--Buddy
Cue Optimus coming in with a data pad in his servo.
Buddy whipping their helm towards the sounds of the pedes and smiling widely.
“Prime!”--Buddy
Optimus having to do a double take.
“Buddy?”--Optimus
Buddy walks over to the Prime giving him a frame crushing hug, while Ratchet is trying to calm everyone down.
“Its been too long my friend.”--Buddy
“I thought that the war—”--Optimus
“Its going to take a lot more than a couple fireworks to keep me grounded Prime.”--Buddy
“Is there a reason why you’re here?”--Optimus
“Yes. I’m helping your side now.”--Buddy
“Why?”--Ratchet
“I will admit I was a fool for thinking there was still room to negotiate things with Megatron, the Predacon incident was the final straw. There is no turning back for him.”--Buddy
“Yeah… sorry about that?”--Bulkhead
“None taken my friend.”--Buddy
“Friend?”--Wheeljack
“Any friend of Pax—I mean Prime and Ratchet is my friend.”--Buddy
“Hey!”--Miko
Buddy looking down seeing a human girl with pink highlights.
“Hello? And who might you be?”--Buddy
“I’m Miko! That’s Jack and the little one’s Raf.”--Miko
“I’m not that little!”--Raf
Buddy watching the three humans have a little squabble.
Buddy is already making an oath to protect these teeny humans with their life.
Buddy loves the kids to death.
But they are going to be the death of them.
Stress is not good for the elderly.
Everyone constantly tries to see where Buddy’s limits are.
So far none of them had reached it.
But someone did.
Starscream did.
He did the impossible.
He made the old Predacon finally snap.
All he had to do was some light kidnapping and harm.
The Second in Command thought it was a great idea to kidnap the kids.
After tracking down their signal, Buddy was the first to find them while Starscream was still in the air.
Then Starscream transformed, letting the children drop out of his cockpit.
Buddy yelled as they dove down to catch them all on their backside.
While inspecting them, they noticed that Miko was holding her leg in pain.
“Is everyone okay?! Miko? Miko, what’s wrong?”--Buddy
Miko holding her leg with tears rolling down her face, biting her lip. Jack and Raf trying to steady her on Buddy’s back.
Buddy taking a better look at Miko’s leg, no leg should have been bent like that.
“What’s wrong Predacon? Your age finally caught up with you? Humans are so fragile aren’t they.”--Starscream
“What. Did. You. Do.”--Buddy
Starscream had the audacity to come over and laugh, admitting to having snapped the leg before tossing her in.
Snap!
Buddy carefully slipped the humans into one of their subspaces and headed into the nearest groundbridge.
Carefully passing them to Ratchet before sprinting back into the open groundbridge.
Optimus suddenly worried for his friend went behind his back in his jet pack. He hadn’t seen Buddy run that fast in a very long time.
The Prime had heard of Buddy’s fighting skills many times, even having the privilege to train a bit with them.
But it was a completely different experience seeing it with his own optics in the air.
Buddy bursting through the groundbridge grabbing their sword with a murderous look on their faceplate.
“STARSCREAM!”--Buddy
Buddy begins to fight Starscream avoiding all missiles and switching between their two modes to fight him.
“Where was this when you were a part of the Decepticons?! Where—”--Starscream
SLAM!
Buddy roundhouse kicking Starscream in the chassis.
“DON’T!”--Buddy
PUNCH!
“TOUCH!”--Buddy
KICK!
“MY!”--Buddy
SLAM!
“KIDS!”--Buddy
If Soundwave had not groundbridged him out of there The Second in Command would have been another number on Buddy’s scored board.
Good news for Starscream.
Bad news for the Decepticons…
Lazerbeak had caught the entire thing on video.
Decepticons looking at the main screen at Starscream’s beat down.
“Oh. My…”--Knockout
“They could have done that!? Here!?”--Breakdown
“…Do you think that the Autobots are still open for new recruits?”--Steve
Meanwhile with the Autobots.
After Buddy calmed down, they went back to the base with Optimus behind them.
The two didn’t talk much going back.
In a way, Starscream deserved that.
No one was going to hurt the kids without suffering any consequences.
Jack and Raf suffered from minor scrapes and bruises.
Miko had her femur snapped in half.
Lucky for her, it was a clean break.
Buddy did not leave the kids side for a long time.
They got too anxious whenever one of them was gone for too long.
To keep some peace, Buddy was allowed to protect them in the base while their guardians still did their jobs.
Especially when Miko decided to try and sneak out on another mission.
Bulkhead was lucky enough to catch Miko and bring her back to base.
“Miko you’re still healing. You still need a couple more days of rest, then you’ll be up and at it no time!”--Bulkhead
“I guess…” --Miko
The two walk into the base hearing a bunch of crashing and metal scrapping.
“Buddy you need to calm down!”--Ratchet
“Where is she!? Where is she?! I swear I just turned my back for one second! What if she’s hurt Ratchet!?”--Buddy
“She’s right there.”--Ratchet
Buddy turning around to see Miko on Bulkhead’s servo.
“Oh, thank the Primes…”--Buddy
Buddy transforms into their dragon form, gently picks up Miko from her shirt, curls up around her while ‘trapping her with their giant claws.
Raf and Jack join in the cuddle pile.
“You kids are not making it easy for an old timer like me.”--Buddy
“Oh please, Ratchet’s the oldest one here.”--Miko
“No, he’s not.”--Buddy
“No, I’m not”--Ratchet
“I’m the oldest one here Miko.”--Buddy
“Wait so you’re older than Ratchet? By how much?”--Raf
“… To put it into perspective, Ratchet is still a kid in my optics.”--Buddy
“How old are you!?”--Miko
“That’s a question for another time Miko. Get some rest.”--Buddy

Hi there! I really love your vast universe of headcanons, so I have a request :b
How would each Bot (TFP) react to the game Five Nights at Freddy's? Because, like, if you think about it, Cybertronians kinda ARE animatronics😂 . So would that make them more scared, or less scared? Also, I just wanna see how they'd all react to getting jumpscared.
Oooh! Interesting little concept! I love doing the bots reactions to things like this! Although admittedly I don't know how all the mechanics for FNAF work despite knowing a lot of lore, so yeah, this could end up amazing or crap.
Five Nights at Freddy's
The children regularly played video games, it was nothing new to the team. They were the ones who got Bumblebee and Smokescreen hooked after all. Most of the time the children played pretty tame games, often a shooter or racing game of sorts, nothing to be concerned about. However one Friday night after school Rafael brought a new video game to base to share.
It seemed normal at first to the team who were watching from the corners of their optics as they worked. It seemed to be a horror game, one where there was a hidden enemy. And that perked the interest of the team who slowly gathered around to watch as Rafael played the game he called Five Nights at Freddy's.
At first everything seemed relatively normal to the team. From what they gathered there was a hidden monster trying to hunt down the player character to do something awful like suck out their spark or something. The team didn't fully get it, but they watched nonetheless and in increasing horror as the enemies were revealed to be what the human children called "animatronics".
Ratchet: That has to be at least third degree frame deterioration! And look at all those exposed components! How in Primus's name are those poor mecha still functioning??!
Optimus: Are they perhaps spark eaters? Or ghouls?
Arcee: They could be beastformers gone rogue. I've heard of a few cases like that.
Bulkhead: No way. Those have to be techno-organics. How else would they function without spark chambers?
Wheeljack: Nah, they have to be triplechangers. Look at all those excess transformation seams.
Ultra Magnus: Ridiculous. Whatever those things are, they are obviously tortured mecha who have been set up in some sick bloodsport.
Bumblebee: Is this some type of gladiatorial game then? There's no way the player character would be in this situation unless forced.
Smokescreen: Those mecha aren't acting all that rationally. If they really wanted to kill the player character they should have just swarmed. Seems like rookie behavior to me.
Arcee: So sayeth the rookie.
The team were filled with endless questions upon seeing the enemies in the game. And so at Miko and Rafael's behest, every bot was convinced to sit down and give the game a try. It went about as well as one might expect.
Ratchet, wanting to know what the frag the animatronics were all about, sat down first. He was very methodical and dutifully spent time looking over all the mechanics and game controls. He then took every in game night slow, meeting every animatronic and stopping them in their tracks before they could jump-scare him. However his slow and methodical approach backfired during the last night when the stakes got higher and in the end he did get caught. His first response was to leap back with his blade extended and ready to fight back. He was no stranger to battle and he was certain he could take on a beaten and mad mech. He was not afraid, merely battle-ready.
Of course Ratchet made valiant attempts to beat the game. And once he did, he refused to shut up about how simple it was and how ridiculous the animatronics were. He made it a point to try and prove that the animatronics were not akin to Cybertronians in any way, and not a spark stopped him since none wanted to admit just how off the whole thing felt.
Optimus went next just to prove a point and to figure out the lore of the game to understand the animatronics better. He was far less interested in the gameplay and more invested in the story above all else. This led him to get jump scared a handful of times, all of which he didn't even flinch at. But most of his time was spent picking apart the story and quickly finding himself far more in fear of the plot than the machines involved. The souls of children being trapped in the frames of decrepit machines and stuck unable to even control themselves properly... it was horrible.
Once he finished the game, he didn't touch it again. He didn't want to. It hurt his spark to see such innocents beings subjected to what was in his mind, unlawful spark transfers, shadow play, and a degree of slave coding. He ended up refusing to even speak on the game, it brought back bad memories. Where Ratchet tried to walk off the poor feelings associated with the game by disproving it, Optimus just didn't want to even think about it.
The children noticed both these behaviors and tried not to bring up the game around the team leader and medic since it was obvious both were not pleased.
Ultra Magnus refused to play after watching Optimus and Ratchet go through it. He had similar thoughts about the game and viewed it as being made in poor taste as it made a mockery of the suffering of those who the council harmed. And while he did realize the humans who made the game couldn't have known about the pain of those on Cybertron, he still wasn't fond of it. He personally saw the whole thing as disrespectful to the fallen and those who were lost to plague and the cruelties of the caste system. And while perhaps a bit of a far fetched connection, the appearance of the animatronics... he couldn't handle it, not after the Cybonic plague.
Wheeljack and Bulkhead took it better than their superior officers and even enjoyed the game. They opted not to think too hard on the deeper implications of the story and instead had fun poking around with game mechanics. Wheeljack tried to see how he could break the game, often trying to outsmart the game AI and cheat his way through just to prove that he could. Bulkhead didn't play much and more often than not just cheered Wheeljack on, but both always startled during jump-scares simply because it reminded them both of scraplets and the shapeshifters on Cybertron.
For them it was like the old sparkling stories of scraplets coming to eat them alive had become reality. And while they knew it was a silly human game, they both found a degree of entertainment in facing a knockoff version of their sparklinghood fears.
Wheeljack: *getting jump-scared* HOLY SCRAP!
Bulkhead: FRAGGING PLASMA PIT JACKIE!
Wheeljack: That was FANTASTIC! I've got to figure out how that little beasty caught me!
Ratchet: How in the Allspark do you two find enjoyment in this bloodsport?!
Bumblebee and Smokescreen found the deeper implications of the game too dark to consider so instead they took to trying to speedrun the game as best as they could. However considering speedrunning a survival game is a rather difficult feat, they instead made it a game to see who could avoid the most jump-scares. Smokescreen almost always screamed like a little girl whenever he got jump-scared, even throwing his remote at the T.V once. Bumblebee never outwardly screamed, but he did almost crush his remote when he got startled once too many times.
They got invested to the point of trying to get every achievement possible. Together with the children, Bumblebee and Smokescreen spent one long night beating the whole game through a use of tricks, training, and even the odd online tutorial. They were dead tired come morning, but they "won" so they spent the day sleep deprived but pleased with themselves. They received nothing but disappointed looks from the older members of the team. Although Bulkhead and Wheeljack did offer smiles and thumbs up at their efforts.
Arcee for her part wasn't interested in the game after watching the differing reactions from others on the team. She too had seen too much of old Cybertron to ignore the game's implication. So while she didn't play, she most certainly watched and made it a habit to comment on everyone else's playing styles. Wheeljack and Bulkhead received most of her mockery, especially when they cursed in fear loud enough for the whole base to hear. For Bumblebee and Smokescreen she just tried to scare them when they were most focused just to watch them flip out.
It brought her a degree of sick joy to watch her companions flail because of a game. The children for their part found the situation amusing and somewhat concerning. All in all, it was obvious who could handle video games and who could not.

How are you and your au co-maker friend doing? Any new ideas?
She is fine, for now she is really busy and has really hard time, so she wouldn't have time to even make anything with me. Wish her luck guys, because she is doing her best ❤️❤️❤️
And she isn't exactly co-maker, because she is from time to time making random content about transformers prime or rid15, I'm mainly creating content here, but thank to her Sideswipe is tampon now. :D
Tumblr media
But i can tell off what we were talking about last time:
Like lately we chosen to add that after Starscream almost died in explosion, when he was still mainly into scientific stuff, not only making Megan angry (when war was still active conflict and 90% of the population weren't dead), he met that time KO (when he was still teenager) and without getting licences, because how he could get his licence while the war, when practically all schools were in ruins XD So they met that time, KO helped him in coming back to better shape. This is why KO came to Nemesis in TFP with his husband Breakdown, because Starscream saw him as a trustworthy doctor. I don't need to add that they fucked AS ADULTS ON NEMESIS, when Breakdown was still around, because he was fine that KO wants to life in open relationship. They were still happy together :DD
We talked about the fact that Bee couldn't look at Sideswipe optics at the beginning, because he has Smokescreens optics and after all this shit that happened, it was really painful for him. He drank himself into unconsciousness, Ofc Grimlock and Danny were trying to comfort him as much he could (at that time Drift wasn't around yet, he joined with his sons team after 8-9 months Bee, Strongarm and Sides came to earth). He felt terrible, because it wasn't Sides fault that he born or that his best friend, which he treated like his older brother and first love in his life, made children when both of them was drunk. He didn't won't to hurt him or take revenge on the poor teen, which also had hard childhood like Bee and slowly but surly start to get close with. Sometimes he even thought of if he didn't leave him that day they told him about the protoforms, he would be now Sideswipe and Sunstreaker's father and maybe even marry KO. But those are only his thoughts. I was thinking of making black and while comic of it, but in his bot form not human. XDDD
We also lately write A LOT about Ultra Magnus and Wheeljack. Mainly we was thinking what Magnus was doing after the war and becasue he was like this big badass judge, he could just become the guy how almost rule Cybertron. I mean by it, that Cybertron came back to the almost state after the war and that is not a good news XD. "And what about Ratchet?" nothing, he doesn't give a fuck about him. After all, he himself as a guy in new created council vote to send Ratchet on Earth as his retirement and still explain himself by saying " this is last wish of Optimus Prime". I just like the idea that right hand of Prime, makes Cybertron great again, causing fulling prisons by ex cons and not happy with his decisions war veterans. It would also explain WHY FUCKING CYCLONUS WAS IN THE FUCKING FINAL, because he would be rebeliant that wants freedom for his ppl. He also created slums :), idk I think it's cool idea that Ultra Magnus was a villain of the series And I think Arcee would see sense in that and after all those years and ptsd, also got mature, she would fine peace in new worlds order. But she would still take back her father and brother back on Cybetron... at least be too kick his fucking ass. XDD And practically nobody can do anything with, only Bulkhead is living his best life as a worker, it doesn't mean that he is now fighting, he is just tired and like Arcee wants some peace in his life. After they banned contacting with earth and he could talk with Miko, he needed finally some peace. The same with KO and Smoke. He is living now with Wheeljack AS A FRIENDS!!! But from time to time, Wheeljack is showing up at Magnus mantion to fuck him, say hey to his daughter and then disappear for next 9 months. I'm just seeing NeoCybertron as a Gotham City but as a planet XDDD
I can't write more words, so do you have any more question? XD

hnnn I don’t normally ask for requests but my TFP fixation came back swinging, your drabbles have been a great read, and I have a mIGHTY NEEEED.. feel free to ignore this one, though!
Could I possibly request human fem reader that’s usually quiet and laid-back and laughs off their problems, getting caught breaking down because they’ve grown very attached to TFP Optimus (or Ratchet, I’d be happy with either) despite not having a guardian of their own (those two are busy mechs after all😩) and even though they’re ready to fight anyone and anything that threatens the ones they care about they realize they’re too small and weak to help protect them if it came down to it?
TFP Optimus x reader
Hi!! Thank you for requesting! This was very nice to write, I hope that this is something you were looking for… enjoy!! <3
Warnings: SFW/Fluff, very brief description of death, reader has slight crush on OP if you squint hard enough.
Word count: 1046
The problem with happy, go lucky people like yourself is that the highs are high, and the lows are low. Yeah, you’re content with whatever life hurls at you and tend to shake the dust off your shoulders, not bothered by grievances. But sometimes, you wonder what purpose you bring to this surreal life you’ve found yourself cushioned in. It’s a blessing and, unfortunately, a curse.
You met the Autobots about a year ago, another heavy boulder that life had hurled at you, but instead of shattering it into a million pieces just so you could brush it off your back, you found comfort and love in it. Especially Optimus, who of which was the one that suggested you join them after a near miss with Starscream. A robust yet imperturbable mech that you would lay down your life for, a life that is relatively minuscule in comparison to your larger Cybertronian companion.
That’s when your mind tends to drift to your purpose. What was the point of being a part of the Autobots aside from protection? When it comes down to it, there’s really not much you can do to help them significantly. You can’t cock a shotgun and run head-first into a hoard of Decepticons; one wrong step from one of them, and you’d be dead, reduced to smush in the dirt and most likely forgotten.
So you sulk. That’s all you can do. You sulk in one of the many corridors of the silo you’ve tended to call home because there is nothing that you could possibly do to safeguard him or at least return the favour for providing you with sanctuary. The floor is cold, but your tears provide a distracting warmth as they pool onto the arms you’ve buried your head in.
You’ve been sitting here for some time now, and your back is tingly from not moving. You’re entirely focused on crying your heart out that you don’t even notice the rumbling footsteps approaching your pathetic form.
“Y/n? Are you alright?”
Oh shit. It’s Optimus. You can’t face him right now, and you don’t want to. He doesn’t need to see how much you’ve been crying. So, you keep your head in your arms, hoping and praying that he’ll walk away, forget about you like your mind thinks he should.
He doesn’t, which you had expected. Instead, you hear the hydraulics of his pedes in what you’d suspect to be him crouching down and the gentle cold touch of a digit gently prying your arms away from your face.
“Has something happened to you? Why are you upset?” The gentle baritone of his voice is so soothing, yet painful to hear because at least he’s pretending to care about you.
“Nothing, don’t worry about it.” You croak, wiping the tears away with the back of your hand. It does nothing but smear the salty drops into your hairline. You take the opportunity to glance into his optics, and shit, does he have the most sympathetic look on his face you’ve ever seen from him.
Optimus quirks an optic ridge, then proceeds to sit beside you against the wall with a twang, vibrating the floor beneath you, “I believe I have been around your kind long enough to know that you are hurting,” he turns to face you, “I would not be troubled if you were to indulge me.”
There’s no getting out of this. You need to do what you do best and shrug this off your shoulders.
“I uh,” You sniffle before another barrage of tears flows down your face, “God, Optimus, I’m sorry about this.”
“Do not be,” Optimus reaches down to press a digit to the palm of your hand, an attempt that makes your heart skip a beat, “This is clearly something that is significant to you; take your time and breathe.”
You nod, taking a shaky breath as he orders, “Why do you care so much about me- I mean, us? Why risk your life for a human when you know there’s nothing we can do for you,” Another shaky breath, and you grip his digit, “Why do you do it?”
Optimus’ optics hover over your form, clearly thinking through your words in deep thought. He hums, then turns his helm to the wall before you both, “Tell me, why do you think we protect your kind?”
“Well, we’re pathetic, tiny, primitive meat bags who can’t even-“
“No,” Optimus interrupts you, shaking his helm. A small smile creeps onto his face, “In fact, it is quite the opposite.”
“But how?” You crane your neck to look at him, red, irritated eyes on full display, “How can you say that when we’ve done literally nothing to help your cause?” A pause, and you glance down to the digit that you still cling onto, “I mean- just look. My hand doesn’t even begin to compare to one of your fingers.”
Optimus follows your eyes to his servo, staring at it curiously. He then cups your hand around it, ultimately holding your hand, “It is not the physical differences I am referring to, but the selflessness of providing for us.”
You suck in a breath, blinking away the rest of your tears, “W-What?”
“I do not think you realise your importance to our cause. If not for the valiant efforts to provide us with crucial resources in our battle with the Decepticons, well, we would have no safe place for sanctuary.” Optimus gently squeezes your hand and looks into your reddened windows to your soul, “No place to call home.”
You stare up at him in shock. You never considered that there wouldn’t be a safe place for you to stay if humans hadn't given the Autobots a safe place in the first place. You’re not useless and weak like you think you are. The feeling of relief and disbelief is all too much for you to handle, and you let your tears fall once again, leaning down to rest your head on his servo.
Optimus is unfazed and lets you pour your heart and soul onto him. He closes his optics, basking in your presence as your sobs turn blissful. Content that he can provide you comfort and a safe space, as you have done for him.

TFP soundwave, knockout, Optimus and rachet realizing their human s/o who’s in their early 20s is loosing their vision and their s/o explaining that most doctors wouldn’t give her corrective surgery until she’s 25 (this is the age the human eye stabilizes after reaching full size in late teens). They wear glasses and get new ones when their current ones stop working but it can still make navigating low light areas and reading things at a distance difficult.
I really loved your request! My brother has that condition and we had that conversation with like twenty different docs, all refused to do the surgery till he's 25 and now he has to change his glasses like every 2-4 month cause it's getting worse and even with his glasses he’s almost blind. So if you have that condition or one of your family members, you're not alone, stay strong <3
(I don’t think I did your request justice but I hope like it anyways)
Ratchet:
- When you both started dating you already had glasses and he wouldn’t think much of it, cause he knows some human just need them to see the way other humans without glasses do
- But after a while he would notice that you change your glasses pretty often and you vision seemed to get worse
- He would ask you about it and you would tell him why you’d have to change them pretty often
- He would remember that you told him pretty early in the dating phase that you have an eye condition but till now he didn’t realize it was that “bad”.
- After that he drove you from doc to doc, just to hear the same thing again and again from every single doctor you visit, that they can't make the surgery you need till your twenty five or older.
-  He knows how much it troubles you, so he would try his best to comfort you.
-He already searched for a way to help you with your condition but without the surgery nothing really stopped your eyes from getting worse.
- You wouldn't know it, but he would worry that you would get blind before you're able to get the needed surgery.
- It would break his Spark to see you cry after another visit by your doc, telling you your eyes got worse again.
- He would watch you often, just to know  what you do and how you behave with your restricted view to make things easier for you without your knowing.
- He wants you to feel normal so the changes are small but they help you.
- He would installed more lights in the base and your shared bedroom.
- He  removes every single  dangerous corner or elevations where you could injure yourself.
- He teaches the kids to be careful around you, he might be a little to harsh to them but he doesn't want you to get hurt.
-He knows you have difficulties with reading thinks that are a little further away so he would make sure that everything that is important is readable for you.
- He would teach himself Braille and help you to learn it too just for the worse case
- He wants you to be happy so he would make sure that everything you want to see you'll see before things might get worse
- If no human doctor is going to help you, he would search for a way to help you.
Optimus Prime:
- The worst thing for him would be to have to admit to himself that you, his human, could possibly go blind before you could get the needed surgery.
- It would be the slight but steady changes in your daily routine that hurts him deeply
- thinks you could read just a month ago is now unreadable for you
- He knows cause he’s so tall you can’t really see his face after a while, so he would pick you up just so you could see his face or better his optics.
- He wants you to know how much he loves you, and his optics are a portal to see his spark or what humans call it, his soul.
- He's there for you no matter what.
-He would be there at all of your doctor's appointments
- He would ask his friends and the other humans to treat you normal, even though he would ask them to take care of you, not cause he thinks you need to take care of but he knows because of him you’re already in great danger.
- He's worried that you might hurt yourself cause of your view so every single corner or thing you could hurt yourself is out of your reach, so that at night you’re safe even though you don’t make light.
- He knows how much it troubles you that others (especially humans) see you as weak or make fun of your vision.
- He knows how much you want that surgery so he would ask fowler if there's anything he can do for you.
- Even if you don’t say it out loud he knows you sees yourself as a freak and that you sometimes hate yourself just because of your eyes
- He would try anything to make sure you know that you’re perfect the way you are.
- He’s by your side, and he makes sure that you can enjoy your live
Soundwave:
- You wouldn’t need to tell him that something is different with your eyes cause the first time you’re on the nemesis, it would be your personal hell
- The nemesis is dark as hell, there’s barely any light and you’re now fu cked
- He would ask you about it tho, but after he’s got you somewhere where you can see him at least
- He wouldn’t quite understand it, the human body is fully grown at the age of 16-18 but you’re eyes and brain isn’t till your 25?
- He would do some research on your condition but the more learns, the more he worries.
- Without that surgery you eyes only get worse
- He knows how much it costs to buy/ make new glasses so he would make sure that you have enough money so it wouldn’t hurt your pocket
- He would ask shockwave to create you a tool so you can “see” in the dark and he wouldn’t have to worry that some Bot might step on you when you’re walking through the nemesis to get to him, or that you might get lost somewhere where he can’t reach you.
- But he knows that it's not a long-term solution so he would search for a way that you can get the surgery before you turn 25
- One if his cassettes are always there for you and with you, they’re not going to leave your side.
- He would try his best to let you feel normal so he would make sure that you stay far far away from Starscream.
- He’s always there for you, comforts you in your dark times and shows you things he thinks you might like
- He would create you your own cassette, like a service dog just better cause he can read and see things that you can’t and would help you to go trough your daily routine as a human
Knockout:
- Same like soundwave he would notice your difficulty’s with dark places the moment he takes you to the nemesis.
- He knows you have an eye condition but he would really think of it till now.
- ofc there were moments he thought you ducked with him cause you couldn’t read things that were just a few feet from you but to be real, he wouldn’t really mind.
- He drives you everywhere so you don’t need to read road signs.
- but he would notice the slight changes after your first time on the Nemesis, things you could read two months ago are now impossible to read for you.
- After that he asks you about it, he wants to know what’s up with your eyes.
- The truth hits him like a train, you’re eyes are getting worse? You might get blind before you can make the surgery to prevent you from getting blind!?
- He would curse the human technology cause it’s so primitive.
- He would ask soundwave to help him find a solution for you, his human S/O
- He would even go as far as kidnapping eye specialists to find a way to help you before you're 25.
- If they can’t help you, maybe shockwave and him can
- For you he would try to get that logical bot to help him
- knockout try’s his best to “ignore” your condition just so he and you could feel like any normal couple doing couple stuff
- He would take you to trips so you can see the things you want to see before things might get worse

Good day everyone!
Some predcanons (Pred!cybertronian/Prey!human) for transformers who I really like. Hope you'll enjoy!
TFP
1) Optimus Prime
Tumblr media
This gorgeous, big Autobot leader would be quite gentle and careful with his prey. I think the main motive for him to swallow someone down would be a wish to protect them, especially if it comes to defending Jack, Raph or Mico. If he has time, he will definitely explain why he is doing it and how safe it is, so the person won't get frightened; in another case, Optimus will talk to the human inside him straight away after the danger is gone and stroke his middle a little to comfort his small friend who would be truly scared after being suddenly tossed into the mouth of a giant robot. Also he surely would be glad to help you with insomnia or bad mood, keeping you safe and warm in his soft, spacious fueltank (of course, if you give you permission). As for Prime's emotions, I suppose he would feel awkward walking around his team mates while having someone inside, although it would never stop him from chatting with his prey from time to time to be sure they're fine and rubbing his "stomach" in reassurance. He likes having his friends so close to his spark, loves how they taste and move in his tank, but he would never say it out loud because it's too personal information in his opinion.
2) Ratchet
Tumblr media
Sweet, grumpy medic is very worried about his human friends' health and safety, so I think he would be the one who uses vore as panishment for those who skip sleep periods or put themselves in risky situations too much. At the same time, he would be a brilliant comforting pred who never fails to help someone escape the world when it's really necessary (especially if it comes to Raph). He would mentally prepare the person he's gulping down before everything happened because as "an emergency vehicle" he knows exactly what would scare them. While swallowing, this autobot would trace his prey's path through his tough body and sigh in relief when they fall in his fueltank; the little one would always feel some pressure of a giant hand from the outside which would pat and massage them, checking if everything is OK. Ratchet would be glad to be given some caresses from the inside too; he would smile wide if he did, surprising everyone around with soft and oddly loving face expression. But the bot would never admit he ate someone even to his friends (only to Optimus perhaps) because of deep embarrassment which he hides behind a perfect "poker face".
3) Ultra Magnus
Tumblr media
This autobot is a severe type. He wouldn't let just anyone random enter his insides; this is unspeakably ridiculous for him. Showing someone the most fragile part of the body, his soft spot! Please! Are you crazy?.. However, if he has no other choice (his human combat is badly injured, unconscious or there is a threat of being captured for them) he will hide them within his body without any hesitation. Meanwhile, when the things are normal, he would be an unwilling pred; only a human he is really attached to, like a lover or the best friend, would be allowed to go down his fueltank. This way he would express the highest level of affection and trust he has for this person. In this case, his favourite time to do that is right before recharge when no one can see him and his soul mate; all lights are gone, there are just two of them. Magnus silently opens his mouth and puts his darling in, then gently swallows, concentrating on a stretching, wiggling weight which travels along his esophagus. When it reaches its destination, he lies on the berth, closes his optics and holds both servos on his middle, feelings his friend settling in. That all would be a casual, but important act between him and someone he cares about so much that even he can't deny it.
TFE (Earthspark)
1) Megatron
Tumblr media
Ex-leader of the decepticon is undoubtedly a teaser who will bring you close to his carmin eyes and grin, intentionally showing his sharp dents, every time it comes to sending you down his throat! Although his jokes are never offensive for a prey. He gets a lot of pleasure from the whole situation and tries to prolong it as much as possible. At the same moment, Megatron would never do anything that could make his human friend uncomfortable; and the funny comments he gives to the prey always finally turn into some kind of appreciation of their taste, warmth, shape, delicate skin, how good they feel deep in his core etc. Like Optimus, he is very protective. As for his behaviour among transformers and humans, he wouldn't be bothered by their presence nearby while he's carrying someone inside him, but he wouldn't let anyone know until it's necessary 'cause he clearly understands how freaky it would sound. He is not a talker, but the prey would always feel that he remembers about them by small, light touches from the outside and double-meaning phrases he sometimes drops in front of others.
As an addition: this mech would be happy to teach his friend's bullies a goood lesson (if there are any) by swallowing them and keeping this fools inprisoned for some time without any respond to their shouting and crying. Of course, Megatron wouldn't mean any real harm and he would let them out later, but at least the guilty ones would see their mistake quite clearly...
2) Bumblebee
Tumblr media
I think this kind-hearted, optimistically-yellow autobot is a cuddle enthusiast. He wouldn't mind making vore a casual ritual to make bonds with his human friends even stronger. Moreover, it would give him some comfort to know that someone he cares about is hidden in a place no one can reach without crushing Bumblebee himself apart first - what is not that easy! His spark just melts when it comes to inner rubbing - it inevitably sends shivering through all of his systems when tiny hands move across his sensitive fueltank's metal "flesh"... He doesn't mind multiple "passengers", but it's simple to make him sick by moving too much, so at the start Bee always asks for being cautious and still inside him. If someone questions him about the person he has swallowed, young autobot will calmly tell them the truth (and stop this poor fellow from panicking after); usually he is OK with his other friends to be aware about the situation (nevertheless if he was asked to keep everything a secret he undeniably would). Bumblebee is very comforting, thoughtful and caring pred, but there are times when he needs attention as well - so, for him vore is a kind of comfort and relaxation too.

Do you have more "tfp!kids being other" content? Both on them as "humans" and as sparklings...
(You have no idea how much I think about them. They absolutely live rent-free in my head. Warning: some dark implications on child soldiers)
If June was ever caught by the artifact along with the kids, then she would be very Tall with grey-blue optics. Similar to Crosshairs from Bayverse, her armor is deceptively light and looks like a pale robe.
Unlike the kids, June retains her memory and has braided cords and hanging cables that act as her hair. Eventually, she figures out how to control them, but she prefers pulling them back into a low ponytail.
The Autobots are surprised that she has a heavy field, how it swallows the kids, the way it keeps them hidden away. Mine, it beats in a steady, protective chant. Mine, mine, mine.
Seems to have a second pair of optics behind her head, an incredible amount of sensors, or extrasensory perceptive abilities because no one can seek up at her, nor could the kids pass her.
The Autobots know that she worked at the local hospital. They didn't know which unit because she still goes to work without issues: "Quite the contrary, they'll be pleased by this outcome. It'll require fewer resources to put me on other units."
That doesn’t sound suspiciously ominous. At all.
Optimus and Agent Fowler had been in far less tense situations, including armed hostage crises, rather than dealing with the local hospital's Other Half. They're not letting June Darby go. For anything. Sudden species change is an occupational hazard. It's in the contract. As well as Acts of God(s). That includes aliens, too.
Agent Fowler was the chosen to be the Autobot Liasion due to his long history and exposure to the Other side. The kids were either very diluted or very well hidden, but as aliens, it's fairly obvious that the three freak out the standard aliens.
Fowler needs a moment to himself because now they got a damn dragon on their hands, so they need to touch base with the Esquivel family. Because Uncle Sam's moldy privates, the last thing they need is for the adult ones to rain hellfire upon them.
June is another worry, but one that doesn't need attention at the moment. Not with Jasper Hospital looming over as a ghastly shadow.
This Agent learns to carry extra supplies since the kids will raid his office and nothing is caught by the cameras. He knows. He checks.
Fowler also learns to pick up a McDonald's meal for Jack's birds because the kid will ask and June forwards him the amount in quiet, unsettling ways. Optimus just hands him cash and goes deaf whenever he tries to push it away.
Even with Optimus in possession of the Matrix which gives off vibes on the supernatural, otherworldly spectrum that the area is Not to be Fucked With, having three, little ones would turn heads to their empty corner. So small, so powerful, and so easy to lure away. Children often disappear for one reason or another. June, as a "human" or a Cybertronian, is often the last thing they see...
If the Autobots tickle Jack just right, not only do those dark wings beat rapidly but his mouth opens very wide and his throat is lined with rows and rows and rows of endless sharp denta.
But of course, it's not shown during Ratchet's checkups. Just a regular intake and very healthy sparkling.
The Autobots now need to look up whenever they cross rooms since Jack can magnetize to walls and ceilings or hook his claws to climb all over and Miko copies him because she absolutely loves jumping from high spaces. And it doesn't help their collective fuel pumps that Jack would give Miko a ride or boost her beyond their sightline.
Jack has a really active imagination and will chase after what caught his attention.
Miko doesn't like being left out and enjoys the small bits of flight she can catch.
Bulkhead and Ratchet had been driven to tears by their antics, especially when no one was able to catch Miko in time.
Due to the sheer amount of pink that's her natural armor, Miko is classified as a War-Forged. She can withstand a ridiculous amount of damage due to her aggressive nanite colonies and scattered pain receptors giving her an incredible pain tolerance even as a sparkling..
Arcee had joked that Miko was definitely under Bulkhead's purview because it wasn't far off from the truth.
Wreckers can not only trace their origins to the very beginning of Cybertron where the Thirteen Primes guided them, but the current rendition cemented their fearsome reputation by the very few, still living War-Forged that joined the Autobot cause.
Their very motto: Wreck and Rule is a callback to the War-Forged very own nature of no retreat. No surrender. Their combat-protocols and related systems are too engrained, hyperactive, and beyond anything state-of-art technology could touch.
The Decepticons pitched an immense amount of resources to bring down the War-Forged. They lost all the Phase Sixers and depleted all the elements to create another, but they managed to take down all the active War-Forged, including the ex-leader: Elita One.
Bulkhead loves Miko. And he's quietly thankful that Team Prime isn't like the rest of the forces, there's only talk about what-ifs on the injury side. He holds a caustic mix of guilt and shame to be relieved that they don't have enough resources. He understands Ratchet's worries, but it's a terrible comfort Miko won't be forcibly upgraded.
Since the Autobot mechs can easily transport the kids by darkening their windows (Sorry Arcee), they field trips to the nearby oasis. Perhaps it's overkill to have three out to sufficiently mask the kids with someone on standby with the bridge controls, but just in case.
Whoever takes Raf is having an easy time. The baby Predacon finds a very nice, very warm rock, and immediately conks out on it. Cute, stubby limbs all out as if to increase his own limited surface area to soak up the extra high-noon Nevada sun.
They thought it would be easy to coral sparklings in a limited pool. Wrong again. They severely underestimated Miko's love for water.
Since Miko will mainly listen to Optimus, it's a strange sight to see the Prime in waist-deep water, studiously assessing the surface to fish out their wayward, smoll Seeker.
Arcee has a lapful of snoozing Predacon and sleepy triple-changer as Optimus and Bulkhead have their hands full with a wildly thrashing and howling Miko.
Since Ratchet has a tendency to over-worry, the kids spend quite a bit of time in the medbay. On one hand, he has three sparklings. On the other hand, he has three sparklings.
Jack has a curious nature and Ratchet does answer his questions. The medic is far more careful about how he explains; otherwise, Jack will attempt to venture off to seek out materials.
Vaguely realizes that sometimes Jack will ask things in Neocybex -particularly a very formal Iaconic-style. Ratchet inwardly cringes as Jack will sometimes mash different dialects. No surprise, considering Optimus is giving the boy lessons and Jack is picking up the different cues from everyone else.
While he can measure and treat Miko and Jack, Ratchet is stumped about Raf with his Predacon frame.
June floors them all by coaxing the baby dragon to shift out of his alt-mode. Raf doesn't like it. At all.
Raf cries, frets, and screeches in his root-mode since Ratchet locked him to give him a proper checkup. He's already blind and made far more helpless with limited mobility, his sense jumbled and confused as they shift to accommodate his two-legged form.
This severely agitates Miko and Jack. June ignores the Seeker's adamant clawing into her armor as Miko refuses to stand down. The dark sparkling's worries are barely allayed by his mother's calm words, but even June is prodding the medic to hurry up as Raf restarts his wailing cycle.
Raf refuses to switch out of his alt-mode for a very long time.
The rest of the Autobots have mixed feelings about the campfires. Sure, Bumblebee and Smokescreen entertain the little ones for a while, but they got sparklings with budding arson tendencies that are being flamed by the youngest's ability to burp small flames.
Smokescreen is a cowboy of a storyteller. No rules will contain this mech. It may start out as a classic fairy tale, but it will end as a scifi rebellion of a zombie apopcalypse. Pirates are always involved in each story.
Bumblebee gets super frustrated because he's very limited with shadow puppets.
Someone has to hold onto Raf or the potato will try to dart into the fire and the mechs really don't want to test out a baby Predacon's armature. Ratchet would absolutely kill them. Even with June's reassurance that Raf can withstand the temperature as a dragon.
No campfire is complete without smores. Of course, Jack feeds the vying blackbirds, Miko sets her marshmallow on fire, and Raf gets to chew one lovingly made from scrap metal.

In your Optimus in episode 1 timeline, how does Optimus earn Levi's trust? He helps Levi when he loses his team and even reveals a bit about his own love life in the original. But Petra is still alive at the time, she and Levi probably aren't as close in episode 1 as they were in the original, and Annie won't be able to hurt her until years later. So unless Levi can stay paranoid for a really long time, Optimus found another way to prove himself.
Previous Episode of TFP Optimus in Episode 1
Oh, Optimus does prove himself through his actions. And yeah, Levi has been in the Survey Corps longer than Petra, so they wouldn't have had the time to develop a relationship in the span of 5 years. Now that I think about it, I think she's the youngest out of Levi's squad. I could be wrong.
But let's get on with it.
So Levi, naturally, doesn't trust Optimus the minute he sees him. In fact his first instinct is to stab him.
Levi no
Levi yes
But Optimus' bravery, aid, and popularity among the people clearly win out, and he's handed over to the Survey Corps with ease. Welcomed with open arms even...Levi doesn't like that. Everyone's swooned by this titan, and Erwin is happy because Survey Corps enrollment has gone up. But Erwin fully understands Levi's concerns and allows Levi to spy on him. He also doesn't really tell him to tone down his attitude. He gets it. It's in Levi's nature, and earning Levi's trust takes more time.
But it takes a bit, like a good few months during and after the gate's reconstruction, so Erwin decides to pair them together to do a milk run essentially and get some supplies. It's mostly quiet between them. They don't talk. Levi is still suspicious and Optimus is already used to people either not trusting him or straight up hating him. But they get stares as they pass through the market. Levi ignores them mostly, and despite Optimus' quiet and reserved nature, he's more than willing to give a simple greeting. He's polite like that.
Things are going normal, and then Eren shows up begging Optimus for help, with Mikasa trying to pull him away. Levi doesn't want anything to do with this, but Optimus decides to go to their home. Levi's thinking why and Optimus just doesn't want to say no in the event it's actually serious. If it's a domestic dispute, maybe they could hand it off to the MPs.
But since it's the Earth shattering revelation that humanity isn't extinct. They have to think fast. Levi and Optimus are on the same page when they need to take Carla, Mikasa, and Eren out of that house for their safety. And Levi sees that before the Survey Corps go to read the notebooks in private, Optimus is doing everything he can to reassure Eren and Mikasa that they'll find their dad, and Levi is quite stunned at how gentle and caring he is. He doesn't have to be, but Optimus is choosing to.
What would really turn the gears in having Levi trust Optimus is when they read the notebook, and find out about the outside world, specifically the Eldian Warrior Children. And Levi is the only one in the room noticing that Optimus is looking tense. Really tense. When the meeting is over, Levi goes to check in on Optimus, only to find out that the most stoic titan is having a fucking mental breakdown. And Optimus is just saying that he broke his moral code. Levi's a little confused at this. This guy fought in a war. Why is he so pressed about taking the life of someone who tried to kill them?
"I thought the Armored One was like the other mindless titans in the city that day." Levi could see the stress in Optimus' optics, "I thought their only desire was to consume humans. I had no idea that it was a human when I killed the Armored Titan. But based on Grisha's information, I may have just killed a human child. I swore to protect humanity, but I killed a child without even providing the opportunity to stand down. They might have been brainwashed, forced into becoming a titan shifter. They might have had a family. A mother or a father. I may have ripped a child away from someone. I...broke my vow."
Optimus is just devastated, and Levi...can't be suspicious anymore. He has no ulterior motive. The fact that Optimus is concerned about an enemy, concerned about their life and how he wanted to find a way to bring peace? That's genuine. It has to be. It's surreal to find anyone that genuine, but it is real. And Levi...provides his own reassurance. You couldn't have known? How could you? You made a split second decision with the limited information that you had. Even so, you made a choice that saved thousands of lives. That may not fix the reaction of killing the Armored Titan, but Levi admits that he's grateful...and he thanks Optimus for giving the Walls hope.
After this, Levi and Optimus finally work together without hostility and have a mutual respect for one another. So Erwin's plan technically did work out after all. It does ultimately help with the united front of overturning the monarchy and the ultimate negotiations with Marley Military and Willy Tybur. However, every single time the Marleyans bring up the whole 'Optimus killing Reiner' schtick, Levi can just tell that this is bothering Optimus and part of him wants to just threaten them but Optimus tells him not to.
And then Megatron shows up to be a fucking jackass.
Levi was one of the first to realize that something was up with Megatron, or Galvatron, because pot calling the kettle black, they are both assholes. Levi's an asshole with a soft spot; Megatron's an asshole just to be an asshole. Sure, his dynamic with Optimus leads him to believe that they might have been involved a lot more intimately, but Optimus explains that Megatron's the guy he's been fighting for four million years and well...Levi still wonders if he won that bet.
That doesn't mean Levi doesn't take it seriously. He still does, but it's not the same hostility in the main AOP timeline. Levi hasn't seen the full capabilities of Megatron yet, but he is cautious. But this doesn't make Levi distrusting of Optimus. He does go to the Prime and ask what are Megatron's weaknesses so that he can be prepared to fight him. Optimus is a little hesitant because he doesn't want Levi getting hurt, but Levi reminds him that this is his job. This is what he was trained to do, and he needs to be prepared. So Optimus gives what he's observed in Megatron's behavior and actions in the past.
But I'd imagine that his and Megatron's interactions would be more like this:
Megatron: You are aware of who I am, aren't you?
Levi, taking a sip from his tea: So what if I am? Are you going to do something about it?
Megatron: ...I am still deciding.
Levi: Then I'll make it easy: mind your business, do your job, and we'll be fine. Hurt anyone in the Survey Corps and I'm taking out your eyes.
Megatron, thinking it over: A fair trade.
They are more civil and don't act like animals that throw insults at each other on the regular.

(starcee anON) HOLY SHIT? LMAO? I LOVE THAT SO MUCH???? your response was better than i expected tbh i was sitting here thinking "oh nooo they're gonna think i'm so weird for asking such a random tfp ship question" ajsdjsfdsfk i would sincerely love to read that first chapter anytime that you are comfortable sharing it! you obviously dont have to commit to the long fic unless if u absolutely wanted to, i know its difficult to keep up with long fics just in general. and take it from me as someone with adhd and autism i know you cant, like, force a hyperfixation to stay at a certain level for a certain period of time in order to actually Make Things for said hyperfixation, let alone gather the energy for even Making the Things. i am but a friendly neighborhood anon simply showing my very strong support for starcee fucking if you ever wanted to grace us with it <3
sdkfghjgfsdg you are a DELIGHT! I would be all too happy to share - though alas, I have so many projects on my plate I can't guarantee this one will ever get finished. But a teaser-taster for you, dear Starcee nonnie!
Super messy and unedited....
FATE MISNAMED
There is no such thing as an accident; it is fate misnamed – Napoleon Bonaparte (I’ve always felt that he and Starscream have something in common…)
ARCEE KNOCKS UP STARSCREAM, hatefrag to grudging friendship with kid on the side.
It was the second tight-band communication burst in as many human months. The difference was, this time Arcee wasn’t the only bot online to receive it.
“Starscream,” said Ratchet, loading that designation with every ounce of frustration the mech deserved.
Arcee froze, spark skipping an entire spin.
Frag. Not again.
The silo interior abruptly lit with the targeting systems of her HUD. Her intakes raced; her plating clutched tight to her protoform. Her optics clicked, zooming in to a sharper degree of focus, as if she were about to transform blasters and fire. Battle protocols online.
Damn him. Damn him. Had it taken the glitch only one of this planet’s moon-cycles to renege on their deal? That they would never speak of what had happened, ever again?
:What does he want?: beeped Bee.
Bulkhead snorted, lumbering over from where he’d been helping Miko with her latest art project – something about releasing the inner child through finger-painting, which Arcee suspected Miko only chose because one of Bulk’s digits alone was enough to blot her entire canvas. “Lemme guess. He wants to trade intel again.”
Ratchet scanned the message, frown ossifying onto his faceplates. “No,” he said, slowly.
“Arcee?” she heard Jack say, as if from a distance. “Are you…?”
“It says,” Ratchet continued, his narrow blue gaze swinging ominously to settle upon her, “that he wants to talk. With you.”
The rest of the conversation washed over Arcee like the flares of solar radiation that prickled your mesh when your shuttle flew too close to a dying star. Bulkhead, trying to crack a joke about how he knew Starscream was stupid, but he’d never pegged him for suicidal. Bumblebee, nervously twittering that they couldn’t really be considering letting her go alone. Ratchet, muttering half-hearted threats about blocking that frequency band entirely. Jack, saying her name with worry apparent in his voice, while Miko suggested an imaginative array of possibilities for how this could be a trap.
And Optimus, studying her with his usual even expression. Impassive. Unjudging.
Arcee sure hoped that lasted.
“I’ll go,” she growled, stepping over Jack as she stalked towards the activation rings of the Groundbridge. “He sent coordinates?”
Ratchet pinged them across. Bumblebee beeped that he would be waiting to provide back-up, Bulkhead shushed Miko when her suggestions of what Arcee ought to do to Starscream became violently graphic, and Optimus said nothing at all.
Oh, Arcee was so fragged.
She sent Jack one last reassuring smile, doing her best to disguise the whirling anger in her spark. Her hate for Starscream – that conniving, vicious excuse for one of Primus’s children – was too furious to be contained by her form. Then she stepped into the swirling groundbridge vortex, passing in a single step from the warm-lit silo interior to the forest where she and Starscream had last clashed.
The forest was much as she had left it. Cold, dark. Gloomy in an organic sort of way.
Dead pine needles crunched beneath her pedes. Pesky things; she’d have to spend an hour coaxing them out with a pair of medical tweezers upon her return. Yet another way in which Starscream managed to make her life a torment, through his mere existence.
There was something eerie about walking on dead organic matter, especially when it formed a fuzzy green carpet atop regolith made from yet more compacted dead organic matter, on which the currently living organic matter fell. The circle of life, as Jack had once tried to explain it, with an accompanying movie that re-enacted a modern play from a few hundred years’ back with cartoon lions. Arcee wasn’t buying it. After all, Cybertronians managed to reproduce without needing to consume either the literal flesh of other sentient beings, or plant matter that drew nutrients from corpses.
Still, whatever the humans’ perturbing foibles, they had proven themselves to be kind, warm-hearted, and deserving of Arcee’s respect. Unlike some bots she could name.
One such bot was the only piece missing from this familiar scene. Last time, he’d been curled by that stump there, optics shuttered from the pain, barely discernible from the shadows but for the quiver of his wings.
Bring medical kit, the message had read. Come alone.
Arcee, being the only insomniac to walk through the command hub at the late hour when the message came through, had obeyed the latter directive.
Still, Starscream must’ve begged treatment from somewhere – Knock Out, perhaps. From what little intelligence Arcee could gather on the intricacies of the Decepticon hierarchy, he was one of the only mechs who could tolerate his ex-Commander in concentrated doses.
Either way, Starscream stood now, the slice on his leg (MECH, he had whimpered, making his optics fill his face in an attempt to extort her pity. Then, because he would never not be a slave to his own pride: A lucky shot, you understand) healed to a nanite-glittering scar. He faced away from her, wings spread at their fullest extent, hands clasped behind his narrow back. As, she imagined, a Decepticon XO had once presided over the Nemesis’s bridge. As he had stood and waited for Cliffjumper to be dragged before him…
Her fist curled, but the accompanying rage was muted. Not lessened, merely quietened for a while, as her processor replayed the last time that back was presented to her.
Turn around, for frag’s sake. The last thing I want to see is your pathetic face.
He’d done it, too. Scoffing, scowling, rolling his optics to the sky. But he’d turned. And she’d dug her digits into his winglets (fluttering with imperious affront before her face) followed swiftly by her teeth…
Mistake. A mistake, nothing more. A fumbling, furious thing, borne of frustration and spark-guttering hatred, a need to ram their fists into each other’s faces that had fragmented under pressure into a different mode of physicality. One she had no intention of repeating.
She’d hoped Starscream felt the same. But, considering the circumstances of this second summons, perhaps the record needed setting straight, and they could return to the face-punching part again.
Arcee raised her chin. “Turn around,” she demanded – then winced at the unintentional call-back to things best left forgotten. “If you have the nerve to summon me like some organic pet, the least you could do is look me in the optics.”
Starscream laughed. It had never been a pleasant sound, but his stint as an exile had done him no favors. His throat sounded sandpapered, as if he’d been crying. Or, more likely, drinking impure energon.
“Trust me,” he grated, pivoting on one long, slender leg. Arcee had never been attracted to lightweight-class fliers. Too skinny, too elongated, like a handful of metal splinters plucked from a crash-site that Primus had bound together and breathed into life. But there was a certain grace to their movements she could appreciate. Even hampered on land, walking on a layer of mulched humus that was disconcertingly squishy underfoot, Starscream maintained his balance as if it was as effortless as intakes and ex-vents. This was especially impressive, considering he had his chest plates open. The plating fanned out to either side, evoking the uncomfortable image of a victim on MECH’s operating table. “You want to see this even less.”
For once in his regrettably long and deservedly miserable lifespan, Starscream was right.
Arcee stared.
Arcee shook her helm.
Starscream, grimly, nodded.
Arcee shook her helm some more, and waited for the purge-order pop-ups to fill her HUD before dismissing them with a mental flick.
No. No. It couldn’t be. They’d used and abused each other for the better part of a joor (Admittedly, Arcee had done the predacon’s share of the abusing. She might’ve felt bad about afterwards were it not for how vocally Starscream had liked it). But the merge? It had been blessedly short. Barely ten klikkas had passed between the seeker tantalizing her with a vibrant, volcanic sliver of sparklight, and her realizing this was a pit-damned, Primus-forsaken, Optimus-shaming idea.
A merge involved more than the spark, after all. Or rather, the spark was more than just the glowing nodule of life-force that resided in each Cybertronian’s chest cavity. It was their essence. Their thoughts, their fears, the slimy little ambitions that crept through the cracks in their psyche, their ecstasy, their physical bliss. Their remorse and regret – and their jarring, tank-wrenching lack of it.
Arcee hadn’t intended to scan for what Screamer had felt, as he drove his talons into Cliffjumper’s spark. Her only thought had been to slake this twisting, snarling scratch of claws in her belly, her urge to pin him and bite him and (egged on by his breathy, delirious chant of yes, yes, oh yes, Primus) hurt.
She’d found that memory in his mind, regardless. And in that moment, she’d known that the bot she was fragging was every bit the monster she’d always accused him of being.
But now that monster stood before her, chestplates once again bared from his spark. Or rather, his sparks.
Dear Primus on high.
“They’re yours,” said Starscream. “In case you were wondering.”
He sounded horribly accusative.
If Arcee left her mandible dangling much longer, oral washer fluid would start to leak.
“Frag,” she said.
Starscream sneered. “Yes,” he said, shutting his spark casing with a vicious snap. “Unfortunately, we already did.”

StarWave?
Before I answer, which Wave? I think you probably mean Soundwave but you could have also meant Shocky.
OK this is anon so you won’t know I asked.  I’ll just have to do both.
Starscream/Shockwave: maaaybe? could be fun! Mad science love affairs are always fun, and you know that each of them has at least one angle, usually more.  I would like to see this in a fic. I’m particularly fond of Shockwave discovers An Emotion fics so I am all for it.
Starscream/Soundwave: NOPE
This is almost NOTP for me, but it’s not as much of a NOTP as Cosmos/Soundwave is, so at least there’s that for ya?
First of all...Ravage/Soundwave is my OTP, except in Cyberverse where there’s no evidence Ravage ever existed. Now, Soundwave has two hands (and an immense number of cables even in G1 where you only see them a couple times). But I prefer that his other hand be attached to either Jazz or Megatron.
If they do it in Earthspark I will be very disappointed unless it’s a “Soundwave has two hands” situation involving both Ravage and Starscream.  I don’t know enough about ES Starscream to have an opinion on whether he is good enough for my space husband, but...Ravage/Soundwave is my absolute OTP, and in Earthspark, they have shown us all the cassettes giving up on Soundwave except Ravage. I know that it’s probably not going to happen because idiots will consider it bestiality despite the fact that she’s smarter than Bumblebee is, but that doesn’t mean that anything which replaces it will be easy for me to love.
In Cyberverse, Ravage doesn’t exist, but in Cyberverse, Starscream is the absolute worst, and Soundwave is as always the king mech of my heart. Plus, Soundwave and Hot Rod have hearts in their optics even at first when they’re still annoying each other, so in CV I ship Hot Rod/Soundwave, and yes, Soundwave has two hands, but CV Starscream is a Quint collaborator who tried to destroy their universe.  I like Starscream generally, but not this one.
In G1, I can’t see it.  Soundwave is deeply loyal to Megatron and Starscream keeps trying to murder him.
In Prime, people who write this are almost always Megatron haters and Autobot stans. And they make Soundwave helpless, which I hate. Megatron is pretty gross in TFP and he’s terrifying, but he respects Soundwave and they’re obviously very close. Every Starscream/Soundwave TFP fic I have ever read involves Megatron raping them both and usually getting one of them involuntarily pregnant, at which point they flee to Optimus and his amazing Autobot healing spike.  Gross. This makes me puke.
Megatron is an asshole when his brain is on dark energon, but he loves Soundwave at least as a friend, and since he was an ex-gladiator turned freedom fighter, I really don’t see Megatron raping anyone ever. Addictive, hard drugs make you do worse things than you’d ordinarily do, but usually they only make you do things completely outside your moral compass if you’re desperate to get them and someone else who has them is making you do that thing.
Ravage is canonically dead in TFP, but I like to think that Megs and Sounders both loved her and that this might even be part of what’s making Megs so whack, although he’s clearly not over his divorce from OP.
Anyhow, it’s possible that I could like this maybe if the people who wrote it weren’t always trying to make me pity them both and worship OP’s dick.
In IDW1, even Riptide, who is not on anyone’s top 10 IQ list, has managed to notice that Ravage was in a messy triad with Megatron and Soundwave and that Ravage is being forced to make a decision that Ravage does not want to make or acknowledge. The way Rav and Wave met in IDW is super romantic, and nothing shouts “broken triad” like telling your lover to go murder the other third of your triad when that person betrays you both and also you want to know which of you two she loves most.  Meanwhile, I don’t see enough interaction between Starscream and Ravage to have any basis for shipping them.
In TFA Soundwave is robot Pinocchio and not really Soundwave so who cares?
In the UT Soundwave is a Unicron agent and Starscream is desperately trying to be good so I don’t see that happening either.

Hello! I’m so glad your requests are open, I love your blog :) I’m going through some body image stuff at the moment and I was wondering if you possibly had any headcanons for TFP Optimus, Ratchet, and Bumblebee whose human S/O’s body has changed a little bit? (Either put on or lost weight, or gained stretch marks, etc.) No worries if this is something you’re not comfortable with!
I really like this request, and I think a lot of us have gone through some changes with our bodies during the whole pandemic thing. I went more in the gaining weight direction and stuff like that, because that’s what has happened to me, but I also took a different approach with Ratchet.
~Bumblebee~
•He doesn’t really understand why you’re insecure, at least not before you explain, because Cybertronians’ bodies don’t really change like human bodies do
•You’ve gained some weight and you’ve gotten some stretch marks, which are making you feel a bit insecure
•Bee of course doesn’t really understand that at first, and points out that you have more visible stretch marks now, he thinks they’re cool though
•You tell him what they are and tell him how you feel about them
•Bee listens, but doesn’t really know what to say, so he just traces them with the tips of his fingers
•After a while of not saying anything he just tells you that you look beautiful no matter what and he loves your body
•He doesn’t care if you’ve gained a little weight, there’s just more of you to love
~Optimus Prime~
•Optimus is very observant and he keeps a keen optic on you, so he notices your body changing
•To him the change is very small and it doesn’t bother him at all, but it isn’t his body anyway
•He just wants to make sure you always feel comfortable in your own body, so he initiates a conversation about it, if he notices you’re unhappy
•He loves you, he doesn’t care what shape you are, but he can understand feeling weird in your own body because it has changed
•When he became a Prime, his frame changed and it took a lot of getting used to for him, obviously it isn’t quite the same thing but he tells you this to illustrate that he understands
•Optimus loves tracing the curves of your body with the tips of his digits and he just loves touching you in general
•Because come on, you’re soft and squishy and warm and very huggable
~Ratchet~
•You had a surgery and it left a pretty big scar, and you feel pretty insecure about it
•Ratchet of course notices this when you act weirdly and don’t let him kiss or really even touch your abdomen area
•You finally tell him that you feel like the scar is ugly and that you’re scared he won’t be attracted to you anymore
•Ratchet quickly dismisses that as a silly notion and reassures you he doesn’t care if you have a scar/scars, that just means you’ve survived something, be it a surgery or something else
•Ratchet takes it to himself to remind you that you’re beautiful and your worth isn’t diminished by some scar(s)
•Also a lot of kisses on your stomach happen
•He just wants to make sure you feel loved and appreciated

Guilty Pleasures (Part 2)
More secret/wholesome hobbies for my giant lovely robots!
Starscream
Starscream is a bundle of pent up everything with paranoia serving as the cherry on top, and so to deal with it he picked up several small wholesome hobbies over the course of the war.
He tried writing for a while, (he still has a stash of his old works somewhere) he did painting as well, (his art is still on display in his berthroom) and he even committed to sculpting for a while (his rather vivid depictions of Megatron in various states of defeat are proudly displayed on a shelf)
However his most recent hobby is one he acquired from earth.
Currently he handles his pent up emotions through knitting, something he picked up after he found out that a determined knitter can make just about anything.
Inspired, he took up the craft and uses his sharp talon like digits to knit while he has nothing better to do.
When he can, he will requisition a Vehicon or two to hold his yarn balls and follow him around so that he can pace and knit at the same time.
But due to how often Starscream needs to vent out his frustrations via knitting he developed quite a large pile of finished accessories.
And so to make way for even better works of 'art' Starscream gives his little creations away to others on board the nemesis, and sometimes those not of Decepticon allegiance.
Knockout has found himself with several well knit neon pink sweaters that he hates with a passion not only because the color clashes with his armor but also because they all have some iteration of 'Slagger' on the back.
Breakdown has been given a few rainbow colored beanies that he isn't quite sure what to do with, and Soundwave has acquired a handful of knitted stuffed animals with various angry expressions.
All the Vehicons have little mittens or scarfs of various colors and Shockwave has begrudgingly accepted an eye mask with a rather disturbing optic knitted on the front.
Not even the Autobots are safe from Starscream's passive aggressive knitted works.
Optimus has five quilts as large as he is tall depicting Starscream perched upon a throne with both Optimus and Megatron at his pedes, usually 'All Hail Starscream' is present somewhere as well.
And Ratchet has two dozen rugs that seem to be a series of sorts as each has 'Frag Megatron' kitted in a different language.
No one is quite sure how to react to it.
Arcee
Despite her sarcastic, stoic, and blunt behavior, Arcee has an incredibly wholesome hobby, the hobby in question being gardening.
What she did on Cybertron wasn't really gardening by earth standards.
Before the war and even during its early years she kept and incredibly well maintained crystal garden to which she devoted enormous amounts of time to.
She had a whole room filled with towering spires of glowing crystals which had been carefully directed to grow in splendid archways and branching designs over vorns.
Each crystal had a date carefully carved into its base and was skillfully attuned to her own spark signature, helping them to grow and offering her a deep sense of peace when in her garden.
It helped ease a great deal of the stress she accumulated throughout the early years leading up to the war.
However her garden was ruthlessly destroyed after her residence was bombed.
She tried keeping a few small potted crystals which she managed to salvage from her old garden but it was mostly a lost cause with how often she was required to change bases and locations to fight.
She still kept a few of the shards with her though when she travelled to earth, more as a sentimental item than anything else.
When she arrived to earth she was introduced to the human concept of gardening.
Organic things were not an unknown concept to her, but caring for plants is far different than caring for crystals.

Aching Scars
I came across this headcannon that all the TFP bots have some sort of disability or injury that bothers them. As you might expect I felt the need to expand on the thought a little bit. And don't worry, it ain't all doom and gloom, after all I am a sucker for fluff.
Arcee
Arcee, despite her aggressiveness, has managed to avoid serious injury for most of the war, as such her problems lay not in body, but in mind.
She suffers from extreme PTSD from the loss of so many of her partners, it has led her to pull away from others and keep to herself.
Thankfully upon coming to earth and being assigned as Jack's guardian she lightens up again, content in knowing that she has a chance to try again as a protector once more.
She still has bad night terrors and occasionally has mental breakdowns thought, even if she is generally good at hiding it.
When the team do manage to see through her attempts at hiding her condition they do their best to comfort her in little ways.
Bad days usually end with the team watching a movie together, keeping Arcee from focusing too much on her own dark thoughts.
Arcee is particularly fond of romance films, not that she will ever admit it aloud.
Bulkhead
While no bot comes out of a war unscathed mentally, Bulkhead is by far the most mentally stable of the Cybertronian half of the team.
However that does not mean he is in pristine condition. His joints in his knees and knuckles are unfortunately rather stiff and painful from his many long years enduring hostile environments.
He does his work regardless of the pain, he has long since learned to tune it out for the most part.
But on days where the weather is off, his joints end up becoming near unbearable.
He usually plays it off with a joke or two but the team notices and does not hesitate to do something about it.
Optimus puts Bulkhead on groundbridge duty during those days, and the rest of the team ask him to handle minor tasks on the computer in order to keep him off his pedes while not damaging his pride.
Miko almost always ropes Bulkhead into having a spa day with her on such days. He tries to object but succumbs to her pleading in the end.
When the team return from their various missions they don't mention the almost comical sight of Bulkhead resting with pillows over his optics as the bright pink paint on his servo tips dries.
Wheeljack
He isn't one to hang around the team much, but when he does drop by, occasionally his ADHD rears its helm.
On such days he is fidgety, ready for a fight and eager to get into trouble.
In order to keep him from driving Ratchet to commit a murder, the team enact game nights whenever he comes round, even if he isn't having an off day.
Twister, UNO, Video games are the primary activities of the team game nights.
Wheeljack is incredibly competitive and always does a little dance when he wins.
His scrap eating grin when he absolutely demolishes Bulkhead and Bumblebee in racing games oozes with smugness.
His competitiveness has caused more than a few half hearted fights to break out over the true victor in a game, but no one really minds as it allows everyone to blow off steam.
In the end, even if he is a bit much at times, the team wouldn't have it any other way.
After all it wouldn't be the same if there wasn't a fight to break up, or cry of victory to be heard as Wheeljack gets far too into the game for his own good.

Guilty Pleasures
Every sentient being has a secret hobby or interest. Autonomous robotic organisms not excluded.
Megatron
The only one who knows about his little hobby is Soundwave, it's a good thing too, because Megatron would kill anyone else who uncovered his secret.
Despite his general distaste for humans, Megatron admires their creativity, more specifically their literature.
He may be a warrior first and foremost but he also has a love for any all all historical and poetic works.
He enjoys reading and having to decipher the hidden meanings behind the stories he collects.
It fascinates him to read about just how different and how similar Cybertronian societies are.
However he would never be caught dead reading a book written by a human. So he sends Soundwave to fetch him good books whenever there is nothing more important on the agenda.
He is greatly inspired by Shakespeare, Charles Dickens, J.R.R Tolkien, C.S Lewis, and Homer.
He has a whole secret closet in his berthroom filled with dataslates that contain the works of his favorite authors.
He will often read them before falling into recharge, and occasionally he will attempt a little writing of his own if he is feeling particularly inspired.
This has led him to create another secret stash in his berthroom filled with his own stories, ones that mostly illustrate his own life and views on how society should be structured.
(If Megatron's works make their way into the newly rebuilt Iacon hall of records in the future due to a certain Prime, then no bot comments on it)
Optimus
He has a rather unique little hobby, one that like Megatron, he would never be caught dead engaging in.
His particular hobby stems from his base coding as an Archivist.
Since the war did not really grant him much opportunity to work with and organize the data he desired, he ended up developing a tendency to note and catalogue the relationships of bots around him.
In short, Optimus is a shipper.
It was not a purposeful thing, but as time passed and tensions heightened Optimus just started listening in on conversations more frequently and paying extra attention to body language and how other bots interacted with one another.
He found it fascinating and so began to write it all down on a dataslate, and from there it just escalated as he began noting how certain bots reacted around others.
It really began after he started listing known relationships and all the information he had on them (In surprising and almost creepy detail)
Then he started theorizing and creating a whole separate catalogue dedicated to organizing gossip and discerning what was correct and incorrect so that he could get his relationship files properly updated.
In the end he created the most intricate and well informed database filled with information regarding every known relationship, platonic, familial, and romantic that he caught wind of.
But of course that still wasn't enough for his Archivist coding, he needed and still needs a constant flow of fresh data, and so he started playing a role in the relationships around him.
A well placed rumor here, a slight change of orders there, and Optimus's notes gain new additions from either the success or fallout of the event, satisfying his urges and helping his troops sort out their feelings much quicker than they would have otherwise.
To the complete and utter shock of everyone when they eventually find out; it is not Smokescreen, Bumblebee, Jazz, or any other source that has all the tea. No, it's all Optimus, and he knows everything and will gladly play matchmaker for his favorite OTP.
Soundwave
Cats. Soundwave. Loves. CATS.
He thinks they are the best to thing to happen since Primus himself came into being and nothing will change his mind.

My #1 post of 2022
Irrational Fears
Earth is absolutely terrifying, a fact that both Autobots and Decepticons can attest to.
Megatron
Despite being so big and tough, there is one thing about the earth that just scares the scrap out of Megatron.
He does not really fear what lurks within earth's biggest bodies of water, no, he fears the bodies of water themselves.
He never needed to learn to swim since Cybertron didn't exactly have huge bodies of anything resembling liquid near the surface beside the occasional acid pool.
And the safe liquids that existed on Cybertron were far denser than earth's liquids, often being thick enough to almost be a paste, posing little issues for those who got stuck in them besides some sticky residue being left on their armor afterward.
As such arriving on earth and falling into the ocean for the first time was rather traumatizing.
His usual method of handling being in liquid did absolutely nothing for him since water is not nearly as dense as what Megatron is familiar with.
He sank like a rock and was left at the bottom of the fragging ocean in the dark with no clear way to get out besides walking to the surface since transforming or ground bridging out would cause more trouble than it was worth.
He was irritated but fine with it at first, after all, no organic thing in the waters could really do him any harm.
But the ominous noises, the random currents which threw his sensors into overdrive, the extreme water pressure, and the rather freaky things passing by him as he traveled back to land just... traumatized him in a way he couldn't really describe.
The ocean threw Megatron off, and since then he has sworn off going near the Unmaker-cursed liquid pools when possible.
Optimus
Surprisingly Optimus's worst fear that originated on earth was not of natural disasters or anything of the sort, no, his fear is of the roads, or more specifically, the people driving on the roads.
Optimus is a textbook driver and obeys every road law to the letter, as such most human drivers scare him half to death.
American drivers are a melting pot of every form of insanity, with customs from all over the world resulting in the most confusing road culture imaginable.
Poor Optimus can't make heads or tails of it and often finds himself bewildered when other drivers honk or scream obscenities at him for following the rules.
Not only that but Americans are freaking crazy drivers.
Optimus has gotten hit, crashed into, pushed off the road, and forced to swerve to save some poor idiotic soul far more times than he will ever be comfortable admitting.
When it happens he panics. After all, the human vehicles have humans in them, and humans are squishy and easily damaged, unlike Cybertronians.
It isn't much better in other countries.
The Europeans are agonizingly slow drivers and park where ever their car will fit, trying to travel through British towns and cities on their tiny roads is an absolute nightmare.
For a vehicle of Optimus's size Europe, as a general rule, is one of the worst places to drive.
But oh boy, Europe has nothing on the Asian and middle eastern countries.
Driving there induces some of the worst anxiety Optimus has ever had since the war began, and that is saying something.
Random cattle on the roads, junk cars sputtering along looking like they are going to explode at any moment, the absurd amount of potholes, the fearless jaywalkers, and the maze-like structure of most roads make Optimus nearly have a panic attack every time he is forced to go driving in such areas.
He doesn't even want to get started on the state of the roads in Canada or the terrifying scrap he has seen while driving in Australia.
Starscream
Fragging Pigeons, Starscream simultaneously hates and fears them with a passion.

Prime Missing~ TFP! Optimus x Half-Predacon! Reader *Request*
Requested by the lovely CreatorCat
Plot: Hi there! Could I please request a TFP Optimus x half Cybertronian and half Predacon female Autobot reader? Only Optimus knows she is like that. Her Predacon form is a dragon and her vehicle form is a mustang car (Wildstyle colors from Lego Movie). Her fighting style is dancing (dance fighting, usually coordinated with music only she can hear in her earpiece, unpredictable). It takes place during Beast Wars where they meet Ultra Magnus. Optimus goes missing and the reader is very upset because she has a crush on the Prime.
Ultra Magnus grows a crush on her after seeing her fight in battle. He is concerned she'll get hurt because her style doesn't fall into the protocol and can't be monitored. He forbids her from joining the ranks in battle until she 'shaded up'. The reader is devasted and falls into sort of depression because that she wouldn't be able to dance or fight anymore and that was what she lived for. Optimus returns (finally) to find his crush (the reader) not herself anymore. They have been 'broken' and fight the way that Ultra Magnus saw fit. He's horrified because this wasn't 'his Y/N' and confronted Ultra Magnus. Afterward, Optimus takes the reader aside and confesses and she smiles for the first time in 'forever'. The next battle she's in, she breaks protocol and does her original style of fighting much to everyone's happiness (except Ultra Magnus). She also reveals her Predacon side to protect everyone from the Decepticons and Predaking.
What do you think?
That's a long request ever since I got a request to write a high school version. Lol. So, I read the entire text here and began to think. Do not think it is a bad way. I absolutely love the request but however, I don't like a few things. I'm not familiar with Beast Wars at all. I know only like literally one character and that is Optimal Primal. He is in fact the new Prime in Power of the Primes after Optimus' death. Don't believe me? Watch the 10 episodes or follow the OC book that I'm working on since I'm partnered up with Alita-One and others on Quotev. Furtonaly, I don't like Beast Wars at all since it's different. I also couldn't help but cringe a bit since it's TFP playing in Beast Wars. I remember some clips and scenes where Optimus actually goes missing after the base got exploded and Ultra Magnus appearing. I also remember Predacon's Rising.
Also since I don't like hurting other lovely characters (either rejected or friend-zoned), I made Ultra Magnus different. He'll be not crushing on the reader, but don't worry, he'll get tasted with his own medicine. Revenge will arrive.

-------------------------------------
"Jack, meet Ultra Magnus," Arcee introduced her human partner to the missing commander of the Autobots.
Jack looked shocked as he took a look at Ultra Magnus. He was light blue while Optimus was dark blue. The commander had a strict look on his faceplate. What was his problem? Sure, there was a war still going on because since Cybertron, the home planet of the Cybertronians, including the Autobots, Decepticons, and the Predacons, was dead so the idiotic Decepticons moved the war towards Earth when they discovered that the Autobots had been hiding there. Honestly, Megatron was too evil and stupid for actually settling the war on Earth. Earth! The planet was involved in many wars already, especially WWI and WWII.
But let's get to the point: what's been happening?
Well, the Decepticons discovered where the Autobots had been hiding. Before it got blown up, Optimus ordered everyone to leave the base and a serious warning: don't use the phone to call or send anything. If they do, then the Decepticons can track your signal, which can lead a serious danger. Jack went with Arcee, Miko with Bulkhead, and finally Raf with Bumblebee. Eventually, the base got exploded. Optimus got seriously wounded that Smokescreen found him. He was a smart rookie for hiding him so that Optimus can possibly heal and be safely hidden. Sadly, the damage was too much that Optimus was slowly offlining. He didn't want to leave, especially not Y/N. She was a half-Predacon and half-Cybertronian. She was an Autobot. So, it means that Y/N's carrier or sire was a Predacon while the other was Cybertronian. She was found wounded in a forest by Optimus and he took her to the Autobots base. Poor Y/N... She remembered how scared she was when she was there. I mean, she was wounded, lost on Earth, and didn't know anyone. She lost her creators thanks to the war. She eventually learned fast how to take care of herself.
When Optimus met her, he couldn't help but thought that Y/N was a unique and beautiful femme he'd ever seen. I mean, she was half-Cybertronian and half-Predacon. He had seen full Predacons before like Predaking. Soon, he'll meet Darksteel and Skylynx who were brothers. Y/N had wings and a tail so she was very unique. She was thankful to fly and control her balance more. The human kids loved Y/N. Miko, of course, asked too many questions that at one point, Jack and Raf had to stop her since they noticed when Y/N got uncomfortable and scared.
But anyway, that all happened before the big explosion. Optimus grew in fact closer to Y/N that he was the only one at the base who Y/N trusted. She would stay by his side, help him and ask questions. Optimus gladly helped her whenever she was scared or asked questions. He also found her adorable in secret. He sometimes asked himself about her like her wings for example. Were they sensitive? Maybe they were? He will only know if he touched it. If Y/N ever allowed it.
While Y/N was with the Autobots, it didn't mean that she met everyone. She didn't meet Ultra Magnus at the time. He was a strict commander of the Autobots and was light blue and red. His vehicle was very similar to the Prime. His shoulderplates were weird, kinda. No disrespect. But oh boy, Y/N hated Magnus. When he saw her, he was only coldhearted and strict towards her. Y/N's fighting style was dancing but the commander didn't like it that he forbid her to do so. It was like this:
The Autobots just came back after a fight again with the Decepticons. The fight was brutal this time. Apparently, the Decepticons had a new 'weapon' and it was a full Predacon! It was a male and in fact, the ruler of the race when they went instinct many years ago thanks to Megatron himself. Shockwave managed to bring the king back from the dead. His name was Predaking. He was huge! After all, he was a male and a ruler. Since Y/N was half-Predacon, she actually can't transform. Some Cybertronians who were half-Predacons, couldn't actually transform. Some can, some couldn't. Y/N didn't mind that she couldn't transform. She liked how she looked, even having a Predacon tail and wings.
But everyone was wounded. Y/N fought against the male Predacon himself. Their fight was rough and they bit and clawed. But Y/N managed to trick him by dancing. Fighting was a little bit of dancing if you didn't know. You were moving and using your whole frame. It was exhausting for Y/N, but she won.
Ultra Magnus, however, didn't like her fighting style that he brought her into a private chamber. He closed the door and faced her, with his usual strict expression. "Soldier, I want you to change the style."
Y/N lifted her optical ridge up in confusion. What did the commander mean by that? Her armor? Her outgoing? What was it? "What do you mean?"
"Change your fighting style. Also, I forbid you from ever going to fight with us."
Y/N couldn't believe what she heard. Was he really serious? Was he going to forbid her from going out to fight? But what about Optimus Prime? He still wasn't found! He was missing ever since the big explosion that the Decepticons caused weeks ago. The human kids spread around together with their guardians and they weren't allowed to not use any technology or else the Decepticons will track them down. Jack, stupid enough, used his cellphone to text his mother that he was fine. It was understandable for a kid to text its parent to let them know that they were fine. But when it came to the war between the Autobots and the Decepticons, then it was important to listen to the advice.
Ultra Magnus simply left the private chamber, leaving the poor half-Predacon femme alone.
That's basically how it happened. Ever since that day, Y/N didn't come out a lot from her berthroom. She was very spark broken ever since the strict commander told her those words. He forbid her from searching Optimus, who was still missing at the moment. How could he say that? Y/N cared deeply for Optimus just like the entire team. He was their leader but also someone that would protect others and be willing to sacrifice his life.
Y/N would only recharge all day. She ate and drank of course but it wasn't a lot like she used. Basically, how a normal Cybertronian ate. If you didn't know, humans can die from broken hearts. It was in fact a Broken heart syndrome, also known as stress cardiomyopathy or takotsubo syndrome. It was very sad to have that like heart disease. Not only humans can have that syndrome but also Cybertronians, especially the Predacons, full or not. Y/N attracted that syndrome. Everyone says that action speaks louder than words, but words hurt more than actions. Y/N had shortness of breathing and having chassis pains. That was the most common syndrome of heart disease.
Ratchet, the medic of the team wasn't blind at all and was trained to notice signs of any health problems. Since Y/N was showing those signs, he did the tests and diagnosed her with Broken Heart Syndrome or should I say Broken Spark Syndrome? Ratchet kept a close optic on her and made her take medication, especially if she showed signs of chassis pains and shortness of breath.
But meanwhile in the main room of the base...
Ratchet was updating Y/N's health on the Cybertronian computer since it was important for the medics to keep new updates so that they can keep the information. There was actually no standard treatment for the syndrome that Y/N had, but you can survive with medication and as long as you're being careful. Not only do doctors like Ratchet keep updates safe but also dentists as well. Ratchet was mad at Ultra Magnus for saying hurtful words but kept it quiet. It was time that others should watch out for what comes out of their mouths. Words can damage someone and give an illness. He began to ask himself how would Optimus react if he found out about that...
Bumblebee then walked up to Ratchet and beeped a question at him.
Ratchet signed and looked over his shoulderplate. "No, Bumblebee. Y/N is still a little bit weak to come out. I am doing the best I can to help her on track. But her syndrome doesn't have a standard treatment. Just like on humans."
Bumblebee frowned and let out a sad whirl. He saw Y/N as his good friend and cared for her as a friend. He was mad at the commander for saying those words that he nearly attacked her. Didn't the idiotic commander notice at all how much he damaged her? Why was he even doing this?! Just because she was a half-Predacon!? Bumblebee clenched his fists in anger as he started to shake.
Ratchet, being a smart aft medic, noticed it and quickly placed his servo on the scout's shoulderplate. "Easy, Bumblebee." Just as Ratchet wanted to say something further, his computer caught a signal. He quickly went to the device and Bumblebee looked curiously over his shoulderplate.
"Hahaha!" Ratchet began to laugh and clapped his servos happily. That caught everyone's attention as they walked up to him, except Y/N, who was still sadly in her berthroom to rest. She did hear Ratchet's happy laugh, which was confusing, but she didn't bother to check since she felt weak. Ratchet turned around fast with a big smile on his faceplate. "Optimus is alive!"
That caused everyone to cheer happily. Y/N fell asleep at that time. She didn't hear Ratchet's loud voice that said that Optimus was alive and coming soon to the base.
2 hours later~
"Awesome! Optimus is now like 2.0!" Miko happily jumped as she was fascinated by Optimus' new look.
"It's good to have you back, Optimus," Arcee said with a smile.
Everyone was saying how happy they were to see and have Optimus Prime back. The leader was smiling as he listened to everyone with respect. He was happy to see them as well. Even though he was almost offline for good, he thought about others, especially Y/N. But wait, where was she? He saw his friends but not Y/N. He frowned. What happened to her while he was missing? He wondered about her every day. He nearly did join the AllSpark and taking the servo of his mentor, Alpha Trion. The old smart mech understood his student's decision. He even teased Optimus to get the spark of the half-Predacon. He blushed.
Ratchet seem to realize Optimus' frown and he immediately knew that it was about Y/N. He walked up to his leader. "Optimus, I have to speak to you. It's urgent."
Optimus nodded in understanding. Of course, he heard Ratchet's serious tone, which meant that he was deadly serious, especially for being a medic. His job was to take care of others and help if needed. They both went to a private chamber to speak while others stayed. Ultra Magnus, however, got a bad feeling...
Ratchet closed the door and turned to face Optimus. "Optimus, while you were gone, others had a fight against the Decepticons. They had a new 'weapon' it was a full Predacon... a mech. He's named Predaking, the ruler of the Predacons. Y/N fought against him. I must say, I am impressed with her fighting moves. Dancing. Ultra Magnus didn't like her style at all. I saw them going to a private chamber. I learned from Y/N that Magnus forbid her from going out and he forced her to change her style..." He sighed and took a deep breath. "As a result, Y/N has Broken Heart Syndrome, also known as stress cardiomyopathy or takotsubo syndrome in humans. But I called it the Broken Spark Syndrome. She has trouble breathing and having chassis pains. I made her take medication."
Optimus couldn't believe what he heard. How could Ultra Magnus do this? He was getting angry. The commander took it too far by his words. He look calmy at Ratchet and nodded. "Thank you for the information old friend. I will speak to commander Ultra Magnus and see Y/N."
Ratchet nodded back and they left the private chamber. Ultra Magnus knew that he was busted. Optimus slowly walked up to the commander, with a disappointed and angry expression on his faceplate. He took the commander to somewhere private and let's just say that Optimus was so stern. He also finally punished the commander for what he said to Y/N. Ratchet was satisfied and mumbled under his breath: "As humans say: 'Get rekt'."
Optimus then walked through the hallway corridors, searching for Y/N's berthroom. Each bot had a nameplate hanging against the door. It was easier for everyone to find each other, except for humans since they were so small. But good that the kids remembered which room was who. They drew small symbols on each door of the bot. Ratchet got a symbol of a doctor, Bumblebee got a bee, Arcee a motorcycle, etc. Y/N had a dragon, even though she couldn't transform into a Predacon.
Optimus knocked on the door gently as he found Y/N's door. After no response, he softly opened the door and peaked in. He smiled softly once he saw Y/N recharging peacefully. But he was still worried about her health after all. He walked to Y/N, closing the door softly to not wake her up. He caressed her helm with his gentle digits and he smiled once he heard her purr. Predacons can purr a lot. Yes, even Optimus can too but not a lot like the Predacons can, even half ones. Optimus continued to caress as he sat down carefully, lifting Y/N's helm and laid it on his lap. For some reason, laps were so comfy. No wonder humans and Cybertronians fall asleep easily, even falling asleep on someone's body. It was so cute when a male slept on top of the female as a couple or friends. Family too. But mostly, females slept on top of the males.
Y/N softly moaned in her sleep as she moved a bit. She felt very comfortable. But that's when she groaned and had trouble breathing. She panted and Optimus got worried. He then noticed the medication on her nightstand. He grabbed it and then Y/N gasped and sat up, her servo on her chassis.
"Easy, Y/N," the familiar deep voice said.
Y/N snapped her helm towards the very familiar deep voice and gasped. it was Optimus! Wait, he was really here?! She was about to say something but Optimus silenced her by cupping her cheekplate, causing her to blush a lot. He helped her take the medication and soon, she breathed normally. But she felt then sleepy again. Optimus noticed it and softly pushed her down. "Recharge, Y/N. Your body needs more rest."
Y/N smiled softly and fell asleep. She can now catch a lot of rest since Optimus was alive and well. She found him more handsome. His new look, now strong body, etc. But she loved his hips, smile, voice, and smirk. As she was sleeping, she felt soft dermas on hers. Optimus was kissing her, just like in the movie Sleeping Beauty.
I apologize if it isn't familiar a lot. I decided to try and make it a little cuter for the fans, especially the ending part.

Could you please write a crossover of Rescue Bots and TFP? Rather than dying on the Nemesis, a critically injured Dreadwing fleas and crash lands on Griffin Rock. The Rescue Bots find him and nurse him back to health, not realizing he’s a Decepticon because his markings got scratched up in the fight. Dreadwing wakes up while the Rescue Bots are trying to contact Team Prime, but can’t since, unbeknownst to them, they’re all on Cybertron, fighting the Cons for the Omega Keys and Omega Lock.
So, this one turned out to be much, much longer than I thought. So long, in fact, that I had to divide it into three posts. The second post will be linked at the bottom of this one, and the third will be linked at the bottom of the second. Dear god, apparently I had a lot of more thoughts about Rescue Bots than even I was aware of. Oh well. Either way, I hope everyone enjoys! (FYI: most prompt fills will not be this long. This one was just so long cause I have many emotions and ideas about this scenario.)
———————————————————————————————————
Dreadwing felt the betrayal of Lord Megatron as surely as if it were just as physical a wound as the hole blown through his chest. He had heard the weapon powering up, and his war-forged battle instincts had had him diving to the side just as the fusion canon had fired. It has still torn though his chest, but rather than destroy his spark chamber the blast had torn a hole straight through the right side of his chest near his shoulder. He lived yet, but if he could not escape the Nemesis that would not be the case for much longer.
He had served Lord Megatron with loyalty and honor for millennia, ever since he and his brother had joined the Decepticons after Vos had fallen. Dreadwing had sold his very spark to the Unmaker to act on the wishes and orders of his leader, and this is what his loyalty had earned him? Megatron attempting to offline him, and protecting the mech who had desecrated his brother? The same mech who had, countless times before, betrayed Megatron himself? Dreadwing could scarcely understand it. Why would Megatron spare Starscream, who had given the warlord no true loyalty, when Dreadwing himself had been nothing but loyal? Is this what his loyalty bought him, among the Decepticons? Dishonorably killed solely for attempting to avenge his brother by killing a traitorous coward?
If so, he wanted nothing to do with it.
He dragged himself down the halls, finally making it to the flight deck, and looked down to see the ship flying above the ocean. Rather than attempt a proper take off, he simply pitched his body forward off the edge and allowed himself to fall. As he neared the water, he forced a transformation, ignoring the agony of the action, and his engine roared to life. Lucid thought slipped away, then, as baser survival coding took over and guided him away from the warship, away from danger, away from what would have been his death.
Only one thing was certain, now.
In attacking Dreadwing to protect Starscream, Megatron had lost the loyalty of his most devoted frontline warrior.
Dreadwing simply refused to follow a mech who would protect the one who desecrated his brother.
And so, survival protocols overriding every other thought or higher system, the large Seeker allowed his higher processor functions to shut off. His mind quieted to blissful silence. Instinct alone drove him forward, flying towards a destination even he did not know. He could only hope it would be somewhere safe.
——————————
Blades didn’t know what he was expecting when he went on a walk along the beach, but it most certainly wasn’t a large Cybertronian lying in in the sand, looking like he’d crashed landed and resting lifeless on patch of sand soaked with energon. Technically, the copter wasn’t even supposed to be out here, as Sigma-17 had to maintain their cover, but everything at the firehouse had just been several kinds of too much that morning, so he had, for once, flown off on his own and landed on a beach he knew no humans ever really came to, intent to just take a walk and clear his head.
Except, upon coming around a bend, he’d found the aforementioned Cybertronian. For a moment, he’d simply frozen, but then the instinct ingrained by his training kicked in and he sprung into action. See, Blades was a trained and licensed triage medic. He couldn’t perform complex surgeries or anything on the level of a proper medic, but in the Rescue Academy on Cybertron he’d taken the courses for field level medical aid so that, if he’d ever run into someone during a rescue who’d been hurt, he could treat them and keep them alive until they could get to a medical facility. The training g had been fun, especially when he’d studied with-
He shook his head roughly before that thought could complete itself. He didn’t want to think about the time….Before. It hurt, remembering what and who he’d lost during his millennia of stasis. Before he could fall back into grief, training snapped back into place and his processor quieted. He knelt next to the fallen Cybertronian, noting that they were a Seeker frame, and carefully turned the bot over. His next thought was an observation that the bot was a mech, and that the energon soaking into the sand under his frame was spilling from a large hole torn straight through his chest. That meant the first thing he needed to do was seal the leaking lines to keep him from losing more energon. After that, he could call Heatwave. He didn’t have the skills to patch this wound up fully. Once he’d made sure this mech wouldn’t die here and now, he would need to get him to proper care. One of the stasis pods would certainly help, though if they wanted the wound healed fully he’d need to be in the pod for a while. The other alternative was contacting Optimus. Blades knew the Prime had a proper medic on his team, which might be the better option.
As his processor raced, trying to think of a plan, his hands worked on autopilot. He slipped the tools he needed from his subspace, cleaning and removing grime where it was needed to prevent infection, removing bits of sand and stone from the wound, and using a small welder to seal off the free-flowing energon lines. He covered loose, sparking wires and circuits, , rerouting a few of them in places where it was needed. Finally, after many long minutes, he finished and sat back on his heels.
It was then the helicopter realized his comm. was pinging with an alert for an incoming message, and had been for quite some time. In fact, it seemed he’d missed several messages. From Heatwave, Chase, Boulder, Dani, the Chief, Cody…Pit, even Graham had sent him a message. Embarrassment and guilt settled heavy in his chest, and he lifted his hand to his audial to accept the current call. As soon as his comm. clicked to life, Dani’s voice was coming through it.
“Blades! Finally! Where are you? We’ve all been worried sick, you know.” his partner scolded. Blades couldn’t help the small smile that twisted his lips upwards. It was nice knowing she cared. He loved Dani dearly. She was family, after all. “You know you’re not supposed to even be out of the firehouse on your own, you idiot bot!” she continued, her voice holding an undercurrent of worry despite the insult. Blades didn’t take it personally. “What if someone had seen you? You need to-“
And now that was enough. “Dani.” he interrupted her, his voice uncharacteristically serious. “I’m sorry for ignoring you and everyone else, but right now there’s a bigger emergency than me risking our cover. I found an inured bot on that small beach behind the mountain. You know, the one no one likes to go to because the hike is too long? He’s in a really bad way. I have triage training, and I’ve patched him up, but he needs either a stasis pod or a proper medic, as close to immediately as possible.”
There was silence on the other end, before-
“Alright. I’ll tell everyone to come to your location. I’m with Dad and Chase right now. We all split up to look for you, but we’ll meet you there. Don’t move, and keep the bot alive.” Dani instructed. Despite himself, Blades was smiling again. Yes, he really did love Dani. She knew when it was time to get serious. He had a feeling he’d be forgiven for his blunder today, given the circumstances.
“Will do. I’ll see you soon.”
“Just hang tight, partner. And stay out of trouble.”
“You too.” he chirped, hands still working over the bot to patch up his more minor wounds now that the life-threatening one was dealt with. “And Dani?”
“Yeah, Blades?”
“I’m sorry for worrying you.”
There was a beat of silence, and then her voice came though, softer and fonder.
“Don’t worry about it. You did the right thing.”
Then the comm. line cut off, and Blades was left alone to in the silence. He let his processor drift, kneeling in the energon soaked sand as he worked on saving the life of a bot whose name he didn’t even know.
——————————
Chase was worried. He knew Blades was more capable than the others thought he was, but that didn’t stop him from worrying. He hadn’t been surprised when the copter bot had left the firehouse that morning. He’d seen the way he had held his rotors tight to his spinal strut, seen the way he’d fidgeted around the others, seen the way his optics had slipped and gone dull and distant. He knew today was not a good day for Blades, so his disappearance had not been a surprise. He’d been mildly concerned, simply because he did not know if Blades would be able to avoid being seen in his more distracted state, but he hadn’t been too worried. Still, when Heatwave had insisted on going to track down their rogue teammate, he hadn’t protested. He’d even offered to let Dani ride with him and the Chief to make things simpler.
But then Blades had finally picked up Dani’s comm. and that was when he started to worry. A strange bot, found injured on Griffin Rock? It raised many questions. Where had they come from? Who where they? How had they been injured? Chase wasn’t worried that the bot would die. He knew Blades had triage training, so he was confident his teammate would be able to keep his unexpected patient alive. Even so, this new development raised many questions that Chase did not have the answers to, and that was what worried him. There were not many Cybertronians on Earth, he knew. Aside from Sigma-17, there was Team Prime, and….the Decepticons. As far as Chase was aware, and he admittedly did not know as much as he would like, there were no unaligned bots on the planet.
Which meant this newcomer was either one of Prime’s team, a Decepticon, or he had crash landed on the island from space and wasn’t attached to either faction. It would be easy enough to confirm; they simply had to contact Prime and ask if he was missing a teammate, and if not ask if he recognized the bot in question. If this stranger was a neutral party or an Autobot, Chase knew there would be nothing to worry about. But if they were a Decepticon…well, that was the root of the police bot’s concerns. Sigma-17 was a rescue team. They knew rudimentary combat skills, enough to defend themselves or those they were rescuing in an emergency, but they were non-combatants. By the standards of the War, his team would be classified as civilians. If this new Cybertronian was a Decepticon…Chase wasn’t sure they’d be able to protect Griffin Rock, this time. He wasn’t sure they’d even be able to protect themselves.
Before he could slip even further into his own processor, they arrived at the coordinates Blades had sent. His snapped into focus, his doors popping open to allow his passengers out, and then he was transforming and walking over to where he could see Blades. As he approached his friend, he heard Boulder and Heatwave pull up behind him and transform. Blades looked up from his work when his three teammates stopped next to him, and Chase was mildly disconcerted to see the amount of energon soaking the sand and coating the copter’s hands.
“Blades, what happened?” Heatwave demanded, voice rough.
“I don’t know.” he shrugged helplessly. “I came out here for some space and to take a walk, cause I know this beach is practically abandoned, and I just found him like this.”
Indeed, this close, Chase could see that the mystery bot was in fact a mech. That answered one question, but none of the others. How irritating. It was also making him very nervous and queasy to see just how badly injured the very, very large bot was. Boulder too, seemed to feel ill at the sight of such horrible wounds and so much energon. Distantly, Chase noted that the bot might be even bigger than High Tide. He had no idea how they were supposed to get him back to the firehouse.
Heatave made a frustrated noise, clearly displeased with the lack of information though he knew Blades was not to blame. “Well can you tell how he got so injured?”
“A weapon of some sort, though not one I’ve ever seen the damage of before.” Blades said, frowning. His processor was clearly working hard, trying to turn over the facts he knew to figure out the bigger picture. “There’s also signs of older damage. I can’t be 100% sure, but I think this bot is, or maybe was, involved in the War.”
Heatwave paused, seeming more wary with this new information. “…can you tell which side?”
“No. Any faction identifier or badge has been destroyed or scraped off like most of his paint. I can only just figure out what his colors are supposed to be, and even them only barely.”
Chase could tell that Heatwave was annoyed, but the fire truck only grumbled his curses under his breath before sighing. “Alright. What do we need to do?”
Blades startled, looking surprised. “You’re asking me?”
“Of course.” Chase cut in before Heatwave could snap something rude and further stress the already clearly frazzled helicopter. “You are the triage medic here. Protocol dictates that, in the absence of a full medic, any medical decisions would fall to the next available medical expert. In this case, that would be you.”
Blades blinked a few times, before shaking himself and sitting up straighter. “Like I said earlier, he needs a stasis pod. Badly. I don’t have the ability to fix him completely, my training only covered keeping patients alive until they could get to someone who could repair them fully. The only one on planet I know who might be able to help is Optimus’s medic. He can also heal completely in one of our stasis pods, but it would take longer than just asking Optimus for help.”
Heatwave grunted. “Got it. He needs a stasis pod now, and a medic later. We can do that.”
That seemed to be enough to startle Boulder into awareness, and the bulldozer jumped before nodding and turning to Heatwave. “Graham and I can figure out a way to transport him safely. Though we’ll need your help, Blades. You have a better understanding of his condition than us.”
The copter nodded, and Chase let that be his que to retreat to back to where the humans were waiting. Apparently, they didn’t want to get too close in case their presence caused an issue with the unknown bot’s care.
“Well?” Chief asked. “How’s our newest guest?
“Unwell.” Chase said succinctly. “He is severely injured and appears to be involved in the War in some fashion, though it is impossible to tell for which side. We are going to transport him to the firehouse in order to put him into a stasis pod so that he may heal. Graham, I believe Boulder requires your assistance in that respect.” he said, directing the last part to the engineer.
Graham nodded, making no protest as he jogged forward towards his partner, Boulder already turning and crouching to begin discussing plans. Dani followed him quickly, though she split from his path to join Blades, clambering up onto his leg and patting his canopy as she shot him a reassuring smile.
It was here that Kade made his own opinion known. “Hey hey hey, let’s slow down!” he protested. “You just said you don’t know what side this guy’s on, and you want to bring him back home? We can’t do that! Why can’t Blades just fix him here and we can send him on his way?”
Chase tilted his head. “Blades is a licensed triage medic. He does not have the training necessary to fully repair him. Besides, even if he did, I do not believe it would be wise to simply ‘send him on his way’, and you said. If he truly is a Decepticon, then doing so would risk leading the entirety of the Decepticon army right here to Griffin Rock.”
Kade froze, seeming suddenly queasy. “Oh.”
Chief sighed. “Fair point, partner. I agree we can’t just leave him or let him die. It wouldn’t be right, even if he isn’t on our side. But for safety’s sake, would it be possible to keep him unconscious until we can confirm his identity with Optimus?”
Chase nodded. “Indeed, Chief. I believe that is the current plan. As soon as he is safely in a stasis pod, we will attempt to contact Optimus. With luck, we can have this matter sorted by the end of today.”
“Good.” Chief smiled. “Then let’s get to work.”
“Agreed.”
Chase returned to his team, Chief and Kade following at his heel, to find they had come up with a plan to transport the unknown Cybertronian. Working together, the rescue team was able to get the large flight-frame settled into a make-shift trailer the engineer duo had thrown together, and after hitching it to Boulder’s vehicle mode the whole group made their way to the firehouse using the tunnels in order to avoid being seen. Barring Blades, of course, who instead flew straight to base with Dani in order to prepare a stasis pod.
By the time Chase and the others arrived, the pod was set up and open to admit the unknown mech. It took all four of Sigma-17 working together to lift him into it, but then the glass door was sliding shut and frost soon hid the bot from view as the stasis function of the pod took affect. Now, all that was left was for Blades to clean himself up, and for Heatwave to contact Optimus about their guest.
Chase just hoped this development didn’t come back to bite them.
——————————
Dreadwing woke to the hiss of an unfamiliar system disengaging and onlined his optics to see icy mist billowing to the floor as a glass door slid up from in front of him. A stasis pod? That was odd. The Nemesis had no stasis pods and he knew the Autobots did not have the means to maintain or build one either. He was also not aware there were any other Cybertronians on the planet. So where was he, and how had he gotten into a stasis pod? The last thing he remembered was fleeing the Nemesis, although….he did have very vague, hazy memories of a crash. Had he been discovered and saved before he could offline? If so, he would have to thank his unexpected savior. Unless, of course, it was an Autobot and he had only been saved so he could be locked away. If that was the case, a bot was going to die here today and it would not be him.
The stasis pod fully disengaged from him, and he was able to step out and onto the floor. He glanced down at himself, humming idly. It seemed that he had been fully repaired either before or while in the pod. That was good for him. He looked around, frowning at his odd surroundings. The location he was in had medical supplies, but was clearly no full medical bay. Perhaps it was only set up for emergencies, then? His wings twitched when he picked up the sound of pede steps beyond the doorway, and his gaze turned towards the sound. After a moment, he realized whoever it was wasn’t coming towards him, but rather they seemed to be…pacing? Yes, that is what it sounded like. Curiosity piqued, Dreadwing strode towards the door, making sure his own steps were quiet so as not to alert the other to his presence. He stepped though, looking around…and his optics blew wide.
It was a youngling. A small, orange and white helicopter bot was pacing back and forth in tight circles in the center of the room. Dreadwing was willing to bet that this little flyer was even younger than the Autobot scout. As the mechling turned to pace in another circle, the Seeker caught sight of the emblem on his chest. At first, he saw only a badge similar to the Autobot brand and his frame began to stiffen. Then the rest of the badge processed in his mind and his vents froze.
The Rescue Bot insignia.
This tiny little flying mechling was a Rescue Bot. But how? Megatron had seen to the destruction of the Rescue Bot headquarters in the early days of the war, and had sent his soldiers to systematically hunt down and offline any who had survived the initial attack or had not been present during it. Dreadwing and his brother had joined the Decepticons after massacre, but it was one the only acts the Decepticons had committed that they had wholly disapproved off. The Rescue Bots had been unaffiliated with any faction. They took an oath of neutrality, a vow to save any and every life they could regardless who who or what that life was. Megatron had wanted them gone because he’d wanted to make a statement, but also because he wanted to deny the Autobots any potential allies or any aid that the Rescue Bots would have given them.
It had been a great loss, and had been one of the reasons Dreadwing had initially wished to avoid choosing one side or the other. The Decepticons, in his mind, took things too far. The Autobots, while more restrained, had initially risen from the regime in which he and his brother had suffered under. But then….Vos had fallen, and word had spread that his city’s destruction had been the doing of the Autobots. He and Skyquake had been forced to pick a side, then. He’d gotten over his hesitance at the Decepticon methods and given Lord Megatron his undying loyalty. And now…he was here, betrayed by the one who he as sworn himself to, watching a youngling Rescue Bot pace in nervous circles. It was something that should have been impossible.
Suddenly, the mechling froze, and wide amber optics turned to him. Idly, Dreadwing realized he must have made some noise, and then the little copter was yelping and scrabbling back. He paused, then hurried forward, his hands fluttering as if unsure what to do. Before the little one got too close, Dreadwing locked his own sharp, red optics onto him, and the bot froze in place with a startled yip.
For a long moment, there was only silent staring.
——————————
Blades was pacing. There wasn’t much else he could do. The day they had brought back the large Seeker, Heatwave had contacted Optimus. Only, the Prime had very quickly shut him down, explaining they were busy with an issue of “upmost importance” and that he would return their contact when he was able to. That had been three weeks ago, and he hadn’t called back. The Seeker was still in stasis, and Heatwave was once against attempting to make contact, for the 15th day in a row. Chase and the Chief were on patrol, and Boulder and the other humans were at Blossom Vale, having a picnic. Blades had opted to remain behind, wanting to keep an eye on the Seeker.
In the time since finding the large mech, Blades had done some research. He’d had to dig around the Sigma’s files, and dig through the files of the computer that connected them to Optimus, as well as dig through the various data-pads that had been left to them by High Tide and Optimus. It wasn’t much, but it was enough that he’d been able to piece together information about the War that the Prime hadn’t been telling them. Now, Blades understood why the War had started. The civil unrest had been a thing even before Sigma-17 had been formed, when he was still in the early days of training, it had been mild, then, but it had been there. So he wasn’t surprised that it had grown worse, especially if the root causes of the unrest hadn’t ever been addressed.
He also knew, from the information he’d dug up in his search, that after the fall of Vos, most Seekers had joined the Decepticons. Which meant that his patient was, in all likelihood, a Decepticon himself. He wasn’t sure how to feel about that. But he hadn’t told the others his suspicions. Mostly because…something about the situation was odd. Optimus didn’t strike him as the type of mech who would inflict or approve of that type of wound being inflicted on a mech. So unless he had someone on his team who was excessively violent and he couldn’t control, Blades didn’t see that wound coming from the Autobots. Which meant it had come from the Decepticons. Of course, that only raised more questions. Namely, why would they do that to one of their own, if the mech really was a ‘Con? He wanted to get answers before he shared his suspicions. He didn’t want to condemn the Seeker to anything bad if he was wrong.
Unfortunately, that hadn’t been all he had learned, in the past few weeks. In one of the data pads High Tide had left about the early days of the war, there had been a mention of the “end of the Rescue Force”. It had just been a mention, a reference to an event that was probably detailed in a separate data pad. But he hadn’t ever found that separate data pad. And when he remembered What Optimus had said, when he’d first found them..”
“I was not aware Rescue Teams were…still active.”
He’d said it slowly, haltingly, as if choosing the words carefully. He’d paused before saying the last part too. At the time, Blades hadn’t thought much of it. But with the information about the War Optimus had allowed them to have, and the mention of the “end of the Rescue Force” in that one data pad, well…Blades was starting to think that “active” had not been the word that the Prime had actually meant. Something had happened, something he didn’t have enough information to figure out yet, but the faint picture he was starting to get from the pieces of information he did have wasn’t one he liked. It was another reason he was hesitant to share what he suspected about the Seeker. Optimus was keeping vital information from Sigma-17. He didn’t care if the Prime didn’t want them fighting in the War. He agreed that it was a bad idea. But he was withholding information that Blades suspected his team would very much want, and they didn’t even know it.
So here he was, pacing restlessly as his processor turned over the information he got, unsure how or even if he should share it. Would his team even believe him? He doubted they would. He knew they thought he was silly and couldn’t understand complex ideas, but that was far from the truth. After all, of all the Rescue Bots he had the greatest understanding of human nature and culture. His understanding wasn’t always 100% accurate, and just because he understand the what didn’t mean he understand the why, but he still understood more than any of the others. And sure, he applied most of his ability to learn new information to pop culture rather than the things the others might consider more “worthwhile”, but that was only because pop culture was more fun. Plus, pop culture was where humanity really displayed they way they ticked. Did it really make him that much of an idiot if all that was the case?
He was startled from his spiraling thoughts by a sound from the direction of the make-shift medical bay. The copter glanced in that direction, thinking it was one of his teammates, only to yelp and leap back upon seeing the Seeker. He’d known the other bot was large, but seeing him awake and up just confirmed how large. The red optics too, made discomfort curl in Blade’s tanks. The data-pads had suggested that red optics were typical of Decepticons, though they shouldn’t be used as an identifier of such. Even so, it was another tick in favor of his theory. Then the scene caught up to him, and medical training overrode his temporary moment of panic.
This bot wasn’t supposed to be up yet. In fact, even if he had been fully healed by the pods it was supposed to keep him under until Optimus could arrive. Except….Blades must have put in the settings wrong. He was so used to setting the stasis pods to release once the healing process was complete that he must have input that setting without realizing it. Which…presented a problem. Is this mech was hostile, he didn’t think his team could handle it. Those thoughts circled in the back of his processor as he directed the bulk of his worry towards making sure his patient was alright. His hands flapped awkwardly as he approached the larger flyer, ready to skim over his frame to check out his condition, when piercing red optics locked onto him. He froze with a high pitched squeak, his own optics blown wide as that gaze pinned him in place.
For a long moment, the two Cybertronians merely stared at each other.
Then Blades, getting increasingly nervous, broke the silence. “Are you okay?” he asked, curling and tucking his hands against his canopy. “The stasis pod should have healed you completely, but you were hurt pretty bad. Even most of your paint was gone, though it looks like your color nanintes were able to fix that while you were healing.”
Indeed, the mech standing in front of him was now in full color, his purple and yellow paint bold and bright on his frame. It did seem, however, that he was still missing a faction brand. If he’d ever had one, of course, though the copter strongly suspected he did.
The Seeker seemed put off for a moment, as if he didn’t know why Blades was worried. “I am well.” he said carefully. “Are you the one who repaired me?”
“Well, sort of?” Blades’s rotors fluttered against his back. “I’m a triage medic, so I couldn’t fix you completely, but I kept you online until my team and I could get you into a pod.”
The Seeker narrowed his eyes. “Team?” he repeated, obviously suspicious.
Blades squeaked again, shoulders hunching. “We’re Rescue Bots.” he gestured at his insignia before his hands tucked back against his canopy. “Team Sigma-17. I’m Blades.”
The Seeker was silent for a long moment. “You may call me Dreadwing.” he said slowly. His gaze was still piercing.
Blades nodded, then took a few steps forward, and when Dreadwing made no move to stop him, he closed the gap between them. “Do you mind if I scan you over one last time? I just want to be sure all your systems are in order.”
The Seeker bowed his helm, and Blades lifted his hands to skim over plating, using his built in scanning systems he’d gotten in his triage training to check his patient over. Everything was coming back fine, but with a wound as serious as his had been Blades away taking no chances.
“You are a Rescue Bot.” Dreadwing spoke. His voice was low, and there was an odd note to it.
“Yep. Me, Boulder, Chase, and Heatwave. We crashed here a while ago and Prime stationed us on this island to act as a rescue team for the locals.” he explained distractedly.
Dreadwing made a soft hum. “Prime knows you are here? Are you Autobots, then?”
Blades frowned. “He knows. He visits, sometimes, but not often. We haven’t been able to contact him lately though.” He was too focused on his task to think about whether he should actually,be answering so freely. The second question gave him pause, though. “No? At least, not really? We’re a Rescue Team. Rescue Bots take oaths off non-affiliation. We can’t side with any particular group or individual since our job is to help any bot or being that needs it.” He was reading over the results of his scans, mouth turned down. “We’re more closely tied to the Autobots right now, but that mostly because we don’t know much of what happened with the war. We were in stasis until we crashed.” He let the readings flicker away, and froze when he realized how much he’d shared. “Uhhh….”
Dreadwing only snorted, actually looking fairly amused. “Yes, I think it is quite clear now that you are no warrior, little youngling.” he rumbled. His expression darkened. “I understand why Prime stationed you here, out of sight. Megatron would see you hunted and slaughtered if he knew a Rescue Team still functioned.”
This made Blades freeze, and as he recalled Optimus’s first words to them, and that data pad, dread began to build in his spark. “What?” he asked weakly.
Dreadwing stared. “You were not told?” he sounded…angry. “That is foolish. It is not a pleasant tale, but you should have been told if only to ensure you understand the importance of your existence remaining secret.”
Blades swallowed. “Optimus doesn’t really tell us much of anything about the War, and the data pads he leaves only really cover the basic and important bits, not the details.” he whispered. “Does…does Megatron wanting my team offlined have anything to do with the “end of the Rescue Force”? I read about it in one of the data pads, but it was just a mention. I couldn’t find any details other than that one phrase.”
Dreadwing’s gaze was solemn as the little bot lifted his optics to meet it. “Yes.” he said bluntly. “In the early days of the War, Megatron grew angry that the Rescue Bots aligned with no faction, and he wanted to deprive the Autobots of any who might aid or help them. He ordered the destruction of the Rescue Force. The Headquarters was destroyed, and all Rescue Bots present were massacred. Any who survived, and any who had not been present in the initial attack, were systematically hunted and slain.”
Blades’s knees felt weak. He pressed his hands to Dreadwing’s chest to steady himself, grateful that the larger flyer didn’t protest it. His rotors rattled madly against his back with his distress, and his optics were blown wide.
“But that would mean…”
“You and your team are the last Rescue Bots in existence. All the others are offline and have been for many, many millennia.”
The copter’s knees gave out, and Dreadwing was quick to grasp his frame to keep him from hitting the ground. A sharp keen left Blades’s vocalizer, and the Seeker blessedly said nothing and made no moves to push as the youngling processed the new information.
It was, of course, that moment that the others chose to return.

KINDA ANGSTY SCENARIO REQUEST: how would the tfp bots or cons (or both if you can) be at raising their child after loosing their human conjux, how would the loss affect them and the way they take care of the kid(s)? (sorry for any grammar mistakes, English is not my first language)
A/N: Thank you for sending this in Anon! Don't worry about your english, it's really good ! I'm going to the Autobots for your ask and if a lot of people enjoy this then I'll make a part two with the Decepticons! I hope that's alright <3
1. Whether it was under the influence of the matrix or not, Optimus had always wanted a sparkling. There were stories of how the matrix encourages its bearer to create life, a survival instinct crafted by the old gods to ensure that the Cybertronian race persevered. Yet even when he was still an archivist, Orion had always wanted to raise a bitlet. Therefore, even if he grieves over the loss of his conjunx, he was still the doting father. Even if Optimus was constantly torn between his responsibilities as both a leader and a father, he always seemed to make time for both. He would teach them the alphabet and read them bedtime stories, and Optimus was an expert in balancing discipline and encouragement since he used to take young soldiers under his wing. There was a familiar ache against his spark when he realizes the baby had inherited their carrier's optic colour. Whenever the sparkling cries at night, he would scoop them up in his arms gently. Cooing and rocking the little bitlet until they fall asleep. Whenever things get too difficult for Optimus, he would always look up to wonder if his conjunx is watching them. It warms his spark to know that his little sparkling will grow up just to be like their carrier. It gives him all the more reason to win this war.
2. Your death change Bumblebee. Even after the war ended and he had his voice back, it was as if the light inside him had dimmed. He turned quiet and mostly kept to himself. If it wasn't for the little sparkling you both had together, Bumblebee wouldn't have healed properly. He pushed himself to continue for your bitlet's sake, always striving to be the best father. He often seeks Optimus for advice, and when he wasn't there, Arcee and Bulkhead were more than happy to help out. Even Ultra Magnus is open to giving the Scout advice. The war sometimes makes people forget just how young Bumblebee was. He was old enough to have children of course, but he was way too young to be widowed. And so he and his sparkling learned from one another, and parenthood was a different kind of challenge for him. But the moment the baby wraps their little hand around his finger, Bumblebee knew that all the sleepless nights were worth it. He just wished you were here to see the little sparkling fall asleep against his arm.
3. Bulkhead didn't hide his grief. He would openly talk about you to his sparkling, trying to hold back tears as he remembered all the good memories you shared. He was an excellent father, even if he sometimes doubts it. Wheeljack would often remind him that he's doing amazing, even offering to babysit the bitlet while Bulkhead gets some rest. The wrecker often gets angry at the world for being unfair, for taking you away from him, from your baby. Going as far as to punch holes into the metal walls of the base. Yet, the gentle giant made sure his sparkling would never see that side of him. Always affectionate and attentive to the bitlet that reminds him so much of you. Miko would let the bitlet sit on her lap, playing with her while Bulkhead watches nearby. He often visits your grave with the baby, talking to you as if you were there to listen - and Bulkhead knows, somewhere up there, you were listening.
4. Angry. Arcee was upset, frustrated and so very angry. The world keeps on taking and taking from her. It broke her heart to know that her bitlet would grow up in such a cruel world. Yet, the moment she looks into their eyes and sees a reflection of you in them, Arcee made a promise to make sure that no hurt will ever come to her sparkling. It's funny how she used to tease June for being a helicopter mom because Arcee is no different. She's protective, sometimes too protective of the baby. Always worrying every five minutes even after Ratchet had ordered her to get some sleep. She doesn't trust anyone outside of team Prime with her child, and even if they wanted to hold the baby she would have to be close to keep watch. Jack would often watch over them, entertaining the gibberish coming out of their mouth. It warms her spark to know that even under all that loss, she still has love left inside of her. And she swore to give it all to the sparkling in her arms. Not a day goes by without her thinking of you.
5. Even if it wasn't his fault, Ratchet couldn't stop blaming himself for it. The memory of your death playing over and over again in his processor. It made him feel unworthy of the baby in his arms. He doesn't show his grief, but underneath that exterior, Ratchet was crushed. There was a multitude of emotions overwhelming him, sadness, regret, worry, anger, pain - so much pain. The hurt only goes away when the baby laughs. That gave him the push to pull himself together. Ratchet is naturally idealistic, he sets high standards for himself to cope with your absence. He became preoccupied with taking care of the baby, and if he wasn't, he was reading on how to become the ' best father.' Optimus has to constantly remind him that we cannot create the perfect parent out of a test tube. Every mistake made Ratchet feel ashamed, yet he accepted the fact that parenthood was all about learning. He wasn't religious, but Primus does the old mech feel blessed to have the baby in his arms.
6.Smokescreen still couldn't fully accept your death, stuck within this loop of bargaining and denial. It pained everyone around him to see Smokescreen so torn. The only thing that kept him grounded was the Sparkling. He loves how they remind him to stay cheerful, giving him hope even when he can barely smile. He remains optimistic for your baby's sake, knowing he still has so much to learn about being a sire. Smokescreen wasn't a perfect parent, mistakes naturally occur, but what makes him a great parent is that he tries to be better. He was maturing into a better person because of his child, achieving the best version of himself through fatherhood. Eventually, he knows he should move on from the grief, but just because Smokescreen decided to accept your death for the sake of your child doesn't mean he forgot about you. He knows that you'll always be in his spark. He wonders if you're proud of him.
7.Being a father was not something Wheeljack had predicted for himself. He had always seen himself as a lone mech, never grounded to one place. It was just heartbreaking to see that when he finally decided to build a home with you, the universe had other plans. Wheeljack guarded his emotions and kept to himself because he doesn't want to get hurt, so your death made him withdrew even more. He was angry at himself. Yet when he held the sparkling in his arms, Wheeljack realized that they needed him more than ever. He doubts he'll make a good father, but Team Prime was more than willing to help him. Bulkhead gave him a lot of pointers on how to care for the baby, even Ultra Magnus had offered some advice. Fatherhood helped him heal and at the same time, it made him realize that he still has a home. As reckless as Wheeljack was he's protective towards his baby. He only begins to cut himself some slack when Arcee compared him to Ultra Magnus. Wheeljack knew children were different from assembling ships. There was no manual. He struggled a lot, but through time and a lot of patience, he was happy to see that his sparkling grew into a mini version of himself. They remind him so much of you and Wheeljack wished you were there to see him now.
8.Ultra Magnus lives a life of fighting. Even before the war, he was already part of the military. As the leader of the Wreckers and the Autobot's second in command, Ultra Magnus has to make sure he has nothing to lose. He cannot afford any kind of liability that would hold him back. Therefore, when he lost you, he couldn't help but beat himself up for it. He feels responsible for putting you in such a dangerous position, even if your death had nothing to do with him. A common misconception is that Ultra Magnus doesn't feel, but in reality, he feels too much to the point where your death pushed him into drinking. Ultra Magnus has a hard time allowing himself grief, so once he does, he loses control for the first time in his life. The main reason he sobered up was that he knew he had a child to look after. He was attentive and observant, always providing for the sparkling whenever it cries or gets hungry. Yet, a baby is nowhere near one of his subordinates. Even if he's aware of this, he sometimes still finds himself stuck in difficult situations. The commander has a hard time asking for help, but thankfully those around him were more than willing to help out. Ultra Magnus was a strict parent. He often grows too protective of his child. The thought of losing someone after you was unbearable. However, with a little reminder here and there, Ultra Magnus had managed to raise a wonderful child. Ultra Magnus would often take a look at the holo-picture of you he keeps in his subspace and feel proud. He was happy to see that his child took after their carrier.
A/N : I hope this was what you wanted Anon <3
