Alright, so obviously when St O's Aired back in s1 that whole headcanon started gaining traction and was getting pretty popular, and the crew did take notice of it.

Apparently it's popularity had a lot to do with the Princess Marco episode tackled later on (Princess Turdina i believe), y'know, the one that ended up making the fans more angry then anything?

Apparently it was written with that heacanon in mind and the crew was open about this, it seemed they wanted to confirm it kinda but obviously it got muddied and considering the plot of that episode was that marco was "Lying" about being a princess because "He was actually a boy" it didn't really hit with the princess marco peeps, giving off the impression they were leaning into the false and rathewr offensive narrative that trans ppl are just lying.

Some ppl did like it as a trans metaphor tho, like how the princesses didn't care and told marco he could be whatever he wanted.

But also like, the ep ends with him complaining about the dress and being happy to remove it (For now)

I don't have the tweet on hand obviously, but the initial backlash did get some apologies from the team who clearly realized they may of not tackled the subject the best of ways.

truth be told if the ep hadn't been written with the trans marco theory in mind it might of come off better but it clearly was, so if it doesn't work for you i can see how it came off how it did.

as far as other occurances, i think the most came from Crew Member Sabrina Cognitio (I am probably spelling that wrong, super sorry), who not only was outwardly supportive of it, but constantly was responsible for trying to sneak in pride flags into the show for characters.

Obviously marco was one of them, he was supposed to have a turdina doll with a trans flag dress, but disney ("We totally support the lgbts but we're also gonna cancel and cut all lgbt stuff we make" Disney), naturally, caught on and made her change it, even when she apparently had reduced it to just the purse that was still too much for them.

As far as i've seen the crew was pretty supportive of this headcanon and it seems they really tried to lean into making it a thing, even if through metaphors and subtley to get passed censors, but it never got as far as you see here.

marco's va i have never seen comment on it personally tho.

i don't know if daron personally considered it canon, tbh the lgbt headcanons the crew threw out into the show (Like giving tom the pan flag for example, or star the bi flag in some shots) seemed to be their personal ones for the characters, but granted for all we know daron could have agreed to them and was not allowed to be outspoken on them (I do remember her approving of bi star).

As far as trans marco goes, marco being a trans girl to sum it up feels like something maybe originally unintended, but when the fans picked up on it and saw themselves in marco, they wanted to lean into it and try and semi make it canon, but it never went far enough to really be considered canon to most of the fans.

Personally i've written marco to be genderfluid in my sky au because i like to lean into him being somewhere under the trans umbrella, but marco being trans never got to be as universal as bi star or pan tom, and maybe if they actually got that flag through it'd be a bit different.

it is a shame tho, they had good intentions, but it didn't work out.

There are still trans marco fans out there tho who still enjoy that headcanon and on occasion i still see art for it, so hey, good for them. They're great stuff

Explanations:

I absolutely love his design (any of them), Nomura knocked it out of the park with this one (although him being darker skinned than most of the cast is kinda… you know). Love the coats, love the boots, etc. BUT they could’ve gone even further with his character, even as a kid. Establish his weird empathy powers and run with it. Second row’s are pretty much self-explanatory.

As much as I want to say he’s got a big fanon focus, it’s really only a select group of people who’re in the know about Dark Road (see bottom left of the bingo lol). He very much is THEE character for me, the one who solidified my love for KH.

Autism beam.

If I think about him too long I get a headache (affectionate). Changed my life (as a package deal with kh obviously but Xeha specifically was a big part of it). I really want him to come back in KH4 even if just a cameo. Let me see my boy again in Quadratum living his best 14th life.

For the Yugis (I got a bingo!):

This is for both Yugi and Yami (which is why the dynamic one isn’t filled in; they work as standalone BECAUSE they’re so often in a dynamic). They’re a package deal.

Everyone makes fun of his hair but is it really any worse than, say, Goku’s? Yami especially could be a lot weirder (I know he mellowed out by Duel Monsters with Yugi’s help but l wish he retained some of his season 0 energy, he was very fun in that). The only ship I don’t really hate is Yugi/Anzu, actually. Yugi’s very transmasc to me but also I saw this fanart of fem-presenting genderfluid Yami and she was kinda hot ngl, so.

They very much captured my attention (in a “godammit why does every media I get into nowadays feature a characters with multiple personalities/accidental DID rep (affectionate)” way) and is basically the reason I kept watching past the first few episodes.

His name means game (how original, Takahashi). Autism.

Similarly to Xehanort, if I think about them for too long I start to cry (they’re just so sad and sweet to each other and aughhh). Due to his main character status, people constantly try to kill Yugi and he was bullied a lot before finishing the Puzzle.

Also similarly to Xehanort, he changed my life for the better (in combination with the series but it was mostly Yugi and Yami). However, in exchange, they will not leave my head. At all. They’re the form my consciousness is deciding to take for when I need to talk to myself (and it’s only natural that it’d do this considering the above-mentioned accidental DID rep). Not that I mind, I love him!

For context (even though this means nothing to people who aren’t also into it), I haven’t gotten to GX’s fourth season yet, but I have watched/read all of s0, watched both the og and dub of Duel Monsters, and am in the middle of reading the Duelist manga. I’ve also watched most of the Yugi-related movies except Bonds Through Time, so it’s pretty safe to say I’ve seen a lot of Yu-Gi-Oh media with Yugi in it. YET SOMEHOW I MISS HIM ALL THE TIME? I know I could always reread/watch stuff but every time I finish doing that I just wanna see my boy again??? I’m never satisfied with the amount I’ve seen him???

Despite all that, I do hope he’s happy. I haven’t gotten to 5Ds yet so idk what he’s like in that but I hope the protagonist of that show can help him if he needs it.

Oooooh this gonna be lömg!

First of all, thank you I’m glad you like them :> These are characters from an original comic I’m about to post (the first chapter is almost ready), but this race does not appear in the main plot for some time, so I can say a few things without spoiling anything. I know it’s not a very original design, I mean, duh, who doesn’t have horns and tails right 🌚 So anyway, these guys are called yáve, and they are like… feral elves in a way. They live in forests/tundras in big clans and build funky colorful térems, mostly out of wood bc permafrost.

They looove all things colorful and worship the spirits of nature. The huge pink moth/dragon/reindeer guy? That’s one of them.

His/her name is Menerik and he/she is essentially a god(ess) of Northern Lights, the Moon, madness and magic. He/she is very coherently genderfluid, the gender depending on the moon faze. During the full moon she is a female entity, and when it’s a crescent he is considered male. On the new moon it is forbidden to speak of him. Fun fact - this also is reflected in their language, based on Russian, where a word for “moon” is feminine, and “crescent” is masculine). Since Menerik is a he for the most time, that’s what I would usually call him.

Most yave are mortal, their lifespan being close to humans, but there are two ways for them to achieve a sort of immortality. First is joining the Circle of Memories, an order that keeps their knowledge, culture and traditions and become essentially immortal through a ritual, and another way is becoming a mage and learning the ways to prolong life through contact with spirits. Any yave who starts learning magic is introduced to the spirits on the thinner layer of reality and give up their birth name, color and gender. Their new name they choose themselves, their new color is given by the spirits, and from the moment they start learning magic they are all non-binary, body and soul. All this “immortality” tho is really just a longer life, because they can still be killed, fall sick or get cursed, so there is hardly anyone older than 200 years there. There are rumors about mages over a thousand years old, but that’s spoiler territory)

Some stuff here is *very loosely* based on siberian shaman practices, some names and words borrowed from siberian folklore.

Some of the yave characters I’ve drawn so far:

There’s Chanava, the purple witch with blue horns, around 20 years or so; they will probably appear in the comic. They are a mage, and also joined the Circle, but neither have given them immortality or enough power. Not that they are desperate, just very curious.

Aravellane, their uuum king? Tsar? Prince? Whatever. The one in the crown and a blue fur coal a few posts earlier. A mage, but prefers he/him; he has a blade that can make whatever cut without killing you. Some say, he cut his own heart out with it once to stop feeling sad feelz, and the heart ran away, because he treated it terribly. Since then, an endless winter covered his part of land, and if it weren’t for the mages and trade of diamonds they mine, they’d all be very much fucked.

Myándush, the head of the Circle of Memories. Öld, woise, mistürios, all that. Speaks in riddles. Has a beef with Aravelle, though why, no one can tell.

Ryt’kheo - dabbles in magic, but is not officially introduced to the spirits. Makes airboats, which is basically a boat with a magic sail that can get it into air. The sails he weaves from wool and puts in threads of Menerik’s mane. He is considered one of the coolest craftsmen among the yavi, and everyone wants a flying boat, so he is always very fucking tired and 100% done. Random fact - a “Ryt’kheo” is not a name, it really means “Unnamed”. It is used to address someone who has already given up their name but have not yet taken a new one.

Harrahaye - Ryt’kheo’s brother, not much to say about him except that he is a pain in the ass. I’m still fleshing out their characters, so there you go x)

There is another one, who is more or less complete, but they will appear in the comic and are quite important, so all the info will be there 😌✨

toby nat and jeff (the saga)

i keep lamenting about nobody knowing about my creepypasta interps but i realized i could amend that by just Talking about them. so today i’m going to tell you guys the saga of toby, jeff, and nat (or at least a brief overview of it). would love suggestions for a name i can use to refer to this part of my cpp universe/this trio.. if i find a catchy enough name i will go back and tag all posts about them with it

during the events described in this post jeff and toby use he/him and nat uses she/they but still considers herself a chick (after the events of this saga they end up coming out as genderfluid and switch to using all pronouns)

heed the content warnings in the tags!

it all starts when jeff, who’s fresh out of highschool, meets natalie after getting a black eye in the mosh pit of a local punk show. nat pulls them out of the pit and has an ice pack on her for this exact situation, and soon they exchange contact information and become friends. nat lives by herself and jeff doesn’t, so he ends up coming over a lot. they dye each others hair and listen to crass and discharge, amongst other bands.

a year later jeff’s starting college, and in my canon he gets horrifically hazed freshman year (they cut gashes into his cheeks, that’s how he gets his signature smile). he ends up killing the perpetrators around a month after the fact. this makes him a wanted criminal, and so he decides he’s gonna gather his shit in a backpack and leave the state. he goes to nat, who is working a shift at this dingy slushie shop when he approaches her, and says “hey. i’m leaving town. i’m giving you until the end of this week to decide whether you want to come with me.”

nat chooses to tag along, and they make it all the way from maine to illinois (you might wanna look at a map of the US if you’re not from here, but basically from the northeast to the midwest) before they run into toby. toby's originally from vermont, but he's been on the road since he turned 17 because he doesn't really have a home to return to; his mom thinks he's fucking dead and so does the government. he's also trying to escape the slenderman's influence because he isn't really up for doing its bidding. (he actually does manage to escape the range of its control, but because he keeps hallucinating it when its not actually there, he doesn’t realize this.)

but yeah. toby runs into nat and jeff and they end up hitting it off to the point where toby starts tagging along on their saga. others have tagged along before and will continue to come and go, but toby nat and jeff stay a trio for 4 years. sometimes people who get in their way end up dying, but they try to make this a rare occurrence so pigs aren’t onto them.

now some of you might be inclined to think this time was as blissful as can be (and of course they did find their own form of joy within their ever-changing circumstances) but all three of them were all suffering from the psychological aftermath of a lifetime of trauma, and a complete lack of mental health support. (which is not fun when all three of them suffer from some form of psychosis). they also find themselves addicted to a large array of substances, the most notable one being heroin. (toby specifically also struggles really bad with alcohol) they each have mental health crises that sometimes come to life-or-death, but even while hurting each other and themselves they stick together. it’s not healthy in the slightest, but it’s the best arrangement they can manage for a good few years.

it all comes to a head when they’re all on a mix of different things, which by itself isn’t an uncommon experience, and neither is the yelling, the rising tension. here’s where i’m gonna have to give a brief rundown of events, because it would take me so long to fully articulate what each person was experiencing in this moment. jeff is going through a really bad psychotic episode and nat only escalates it (she’s usually better at handling this situation, but so much of it is out of her control, out of everyone’s) and it really seems as if she’s mocking jeff’s hazing, as if she’s taunting him for what he’s been through. jeff ends up cutting the same smile into nat’s face, and the rest is a blur for all of them. the morning after, nat wakes up with makeshift duct-tape-steri-strips sealing the wounds on her face, all applied by toby. the three of them are equally mortified at the events that transpired the night before. it is the first time it has really set in that what they have together isn’t sustainable. and for the first time since they all started traveling together nat feels unsafe and scared, the trust she used to have with jeff completely fractured after what happened. she can’t keep staying with him anymore, even if she still considers him their very best friend.

so she leaves, and toby goes with her.

i just wanna say thank you again for responding to my post, it made me really happy to see, and i love love love talking about headcanons and my favs !! so please feel free to just jump into my notes anytime !!

Anyways, on that note, I'd love to hear about some of your Gorou headcanons if you're comfortable sharing ? :3c (no pressure of course!)

No problem! I’m glad I got to hear some takes on this as he’s not a character many of my Genshin playing friends tend to take much interest in and honestly your headcanons are just really good!

For me personally my main interest in the character comes from the way he helped me get to grips with my gender identity a bit. Because of this my head canons and theories tend to lean towards Miko and his life outside the army, which is why I hadn’t considered the Kokomi headcanon.

Personally I headcanoned him as bigender for a while, seeing him as coming to occasionally use the Hina pen name in his personal life after stuff like the meet and greet (Gorou Hina skin when? Please hoyo). A lot of this came from projecting onto the character and him being a vessel for my own gender discovery. Now I stand by this headcanon but I’m less… militant about it, shall we say. idk if it’s the best one and I think there’s a big place for transmasc Gorou and however else one sees him! Because really I think there’s a case to be made for a lot of different gender identities which I think makes him a really interesting character, at least to me, a gender enjoyer. That said I do think transmasc Gorou holds the most water and is the most recognised.

I’ve also always been a big fan of Ittorou. It’s canon compliant, they work well together, and also, Itto was my first five star. He was sort of the reason I kept playing Genshin and the reason I first pulled for Gorou. Regarding the ship I’ve read a few fics that follow the premise of Itto falling for Hina then falling for Gorou, sort of like that old post about a Bi person falling for a hot man and a hot woman and then realising they’re the same genderfluid person?

I’ve always like the idea of Gorou being a good complimenter? Like you described the way you saw him as a very empathetic person, I see that as one of the ways he connects with his troops, that he’s someone who’s good at positive reinforcement and recognising strengths.

In terms of personality I don’t think I have anything different or interesting to say than what you did. Someone who’s passionate and happy but more quiet and thoughtful in private.

I was originally gonna put this in the tags but here’s probably better. Thanks so much for responding to my asks and reblogs! Hearing someone else’s perspective and passion about something I care about has sort of made my day (I know that might seem silly). I may pop into your notes in the future but

💛 - Who or what made you realize you were queer?

This happened to me four times so we're gonna do the run down in chronological order (and quickly, so help me god)

1) Asexual

Started questioning if I was ace when I was 16 because I felt like I was having a Different experience than my peers, but I don't remember anything in particular. Even funnier in retrospect bc it turns out half my friend group at the time (and we're all still friends now <3) were also acespec. It took until a few months into first year of university for me to Accept > realize it, though.

2) Panromantic

Once I knew how I experienced attraction I realized that I did like women too, actually, just not in a sexual way. Again, I'd an inkling since late high school, but could never relate to most wlw content I saw since there was always some kind of physical attraction, and comphet kept me from considering "Wait a second, are you actually physically attracted to boys, either?" so I just assumed I didn't like ladies.

Then I saw "Love, Simon" in theatres with a couple of out queer friends and for whatever reason, seeing those boys have a happy ending, the acknowledging the emotional burden of coming out even in a more Liberal / Left family that I could relate to, took my walls down. Woke up the next day early as hell in the morning having a gay panic.

3) Aro spec (alterous)

Got into my first romantic relationship and realized I was aro spec. My partner also realized they're aro spec. That was almost three years ago now. We're still together and laugh about it regularly!

4) Nonbinary / trans (Agender)

Was doing research for writing a nonbinary genderfluid character for my OG work (who originally wasn't NB, but she/he had the allegory so I thought why not also make it explicit, which I feel is very on brand for how my queer journey went i.e. sneaking up on me). I love looking at first hand accounts so I was watching stuff on youtube, came across a video called "Six signs you might be nb," thought "Oh this'll be great for research," got halfway through and went "Oh."

Cried for three days (sexuality crises do Not prepare you for a gender crisis) and I still feel like I'm navigating a lot of the weight even now almost... jesus christ two years later?? How?? But I'm very happy and I love myself and my pronouns. Being queer in all the ways is truly one of the greatest blessings in my life and I wouldn't have it any other way.

AKA I said no to everything but a lil smidge of romantic attraction and I think that's very cash money of me.

- honestly, i feel like he’d have the most edgy names for stuff. like him n Nellie (my s/i) could not get a dog because he’d be like “LETS NAME IT DESTROYER!!!” or something (or possibly just L Jr. which is so silly to me)

- i think he likes gardening ! is that because i find it cute when “evil” men have a “soft” little hobby? …. no (lie) BUT ANYWAYS i feel like Nellie got him into plants n such and he now loves gardening n watching them grow

- he’d create the stupidest shit when bored JDHSJD for those who don’t know, he’s an inventor and creates robots. he originally did for evil but now that he’s living and married to a hero, he gotta be nice. so he just makes little stuff that can help around the house and goofy projects

- he’s so girl failure. trust me on this one guys

- i also hc him as genderfluid n i feel like he often asks Nellie to help him with his hair. it’s obviously not the same texture as hers (considering her hair is very thick and curly) but she enjoys trying regardless :3

- often thinks he can hurt himself (like install any robot enhancements to himself) just because he said “it’s in the name of science.”

“Sylki isn’t even a m/f pairing cause they’re both genderfluid!”

↘️ I really really wanted Loki to be canon genderfluid, but the problem with that is that in Ep 5, they do everything in their power to make both Loki and Sylvie seem Very Very cis. All the Loki’s straight up say they’ve never seen a female version of themselves, and Sylvie says that she was born a woman (and never shows any sign of presenting as anything else). Even if Ep 5 hadn’t happened, though, the only mention of anything gender-related is a little Easter egg in Loki’s file that says “Sex: Fluid”. Easily missed by a casual viewer, so not much confirmation at all.

“You’re biphobic if you have a problem with Sylki!”

↘️ Putting aside the fact that I’m actually bi myself… In real life, it’s totally valid for a bisexual person to only date the opposite sex, but on screen “Show, don’t tell.” is the golden rule. There are plenty of problems with Sylki other than the fact that it’s a m/f ship. However, it’s extremely frustrating for queer people to see the writers patting themselves on the back for giving us one (1) throwaway line that can be easily edited out for homophobic audiences, and then to see absolutely no further acknowledgment of Loki’s supposed attraction to men, along with him being shown openly flirting with 2 different women. It just seems awfully convenient to be able to tell and not show where m/m is concerned and then to show m/f where it isn’t even necessary.

“You just hate that a woman got in the way of your two white dudes kissing!”

↘️ If Sylvie was the main character and she had pretty good chemistry with a woman, and then all of a sudden a male variant of her was introduced and a romance was forced between them, I’d be pretty pissed about that too. I don’t want Sylvie out of the picture! My ideal scenario would be her and Loki being Chaos Twins. And I don’t even want Lokius to be canon! Again, my ideal scenario would be Chaos Twins with their best friend/handler Mobi. This isn’t about her getting in the way of another pairing, it’s about how this pairing in particular is just Not It.

“You just want Loki for yourself, you’d be mad at anyone he was paired with!”

↘️ No I… really don’t? I’m gonna get mauled for saying this, but I don’t even find Loki particularly attractive. Tom? Sure. But Loki? Mmmm… not exactly. Aesthetically pleasing maybe. Intellectually I know that he’s pretty hot, but he doesn’t do anything for me :/ I also really really hate reader inserts sooo yeah lol. And if you’ve seen my blog you’d know I ship him with a lot of people, both male and female.

“Sylvie is her own person so it’s not really selfcest!”

↘️ Except the writers have gone out of their way to make it clear that they are the same person. Not exactly the same, but they’re similar enough that it’s clear that they’re versions of each other. Plus they canonically have the same parents, very very similar DNA, and essentially the same basic origin (adopted, Asgard, etc). They’re not exact clones of one another but they very much are slightly different models of the same person.

“Selfcest isn’t the same as incest!”

↘️ No, it’s even worse lmao. Imagine two people that share parents, DNA, and some life experiences, but they’re even closer than twins…. Lol yeah.

“Ok but you gotta admit selfcest is pretty in character for Loki lololol”

↘️ No it’s not… One of my favourite things about Loki in all 6 movies is that he never had a love interest. Never even a hint of a love interest. And even in this show he makes it clear that he’s never really been in love before- never had anything “real”. And, this considered, people saying that it makes sense that his first and only canon love interest would be a version of himself implies that he’s incredibly narcissistic. Which, despite what some shitty writers try to tell us, he’s not. His narcissism is performative. It’s posturing. He’s incredibly insecure and self-loathing and that ends up manifesting as violence in some instances, and that’s his whole problem. The exact opposite of narcissism. Quite honestly, Loki would never trust or even like himself enough to be romantically interested.

“You just want Loki whump, you hate to see him happy!”

↘️ I do enjoy Loki whump on occasion, but at this point we maxed out on the whump meter about 3 movies back… I absolutely want this poor man to be happy, for once in his damn life. And the show gives us everything but that. Just like people said Ragnarok gave us a happy Loki, when in reality all we got was a humiliated Loki that was beaten down even further to build other characters up and give the audience a laughs… which is pretty much exactly what’s happening here. Not all the time! There’s some super progressive moments for his character development and mental health, but overall? The show isn’t giving us a happy Loki at all, and Sylki definitely hasn’t resulted in a happier Loki so far.

“They have great chemistry though!”

↘️ I’m sure any two characters could have good chemistry if the writing team put 85% percent of their effort for the whole show into squishing a man and woman together and making them kiss, even going so far as to build the plot around it, when they could’ve spent their time and energy improving other aspects of the series.

“Ok you have to admit the blanket scene was pretty cute!”

↘️ Yes, I will admit that! It was adorable actually! But given the myriad of issues I listed above, one cute scene isn’t enough to make me hate the ship any less.

Hey! I saw the anon post about Mobius and your great advice about it and i have something thats been going on my head for quite some time. Im a christian who absolutely loves Loki. Is that bad, considering he's a god of a totally different religion? ( Please pardon my grammar. English is not my first language.)

You have no idea how much I relate to your question, love! Buckle up, this is gonna be a long one.

Disclaimer: Bear in mind this is a very subjective opinion. It’s the conclusions I came to while doing my own research on the Norse Myths etc. and looking for answers to pretty much the same questions! ♥

So I was raised Christian myself but I firmly believe that there is more than one deity out there and that it’s okay to interact with them. It’s not that simple, and at the end of the day, it all comes down to what you believe in, not what other people (including the church) say you should believe in “or else”.

First of all, you love Loki. How can you not? He’s amazing! What’s important, of course, is that you differentiate between the actual Norse deity and the Marvel character. They have some things in common (and Loki loves Tom Hiddleston) but ultimately, they are not the same.

So let’s say you’ve done your research on the Norse Myths and you adore Loki but the bible tells you “thou shall not worship any other god before me”. Do you know who wrote that? Humans. To me, the Christian God has always been the embodiment of kindness, forgiveness and goodness. Do you truly believe that they will “punish” you or send you to hell because you take interest in another religion and/or other deities so as long as you treat them with respect equally and don’t put one above the other?

See, the concept of heaven and hell is Christian too. Satanists, for example, don’t actually believe in Satan. That’s Christians. Actually, if you look up the Satanic Temple’s fundamental tenets, you’ll find yourself agreeing with all of them if you’re a decent person but the concept of heaven and hell as we imagine it is merely a pictorial approach for life after death--something that the human brain cannot quite comprehend. Hell came from the Greek Myths anyways, from Hades, the God of the Underworld and when you do a little bit of research, you will realise that many traditions were stolen from paganism by Christians, including Christmas. The Vikings and the Christians battled each other to death because of their different beliefs, claiming they were worshipping (a) "false" god(s).

So what I’m trying to say is that at the end of the day, you will have to find your own truth. If you’re afraid of loving Loki because the Christian God might punish you, consider this: Does it hurt anybody or you when you worship Loki and/or other deities beside the Christian God? It doesn’t. So why would the Christian God not be okay with it? An argument I hear often is because they are “jealous”—because they love you so much they don’t want to share you with anyone. If the God described in the bible was a boyfriend, that would be quite the red flag (and apparently that was wrongly translated as well because it was supposed to be zealous).

Paganism existed way earlier than Christianity. And as I said earlier, the bible was written by humans and there have been many mistranslations over the decades (some of them deliberate too considering that according to some sources God was originally described as genderfluid). Hence, I realised at some point that there are many things in it that I personally disagree with (like homosexuality being a sin for example—another mistranslation, supposedly it originally said “thou shall not lay with a boy”, meaning, don’t assault children—I never read the whole bible and I was shocked when I found out that homosexuality is supposed to be a sin in it).

Trying to figure it all out for yourself gets tricky when you first move away from the traditional “black and white” thinking. There’s many shades of grey, there isn’t just good and evil and it’s okay to believe in some things and not in others so as long as you don’t harm anybody while doing so—that applies to pretty much all religions and rules. For example, some of my Muslim friends do not wear a Hijab, drink alcohol and don’t fast during Ramadan, others do. It’s completely up to you and your beliefs, what feels right to you. If you want to fast during lent if it feels like it brings you closer to God and you enjoy it or the discipline of it in a way, then do it, that’s wonderful! But if you want to fast only because you feel like you have to because “the bible says so” and because you fear being punished if you don’t, then don’t. The only thing that’s not okay is trying to force your belief on others. Life is too short to do things that make you feel bad or uncomfortable. Taking the example with lent or Ramadan again, if it makes you feel sad or worse to force yourself to fast, how could that possibly make God or Allah happy?

Furthermore, there are many people who don’t believe in gods at all, neither in angels, demons and ghosts nor life after death and former lives. And that’s okay too. Just be respectful about it because there isn’t just one truth and going on this journey where you discover spirituality beyond the bible is gonna be exciting, I promise.

You can practice more than one religion at once even if their premises appear to contradict themselves (monotheism vs. polytheism) once you figure out what it is you believe in, that does not mean you are “cherry picking” the fun things from every religion so as long as you are being respectful.

Michiko, Reiki, and Nozomi are my OCs. Reiki is genderfluid and goes by she/her and he/him pronouns. I decided to replace the guest characters with canon characters from previous games that make sense for said OC to be interacting with. Also, Sindel in this, is not the retcon Sindel she is in the games. Plus I include my own HCs. I will post the other part to this when I am finished with it. Please read below the cut.

Headcanon for their sexuality/romantic orientation/gender identity (I’m adding on because I want to)?

Listen, this boy is so pan. In my mind, Scott is just so filled with love for people, and I don’t think someone’s gender or sex would matter to him for feelings or sexual attraction. Is it pretty unexpected when he's attracted to people of many different genders? Sure. But mostly that’s because he hasn’t given his sexuality or romantic orientation much thought. They've just always existed and he’s run with it. He’s pretty comfortable in his gender identity as a boy, but not closed off to questioning it.

I can’t remember who I first saw this headcanon from, but I also really like the idea of quoiromantic Scott who can’t tell the difference between platonic and romantic love, he just loves. Why does he have to do it differently, y’know? Who says he can’t kiss his friends and hold their hands and express his love for them in those ways?? How is he meant to feel different between how he loves who he’s dating (if he's dating) and how he loves his friends? He doesn’t, so ??? (Also, as a side note, I am also a big believer in polyamorous Scott because he has chemistry and good shipping foundation with pretty much everyone, definitely seems open to loving more than one person, and he, Allison, and Isaac were clearly all dating each other no I am not taking notes at this time)

Have they come out? If so, how? How did their friends/family take their coming out?

Eventually he does. Scott thought it was going to be a big deal and was so nervous about it he kind of just....tucked it away deep inside where he hides all of his trauma and feelings from people. He doesn’t do anything flashy, but when he sits Melissa down he’s so serious and stressed about it she’s convinced he’s about to tell her he hit someone with the car and has a body in the trunk. She’s relieved to find out that is not the case, and reacts with a good natured “Honey, this isn’t a surprise. It’s a big deal because it’s a big part of you, and I’m happy you trust me enough to share this. But it isn’t surprising.”

The pack reacts exactly the same way his mother did, which really makes Scott wonder if he was the only one oblivious to it for so long. (He was.) They’re all very supportive, and he seems so much happier once it’s officially out in the open.

Sheriff Stilinski is a bit confused, but Stiles writes all the different labels on sticky notes, sticks them onto chess pieces, and sits Noah down in front of the chess board, just like he did with supernatural creatures (I think that’s what he does? Doesn’t he do that??) After, Scott kind of wishes he hadn’t--mostly because listening to Stiles’ convoluted explanation and bickering with his confused father made for one of the most frustrating two hours of Scott’s life.

Do they go to Pride/With whom?

Absolutely! Especially given I consider most of them as part of the lgbtqia+ community (and regardless they’re all allies), they make a pack event of it. The younger pack members don’t always join because they kind of have their own thing going, but the older/core group--Scott, Lydia, Stiles, Kira, Malia, Danny, Isaac, maybe Theo if they're on good terms--all meet up, rotating through which state/city parade they go to each year (because they’ve all scattered for college and jobs and such). They’ve convinced Derek and Braeden to come a few times, but Derek hates the big crowds and Braeden gets way too much joy out of making him get his face painted. After the parade, they do a different activity all together each year--ranging from game/movie nights to club nights to way too competitive paintballing in the woods--just, generally, something a little more personal than all the big parties around.

(If Allison, Erica, and Boyd were alive, they’d be there with them too 💜)

For Pride, Scott paints the Pansexual flag in cuffs around his right bicep, directly mirroring his tattoo on the left.

I feel like Kira sits comfortably beneath the bisexual umbrella, but has a hard time figuring out whether or not she has any kind of gender preference sexually. Gender doesn't really factor into her romantic attraction, so panromantic seems to fit. I also feel like Kira is nonbinary, uses She/They pronouns, and eventually settles on genderfluid as a good way to describe how she feels. She’s usually not uncomfortable with people referring to her as a girl and doesn’t mind being perceived as one a lot of the time, but doesn’t totally feel like a girl and isn’t sure what gender fits y’know? What she identifies with shifts around.

Have they come out? If so, how? How did their friends/family take their coming out?

After a long and confusing identity crisis, yes. There’s a lot of nervous babbling involved. She talks way too quickly and keep interrupting herself because she isn’t sure she’s explaining it right, but Ken gently interrupts and calms her down with a “Kira, your mother and I love and support you however you are, no matter how much or how little that changes. We want to hear all about it. That doesn’t mean we want you to run out of air.” She breathes and collects herself, then dives back in, explaining a bit slower this time, but no less rambly. Noshiko’s never really seen the point in rigid definitions anyhow after living so many different lifetimes and experiencing so much fluidity in many aspects of her own life. Ken is just happy his daughter is happy, good-naturedly pokes fun at her like he always does, and later that night has a bit of a research-prompted gender crisis of his own.

Do they go to Pride/With whom?

Yes! The rambling above with Scott also applies here. The first year Kira goes, she goes separately with her parents and meets up with the pack later. Ken is really enthusiastic about it and provides lots of historical facts about the pride festival’s origins and evolution throughout the day. He makes T-shirts for everyone in the pack and buys a few too many bumper stickers. Noshiko is much more low-key about it, but is happy to be there to support Kira and enamored with how overboard Ken goes.

Do they show their colors? (Flag-wise)

Yes!! Kira has a lot of fun putting together colorful outfits to reflect her identity with multi-colored fishnets and color coded skirts and jackets with patches and of course her kickass sword-belt to tie it all together. She really enjoys the freedom of switching up those colorful outfits any time her labels shift, too.

Great.

It couldn’t have come at a worse possible time.

It’s so dark that you can’t even see your own hands in front of you. Even if the storm suddenly stops now, it’s too dark for either of you to be venturing out. It’s safer to just go to sleep here, and then continue on with your journey in the morning.

Just as you begin to succumb to the pull of sleep, a noise from behind you startles you awake. You would’ve thrown a fit, had you not reminded yourself that Loki is also here in this cave with you.

You allow yourself to relax again, and rest your eyes.

Big mistake.

A hand clasps itself around your upper arm, dragging you up and away from the spot you had been sitting. You try to twist around and claw at your attacker, but there’s no use. You can’t see anything.

“Loki! Loki?!”

You start struggling again. “Loki, what’s happening? What are you doing? Say something.”

“Silence, pet.” A now female Loki, hisses. You are used to Loki’s genderfluidity, so you don’t react when she switches gender. “I am growing bored of our current situation, so I am entertaining myself.”

“Entertaining yourself by traumatizing me?” You frown to yourself, now confused. “Hold on, how can you see in the dark?”

If you weren’t incredibly confused and blinded by the dark, you might’ve been turned on by that statement. Being Bisexual has its perks, meaning you find both Lord and Lady Loki to be quite attractive, which right now, might end up being your downfall.

How Magic Works

Well, at least, in my canon/multiverse.

Finally, I have the time to write this out and explain how magic works in my multiverse.

(Fair warning, I’m gonna turn into a scientist the longer I write this XD My bad, I just got too into it haha)

So, let us start this off with:

Growth-rate!

They age quicker than humans, but live longer lives. I mentioned this a little in Last Judgement, where Doomsday is only three months old (in humans years), but is the height and has the mental capacity of a five year old.

Of course, all monster species have different growth rates. This is for survival purposes, as there are so few of them, in most universes.

However, most monsters can only begin to have offspring after they have hit maturity, which would happen to be eighteen years old (in human years).

Reproduction!

(Hecc, this one felt so awkward to write out ;3;)

For any other species, it is as simple as connecting the reproductive organs, like humans. Instead of eggs and whatnot, magic is used. Most times, after mating, monsters will tend to feel a little dizzy/nauseous, due to the change in magic.

For the monsters (i.e. skeletons) who do not have/lack the means of doing so, magic is used to create the appropriate anatomy.

However, the opposite gender does not need to be present for either cases for this to work. Female + female, male + male, and any other combinations, including: genderfluid, more than two monsters, different species, etc. have been shown to work and create offspring.

Typically, the more feminine monster will be the one to possess the child’s soul, until it is conceived. Hormones will kick in, and they will grow naturally more motherly and caring.

The only times where offspring have not been conceived is when a monster decides to use a charm, and/or has not got enough magic to create a new soul.

Sometimes, though rarely, certain species of monsters can have a heat cycle, but this only typcially happens once in their lives, as a means to try and get the monster to reproduce with another. A few universes tend to use injections/a liquid to bring themselves back into the cycle repeatedly.

Genetics!

Depending on the parents and their magical abilities, their children may or may not have the same. As seen with Nightmare and Error’s children, they have similar patterns on their face, they can glitch, have tendrils and can melt into a puddle.

How the magic decides which abilities to give to the children is unknown.

Different forms have been known to change a child’s appearance, such as Genesis, who is a short, white skeleton, like Nightmare’s original form. He has a flower for his right eye, with a black apple as his pupil. This may be due to Nightmare’s past.

Genetic inheritance!

From each of Nightmare and Error’s children, all three of them have an amber, left eye. This is inherited from Error’s amber outer iris. Each of them only have two tendrils, which seems to be because Nightmare has four, yet Error has none.

Anatomy!

For skeletons, who typically lack any skin/eyes/stomachs, etc. magic comes in very useful to appear less threatening, and seemingly more human-like, depending.

Ecto-bodies have been seen a few times, but the main go-to for skeletons is ecto-stomachs, tongues, eyes and intimate areas.

Ecto-stomachs help to store food for later consumption, whilst tongues are there to break it down immediately into magic.

Eyes seem to improve a skeleton’s vision, despite not typically needing them. However, this has been known to backfire a little, and sometimes cause certain individuals to have poor vision and/or vision loss.

Once more, intimate areas are for reproduction purposes, normally.

Ecto-bodies are typically seen as a way of skeletons trying to seem more human-like and seen as an attempt to seem more appealing to other species. They have also been seen to simply keep skeletons warm and comfortable, when not in suitable living enviroments.

Some skeletons with higher amounts of magic in their systems have been known to create a tougher version of ecto, on the same strength level as bone. Most typically use this for teeth, horns and spikes, to seem more intimidating, but some have been known to build a type of muscle around their joints, souls and weaker bones.

Souls!

Though still being researched, monster souls are considered private and very sensitive. Boss monster souls have been known to linger around after passing, but not for long.

Souls are used to pump magic around a monster’s body, as the heart does for a human. As such, most monsters need oxygen to survive and to keep the magic flowing.

When stressed, a soul begins to beat quicker, and flood the body with more magic, linked to adrenaline. There have been cases where a monster has become stressed to a point where their soul has caused bruising and damaging to their body.

Only rarely has it been seen to crack/break out of stress. The cracking of the soul is fatal, and there has been no known way of healing it properly, without causing more damage down the line.

(Note: Determination has been seen to heal a cracked soul. Side-effects may vary, depending if the receiver can tolerate it or not.)

Other stuff!

Skeletons have been known to change the ‘taste' of their magic, but cannot change whether or not if it feels sharp/bubbly/smooth, etc.

If a monster of any sort has too much magic, it will go off unexpectedly, it can be linked to emotions, as a way to drain themselves of the amount of energy. It can be dangerous.

(So, hopefully I’ve written down everything I wanted :3 I might update this every so often, if I feel like I’ve missed something.
