This one is very special for me 'cause it's another original Dragon Mom pattern!! \o/

Everyone who's familiar with the wonderful movie Coraline will recognize this little fella! I love when it says "what's shakin', baby?" lol Such a creepy little fun movie!

This piece was a commission, and the commissioner chose the color of it... I guess it's lighter in the movie, but I couldn't find a yarn in the same color ^^'

To watch them hatch from their egg & bond with me at first sight~

To give them the perfect name~

To forge a lifelong bond & have them constantly coming to me for attention & cuddles

To see them breathe fire for the first time~

To watch them spread their wings & take flight for the first time~

To see them learn to hunt & make their first kill~

To train them as they increase in size, strength, & intelligence~

To watch with pride as they transform from a young hatchling into a fierce adult dragon~

To eagerly await the day they’re big & strong enough to bare my weight so the two of us may finally take our first flight together as a bonded dragon & dragonrider duo~

Though on the subject of dragons raising little human girls, while I doubt it’d happen in Dragon Mom (look, I gotta call it something for short), there are certainly entertaining mental images in my head from that basic premise. I mean, learning to breathe fire regardless of biology is an obvious necessity joke trait. But there are other dragon-like traits that would be amusing. Like being reluctant to spend money on anything that isn’t strictly necessary, and even then getting stuff as cheap as possible, because obviously you can’t hoard it if you go spending it! And just where is she supposed to sleep without a proper hoard, huh?! Meaning most of her wardrobe is secondhand and with plenty of mending work. That being said she wouldn’t hold back when it comes to jewelry, both because that could be part of a hoard and because it can double as portable wealth. Besides the ever classic hoarding instinct, I think the desire to kidnap princesses is a good one. We could even make it cute and have the the princess be a childhood friend, as dragon mom used to kidnap her to let her daughter have a playmate over, and so the occasional swiping from the castle is just how they get together to hang out. Or there are… other directions to take it. (“Oh my, this room only has one pile of coins ; ) ” )

You know, I should probably stop before I end up creating an OC for a story I haven’t even started yet.

Another Ghost Dragon Prompt? Indeed.

The Ward had made a mistake. Had stolen something that had caused the very Skies to lash out, entire worlds at risk from their actions.

Time Itself shrieked in rage at the loss of Its child, or at least that's how every magic user- and the speedsters, pale and shaken and looking sick- had described it.

Someone had taken the young prince of the Infinite, and it was not the Tyrant King, long since sealed away, that lead the charge, but the Queen Regent that many had long since forgotten.

Many forgot that it was not the Dark who courted Time, but Time who courted the Dark. That It was just, if not more so, merciless as Its partner, and would Devour worlds should Its child- still with newdeath soft scales- was not returned.

Which meant that for the heroes, there was now a Clock ticking down ever so quietly. They had to take care of what was a government branch, had to deal with consequences of going over the law, or their World would End in dragon fire.

"Please stop asking how I got in here," the white haired kid said, annoyance laced in his voice, "All I want to know is if any of you can do detective work in the supernatural world!"

Constantine just barely opened his mouth before the kid turned on him, "Not you! You have terrible reviews!"

Bruce tensed as Lazarus green eyes locked on him, "How about you? You're the worlds greatest detective, right? I know you probably won't take gold as payment since Bruce Wayne is your sugar daddy, but I can offer up information on the Infinite Realms instead!"

Batman, calm and collected even as Green Arrow and Flash snickered from across the room, "Infinite Realms?"

Phantom grinned, "Is that an agreement? Cause Prince Psaro could really use your help. He has so many questions, and the answers may save his life. You want to save the life of a teenage boy surrounded by demons and monsters, don't you?"

Bruce stared at the teen, not looking away even with Constantine motioning not to agree, Bruce nodded.

And in a moment, they were gone. They reappeared in a grand hall with a ruby eyed teenager looking impossibly small from his place on the massive throne. Silver hair shined oddly in the light of the purples flames that danced in the sconces, making the boy seem more ethereal.

"Hey Psaro!" The white haired kid from before greeted, "I brought you a detective like you asked. Don't forget you have to teach me magic now!" The first teen vanished without a trace leaving Batman and what he now recognized as an angsty goth alone together.

As it turns out Psaro had many questions and offered to pay him a generous amount in gold each day.

Some of his questions include:

What kingdom was my human mother a princess of?

Why can't I remember key information from my childhood, such as my brothers very existence?

I was framed for the murder of all of the "Chosen Heros" loved ones. How do I prove im innocent before he comes to take off my head?

Why do Rose's tears shatter?

Is there a way to stop his younger brother from destroying the world without caging him or killing him?

Ect.

Bruce has his work cut out for him, but between the mysterious white haired kid popping in now and then to give him cryptic conversations, the team on litteral monsters he was given to defend himself with, and his access to royal libraries and vaults this might not be so bad
