i have a Barrisco question if you don't mind! so i think i remember you told me you hc them as polyam, right? if that's the case, who do you ship them with the most in a polyam relationship and what would be some of your hcs for it?

I do! who I ship them with depends on my mood and the day but it's usually Hartley, Harry (I know Harrisco is a trigger for you so I obvi won't go into detail on them), Iris, Lisa, and/or Eobard (as EoWells most often) I also sometimes ship them in a polycule with their Earth-2 selves and you got me shipping Savitar with them as well lol :)

regardless of who I ship them with I usually headcanon Cisco being the one to bring up opening up the relationship, I just can't see Barry doing so personally - I only ever hc Cisco not being the one to suggest it if one of them is in a relationship with someone else first (ie: Barry being with Iris or Cisco being with Hartley in which case I could see Iris or Hartley bringing it up first)

I also usually headcanon all parties being involved with each other, not just an open relationship where Cisco or Barry will be fine with the other person dating someone else but won't date them too, like if they're also dating Iris and Hartley then they're both dating Iris and Hartley (the exception obviously is for Hartley since he wouldn't be interested in dating any of their female partners)

I unfortunately don't have too many other headcanons for them as a polycule, I feel like they'd be very much the same with others as they are together, hopelessly devoted in a non-creepy non-Eobard-y kinda way lol

SINFUL SUNDAY UPDATE AS OF 3/12/23

Firstly, on the Sundays of December 24th and 31st, I won't be posting anything for Sinful Sunday. Given that it's the Christmas season and I'll be with my family, I've decided that the last Sinful Sunday of the year 2023 will be on Sunday, the 17th.

Due to the high volume of requests every Sunday, it's become physically challenging to complete all of them in a single day. To address this, I'm implementing a new rule – I'll be posting approximately 5 pieces for every Sinful Sunday. Any requests remaining in my inbox will be automatically scheduled for the following weekend.

I'll be adjusting the priority for Sinful Sunday requests, giving top priority to those that come in off-anon. While anonymous questions are still welcomed, I'll be initially focusing on non-anonymous requests.

I'm aware many of you enjoy the Hantengu Clones, but I kindly request not to ask for similar scenarios with different clones once a scenario has already been published with one of them.

I'm open to delving into darker content, so feel free to share your more intense thoughts/thirsts with me without hesitation! 🔥

Being Married to Ser Harwin Strong and Becoming the Lady of House Tyrell...

᯽ Please note that these headcanons are directly inspired by the series “Growing Strong”. While reading that series is not entirely necessary to understand these, it is helpful for having background context. Tumblr is being mean and won’t let me post it here, but the Growing Strong Masterlist can be found on the pinned post on my blog. ᯽

​Pairing: Ser Harwin Strong x Tyrell! Female Reader

A/N: This was requested a couple of times. Hopefully this covers most aspects of those requests, but if there’s anything I missed, please feel free to send me an ask or otherwise request that an idea be expanded upon.😊🖤

Returning to Highgarden...

You had not been born to inherit the title of Lady of Highgarden.

Your father, Lord Larris Tyrell, succumbed to sickness shortly after your betrothal to Ser Harwin Strong. When he did, the family titles and holdings had transferred to your older brother, Derron Tyrell.

But the gods had a twisted sense of humor. You may not have been born to inherit Highgarden, but that is exactly what had come to pass when, not even a year after your wedding to Harwin, your brother had also passed. His death was a mysterious one- despite being young and in his prime, Derron had succumbed to sickness, just as your father had. However, as much as you found yourself questioning the suspicious circumstances of your brother's passing, there was no use in denying the inevitable.

After some pesky and unpleasant business with a meddling cousin had been dealt with, King Viserys had proclaimed it to be lawful and true: you had become the Lady Y/N Tyrell, Mistress of Highgarden, Defender of the Marshes, Lady Paramount of the Reach, Wardeness of the South, and all other titles that had been honorably bestowed upon your family. In addition, all the keeps and holdings of the Tyrell family had passed to you as well.

Given the circumstances, returning to Highgarden was a necessity. You bid a tearful goodbye to Princess Rhaenyra, whom you had served faithfully as a lady in waiting for quite some time, before you, and your husband, Ser Harwin Strong, made way for the Reach.

Though King Viserys had already declared it so, once you brother, Lord Derron, had been laid to rest, it was official in the eyes of those who lived in Highgarden, and all else who had traveled to be present for his burial- you were now truly the Lady of House Tyrell.

Your return to Highgarden was not the first time that Harwin had visited your home. He first accompanied you for the funeral of your father. The pair of you had stayed in Highgarden for a short time, as long as what was expected to assist your brother with wrapping up your father's affairs, but the stay was not a prolonged one. You hated lingering on the thoughts of your father's passing for too long, and both you, as a lady in waiting to Princess Rhaenyra, and Harwin, as a Captain in the City Watch, had duties to attend to back in King's Landing. As a result of your short visit, the staff at Highgarden had not been able to get a proper impression of Harwin.

But when you and your new husband returned to Highgarden for the second time, the servants and other staff finally were finally able to form an opinion of him.

Unfortunately, Harwin was at a disadvantage in this regard; his reputation proceeded him. Harwin was called "Breakbones" for a reason, and his intimidating stature only encouraged the various fanatical tales spun of how he might have earned the nickname. Initially, many of the Highgarden staff were afraid of him; in addition to his nickname and broad stature, many of the staff had also heard tales of Harwin's infamous temper. Most of the staff were at least wary of him, and some even feared being in the same room as him. This was all despite the fact that Harwin gave none of them any legitimate reason to be frightened of him, and had, on the contrary, gone to great lengths to be perfectly polite and pleasant to everyone he encountered.

Eventually, once the staff became accustomed to Harwin's presence, and his rather tolerable and easy-going demeanor, they realized what you had known to be the truth all along- they had nothing to fear from him.

But the way Harwin had finally begun to win over your household staff is a story for another day...

While Harwin battled his reputation within Highgarden, you worked tirelessly to learn all the intricate details of your new position. As you had not been raised to inherit the family titles, nor run Highgarden, you did not have a deep understanding of the duties that would now be required of you.

But you were smart. Smarter than you tended to give yourself credit for, Harwin would often remind you.

And though your father's preachings and advice were mainly directed for the benefit of your older brother, you had never been excluded from such wisdoms. In fact, over time, you had discovered that your father was more open and honest with you regarding the business dealings of the family inheritance than most other noble girls could have even hoped to expect from their own father. Your rather fortunate family standing meant that the very best tudors could be afforded for both you and Derron, and the topics of your personal education did not vary too greatly from the one your brother received. Accounting, negotiating, history... your father had deemed them all relevant to your studies, and declared you would not be restricted from learning them.

Apart from whatever wisdom you could recall from your father, you also had an invaluable resource in your uncle, Lord Elwood Meadows. Your late mother's brother had been Steward for both your father and brother. He was more than happy to assist you as you became acquainted with the duties of your new position and learned information that would help you became a great Lady in your own right.

It was not difficult at all for you to request Lord Elwood to stay on as your Steward. Nor was it difficult for your uncle to accept your offer.

Despite the necessary learning curve, Harwin knew that you were more than capable than shouldering the burden that the gods had thrust upon you with the death of your brother and father. He knew that you were stronger, and smarter, then most men gave you credit for. And while that may be to their downfall, it would not be Harwin's.

Setting the tone...

Highgarden was your domain. And while some of your bannermen had more... outdated, notions about women holding positions of power, particularly one of House Tyrell's standing, Harwin was more than happy to remind them who, between the two of you, was truly in charge.

The first opportunity for Harwin to do so occurred very early shortly after you assumed your new position, and after you had returned to Highgarden. What was meant to be a small affair in which your bannermen were to renew their oaths of fealty to you, as was to be expected as the new Lady of House Tyrell, had turned into a prolonged, several-day affair. Lords from all over the Reach traveled to Highgarden to pay their respects to your late brother, and to you, their new liege lady.

Naturally, some of them had also come to request monetary aid for various hardships they had endured over the past few months. You had not minded this at first- it was only natural that the requestors, some of which had traveled a significant distance, wished to speak to you personally about the delicate matter of gold. But, while some lords intended to request aid for honest causes, others had made the journey to Highgarden with less than sincere intentions...

For three days, you sat in the Great Hall in Highgarden, hearing petitions presented to you by your bannermen. You were seated upon the throne that had once sat the Gardener Kings, as well as every other head of House Tyrell that had come before you. Harwin was seated on a smaller, though still grand, throne beside you, one that had always seated the Gardener Kings' Queen Consorts, and the other Ladies of House Tyrell. The last of your bannermen had finally trickled into Highgarden, and both you and Harwin hoped that the third day of formally receiving and speaking with each of them would be your last.

Harwin had been unable to sit easily upon the throne; though he had yet to inherit his own family's seat of Harrenhal, and had just as little experience holding audiences as you, that was not what bothered him. You had recently discovered you were with child, and while Harwin was privy to this information, not many others around you were. As you adjusted to your new position in society and your new physical state, you fatigued faster and easier than usual. And by day three of listening to various lords of the Reach talk for hours on end, you were downright exhausted. Harwin would have preferred for you to be doing just about anything else than what you were currently... Perhaps you could have some additional time alone to privately grieve the loss of your brother. Or, perhaps you could see to the other duties that your uncle and Steward had impressed upon you were urgent. Or - and the most favorable idea in Harwin's mind - perhaps you could simply rest.

But, as none of those alternatives were a possibility, Harwin resigned himself to sitting beside you, watching you carefully, and readying himself to assist you with anything you might want or need. Harwin stole worried glances over at you as frequently as he dared, but both of you knew you would not, nor should not, refuse proper audiences with your bannermen, despite your personal fatigue. Harwin was already protective of you; you hadn't always needed him to be, but it was simply in his nature to be fiercely protective of those he loved. That had only increased when you had become the Lady of House Tyrell. And, since you had recently disclosed the fact that you were also with child, his protectiveness had increased again- this time, by tenfold. 

Several of the lords over the first few days had made the grave mistake of addressing Harwin with formal requests for monetary aid, instead of you. You had corrected them all swiftly, and downright chided some of the bolder ones for their blatant lack of respect. Harwin had been forced to muffle a laugh into the palm of his hand, cleverly disguised as a cough, of course, on more than one occasion. Watching you put those lords in their place and seeing their flabbergasted reactions was highly endearing to him, and Harwin found himself constantly reminded of his own words he'd said to you once- "roses have thorns."

Some of the lords petitioning you were quick learners, and after the first few rude displays, most of them had the sense to address you, and only you, with their requests. But it seemed that the last lot of lords had either not yet been advised of this from their predecessors, or simply did not care. One lord in particular, Lord George Graceford, was perhaps the most egregious of them all.

Lord George Graceford kept his condolences for the loss of your brother chaste. His public acknowledgement of your new position as the Lady of House Tyrell and sworn fealty of House Graceford of Holyhall was even chaster. Once he was done with the formalities, he hurriedly recounted his dramatic tale of a devastating harvest the previous fall. He concluded his speech with a request for a hefty amount financial aid, which was to be used to replenish his lands with seeds and farmhands. Spring had already arrived, and time was of the essence, it seemed.

Unlike how you had promptly addressed the previous lords, you glossed over Lord Graceford's disrespect. This struck Harwin as rather odd, and it immediately caught his attention. As previously mentioned, you were already prone to tiredness. And, as it was day three of listening to similar requests to that of Lord Graceford's, you were weary. But, instead of chastising Lord Graceford for his lack of respect, you merely responded, "I will not spurn you for an act of the gods, Lord Graceford. However, I must confess that your request puzzles me... My uncle and good steward, Lord Elwood, has informed me that not but two months past, you requested similar aid from my late brother, the Lord Derron. That request, from my understanding of our accounts, was granted... though it seems that House Graceford has yet to repay the debt. Pray tell, My Lord, what was that gold put towards?"

"The gold was used to recuperate our losses from the previous harvest, My Lady. It was also used to pay back several related debts."

Even Harwin thought it all sounded a bit suspicious. If not to cover their own expenses and losses, where was all of House Grayford's gold disappearing to? Harwin was relieved to hear that you were of the same mind.

"You incurred a new debt to pay off an old one?" you questioned, your bewilderment evident in your tone. "... Nevermind that; I shall not state my opinion of that here, My Lord. If you are requesting aid to ensure a successful harvest, House Tyrell will not turn you away. However, I would like to have my uncle look over your steward's accounting before such your request is granted, if only to ensure the funds are being properly allocated for their designated purposes."

Lord Elwood, who was seated on the other side of you, looked pleased with your response, and verbalized as much. He complimented, "A wise decision, My Lady." To lighten the quickly shifting mood in the Great Hall, your uncle added, "One can never be too careful with a matter such as finances, as I am sure you can understand, Lord Graceford."

However, Lord Graceford looked less than pleased as narrowed his eyes at you and pursed his lips. It was apparent to all those present in the Great Hall that he had not truly expected to be met with any resistance, despite the rather sizable amount of gold he was requesting. But, when Lord Graceford opened his mouth to say his next words, they were not directed to you at all. Instead, he looked at Harwin.

"And, what say you, My Lord?"

Harwin looked over at you curiously. Instead of the fire he had seen ignite in your eyes in response to similar situations over the previous few days, you looked suddenly small. Meek, even. As if you wanted him to simply appease Lord Graceford's ridiculous and childish behavior, if only so that the man might be on his way. Upon seeing this, Harwin's heart lurched for you. You were capable of standing up for yourself; Harwin had seen that in you before he had even come to truly know you. Now that the two of you were wed, he knew it to be truer now than ever before.

But Harwin wanted you to be assured that even though he knew you were perfectly able to defend yourself, you didn't always have to. Especially when you were still grieving the loss of your dear brother, and managing the additional tiredness that came along with carrying your joint child.

Harwin asked of him, "Lord Graceford... Where are we?"

Lord Graceford looked taken aback at Harwin's seemingly senseless pondering. "... Highgarden, My Lord?"

"Yes. And whose seat is this castle?"

"Highgarden is the seat of House Tyrell, My Lord."

"Yes, it is... And what is my name?"

If Lord Graceford looked confused before, he looked downright befuddled at Harwin's turn of questioning then. "... I beg your pardon, My Lord?"

Harwin didn't blink. "What is my name, Lord Graceford?"

"Ser Harwin Strong."

"Strong? ... Not Tyrell?"

Lord Graceford deadpanned, finally having caught on to Harwin's clever words. "No, My Lord. Not Tyrell."

"It seems the only Tyrell present would be my Lady Wife, Y/N. After all, this is her family seat, and she has welcomed you into her family's ancestral home. You have traveled here to reaffirm your oath of loyalty to her. And now, you have come to request financial aid of your liege, as is your right... But I wonder, Lord Graceford, why is it that you have redirected your inquiry to me, a Strong, when none other than a Tyrell may grant you the relief you seek? I am the Lady Y/N's husband, but the power of House Tyrell is in her hands, and hers alone. I believe that she has already offered you a more than generous solution to your problem, and I advise you take her offer, My Lord, before it is retracted. If you seek a man who would undermine the authority of his wife in her home, you are gravely mistaken, as you will not find that man in me."

Many in the Great Hall snickered at Harwin's verbal lashing, while Lord Graceford fumed silently.

You put your hand on top of Harwin's to calm him. "Now, Dearest, perhaps Lord Graceford merely did not hear me."

"Then you best speak plainly, My Love, so that Lord Graceford, and all the other lords present today who may also be hard of hearing, can be abundantly clear as to whose home this is, and who it is that they should be addressing."

You were immensely thankful for Harwin's support and rapid rush to your defense, but you were unable to tell him as much in that moment. After suppressing a smile, you replied, "Very well, Lord Husband. Lord Graceford- as I previously stated, I am still willing to grant your request for aid, but I must insist that your accountings from House Tyrell's previous loan to you be thoroughly inspected inspected beforehand."

Through gritted teeth and a strained smile, all Lord Graceford could manage to say was, "As you wish, My Lady."

And from that day on, only the most foolish lords in all the Reach would even dare to address Harwin before you.

Having Harwin by your side...

Upon your return to Highgarden, Harwin was essentially given free rein of various ways he might choose to spend his time. In King's Landing, as a Captain on the City Watch, he had a role. A purpose. With the relocation to the Reach, Harwin had given up his post within the City Watch. However, he did not beseech you for this; he had once vowed that he would travel across the entire Seven Kingdoms, if doing so meant he would be by your side. That had not changed.

Though the arrangement had been advantageous for both of your families, your marriage to Harwin was, first and foremost, one of love.

However, you still felt guilty that Harwin chose to leave King's Landing to return with you to Highgarden, and you wished him to have activities of his own that he might enjoy whilst you committed yourself to your new duties. You had told him that your father used to enjoy fishing on the Mander, while your brother enjoyed exploring the expansive grounds on horseback. Harwin did indulge in these activities on the occasion, and he also frequently found himself spending considerable time within Highgarden's training yard. It turned out that some friendly sparring with those who had heard of his infamous nickname proved to be an enjoyable and stimulating way to pass the hours.

However, for the majority of the time, Harwin was not very interested in straying from your side. Not that you minded.

Though you were thankful for the wisdom and experience of your uncle, Lord Elwood Meadows, the support you received and welcomed the most came from that of your husband. Harwin had not yet learned the intricate details of his own family lordship that he was to inherit one day. So, unfortunately, he did not have a lot of practical advice to offer you. But what he offered was something far greater.

Harwin would listen. He would ask you questions. He would help you think through topics when they became too cumbersome to dwell on by yourself. When he married you, neither of you had expected you may one day be the Lady of House Tyrell. But, from the speed and ferocity at which Harwin supported you in everything possibly related to the matter, one would not have been able to deduce that.

Trade agreements? Harwin would listen to the details of the proposals from all sides. Once the information was presented, he would give you his honest, unencumbered advice on whether he believed the deals proposed to be fair. He might not have had an extensive understanding of the details, but neither did you- not yet. And just being able to have such open discussions with Harwin proved to be more than helpful.

Spending hours writing business correspondence to other houses to maintain relations? Harwin always kept you company in your study, even as you scribbled away well into the hours of the night. He refused to sleep whilst you were still working. So, he simply did not. He would read quietly, or find some other calm activity to otherwise occupy his time and mind until you were done and ready to retire to your shared chambers. But he was always nearby, ready to lend an ear or helpful word, should you ever need it.

Holding audiences and receiving petitions from other houses and common folk alike? Harwin was always seated right beside you, listening and watching with mild fascination as the gears in your mind turned. After the incident with Lord Graceford, no one had the nerve to address him with their requests anymore, which left him ample time to simply bask in the sight that was you, commanding the attention of the room and slowly, but surely, earning the respect of those you ruled.

Performing charitable acts throughout the Reach? Harwin gladly partook in these as well. He would travel with you to Oldtown, where you would visit the orphanages and sick homes there. He would accompany you whenever you visited towns or holdings that had had particularly bad harvests, or had experienced other misfortunes. Not only did Harwin enjoy witnessing you interact with your people, as seeing you help those in need tugged on his heartstrings, but Harwin also came to enjoy the nature of giving back himself. You had been raised to understand the value of charity, and had advised Princess Rhaenyra of the concept as well during your time as her lady in waiting. But you had shown Harwin ways to connect with the people you served that opened his eyes to the true importance of it all. He hoped to give back just as much, when the fateful day came, and he was made Lord of Harrenhal.

In conclusion...

In time, with you, as Lady of Highgarden, and Harwin, as your Lord Husband, faithfully by your side, the pair of you came to be sincerely respected.

Though some of your bannermen and subjects still had less than favorable opinions about a woman holding such a significant position of power, there were two observations that everyone who visited Highgarden in the coming years came to understand as truth. One: you and Harwin shared a true, genuine love for one another. And two: the pair of you were a strong, formidable team.

Harwin had been born and raised in the Riverlands, and spent a decent portion of his young adulthood in the capital city of King's Landing. Before he wed you, he had never imagined himself living in a place such as beautifully strange and foreign as Highgarden... But once the two of you were blessed with your first child, then your second, and eventually, your third, the castle of Highgarden became truly comfortable for him, and living there for several years brought him great joy.

You were his home.

A/N: Thank you for reading!🖤 I may eventually write a part two on this, expanding on how things might change/adapt once Harwin becomes Lord of Harrenhal... But I want to write and post specific headcanons about having the children with Harwin next, and then move on to Chapter 13 of Growing Strong after that. I’ll remind you once again how much I adore your work (after all, you deserve it!!), and I’ll also say that I specifically shouldn’t talk about posts tagged with the  adm, because I’ve read your tumblr and twitter in its entirety several times, I even have a separate album in my gallery with answers that particularly interested me, there are several hundred screenshots there and I don’t regret anything! 1. my wife doesn’t have a tumblr, but her suggestion interested me and can be seen in the first two screenshots(the translation sounds like: “after the release of “red hour” I have an assumption that andrey is more... athletic than misha. either this is because of ferry’s drawing style, or he really has such wide shoulders")so now we are interested to know about the physique of your characters!! maybe some of them are thin, or vice versa, a little overweight. and what about physical training? did you have any headcanons for this??? ( by the way, when I ask about “characters” I mean not only misha and andrey, but also europe and maya, because they are also worthy of attention <зз) 

2. what about the abbreviation "dyusha" for andrey? in russian it is... not used very often, but still, it sounds very cute. so it would be interesting to know how you would feel about this? 3. I also want to hear about the names of the characters!! how did you choose them? I mean........ how did it happen that from ☺europa☺ you switched to 👹MiKhAiL👹?? okay im gonna try and answer everything here in a coherent way so sorry if nothing makes sense

im just fine with lotes of questions :) answering asks and responding to comments is one of my favorite things ever and i brings a verry big smile to my face

on andrei: i consider him to be a skinny little gut but not exactly unathletic, and in addition i think he would have basic combat training and probably be good with firearms. misha is probably a very average bodytype, nothing special, not particularly athletic.

i do not speak russian (though ferry has recently encouraged me to learn so maybe in like four years ill be able to form a sentence) so i dont know anything about the short forms so you can do whatever you want. if you coin it and peoples tart calling him that i will not stop it from happening

i do not name my characters, i usually let me friends name them (i think that the only one i named was europa and his partner). going forward maybe ill try to make it more cohesive

the time loop idea im seeing thrown around alot is really cool and while i havent particularly wrote any of my songs about that in general i see it fitting into the loose narrative i have going on. also in enigma misha is definitely talking to andrei whenever he says the word "you" but it could also be to the listener because the entire theme of enigma is 4th wall breaking and meta shenanigans like that

Announcements

- A Bit Dodgy is almost finished -

The chapter coming out this week is the second to last chapter for the series. It’s such a bitter sweet thing, ending a series, especially one that I’ve built such a community around. I’ve written 5 novel-length fics over the course of the last year, and A Bit Dodgy will be number 6. On 09/04/2023 it will be my one-year anniversary of writing fanfiction since coming back after not writing for about a decade and l can’t believe it. Holy CRAP. I’ll take the time to reminisce about my numbers and statistics on my one-year mark, don’t you worry lol. There will definitely be a celebration.

That being said, ending a series never gets easier. Even though I write for these characters all the time, Steven, Marc and Jake in this case, I’m still closing the book on this version of them. It’s sad, but I’m also very ready to move on to other stories and other versions of these characters. I also think I’ll write some headcanons and one-shots as I feel the desire to just to take the edge off when I’m missing them. I’ll talk more about this when I finish A Bit Dodgy. <3

I’m not sure if I’ll ever be in a position to take requests again or not. My WIP list is a mile long, and right now (summer) is a VERY busy time for both of my jobs. I’m lucky if I get one day off a week. All this to say, it’s not feasible for me to continue taking requests when I can’t even handle the fics I have currently in the works.

I’m not saying I’ll never do requests again, it’s just not realistic right now. There will still be follower celebrations and birthday events and things like that in which I may take limited requests, but as far as the regular ones go, I gotta stop taking them for now. - THIS IS THE LAST TIME I'M MAKING THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. commissions are OPEN!

The academic season has arrived and staying alive is expensive. That means I'm opening up limitless commissions for fics and headcanon lists. Everything you need to know is below the cut, but I'll start with fandoms first.

fandoms

I currently am writing for: Final Fantasy 7 (Crisis Core included), 14, 15 & 16, Fire Emblem Awakening, Fates & Three Houses, Jujutsu Kaisen, Trigun, Pokemon (human characters only), Witch Hat Atelier, Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail.

If there is a fandom you are interested in and you do not see it on this list, feel free to ask!

pricing

Price is dependent on word count. All works are priced in USD, through Paypal invoices. The minimum is 750 words for $15. I have no word maximum, but be warned the price jumps after 5k-6k words. The following list is an adequate example of my pricing, but there are exceptions.

2000 words = $35

3000 = $45

5000 = $85

7000 = $150

Additionally, you can also commission me to continue a chaptered work. Chaptered fics tend to be much longer on average, so the price will depend on which fic you want continued.

If you want me to write your OC instead of a reader insert, you need to provide me with ample detail about their appearance, personality etc. I charge an additional $15 fee for writing OCs.

do's & don't's

I am willing to write on a variety of subjects and themes. Dark themes including drugs, alcohol, dubious consent, noncon, age gaps (as long as the younger party is not a minor), etc. If you have something you're unsure of, ask me and I will not judge.

I will not write anything to have to do with waste, gas, feet, vore, gore, mutilation, intense physical abuse, necrophilia, pedophilia or bestiality. I also do not write smut of characters who are minors. The themes I enjoy the most and have the most experience with can be found HERE. I reserve the right to turn down any commission I am not comfortable taking.

timing & expectations

Commissions, depending on length and complexity, can take anywhere from two weeks to five months to complete. Shorter commissions will naturally take much less time. I will link you the google doc where I am working on the fic so you can view updates in real time. After your fic is completed, I'll send you a PDF version via email so you can have it forever!

chapter 8 / chapter 10

After a week of watching James build the house on his own, you insist that he let you help. Initially, he'd told you to focus on something else, on getting a hobby or exploring the village, but you'd rather be here. Right next to him, working with your hands. 

The ache in your muscles after a day of hauling lumber is so familiar to the ache of training. It feels good to be doing something again.

It's all coming together well; James is more skilled in construction than you thought. He's a good teacher, talking you through the different blueprints he'd drawn up and how to make sure everything is structurally sound.

You no longer need James to guide you through the steps at the end of week two. You know what to do; just a cog in a well-oiled machine.

It's going to be hot today, you heard the weather report on the radio. Part of practicing your Vietnamese is immersing yourself in it, so you insist on listening to the radio every morning.

James comes into the kitchen, drying his hair with a towel while another is wrapped snuggly around his waist. Water drips from his shoulders down his abs, and you follow the trail shamelessly.

He's gorgeous, and all the time in the sun has tanned his skin perfectly. 

"You workin' today?" he asks, just like he has every morning since you insisted on helping him. You think he's waiting for you to say no, but you know he enjoys working with you.

"You know it." You put your dishes in the sink and watch James continue to dry his hair. It's gotten so long that he ties it up most days. 

Vietnam heat is different than US heat, and you know it's been bothering James.

You dry your hands and pull a stool from the counter out onto the back patio.

"What's going on?" James asks, stepping outside with you. 

You just pat the seat of the stool and run inside for a pair of scissors and a comb. James is seated on the stool when you return, watching clouds move slowly through the sky. 

"You ready for something new?" you ask, resting your chin on his shoulder, following his eye line.

"Yeah," he whispers as he leans his head to touch yours. You kiss his cheek and straighten up.

You've only ever cut hair once before, and now it feels like a lifetime ago. That was a different you. It was a different time.

Now, as you run the comb through James' still damp hair, you can barely even remember a time before him.

You line the comb up and trim his hair, loving the sound of the scissors snipping through his locks.

You only cut a few inches before James runs his fingers through his hair, feeling the blunted edges.

"It's not enough," he says hoarsely, sucking in a breath. You pause your snipping and rest your hands on his shoulders. Beneath one hand, you feel smooth, muscled skin. Beneath the other, scarred skin mixed with cool metal.

"How much do you want off?" you ask, watching his chest rise and fall with each breath.

"All of it."

You don't question what he wants as you press a kiss to the crown of his head. Inside the bathroom, you find the clippers and an extension cord.

Even though you want to, you don't ask James if he's sure of the decision. You know he's is. He's ready for a change, to shed the skin of Hydra and come into something new. 

You're ready for it too.

After setting everything up, you give James a moment to part with his hair. The buzz of the clippers is white noise as you cut his hair. You leave the top longer, opting to just trim it shorter. 

James looks at himself in the bathroom mirror a few minutes later and stares in silence. 

"Whaddya think?" you ask from where you're leaning in the doorway. You wanted to give him a private moment to process, so you haven't yet come into his space yet. 

"I needed it." James steps out of the bathroom and grabs a broom from the kitchen.

You watch as he sweeps up his hair in what you can only call a ritual. He works from one side of the patio to the other, creating a pile of painful and torturous memories.

As James transfers the pile into a dustpan and disposes of it, he looks lighter. A weight taken off his shoulders.

Rain clouds begin to roll in, cooling the air dramatically. You hadn't heard anything about rain on the radio, but you don't mind. 

You and James sit on the patio, leaning against the side of the house as raindrops fall from above. All the building materials are covered, nothing will be damaged in the storm.

James' right hand rubs circles in your thigh, and you rest your head on his shoulder.

The rain pounds down from a gray sky; it makes your bones ache.

"I love you," he whispers, his voice nearly drowned out by the sound of raindrops on the roof.

You sit up and look at him, finding that James is already looking at you. Bright blue eyes full of emotion staring right back.

"I love you," you reply. It's easy to let the words flow off your tongue. They feel right. Perfect and sweet. 

James kisses you, and the feeling of his lips pressed against yours is familiar. It's home. It's everything.

James

The weight on my chest lifts as she moves her lips against mine. My hands cup her face and I am thankful that I am here with her. That it was her that I went on this journey with.

It is as if with her, I am a new man.

She takes my soul in her palms and wipes it, cleans it of any horrors that remain. She cleanses me, like fire. Like rain.

We sit outside, waiting for the rain to pass. My hands never leave her, desperate for her touch like an addict. She is the same to me, always keeping a point of contact. 

When the rain calms to a light drizzle, the two of us pull the tarps off the materials and build our home.

It is not difficult work, and I enjoy it. Creating something instead of destroying it is a welcome change.

Мой ангел tells me stories. Of life before, of her childhood, of princesses and their princes. She hums songs with haunting melodies and sweet harmonies.

The simple beauty of building something with her, of sharing little pieces of each other, brings me a joy I have not felt in a long time.

As the days pass, we fall into the peaceful routine of quiet mornings spent listening to the radio before going out to build for the day. We take turns cooking for each other.

The food I make is never as good as hers, and often I will go into town to get us something instead of cooking. She tells me that I won't get better unless I practice.

I enjoy watching her cook. She hums to herself and dances along to the songs she creates. She moves methodically as if she has a master plan in her mind and can see all the pieces coming together before they truly do.

After another full week of construction, I venture into town on a new mission.

Yesterday, I found out about plans to construct a school in a nearby village. The foreman offered me a job, and after talking to моя куколка, I took the job. She hasn't found work yet, but she's been looking into pottery, so I hope she takes it up.

While I go to work, I don't want her to be alone. My mission today is simple: find the little white cat that roams the street of the village. 

I asked around and found that the cat appeared a few days after we arrived. No one knows where it came from, but it needs a home. 

I walk around for about 45 minutes before I spot the little creature.

Its white fur is a little matted from the mud and dirt it's been living in, but overall it looks to be in good condition.

After following it around for another few minutes, I find myself in an open area between a few homes. The cat sits, watching me, and I feel oddly... seen. As if the cat can see through whatever walls I have built up around me.

I look around for a moment before sitting a few feet away from the cat. We are in a standoff, each waiting for the other to make a move.

Little does this cat know, I have spent years waiting.

So that is what I do.

I wait.

I wait until the cat gets bored of our game, and curiosity wins out. 

It slowly approaches me, and I let it. It investigates me, sniffing out what kind of man I am. I wonder what it thinks of me.

It must not be something awful because the cat climbs up into my lap and rests its head on my thigh.

"You wanna come home with me?" I ask it, slowly bringing my right hand to rest on the cat's back. It purrs loudly, so loudly that it surprises me. I take that as a yes.

"Gonna have to think of a name for you," I say again, shifting the cat so I can pick it up. It purrs again, but I'm not sure if that's a good enough name. I'll have to ask мой принцесса what she thinks.

When I arrive back, I find her listening to the radio out on the patio. I'm not sure what the grainy voice is saying, but she nods along as if having a conversation with the voice itself.

I step onto the creaky wooden steps, and the sound announces me. Мой ангел glances over at me, and when she sees the little bundle of white fur in my arms, she breaks out into the biggest smile I've seen on her in a long time.

"James!" she says excitedly, standing and walking over to meet me halfway. The kitten lifts its head at the sound of her voice and blinks widely at my beautiful принцесса.

"I wanted you to have a friend while I'm working," I explain as she takes the cat from my arms. It loves her instantly. I am not sure there is anything in this world that can resist her magnetic pull. 

"She's so cute," мой ангел whispers, gently petting the kitten's head. 

"She needs a name." Instantly мой принцесса starts to rattle off names, but none of them feel quite right. She doesn't want something cliché or predictable; she wants something unique. Something that fits.

We go around in circles, discussing the kitten's snow-white fur until the name falls from her perfect lips. 

Alpine.

The kitten preens at the name as моя куколка coos. I smile at the sight. I am glad I found the creature and brought it back. She will have a good life with her. With us.

Later that night, I go out and find some cat food and a few toys for Alpine. She will be treated well in her new family.

It's strange to consider us a family now, but it feels good.

There is a sense of security in knowing that I am not spending eternity alone, tortured by my ties to Hydra. 

For the first time in lifetimes, I am optimistic about the future. I am thankful for the clean slate, and I cannot wait to see what the universe has in store for мой ангел and me. 

As I climb into bed, I find Alpine already snuggled atop my pillow. She is so small, so fragile, yet so full of fire. Just like моя куколка. I don't move Alpine; instead, I wait for мой ангел to lay down, and I rest my head on her chest, listening to her heartbeat, low and slow. 

The three of us sit in the silence of our borrowed home, and when I fall asleep, I dream of the one I am building for us.

I wonder what Pierce would think if he knew where we were, what we were doing. Would he laugh at how quickly I succumbed to her? Would he be disgusted by my displays of affection?

It doesn’t matter what he would think. I am happy.

I am at peace with myself and the man buried deep inside of me. I no longer fight him; I no longer even think of him. He is me, and every day, I learn more about him.

There is so much to learn from this life, from мой ангел. I can’t wait to spend every day learning, growing, and loving her more than I did the day before.

Fic Requests OPEN! (July 11th 2023)

Hi all! I've already got about 50 requests around in my inbox (headcanons, moodboards, and art) but I'm having a lot of fun just picking and choosing what I feel like doing, so I've decided I'll open up fanfiction and headcanon requests as well to make it even more wide open!

Just a few things to mention:

1- please make sure you're requesting from my list of fandoms (or something I've previously talked about before, like V for Vendetta or Black Butler) (there's also no harm in asking if I know a book/fandom I haven't already mentioned, just don't dive into a request without double-checking I can actually write it!)

2- I will not be doing all of the requests! I will do as many as I can, but I don't always have energy or inspiration for every request! Please be nice about this, I promise I'm doing my best!

3- I'm also not going to do them in order because I'm jiving on the chaos :P

4- I'm going to make two little quirky options to help requests get filled if my inspiration is running thin!

If you would prefer to get a little drabble than nothing at all, send a ☂️ emoji with your request! I'll still try to write it but if I run out of energy, I'll write it more casually (and you can still resend it when requests open again in the future).

If you're okay with me fiddling with the request (ie. setting it in an AU or something), send a 🪶 emoji! Sometimes when a request is very simple, it makes me get stuck, so I might add in new elements or prompts to get me started.
