Hera is giving Hebe valuable advice, learnt the hard way-
Warm up sketch I did today, from the names yes, they are my version of the Goddesses, funny enough they started as Hades OCs I share with my darling partner @thesparklydisaster . We have a full pantheon now, oops. Lately I have been getting into Lore Olympus (more on the side of the anti tag) which lead me to love my takes on the hellenistic Gods more than ever.

i had some free time from college so i went ahead and made more user boxes! someone in the tags mentioned that their deity was underrepresented and don't worry, i've got you. i made boxes for deities i don't see much rep of in the tag!! feel free to use them with credit!
i'm open to making these under request, just send me an ask with the deity you'd like a box for!! please be nice, too.

Oi, Tenho duas perguntas.

Here we finally have my finalised designs of the divine children of Zeus, Hades and Poseidon.
I wanted to combine their sacred animals into their designs, though some have the sacred animals of their parents because they didn’t have any themselves.

Hebe
Shes like a summer day, playing with your friends, making crowns out of flowers, jamming to ABBA as you cruise down the road with your sunroof open. You stop at a coffee shop and order your favorite drink.
Apollon
He's like an autumn afternoon, strolling down the sidewalk, looking up at the trees that are turning colors as rays of light filter through creating a mosaic above you. Thunder rumbles from afar, so you stand in the sun to get the last of it before it is swallowed up by the approaching clouds.
Artemis
Shes like a winter night, your breath makes clouds in the air. You shiver, thinking of going inside, but something stops you. And as you look up into the sky, fluffy snowflakes floating down, the moonlight shines on your face, and the stars glitter. You decide you'll brave the cold for a few more minutes.
Aphrodite
Shes like a spring morning, you step outside, and, for the first time in months, little flowers surround your doorstep. Tiny birds flit overhead and you smile. You hop in the car with a loved one and decide to get breakfast before starting your day. You go to a cafe and get a croissant with chocolate drizzle and some coffee. You stir the honey in, and pour the cream, and as you look at that person whom you love so much, you wonder what in the world you did to get so lucky.

Yes, of course, Artemis is cool and Arrest and Hephaestus would certainly protect her. But... why does everyone forget about the daughters of Hera? Hebe, Eilithia, Enyo and in some cases Eris.If we talk about the sisters of Olympus, then they MUST be there, and not just Athena-Persephone-Artemis. Why not let Artemis take care of outdoor walks for Hebe, her only youngest.
My apology for the forgetfulness of Hera's girls.
Tumblr media
As repentance, I shall make more headcanons about Artemis with Hebe, Eileithyia, and Enyo (I mostly see Eris as Nyx's daughter, so I'm leaving her out)
Artemis is a bit resentful of Eileithyia for not helping her mother give birth to her and Apollo. But as she matured, Artemis understood that Eileithyia had to obey Hera.
Their relationship improved when Eileithyia became Artemis' mentor in pregnancy and midwiving.
Artemis was naturally protective of Hebe, who was the youngest of the second generation.
Hebe didn't witness Hera and Artemis' fight in the Trojan War, but she did see the injuries on Artemis later and was extremely worried. Hebe secretly brings Artemis first aid to bandage herself (behind Hera's back because Hebe can still sense her mother's dislike of big sis Artemis)
As much as Artemis resented Hera, she couldn't bring herself to tell Hebe the truth, so she opted to lie about her bruises: "I tripped and fell earlier. But I'm fine now, don't worry!"
Artemis hid a lot of things from Hebe about the darker nature of the gods, not wanting to ruin her innocence. Artemis, Eileithyia, and even Iris tried their best to keep Hebe away from Hera and Zeus whenever they broke into fights.
Artemis and Enyo didn't interact much in the myths but might bond over warfare. Artemis taught Enyo advanced archery, while Enoy trained Artemis in direct combat.
Artemis and Enyo were Ares' little feral sisters. When they sparred, Ares had to supervise them to ensure they didn't escalate into intentional homicide.
Unlike Hebe, Enyo knew Artemis was beaten by Hera in the war. She snuck to Artemis afterward to laugh at her: "Did you really think you can take on my mother? You're crazy!"
Eileithyia, Hebe, and Enyo could have hung out with Artemis even more if it wasn't for Hera. But over time, Hera's hatred for Artemis and Apollo lessened, and the girls would grow closer without barricade.

Romance Club MC's as Greek deities:
Theodora Avery as Hebe:
Goddess of Youth ♾
Hebe (also called Ganymeda), is the Olympian goddess of youth, prime of life and the former cupbearer of the gods according to Greek Mythology, serving their nectar and ambrosia. She also was worshipped as the goddess of forgiveness or mercy at Sicyon. As a Goddess, she has the unique ability to return youthfulness to mortals. She was also the first cup-bearer and besides that, she helped them maintain their youthfulness.  Theodora was chosen as Hebe due to her status as an immortal. Her clothes are simpler but accentuate her youthfulness, just like Hebe.

HELIOS — BENEVOLENCE
"The solar deity, even though he was a little out of the way, plays an important role in the daily life of mortals: thanks to the god Helios, plants grow vigorously, harvests are numerous, and above all, daily life is more pleasant. It is thanks to him, and his chariot, that the world turns and regulates itself by gravitating around him. He does not hesitate to take his time and observe with a benevolent air, from the clouds of Olympus, the mortals who swarm with life."
Helios as Yuuto, it is not necessarily an obvious choice, and yet, this kid is so radiant and solar! Really, he has a smile always stuck to his face, it was almost obvious to make him embody Helios!
Tumblr media
HESTIA — HOSPITALITY
"There is nothing more pleasant than a warm fireplace: a crackling fire in the family hearth, tenderly fanned so that every being who enters the place feels at ease. This is Hestia's role—to make everyone feel at home, no matter the moment. Mortals do not pay attention to the small details that are specific to the magic of the goddess. Her humble heart allows her to appreciate them all in the right way."
Louise in Hestia was a bit of a choice of destiny: she unfortunately doesn't have this chance to have a welcoming home of her own, and it is partly thanks to Hadrian that she will be able to create one. So it was a logical choice for her to take on this role!
Tumblr media
HAPHAESTUS — CREATIVITY
"The gods are not spared from the flaws that one might think only mortals have: the ugliness was Hephaestus' one. He was such a filth that he had even been thrown from Olympus! What a disgrace! However, Hephaestus was not only a talentless bugger ... On the contrary. Under his hands, the clay smoothed, bent, took shape ... Thus, he who is known only for his ugliness had undoubtedly created the most beautiful thing: Pandora, the first woman, whose grace was equaled only by the talent of her creator."
The myth of Pandora, or at least her creation, fits Irene and Robyn so well! Robyn has a slight lack of self-confidence, and he loves scultpure. It is quite naturally that he took the features of Hephaestus with Irene to represent Pandora!
Tumblr media
HEBE — UNION
"The exchange of vows and the promise of eternal love: for a goddess, whose youth is a source of inspiration for all, it is quite ironic to be the protector of the newlyweds. If in Olympus her discreet and minor place as cupbearer is quickly replaced, in the hearts and blessings of weddings her role is a major one. She then raises her cup to toast this happiness so that it will never be ephemeral."
Hebe is such a minor and little mentioned deity that I thought it fitted well with Katya's character. There is also the whole allusion to marriage: after all, Katya has been lulled by this ideal since she was very young that she would make a perfect little deity all by herself!
Tumblr media
ERIS — STRIFE
"Chaos ... There is nothing more beautiful, nothing more inventive than total and absolute chaos. And Eris quickly understood this: a hint of jealousy here, a pinch of envy there ... And there she is, moving and creating a world where everything is cacophony and injustice. An extraordinary chaos where the seed of discord is planted in a wise way!"
Misery as Eris, honestly, it is a choice that is not even debatable: she enjoys stirring up hatred to better entertain herself. And in her work as a hitman, she loves to have fun tormenting her prey in a more creative way ...
✿ My 2020 Huevember with my OCs associated with Greek deities and qualities or flaws! I really loved doing it back then ...
Irene Holmes (OC) is Zonbi's. Yuuto Iseut Shinkiseki, Louise Elizabeth Warren, Robyn von Toten, Ekaterina von Friedholf & Misery Wellsburth (OCs) are mine. Art is mine.

What is a “Universal Offering/Devotional Act?”
Feel free to request or suggest deities! This list will be done in order but you can ask for me to complete one that’s further down the list.
This list is subject to change. There are probably repeat deities (deities who go by multiple names, parts of groups like the Horae or Charities who are mostly grouped together, etc.) on this list. Some deities are not on here. Some names are spelt wrong or different.

So in my retelling Hera’s emotions while pregnant effect what her children become and what their domain would be, Ares is violent bc the violence of the Titanomachy was still fresh in her mind, when she was pregnant with Eileithyia (who also also the easiest to give birth to) she was in her “Honeymoon stage” with Zeus, Hephaestus was deformed bc while she was pregnant with him she was full of nothing but anger, shame and envy (its actually also true in real life that it’s unhealthy for the baby if the mother was depressed/ in distress while pregnant) Hebe was born after a time when Hera tried to be more forgiving with Zeus (she is sometimes considered goddess of forgiveness) and so on.

Protogenoi 9: Zeus Offspring Olympians
In addition to the previous deities, Zeus’ offspring become the remaining Olympians. Here we will explore their fascinating birth tales. In the following pages we will look at each of the Olympians in detail.
Zeus and Metis, the titan of wisdom. Fearing a prophecy of his son overthrowing him (just like he overthrew his father, Cronus) he swallows his 1st wife. But the child, Athena, goddess of wisdom and military strategy, erupts from Zeus head fully armed in war glory.
Zeus and Leto, goddess of child birth and motherhood. Fearing Zeus wife Hera, Leto escapes to the floating island of Delos to give birth to the twin gods Apollo and Artemis.
Zeus and Hera, give birth the Ares; god of war, as well as Hebe, goddess of Youth, cupbearer to the gods, and later wife to Heracles, and Eileithyia, goddess of childbirth.
Hera, jealous at Zeus’ sole conception of Athena from his head, conceives her own child, the lame-legged Hephaistos. Dissapointed with his disability, she casts him out off Olympus and he falls to the island of Lemnos, and becomes an ingenious craftsman under the parentage of sea nymphs Thetis and eurynome.
Zeus and Semele: Hera, in her jealousy persuades pregnant mortal Semele to convince Zeus to reveal his true form to her. But when he does, it incinerates her, and Zeus takes the unborn Dionysus into his thigh for the remainder of the pregnancy.
Zeus and Maia, who is one of the seven sister Pleaides who were associated with springtime and the constellations. Maia gave birth to Hermes in a cave on Mount Cyllene in Arcadia.
