So now that we have a better scan - let me just elaborate a bit more on the details:

Bakugou:

The chest scar is definitely from his current injury, no face scar means he probably won't have one.

He is pointing either to the goat-skin on his shoulder (an All Might reference) or his sword, which has the same dragonscale pattern he and Izuku share on opposite shoulder pads (win and save? or OFA?)

The sword he's holding is different from the big All Might-sword from the 1st art, which then got divided between him and Izuku in the second art.

He's wearing the blue outfit from the second art, but got new orange arm wraps and his jewelleries changed too. Seems to have lost the cape.

Deku:

Deku lost the green vest and his cape is tattered, just like in the main story

His red boots have a goat-pattern too (All Might's "insignia")

He exchanged the big flaming sword for two smaller ones, but neither of them is drawn.

Shouto:

Shouto wears the same cape as Deku, with the same kind of gold button.

He doesn't have a dragon scale, but the shade of his outfit is the same colour, instead of his usual blue

His wearing black shirt and pants (unlike his previous white) just like Endeavor, but there is still a small white lace at his wrist left from his first outfit

The "black ice" curse / corruption from the second art turned into his hear-piece (which is shaped like a "V" either as a reference to victory / peace sign / or All Might"). It also became extra armor at the elbow of his left arm

His sword is drawn, just like Bakugou's

His hair is swept out of his left eye - displaying his fire side

He wears little loop earrings, similar to Dabi's

The Origin Trio are looking straight at us - nobody else is.

Endeavor:

Got rid of the white cape, but his fire is extinguished.

He wears all black with red accents

No weapon is visible

Iida:

Iida has a green Deku-cape but no gold button on it

His armor has been upgraded, there are three silver wings on it (will he get flight?)

His sword is also drawn

Kaminari:

I don't have much there - it's his first Fantasy AU appearance. The shape of his hat is also a bit like a "V"

Aizawa:

No weapon, wearing black like in the first art

Interestingly, he has also a tattered "Deku-cape". (could the green cape be the "saviour squad" - those characters with villain counterparts?)

He also has a "V" on his hat

Hawks:

His outfit changed to black

Same folded armed pose as Endeavor, no weapon

His wings are white with gold tips (like an angel)

Kirishima:

Biggest change is the dragon-bone head-piece with the feathers. No idea.

Uraraka:

Got a small Deku-cape and horns on her hat

There's a pink mark on her cheek - either a blush or a small scar

So, to summarize:

All Might's all sword seems to have been divided up into smaller ones

The dragon was slain, Bakugou and Deku both have pieces of its scale and very big Goat references to All Might

The Origin Trio is looking at us and only they share the purple accents (OFA reference?)

Deku, Shouto, Iida, Ochako and Aizawa all have the green cape (Saviour Squad? with villain counterparts?)

Shouto, Endeavor, Hawks and Aizawa are in black

All the kids have weapons, while none of the adults do

There are "V" / All Might references maybe on all the kids, but at least on Deku, Bakugou, Shouto and Ochako and Aizawa. (Class: 1-A aka. One for All?)

Ask game: The Todorokis are phoenix, please!

In this AU, the phoenixes don't only burst into flames to revive, but every time a strong emotion overwhelms them. They then become completely feral. The union of Rei, an ice bird, and Enji, a phoenix, was not very well seen in their respective communities because of the instability of their offspring.

So Touya is not dead and remains, despite Shouto’s birth, the current heir of the family, because he does not suffer from his flames and regenerates as he uses them. On the other hand, he is by far the most unstable of the family while being the most powerful.

Izuku being of draconic descent, he keeps the fireproof body of the dragons with a body covered with tiny scales almost invisible to the human eye. So, he becomes for everyone (and without having another Todoroki at hand) the fire guard that we throw on Shouto or another member of the family every time one of them explodes.

Izuku and Shouto met randomly when they were still in elementary school. Shouto was in his bird form, running away from his family. It was winter, and Izuku, hating this time of year, saw him and just... jumped on him. He held him like he would hold his favorite All Might plush until he calmed down enough to take human form again. Since then, they have never left each other.

Shouto's flames vary depending on his mental state and emotions. They can alternate between frozen and incandescent flames. None of them can hurt Izuku, but since he can't stand the cold, he gets paralyzed when he is enveloped in icy fire.

+1 Izuku ended up getting a lifetime subscription to various stores, including those specializing in fireproof products as compensation for all the mishaps and merchandise burned up by the Todorokis (They figured out the hard way that Izuku can be as scary as a pissed-off Fuyumi when you destroy his stuff)

I can see how big of a difference there is between our ideas cause like, Hybrids can happen between any monsters it's just not common like at all. It's when the monsters are elemental or have very contrasting natures is when things go wrong.

Example!

I have Enji as a red half-dragon (debating on having a relation to Hisashi cause that might be fun) and Rei as an Ice Elemental with a Yuki-Onna mother and human father. Very contrasting natures and elements yeah?

Touya is a white dragonborn but breaths blue fire. Built for ice, but got fire instead. Very risky when it comes to hybrids with contrasting natures.

Fuyumi is an Ice Elemental like her mom but has scales and has weaker ice magic thanks to Enji.

Natsuo rolled the genetic dice and is somehow human (Punnett squares are funky like that). He does have a high resistance to extreme temperatures though, so that's something.

Shouto is a hybrid miracle compared to his siblings. Half red dragon and half white dragon. Able to choose between ice and fire magic and switch at will. But Todoroki things happen so he refuses to use his fire magic, until Izuku of course.

Natsuo somehow ending up Human is fucking hilarious. Just the one normal motherfucker.

In mine we have the Demon/Angel thing, with their alignment matching pretty well to what their Canon/CC counterparts have in Power. (Toya is a Demon but immune to Holy Magic while Hellfire hurts him, Fuyumi and Natsuo are mostly Angelic but with a few sneaky Demon traits, Shoto got pretty half-and-half.)

I actually have Dragons in the form of Kirishima and Tetsutetsu. Because the Canon-ish fantasy AU had Kiri as a Dragon and I couldn't resist lmao.

Actually funny that you bring up Hisashi because due to 'the questionable existence of Hisashi Midoriya', I've just deleted him from the narrative entirely!

Emiko Kirishima

- Being a Kirishima, she is, of course, a Dragon Shifter (Dracodicti). - When Her and Eijirou's mother was killed (She was 12, Eijirou was around 6), she and Eijirou were separated, Eijirou getting sent to a labor camp and Emiko was sent to a breeding camp.

- Ofc, not being the kind of woman to roll over and accept her fate, Emiko remained a headstrong, survival-oriented bitch until she was around 18

- She organized a revolt against the Camp Foremen with her fellow Dragon Ladies (and babies) and they were successful!

- Tragically, this success leads to the Dragon Camp project being shut down and all remaining captive Dracodicti ordered to be executed, which they are (except for Eijirou, but Emiko doesn't know that yet).

- Believing all other Dracodicti to be dead, Emiko kind of just leads her small band of Dracodicti around the Island, rounding up any free or in-hiding Dracodicti, taking refuge in a dormant volcano somewhere in the Dragon Peak Mountains aka Bakugou Kingdom

- Emiko and Eijirou won't get to reunite until 5-6 years after Emiko's original revolt when Eijirou and his pals (bakusquad + dekusquad) hear rumors of Dracodicti in the Dragon Peak Mountains and they go to investigate, eventually catching up with Emiko at Eijirou's old labour camp where Emiko was paying respects to the dracodicti executed there. It's a lovely reunion with A LOT of tears

- a lot of drama happens after that but that's a story for another day :)

- OH ACTUALLY it is very important to me for you to know that she fucking despises Bakugou for all the reasons you'd expect. She actively encourages for Eijirou to break up with him and tries to kill Bakugou multiple times. Queen.

(Crap she was my only really Plot-Relevant OC hold on hold on gimme a sec uhhhhhhhh)

There's a "Cult"? (sorry I can't think of a better word to describe a bunch of Isolated Religious Zealots) That's like a whole bunch of OCs, right?

- So basically the worldbuilding of the Fantasy au includes the fact that Humans are not naturally magical and the inhabitants of the island that our Main Characters live on originally immigrated hundreds of years ago from an artic island up north, where there was No Magic. There were people who stayed behind on that island and are present-day, completely magicless and separated from the "modern-world"

- This aforementioned island is where King Endeavor banishes Rei to after she burns Shouto, so once Shouto becomes king (after a lot of drama involving Natsuo killing Endeavor and starting a war), he goes to try and get his mom back home

- Oddly, since she has ice magic and no one up on that island has had interaction with any sort of magic since the first dragon war (abt 75-100 years ago), she's been worshipped as a low-tier diety this whole time. Good for her?

- So when Fire-AND-Ice magic Prince Shouto rolls up with his INCREDIBLY MAGICAL friends in tow, these people immediately start worshipping them as basically gods, which is all fun and games until they refuse to let them Go Home and get their leader gets the idea in his head that if he kills one of the Magic-Users, he'll get their magic for himself - which is very much NOT how this works

Also I have a Villain Group that are not fankids but are originally made for the Born And Raised storyline, but they're here also? They become relevant in the Fankid Era of the Fantasy Au, but eh, still OCs

Basically, their whole Thing is that they're vehemently unhappy with the changes that Shouto, Bakugou and Tetsutetsu have made during their funny little adventures and since becoming kings (cough cough they're racist against Dracodicti). So, this groups main plan is to kill Shouto and become a ruling council of the Todoroki Kingdom (which they can do, legally, by Killing Shouto bc thats how the law works there) so they can do what Natsuo wishes he could've done and Destroy the Todoroki kingdom from the inside out by waging war against the other 3 kingdoms (Tetsutetsu, Bakugou, and Dragon Kingdoms) and if they end up destroying the other kingdoms and their fragile peace while doing so - Great!

So I have an unhealthy obsession for an anime, not very popular, where there is a card game that takes place on another planet. I was thinking about an hypothetical BNHA AU set in that world, and what would the characters be like in that universe, since the powersets and many other aspects are very different.

And then I thought about the Todoroki family. In that world there is a clan (groups in which the inhabitants of the world are subdivided, like Nations) with "fire powers", a military and belligerent nation mainly constituted by flame dragons and humans who fight alongside them. A perfect fit for Endeavor, even though I love that clan

However, there is no clan with "ice powers" or anything equivalent. So I tried to think at what was Endeavor's original intent: having a heir with powerful flames, strong enough to surpass All Might, who could resist the heat. And there's a clan that could serve that purpose: one made entirely of undead pirates. So, Rei is a ghost/zombie/whatever. And Dabi takes more after his mother. Which means that in my AU there's a perfectly normal explanation as to how he survives setting himself on fire, the bleach thing, and his escape from his family home; like, he could just not have told anyone that he's immortal, set the whole room on fire, and walked away.

Which is fucking hilarious

Also, to keep his blue flames, they could be a weird genetic mix, like ghost fire.

And on that planet, there's a group of people inside a subclan that can use blue flames (which are not really flames, but mana, but anyway). And who did I put in that same subclan, even though he doesn't have that power?

All Might.

Therefore, in my AU, Dabi is a half zombie, and can therefore survive almost anything, and his blue flames doesn't work on most people because it's literal ghost fire. I basically solved lots of plot holes, I think

AND both Endeavor and Shouto think he's All Might’s secret love child.

Todoroki chose that moment to exit his room, eyes on his phone, other hand holding a cat toy. He bumped into Aizawa and looked up slowly, like in a horror movie.

“...oh,” Todoroki said. Aizawa raised the other eyebrow. Hitoshi rubbed a hand down his face.

OK SO I'M GOING OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD HERE

(this is basically me just inserting ur ladies into my Fantasy Au Canon)

Yukiana Midoriya

- Still Princess of the Todoroki kingdom, called the Drowning Moon Kingdom. Interestingly though, according to the throne-inheritance system of the Drowning Moon Kingdom, Yukiana is technically not first in line for the throne

- Since a young age, she's heard her fathers fearing for when the day would come that someone would challenge King Shouto to the throne. What if they were bad, like the previous kings? What if the duel went wrong, and Shouto died?

- Yukiana religiously trained her sword skills and ice magic ever since, desperate to be the one to challenge her father and win the throne, protecting her kingdom and family.

- While a well-respected diplomat, the protection of her kingdom is her highest priority and perhaps to the uncertainty of her father's rule, she does have a tendency to assume the worst (especially of the Volcanic Kingdom Of The Sun) and fear that anything could be a subtle attack on her people

- (rumored to be another frantic grab for a throne by her critics) Yukiana is betrothed to Prince Gakudan of Creati Island. At least then, if her father were to lose the throne and she's unable to win it back, she'd be able protect them on Creati Island. And she does genuinely love the Prince (even if her critics don't believe it), he's a great source of comfort and security.

- Due to the sustained peace between Drowning Moon Kingdom and the other Kingdoms, Yukiana has had no need to utilize this power, but she is the Drowning Moon Kingdom's Admiral of the Fleet. She is well versed in sea-based (and land-based) warfare and sailing.

Akiko Iida

- Heiress and Graduate of the Iida Family Guild. Currently serving the Drowning Moon Kingdom as Princess Yukiana's personal guard until her father retires and she becomes Guild Head.

- Lives in the palace and is considered practically a part of the Royal Family (by both the family AND the Drowning Moon Kingdom populous)

- Frequently joins Yukiana in meetings between kingdoms, an invaluable ally in the "War Room". Also has a very good handle on the Political Relations between the kingdoms and to balance out Yukiana, is slightly more willing to hear out the other the Rulers when a slight is committed against Drowning Moon Kingdom.

- When regarding her war hammer and armour, she is VERY insistent that no charms/spells be used on it, all it's strength coming from it's craftsmanship or her own strength. Neither side of her family has magic, and she's proud of that.

- Also participates in training the War Horses raised at the Guild. If she wasn't a guard, she would've liked to be a full-time war horse trainer.

Kanon Kirishima

- Princess of the Volcanic Kingdoms Of The Sun alongside being the Dragon Lord's Daughter (I guess technically Princess) of Dracordignum (aka the kingdom of dracodicti (aka dragons/dragon people))

- Neither kingdom is the most fond of each other, most of their animosity kept at bay because of their leaders being wed. Growing up, Kanon feared pressure as to which kingdom she would choose to lead when grown.

- This would actually turn out to not be an issue. She was born a Dracodicti like Eijirou, which made the Volcanic Kingdom reject her as viable to the throne. Seeing as Kanon has no siblings, the kingdom chose to rather pass on royalty to a new bloodline than let a Dracodicti onto the throne.

- The Dracodicti fully embraced Kanon, though. Her being the niece of the woman who reassembled the Dracodicti since the genocide of the First Dragon War and the daughter of the first Dragon Lord since their reassembly put her in very high regards with the Dracodicti.

- She knows that whatever war she chooses to start (or at least try to convince her father to start), the Dracodicti could easily finish, and she's proud of that and WILL bring it up in meetings between kingdoms.

- She is still Eijirou's daughter and doesn't wish for another genocide to befall her people, so while she makes threats along the way, she'll lean towards diplomacy in most situations.

- VERY harsh against anyone found still harvesting and distributing Dragon Goods, ESPECIALLY blood harvesters. Dracordignum has jurisdiction over any and all detained Dragon Goods Hunters, Harvesters, and Sellers and more often than not, Kanon WILL choose the harshest punishment her father will let her get away with.
