Frank didn’t know how he ended up in that situation, but he didn’t feel like it mattered, after all. His eyes looked deep into yours as he breathed heavily and so did you, your breath fanning against his because your face wasn’t even an inch away from his, staring at him in a way he felt all tingly at the same time his heart beat fast in his chest. His arms were pinned above his head and you had a knee by each side of his hip, and he was lying on the bed without knowing what to do, only waiting for your next move.

“You gotta stop teasing me and thinking you can run away like that!” You clicked your tongue, taking a seat on his thighs; his eyes trailed down to the chain that hung from your neck with the way you bent over him, then he eyed down your chest, the scars the traced it, but gulped and looked at your eyes again when you shifted. “You’re insufferable sometimes!”

“But I—” Frank fell silent at the moment his eyes met yours and he could feel his cheeks heat up. “(Y/n)...” The world trailed off as you leaned in; his lips seeked for yours just to be met with nothing because you retreated at the last moment, instead sitting back and taking a hold of the hem of his shirt. His complaints went completely ignored by you as you started slipping his shirt up, making his skin rise in shivers due to how light your touch was. Pathetic—being in that position, all at your mercy was pathetic, but would he change it, complay? ...Well, no.

It was confusing, truly, on the other hand. Weren’t you going to punish him or something? Then why were you doing all of this? Maybe you’d just pleasure yourself at once?

Your lips met Frank’s chest, at first just trailing against the skin, tracing the tattoos there, until you finally started pressing kisses to it that had a breath caught in his throat until he was forced to let it go with a moan; your teeth had caught onto the skin to nibble a little.

“(Y/n),” he breathed softly, trying to push his hips up just for them to meet yours and snatch another moan from him. “You know—”

“Shut up,” you groaned and clicked your tongue, silencing any other complaint with your lips against his. Frank sighed softly into the kiss, allowing you to guide it. He tried to deepen it, his tongue running against your bottom like he was in position to ask for anything now, and instead gasped in surprise when you took his bottom lip between your teeth, nibbling on it softly.

The kisses grew longer, deeper until you were forced to pull away and decided to trail down his neck instead, with your heartbeat on your lips. He breathed heavily, chest heaving up and down for air, but its steady rhythm was interrupted once you started to nibble down on his neck, leaving behind bite marks to littler his skin as you pleased, filling the spaces that weren’t covered by tattoos.

Frank’s hands held onto you, nails sinking into your back and dragging down in soft pleads for you to do more to him, to give him more, because he knew you’d be shushing him at the moment he tried to use his words, so all he had was your lips against him and the friction of your hips.

Something about being held down like that along with the feeling of your bites—which weren’t that gentle, but not bad either—stirred up along with the confusion Frank felt and had him feeling this sparkling sensation all over his body. His pants were uncomfortably tight, making him curse himself infinitely for having chosen jeans that morning. Your lips were on your chest again and your hips shifted against his; he mumbled something to himself, incoherent, as he arched his back, about to gasp out your name while throwing his hips up when he was met with nothing.

The warmth that expelled from your body was suddenly replaced by cold air, embracing him in the least comfortable manner possible that made him shift with an uncomfortable groan. He blinked, thinking you were maybe searching one of the drawers for a condom, but was instead met with you getting your phone that’d fallen to the ground earlier.

“Hey— Where are you going?” Frank asked, breathless.

Your lips parted into a grin before you chuckled. “Well, I think you need a taste of your own medicine, don’t you think so as well?”

Discourse on my dashboard today is about trans identities and their relative proximity to oppression. I feel that if the discussion has reached this point then we've already failed one another.

Us trans men and masc-leaning non-cis are apparently being accused of selfishness. The claim is that we care about ourselves and our own struggle more than we care about the struggle of others; in this particular case, we're accused of putting our voices above the voices of our beautiful, pained, feminine counterparts.

Some days it feels like we're damned if we do and damned if we don't. Today is one of those days. I’ve seen some very articulate, well-thought-out replies from both sides, but I’d like to share my view alongside the others for further perspective.

On Man- vs. Woman- hood:

Before we knew who we were, we existed as some form of woman, if only in the eyes of others. Within those gazes, we were looked down upon. We were the 'weaker' sex. We were inferior. Less smart. Less resourceful. Paid less in the workplace. Surrounded by weaponized incompetence and misogyny. Seen and not heard. As we are, we are deformed flowers, contorting however we can to reach the sun.

One day, we meet our true self and we make a decision. We make a change. We choose authenticity, whatever the cost, and we enter a new world where we are eager to finally step into the light. A world where we are more than something gangled to look at, where we might begin to grow properly. A place where we’re allowed to exist and take up space, since we weren’t given that before.

Unfortunately, rather than stepping into the light, we're often expected to step into a new shadow. We thought we might finally matter here and are in agony as we’re again directed to be silent. Now, we must be seen and not heard because of the sudden onset of privileges we’re supposed to unilaterally receive.

We are expected to give our voices to others so that their pain may be heard. Then, when we ask ‘when is my voice allowed to be for me,’ we are admonished for our selfishness.

I’m a person before all else. I’ve been abused by many, in many different ways, and I’ve lived multiple lives where other people’s needs and wants were supposed to come before my own. I cannot thrive in a world where my existence is viewed as an inconvenience to someone else's cause.

Putting trans men against trans women like this is cruel. Suggesting that an underserved community lower their voice so that another group can be heard is telling some of us to wilt so that someone else can flourish. It would be one thing if we were healthy, strong flowers, because a plant like that can share the sunlight. Some of us can.

However, many of us are not that plant.

You are asking the wrong plants to give up the sun.

Feeling a lot of trans Leo feelings rn and I would like to reiterate how possible it is for him to not only be trans but also have no idea at all about it.

Okay so, he’s bigger than Donnie, particularly carapace wise, which tends to be the case when the slider is female and the softshell is male.

Second, his coloring. He retains the same coloring his whole life, even as a much older adult, so there’s another tick in the trans checklist, especially being that said coloring is noticeably bright.

His demeanor is also pretty at odds from most male red eared sliders - one example of this being when Bullhop was staying with them and Leo is noticeably less angered by him being both in their territory and in general than the others are - male red eared sliders would be way more combative here.

Like alone none of these are 100% definitive indicators but all together it makes perfect sense to me personally.

Now, how would it work for Leo to not know?

Okay, bear with me, but I like to think it’s because of Splinter’s (or rather, Lou Jitsu’s) genetics! As in, of course Leo wouldn’t assume otherwise, after all, his human self is very masc, including his lower voice and overall body type, so he and his family would have no reason to assume that he’s actually trans! But I personally like to think that it is because of Lou Jitsu’s DNA that Leo’s humanoid half turned out so masc in comparison to his more female aligning turtle half.

So yeah. Female red eared slider mutated with the DNA of a human man equals a turtle teen with no idea he’s trans (or potentially intersex.)
