( Because its officially October 1st. I wanted to write a lil thing. Don't judge me if it sucks. That is all. ) " Uncle Mickey, will you help me?! " Piped up the small redheaded girl from the kitchen door frame staring at her uncle on the couch. Ian and Mickey were babysitting Franny over night, to help Debbie out with work. They had often been passed their niece and nephew for brief stays. Which was okay in Mickey's book since he liked both kids well enough. It also helped starve off Ian's idea of having a kid when he could do his uncle thing. " Yeah lil red, what is it? " The older man groaned tossing the remote to the side having been struggling to find anything good anyway. The older redhead having ran to the store to pick up his meds before they closed for the night. On the kitchen table Ian had set up a bunch of supplies for Franny to carve her own pumpkin. ( All kids safe and not sharp once so ever. ) Crossing her arms over her chest as she climbed back into the chair she was previously in, with her uncle now coming to see her plight. " I drew my face like uncle Ian told me. But this knife wont cut the pumpkin. Its too hard!!!! " She exclaimed loudly showing off the several stabbing attempts into the gourd with some plastic piece of a ' so called knife ' still stuck in where the eye was meant to be. Mickey rolled his eyes as he pulled the cheap piece of plastic from the flesh of the pumpkin. " This what they callin' a knife now a'days? That shit's not gunna cut butter. Lemme grab a real knife kid. " Instead of going to a drawer for a kitchen knife the darker haired man disappeared for a few minutes before returning with a long hunting knife he'd pulled from somewhere in the house. " THIS is a knife. And this will cut your damn pumpkin. I'd let you do it, but your uncle Ian'd have my ass if I did. So you gotta let me do it. " Setting the knife down to set Franny up on top of the table. He took her spot in the chair before picking up the knife once more to cut out the face of the pumpkin. A few minutes later Ian made his way back thru the apartment cursing himself for ' almost ' forgetting to pick up his refill. Moving to the kitchen to check on Franny a dopey grin spread across his freckled cheeks at the sight before him.

May I please request headcanons for mickey from Shameless about him having a Northside girlfriend? She kinda of ditzy(but smart in her own way) and she's sweet and posting his bail(her parents are rich or she got inheritance or whatever) whenever he's gets arrested for assaulting whoever is flirting with her.
