A redraw/update of a reference I did back in 2021! This was for my oc Vice and their shapeshifting abilities.

Although Vice can perfectly emulate their target's voice and even their intonations, the 'dead' look in their eyes make everything they do Slightly Off. Especially if they are trying to fool someone close to their target, it will only be a matter of time before they are sus'd out.

Project-99 (The Creature)

Project-99 is the 99th blob like shapeshifter to be created and is one of the youngest of the other three. 99 is actually quite special in a flawed way. They are unable to eat humans, only kill them. You could say they are kinda allergic in some way, immediately vomiting out any human they eat.

Which leads to this part, it can still mimic animals and take its DNA. Hinting why 99 is a deer and not a human.

It is unable to speak or make any sort of animal sounds. It’s silent other than making moving gestures.

Like Project-22, it only has a mouth in one place which is also considered a flaw. It can also twist and stretch its neck however it likes. Actually, its whole body can. The thing is flexible lol

Out of the three shape shifters, 99 is considered the “tracker” of the group
