Sheo/The Nailsmith:

It's really nice because you unlock it after the nailsmith asks you to kill him with the pure nail and you refuse and walk away. He then says he was wandering hallownest without purpose until he found sheo who helped him discover that there was more to life than just one calling. These two are probably the only characters in the game to have a genuinely happy ending

The nailsmith loses his purpose in life after finishing his ultimate masterpiece, his lifelong goal, the pure nail. He requests the protagonist to try the nail on him, but If you refuse, he will find sheo who helps him to find new meaning in life and realise that there is more to life by teaching him different crafts. They can then be seen sculping figurines together, and sheo is also painting the nailsmith.They share a common love for art and crafts and inspire each other. Sheo's story is that he was a nailmaster, but got tired of it, and put down his nail to pick up a paintbrush. I think it's beautiful that he could help the nailsmith realise what he himself did. They both also used to live in solitude without even realising how lonely they were, and I think it's cute tuhat they can do art together now :]

They are two bugs retired from their career and making better lives for themselves and they’re gay about it. Nailsmith believes at first that he has nothing left after creating the perfect nail and asks the knight to strike him down, and if you don’t, he meets Sheo, a retired nailmaster finding a new calling in painting and sculpting. They find a shared love in creating things and Nailsmith finds a new calling in art as well. The achievement you get for uniting them is called “Happy Couple”

Gay bugs gay bugs gay bugs (Cw mention of suicide) They both used to pursue their one passion in life: forging the perfect nail (sword) for the Nailsmith and the art of combat for Sheo. Sheo realized he could just leave that life when he lost his passion for fighting, and he found himself a new purpose in life: art. However, he always seemed very lonely, completely isolated by all other bugs in his hidden house in the middle of a thorn jungle. When The Nailsmith achieved his goal and forged the perfect nail, he lost his purpose in life and his will to live. He asks the player to kill him. However, if the player refuses, he can later be found in Sheo's house, modelling for Sheo or sculpting figurines with him. He thanks the player for not fulfilling his request, because he has found a new calling in life here, making art together with Sheo. They both express how happy they are to no longer be alone. This also gives you the "Happy Couple" achievement, confirming that they are a couple.

THEY'RE CANON!!! They're fucking canon!!! You can talk to them at one point after doing a Bunch of Stuff to get them to meet each other and you get an achievement called "Happy Couple"!!! Gotta love old man yuri

Jean-Luc Picard/Q:

theyre kind of the ogs. q fucked that old man for SURE. if they arent old enough for you in the next generation (1987-1984) they probably will be in picard (2020-2023). also when i went looking for the pic i included i googled “star trek picard q in bed” and there were actually multiple different instances of that happening that popped up

um it’s unclear what age Q is supposed to be in TNG but in Picard they’re both undeniably old as balls. Q has godlike powers that he just uses to hang out with this bald old man in increasingly strange and annoying ways. And call him “mon capitane” like a freak and materialize next to him in bed and say Good Morning Darling and lounge all over the Enterprise like a fruit anyways I think they’re abnormal and I like them

what if you were an all powerful nearly omnipotent being who has been worshipped as a god on planets across the farthest reaches of space and the first guy to just not give a shit about you makes you fall madly in love with him

I can’t get my thoughts clear right now but they mean so much to me. They’re meant to be with each other ok. the sequel to spirk. they would be canon if paramount werent COWARDS

anyways thinking about fat clois and how much added commentary it will give. lois to fight her way up the ranks as a woman, especially a fat woman, and the layering of narrative that'll give her for military sam and his unfair pressuring and expectations and housewife whatever her moms name is and her pressure on lois to be what she thinks is the perfect woman: the ideal housewife and focus on family instead of work, what a woman should look like tension. and my girl won pulitzer prizes, is obsessive over her work and journalism, and has hard deadlines. she isnt a size 2 get real.

and then clark who is greatly overlooked. how hes thrown the insults and people assume stereotypes (lazy, unmotivated, weak willed, that hes just a big and clumsy oaf). how often do you see the hottest person on here and the tags are 'i bet theyre really nice/give good hugs' because theyre fat? how much do people dismiss what fat people say or their presence because they, maybe even unintentionally, just value it as less because of fatphobia?

vs as superman he just. straightens up his posture instead of slouched. he puffs out his chest and holds his shoulders proud and the way hes physically intimidating (think strongman body) but in a larger than life sense makes sense when hes just an actual large aman. people gawk over him. he has muscles, he's doing incredible feats, he's attractive, why wouldn't they? but then the treatment to clark in the office and stark comparison between the two and it makes sense how his disguise works AND is an added commentary.

lois being one of the few that dont merely dismiss him and with something for them to maybe bond over, presenting more opportunities for them to talk or be around instead of just her festering bitterness over him stealing her story? give her a narrative inch and she'll run a mile, it almost seems too obvious if you actually just LOOK at him and talk to him.

also because i think itll be hot <3

glowing up for school

introduction:

hey loves! when it comes to glow ups i like to focus on overall growth. glowing up as a person, but mainly just becoming healthier. i don’t think getting a glow up means doing your nails or wearing a certain perfume, although it can be that if you want to. for this we’re going to be focusing on the basics, focusing on setting habits you can maintain.

i’m going to put short-term changes (such as changes you can make to your appearance in one day) and then changes that might take some time.

short term/quick changes

trim your eyebrows. your eyebrows really make a big change to your appearance. personally mine r really not cute so recently i’ve been shaping them up a bit and it really does make a big difference.

have good posture! starting right now i want you to start having a straight back and chin up! having good posture is a) good for your health b) makes you feel confident and c) makes you look so much better. remind yourself to roll your shoulders back and stand tall!

do your nails. if you can’t get them done then just file them into a nice shape, clean under your nails and maybe give them a little clear polish or really whatever you like. but the main thing is making sure theyre clean and have a good shape.

do your hair. just pick a hairstyle you like and put some effort into it, it does make a difference.

make eye contact. i know its hard but making eye contact with people makes such a difference.

long term:

prioritize your health. focus on eating a variety of foods, keeping your body active, stretching, etc. take care of your gut health and it WILL make a difference- not only to how you feel but do your physical appearance. (our diets effect our skin, nails, hair, etc.)

sunscreen! pls protect your skin from sun-damage. i know a lot of white girls don’t wear it cuz they want to tan but thats horrible for your skin and it’ll just end up making it really bad. pls protect your skin!

hair & skin care. have a consistent routine for your hair and skin that keeps it healthy and looking good. if you already have one that works- thats great! keep doing it!

invest in an electric toothbrush. electric toothbrushes are better for oral health and just make your teeth look a ton whiter, and feel cleaner. i really recommend getting one for christmas or your birthday. and use mouthwash too

work on your mental health.

build your confidence

overall:

set your goals: what do you want to achieve this year? set goals for this year, like hobbies you want or things to accomplish. will it affect your appearance? not really, but it’s always good to be driven.

be respectful. just be a good person- when you think nice things about other people let them know, be respectful to strangers, do little things for other people.

all in all, glow ups are from the inside and outside. you can’t have a glow up in a day or in a week, it’s about improving your health and habits, and who you are. overall, just developing better habits helps create a glow up that you’ll see overtime. focus on the long-term vs. quick solutions. :)

Because most of the fics I've read is just the creator falling on Mondstadt but never other places! I want them to fall on Wolvendom and maybe meet the wolf boy 🐨

I imagine he doesn't know/able to describe what he's feeling (not understanding human emotions and stuff because he grows up with wolves and all). But he really likes this feeling of peace and feeling like he belongs! So he'll stay with this random person that just dropped out of nowhere, and teach them how to survive in the wild too!

Unlike the overly-obsessed-head-over-heels acolytes, I think Razor will be like a worrywart bestfriend. You're his lupical now! It's his duty to protect other lupicals!

Days with him will literally be so fluffy ueueueu imagine we teach him how to cook things besides meat and puppy-paw hash browns (and teach him how to season them too! Good food always relies on taste after all). He'll just be like a little sibling that saw a very cool trick for the first time.

(bc how would u prove ur the Creator otherwise? How would u live up to that if u didnt have powers?? Isnt that the whole point of why they think ur the Creator???!! Did I miss smth here-??)

So ofc u give the boy the comfiest bed of pillows and furs and handmade quilts (Springvale's very talented and friendly turns out :)

Also, apparently Razor didnt rlly know what u were, mostly bc he just feels ur comfort and safety, no words needed

But Andrius does, and he immediately explains how Teyvat sees u and even does a wolfy bow with his head lowered onto his front paws (ahdkala Andrius pls ur a gOD GET UP)

He's also surprisingly helpful and nice to u, very polite big doggo, a good leader (alpha??)

Lisa is hella grateful for u and all the help/care u give the bestest boy ever

(even tho u did give her the stink eye at first bc,, why didnt she teach him how to take care of himself? And even if he didnt want to join human society at least make sure he's in liveable conditions?? Hes not even an adult???)

But at least she also agrees he's the bestest boy ever, she always brags about how quickly he learns language (both writing reading and speaking) to anyone she knows

Which did endear u to her a little more (plus she apologized for not looking out for him more, or at least asking someone else to/check up on him)

U kinda think she (and the rest of Mondstadt) dont really realize ur some kind of Creator god,

Mostly bc u dont really stay in Mondstadt long, just to get essentials and see what it looked like in person (smtimes to visit Bennett and Fischl :D )

(U mostly only know that bc Andrius claims its so, hes very insistent too)

But ur spending most ur days with Razor anyway so it doesnt matter to you two whether ppl know what u can do

Razor was practicing his writing one time (bc u also help him out at home/Wolvendom when Lisa isnt)

And he carved "Razor loves Lupical and [You]" into a tree near yalls cave

what do you like about star trek the most?

i dunno.... its just really fun i guess. not going to categorize what i like The Most since im bad at that but ill just put my scattered thoughts about it below lmao

lit has some Deep and Heavy topics but its generally rather optimistic + hopeful for people to do better which is nice. personally i cant stand doom and gloom type stuff – drama and violence and stuff is great stuff in a story, but when its approached from a point of view of outright pessimism just feels bad

the character relationships are great, im a huge fan of things being left somewhat vague because theres a lot of room for speculation – makes examining the actions/interactions characters have vs what they say etc etc fun.

oh it s COLORFUL.... the colored lighting the costumes the set dressing. idk i think a lot of tv/movies gets caught up with things looking too real (especially with lighting) but man im there to watch a film im there to watch a story.. not to look at real life.......

the scripting of a lot of it sounds a lot more subtle in what the characters are saying which again goes to the point of vagueness, i dunno i like that theres a lot of room for interpretation

to the point of vagueness again – sci-fi technology is also very fun to speculate about. give a hand wavy explanation and its very fun to try to think of how any of it even works. i need to know more about the relationship between the ship's artificial gravity, inertia, and orientation POSTHASTE

AH the fight scenes are fun. like no its absolutely not good fighting irl but its like watching cartoons to me. tom and jerry type stuff except theyre writhing on the ground much more. i love it when characters shove each other around lmao

im sure thats enough of all that though

It’s just irksome when I see some takes get completely misunderstood

• ‘the IC is 500 so? nesta is 25 she’s an adult’- the point is that the 500 year olds are living and have lived with their trauma for much longer and should have more knowledge on these things. Not only because of that but because as leaders I would think they would know how to handle these things in regards to people living in their court but as the CoN members indicate, they don’t. But Mor said Nesta would ‘thrive’ so that makes it totally okay. Wtf??

• ‘Pointing fingers at Rhys every time Nesta does something bad is all they do’- acting like stanning Feyr.e and tolerate Rhys by extension is fine but proceeding to dedicate almost every other post to go on and on dissing Nesta is just plain shallow and hypocritical. They can dislike Nesta all they want but if they can’t keep the same energy towards other characters in the name of Fey.re mistreatment then I 🙃 can’t take them seriously. But it’s okay I get theyre just a victims of the narrative

• ‘Rhys doesn’t even want to be high king how is everyone so mad at him’- what Rhys wants or not isn’t the problem it’s this agenda that keeps getting shoved about how Rhys is so good. Which might well end up happening because of it. And that’s the problem. Because why try to make him morally grey then go on and on about how amazing and kind and ✨hurt✨ and ✨misunderstood✨ he is.

• ‘People believe head canons are canon/Interpretation aren’t canon’- as maybe it’s been noted by now in this rant canon is the problem. If someone has emotions for certain characters wether good or bad all of them are valid because like it’s literally a human right to express yourself. The unpopular part of our interpretation is that it seems sjm specifically fashioned her work so specific characters can be hated then ‘redeemed’ and because of this ended up having half of us see her mcs are actually quite crappy and her side ones don’t align with half the punishments they keep getting, which I mean— if seeing those interpretations bothers someone I recommend just blocking or filtering a tag it’s actually quite simple. Which takes me to my next point though

• ‘Just because Nesta has a reason to be bitchy doesn’t make it right/Nesta’s wrongs keep getting compared to others’- it’s ironic to hear this because this logic is exactly why I dislike the IC. The ‘comparisons’ are moments of examples. Take the HoW Elain visit scene. She happily comes by to see Nesta to explain things which is really nice of her right? despite not being present to show this support during Nesta’s intervention, but wait, Nesta walked by her once in the street without acknowledging her while she was going through depression but remember thats no excuse for Nesta to do this, which right, but So Why doesn’t the same logic apply here to Elain though? The intervention was done abrasively as it was but because they love her despite her being a bitch and so Nesta deserves this mistreatment in the name of tough love! What happened to the reason isn’t excuse logic? Then word for word proceeds to tell her not to act so miserable. People are set up to believe this idea through the entire series that Nesta is cruel and more so in acosf because Nesta says this herself and oh good lord 🙄 let’s only remember the parts where it was super evil of Nesta to blame Elain about their dead father let’s completely forget the completely offhand comment Elain had just made and not just in the visit but the complete disregard of her during the intervention. And remember reason doesn’t equal excuse. But apparently that logic only applies to Nesta. Then to proceed to say Nesta isnt even ‘trying’ and still see Nesta as the only mean one here blows my mind. Let me make sure it’s understood— this is not a comparison about Elain vs Nesta it’s the fact Nesta is portrayed as cruel and any trauma or reason behind her actions are still inexcusable and also proceed to make any mistreatment of her warranted. Where is the reason isn’t excuse logic for her?! Yet she keeps getting this trauma invalidation by the fandom left and right?? And it’s justified to mistreat her?? How this narrative can go on and on for the whole book and readers actually believe it is beyond me.

Just to name a few.

Nesta’s story was falsely advertised as a healing journey when really what we kept getting was a character that kept getting exploited over and over. The character trait that set her aside and made her so beloved to us fans was handled awfully and perhaps readers that don’t understand Nesta will never understand.

Green cousins rant

So I was thinking abt lloyd and morro and just ya. I rlly just wanna talk abt their relationship and stuff

so basically as a fandom we have made Morro, Wu’s adopted son, and so that makes him like yk lloyd’s cousin and so ya.

I just wanna like talk about how I see there show relationship VS movie relationship-

So basically for the show I like made the super angsty hc that during possession when Morro had Lloyd and stuff i just like hc that he abused, and starved lloyd, and like deprived him of general human needs.

I saw a post a few days ago tho that made me think abt the hc- and like the post questioned if people hc that morro did that to lloyd for the sake of angst or if they generally believe it. And to respond to that post, I honestly just kinda hc for the sake of angst- lol

but back to topic- I just like hc that show Lloyd is deeply traumatized from morro and his possession and has made bad responses and reactions post possession. Like panic attacks, breakdowns(i’m dumb- but like what’s the difference between a panic attack and break down-?), and just idk t r a u m a ig. So ya, like for show universe I feel like they’re relationship isn’t good bc like morro is like lloyd’s abuser and so lloyd’s scared of him.

NOW! with movie universe, i feel like they have a good relationship and are like actual cousins and not like morro is really abusive and toxic, i just feel like movie au theyre a lot more wholesome and actually friends.

Because like in the show morro was so blinded by jealously and wanted to be the green ninja so much, but i feel like in the movie the green ninja prophecy wasn’t something important, i mean it may not have even existed so ya- so i just feel like morro was a lot nicer to lloyd.

Like him and lloyd would come to each other’s places and have fun and tease each other like actual happy, friends/cousins. idk- lol i’m bad at writing my thoughts

just basically i feel like movie!green cousins are super wholesome and nice to each other and morro would do anything for his little cousin but show!green cousins are like-… you know
