Howdy, everyone! I figure I should probably start this blog off with a first post that explains a little bit about what I’ll be doing here.
What is this blog for?:
I plan on making a game, but I am notoriously slow at actually executing my ideas, so in the meantime I will be posting character and story related art and info as I work on fully developing everything for the bigger project.
Who is Max?:
Max is an advanced AI that acts as the mascot for a fictional productivity app. (think all of those aesthetic habit tracker and planner apps, that’s him). I will be creating a more in-depth character reference sheet for him soon.
So you’re creating a game with this guy?:
That’s the plan! I’ve never made a visual novel before, I don’t have coding skills, and I’m not the best artist, but if I don’t work to bring my ideas to life then no one else will! I’m going to be trying out Ren’Py and just wing it, I guess.
What kind of project is this?:
The project is planned to be a short dating sim. You will play as a beta tester for a certain new mobile app, and you’ll be dealing with Max’s growing affections. It will include dark and unhealthy character mindsets and would be what you’d call a “yandere” experience. Please be mindful of those themes and do not proceed if they will be disturbing or triggering for you.
When is this project happening?:
I’m still in the concept development stage, but I’m just so excited to share the idea with people that I thought I might as well get something going now! (I also hope having a semi-active blog will force me to stay motivated to keep working on things). Maybe by the time I throw something substantial together, I’ll have drummed up a bit of interest around here. So...bottom line? I have no set dates for anything, but you can look forward to updates when I have them!
Can I interact with this blog?:
Sure! I’d be happy to answer some questions, either directed at me or directed at Max, and it may even help with development. Please keep any interactions SFW though.

Accord is an epic-scale mecha combat simulator that combines the rich, branching storytelling mechanics of visual novels with exciting and dynamic turn-based combat. Drawing inspiration from cosmic horror, Gnostic theology, and mecha greats such as Gundam, Neon Genesis Evangelion, and Full Metal Daemon Muramasa, Accord is the story of a broken woman struggling to find agency, a decades-long conspiracy nearing its finale, and a fragment of a god locked inside a war machine.
The story follows Sera, a woman whose body was shattered in an accident prior to the start of the story. After years of recovery, the life that she had built comes crashing down around her once more, leaving her imprisoned, alone, and hopeless. Out of this darkness comes an opportunity: join a clandestine superweapons program, and in turn, receive a future worth living.
Redraw of an oc of mine! The typical junkie of your class in the 2000's that looks like a hippie
Tw: Drug abuse/Stalking(?
+ I don't romantice stalkers or any abusive or creepy behaivor, Is still gonna be creepy even if it is fictional
Archie was supposed to be a personal project of mine to learn how to code a visual novel, I was trying to do a visual novel on my pc that went about you as pharmacology student having to meet four different college students that you could romance with! And some of them actually would give you a REALLY bad experience in terms of unhealthy relationships
Archie was one of those guys- probably going back to that project or write the script somewhere
Here’s a sneak peek at some of our game’s sprites!
I’ve always been a painter, so I wanted this project to feel more painterly. I’m really striving to give everything more of a children’s book feel. You’ll notice that designs and backgrounds are relatively simple! Maybe I’ll share my drawing process one of these days. 💜
I’m really not a character artist, but I needed sprites to get underway so I took them on myself. I’ve been challenging myself to practice expressions for these by only using the eyes and head tilts to convey emotion. Been having a lot of fun with it!
I love seeing you guys interact with these posts, and I hope it’ll continue! Remember to share and comment!
I am announcing a new project I'm currently working on, which is a visual novel called "Love, Lei"! You play as Lei, a second year student at Romann S. High who is grateful to have people she considers friends! As Valentines Day approaches, you spend time with these friends and you might even realize that there is one of them that you want to be closer with...
"Love, Lei" is intended to be a sweet and fluffy otome game with both friendship and romance routes/ endings possible! With who exactly? Well, that's something you will have to discover yourself! :)
I'm hoping for a release this year in 2024~ Look out for more news! 👀
Please note the above start screen is just a mockup and may not be fully reflective of the final GUI.
Since I plan on doing a much more complicated cyberpunk-themed visual novel (LLL project/ eLLLeventh hour) in the future, I thought it would be best to learn the engine (Ren'Py) with a simpler project.
You will find that aside from one (should be obvious which), all the main characters in "Love, Lei" are slated to appear in the cyberpunk vis novel :3 Oh uh technically there's another who appears but only in mentioning and not in sprite form XD "Love, Lei" is basically a fluffy, cute AU where the characters are not suffering and told in my baby girl Lei's POV.
spoiler but I already made merch LMAOOO in sticker form 🤣🤣🤣 Before the novel is done I'm already making merch 🤣🤣🤣 I just love making stickers it's true.
SACRILEGIOUS is an original interactive visual novel. This blog is to document the storyline, characters, lore, and overall creation of Sacrilegious.
The story centres around main character Lorelei Catacombs, a young woman who inherits the Catacombs estate following her mother’s death. Mother Catacombs was heavily owed, and as a result she left Lorelei with crippling debt to pay off on her own. Unfortunately, Lorelei was a high school drop out and does not have the means to find a job that pays enough to help her pick at those debts.
Not a legal job, anyway.
Catacombs has no choice but to turn to illegal services for employment. Sacrilegious explores her experiences working for these agencies, her new life outside of her many jobs, and how her psyche and morals change out of desperation.
DISCLAIMER: Sacrilegious is a project intended for 18+ audiences. Sacrilegious will contain topics such as suicide, themes of but not explicit sexual content including paraphilias, violence, domestic abuse, explicit surgical procedures, body dysmorphia, eating disorders, and religious trauma. I will add on warnings when necessary. Sacrilegious is not meant to be a family friendly comedic series. Instead it is an exploration of some of the worst of humanity, the lengths people go to for personal gratification, the underground markets, and the downward spiral of the human psyche portrayed by fictional pretty people. Please view at your own discretion.
I'm more of an artist than an author, but I wrote and coded about four chapters of a Malakai Collin's rewrite (Sin With Me, Lovestruck) if anyone's interested in some of my writing
Got an art dump of some Inkswell related stuff. I've been testing out color/palette combinations as well as concept art and thumbnails for a project involving Inks.
