kind of insane that Gottlob Frege wanted to eliminate miscommunication with a perfect logical language back in the 1800s and we took his work and used it to build the most perfect miscommunication machine known to man (The Internet)

Mystics be like “The spiritual apprehension of truth and divinity is beyond human intellect, the experience of higher realms is ineffable.” and then spend the next 30 years writing treatises and giving sermons

It's November 17th, 🧠 World Philosophy Day. On this day in 2002, the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) organized the very first World Philosophy Day. The goal then, as it is now, is to popularize philosophy and promote its teaching throughout the world.
In 2005, UNESCO’s General Conference highlighted the importance of philosophy, especially for young people: "Philosophy is a discipline that encourages critical and independent thought and is capable of working toward a better understanding of the world and promoting tolerance and peace."
Philosophy is vital to young people’s mental development as it inspires objective analysis and evaluation of ideas and issues in order to make sound judgments. Philosophy explores the concepts of existence, knowledge, values, the mind, language, and reason, and has continuously evolved throughout history. Philosophy has certainly shaped our present world and will continue to do so in the future. ☮️ Peace… Jamiese of Pixoplanet

Humanity takes itself too seriously. It is the world's original sin. If the caveman had known how to laugh, history would have been different.
